My package that I sent out still hasn’t been delivered. Was supposed to arrive on the 11th and Royal Mail still just says “out for delivery”. I’ve not had any contact from the buyer either. My parcel has been stuck at NSK Hub, Nashik for almost 5 days now and there’s been no update or delivery attempt. Customer care hasn’t been helpful either. Just trying to figure out what went wrong here. The postcode is accurate and apparently i missed a previous delivery attempt (but i have my doubts). Now the parcel is going all the way back to the netherlands with no clue as to why.

Aramex and DHL was costing 8k for a 1kg small parcel. Fedex was only 4k. Any cheaper way to send a parcel regularly to Europe including DDP? 2-3 weeks delivery time is also okey. IndiaPost not sure I can trust.. maybe some logistics platform would charge less?
