Transparency of omitting why it was rescheduled, confirmed. I was at home regardless. Security footage shows no attempt. For me, it looks like it's a cover up for not delivering. "We aren't delivering because we didn't show, so we'll leave it as you weren't home but remove it from the Auspost tracking DB and think about delivering next time". Auspost delivery at its finest.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to translate what is being said within this video? For context, I recently had this large parcel delivery box installed due to having missed deliveries with my varied shifts and felt this was the safest way to securely have them kept whIle I am away. However the other day, these two strangers came to investigate the box. If I had not had parcels go missing in the past or them having pointed and identified my ring camera so clearly I would have taken it just as a curiosity of the box. However with these actions it's making me slightly more anxious. Any help would be appreciated!

Today I received this White Attikan by Naivo and the DTDC guys as expected damaged my parcel. Moreover the guys was not even rescheduling my delivery based on my availability causing inconvenience and to add up to my frustration I got to know the bag it self is damaged spilling the beans all over. I al utterly disappointed and don’t know what else should be done other than emailing Naivo about it. Will they even refund or anything? Please advise if anyone has faced similar issue.

The delivery location is correctly set to my home, but the red pin to indicate where the parcel will be shipped is 104km away from my address. The origin location is Los Angeles and the pin for it is over Los Angeles, but despite my address being correct, the pin is 104km away. Is this something known to happen sometimes without consequence? Or could this mean the product will be sent to the middle of nowhere town the pin is over? I'm guessing it's fine - logically when the addresses are set correctly, the delivery people will deliver it correctly, but I think it's better being safe than sorry and I don't think there's any harm asking about this. Hi, lagi akong naka COD pero nag iisip ako magbayad using card sa shopee kaso worried ako baka di dito i deliver. Naka compound ksi kami kaya nasa looban ang bahay. Di kami tinatawag ng may ari kapag may tao sa labas at hindi rin nila pinapapasok ang delivery dito sa loob ng compound kaya naglagay ako ng tarp sa labas na tumawag or text kapag may delivery para makalabas ako. I have 3 packages from ontrac one today and some throughout the next week. I didn't know ontrac existed before ordering these and it looks like they're a horrible company. Then I see they supposedly tried to deliver my package today but I never saw anyone at my front door and I have a ring camera showing nobody delivering the package. Hi. There’s a bit of backstory to this, so I’m going to provide some. We’ve lived at our new house for over a year now, and around 5 months in, we started having problems with our neighbour. With zero communication, he reported us to the council for our dogs apparently being a noise disturbance. They bark when people come to the door, for example if a parcel is being delivered.
