Hi all, maybe someone here knows the next steps I should take. I collect video games. I'm a big nerd! A few weeks ago, a different deliveryperson began working in my neighbourhood. They misdelivered some of my mail next door, just worthless ordinary mail, my neighbour returned it to me, no big deal. Then yesterday, I get a notification that a parcel containing an expensive old video game was delivered. I check my doorbell camera - no sign of the deliveryperson making a delivery to my mailbox. I get home from work, log into my Canada Post account, and look at the picture they took. My parcel is in an apartment's mailroom. I walk up the street and see a resident of the building and...

Yung parcel ko kasi mali ng na mark as delivered ni rider. Tapos naka delivery failed yung isa, run out of time daw. Pang 2nd attemp today, ibang rider na daw naka assign.

Does Shopee’s ETA tend to be accurate, especially for orders coming from Vietnam? I’m getting a bit nervous because my parcel seems stuck. It was shipped out on Nov. 21, and now it’s already Nov. 27, but there have been no tracking updates at all. The ETA says it should arrive today, but nothing has changed. Is it normal for Shopee tracking (especially from Vietnam) to not update every day? I’ve ordered from overseas sellers before—mostly from China—and their tracking is usually updated often and the ETA is pretty accurate. I really need this item by a certain day, so I’m worried it won’t make it in time.

Hi guys, I recently purchased a bunch of skincare close to $200 on YesStyle and never received it. Basically the delivery person took pictures of the package from the trunk of their car but never left it at the front door/parcel locker. So I emailed Yesstyle and they replied with a generic email which was obviously of no help. Then I went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company to which they refunded the full amount. Now I get an email from Yesstyle saying there’s been a chargeback, please authorize us to charge the card again I’m wondering if Yesstyle would start a collections claim at this point?? Hi! I am pretty new to ebay, and I have sold some PCs there. I know that as a private seller ebay forces simple delivery on listings, however some times the buyer is able to select a non-simple delivery option such as yodel store to door. Since ebay requires signature for orders over £450 to be protected, is there any way in the settings to force all orders to be placed using simple delivery so that I am protected from parcel being lost, stolen, etc? If not, is there a way to force orders over £450 to use a signed deliver service? Also, yodel has had incredibly poor service and broke some of my pcs, would i be able to exclude yodel services from the buyer’s choices? Thanks for the help...

I ordered an item off eBay about two weeks ago. I ordered it to a local Tesco store as I thought it would be quicker and easier because I live on a 4th floor which couriers ****. After numerous delays and no update from their terrible chat. I emailed the CEO and got a reply that seemed like it was from an actual person, not the CEO of course, but one of the workers. I was told an investigation will started, this was almost a week ago. Fast forward to today, and two failed deliveries later, yesterday and today. I decided to email back and have been told that Tesco stores are being decommissioned due to them not accepting Evri parcels anymore. Has anyone heard about this or had any issues with...

I paid $95 CAD in total for this, or $68 USD. Was this a good or bad buy? Did I get a good deal?

So we have a regular post man and I always tey and get something small for our delivery men at Christmas. We have a regular Evri man too. Would it be weird to get him something? Just a selection box and a thank you card or something? He always makes sure I get my post and parcels safely and as someone who gets alot of limited edition merch delivered I highly appreciate it 😅

buyer claimed that they didn’t receive the parcel. However in the picture, it doesn’t say that it’s ‘out for delivery’ or ‘delivered’. is this an error on the tracking?

Been waiting this parcel for over a week. It's supposedly been doing a little back and forth between the depot and being out for delivery. Considering it's going to a parcelshop they have used 100 times I don't see how they are struggling to find the adress. This evening the tracking has updated to say it was apparently delivered on the 19th despite being out for delivery today again? Disclaimer it was not delivered at any point. I honestly don't know how to handle this anymore
