I was assigned 48 parcels. I drive a 2-door car, and unfortunately, it was not possible to safely fit all the parcels in my vehicle. I spoke with the supervisor at the station before leaving, explained the situation, and left 4 parcels at the station as they could not fit in my car. The supervisor advised that they would raise a ticket regarding this. I wanted to also report this directly to ensure my account reflects what happened. I always aim to complete my deliveries properly and safely, and this was due to a vehicle capacity limitation rather than refusal to deliver. Would i be in trouble?

Gooday, I was just wondering kung ako lang din ba naka experience ng ganito. Exact naman yung phone number na inilagay sa details. Pwede nila akong matawagan. Sold an item from the US to UK, the parcel went to inpost to be picked up by the buyer. She never picked it up and than it was in limbo for 2 days when i reached out to the buyer asking her if she ever received it. She said no. So I contacted Vinted who them cancelled the order and said it was being returned back to me. Long story short, it never came back to me. This morning, I got the notification that my parcel was at my local delivery station and was ready for delivery today by 2:55PM. Great. Didn’t think of chasing even when we shot way past 2:55PM because Royal Mail hardly ever meets the delivery timeframe anyway. I have just sold a radiator grill which is 1m long, so the parcel is about 1.3m long. When I created the listing I selected ‘oversize parcel’, but now when I go and create the label ‘small parcel’ is selected (costing £5.88, which is what the buyer paid), but if I switch to ‘oversize’ it then changes to £13.63.
