The item has since been delivered to my door, it was a pair of trousers, not the boots I paid for 💔 I'd even paid Vinted extra for the home delivery service, because I live rural, so just refusing to collect the parcel wasn't an option for me. I'm in the proccess of contacting Vinted Support, but so far it seems they expect me to cover the return postage fees before I can get a refund? That's so unfair? This is the mistake of the seller, why should I have to pay out of pocket.. is this a problem anyone else has had? What's to stop it happening again in the future.. It's completely put me off buying from Vinted..

apparently my address was inaccessible so the parcel couldn't be delivered. bad weather is coming in. if I choose to collect from my local post office tomorrow, will it actually be there in time? sounds ridiculous but just wondered. I doubt any deliveries will be made tomorrow. thanks

Hi I was due to have a parcel delivered 2 days ago via Evri and upon attempt the delivery driver couldn't access my building. There has been no attempt to deliver since. What is the best thing I can do to resolve this? I haven't had any experience with evri prior but having looked through this group it seems this is a common occurrence. This seller usually uses Royal Mail so I didn’t think it would come to this. I tried to divert it to a pick-up point as I read there is slightly more chance of getting them from there but the website won’t let me. I can’t get this item again now either. They also dispatched it using a 48hr courier on 3rd Jan and Evri hasn’t even received it yet. I’m not getting this, am I?

Hi all, I have a question regarding a treadmill I purchased off Amazon UK over Christmas. It arrived and the packaging was damaged, the pins on the plug were all bent so that it could not be plugged in and the remote control to operate the treadmill was missing. I contacted Amazon and asked if they could send replacement parts or alternatively if I could return the item via their collection process. So over the last week I've received two weird texts. One from okta about a David Lloyd subscription and another from boots/ royal mail about delivery of a parcel. I tried to track this parcel on the royal mail app and none of the postcodes match mine so I can't track it. I've checked my accounts and I'm not having money taken from me as far as I can tell. I do have two SIM cards in my phone, one with a number I've had for years and another I got last summer for festivals but keep in for ease/ backup. Well, the unthinkable has finally happened. This morning I took a delivery from our favourite courier but this delivery was different. Not only did he open the gate (instead of throwing the parcel over it) but he then proceeded to walk to my door and actually knock. When I opened the door, to my surprise, he was still there with parcel in hand. He then handed me my parcel and took a photo as a keepsake of this magical moment. I will of course be writing a letter of complaint, this is not the service I expect 😅
