Based in Melbourne - Bought a small item from Sydney on 25/4 - dispatched in 28/4. Tracking shows item has been to Melbourne THREE times and keeps going back to Sydney. I have two theories - Australia Post keep mucking it up but THREE times??? or the sender has not addressed the parcel correctly and it keeps going back to the sender, rather than the receiver. I have lodged a dispute (its now 10 days past the last estimated delivery date) and the seller keeps asking me to hold off - I've asked for a refund or a new item to be sent. They are declining both.
