I got a notification in my Auspost app of attempted delivery for a small parcel. We live in the first floor in an old apartment block and parcels are usually left at the door because it is hidden and neighbours and good and don't steal, if no signature is required. So tell me why they said "delivery location closed" and included a photo of the building from the street with clearly no obstacle and they could have walked 5 metres, then up the stairs and left it. Now I have to wait for it to be in the parcel locker, which last time wouldn't open even after I was suggested a work around by auspost customer support after calling them. Hi! So gento, my parcel has been stuck in my city's delivery facility for like 3 days na and I urgently need this on wednesday for a one-time use. I'm planning to buy some somewhere kahit na more expensive siya haha 😭. I just wanna ask na if I decline the parcel upon delivery, would this affect the rider and the seller? I don’t have notifications on so didn’t see their messages saying they’re not legit New Balance. Plenty are on for £50-55 so I don’t think it was unreasonable to think they were genuine… Despite it being less than 24 hours, they’ve already posted instead of waiting for me to confirm if I wanted fakes. I’ve used Royal Mail to collect at a local post office - does this work the same as lockers and if I fail to collect it, it will get returned to sender and I’ll be refunded automatically? It’s my first negative experience on Vinted and I want to avoid having to pay to return when it wasn’t made clear in the advert that they are fake. Any advice appreciated!
