Hello, my parcel was originally due to be delivered on Thursday 12th but as I'd be at work, I put in a delivery request for Saturday 14th instead so I'd be home to receive my parcel. It didn't come on Saturday so I thought it would probably be delivered Monday but there's been no update at all. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with this? Would I be able to collect it from the sorting office? Thank you

Just wondering if you drive to the depot can you collect your own parcel 🙈🙈 never came across this issue before but the package contains birthday presents and evri have said its at the depot to be sorted but they are needed for Saturday morning first thing. So I run a y2k type silverish accessories online store on Instagram in Pakistan. I get a decent amount of orders a month but ive faced the issue of getting a good courier service at hand, so ive used leapords and tcs and both are good not bad but the cod delivery cash takes too long to reach my acc and a small business needs fast cash to scale or work forward as investment is short for me. I started using runcourier as i found it on insta as an ad, and it promised fast cod payments and had lower fee for dispatch as leapords and tcs are abit expensive and take cash upfront, i found runcourier to be hood as it had less charges and charged after delivery. i tesed with 2 products 1 was deivered ...

Called Royal Mail and lady on the phone was very certain it would turn up at my address today. I explained I don’t live near Twickenham but she was adamant. Long story short, parcel hasn’t turned up… slightly worried because I need this delivery for Sunday! Spoke to the seller, and she sent me a photo of the envelope: my address and postcode are definitely correct. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?

I got a present for someone that I didn’t want anyone in my house seeing so I decided to ‘change delivery option’ to collect it from a local post office but Royal Mail decided to still deliver it to my house even though I changed the option as soon as it gave me the option anyone know what to do to make sure it doesn’t get sent to my house if I want to collect another parcel again?

Can anyone advise? I posted a parcel to a business address on Monday, special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. On Tuesday the tracking updated saying there was a surcharge to pay for postage. I quickly paid this as directed and was given an email receipt. I was on hold for two hours this morning, before Royal Mail said that it was going to be out for delivery today/tomorrow.
