Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

This parcel was due for delivery on Saturday, but I was unable to collect it, so on Friday I redirected it to the post office. The tracking now just shows a blank and I've never seen it before. Usually it just says "Delivery request received" or something like that. I'm just confused as to what this is. Is it just an error in the system and my parcel is still getting moved around? Normally once it leaves the international center it's delivered the next day. The post office I chose is right down the street from where I live, so I assume regardless of this redirection it would take a similar path.

I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with DPD and wanted to see if anyone else has had the same. I ordered something from the states and it was received by my area at 3:34 AM on the 21st march. No delivery what so ever all day. Sunday went by, nothing (obviously) and I had just received another unrelated parcel and this specific parcel still hasn’t arrived. Live tracking dosent work and neither does the update delivery options. Says stuff like “live tracking ID could not be found” and “there are no delivery options for this parcel” it’s been two days since the ready for delivery update. Postie has been and didn’t deliver that parcel. Yet it’s been ready for delivery for 2 days and still hasn’t arrived someone please respond. This is doing my head in.

I’ve started to notice how fast delivery drivers are driving around our estate, the likes of DPD, Amazon, UPS and my milkman specifically it’s crazy every time I see them I wonder how there hasn’t been an accident with a child and worry about the kids out playing. The other day one pulled in so fast into our cul de sac he knocked over a wheelie bin on the road ? I know the drivers are under huge pressure to get deliveries out so I’m not blaming the driver and feel sorry but it’s definitely an issue, like surely we’d all rather get our ****** Amazon parcels a day later if it means the drivers can drive safe speeds around housing estates.

I've recently moved to this address and have never had bad experiences before. Since the move in November I've had 5 parcels go missing with Tracked 24/ Tracked 48 service. I check the tracking and will just get "Your item has reached **Greenford MC** and will now be sent to your local delivery office." Where do all these parcels keep disappearing to? Are the staff just taking them? I've spoken to other people when trying to go in to collect and other customers have the same experience? What's really going on?

I know its can take a while but, im confused by the updates on tracking. Ive been in contact with "kayla" multiple times. I mostly get the same genetic reply with added details.
