Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

I have read other threads about how terrible Yanwen is. I have a delivery coming through them and it seems a delivery was attempted but failed. This is the delivery status that was posted on their tracking site:  Parcel delivery abnormal \[Without Access Code\]. Parcel will be returned to the warehouse. I have seen some places that they use USPS, FedEx, etc. for deliveries and have been trying to get information on the final delivery but they refuse to provide any of that info. I also read that it seems to just be random drivers dropping off packages at strange times of day. Any advice for what I can do at this point? Have already contacted seller about the issue.

As the title suggests Evri finally delivered my parcel, just shy of three weeks since it was dropped off. It was an item I bought on eBay, which then got stuck at the local depot from the 5th. Myself and the seller both tried chasing to no avail. Eventually I got the dreaded “lost in depot” email. I raised a ticket with eBay and the refund process started on the 10th. Ive had to do this before and with that case I got a refund in less than a week. This case however eBay seemed to put it on hold till the 20th which I wasn’t expecting. My wife ordered a parcel that was due to be delivered on Monday. Despite me being in at the time, it was marked as no one at home and to be delivered the next day. As that day we were both in the office, I instead requested it be re delivered to the local post office. There was an update on tracking at 1:44am on Tuesday to say \_Item Prepared for Redelivery\_, but nothing more. Tuesday passed and there was no sign. On Wednesday afternoon, with no changes visible, I contacted RM and explained. I have an opened case with Royal Mail about a special delivery that was due to be delivered on the 12th of December but still hasn’t been delivered or had any updates. Not expecting to hear back from the case for a while, buyer isn’t asking for a refund (yet) but I feel like the parcel must be lost after all this time? It’s £275 so I don’t want to refund them and then the parcel show up. Just a little confused about how a 1.6kg parcel with my return address on can be lost!

Marami akong parcel na out for delivery nung 15th pa lang pero dahil sa volume din ng orders sa shopee, nagkaroon ng delay sa deliveries. Common denominator sa delayed parcels ko this 12.12, flash express. Keri lang naman kasi hindi ko naman need yung mga items agad-agad maliban sa oxygen concentrator para sa tatay ko. Kada araw kasi ng delay, need namin magparefill ng oxygen tank na 700 pesos din daily. Yung stress ko mostly dahil dito sa dagdag gastos na to.
