I recently ordered 2 items from anta, which was tagged as 2 separate items. Now my shoes has been stuck in cleared import customs for a while, kind of disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift for myself and tagal ko na din ito inorder almost 2 weeks na. My cousin said there might be a chance that it has been cancelled or lost. Would that be the case? or just a holiday delay?

Was supposed to gift this one to my colleague last Dec 17 so I ordered in advance. Pero teh, tapos na December 17 pati pasko, wala ka pa rin?? Awa nalang

So, I have two SPX parcels which I ordered yesterday (Dec.25), but we had sudden change of plans and will be out of town Dec.28 - 30, walang tao sa bahay to accept the delivery. Possible kaya sabihin in advance sa SPX na Dec.31 na lang i deliver ang mga parcels ko? I live in Iloilo, and parcels from NCR usually take average of 4-5 days before being delivered sa bahay. I was kinda expecting madedelay sila, but it seems ang bilis ngayon ng Shopee deliveries sa probinsya, minsan 3 days nandito na.

I’ve never used parcels app so I’m confused by the blue box on top. It’s been out for delivery since 7 am via Amazon and the yunexpress website. But it’s 3 big boxes that hold a couch… how likely is it this is being delivered to me today albeit being Christmas. There is no last mile carrier on the website either. Does the out for delivery mean to the last mile or to me

I ordered the White Max model on Nov 21st right as Batch 1 ended. Since it showed "Batch 2 pre-order", I figured I wouldn't get it until January or February. Imagine my surprise when, last week, I realized the package already arrived in my country, and I would get it right on time for Christmas! Nah, that would be too easy. Local carrier sent the package to the wrong regional office, despite my address being plastered everywhere. Spent days calling their customer service trying to make them reroute the parcel but they couldn't do ****. So now my package is off to god knows where and I can't do anything about it other than wait for it to get lost or magically reappe...

This is the first time I'm buying through an agent. Do you have any recommendations to prevent the package from being seized by customs and to ensure it arrives safely? I have always bought directly from the seller. Thank you for your help!

Umorder ako nung 12/12 sa isang store. Bali 2 item pero di same yung checkout para magamitan ng coupon at maka save kahit konti. 1st item is Mouse at 2nd item keyboard. So bali from luzon to mindanao average delivery 5-7 days. So ayun yung mouse is delivered na nung 19 pa pero yung keyboard nasa port pa raw. Eh bakit kaya nahiwalay. Hello, ebay have charged me cost adjustments for underdeclared parcels. This is however an error with Evri who have scanned the parcels incorrectly. Ebay are refusing to cooperate and credit me, what are my options? I have conclusive evidence that this is not my error, firstly, the courier has told ebay one parcel weighed 4.5kg and was in a 30x55x25cm box whereas it was a paperback book and the delivery photo shows it being delivered through a letterbox, secondly the parcels affected were all scanned at the same depot showing exactly the same time on the tracking information so it's likely that there was an error with the automated scanning equipment at that place and time. 5 times na “out for delivery” but no one ever comes. Laging may tao dito sa bahay & narecieve lahat ng ibang orders from shopee except sa parcels namin na flash yung courier. And di rin ako nagrequest for resched ng delivery. pala-desisyon! Since yung rule is 3x mag-aattempt for delivery, and 5x na nila ginawa, I think they’re very aware na they are at fault 😐

2 Special DElivery guaranteed by 1pm at different addresses in my local town were suppose to be delivered yesterday. Both of them have 2 "Delivery attempted - no answer" events and different times (none of the delivery attempt times match) . Am I right to assume that this is likely just a case of the parcels never leaving the delivery office for delivery on time or the driver just not being able to make the delivery times and incorrectly marking them ? 1 address they werent actually in, the other address is my own and no one actually came at both delivery attempt times. Am I still eligible for a refund on the special delivery due to missing the delivery time?
