I know that there has been a discussion na here regarding this issue. I am aware naman na may problem sa customs. Pero anyone here same as me na nagpabalik balik sa sorting center ang order nila? I had a package shipping, I live in Toronto, it was processed in Toronto and then went out for delivery, but then was updated to out for delivery in Mississauga, and then a few hours later was changed to delivered, but the location still said Mississauga. Had one yesterday, comes in the driveway, sits in his van for maybe a minute, 30 seconds I dunno. I race out the door and flag him down just as he's backed out and about to drive off again. " Where is my parcel!??" Nung unang attempt to deliver, wala naman nag-punta dito sa bahay kasi may tao naman dito, pero ang naka-tag is "recipient missed delivery", tapos kahapon nag-out for delivery pero hanggang gabi wala pa rin. Bit of a conundrum that I'm currently in.... I'm at a total loss on how to even proceed with this. I posted a pair of joggers on Thursday 19th February, which were delivered to the buyer today. However, upon opening the packaging the buyer had received a sealed packet of curry powder (and in a cardboard box, when id sent in plastic packaging) I've checked the Evri website and the 'proof of delivery' shows a cardboard box (not what I sent). Was thinking of posting this since last week but was busy catching up on work due to a power interruptions we’ve had that lasted for 2 days.
