Order a plushie off Makeship, Yanwen has failed to deliver it twice now despite providing them with an access code to my building and one of the delivery attempts being made during normal hours where I know the front door to the package room was unlocked. Not to mention the several days of “out for delivery” where it would never show up, so it’s not like I could wait to intercept them. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had issues with a package delivery service before at this building. I doubt I’ll ever order from someone who uses Yanwen again. Extremely unreliable.

Sa mga nakaexperience nito, aside sa pagpapaexpedite and pagreport sa DTI ano pa mga ginawa nyong action dito? 4 days ng stuck and ilang beses na ako kumausap ng cs pero walang update and resolution. When you select a safe place and describe it and put the reason why you need it putting in the safe place, do you see it when you scan the parcel for delivery? My postie always comes around the same time I’m putting little one down for a nap so I’ve requested safe space for my delivery tomorrow and put that reason, do you even see any of it or is it pointless to request it??

Hi all, hope someone can help? I ordered an item last Tuesday, paid extra for tracked 24, got emails saying it was being delivered on Thursday and the tracking link said the same. Thursday came and Thursday went, item constantly says “ready for delivery” but not even an attempt to deliver has been made. I try to rearrange to see if that moves things along, no joy. Any ideas?

I sent an important A4 sized document to France (to a commercial) address. For days it was stuck at Customs, tracking showing in/out of customs for at least 2 weeks. Customs charged a minimum customs levy on A4 document (of no commercial value) all because RM or GLS declared A4 document value at 0.11€, which incrurred a charge of 9.00€ extra.
