Ordered something off vinted, seller has sent it via the parcel shop and a delivery driver still hasn’t picked it up from the shop. Is it likely lost already?

See attached photo's ebay has a message about "not Delivered - damaged parcel" get when you go to the evri site to track it not mentioned about any damaged parcel just a delay? Contacted support and they said: "This was scanned as damaged and has been returned to the incorrect delivery unit. This will be returned to the depot to be assessed and if we are able to send it out for delivery we will do." So ebay says one thing, evri website says another, evri support says another, like WTF? What are the chances of me seeing this parcel, eBay simple delivery?

Evri used to give £4 per day bonus to delivery drivers for parcels delivered in estimated time slot. But now they have removed that incentive and told drivers if they want to earn more simply take more parcels to deliver. This is appalling from evri squeezing more from underpaid drivers and will degrade their service even more.

Why don’t we get offered uniform? I wouldn’t mind something branded that way the customers will know we are from relay just by looking outside. Atm I’m dressed all black (waterproof coat) and I get the feeling some customers are afraid to open the door. With food deliveries customers are expecting a knock but with parcel deliveries that expectation is much less.

Was expecting a parcel today. Didn't need a signature and the postie has a key for my block of flats. I was sitting in the lobby of my building waiting for a lift, and after I'd been out there for 5 minutes my phone pinged with a message saying that my parcel had been delivered. Well, clearly it hadn't, but the RM van was parked across the street so I went over and very politely asked where my parcel was. One of the two posties straight away asked if it had been a small packet, and when I said yes the other postie said "We haven't been to (my block of flats)" before rolling up the van window and driving off! My UPS (UK) driver has marked my order as delivered and the proof of delivery image is a picture of his steering wheel in his van! I was due to have an order delivered today by UPS and no one was home. The driver came this morning and no one answered, and he slipped a UPS slip through our letter box and went back. The tracking said delivery attempt failed and they’d attempt next business day. A few hours later the driver comes back and knocks again, not to be answered, this time he suspiciously looks at the label on the parcel, types some things on his scanner, then goes back. It my fault parcel shop.collections never go well

I see books selling for £3.65. What i am confused about is that you have to have tracking when sending out a parcel, and if you select the “letter” option to deliver through Royal Mail they don’t track it unless it’s the £2.70 one. Is there a way to deliver a letter with tracking option which costs cheaper? Also, after the book and delivery, how does a merchant make profit?

For the longest time I know everyone used sugargoo but I am just hearing about Mulebuy & Superbuy. I am estimating my haul to be around 2.2-2.5 KG. I also see mulebuy being a cheaper option about $20 or so opposed to superbuy. Hi all, I ordered an expensive item from an online shop (NL-based). The parcel is marked as delivered, but I never received it. It was supposed to be delivered to my building’s secure BringMe Box, as I know that sometimes deliverers leave them near on the ground floor (easily accessible by any outsider/trespasser) near the lifts and a lot o packages get stolen. The seller says the courier confirmed delivery and refuses to investigate further, telling me to check neighbours (there are hundreds in the building…). No proof of delivery, no signature, no delivery photo provided, No precise location... Can someone tell me what should I do in such a situation?
