Ordered since Nov 21 tapos next update Dec 6, kala ko di na dadating (first time delayed order ko for more than two weeks!!) kaya nag place new order ako Dec 2 and tried cancelling the first order pero di na daw ma cancel. Tapos now Dec 6 may update na yung first tapos yung second naman ata na stuck alongside yung 2 kong makeup na orders 😀 I think stuck na kasi I had another parcel order placed later than the first one tapos mga 2-3 days lng siya sa departed from sorting facility bago mag update and delivered na next day. I’ve had so many UniUni packages delivered lately and have had zero issues and was extremely pleased with them. Every package has received the “parcel in transit to local UniUni warehouse for delivery” and then arrived in my city two days later with an out for delivery scan on the third day. It’s been almost six days now since the in transit update on this package and nothing. I feel like it’s moving beyond a simple Holiday/Black Friday/weather delay at this point but I’m still hopeful that’s all it is. What’s the best way to instruct Fedex to deliver a package to parcel pending so they stop leaving it at my front door? I added delivery instructions “deliver to the mail room”.

They were supposed deliver it four days ago, didn't try deliver it that day and haven't done **** with it since. I opened a ticket and basically got told "we'll try tomorrow" two days in a row, with no change on the tracker. At what point do I go back to the seller? Is this just a lost cause?

Looking for advice to deal with constant delivery problems with USPS. In the last few months, 2 of my packages have gone missing, even though they were marked "delivered to a parcel box." Neither was I ever given a key, nor were they in my mailbox. Other people in the complex also complain about it. The post office has been no help. They claim one was delivered to an Amazon locker, but there isn't even one at this address. Then they said maybe someone stole it. I've filed missing package reports...nothing even came of either and they just closed them.

Since I posted (incorrectly) about my parcel still being "out for delivery" after 10pm, got this update. I was supposed to receive it on Thursday, paid extra for express delivery.. I need it before Sunday, Im flying out to see family and this is a present. Do I have a chance of retrieving it if I go to the depot tomorrow? Anything else I can try? However we are down to our last stock , we also only left with 1 litter , last month , i restock 6 litter at one time so i dont have to go to the petshop every week! Been trying to get some information since this was a USA to USA package, and everything i see online says its an issue with "customs" or "outside the control of UPS" which neither seem to applicable in this situation. Hi. I posted a parcel earlier this week just north of Cambridge to go to Cornwall. Think it went by Parceforce 48. It hasn’t arrived and tracking shows it’s in Birmingham somewhere. Would be grateful if someone could comment on whether this is a normal/expected routing or not, especially since it’s outside the original delivery schedule and still miles from its destination. Our local Evri driver has always been OK, until last year when we caught him on our camera holding my motorbike boots to his nose and sniffing them. But I turned a blind eye to his kink because he's always been fantastic and never had issues. Been saying my parcels out for delivery since Wednesday it’s now Friday and the numbers offered online will not connect you to an actual advisor, anyone have a number that can actually work. The chatbots just as useless.

My In post parcel was refused, I’m assuming there was no space at the shop. It states refused on the In post app but just says out for delivery on Vinted, with a note saying it’s taking longer than usual. There’s been no updates on In post since. I’ve tried to open an issue on Vinted but just got a bot response who then closed it and I asked the seller to try do the same to see what response they get but they just ignored me. Anyone had this issue before? Do they re attempt delivery to the store or does it go back to the customer? I feel a bit in limbo.
