Hello po! May naka experience din po ba sa shopee na nastuck parcel nila sa status na ganito? I think stuck siya sa customs. Napaexpedite ko na ilang beses sa shopee pero wala namang nangyayari huhu. Na contact ko na din yung seller sabi it will be delivered daw today eh wala namang update sa shipping. Anyone experienced this too?

I sent a parcel via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as there was no Yodel option for the buyer. Normally with Yodel it takes around 5 days, but this one feels unusually slow - First time using Royal Mail for Vinted. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at the last destination for a few days now and hasn’t moved. It’s technically still within the estimated delivery timeframe (January), but I’ve never had one take this long before. Is this normal for Royal Mail at the minute, especially around Christmas?? Has anyone had similar delays that still turned up fine? Just a bit worried it might be lost.

So I ordered a new pixel 9a, bought at least 4 other pixels from this account in the past. What arrived was a pixel stand for the 10, contacted them 2 weeks ago to say the wrong item was delivered and now I've been getting the same message from the support staff saying the same thing "We're looking into the technicalities of your issue and will get back to you when we have an update" I have a photo of the small non-phone shaped package at my front door, It was special delivery so surely they have weights of the parcel sent, I have sent photos of the item and the label it was sent with to them. Parcel recorded as delivered, but didn't show up. Been waiting for a parcel of Christmas presents all day. Received an email at 6.25 saying parcel delivered. No parcel. Checked online tracking and it states parcel returning to sender, but has a photo confirming delivery? The photo for delivery shows the correct address. I've not had any problems with previous deliveries to this address. Is this likely to arrive tomorrow or has the postie done me dirty?

The lovely Vasago's QuestMasters now have a **THIRD quest type**! A **delivery Quest**, where you take a parcel and deliver it to someone. I do plan on having some 'arpee' fun with it later, but now it's one package type. \-Ziv & Co.

Christmas gifts supposedly out for delivery either today or tomorrow (don’t come for me, they shipped internationally and there were many delays along the way). Nil movement on the parcel today from the app so I’m assuming it’s coming tomorrow, and no one will be home, and the sender has requested signature on delivery. The local post offices are all shut tomorrow and Christmas Eve. What’s my best bet to get the parcel left without a signature, should I put a sign on the door pleading my case? Has anyone contacted AusPost previously and gotten them to leave a parcel that previously needed a signature ?

I sold a fake hoodie but on the annoucement I put local brand. The buyer opened an incident saying it’s fake last 18th. I chose to get back the hoodie and give him refund, in the app it says “Buyer must return the package before 25th” But some friends told me that he can open another incident, is that true?

So I want to turn off all shipping options that allow pick-up and only have home delivery allowed, this is because of buyers not collecting their items and I end up out of pocket when the item never ends up being returned. For Inpost, Evri, and Yodel this is clear which to turn off but Royal Mail only has one option and buyer at point of check out can choose home delivery or collect from PO. I don't really wish to turn off Royal Mail but I cannot keep having buyers not collect their item and I get done over by the Vinted policy of refunding a buyer if they don't collect. I also can't see when a buyer using the collect from PO as digital QR does not show this for Royal Mail.

Is my package lost and if not how many more days till it comes is 23 days in transit normal?!?

I am currently at a loss at what to do about this parcel and I’m wondering if this has happened to other people. There was an attempted delivery on Dec. 8th but when the postie comes around, I’m almost always at work and I didn’t have the option to have them leave it in a safe place for some reason. So this is my mum's Christmas present! I purchased it days ago, and have made sure I've been in All WEEKEND as I knew I couldn't afford to miss the delivery and have to rearrange to my post office; can't even find their Christmas opening hours so especially didn't want to chance it.
