Ako lang ba may ganitong experience? The parcel is paid already kasi ayoko ma- inconvenience ang tatanggap at yung rider for the payment na magtawag pa nang magtawag. Pero hindi, wala. Walang dumating. WALA NA. I've been raising the concern as refund or return asking na baka we can discuss about the problem. There was proof of delivery and the seller shipped it out pero again, hindi nga received. Picture lang ng parcel da labas ng bahay namin pero again, WALANG PARCEL NA NATANGGAP.

My package, which I dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, has been held up at Royal Mail South Midlands MC since May 01, 2026. The tracking information indicates that "Your item has reached South Midlands MC and will now be sent to the local delivery office," yet there has been no progress for more than a week. Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay?

see my previous post on this sub for history but this is the current updated tracking. still not delivery attempts made, i’ve been in all day since thursday and we have a ring doorbell so can check footage. it’s a shipment from a US company so was shipped with passport global but then passed over to Evri once it got to the UK and on the passport global tracking it’s been saying that the courier doesn’t have the package for the last few days. someone commented on my other post saying that often if tracking isn’t updated till the next day it means the driver didn’t sign out before clocking off and the parcel gets lost/mixed up in the system and not picked up the following day. 4 da...

I sold a designer handbag, sent it signed for with tracking. Something went wrong with the Royal Mail system, the tracking number was showing a completely different parcel, one from the wrong city on route, then it dropped off completely and just had an error. Royal Mail said nothing they can do to find it, and just to wait. We tried to get Vinted to help, but we all know how Vinted customer service is. A week and a half later the tracking updates, it says delivery was unsuccessful and it was taken to a sorting office 25 miles away from where the buyer lived. The buyer said she would try to find a way to collect it, but the sorting office is only open for collections for two hours...

My parcel was sent around a week ago (going to a locker), and has been to a lot of sort facilities and been in transit multiple times. The estimated delivery date was between 6-8 may (evri). Is this normal? I may be overreacting though 😅😅

Hi! This is my first ever missing mail incident. I am the receiver. I ordered something May 1. USPS received the parcel on the 2nd. It had a delivery window of May 5-9. I first suspected that there was an issue with this piece of mail on May 6, when it was scanned in my city the night before, May 5, but not sent out for delivery the next day. Mail tends to process quick here, and if something gets in at night, chances are it goes out for delivery the next day. I track my mail obsessively.. I need to send a small parcel to the USA from Portugal. I already filled everything on the website and have the label ready to be printed. I chose to use a UPS delivery post in my city.
