they’ve not delivered my parcel twice this week despite me having an enclosed porch they can just leave it in,i rebooked a delivery for today and now it seems like they aren’t delivering it as i haven’t had any tracking or anything come through for today,can someone genuinely tell me why this is happening.ive never had so much trouble trying to get a parcel.

I just need to vent about my situation. I have 3 parcels that have been stuck at the delivery hub: OP Piapi Davao City Hub. I placed my orders on May 1 and they are still stuck there. At one point, the status indicated that a driver had been assigned for delivery, but they just took a picture and put my parcels on hold. Now, they are still at the hub, and it's really frustrating. I click the return/refund button and now I'm just waiting for the refund, which will likely take even longer. I really hope Shopee reconsiders their delivery service. I'm out of patience!

2026-05-12 i got got my parcel from Sugargoo and when i had opened it i saw on the local delivery app which is PostNord in Sweden they the weight is 5,8 kg but when i submitted the parcel on Sugargoo the weight was 6,5 kg, after i had opened it i noticed that 3 things are missing a hat, a belt and glasses. Later on i message the local post office and they that they can’t do anything and that i should go and message the sender which is Sugargoo.
