Then we received a call from someone claiming to be from J&T Express, asking us to cancel the order. We also got a message telling us to cancel it. When I asked the lady on the phone why we needed to cancel, she said the parcel was damaged. Had 2 parcels due to be delivered and receive emails saying they’ll be delivered on the one day I’m not going to be at home, Thursday I changed them both to Friday when I would be home One still arrives on Thursday anyway and is left behind my bin - luckily it was still there when I got home The other one has just sat in the next city over’s sorting office since I changed the delivery option I’m aware it’s only been a couple of days, but I’d be keen to know if trying to intervene with the natural delivery process by changing the delivery date just increases your chances of everything going **** up, so I can avoid doing it again in the future

Hey, just wondering if anyone’s had something similar happen. My parcel has been stuck in the Melbourne network for about 11 days now. Last scan was “processed at sorting facility” and since then there’s been no updates at all. I called Australia Post and they said it’s still moving internally, just hasn’t been delivered yet. They told me to wait until Friday and call back if nothing changes.
