Warning for Small Business Owners Using Delhivery I run a small micro business and recently had a very frustrating experience with Delhivery that I want other small business owners to know about. My parcel (AWB: 15925714274012) reached the nearby Delhivery facility on 6 March, but even after several days it was not delivered. I contacted customer care and they promised that the parcel would be delivered the same day, but nothing happened. When I contacted the local Delhivery center directly, the person there spoke very rudely and said they don’t have transport available and will deliver only when they get a vehicle. Yung mom ko naman akala niya darating din that day yung order niya from TikTok na COD worth ₱180. Pagdating ng rider, in-scan niya yung 2 Shopee parcels ko na already paid. So for the last 2 TGTG parcels I was finally able to have the delivered to my local post office for free. This meant I got them for cheaper which was great. So a few months after my last one, I try to get another one but it's gone. There is no longer the option for free delivery. Did they only have it up for a short time or was it not profitable for them?

Sa delivery ng Maribank physical card need po ba andon ako or representative para tanggapin? Need ba ng signature? Baka po kasi walang tao pagdeliver, and may nabasa din ako na parang parcel lang naman daw, so ok lang ba na sabihan yung rider na itapon lang sa loob ng bahay since paid naman na yung card?? 😅

Ako lang ba naka experience aning grabi ka yaya sa delivery aning Lazada, imagine MARCH 3 ang order last update MARCH 6 Your parcel is on its way. Guinoo ko March 11 na ron pero wa jud. AFAIK March 13 ang last delivery attempt pero wajuy progress og asa na ng parcel. Mas nauna pag abot ng gipang order nako gikan sa orange app, black app nga mas layo pa tawn gikan pag china. Kaning naa rag manila, purya gaba. Maka frustrate tawn ning Lazada dili nako mo usab ani nila.

Kasalan ko ba na di hinandle ng mabuti ni SPX yung parcel ko? This is the second time, the first shop is grabe talaga sila magbalot and nakabox always so impossible talaga na damaged yung items, tapos sa notification is parang kasalanan ko pa and iccancel nila ang COD option ko if ever.

so i’ve ordered off eliquid base on the 5th of march, said it was coming on friday and has estimated times but still no delivery? it’s now tuesday and most reviews are saying the same thing. have used this company before and took two weeks but some are saying didn’t arrive at all and no refund. 🤦‍♀️

My parcel has been delayed 4 times with the estimated arrival date changed like 3 times and a lot of "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". I had took 2 days off because I can't miss the delivery and it requires signature. I can't pre sign it or change anything about the delivery other than sending it to a neighbor. Is this normal for UPS? It is even more frustrating when it is still saying it will arrive today. It's 10pm now.
