Ive been waiting for an update for 9 days now and nothing the people on discord in the chat have been just telling me to wait and support keeps telling me that they have contacted the logistics team and that they will update me but that isn’t happening any time soon so i my question is has anyone else had the same experience and tell me please when you have gotten an update or if it has ever arrived

Hi guys, This is my second time ordering my mounjaro. The first time it was just a link to confirm with dpd. This time I received an email from my parcels looking for an additional 8.49 for delivery. Is this normal? The receipt with the pharmacy has listed 4.99 for shipping?

I just wanted to flag a recent experience with Lunafide and see if anyone else has dealt with this. I ordered from them on 21 December 2025 (paid via Clearpay). When the item arrived at the UK sorting office, I was asked to pay customs charges that weren’t clearly disclosed at point of purchase, so I refused delivery on 16 January 2026. The parcel was returned via Royal Mail, and tracking confirms it was delivered back to their distribution centre in Germany on 20 February 2026. They even confirmed in writing that a refund would be processed once they received the return — but have since refused to issue any refund and have kept both the item and my money. I'm in Block B and the room I have is quite spacious. They do not provide cleaning at all, unlike SSA or GDSA (afaik) and it does get messy so best of luck with your roommates, cuz you have to clean the stoves, vaccum and take out the trash all by yourself but they are fairly easy access so shouldn't be too bad. Hello, average Shopee buyer here. This is my first time buying something this expensive. I am getting increasingly anxious about my order not updating its location for about 3 days now, since April 6 4:24PM. Especially with all the bad rumours surrounding SPX delivery. I have already contacted CS to expedite my order. They did reply they are making efforts, but all I got was that my parcel was now in the Visayas region from its original location of Luzon. But I am not satisfied with the fact that I am not receiving regular updates in contrast to my previous orders in March where everything went fine.

That means there will be eight customers who are not going to get their parcel today. Chances are, the parcels will turn up in the next few days. I will then deliver them.
