Is this even normal? My haul is around 5kg and this is the price for shipping, and I don't think this is normal. I am just dissapointed.

There's no protocol for weekend deliveries at the Eastway mail center, so mail couriers leave numerous packages at the desk, which is obviously not secure and anyone can steal them. In my case, my package was delivered on a Sunday, to which I was expecting an email from the mail services all week to pick up my parcel but never got any email. I personally asked the workers when to expect it or where it would be, they looked up the tracking number and nothing was found, despite the proof of delivery photos from the courier clearly showing it was left on the desk of the center (with about 30 other deliveries.) I know two other people whose things were delivered the same day but the mail...

Package shipped out Oct 9th and made it to Ontario in 4 days and left on the 5th day (normal and acceptable). Then it takes another 4 days just to reach my province, its a bit long considering if moved through the majority of canada in the same time but still not that big of a deal. THEN it takes another 3 days to move 1.5 hours away from Dieppe to Saint John, fine so be it. At this point my package only has to travel another 30 minutes to my home in Lower Greenwich but it missed a connection. That missed connection somehow ended up meaning that 30 minite drive took an extra 7 days. Only for them to claim noone was home upon delivery when there absolutely was someone home. I'm currently renting at Avida and they have a policy about deliveries, they said na if I were to buy like a small appliance or a table from a physical store and had it delivered to the condo, I need to submit a delivery form to the admin. office for approval whereas if I buy a table / chair from Lazada it would be considered as a parcel na (as long as it is assembled) so no need for the said form. Please enlighten me po on this, or share any experience that you might have when it comes to buying stuff for your unit. I'm quite confused. Thank you!

So EVERY single one your parcels were processed and shipped all at the same time. May naka-experience na din ba dito na tumawag lang yung courier para magrequest ng reschedule tapos nilagay ay Recipient Requested Reschedule? Nung una hinayaan ko sabi nya kasi idedeliver nya kinabukasan pero hindi na nadeliver so nireport ko sa Shopee. Tapos sunod na rider hindi na tumawag. Diretso recipient missed delivery na agad. So report ulit sa Shopee hanggang nag-return to seller na yung paid parcels. Different parcel, kanina lang, naka recipient missed delivery na din kahit walang attempt for delivery. I sent Evri another message today and I said that if you can’t deliver it to the parcel shop then let me collect it from the depot. Now when I look at my Evri tracking on the app instead of saying Delivered it says ‘Ready for Collection’ and ‘Collected’. Does this now mean that I’m collecting from the depot? Anyone have experience to send an item to Batangas via flash? I already contacted customer service and filed a report since 3rd attempt na today I thought ma-reresolve na. Unreachable din contact numbers ng rider and branch. What happens if all attempts have failed? Maibabalik ba sakin yung item ko? So… this is why situation, been waiting on this package for a week now, but that’s not the problem… I been tracking my package on two different sites using the same tracking number and I keep getting these really strange updates. One moment it say it’s being processed at the Center, then it would change to “bad address - reprocessing”, now the update say “package was successfully delivered” HOW???? My package have been to three different regions in the DHL system here in Germany! I even contacted the seller to make sure they had my correct address… I never experienced anything like this before using Amazon. Don’t think I will ever order anything coming from China!

Just wanted to share my frustrating experience with DTDC. I paid for home delivery, and the booking centre accepted the parcel without saying anything about service limitations. But when it reached the local branch, they suddenly refused to deliver it, saying my address is not in a serviceable area. The parcel has been stuck at their warehouse for over 3 days, and the staff were extremely arrogant when I called - they just told me to come and collect it myself.
