Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

We had a parcel (medication, value £200) which was sent Signed 24. Postwoman left it on porch and it's been stolen, along with other parcels. We have full video of her ringing door, no one answering so she leaves it (and fakes signature). Our delivery instructions explictly said to leave with a specific neighbour. 1) Are we likely to have an issue getting our money back? 2) How do we actually report this to Royal Mail so it doesn't happen again? I know the contract is between RM and the sender but that doesn't help us if the postwoman keeps ignoring our delivery instructions. Advice appreciated.

So, I've returned my shock clock 3 and its warranty replacement module. Note for future buyers: if you're outside Canada or the US, you pay for return postage. Anyway, I was communicating via email quite regularly; responses within hours, which is impressive for a relatively small company. Then, when I sent through the tracking info and which address I was returning to - I was given two and based on being from the UK was told to send to to Canadian PO Box - communication died. The tracking for an item I ordered has been stuck like this for almost two weeks now. I can't collect it because the branch it's at doesn't think the parcel exists, I can't order a redelivery because I didn't miss my initial delivery (I got them to hold it because I knew I wouldn't be in) and I can't make a claim because I'm not eligible??? Anyone ever end up receiving a package that disappeared when it was "out for delivery?" I bought a bracelet and earrings (not real, just gold-toned "costume" jewelry) from eBay and it never made it to me. My mailbox is one of many in a cluster box for our neighborhood. The mail carriers leave a key for individual parcel lockers for packages in general, but small packages usually go in your regular box with paper mail. My local depot seems to be having serious issues with drivers. I had 5 parcels that took over a week to be delivered with multiple failed attempts. Apparently they had 2 drivers quit on them for which I sympathise. I was dreading how long the following 2 parcels would take to arrive. To my surprise, they were out for delivery yesterday - only to be met with this outstanding customer experience at the end of the day. No GPS, no image, no delivery. I have no idea if the driver still has them or if they're gone forever. Really hoping they still turn up but hope is fading fast

I ordered a new SV08 in Germany mif February. I had many hopes in that product and company even people had some problems with their units. Since it wasn't shipped I asked by mail and got the response they are out of stock actually and will be shipped mid may when new ones arrive. I assumed its probably rather because of Chinese new year. Yesterday I posted 5 separate parcels, all of them on an Express24 delivery. Dropped them off at the post office at 9am. One of the parcels has been delivered successfully today, tracking for the remaining 4 show the last update was me dropping them off - nothing else showing in tracking (nothing moving through the network etc). Will this just be tracking that isn't updating until delivery, or are these actually still at the post office do you think?
