I ordered something on November 15, it shipped out via OnTrac on December 12th. If I knew it was OnTrac I wouldn’t have purchased. So it is set to deliver on the 18th but they marked my address as undeliverable and sent it back to the warehouse. I got in contact with OnTrac on the 18th and confirmed my address and they stated they would reattempt delivery in 1-2 business days. Today is the 23rd and the status of delivery was stuck at pending/needing more information so I reached out again. After initiating that second conversation, the tracking updated to delivered 12/22 (yesterday). However the location of delivery is Smyrna, the same city as their processing center. I live about an hour...

Am I ever going to receive this? 🥹

Waited all day for a food delivery from Dukes Hill, an online butcher here in the UK. Email said delivery was today between 1:40 and 2:40 pm. Both my wife and I wait as close as possible to our front door which has a large sign on it that says "Deliverys knock loudly" Start checking from 2:40 onwards opening door and looking up and down the street. Google says the latest delivery from them could be 9:00 pm. At 9:00 I notice the bottom of the email my wife received has a download link for a file which turns out to have a tracking link once downloaded. Click on the link and it says it was delivered at 5:17 pm and there's an image of just the parcel label but no other iden...

The tracking website says that my parcel has been delivered, but I don't have it. The postie just took a photo of the front door of my building, not even my flat door, and the parcel isn't even in the photo. I'm not sure what to do. I've contacted the seller, but no response yet. I just don't understand, the building is open and I was at home the whole day... This has never happened before, so I'm not sure what to do. Just to add context, the door was open because there were some builders working on some stuff in the building. I asked them if they saw any parcels being delivered and they said that the postie took a photo, went upstairs, and left....

Hi all! First off, no **** at all. I know posties are busy and this is partly my fault for ordering something just before Christmas. I paid £12.50 for next day delivery (Sunday night, so technically Monday) and it has been saying this all morning. (Look at pictures) On the website it says “Service used: Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed 1pm” which is what I spent the £12.50 on. It’s delivering from Plymouth. Could I go to the Croydon sorting branch tomorrow with my id and ask for it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I really need the parcel!

This is for those that use USPS's informed delivery, But if you have had expected deliveries from **PAYNE GLASSES LLC** on your dashboard, It is your GSUS order. I didn't realize until I got my second order shipped today and another one popped up. No idea why it pops up like that for their Parcel Delivery Network (seems like what it's called), but I guess this means it should land into USPS's hands for the last mile...even if I find it a little weird with the naming.

I live in an apartment where we have a parcel locker room, with lockers. DHL delivery email shows delivered with the parcel in the room ON THE FLOOR, and not in the locker, i go down to check 30 minutes after the email and the package is MISSING. The package was around 600$ worth of cards from japan. According to the chat, the aimed to deliver it today. I was told that if I wasn’t given a delivery time to use the chat to escalate this, which i tried and it was completely useless. According to the tracker, Evri picked up the parcel almost 3 days ago now and it still hasn’t arrived at a depot. Will I ever receive it?

Hi, I'm a 'basic shop'. I normally buy postage off ebay, but select 'collection, tracked royal mail' and bundle items together as I offer free delivery. Annoyingly one out of the 10 items a user has bought has simple delivery and there doesn't seem to be an option to disable it. If I can't disable it is there a way I can over ride by offering free domestic delivery? Thanks!

Was at work today and missed a delivery. I checked the card they left and the said it would attempted to be delivered on the next working day. My normal postman (massive love for him) would typically leave it in our safe place, but had a delivery from a different town. So after the backstory, does Royalmail or ParcelForce do deliveries/redelivers on Xmas eve?

Does anyone know why whenever my parcels are sent via the princess royal hub, they get there, sit there for 2 weeks or more and then only get scanned and moved on when they are a day away from being late. Due the the journey from there to my local delivery office it means they are always delivered after the final date they are expected. I dread it when princess royal comes up on the tracking, this time it has meant something ordered on 5th December and dispatched on the 10th isn't going to be delivered until after Christmas, with 48hr delivery.

Why did Royal Mail deliver my parcel to a safe place which 1. I haven’t even set up a safe place and 2. I was home all day so I was available to collect my parcel. The safeplace was an alleyway near my house but there is like 4 different houses on that alleyway and I’ve asked all of them but they all replies saying they haven’t seen or got my parcel. My parcel was delivered yesterday and I didn’t get a card saying we missed you for delivery. What should I do? I’m stressing 😭
