Does this tend to happen?

Hello everyone, this is my first time ordering a computer part with Newegg because my desktop motherboard died over the holidays and i needed a replacement (no other places were in stock). since i ordered it just over 2 weeks ago now the status has been on “parcel information received” with no updates until the other day when it switched to delivery exception. i’m wondering if i’ve been scammed and need to seek a refund or if this is normal somehow? it’s from a seller in China with only like 2 reviews, but again since i’ve never used newegg before and had been recommended it by another person i gave it the benefit of the doubt and sent it.

So I noticed a pattern lately in last few months. I will deliver to rough areas, there will be someone home watching TV or whatever and just refused to open the door. I would leave a parcel outside, tucked away, behind wheelie bin etc. And Lo and Behold few days later will get a customer did not receive their parcel. It proper dragged my rating down to below standards. Last couple of days if customer has not left the delivery instructions I would follow the correct process of calling/texting, taking photo of nowhere to leave parcel and automatically return. If customer claims they were home and I have returned the parcel to the depot can I get dinged for that also?

I joined Vinted two months ago and have sold a few items. I’ve noticed that the Vinted shipping option takes much longer to deliver compared to PostNL or DHL. What really surprised me is that it sometimes takes the same amount of time to deliver a parcel within the Netherlands as it does for PostNL or DHL to deliver internationally, for example to Italy or Spain. In fact, I recently dispatched a parcel from near Amsterdam to a buyer in Amsterdam, and the delivery date shown is 26 January. That feels unusually slow for such a short distance. It makes me wonder whether I should turn off Vinted shipping altogether, but I’m worried that doing so might drive buyers away. ☹️

Hi all, we (buyers) are in Wales and the seller is in England. We bought an item on marketplace in early November, unfortunately we agreed to bank transfer for delivery. Since then the seller has sent incorrect tracking numbers and claimed 2 delivery attempts resulted in them returning the parcel to him (we believe this to be untrue). We have agreed to collect twice and he cancelled same day both times. At one phase he said he would just return the money and never did. We said we would be pursuing legal methods to get our money back at which point he said he would send ASAP. He sent us a tracking code for Evri 2 weeks ago and they are saying they are still waiting to receive the parcel....

I had no idea Japan post wasn't shipping to the US. Apparently they don't ship anything above $100 and my package is $250 of goods. I usually use EMS and it's around $40. Now it's $124 with buyee air delivery. My package is 1420g total weight and 6080g volumetric weight. I probably won't be ordering from Japan anytime soon after this.

This might be a long shot and appreciate that this is not official customer service but my GF ordered something to my house and unfortunately due to an oversight put the wrong address. Hi all, Weird situation Got a clock shipped from the US and the seller has put two postcodes on my parcel. One is my post code and the other is somewhere in London. Royal Mail seems to have issued the other one to the parcel as you can only use that to do the delivery options. What do I do?? I live in a 17 storey apartment building with a parcel safe (that’s HUGE by the way, and has held my fully made king sized bed frame plus other parcels before) and Evri failed to deliver a kitchen bin. Twice. Got it sent to a parcel shop instead - the post office - and couldn’t even manage that. They told me they had delivered it, went to collect - no dice. The photo proof of delivery? Hi, new buyer on Vinted, have purchased about 4-5 times and never had an issue whatsoever however I purchased an item (delivering to in post locker), it’s been shipped with est. delivery 21st-23rd. Just received a message saying ‘another parcel might’ve been sent by mistake, if you receive the parcel let me know’. Na-experience niyo na rin ba ito? Kunwaring magsesend yung delivery rider ng "Hello, \*\*\* delivery po", tapos aabangan mo buong araw wala naman dumating? Ngayon, sasabihin sa app, failed delivery because recepient missed delivery. What? Ano to kunwa kunware nalang ginagawa yung trabaho? Not the first time. Nakakainis lang.

Wala man lang update sakin yung rider. Nagtext lang na magprepare ng pambayad then wala naman dumating. Last attempt may tumawag sakin pero parang ai na customer service ang kausap ko then binabaan na ako ng tawag. Pwede pa bang i-report yung rider? Na-warningan tuloy ako ni shopee na mawawalan ako ng COD.
