Made-deliver pa kaya nila 'tong maya black card ko? Since May 7 pa ito naka "Estimated delivery ; today, by 10:00 PM" nagkaka-anxiety na ako kung dadating ba talaga or hindi. Anong experience n'yo sa delivery nila? Within Metro Manila naman ako (Taguig), lampas na nang 4 business days wala pa rin. Should I just wait o magcomplain na ako? Paano ba 'to mapapabilis?

I’m sharing this because I believe I have been affected by a false delivery attempt by FedEx, and I want to know if others have experienced the same issue. According to the delivery log provided to me, there was only about a **1-minute delay** between the alleged delivery attempt and the parcel being rerouted to the depot, with me then being told to collect it myself. I also have video evidence that I believe supports my position. When I raised this, I was told the driver followed the correct process, even though the log appears to show otherwise. Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has had any success with Relay delivery? I ordered a parcel from a seller on 23rd April. It was scanned and collected, but since it was picked up on 1st May, there have been no updates at all. The seller went back to the shop and they confirmed it had been collected, so they can’t give me any more information. I’ve contacted Relay directly but haven’t had any response, even though it’s been well over 48 hours. Just wondering if anyone knows another way to get in touch with them or has had a similar experience? Feeling a bit gutted because the parcel was clothes for my daughter for our holiday. Thank you!

I shipped through E-EMS to Doha, Qatar - (Estimated delivery 7-10 days) 8 Days later, it's still stuck at this, no tracking, no updates, I'm not sure where the ****** parcel is. So parcelforce collected my large 20kg parcel on Saturday it was a 24 express tracked signature parcel. It is now Monday 1pm but tracking still says it's a failed collection and it hasn't been scanned in. What are they doing ? I've already received a late delivery defect in ebay due to there drivers not scanning parcels in the past and it looks like it will happen again if it isn't scanned and delivered tomorrow.
