Hi how are you? I have had this parcel posted today and was accepted at 4:57 pm with special delivery next day for 1pm plus the £3 Saturday delivery charge. I understand the cutoff is 430 for collections but says on the receipt it isn’t after the last collection cutoff. Will it arrive tomorrow? Thanks!

Hello, I ordered a few perfume samples online the other day and the delivery was due yesterday. I redirected it to a parcel locker but when I went to pick it up, the drawer that opened was empty. I filmed it and even tried again but to no avail. I contacted the retailer but they said that since I redirected the parcel to a locker, I have become the one responsible for it? I have never heard of this phenomenon before, they quoted their terms of service, which I didn't even bother looking at once informed as these terms do not supersede the law. I’m honestly super frustrated and need advice. I couriered a bag via DELHIVERY from Gurgaon to Bangalore and even paid extra for express delivery. For the past 2 days, the tracking kept showing “delivery attempted but recipient not available” — which already didn’t make sense. So I decided to go to the warehouse myself to collect it. I had a few quick questions on using Ground Saver. 1. Can I use Ground Saver when shipping to a commercial address? My company’s systems lack detailed rate shopping or business rule application per shipment, so it might be tricky for me to only send residential packages via this method. 2.
