Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

So I sent a letter to the UK. I've sent things to this same address before seemingly without issues. Yet for this one the recipient is saying they haven't got it. So I try the postcode and as you see it saying not a match. But it says it's been delivered and signed for. Any help would be great thanks. 👍🏾

This is from 2023, I ordered some clothes and my delivery driver delivered my parcel instead of returning it, when I slept in. And actually brought it inside my home, into my bedroom. And took a photo for proof of delivery. I look back on this and laugh so much, however, I don’t know who was in my house, and always lock you doors too. Probably a once in a lifetime experience. Did some blurring because idk how we treat nips…and peoples addresses.

The message that came.on delivery mentioned someone's name and we do t know that person.. I am.not sure how they gave it to them when it clearly mentioned my name on the parcel.. Will DTDC even try to retrieve it from whoever they gave it to? Not sure as I am an NRI and haven't seen how things work for a while.. Please suggest what we can do from our end, We have enquired around our house and noone by that name exists.. thanks for your time and consideration

Is anyone else having issues with DPD delivery on Vinted in the UK? I have two separate orders from two separate sellers in different cities that were posted to me with DPD, and neither have been picked up from the parcel shop or locker despite having been dropped off last Friday. It’s Thursday evening now and zero movement. Usually DPD is extremely fast and reliable so I’m really confused — is something going on with them and Vinted?

hello, i applied for a “post person with driving” role at 7pm but got denied at 9pm due to not meeting the “minimum eligibility criteria”. i’m 20, i turn 21 in september and got turned down for the delivery role at my current job (DX Delivery) due to not being old enough to be put on their insurance (i work in their warehouse at the moment, sorting parcels). i guess i’m just wandering if it’s the same at royal mail? thanks for reading edit: i also have a full driving license, no points. passed back in august 2025

I’m trying to understand something I keep seeing with recent US outbound parcels to Germany. Helped ship a couple personal boxes this year and the main variable didn’t seem to be distance, but who handles the handoff once it leaves the US. Big carriers are predictable but pricey, smaller ones feel more opaque even when the end result is fine.
