Is anyone able to offer some advice or help with this situation. My husband had sent a package via Sendle days before they abruptly closed. It had original art work and was being sent to the USA. the last update was that it was at a depot in NSW awaiting carrier pick up. Sendle stated that any parcels in transit would be up the delivery partners if they delivered the parcel. So what happens if they don’t collect the parcel (which they obviously aren’t)? Purchased some trainers last week, they haven’t arrived, when using the Royal Mail tracking, it shows they’re delivered. To see more information/proof of delivery it asks for my postcode, when I use my postcode it shows that the details do not match? Vinted says the seller needs to reach out for me to get my refund? Ordered from Womier in December (EU customer). Parcel was shipped with YunExpress, got redirected multiple times, marked undeliverable and returned to a processing center. Never reached me. Tried email and opened a ticket in their Discord, twice they answered via email something like "just wait" and then no replies for two weeks. No refund, no replacement. Please explain to me how I can drop off a parcel at the PO (recorded delivery) on a Thu night and it still hasn’t arrived at it’s destination 8 days later!! A grand distance of 110miles…I could have walked….of crawled…and got there in half the time. Absolute joke

At ako na rin ang naka experience first hand ng delay ni Flash Express huhu. Ilang days po ba usually ma dedeliver yung parcel mo from Flash Express? Jan 15 pako nag order and Jan 16 pa last update. Jan 23 today, supposedly ang expected delivery date ng parcel ko but wala pa ring updates. Naka ilang expedite nako sa Shopee pero same script lang talaga sinasabi ng mga agents nila. Nag chat na din ako sa customer service ng Flash, same script lang din sinasabi ng agents nila sa Live Chat. I had a parcel go missing in November 2025 in the Sunshine West blackhole, and Aus. Post have now declared it lost. If the parcel turns up at some future time, what do Aus Post do, complete delivery or return to sender?

Delivered na yung parcel and I already paid in cash pero sa app ko it says delivery cancelled at kahit na delivery na sya nung 16 nakatag sya as unsuccessful delivery. What will happen sa binayada ko? San na mapupunta? Curious lang since medj malaking amount binayad ko here and kawawa naman si seller if hindi mabibigay sa kanya.

As in the title. Had a parcel delivery addressed to my home address. Sender marked as safe drop. Hi, my package was scheduled for delivery today. Going from USA to UK. But something happened with the flight and it's had to stop at St john's NL Canada. There's no updates on this, it's not moving and i'm not sure what's going on, i've never seen this on tracking before. Not sure what happened / what’s going to happen. Anyone know what's going on? Hi all, I’m aware that An Post are absolutely laiden down with orders and experiencing a backlog, but will I ever get my delivery? I’m going skiing over the February midterm and I ordered myself a jacket on the 6th. An Post has been telling me it’s being ‘sorted for delivery’ since the 10th. I don’t mind waiting a couple more weeks at all but is there a chance it won’t come on time? I don’t want to cut it too close while waiting and end up having to last minute panic buy. I’d nearly drive up to Portlaoise and collect it from the parcel depot if I had to at this point lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
