Latest Community Discussions About ParcelDelivery issues - mail in wrong apartment/dumped in a pile by entry27m agoAs the title says - I’m wondering if the trend in my apartment block is happening elsewhere. It’s getting out of hand… I’ve found all the mail for my apartment block dumped on the first several stairs of the block, undistributed, several times. Bills, NHS mail, leaflets, etc. I’ve also found packages for people on the upper floors dumped on the first floor landing several times. We have a parcel thief in the apartment block, so I figured he had swiped things and gotten bored of them before dumping them again - but it keeps happening, packages unopened, just ditched on the first floor or the stairs. Today, I discovered two parcels for a couple of apartments on the first floor l... Has anyone managed to get inpost/yodel to change locker location or delivery location due to faulty lockers?53m agoI'm expecting a parcel to be delivered from overseas to an Inpost locker (chose a locker delivery due to being out for work). The delivery has failed twice due to broken or full lockers (the customer service flit between both excuses) and there is nothing anyone can do apparently (i've been in touch three times). I have one attempt left before it gets sent back to half way across the world, when I only live around the corner from the actual locker! What a faff!! I've emailed the seller to see what happens if it gets sent back to them and have explained the situation. The parcel cost me quite a bit, so i'm a bit nervous about all of this and incurring extra costs. This is ... AliExpress Delivery System?57m agoIs there a way one can pick which delivery system delivers the parcels? I've noticed that ZM tracking number parcels that come through Mercury arrive faster than those that come through the post office (RR). So is there a way to pick which delivery system should handle the parcel? or before ordering a parcel, is there a way you can tell that this item will probably be delivered via mercury? My JPFans Haul – Honest Review1h agoI wanted to share my experience with JPFans and, to be honest, overall it was pretty good. The whole process went smoothly. One thing I really liked was that they show you photos of the items before sending the parcel. That gave me a lot of confidence, because I could check that everything was correct before they sent it. What’s more, the figures I bought are completely authentic and the seller had looked after them very well. What’s more, the customer service was also prompt. Whenever I had a question, the response was quick and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The delivery itself went smoothly and the parcel arrived without any issues. Everything was well packed... Legal action1h agoAnyone have any advice or guidance they can share about threatening legal action against InPost? At wits end with them. They lost / allowed to be stolen a set of books I sent. Worth the £50 compensation / insurance they provide and I have already refunded the person I sold them too. They have refused to provide any evidence of where they claim the parcel was left “in a safe place”, nothing to support their claims they have investigated fully, spoken to delivery driver, absolutely nothing. They then refused provide compensation because they claim I sent collectible items that can be resold. Mea culpa, in claim submission I did say were rare books, but that was purely an exaggerat... UPS Philippines Parcel claiming it attempted delivery and its in the wrong address1h agoSo I had a parcel coming in and suddenly no updates that it was out for delivery, and when i checked it says second attempt failed and its delivering in the wrong city, my address is correct when i bought it from the website but I dont understand why its going to the wrong city, is this normal? will this get re routed to the actual address its suppose to go to? Should I asume this parcel is lost? 😂1h agoEbay closed case against me with tracking information stating delivered1h agoHi everyone, I sold a parcel on ebay for £400 using royal mail simple delivery which automatically uploads tracking details. The parcel showed as delivered to a safe place and the buyer opened a case against me stating that they couldn't find their parcel. Ebay kept placing my case on hold and issued me with an MC011 and told me to resolve my issue with the buyer or provide tracking details. The tracking details were automatically uploaded to ebay and is still there for ebay to see however i kept receiving the same response that I need to provide tracking. I have spoken to multiple agents on the phone who confirmed that they can see that the item was delivered and that tracking inform... Easter service1h agoIf I have a parcel posted in England today and the delivery address is Scotland and Scotland is operating tomorrow but England