Ordered via orange app kaso di na deliver si parcel A sa first and second attemp tapos wala naman proof of delivery attempt si rider. No calls and texts as well na mag dedeliver siya. I just based the “out for delivery” status sa app. This day dineliver niya na sa bahay for the third attempt yung parcel A together with parcel B. Sabi ni rider may penalty na daw siya worth P620 for parcel A. So I willingly paid his penalty as well. How can we find out who the actual fk are the couriers that do this? How can we lodge a complaint directly to the courier company and so we can name and shame?! How else will they change their crappy customer service? Yet another parcel delivery, with signature missed because the ***** couldn't be bothered knocking on the door and actually get a signature!
