Problem/Goal: Just recently lang before New Year's my parents bought a utility vehicle so that my dad can use it as a delivery truck for this courier service app. Before they even bought it my dad kept bugging my mom for weeks na "malaki daw kikitain" and such if he used 4-wheels since he can haul more parcels. I live in Germany and have already had several bad experiences with DHL employees. I received a message saying my parcel would be delivered within 15 minutes. Around the same time, I checked the tracking number on their website, and it suddenly showed that the parcel could not be delivered today. The funny part is that I actually saw the DHL van drive by without stopping. I’m honestly fed up with this - why is it so hard to just do your job properly? Not only did the driver just dump the parcel in the lobby instead of making the effort to \*get in the lift\* and bring it to my flat, but the photo is of a completely different parcel. The cherry on top? Hi, i have a parcel which i assumed would be delivered today, from Netherlands, to Ireland. I randomly got a notification that my item is out for delivery with the courier, but on the irish site theres no updates. Is there a glitch or system issues? As the last few deliveries ive had to personally drive 45 mins to meet the driver in person at a petrol station to get my parcel. Im confused. It changed to out for delivery around 1pm. Is that normal?

I very, very rarely get a straighforward parcel *delivery f*rom An Post, unlike all other carriers. Instead, I get this, as received in email: *'We attempted to deliver item xxxxxxxx on xx-Jan-2026 xxxx. The item is available for collection as per the notice left at the delivery address.'* (My x's). The proposed collection point is the local post parcel depot, who usually will have it, and are usually friendly and civil, unlike on this occasion where we got a snotty 'not here now pfo' response. Hey, so I would like to place a click and collect order, as the items arent up for delivery at Argos. And as I dont live in the UK, I need someone to pick it up and then send it as a parcel to a uk adress (mail forwarding business, where i have an account). So I wanted to try TaskRabbit and I am flexible so I put that as the time, also as the date I put from now until it was possible, which was the 10th of February, but it still doesn't show me any Taskers. Sorry if this has been asked before: I opted for Relay delivery, to collect at a point on my road, received an email to say there was an issue with the collection point and that the delivery was redirected to another store (over a mile away). I’ve gone to both the original store and the “updated” store with the email confirmation that the parcel is ready to collect, and neither place has received it! the estimated delivery window on my order ended 10 days ago, put the item is still showing that it's in "pre-transit". according to etsy's website, pre-transit means that "the seller added a tracking number and it is pending scanning at the shipping facility" the last and only tracking update happened 20 days ago and it says that they "have received the details for this parcel and expect it to reach the network shortly" does this mean i'll likely still receive my package and it'll just be really late, or should i request a refund? i'm honestly kind of ****** with these things so any help or advice is very appreciated thank you!

What is the actual point of sending me a text with an hour slot, me taking the day off anyway to receive the parcel, just for you to not ring the doorbell and not put anything through the door.
