On the day it was due to be delivered, I never left the house. .....Or the next day, or the next. A week passed, and I contacted the seller to let them know I was still waiting. Hi! So I ordered an item at naka indicate dun na delivered na with proof of delivery pero di ko naman nare-receive pa. Tinry kong i-contact si rider however, conversation ended na. Buti na lang I got his number sa support center. Sabi ni rider na sa kapitbahay daw niya binigay yung parcel kasi di daw ako matawagan (so panic agad kasi bat naman ibibigay sa kapitbahay diba? yung iba pinapa bukas na or might cancel na lang) Take note I am just renting at di ko kilala mga tao dito. Was expecting na madedeliver today. Nag antay ako whole day but no text and call galing sa rider. Pagka update sa app na insufficient time pinuntahan ko ang warehouse para ipick up sana since malapit lang sa amin, ang sabi sakin bawal daw i pick up at antayin na lang madeliver bukas. Ang rude pa ng mga tao sa warehouse, buti na lang pagod ako galing sa work at walang gana makipag away kaya umalis na lang ako. Let’s see na lang if madeliver na. Sana hindi BATO 🪨

Hey posties!! Could someone possibly help with a query? If I have a guaranteed before 1pm SD small parcel which I have the tracking number for, just waiting for it to go into the network. I'm sure I've done this before but wanted to see if someone could help me remember. My intercoms aren't working on the block of flats and so they can't attempt delivery. Never had this before in my life. Nobody required to not deliver mail at that property so that’s a lie. Wasn’t attempted to be delivered next day either. Anybody experienced this and what do I do?

I recently bought some tablet cases from China since it's cheaper and had them shipped to Australia. I specifically addressed the package to a Parcel Locker so that if I missed the delivery, I wouldn’t have to worry about getting to the post office before it closes. Hi! 1st time ko lang magkaroon ng CC and gusto ko malaman ano ba meaning nung RE-ASSIGNED? nung verification kase tinanong ako kung san ang preferred kong i deliver ang card kung sa office address ba or sa billing/house address and ang sabi ko is sa bahay since naka long VL ako. Then tumawag sakin metro bank kaninang morning out for delivery na daw sa yung CC pero sa office address. Sabi nung agent i ssend nya nalang daw yung number ko sa courier. Lately i noticed that royal mail is delaying delivery by days, for instance i ordered an item on sunday 1st march and i opted for tracked 48. The items was dispatched on monday the 2nd, today is friday the 6th and the parcels didn't arrive to the destination delivery depot which is in northern ireland !!!! This is not the first order that has been delayed in recent weeks. I use to always opt for royal mail because they respect the delays and it has been my preferred delivery company so far. But lately everything changed and i don't see royal mail as reliable company anymore. For info, we are in march and not in christmas time so i don't see any excuses about these delays.

Hi everyone, A package I ordered was delivered to my apartment building in Toronto. My building has a concierge desk where all deliveries are received and logged before residents pick them up. The delivery was confirmed by the courier and there’s even a delivery photo of the parcel at the concierge desk. I was away when it arrived, so I didn’t pick it up right away. A little later, when I went down to the concierge desk to get it, they told me the package had already been picked up. They checked their system and then reviewed the security footage. Shouldnt the weight of a package remain the same throughout the whole shipping process? I placed an order last tuesday and the package had a weight of 0.87 kg when Aramex recieved but now that UPS is in charge of it it weights 0.50 kg.... I'm I being paranoid or did I get robbed mid shipping

Bit of a long shot but hoping the other buyer might see this. I recently bought a Maje “Joli Cœur” navy beanie on Vinted, but when my parcel arrived I received a Nike windbreaker jacket instead. The jacket is a Nike hooded windbreaker in black, white, and olive green with the white Nike logo on the chest. I reported it to Vinted within about 3 hours of delivery and sent photo evidence, but they’ve marked the sale as completed and haven’t helped resolve it. Hi! Is using grab car (booking a 6 seater) alright with loading 3 balik bayan boxes? Wala naman po reklamo si driver with it? I have to deliver it personally thats why I cant use grab express delivery since I read na they dont allow passengers. Just the parcel. Has anyone here done this before? Thank you very much.