isn’t, will I possibly receive it tomorrow because Scotland is still operating? Hope that makes sense? Xx ps it’s special delivery. Thanks. AI Chatbots were getting me nowhere, so I had to try something2h agoI have had issues with a delivery. And they don't answer the phone and the AI chat bot just goes round and round in circles without connecting you to anyone. So I tried something different and it worked I am so tired of explaining to our sales team why a 2-day transit promise they made to a customer is physically impossib...2h agoThis has happened three times this month. Sales closes a deal, promises the customer 2-day delivery from our DC in Ohio to somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, then loops in my team to "figure out the details." There are no details to figure out. Ground parcel does not do that. Air freight at that cost does not fit the margin on the order. Nobody asked logistics before the promise was made. I have sent the transit time maps. I have done the lunch-and-learn. I have escalated. Nothing sticks. How do you actually get sales and logistics aligned at your company? Is there a system, a process, an escalation path that actually worked? Because right now I feel like I am just absorbing blam... FashionRepsHub Guide — How to Use a Chinese Shopping Agent (Litbuy Example)3h agoIf you’re new to buying from Chinese platforms like **Taobao, Weidian, or 1688,** using an agent can feel confusing at first. So here’s a simple breakdown using [LITBUY](https://litbuy.com) as an example. **📦 What is a shopping agent?** A shopping agent basically acts as a middleman between you and Chinese sellers. They help you: * Buy items from Chinese platforms * Store them in a warehouse * Provide QC (quality check) photos * Ship everything internationally Instead of dealing with language barriers, payments, or complicated shipping yourself, the agent handles it. **🛒 How to Order on** [LITBUY](https://litbuy.com) **🛒** **1️⃣ Select Items** ✨ **Find what you... Thank you. Rapid Runway Express3h agoA courier service which provides you fast, secure and reliable delivery solutions for documents, parcels, and urgent shipments. Final depot? Nah, send it halfway across the country before delivering it3h agoI’m quite frustrated with the Australian postal system at the moment. The main issue is that two parcels have reached the final depot before being dispatched for delivery. Both parcels have been returned to their home state and then sent back to me. What really annoys me is when I attempt to raise an issue using their chat feature and speak to a human representative. They respond with the same response: “It’s still in the delivery period.” The parcel has been sitting at the final depot for a week and then the next update states that it’s back at its state of origin. Consequently, it will now take another week and a half to be delivered due to the public holidays. I fail to compreh... Oil Isn’t Just a Chart Early Signs of Fuel Stress in the UK.5h agoI’ve made quite a few good trades on the price of oil recently. I’ve been following the market pretty much every waking hour. But today I went out on a bike ride and started noticing something strange empty fuel stations. Not every one of them, but enough that it caught my attention. You start to see the early signs of shortages appearing. What’s frightening is that this is only a **logistics issue at the moment**. Tankers are still arriving and refineries aren’t under any real pressure yet. There isn’t an actual supply problem right now. Yet even with just the *fear* of shortages, pumps are already running dry in places. It’s starting to feel similar to the early days of the... Delivery Options Not There7h agoHey, does anyone know why this week all my Royal Mail parcels do not give the option to update the delivery to be collected from either post office or delivery office? And before anyone says it’s a special delivery item so it’s not possible or the retailer is not allowing this, it’s not the case because it’s the same issue with parcels from differs retailers. Is this how Royal Mail is going to be moving forward ? The E-com Logistics Weekly • March 26 – April 2, 20267h agoWelcome to this week’s edition of E-com Logistics Weekly. If you feel like the ground is constantly shifting underneath your feet, you aren't alone. This week, we are looking at the whiplash of AI commerce strategies, a historic and desperate move by the USPS to stay afloat amid the Iran war, and a highly suspicious wave of Fortune 500 CEOs stepping down right as recession fears mount. Plus, the tariff wars are getting messier, complete with international retaliation and a surge of domestic scams. Let’s dive in. # Agentic or Bust (Or Just a Race to the Bottom?) If you followed the news out of Shoptalk 2026 this week, the undeniable buzzword of the event was "Agentic Commerc...
