Parcel was sent via FedEx… QC and Payment went smoothly. Received tracking 4 days after payment… tracked delivery and noticed it was loaded on truck today. Around noon, got a message saying the package was delivered(clearly not the case as I did not receive anything from FedEX)… Anyone else experience this situation, what happened? Already reached out to TD for help, hoping I don’t lose my money cause of some fedex drivers ****** mistake.

Note: don’t intent to sound offensive, just stating my pure experience. I genuinely admire the work delivery guys do in our country, and even though it’s a not very profitable profession, they work very hard and with gusto. But all my experience using Rapido Parcel service where they “claim” to do doorstep delivery has been so full of ****. I live in southeast Delhi.. and the Rapido riders in my area seem to be the most illiterate of the bunch. They’re rude, rowdy, terrible with directions and so irritated all the time. So I got one of those grey 'Seller didn't pay enough' cards today. It's a parcel from my sister. The parcel was sent 8 days ago, and we were both worried about where it had gotten to, so I called her to let her know it had turned up. We discussed the issue and she said she took the parcel to the post office, got advise on how to send it, paid the full fee as advised by the post office, and left. The original charge was for £3.99. The additional charge is £7.00, so the post office seriously underestimated the charges. So my questions are: 1. How does this happen? Presumably the Post Office staff know how to measure and weigh a package, and are trained in it? How do ...

My parcel was due to deliver Monday, and was noted as out for delivery. However, we got a snow storm that day and it was delayed and never delivered. My Dragonfly tracking number is noting that it’s being prepped again for delivery but that hasn’t changed since yesterday. I’ve seen trucks going up and down my street delivering. When can I expect to get my parcel? Side note: Amazon tracking in app says it’s out for delivery which conflicts Dragonfly. TIA!

So I had ordered this pair of Chelsea boots from ikoho on 28th of november and I got them on 9th of december & I am here to share my feedback about these boots here . Hi everyone. Has anyone ever collected a parcel or mail from the delivery office or depot before it was due to be delivered? I really need to collect my passport however its due to be delivered tomorrow. I have called royal mail and they said the earliest I may be able to collect is at 8am tomorrow when they open. There’s a depot close to my address that closes at 7pm. Just asking if anyone has ever tried this 😔 thanks

Hey all, I do apologise for another one of these posts but would be appreciative if anyone have any insights they can give. So last Wednesday, my sister dropped off a small parcel at a post office in London, shipping it to me in Glasgow with tracked 48. Sat in PSC MK until Friday and it scanned into Glasgow MC in the early hours of Saturday. However, due to the backlog in Glasgow MC, it didn't get sorted same day. Then came Monday and Tuesday with no updates. However, at midday today, there's an update but not the one I expected.
