I previously posted here (now deleted) asking if USPS eBay global shipping services will deliver to an AU Post Parcel Locker. I was repeatedly told yes. I even received annoyed comments when I kept asking for certainty. However halfway through my delivery process the item was transferred to Asendia… So the users who comments on my post were wrong. What now? Since my parcel is with Asendia will my parcel still be delivered? What if they get confused and just drop the parcel in front of the lockers and my parcel gets stolen?

Knew my parcel was going to have a fee so paid it and booked delivery for saturday 17th jan earliest day it would allow then it got retention on it and is still showing retention. I got card saying a fee to pay so just wanna check that it will be checked and delivered to me tommorow? And if its not how long would i have to go and get it? Blocked out is my towns name.

I bought some trainers for my son for Christmas. It's the wrong size so I returned it to my local evri. This was done on 31st of Dec. Evri is still showing it as 'it's on its way back'. I have messaged Evri, it was a chatbot reply. Nike is unhelpful. They have cancelled my return. I don't know what else to do. My son still doesn't have his trainers.

So I had a subscribe & save order go missing, had a package audit done by my apartment complex because we have secured parcel lockers, package was never located, oh well it happens. I reached out to Amazon via chat in the app for support, stated my entire subscribe & save package from the scheduled delivery date at the start of the month was missing and could not be located, they can't reship me the items so instead they would refund me for their full value to a gift card balance. I sold a ceramic utensil holder and shipped it via InPost Locker. The buyer collected the parcel today and reported that it was damaged. She shared a couple of photos which show that the pot is completely broken. I’m confident that it was well wrapped with plenty of brown paper and bubble wrap, although clearly not well enough! I’m new to Vinted and so automatically accepted the buyer’s refund request without thinking. Is there a way I can complain to InPost for the careless delivery, or is too late now that I’ve agreed to the full refund? I assume the driver must have chucked the parcel into his van for it to have been so smashed up.

Good afternoon, so this morning I’ve send parcel to Poland through post office picked up by Evri, I just had a look at the tracking and post office employee put only door number, first name, half of surname and postcode in the delivery details. I did write full correct address and full name on the parcel like I always do, I’m really worried if it’s gonna reach its destination because of what post office guy did. Honestly this is probably the 50th parcel I’ve had thrown outside to be stolen/ delivered to the wrong address. IM TIRED OF WEEKS WORTH OF BACK AND FORTH WITH SHOPPING SITES. I live in a 6 floor apartment you cannot get into unless you ring the door number. Hence I don’t understand how someone can deliver to a wrong address or think leaving it outside for 100+ residents / passer-by’s to grab is ok. Does anyone work for Evri or know how they operate? What’s the logic behind this? I do not understand how an address can say the house name and number and they still decide to deliver to a different house with a different name and a different door number? I got a notification to say my InPost parcel had arrived at my collection point shop and I have my collection QR code. Went to go get it and was told by the shop worker that they gave it back to the delivery driver because it wouldn't scan into their system till at the shop. So, the driver scanned it, that's when I got the notification it was ready for collection, but then the shop worker couldn't scan it, so they just gave it back?? Tracking shows it's ready for collection even though it's not physically there. What will happen with it now? Has anyone experienced this before?

So this is the “proof of delivery” I got for a parcel on 8th January. I was never informed that the item was even arriving - I only received the tracking number when I got in touch with the company today - so I wasn’t able to check nearer the time. So the delivery driver brings me a parcel, I am not expecting anything. Glad I looked as it was the right address, wrong name. I didn't accept it and she said "you can still keep it. It's your address". I didn't keep it but now I can't help but wonder what I might have turned down. A diamond encrusted shoehorn, a kilo of Ket, a chewed up biro. Oh the possibilities.
