Hi! I just wanted to ask if anyone here knows what really happened to J&T on Shopee? They suddenly disappeared as a courier option. I’m a bit worried about my current parcel. I’ve had bad experiences before with other couriers. With SPX, I experienced my item being tagged as delivered even though I didn’t receive it. There was also a time when it was delivered to the wrong address and it was never returned to me. With Flash, the delivery took a really long time even though the parcel had already been at the hub for several days. Honestly, I felt more at ease when J&T was the courier, so now I’m a little anxious. Was there any official announcement about what happen...

I have ordered to redelivery the parcel to Post office at the Gallery for me to go and collect by myself. However, when I came to collect it is not there. I have rechecked in the tracking It has shown that delivery is completed at Bristol PFW Depot which I am not sure what does this mean do I need to go to Bristol PFW depot myself or not. Could you please suggest about this? Should I recheck again on Monday at the Gallery as PFW depot is too far from where I live?

Should I be alarmed na ba? Pang 3rd na neto sa SOC 8 wherever that is. Ordered the item last Feb 13 pa. Paid narin since walang COD option for the item. I know na iba ibang locations ang SOCs pero sa mga previous order experiences ko, once lang naman sila dumadaan sa areas na yan at move na papuntang visayas area na where I live. Ask ko lang din po sana anong magandang action na gawin para dito. Nung nag sabi sila na 3rd party na gagawa ng paraan, hinayaan ko nalang at nag hintay. Kaso parang antagal na kase at baka kung anong nangyari na sa item.

Full explanation: on Thursday morning, I dropped off 2 seperate packages intended for 2 different buyers, in the same mailbox. One is a regular parcel, the other is expedited lite, inside a bubble mailer. The regular parcel has been perfect thus far, it has already reached the province of the buyer. I expect it will be delivered on Monday. The expedited lite package is the opposite story. It has made no tracker progress whatsoever. The seller tells me that she posted it on the 10th and has an email to confirm with the tracking link, but that it tells her it is pending. Hello, I'm stuck and idk what to do with my parcel that has been successfully delivered to the previous ShippingCart UK address. I had a preorder in May last year which I totally forgot to change the delivery address and it still has the previous SC UK address on my order. Unfortunately, the parcel was successfully delivered to said address and courier and retailer both say that they cannot assist further since the item was successfully delivered 😭 They can only help if the item was requested for return.
