I need help. A delivery was made to my house. All of my orders were paid online so that whenever I have a parcel, hindi na need mag-abono ng lola ko sa bahay kapag wala ako (since I stay most of the days in a week in Manila due to university). This day, may nagdeliver sa family house ko. I am only expecting one order and it was delivered as per Shopee app. Pero kakauwi ko lang and I found 2 parcels, one is already paid as usual and the other one was paid by my grandma. Hi everyone. I really need your help with this situation. I sold an item on Vinted and sent it with Evri. I have never had any problems with parcels before because I always pack everything very securely. However, I received a notification saying that the parcel was “damaged beyond repair in transit.” Has anyone experienced this before? What happens next in this situation? Will Evri compensate for the damaged parcel, or does Vinted handle it? Any advice or shared experiences would really help. Thank you!

I ordered a chess board from one seller, and according to the app it was already marked as delivered, but I did not actually receive the item. What’s weird is the tracking says the order was shipped together with another order from a different seller. I have had the same ongoing problem with the same Delhivery agent. He comes to my house, rings the bell manically 2-3 times, and if I don't answer within 3 seconds he leaves.
