Hi guys! So may awaiting refund approval po ako this 20th kasi hindi pa na re-receive ni seller yung item tapos due date ko na sa SpayLater ngayong 15th. If mag babayad ako sa SpayLater ko tapos ma approve yung refund ko sa returned item, ano po process nun? Like ma re-refund ba ako sa na bayad ko rin plus yung item? Hindi kasi ma sagot ng customer support. Thank you po!

Hi! Is there any way to transfer some of my Atome CL/Balance to any E-Wallets like Maya or GCash? Need to pay for my shein parcel kasi today and yung assigned delivery rider sakin (tho yung ibang rider naman meron) is walang QR PH, InstaPay lang daw meron sya. Is there any solution to this? I'm probably asking this slightly too soon, as my parcel was only due for redelivery yesterday, but I go on holiday this Friday so I'm hoping I have it safely by then. I got an 'attempted delivery' email on Saturday 7th (I was in, doorbell was on max volume), so I booked a redelivery, under an hour after receiving the email, to my local post office for Monday 9th (as I'd be at work). Mostly just writing to vent/get any kind of feedback. I submitted a claim for a missing parcel back in the beginning of January. It was a relatively high value item, posted Special Delivery. I received a confirmation email with a reference number but have heard nothing since. The email said that they aim to respond within the next 30 days, but that target has been and gone. The email address is a non-reply one, so who do I contact from here?

Earlier last week I made a post about a few rare items that were re-stocked on WASTE. I made an order for 4 items that cost me \~170 pounds plus delivery fees. Unfortunately, Royal Mail delivery person didn’t follow the instructions and left parcels in the communal area. Parcels were stollen 10 minutes after the delivery. I went downstairs 20 minutes after I received a notification and things were already gone. Hi guys. We’re at a loss on the situation and thought I’d see if anyone had had a similar experience or any advice My sister ordered a coat (£85) from Vinted at the beginning of January. After the initial tracking that it was on its way, nothing was heard. After hearing nothing for over a week, we contacted Dpd to see what the status was. They got back saying the seller had to be the one to get in touch. The seller was lovely, emailed them and gave them all the info, sending screenshots of everything to my sister. I ordered something that the sender chose to use signed for special delivery by 1pm, not my decision and i didn't realise i had to sign. I live on the 8th floor to a block of flats, most parcels are left at reception downstairs. There is no public intercom only the ability for reception to call my flat via intercom.
