Hi! Im having a parcel sent to me backpacking through vietnam, and its difficult because i move alot so i want to send it to a place im going ahead of time and can pick up! Does anyone know if there is a postbox/office in hanoi i can send it to and i have to pick up myself no delivery?

My first time ever having this sort of issue. I was a city carrier for 9 months and I still have no idea what could’ve happened here. Tbf though having carried mail in Fort Worth I’m surprised it hasn’t happened more. The dysfunction is real. First says the package can’t be delivered today, then 10 mins later says it was delivered in a parcel locker in a different ZIP code. My favorite part is that since it’s Saturday I get to wait til Monday morning to hopefully learn where my package actually is. Fun stuff.

So after nothing for 10 days I get on 26th it’s going to be delivered today - then 2 days later… it’s back to “we have it!” - but at the senders sorting office? Which is Aliexpress so assume … Heathrow?

Item purchased on Thursday at 5pm, to be delivered between Friday and no later than 1pm on Saturday. Friday 8am tracking number provided by seller. Friday 4pm item collected/picked up. Tracking page shows 'item delayed, estimated Monday'. I'm fairly confident the seller did everything right on their end but the courier (APC Overnight UK) has problems. Can anyone please tell me if I have any grounds for a refund on shipping if my parcel is delayed? I paid £12 for express delivery which would have otherwise been free 2-3 days

Just got a letter from royal mail saying someone threatened the delivery staff so that they are going to suspend the service until they can work out the issue with the police. I understand this is for protection and safety, but is this kind of thing common? Anyone has an idea usually how soon the matter could have been resolved? Right now they are redirecting the parcels for the whole neighbourhood to a deport quite far away (we don't have a deport in our area), which i don't see it sustainable in the long run.

Yesterday i ordered a laptop for myself as a small present, forking out about £300 for it. It was due to arrive today and everything seemed to he going relatively smoothly with the tracking. When I last checked the tracker it said my package was 4 stops away, in a different part of town than me, so I put my phone down and just waited. Then I check my email and it says it had been delivered. It had in fact "not" been delivered. With not so much as a van going up my street. The delivery notification merely says "parcel was handed to resident", with no picture proof of delivery, and I'm obviously unable to get it returned or replaced since I don't have it. I ha...

have an international sale, buyer claims item never received but I have contacted royal mail which shows delivery to her address, including photo of front door, gps location and confirmed on google maps it's her address. have lodged a stolen parcel report through police and she confirmed through CCTV that parcel was delivered at time and will not provide any further info on request of CCTV of theft. so I'm doubting it was stolen and she is using the stolen parcel report to get refund. I believe I am covered as tracking shows delivery but is there any more I can do. I'm being harassed to sort this out but there is nothing more I can offer except refund.

So have a tracked 24 parcel due today. Yes i'm aware it doesn't guarantee delivery. However still shows as due today. However day in transit and doesnt show as having arrived in the local area. Obviously this isnt coming today yet still shows that. Is thier a way to get this to update? Am I just being stupidm or is royal mails tracking just really bad? Also if it still showing as in transit should I hope for this monday or you reckon later in the week? As its a big parcel and need to take a day off to be here. Hence why I tried to get it delivered on a Saturday.
