Is anybody else seeing the "Website temporarily unavailable" when they try and update a parcels delivery options?? Royal Mail for all their money have a very poor setup. This issue has dragged for the last few hours and no news from them nor no change with the website. I have packages to redirect for tomorrow due to work and I can imagine they will be just sat on the doorstep for the duration of the day if this issue isn't resolved soon!?

As you can see in the pic, I ordered this and, somehow, in mid delivery the address gets updated. When I put the tracking number in UPS, it says the package is in Newark, DE awaiting delivery. I contacted to seller, but they said.... Wait till you get it or we get it then we'll issue a refund. I ended up getting a refund through Amazon. This also happened with another package. Has anyone experienced this?

I'm not sure what to do but I definitely don't want to pay for this - I wanted to cancel the order after finding out it won't arrive for an event. Yes it may be unkind because I should have checked before but its still in my right What do I do in this situation? Help please

Hi folks. Currently going through withdrawal from dihydrocodeine. My order was meant to be delivered today but never arrived. Estimated delivery was 10:15-13:15. Received by my local delivery office as usual at 08:25. Checked tracking and now saying parcel received at the sorting hub where it was before my local office? Any thoughts and also and tips or suggestions on how to handle next 24h. I’m actually nervous that they’ve checked what’s in it and confiscating it. Surely not though? Never ever had this issue with Royal Mail before ever so slightly worried. TIA.

Hi, I’m having an issue with a parcel being delivered through Relay and I’m not sure what I should do next. My tracking shows the parcel is already in the UK and moving through the local delivery process, repeating 'parcel received from sender' over and over again. It’s supposed to be delivered to a parcel shop for collection, but I’ve found out that the shop is either permanently closed or very unreliable, so I won’t be able to collect it from there. As far as I'm aware this is my first dealing with UPS Stanford-le-Hope. I've got a (fragile) package that's been stuck there for over 24 hours; it arrived, it's been scanned, it's not moved. I'm informed by email that there's been a delay but the message also assured me it was going to be delivered yesterday, even when I contacted them after the domestic delivery cut off at 7pm. I ordered some whey protein (HSNstore) and the courier is SPRING (with Hermes being the last mile courier), and according to the tracking, the parcel was delivered to a "WunschAblageort: Vor der Tür". I do have Hermes account (linked to other email address), I guess Hermes just take the WunschAblageort from there? However, I never authorized any such instruction for this delivery, and the package never arrived at my address. Hi. Have anyone else in the Southampton area struggled with DPD? I'm disabled, a wheelchair user. I had a large delivery Tuesday of which the driver dumped the two giant boxes in front of my door and walked off. Didn't knock or follow any of the instructions that are on my door about deliveries. I was stuck in my flat for hours, because I'm in a wheelchair and DPD depot and customer services refused to send a driver out to move the boxes. Hi all! I have a Shein parcel that I ordered with express delivery on 10/5, it was due to arrive 17-18/5. I am going on a trip on 23/5 so wanted the items before then. Parcel was cleared by UK customs at 10am on 18/5 and Shein’s tracking suggests it was handed to the local logistics service at around 5pm that same day and has been “in transit” since. The last update on the tracker is from yesterday 20/5 saying “your parcel has passed the most recent stage of processing and is continuing on its journey”.
