Hello, could you advice please, does the computer universe ship to Cyprus Larnaca at current moment and how safe it is ? If yes, then I'm confused, which shipping method will be used, since at order page its indicated as international delivery shipping method without indicated shipping company? Does they use DHL or regular Cyprus post office or anything else? In case of DHL will it be possible to pick up a parcel from a DHL pickup point? Thanks a lot for help in advance

I ordered from a store from Vietnam on Jan 14. Estimated delivery was Jan 23. It was shipped the next day but the last tracking update was Jan 21. It’s now Jan 27, almost a week now. Anyone experiencing/ has experienced the same issue? Should I wait or should I file a refund? This item is over 6k. I am aware that parcels from vietnam take longer but the most I had to wait for the tracking to update was 4 days. I tried the expedite button pero wala naman nangyari and nakatemplate yung response hindi pa napalitan ng CS rep yung details hahaha. What would you do in this situation?

There is no update on their tracking site, it just says ready to be collected since 21/01! The item is yet to be collected and it is now the 27/01! This parcel was supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday and didn’t turn up. The parcel was then next out for delivery on Saturday and didn’t turn up. The parcel has also now not been delivered again and I have no hope that this is ever actually going to turn up. What are my options here or if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

Was told 3 items were delivered by Royal Mail today! But only one actually came, checking the tracking for all 3 the postie has used the same picture for all 3 items. First off, did a rehersal parcel and my goods all weighed in at 8200g, asked for boxes to be removed and vacum packing and then they charged me 13000g! They told me it is by volumetric weight.
