Hii My husband has sent me a package from South Korea and sent it to my mums house but apparently no one was home when she was home all day. So I ordered a hoodie I’ve had my eye on for a while, and the company used Evri as the courier. I have my parcels sent to my local post office so I can pick them up, since Evri seems to have a hard time finding my address. Apparently the parcel was out for delivery on Sunday, but obviously they couldn’t deliver it since the post office is closed on Sundays, and so it was sent back to the delivery depot. What I don’t understand is why it’s been sent back to the local depot and hasn’t moved since? Are they sending it back to the seller? Am I ever actually gonna get my parcel 😭

I ordered a Samsung S25 from Samsung India and it was shipped via Blue Dart. The tracking shows that the parcel has been stuck at their Ovali (Mumbai) warehouse since 16 April, with no movement at all. The expected delivery date was 20 April, but it’s now delayed and still not dispatched. I’ve already contacted both Blue Dart and Samsung multiple times and even emailed them, but I’m only getting generic responses like “we’ve escalated the issue” with no actual progress. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Also, at this point, should I go ahead and file a complaint with the consumer forum, or wait a bit longer?

Is there something wrong with the tracking app or am I just unlucky. My parcels usually arrive to the NI mail centre then sent to my local DO and never had any problems with anything I've bought. So i am coming from a gigabyte g24f-2 and want to buy the monitor mentioned in the picture. I saw someone posted they could buy these at 10k with 3k voucher discount included. We’ve had a few customers from the US interested in our stuff. Our parcels are small, around 500g satchels, so nothing bulky. AusPost estimates 9 to 12 business days for standard shipping, but I’ve heard from others that it can a lot longer than 2 weeks.
