Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Parcel was out for delivery at 6am today 12/26 and by 9am it was marked as return to sender because they were unable to deliver (no specific reason). I called customer service and they said there’s nothing I can do to reverse it being returned to sender. Does this sound wrong? I feel like they could have held it at the post office for collection before sending it back. I called and they said I can’t reverse it.

i have placed order on 9th dec from Naturaltein . it was prepaid . Parcel trackers shown tha estimated delivery on 15th dec . its 26 today and i still havent got my dabbas. i also tried to mail both of naturaltein and bluedart but i didnt hear anything from them . I got various messages that they missed the delivery and i rescheduled it 3 times and still did not get my parcel . its really frustrating , what should i do now ?

Yesterday i bought a laptop and they said the supplier will be the one delivering the laptop, how long would it take for me to receive a call from the supplier asking me what time i want my laptop delivered. And can i add the delivery instruction for the person receiving the parcel to say the order number in order to collect it ?

Noong December 16-17 pa dapat ang deliver nito pero December 26 na ngayon. Ang nakalagay lang ay Order Still in Transit pa rin. Ano po kaya ang dapat kong gawin?

Parant lang kasi feeling ko napakahelpless ko. 2 parcel ko nasa delivery hub na nung Dec 19 pa lang delivery date is 19-23. Tapos nung 21 biglang nag in transit. Hangang ngayon naglalakbay sa kalawakan yung parcel base sa status sa shopee. Pag sa tracker mismo ni YTO d nmn gumagalaw sa delivery hub. Nagcomplain na ko sa CS nung 23 ang sagot lang e, "sila na daw bahala wait lng ng 24-48 hrs". Hanggang ngayon nganga, intransit padin. Kung may fairygodmother dito sa Reddit, I wish yung staff ng YTO sa delivery hub e mabilis mapanis ulam nila the whole 2026 at parating mainit ang hihigaan nila.

This is not a complaint, just a question out of curiosity. I had a parcel be received into Bristol mc early morning on Christmas Eve, is it unreasonable to expect it to arrive at Norwich mc tomorrow morning and to be out for delivery tomorrow too?
