One week "being sorted at the senders local depot" and still not a peep. Daily messages on support bot and emails to support.... radio silence. Thankfully the supplier has insurance - I hope it's Evri Grade insurance. I want to preface this by saying I may have been naiive so please just tell me if there's nothing I can do. I'm based in the UK and so is the seller. I ordered an item due to be delivered on 7th March. on 21st March I told them it still hadn't been delivered. The seller noted that evri, the delivery company seems to have lost the parcel so said that they would send out a new item on the 22nd of March. This never happened. I kept in contact with them but they weren't replying so on 15th April I opened a case. Ebay have now said that they will not refund me as it's beyond the 30 day period but when I called Ebay they told me that the seller could still refund me and ...

Earlier today I was driving behind a delivery van when all of a sudden their back door swung open. I hung back, slowed down and kept a safe distance and kept an eye on it incase any of the parcels flew out (luckily was only behind it for a few mins before it turned off) but is there anything else I should do in this situation other than keeping a safe distance from it if it happens again? This is what happens when delivery drivers don't give a rats behind about the parcels. The company in this case is DPD UK, and the damage is more than merely cosmetic as the PCB has been cracked. It was not an expensive CRT, and I can (and will) fix it, but that is beside the point. Be careful out there folks, I thought DPD were actually good bet, until this happened. Recently i bought a package via vinted with the Vintedgo delivery agency. Long there were no status updates in the app until april 15th. Hi all, I just had a pretty frustrating experience with DHL Express in Munich and wanted to check if this is normal or worth escalating. The delivery person rang my doorbell, and I opened the door immediately. However, instead of handing over the package, they had already left it outside the building and just walked away without any interaction. So, I gave my mum my 600 dollar hair dryer in exchange for a $250 one that she ordered me. The delivery arrived and they've sent me 5 dryers. I told her to contact the company about it, since the order was under her name, but instead she took two dryers, one to keep, and one to sell. Are these hair dryers not technically mine? I know about the whole three month rule for them to sort it out, but outside that, is that not my parcel? I don't care about giving her one, but the rest should be mine no?
