I am from India. My Amazon order was out for delivery today. I was not at home, so the delivery agent called and asked for the OTP. He said he would leave the parcel outside my flat. I shared the OTP. Later, I checked my CCTV and saw him place the parcel outside and then pick it up again and take it with him. The parcel is not there now, but the order shows “Delivered” in the app. I have saved the CCTV footage clearly showing this. I have contacted Amazon support and informed them. They said they will investigate. My questions: What are my legal options if Amazon refuses refund/replacement? Should I file a police complaint? Should I wait for their investigation first?

For the Canadian folks here. Was super pumped to get my well.ca Baggu order - figured I'd take the plunge with them since I've heard good things and their prices were slightly lower. My delivery through their GoBolt delivery service was anything but positive. First the delivery was rerouted for multiple days because the driver couldn't complete the route. So Parcelforce have apparently lost a parcel that was on its way to me. Said they attempted delivery (they did not ... no card left either), I used the app to rearrange for new date, it never turned up then either. A phone call and they said someone would be in touch by phone or email to arrange dropping it at my local Post Office ... no one got in touch so I called back and now they are saying it appears to be lost. Hey. Has anyone else had problems with the new yeep lockers? I dropped an expensive £115 parcel there 3 days ago. It asks a lot of questions like do you want to change parcel size etc but eventually it seemed to accept the parcel. Pinfinity has poor quality control and the worst service I have dealt with period. I had been searching for one of their Chatterfang gold metal commander tokens for awhile and they finally came back in stock, so I ordered 2 and paid for priority shipping. It took two extra business days beyond there, promised 2 to 3 days for shipping. This can happen, so I didn’t think much of it. Once my item shipped, I noticed through USPS informed delivery that the shipment was shipped using tracked parcel, select ground, instead of priority mail. Hi all, I ordered something on eBay a week and a half ago. They've been in transit for over a week, stuck on 'We've got it - your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you' since the beginning of the week. I've spoken to the infamous Evri chatbot, Claire, and it's been confirmed that my parcel has been misplaced and they'll do a 'thorough search' for it. Hey everyone so I ordered few goods from an Instagram page for as a gift for a friend. The committed delivery date was 15-02-2026. But the parcel is still not delivered, every time I try to get an update, at first they don't even reply for days, and when they do it's only excuses. I have even asked for a refund but no reply on that either. What legal step can I take. Edit: The seller replied and made a commitment that by Tuesday they'll make the delivery.

I have sent parcels the same way for over a year now, and now all of a sudden a customer has requested a refund stated that royal mail want £9.70 as the postage hasnt been paid? I use Simple Delivery and I've had no emails regarded an unpaid postage or anything like that. The 48 hour tracking say it's "Accepted at post office" and that's the last place it's been at. Never had this issue before and not sure why it has happened?
