Is my parcel gone hope this doesn’t effect my sale

So my shipping company said the goods arrived in my country (could not track it so believed their words) now they say finally after 4 weeks my goods are getting delivered, after asking for tracking number they gave me some random tracking number( I believe it’s random coz when o track on global parcel site it was an Australian domestic delivery) when I asked where should I track what’s the company getting it delivered they said can’t be tracked coz it is truck delivery?? I’m so confused.. this has been going on by months😕

My order was split into 2 parcels sent at the same time - one was delivered on 27/12 and the other has been stuck at this status (delivery service provider) since 23/12. I’ve contacted customer service but they just keep saying that they are waiting for the couriers to collect it - but when I check the tracking, the courier (Royal Mail) say they are waiting for it to be sent to them. What can I do?

I expect this from Evri but from the Royal Mail? I have confirmed with the CCTV that there was no attempt, in fact I haven’t even seen a postman full stop in a fair few days. I will say the weather has been diabolical here for over a week which I’m sure is a big factor and I understand that. In fact getting an email saying we’ve fallen behind because of the bad weather or something is completely justifiable and understandable. But to just sign off as an attempted delivery boggles me. Ugh! I’m expecting a Parcelforce parcel and only have a 9-digit reference number. A delivery was attempted, but no card was left. I can’t arrange a redelivery or nominate a neighbour online because the system won’t accept tracking numbers with fewer than 14 digits?? Parcelforce are unreachable by phone. I’ve waited over an hour in the queue with no answer. The parcel is from an Amazon seller, and I’m unable to collect it from the depot. What are my best options?

Hi everyone, my Roxie the Roach plush was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo shows a parcel with a different name and address (looks like a label mix-up). I’ve already contacted support. Here goes for probably the same thing that gets posted 20 times a day. I ordered something off eBay last Wednesday. Was collected by Evri on Thursday and was dropped off at the senders local depot for sorting at 10pm Thursday. Since then I have had no updates through the tracking site and cannot get a hold of anyone. Any chance of this actually coming?

Within that day inaantay ko order ko then pag check ko ng app "Recipient request reschedule delivery" atecco paladesisyon ka ni hindi nga nag reach out sakin yung rider na ireresched niya nilagay pa tlga na ako nag request lakas mo? Saka bayad na yan anytime meron tao sa bahay na pwede iwan. Pwede ba to ireport nakakainis e btw flash express yung courier.🙂

My brother ordered a 16.5k Van Heusen formal suit from Myntra. After waiting 3 to 4 days what was delivered was an old worn out sweater. This was completely unacceptable. He immediately contacted customer care explained the issue and after discussion a replacement was officially arranged by Myntra. Today when the delivery agent came for the replacement he demanded the original order. My brother handed him the parcel. Hi All, Can someone explain to me the whole process of the above parcel? Like... why would it be out for delivery to then just be return to the local depot... twice. The parcel was originally diverted to a parcel shop, for easier collection (funny, I know). I've escalated it to support, and I received an answer similar to: Well, because it was diverted to parcel shop, we have to print new labels so that's why it's delayed. Please give it 48 hours to arrive. Like... who exactly is at fault there (could be me, as I've been escalating it every single day) and why does the driver take it out for delivery just to then return it back to the depot. Thank you in advance :)
