I arrived home this morning to see this stuff down the side of my front garden wall, thinking it was a parcel for myself I grabbed it, it is empty and the address is not mine but is for someone around 3 miles from my house. Unsure if this is a case of someone littering or potentially the postie stealing the item, it’s a £10.25 special delivery postage so I can only assume the item inside would’ve been high value. *Re-uploaded - screenshot added* Morning all, I’ve got a fairly priced parcel that was sent next day delivery, and it was posted at a parcel shop and accepted into a mail centre within a 2 ish hour period - this was 01/12/2025. Today is now 04/12/2025 and it hasn’t moved one bit, since being accepted at the mail centre on Monday. This is where the problem lays - the only phone number possible, is an AI agent that tells you what the app/online does. I cannot get hold of them from what I can see, anywhere. Does anyone have any pointers or help please? Much appreciated.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but this is already the second time I’ve bought RAM sticks on Shopee and the sellers still haven’t shipped them. I had a parcel due for delivery on Sunday Nov 23 which at 17:40 was then delayed and I was told delivery would be attempted again the next day. On Tuesday Nov 25 there is no sign of movement and I ask their Chatbot where it is and get a response saying it missed the connection to the courier and she’ll chase it. Second time I’ve received this from Royal Mail when I’ve been in all day and can confirm no attempt has been made.
