I was at home all day yesterday, I have checked my ring doorbell from yesterday to confirm that no one rang my door or even entered my property yesterday. Hello, this is my first time posting in this sub so excuse me if I make any mistakes. I ordered a package off shoppee a while ago (it was supposed to arrive on Monday)but it got delivered to the wrong house. I filed a refund request and contacted ninja van about it too. The delivery man reached out to me and said he would look into it. After some complications, we were still unable to locate the package. He offered to pay me back for my losses instead of marking the parcel as lost, however I was wondering if this was the right option instead of just waiting for shoppee to refund me. Want to lock my front gates (issues with antisocial behaviour)but have the problem with post and parcels. There would be nowhere to leave them other than on the busy street (no recess) if delivery people can't get in so that's not an option. How do other people manage this? If you leave a gate code on the parcel do couriers bother with it?

I ordered the item on the 20th Feb. It was supposed to be delivered between 10-11th March. The seller told me it was almost ready on the 25th Feb. Then on the 7th March I’m told that they delivery service are expecting my parcel. But nothing since then. England, think I know where I stand but want to double check. Had an order delivered by DPD yesterday, have these very regularly from this particular company. I wasn't going to be in which is rare so checked the DPD app and made sure I didn't have the safe place option as my house is open to the road, so the option was to leave with a neighbour. I can't find much information on GLS. I have read that royal mail delivers their parcels? For over two months, GLS have been trying to deliver my parcel. It vanishs for a while, I contact the place I purchased from, and then they attempt delivery again. They never knock or ring my doorbell. At a loss! Is there any way to get a shop collection? Nakalimutan ko palitan yung courier pagka order ko dahil usually Shopee express o J&T ang courier na pinipili ko and now mag one week na itong order ko di pa rin an de-deliver. Puro failed attempts due to recipient missed daw eh nasa bahay lang naman ako at tama naman ang naka lagay na address ko at contact number. Bayad na din yung order ko kaya nag request nalang ako ng return/refund pero ang tagal ma process. Until now nag false delivery attempt pa rin sila kahit na report ko na yung rider sa customer service.

I live in an apartment complex, and the kid who delivers during the day never takes packages to doors. What he DOES do is leave several pink notices on mailboxes with various fake excuses about why he couldn’t deliver the package. I finally reached out to the post office to try to get help and this is their reply. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and have the carrier refuse to do his job. There’s clearly a culture of laziness at this location (Los Angeles). Yes, I read in their handbook that they are to attempt to deliver parcels to doors if they don’t fit in mailboxes.
