I ordered over $100 worth of cosmetic products as a gift for my mom. Tuesday, Canada Post claims to have delivered the package to my mailbox. I usually receive a key which can then be used to open the parcel locker. However, no such key was anywhere to be found. The next day, Canada Post sent their delivery driver to come investigate. He checked all the lockers and found nothing. He also claimed to have left it at my door. I was home at the time and did not receive any packages at the supposed time of delivery. Should I ask to check the building security footage? How would I even prove that the package belonged to me? I’m sure no one would admit to taking it as it has already been 3 days...

Hello. I managed to save up some money to buy my son a laptop from cex. I bought the Lenovo ideapad 3 for £450 + £3 delivery. The item was ordered 24/01/2026 and as of 30/01/2026 this is all it says on my tracker is that they haven’t order but haven’t received it yet? Baring in mind I paid £3 for delivery within 3-5 working days. I have rang cex and have told me they have cctv footage of the driver collecting the parcel but for some reason the driver hasn’t scanned it. When I call DPD they tell me they can’t help me because they haven’t received it. I’m losing my mind what do I do? Feel like I’ve been robbed.

I was about to add a parcel locker to my account but I got scared it would redirect every single parcel from my address and I don't want my housemates parcels redirected too. I do need it because they refuse to deliver to my address and always put "unsafe to park" when every other delivery company delivers to my house. A parcel locker was just installed next to my workplace so that's why now I'm deciding to use it.

In true Evri fashion, I was expecting a parcel yesterday (next day delivery) and Evri couldn't manage that, shock! But about 15/20 minutes after the app had updated, I received an email from my "local depot" stating it was running late but still due to be delivered the same day. I know there are plenty of scams etc out there and I've done my due diligence in checking the sender etc. It's a legit Evri email from what I can gather?

Sobrang hassle ng ginagawa ng YTO delivery sa akin. I ordered an item na dapat madeliver pa nung January 27th pero walang nadeliver, then kahapon nung tumawag ako tinag na nila as lost in transit. So, ang ginawa ko nagreorder then pero this morning naman nakareceive ako ng text message an madedeliver yung first parcel ko kaya kinancel ko yung new order ko pero until now, walang dumarating na parcel. Hi everyone, I have a question about how VIP or VIPex parcel stations in Ghana operate. Do they ever handle or hold payments on behalf of customers as part of their service? For example, do they receive money first and release it later until delivery is made, or do they strictly handle parcel transportation and not get involved in managing customer payments?
