I'm genuinely frustrated by the shopee's AI and system. My estimated date kept being pushed back not allowing me to get my refund. It's been 15-20 days at least waiting for my parcel, ten without any updates. I'm kinda harsh here, sorry for what I said and did but I am getting impatient... I know it's the courier's fault not shopee's, but man lemme get my refund so I can reorder from another seller that guarantees a next day delivery man... It's supposed to be a present not an afterthought man...

Thought of letting the community members know about this aspect while buying gold online via Ajio which I was able to confirm today. I had received the gold I had ordered from Ajio finally after 10 days today. The delivery agent was from BlueDart and the person is a regular to deliver from BlueDart when ordered from Ajio or any other D2C brands who outsource delivery to BlueDart. This isn't a recent issue and is not related to the attacks or floods. I've been having this issue for a while and am wondering if anyone else is. I rely on Amazon for specific products (some are medical) that I cannot get from other retailers. For years, everything has been flawless, but in the past 6-8 months, their delivery agents have been sending a chunk of my parcels to the wrong address. I end up having to request replacements or refunds. My address is not complicated- it's on a main road and the majority of my deliveries for all these years have been delivered just fine. All week it said it was running behind, and then suddenly it was marked as delivered on the 23rd (it wasn't). I cant view any tracking details or proof of delivery because the postcode is wrong. I checked, it wasn't wrong on ebay and I've never had this issue before. That smiling face the bot has is going to throw me over the edge.

I changed my internet provider to Virgin ​and the equipment was supposed to have been delivered on Saturday. It wasn't delivered, and today yodel tracking simply states "we have your parcel" not "out for delivery". And because of this one touch transfer thing, they have automatically switched off my previous internet provider. Now I've got no internet at home at all and no idea when the Virgin parcel will turn up. So I can't work from home at the moment and I do need to be able to do so on Thursday. order was placed on March 7, last movement is March 17 and today March 30, wala paring movement. i already contacted custom service via call an agent sevice and sabi nila hintay daw ako 1-2 days for a response. is this normal for international shipping? i dont want to wait any longer kasi more than 3 weeks na hintay ko pero ano kaya best move dito? wait for the parcel or request for a refund/return nalang?

Front door was open, dog at home let's us know when anyone come up driveway or to our mailbox or front door.
