She immediately offered a refund, but once the parcel came back to her, she went the extra mile and sent it again through Delhivery. Super sweet 🥰

Buyer says the parcel was delivered but then disappeared. I checked the tracking and there’s a delivery photo showing the package left at their door. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was probably stolen. For anyone who’s been through something similar, how long did Vinted take to investigate and release the funds? So my rating went from Excellent to Fair in one block. I had a block with 74 packages and when the allotted shift time was up I still had 10 packages to go, but I was a 1 hour drive from the return location. Keep in mind my shift finished at 2045. Order approved on the 12th. Supposedly RM attempted delivery twice. Both times, my husband had stayed home and was downstairs. God I **** this company, if anything showed they were going to use 'evri' before I buy, I wouldn't buy it. 3 packages, all delivered to the wrong address. First 2 thankfully close enough I could go and grab them myself. This last one, not where the delivery photo showed it, people at the address they left it claim they don't have it........ In December I had bought a PS5 for my nephew for Christmas, due to my sister having the same idea l ended up having to return it. I decided to have my package redirected to my local Parcelshop, because I thought it might be more secure than having it dumped on my doorstep when I'm not there. Oh how wrong I was! It showed up as Out for Delivery to the parcelshop on Friday 16/01/26, but that was the last update. No confirmation of receipt at the Parcelshop, nothing. I want to try to understand where things might have gone wrong. I believe that Parcelshop deliveries don't go via the local courier, they go via a separate van. A fairly expensive parcel was initially ‘lost’ by Evri after speaking to customer service. It was then marked ‘delivered’ (without being ‘out for delivery’ first) but obviously nothing has arrived.
