Fairly sure that's my laptop screen you can vaguely see through the glass as I was sitting at the front working on setting up a new modem and booster -\_- Attempted delivery is absolute bullshit and no note was left as to where it was being taken either. Helpful. Meanwhile a saint of a woman a couple weeks ago carried my new work desk up the stairs (on her own- when it should have been 2 people!) and delivered that package - give her a raise and sack these useless ones, honestly. While the ink I ordered can't be delivered and I have no idea where its going or when I can pick it up. Thanks.

Bought an item on vinted. Seller sending from England, I am in Northern Ireland. A package arrives today , from a clothing company. Addressed to me. I open it and it's not what I ordered. I inspected the package and there's another evri label attached to a lady, here in northern Ireland but a 2hr drive from where I live. So this is is a question for buying any 2nd hand product online via reddit, olx, facebook maket place and getting it parceled to my city and i always have a fear that some Mf would scam me and the box would be empty. This incident goes back roughly 14 months when I placed an order and when the package came, the delivery guy called me and I was not able to pickup his call (was giving my sem exam), later when I called back he did not answered my call and upon checking the item was marked as delivered though nobody came to give me the parcel neither the delivery guy gave me the parcel or any clue where my parcel is delivered. Received notification a parcel had been delivered. I couldn’t find it. Checked the app to find a nice pic of my letterbox, no parcel in the pic & absolutely no way they put it inside a lock letterbox. How is this proof of delivery without the parcel in the pic. 🤦‍♀️

I sent an item almost 3 weeks ago and its been ready for collection for 2 weeks. The tracking is now saying again that it was ready for collection yesterday. Does this mean its been returned? I put in the postcode of the shop I sent it from and it hasnt come up

I was expecting a delivery which was originally due to be delivered over a week ago. Everyday since I’ve had an email saying ‘sorry we weren’t able to deliver your parcel today’ and the tracking updates to say they failed to deliver. I had a similar issue last time I had an evri delivery, is this normal??

I recently ordered a phone from OPPO for nearly £1,000, paying extra for 1-2 day delivery. The driver logged a "failed delivery" exactly one minute into my allocated time slot and uploaded a black screen as "proof" of the attempt. I'm not even mad, this is somewhat funny. Was home all day yesterday waiting for a parcel that was never delivered cause apparently I wasn't in... Nevermind, I was a bit frustrated but rescheduled the delivery to go to my local post office so I can pick it up. Today, I get the "Sorry, there didn’t seem to be anyone in". In the open till half five post office? Like how? I find it frustrating and hilarious at the same time!

I’m trying to understand if anyone else had a similar experience. My shipment was marked as delivered, but I never physically received the parcel. After an internal investigation, Bambu Lab initially confirmed that a refund had been initiated. Later, that decision was reversed based on a carrier Proof of Delivery (POD). Recently I obtained an official investigation document directly from DHL which does not clearly confirm proper handover. I submitted it to support but haven’t received a clear final decision yet. Has anyone experienced something similar where a refund was first confirmed and later cancelled? I’m just trying to understand how these cases are usually handled.

This is not the first time. Lagi naman may tao sa bahay. Di ko alam ginagawa ng rider dito samin, same route ba nila every day?
