I was instructed na tumawag daw sa hotline kaso nung tawagan ko naman, "incorrectly dialed" number daw. Tried calling yung toll-free hotline ng Metrobank, kaso need ng 16-digit number. Istg I've tried Sulit Local and Standard Local, pero it's been both YTO. This is the second time this has happened (okay, granted 1 day palang, pero it's been 2 days since it arrived sa delivery hub). The first time, sa sobrang tagal madeliver ng package, it literally had what looked like rodent-induced damages. The funny part about my first mishap with them? The rider spam calling me during work hours just to ask for confirmation that the item has been delivered—it wasn't, the date of delivery he mentioned was a holiday and I was at home lol. Is there no way to actually report YTO at this point, considering the issues with other customers and retailers as well?
