Latest Community Discussions About ParcelManifestation is so easy8m agoso I had a parcel which until yesterday showed that it would arrive 2 days later but someone said that when you manifest,manifest small things sometimes so you can get rid of any existing doubts. So I was like yeah my parcel has arrived then detached and then app showed that my parcel will arrive today! I also kinda didn't want anyone to know that I ordered something at that moment and surprisingly someone else's parcel also arrived at the same moment so no one knew I also ordered something. Also the tracker showed that it would arrive by 9 pm so at 5.45, I was like the delivery guy has arrived and 15 min later guess what happened. I'm also consistent with subliminals because... Why did my order get shipped to a locker and not my address?12m agoI don't have a locker. Every time I contact support, I get a completely different answer: • One person told me my parcel can’t be found • Another said it’s under investigation and I’d get an update within 24 hours (that was 2 days ago… nothing) • Then last night, I was told it would definitely be delivered today, and of course, it wasn’t I feel like I’m just being passed around with random responses rather than anyone actually sorting it. And the worst part is, this isn’t even a one-off. Pretty much every time I’ve used Yodel, I’ve had to chase them just to get my parcel. I’ve already given full deliver... For the past several months, the Amazon delivery partner in my area has repeatedly refused to deliver parcels to my doorstep. Instead, they call me and ask me to come and pick up the package from another location about 1.5 km away from my address. This has not happened once or twice — it has happened more than 20 times. I always provide the correct address, and my location is easily accessible. Other courier services deliver to my home without any issue. Sometimes they mark the delivery as “failed” or “customer unavailable” even though I was at home the entire day. In a few cases, the order was even cancelled or returne... Contradicition in amount of compensation for lost parcel?3h agoSo I am a Dutch seller and I sent a package (worth €80) through DHL ServicePoint. The status is 'Ready to be sent to the sorting center.' since the 7th of April. I think the parcel is lost and I would like to know how much compensation I would get. Vinted says in the chat that delivery is taking longer than expected and that I will be compensated for €80. At the same time their FAQ says that packages lost with DHL ServicePoint will only be compensated up to €20. These statements are kind of contradicting one another so I was curious if someone has experienced the same? It has been over a week at this point and trying to get in contact with seller is hopeless as they are not replying to any emails, Evri consists of bots but then decided to talk to them through Facebook and feel like i got a reply from an actual person. This CS tells me that when the tracking number says 'We've got it', it doesnt actually mean they have the item in their possession but it just says it when... "Clearance in Progress" for a domestic parcel6h agoI have a parcel that went out for delivery yesterday morning. It never arrived, but around 7 PM the tracking updated with "Commodity information must be validated by the sender or importer. Awaiting information from the customer." A cursory search suggests this is related to customs, but this is a domestic parcel that never left my country and there should be no customs (plus it was out for delivery from my local facility). Super delayed na parcel ko almost 2 weeks na siya sa SOC 8 😔 ngayon lang ulit ako umorder sa shopee6h agosana dumating na bukas siya bukas Royal mail collection as part of simple delivery7h agojust after some help here, we sell bits and pieces on eBay and use the eBay simple delivery where you arrange the collection (including labels) from RM - we have had issues where the postman just says they left the labels in the office and can take the parcels if they have names on - we have done this previously and the wrong labels were attached and involved lengthy sorting out with unhappy buyers. My viewpoint is that we are paying for the service for them to bring the labels and collect - not just a " well they are in the office it's up to you if we take them?" it's not even as simple as waiting for the next day as due to work can only really send once a week - any vi...
