Nagrequest ako agad ng return/refund kahit wala pa at umorder na ako ng bago. Buti J&T yung courier kasi kahit papaano, matino delivery team nila sa area namin. My parents have sent me a big (30kg) package from the UK to where I'm currently living, Japan. They made the delivery through Parcel Force, but once it got to Japan it is being handled by UPS. My parents didn't write my building name or room number when filling out the address so the package is being held somewhere by UPS. I can track the package on the UPS website but when I try to update my address information it says this option is not available for this order (from what I gather the sender needs to enable the sendee to change stuff like that, but because the order wasn't actually made through UPS, my parents can't actually get access to those options). My parcel was supposed to arrive last week, plus I paid £6 for next day delivery. The tracker just kept saying “Ready for delivery”, then in the evening around 9pm change to “unable to attempt delivery” what does that even mean, do they think I live in Narnia. Then the next morning around 11am-Noon it would change to “Ready for Delivery” again. However, they finally tried to deliver it today at 10pm and nobody answered…Despite multiple people home, nobody heard a knock sadly. I’ve read a lot of reviews online from the Chullora facility and how many parcels get lost there or stuck there for ages, it’s a pretty important package (FYI i am sending from the United Kingdom) Although it says it’s on time and have an expected delivery date - I just get the feeling it’s going to get lost or stuck. I am curious since I had it happen several times and even canceled the subscription because of that: Did you (ever) receive a package with Plenny drinks where the drinks were placed upwards-down? Not talking about the parcel, where the fault would lay on the delivery company. Two times some drinks were damaged and leaked. I purchased a DayZ edition about a week ago. Keychron shipped keyboard with WinIt, a Chinese e-commerce logistics company that I’ve never heard of. My parcel went from Melbourne to Sydney - back to Melbourne, then back to Sydney West and finally has settled in South Sydney where it has not moved. Spoke to AusPost on Friday 21/11 and they told me that a ‘delivery manifest’ had been created. Should I be worried? It seems that people in similar situations have had issues with the label on their parcel.

I ordered something on Amazon on Sunday afternoon and my heart dropped when I realised that Evri would be handling it instead of Amazon. This was for a shower that was desperately needed as our current one no longer gives hot water, so I needed it asap. Just look at the tracking! A simple, smooth procedure from collection to delivery with zero issues. This is how Evri should be! If they delivered this smoothly and constantly I'd be singing their praises and using them all the time. This is the first time ever that an Evri parcel to me hasn't been delayed for weeks or gone missing altogether.

Has anyone else been waiting over a month for their parcel to clear customs? The duties have been paid on it. UPS say its just a backlog but this is ridiculous now. Evey day its the same update on the tracking - see image. Hoping its out for delivery soon!

I used to be able to send parcels with Saturday delivery but now that RM + Parcelforce have merged I can't find the Saturday option in click and drop. Any ideas? Thanks!

A courier dropped off a parcel at my house in London, but it has the wrong name and the wrong address on it. My housemate answered the door and took the parcel without checking the label. As soon as she realised it wasn’t for us, she tried to shout after the driver and ran outside to chase him down, but he was already gone and drove off too fast. She didn’t sign anything and the courier didn’t take any photos or proof of delivery. Are we responsible for this at all, and what should we do next? Should I contact the courier or anything?
