My other orders have arrived in the warehouse but for this one there is no logistics (so I can’t even check where it is) and it’s been “shipped” for like a week and I can’t even track it on the acbuy website itself.

Has anybody experienced delay on shopee express here in duma? it has already been days since the expected delivery day for my parcel and the status always shows up as "out for delivery". I didn't receive any text or calls from the rider. I tried going to the sorting hub in taclobo and the guard told me to call the rider's number, which I already called the day before. Everytime I call the number it always say it's "unattended". Am I being impatient or is feeling frustrated valid?

For the first time, vinted has told me exactly where a parcel has been dropped off via a notification. I’m not entirely comfortable with the idea of this and definitely will no longer be selecting the home delivery option anymore. There is some proper stalking potential there. Stay safe

Shopee has been doing this so many times. Maybe my fault for doing it again pero everytime my order is paid na online, they don't deliver it and say na I requested for a diff delivery time which i didnt. I have an order rn, and thrice na 'di diniliver, as per order tracking, I requested for different delivery time raw(which I did not). I tried chatting and calling the rider but they wont reply. Also talked to CS twice but di naman gumana yung pag expedite ng order. Tapos yung proof ng delivery on hold is hawak lang ni rider yung parcel, wala naman problema na basa yung order or what. Just a few minutes ago,something really disturbing happened to me. I was waiting outside my house for a delivery as the delivery guy told me that he's confused about my location so just wait for sometime outside my house and he's coming. I have ordered something to arrive for 28th, the tracking page on Royal Mail say out for delivery but it’s been almost a week and still no luck. I have spoken to the local postie and he knows about it but it still hasn’t been delivered. My medication however is being delivered through them completely fine. Anyone know what might be going on? Emailed Royal Mail and they said they cannot do anything, the buyer is setting up a lost mail claim.

I’ve run into a bit of an issue with parcel redirects over the past few months. I usually get my parcels redirected to my office or whatever city I’m travelling to for work if I’m not home. It always used to go through with AusPost straight away. But recently, when I submit a redirect request, the app/website shows *“You’ve requested to redirect your parcel”.* then it sits there right up until it’s *“on board for delivery,”* and after that it suddenly flips to *“Couldn’t be delivered, this parcel was delivered to the previous address instead.”* Has anyone else dealt with this or figured out what’s going on? SPX RIDERS WITH VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE ATTITUDE Spx driver got super mad after I respectfully asked him to reschedule the parcel dec 5th which he was supposed to deliver dec 3, take note parcel arrived late to the hub and I already requested so many times for expedited delivery. Now, the rider was very rude and even told me to stop ordering or using shopee if I don’t have money to pay for the item. He even told me that I can’t demand to have it rescheduled because he have qoutA to reach. I worked with j&t and flash express logistics as admin before and never have i ever heard of having qouta. I sent a high value return parcel on 24/11\25 and it was supposed to be delivered to Albury NSW on 28/11/25. One week later it is at the delivery facility which is a 8 minute drive from the delivery address. I made an enquiry to auspost about it to which they said, I have to wait until the 16/12/25 for them to look into it, which is 3 days before the refund cut off date for the return item. Is there any way I can contact them to see what's going on?

Good day, this is a strange thing that happened yesterday and today. Kahapon, may nagtext randomly na shopee delivery daw and being vigilant (upon checking na wala naman akong order) syempre I set it aside and continued my day. Til today, may shopee rider na nagdeliver ng parcel, with my name, add, and cp # kumpleto. But the problem is, wala akong order na ganun. Even if I checked sa app, and my memories, I don't remember ordering it. Nakakabahala, if it's explainable then can it be explained?

Edit: received today. Serial number - not activated. Seal is also intact. Never gonna do this again though the anxiety isn't worth it I ordered an iPhone from The Loop and the parcel arrived two days ago. It was out for delivery yesterday and normally I get a text notification when a driver is assigned but it didn't happen. Parcel wasn't shipped yesterday. I’ve had a 1000£ delivery dumped in my hallway lobby and the company haven’t replied to my emails at all I’ve returned a 300£ parcel in the post office The company are telling me they received a small letter weighing 5kg Not even sure how it’s possible anything in a letter can weigh 5kg Anyway my parcel was about 14kg They’re also saying the limit is 10kg so it would be denied anyway yet they’re the ones who provided the return qr I had a 500£ order dumped outside my door when it was meant to be signed for , luckily I retrieved it but I am not happy at all at this online shopping and yet we are basically forced to do it because of the retailers all closing
