I have quite a few items listed with simple delivery but unfortunately I've broken my hand and unable to get to the parcel shop. I was wondering if it's possible for Evri to collect the parcels from my home instead? Is there an option to arrange a collection after the buyer has paid for the delivery?

Nakakainis na ang Flash Express lately dito sa Makati. Kasi supposedly sa araw na idedeliver nila ang parcel eh tumatagal pa kasi sinasagad nila yung pinakahuling araw na magdedeliver sila. Then bumalik ulit ako sa COD payment pero gano'n pa rin, tapos biglang sasabihin unattempted delivery kasi hindi raw ako ma-contact eh kakatawag palang sa akin tas pinatay na then no'ng tumawag ako nakaalis na raw at nasa office na, ang sabi ko naman bakit hindi man lang ako na-inform. Hi all, I’m looking for legal advice regarding a potential buyer scam on Vinted. I sold a tracksuit and shipped it myself. I am certain the correct item was packed and sent. I personally checked the item before dispatch and sealed the parcel. I have no history of sending incorrect items. Hey all, For some context, on the 8th I went to pick up an expensive item from an InPost locker. The locker was empty. Fast forward to two weeks later, and the item is on its way!… to where exactly? :,) I have no code to collect it if it is going to a locker… And if it’s not going to a locker, or to me; then it could end up anywhere! I'm supposed to receive a package from AliExpress. I received an email with a delivery option if I'm not at home. I entered the tracking number into the app and entered my interest, but the app says that the recipient's postal code is different. When I ordered, I specified everything correctly. I had previously received parcels at this address, but this problem only arose now. I'm afraid the package will arrive incorrectly. What can I do in this case?

Hi, I ordered a parcel online which is being delivered through Royal Mail T24, got the tracking number today and it tells me my parcel was delivered to my local DO which was “in error” and that it was immediately rerouted for delivery. The problem is, the DO is the last entry on the tracking log, which was before 10 o’clock this morning, and it’s now been almost 10 hours since then with no further updates and no delivery. I tried using the chat bot at the bottom of the page, which told me essentially the same information, so I have no idea where my parcel is now… if it was immediately rerouted does that mean it’ll be sitting in a delivery van overnight? I’ve been waiting on a package since December 29 stuck in Chicago and supposed to be delivered in Minnesota. The tracking has been stuck for weeks, and the last and the only update says: “Gateway transit out Chicago” There are no scans after that, and nothing in the tracking ever shows the package arriving in Minnesota. Got a call from the delivery guy asking where to keep the parcel. I said keep it at the security cabin since i was put at the time and and he cut the call. The whole time i have NOT received or shared the otp yet. I get back home, the parcel isnt at the cabin nor in the mail. No updates received on phone either. Later i see it updated on tracking page that its been delivered successfully. Im so confused, i didnt even get an otp yet! Can I pay when I am receiving parcel via Nagad if the parcel is on cash on delivery? I don’t keep much money at home, but I also don’t want to prepay merchants without receiving the products. So buying expensive things online is kind of a hassle. I know you’re thinking, why not cash out before receiving the parcel, but there’s no agent near me (you know about the Basundhara issue).

I need to send a couple of kitchen knives to a UK address. The Royal Mail website says they fall under "Restricted Items" so need to be sent Tracked With Age Verification. There's two problems with this: 1) Tracked only covers them up to £75 and they're worth about £200 2) The only way to buy Tracked With Age Verification postage is on the Clock & Drop website. when you get to the end of the process, the only way to continue to paying for it is to tick a box to say there aren't any prohibited or restricted items in the parcel. I just started lifting weights and decided to order sa Shopee since walang accessible na bilihan near my place of residence. Mabilis naman yung movement ng parcel sa tracking, but January 10 dumating siya sa time na may pasok ako kaya guard yung nag receive.
