Order 2x hobby boxes from Topps chrome UCC, just opened my parcel to find 3 mega boxes instead. Value discrepancy is pretty massive £440 vs £165. Just opened an email ticket as soon as I saw however the live chat isn’t open till tomorrow. Anyone had similar and how’s this going to play out? How do I even prove what was really in there? I have photos of the delivery boxes and incorrect boxes inside. Gutted to say the least, was planning to rip them open tonight 😞 + the hobby boxes are now sold out, so guessing I won’t be getting a replacement sent?

So I ordered a phone off of Refurbed like a week or two ago and UPS was delivering it from Italy. I received the parcel on the 6th of May at my place but today I woke up to an email saying that I have to pick up my package at the pickup place. I checked the UPS app and it also says that my parcel is awaiting customer collection. Is this a common glitch or something? I also never got those messages/emails they send you when the delivery driver scans the parcel as received. Should I be worried? Because I threw out the package wrapper thing without taking a picture as proof of delivery. Anyone running some sort of food, bakes, snacks business from home?? Basically, items that need to be delivered within 1-2 hours. How do you deliver it? I understand Uber parcel, porter, and other deliver options are available, but I have come to know that they aren’t feasible for small scale home-based businesses. As the title says, I checked my settings and I do not have either of the Royal Mail options selected as delivery options, so how has the buyer selected it as their delivery option? This is really annoying for me because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to ask family if I need something printed. Shipping is already harder for me because I have a 2 month old baby.
