Parcel is supposedly to be delivered to Cavite, and as an avid shopee shopper, yung mga previous orders ko, lagi siya nadedeliver around **1-3 days**, max na nga yung 4-5 days kasi manggagaling siya from Laguna lang if SPX yung courier. Bago pa nga ako magplace ng order, nakaindicate din na madedeliver siya for the next day. Nastuck siya ng matagal sa **MFM Laguna**. Then ngayon pagtingin ko nasa Mindanao (**MFM Koronadal Hub**) na yung parcel ko. Di ko sure if normal ba yung ganitong shipment process na nagccross region kahit malapit lang naman talaga dapat yung delivery point. Has anyone experienced this? I decided for my bathroom renovation to get my vanity from Wayfair because it seemed to have what I was looking for and the delivery window was perfect for when I needed it. I bought it on March 21 and had to wait until it shipped out to receive a delivery date. I received the delivery date on March 24 at 7:52pm for the next day March 25th. I unfortunately was not going to be home to sign off on the package so I needed to reschedule it. I’ve ordered from here before and it usually arrives earlier than the suggested delivery date. But for some reason this has just been stuck. Departing from the USA and to arrive in the UK. They hit me with a permanent ban despite me being scammed!13h agoI resell Jordan’s on the platform, not crazy sales just ticks over for extra spending money. Sometimes your Spidey sense tingles with a potential buyer and this guy seemed off but keen for a sale I went through with it. I sold some size 7.5 UK Jordan 4 fears to this user and after evri taking 4 days of “out for delivery” they made it. Didn’t take long for the “suspended order” to come up. The buyer reported as counterfeit and complained about 4 things, they were fake, poor condition, slow postage and wrong size. Checking out the pics the shoes just weren’t what I’d sent. Consumer Rights (Scotland) question about online order repeatedly lost by courier and hopeless customer service from the...16h agoHi, I’m looking for some advice on how best to approach a complaint and what rights I have in this situation… I placed an online order over 5 weeks ago now. I got the immediate sinking feeling when I got the ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ email from Evri, the parcel moved along okay but then never updated from being at the delivery depot. After 7 days I contacted the business and they said the usual that they’d have to allow Evri 48 hours to conduct a search. I never heard anything after a few days, so got in touch again and they agreed to send a replacement. I asked at this point if it could possibly be sent with a different courier but they ignored that. Same thing happened a... FreeUp users, has this happened with you too? Unfair charges & account restriction16h agoI have been using FreeUp for quite some time, but recently the experience has become extremely frustrating. Some of the major issues I’ve been facing include : • coins/cash deductions for trivial reasons • high and sometimes unclear charges at every step • arbitrary penalties on comments • parcels getting lost / misplaced • account restriction or suspension after deductions • no proper customer support (only automated ticket replies) • hidden charges at almost every step • ₹50 cancellation charges • extra weight penalties even after correct details • delivery and convenience fees not refunded even when the item arrives in bad condition • no accountability And man... Nagpa-load ako and all just so makapag-reply ako, pero wala, they didn’t even try to respond at all. Okay lang sana kung hindi ako naghintay ng almost 2 weeks. Tatlong items kasi inorder ko sa same shop, and one of them is pre-order, so matagal talaga bago na-ship. Excited pa ako kasi new account gamit ko, so may voucher na 70 pesos off, as a student good deal na yun. Fast forward, first delivery attempt, naghintay ako kasi matagal ko na hinihintay ma-deliver. Nakadaan na lahat ng riders at Shopee orders ng mga kapitbahay, pero wala pa rin yung akin. Walang chat, walang tawag si kuya delivery. Nagtaka ako nung nakita... I recently booked an Ola scooter and made the full advance payment of ₹1,61,884. I am still waiting for the physical delivery. However, just recently, Ola slashed the price of this exact model down to ₹1,40,000. Naturally, seeing a ₹22k price drop on a scooter I haven't even received yet, I opened the app to see if I could cancel the order and just re-book it at the new price. Here is where the trap kicks in: When I clicked cancel, the app showed me a cancellation fee of ₹1,34,999! (I have attached the screenshot). It says this is because the "vehicl... I was unable to change delivery address for the preorder for whatever reason, so I thought I would divert the parcel to my local post office instead when the notification of postage was sent. I got the email on Thursday, and asked for a diversion to the local PO about an hour after the email came in. I got the confirmation notification that this was processed/confirmed. Delivery was due for today (Saturday), so I was expecting to be able to pick it up from down the road, but checked the tracked status and apparently delivery had been attempted to the old address despite the diversion request and the item ...
