Royal Mail have had my parcel for basically a week now and it hasn’t moved from Northampton when it’s meant to take 48 hours.Further more I orderd this shipping on the 5th of November…Not great.

Hi everyone! How do you deal with the customer service here? Does it exist? I have 2 parcels from MediaMarkt with 2 different DHL deliveries - one should have been delivered to a DHL service point on Monday (they put a specific date to it) and it was not even sent. And another one was sent to an address which an app says they tried to reach this place several times during last week, although I was standing outside waiting to make sure they don't miss me or anything. But no-one came and flagged like we are "not at home". Then reaching out to support they said that the courier couldn't come. Why then not to put in the app? Enough is enough. My Amazon packages are constantly being left unattended and stolen. Yesterday, the delivery agent tossed my package over the gate and sped off. No doorbell, just gone. What can i do about stolen parcels? I wasnt aware i had to set a safe place as they were hiding my parcels quite well but all of a sudden theyve been putting them basically on the street and obviously before i get home someones been swiping them. Tracking has show as ‘We expect to deliver your item today’ for a week and a half now. Item shows as being at Jubilee MC since November 29th. Is there any chance this is still gonna make its way to me and it’s just slowed down due to the time of year…. or should I be accepting this has vanished in to a black hole someone and seeking a refund from the sender? With the amount of parcels the Mrs orders a week it feels only right to give them something and the bin guys are happy to do more than is expected of them. Is this a widely done thing? I was recently on Instagram when I came across this brand - TheFitCheck It is a fraud and scam store, I ordered pants on the 3rd of December and it said it would arrive on the 6th, today is the 10th and the bluedart delivery service still shows order placed nothing more than that. So I tried messaging them via WhatsApp, messaged all the owners of the bran thru insta pm, messaged their brand accounts, called them, mailed them but of NO AVAIL. So this has happened multiple times now. I set a parcel for collection at a post office, as I won’t be in to receive the parcel and I have a suspected porch pirate in my flat. Royal Mail acknowledges the change in delivery option. Parcel still turns up delivered at my address. What’s the point of the delivery option change if it doesn’t do anything?

My local parcel lockers have been recently (and significantly) upgraded. That’s good. However, they are now only accessible during what are essentially business hours (9am-5:30pm 6 days a week). The door to the lockers is locked at all other times. Super inconvenient especially when you are given only 48 hours to collect your delivery. Parcel Lockers are advertised as a 24/7 service, so I contacted AusPost to ask why my local ones aren’t 24/7. AusPost’s response was to ‘pop in’ to my LPO to ask them, lol. Is this something others have experienced? And why can’t AusPost answer my question?
