Got a message from An Post saying they have a parcel for me. I haven't done any online shopping recently, and am not waiting on anything. Only thing I think it could be is a parcel that went missing when Fastway went bust. I was refunded for that by the retailer, so be interesting if that's what it is. Though would have thought all Fastways deliveries would have been taken over by another courier, and would have all been well delivered at this stage. Anyway, shall find out Monday! And, no, it's not a scam, its the offical An Post sms service and website.

Ordered a boots parcel worth around £200, I knew I was going to be in when it was to be delivered so I made sure that it wouldn’t get delivered to a safe place (which is what I usually do). Anyways, I was in my flat and received the order delivered message, however no one knocked on the door or buzzed up to my flat to get in. The proof of delivery just shows a blurry image of the parcel on the floor infront of a door, which doesn’t show a door number and could be any flats door. I’ve asked around neighbours and no one has claimed to have seen the parcel, so where do I go from here?

I received a notification from the Canada Post app stating that my parcel was “Delivered” (no proof of delivery), however, I’ve received nothing. I checked the entire perimeter of my house, asked my neighbours, and checked-in with my local CP office - all with no luck. If anyone has been following my comments here, they will know that my last order of limited edition pins arrived very poorly packaged. It was just a small, tight cardboard envelope, so the pin must have been crushed by other packages or something, and the pin pierced the hook on the back and punctured the packaging. Hi, I purchased some pet medication recently and had it delivered to an Amazon Locker. Sometimes pet companies will send a small free gift with higher-value items (maybe some pet treats) so I wasn't surprised when there was a second parcel in the locker, and when I opened it, it was pet cleaning wipes, so I wasn't worried at all. Trouble is, the packaging has someone else's name on it (of course I would notice this after I open it). Amazon's online chatbot is useless here, it confirms and re-confirms I received the item and want to return it, or tries to make it look like I'm claiming non-receipt of my actual item.
