Guys 2 days na wala update/no galaw kung nasaan na parcel ko. Huhuhu ts is my first time purchased smth expensive sa online. Normal po ba ito?

Since Tuesday, every day I’ve received a parcel attempted to deliver email even though i’ve been home most days, Ive marked down a safe place so they aren’t leaving it there, and they decide not to ring the doorbell. For some reason it also automatically rebooks a delivery for the next working say which is pointless since they don’t even attempt to deliver it! On the app I got a notification that its ready for collection, i’ve gone to collect twice and both times they couldn’t do anything since it was still loaded into the can completely no idea what to do now

For context, I ordered from them 11.11 and the estimated delivery date was 19.11 - 21.11. The parcel was delayed and still hasn’t reached me over a week later. When contacting them, they gave the reply of “if it’s not delivered by 28.11 please reach out so we can assist with a refund”. I contacted them to request a refund as it still hasn’t been delivered yet. They gave me the refund, however when I asked if the parcel would still be delivered to me they said they can’t confirm as they’ve already processed the refund. The latest tracking from inpost says it’s on the way but it’s been stuck like that for 3 days. Anyone gone through this before?

The address was never inaccesible, i live on the main road. Everything else has literally been just lying, so much for 24h tracked. The package had live shrimp in it, expensive ones and i fully believe they broke it and are hiding it. Seller cant really get my money back caude technically theyre still gonna deliver it or whatever. What am i supposed to do?

Our gate DOES NOT lock. I've told them so many times. I insisted that the drivers are lazy because we literally watch them drive down the street, pull up outside of our place for a few seconds and then drive off. Or get out and put a card directly in the letterbox with zero effort to actually deliver any packages. I assume we aren't the only people with this problem? Has anyone had any luck getting through to Auspost about this kind of thing? They literally told me to 1) get a Ring or similar doorbell for at the gate, 2) leave the gate open all day if we are expecting a delivery, and that was despite me explaining that our gate functions as our front door, someone is always hom...

Two separate packages likely will never show up. One never actually got picked up by DoorDash, and one hasn’t moved or been scanned since Tuesday. I miss the old shipping 😞 One of these is a pair of pants I LOVE in another color that is sold out in my size.

I 23F, you can call me Molly, sent a parcel to country B. Country B and Uk have a 6 hours time difference (remember this). I sent the parcel through UPS, the whole process was easy, I paid online, packed my items and sent it with the local corner shop. I paid taxes for both countries. I have a delivery which the RM app shows as "Ready for Delivery" - it was scheduled for 8.30 - 12.30 today But if I click on "more info" it shows as being at the drop off locker as of 10.20 this morning I haven't had a text or email with the code to open the locker and get my parcel Other than waiting until Monday and calling RM any have any suggestions to try and get the code? Had an email about a misplaced parcel on delivery, but nothing is showing on my account? Far as im aware i had no issues on my last run out, does it take a while to show up on my dashboard guys?

EDIT: *Delivered but asked to return So on my block this afternoon, I had an age verified delivery where the customer wasn’t in, I text and called with no response and marked it as undelivered. Then whilst I was delivering to other houses nearby, he came up to me and asked for his parcel and I handed it over thinking I would be fine if I called support (first mistake). I did take a photo for proof. I then called support who took the tracking ID and said they marked it as delivered and it would disappear from my itinerary soon. It's a Recliner Chair they received the parcel at their hub then two days running it's been out for delivery then one hour later both times, delivery cancelled until next working day. Anybody else experienced this have any idea what is happening? It's from Debenhams which I found out isn't the Debenhams it used to be more of an online marketplace with terrible customer service. I have got nowhere with customer service with both companies looked at trying resolver to help.

I need advice from people who’ve actually used Pathao Instant Delivery or Pathao Parcel for expensive items. My friend needs to send me a laptop, and I’m thinking of using Pathao’s pickup & delivery service pickup from his house, delivery to mine. But I’m worried because a laptop is fragile and pretty expensive. Should i go for it?

Hi everyone, I had placed an order on 9th November. However, due to an incomplete address, the delivery person repeatedly refused to visit the correct delivery location. On 18th November, the delivery agent informed me that the parcel had been stolen from his bike. After reaching out to Truemeds via email, the refund process has been continuously delayed. Could you please advise me on the next steps I should take?

Mannaged to cop the holy grail of mugs but was sadly not ment to be, thanks to the morons at Evri parcel delivery service here in the UK. Using this as a somewhat platform (since this mug only really has relevance in the CO community) to ask if anyone in the Perth (Scotland) area by any slim chance had this delivered to em on accident and if so, could please reach out to me.
