Hi there! I've recently arranged postage to Australia on Dec 22nd, and realised later on I booked the wrong one - I chose standard instead of tracked and made a mistake on my end. However I was provided a tracking number on my certificate of posting: ***UB848272764GB*** I was wondering if any RM Employee or anyone would be able to help me find out if the parcel has left the UK? I'm aware it's busy times, so I'm expecting delays in delivery, but would just really like to know if there's any internal updates. Would really appreciate any help, thank you very much!

Ingani pud inyoang mga parcel guys? December 11 ko nag place order. 12 na ship. Ang last update 21. Karon 29 na. Naka talk na ko sa customer service ika pila ka times na from 24 to 28. They said na mag change ra daw ang update within 24 to 48 hours pero wala jud ni abot ang tracker update. Ang estimated delivery date ani kay December 27. Then wala na deliver so karon December 29 ang delivery date. Pero 29 na ron wala gihapoy update. Asa na kaha ni nahulog na ni sa roro?

Me and my mum both ordered things and unfortunately got Evri delivering it😢, my parcel got delivered but they used the proof of my neighbors delivery as proof of delivery for me and they used what should've been my packages proof of delivery for my mum's package and just never delivered her package or they have stolen it. She tried ordering the same thing twice before and it's the 3rd time it's not been delivered by Evri.

I ordered this pack of sunscreen after seeing the post here on 12th of this month, got two of them for 125... But, the delivery was supposed to be on 22nd and now they are just not delivering my order, u have already paid and they playing passing the parcel, like literally they have been just shifting my order from one hub to another for like 3 times😭. Just sold an item to a buyer in Norway. Buyer selected calculated shipping option Canada Post Tracked Packet - International (Non-US). It came out to about $17. But when I go to buy the label the only tracked option is over $43. If you live in newhey / Rochdale area beware. There is a royal mail driver whom is taking pictures of packages as proof of delivery, and then driving off with them. I’ve had two parcels stolen now. It seems that my parcels only get delivered if I physically intercept the post man and take them off of him in person. If anybody else is currently having this issue, or if anybody knows what I can do about this please leave a comment. Utterly tired with these people getting away with straight theft.
