Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

As the title says, my parcel was left in the street outside my block of flats rather than inside. There is always someone in our block of flats to let them in so I presume this was just left there, I didn’t hear a buzzer or anything. I live in an area with a high crime rate as well so I’m really lucky this wasn’t stolen. Is it worth raising this with EVRI?

I auctioned off some stuff and 1 buyer brought 8 medium 2kg items - paid and eBay has put all of them together - its also saying make sure its in the size of small parcel royal mail - what do i do i have never had this before and simple delivery is very confusing any help is great thanks

Hello, I’m currently on erasmus in Stockholm and I have some questions about the postnord pickup points. I am currently staying at a student accommodation, and I’m not sure if mailman has the ability to enter the building to deliver my parcel. The parcel is also probably too big to be put into my letterbox, so I would like to deliver it to a pickup point. If I am ordering something online, do I just enter the address for the pickup point, even if they do not specifically offer delivery to the pickup point? Is the pickup point able to accept my parcel for me to collect later? Do I have to inform the pickup point? Thanks in advance!

A parcel locker, in my mind anyway, is for "We tried to deliver it, you weren't home, come get it anytime you want." But I have noticed that now, I get the notification the parcel is in the locker on the day of delivery at 6am before anyone has even thought about attempting to deliver. I pay for it to be brought to my house not the post office. Idk if this is a setting, I can't find it if it is. The delivery is to my address so I have gone into the app and removed the parcel locker as an option. I hope this fixes this.

Moet even mijn frustratie kwijt over DPD. Gisteren zou er een flinke doos (40x40x40 cm) bij mij thuis bezorgd worden, maar de chauffeur heeft blijkbaar zelf besloten dat hij geen zin had om langs te komen. Hij heeft het afleveradres eigenhandig gewijzigd naar een afhaalpunt, waardoor de boel sowieso al een dag vertraging opliep. I sold an expensive item on eBay using special delivery 1pm guaranteed, posted on Monday the 26th. The tracker didn't update overnight which was unusual and a 2nd parcel I'd posted at the same time had multiple scans but was relieved when it finally had a scan at the super hub. I thought all was good and then once delivered I had a message from the buyer saying I had sent them the wrong parcel and it was a package of Amazon returns that my SD label has magically appeared on. Ordered something on Ebay, Evri delivered my parcel last Tuesday to somewhere with a name of a house that does not exist around here, just uploaded a photo that looks like in a van. I contacted the seller, who did not reply, but did reply 3 days after I made a request abou item not delivered, told me, despite trying to explain in the message I haven't got the parcel and don't have a neighbour with the name Evri provided that the parcel has been delivered, with a photo Evri put and if I have any problems to call Evri and provided me with the number. Over the last month every delivery (\~8) keep getting returned to sender. Today another parcel they said they attempted to deliver (first attempt) and they have put down I refused acceptance and it’s on its way back to sender. I have been in all day and no attempt has been made. Was no issue before this month. One of the trackers made comment that there was an issue with the address? Ordered stuff from a website around £20 on books shipping was about 2 weeks and supposed to come on the 15th this month now i got a email saying my parcel will be delivered tomorrow what can i do as it should have not came a month later as i canceled it i never got any delivery updates until we will deliver your parcel and the store gave a email canceling some of my items but giving the rest i will probably give it back as the items i getting from here i got a while ago from amazon but how could this even happen?

Hi, I sold 3 items to this buyer. They have said 2 items arrived and 1 was missing. They thought the 3rd item was arriving separately as they said it wasn’t with the other 2. Today they got back to me and said the package was slightly ripped when they received it. I showed them the photos the delivery company left and the package was in good condition and not ripped I also showed them where the courier left the parcel. They then told me it was in a locker not on the floor.
