Hey, just curious — have you had any real problems with German online stores where the issue was with payment or delivery rather than the product itself? Problems more like: 1. the payment page failed or redirected incorrectly 2. PayPal / Klarna / card / Sofort / Giropay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / etc payment could not be completed 3. payment seemed to go through, but the order was not properly confirmed 4. the retry payment link did not work 5. you could not select a delivery option, parcel locker, or pickup point 6. “next day delivery” was promised, but the delivery flow clearly broke down 7. tracking or carrier status looked broken or inconsistent after checkout Would be great to...

I ordered a package in India. The parcel is actually the small box. It was delivered in the big box. So I dont know what happens outside of India but in India the parcel prices/rates are fixed on the dimensions of the final packaging and not the weight if the weight is negligible. So some guy either wants to defraud Amazon or is getting a good commission or cut from the transporter that he packed the small box inside the big one. Makes no sense in any manner. But **** these type of people. The delivery guy had to take the trouble to deliver a big package.

So we have a carrier from our office that’s a messy/ puppet 204b for the past year ! I mean the mf oversteps his boundaries so many times. He gossips about carriers to people he cool with, intimidates carriers, lies on carierrs to the point a few got petty pdi, letter of removals due to multiple issues added into 1 letter of removals, stealing / changing the new PTFs time, I see him always touching DPS and parcels splitting up routes, the mf is corrupt as ****! Our union rep has a soft spot for him for some odd reason, because we tell him things, file grievances, next thing you know, the 204b is all in the union rep face, off to the side, whispering and ****. Im an American. I ordered some stuff from Sweden to a parcel forwarding address service I use in Germany. The shipper, for whatever reason, set up the package to be delivered to a branch location for pickup within 7 days (2 days remaining) instead of delivered to the address I provided, and the forwarding service is unable to pick it up themselves (they tried making arrangements on my behalf but for whatever reason were not able to get someone on their staff to do it, im guessing its because the warehouse staff are probably subcontractors and not directly employed by the forwarding company, but I digress). Hi, Just looking for some perspective as I’m getting quite upset about it. I sent large parcel via one of the main courier companies (DPD) from UK to Europe. I’m also the recipient of that parcel at the other end, so I got tracking information as a sender and receiver. The receiver info shows that the parcel was handed to a third party delivery company in UK which seems to not have the greatest reputation and I’ve also never heard of them before. Bought two items over a month ago. A steelbook nook and a tshirt. First time, they said they attempted delivery (a lie cause my folks are always home and would have seen it), failed & returned it to sender, doing nothing to rectify.
