I assume because the locker I selected has been full all week, but if that is the case they need to add an option to be able to divert parcels. Pure incomptence8h agoOn Tuesday (12th) I ordered something that I need to get to me by tomorrow (17th) It wasn't eligible for next day delivery because it was slightly past cutoff so I went with 2 day delivery included with prime. I live directly above a shop that happens to act as an amazon collection point and, since I was going to be out for most of Thursday, set the store as my delivery location. On Thursday at about 3pm, the app said it was out for delivery, only 7 stops away, and would be with us by the end of the day. At 9:30pm after waiting all day, half an hour after the shop closed and going in to check to see if it was there, called customer service to see what was going on because the app hadn... Context: (We're both girls po F21 and F21) Tuwing nag aaway kami ng girlfriend ko, kahit simpleng bagay lang and hindi niya nagustuhan, kahit mapag-uusapan naman, laging lumalala. Triny ko na laaht ng ways katulad ng pakalmahin siya and kausapin agad to fix the problem pero imbes na makausap ko siya ng maayos, mas hindi siya kumakalma. So naisip ko na baka mas okay na pakalmahin ko muna siya before addressing things so ang ginagawa ko is hindi ko muna siya kakausapin. Pero imbes na kumalma muna siya kasi hindi kami nag uusap, ang ginagawa niya dahil galit is nag-oorder siya... I bought a dress on Vinted and when the parcel arrived, instead of the dress I received a single printed leaflet in a very small flat package. This wasn’t a clothing mix-up or wrong item situation — it was literally just a random leaflet/piece of paper. The parcel size also seems way too small to realistically have contained the dress in the listing. I raised an issue with Vinted immediately and uploaded photos of the parcel and contents. The seller approved a return almost immediately, and Vinted support is telling me to simply return the item within 5 business days or the order will auto-complete and payment will ... I was the seller in a transaction where the buyer failed to pick up the parcel, so it was returned back to me through DPD. Here is where everything went wrong. According to DPD, the parcel had already been returned. However, Vinted’s tracking continued to show that the parcel was still “being returned” and neither Vinted nor DPD notified me that it had arrived. Because of this, I had absolutely no idea the parcel was already at my apartment location waiting for collection/retrieval. By the time I realised what had happened, the parcel had been lost... Status stuck at to reattempt delivery for days11h agoMy parcel was supposed to arrive 13 May but said attempted to be delivered probably because they ran out of time judging by the time stamp. However, from 14 May to today, the postie did not reattempt to deliver. Also contacted customer service who told me they’re not sure where my parcel is atm. Does anybody here have the same experience and can advise what to do? Can this be picked up from the depot instead? Is anyone facing issues with Delhivery service?11h ago​ My shipment has been stuck with delayed updates, random status changes, and absolutely no proper communication from their side. The tracking either stops updating for days or suddenly shows “out for delivery” without the parcel actually arriving. Few days back I ordered a few decants. I specifically requested him to ship via Delhivery, so he did. The seller had packed everything properly in a cardboard box with bubble wrap protection around the decants. But somewhere during transit, Delhivery opened the parcel without the sender’s consent and repacked everything into a transparent plastic bag with absolutely no bubble wrap or protection whatsoever. For fragile per... Item was refused by the pick-up point because the QR code was wrong12h agoItem is being returned to the seller. Vinted didn't specify why so I asked the people at the pick-up point if they knew anything; they said they either weren't able to scan the QR code, or it was incorrect in some way, so they refused delivery. I've used this pick-up point twice in the last week without any issues so I don't think they were the problem, but the seller has also pointed out that it would be weird for the code to be incorrect since the parcel did arrive all the way to the pick-up point. My issue it that I won't be refunded for shipping or buyer protection, even if this was most likely a mistake by either vinted, the shipping company, or the seller. Has... "Delivery Attempted - No Answer" despite no delivery attempt12h agoI appreciate this is not a RM complaints page, but I'm looking for some insider insight. We had an important parcel scheduled to arrive today, the sender specifically sent it Tracked 24. When tracking the parcel it shows as "delivery attempted" but no such attempt was made. It’s a business address that was clearly open at the time, and our CCTV confirms nobody showed up. I've logged a case with RM, but I have a few questions: Why does this happen? Might the postie have just assumed we were closed? Have they gone to all the effort to come to the address but then not deliver? Could they have entered the wrong attempted delivery code? Avoid Evri at all costs. I’ve been chasing my parcel for the last 4–5 days and there is no proper way to speak to a real human being. Every time I contact support, I only get useless bot responses saying my message has been forwarded and someone will reply within 24 hours but nobody ever does. The customer service is non-existent and extremely frustrating. It feels impossible to get any real help when there’s an issue with your delivery. Looking online, it seems many people across the UK are facing the same problems with delayed parcels and poor communication. Very stressful experience and definitely one of the worst courier services I’ve dealt with. I... P.o. box13h agoHello! i’m not sure if anyone would know but i set up a PO box in April and i’ve had so many issues with it. I’m doing a charity auction on Friday and so people (who i don’t know) are sending me items to auction, hence why i had the PO box set up. (it’s also set up to deliver to my home) I’ve had a parcel say it was due to be delivered yesterday via the PO box, it says delivered on it but it hasn’t been delivered to my house. Does ‘delivered’ in terms of a PO box mean it’s been delivered to the box or should it have arrived at my house yesterday?
