I order this 2 top but the delivery is not further processing, usually how long time this app take to deliver parcel in India

Hey guys, I got a package delivered and one of the items is literally not what I paid for. I bought a nose contour brush and what I got is a box of random scary items I know I didn't buy. Should I ask for a refund or have them send me a new one? I don't know who to reach since I have no idea who's at fault here. Did it get packaged wrong, I had my parcel on direct delivery so would it have been in the consolidation area where they got it mixed? photo is the wrong box of random items sent to me I know I didn't pay for.

I live at number 7, I have delivery notifications and photos showing my parcels being delivered through a door with 26 on it, not once, not twice, three times in a week. Same door. Surely being able to count is a requirement to work there?

Hey guys, I purchased an item and used verification service. Parcel was sent by the seller 16 days ago to the verification hub. Estimated delivery date to the verification hub was one week ago. I used verification center before and had no issues. I expected it to be very fast this time, as me, seller and verification hub (to the best of my knowledge) are all in Germany. Tracking is not helpful as on Vinted app its says "In transit" and was last updated 16 days ago. Hermes tracking number says "Retour completed" 14 days ago, but I saw on other threads that happens when Hermes hands over parcel to another courier. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi, I am facing issues with shipping logistics. I have used icarry, fship, ithink logistics, parcelX. They all are fraudsters . RTO ratio is huge , they do not resolve the issues , also **** lot of weight descrpency. I used Delhivery as well, they are good with less RTO but they charges weight descrpency and do not resolve the ticket of it even if you provide images of weight. Currently using Prozo , facing NDR issue and they have no option to raise reattempt for fake delivery remarks. I am into perfume business My monthly orders are 500-800 off season. It's getting difficult for me to get decent shipping partner with less chaos and with good POC who can atleast resolve the issues. If...

I live in a semi-sheltered housing estate. There are three separate blocks of flats around a garden. Each block has it's own postcode but every now and then when I have ordered a parcel it goes missing. I check the proof of posting photo to see whereabouts it's been left.
