Basically, the Parcel arrived at the sorting facility (Ma-- DC) on Jan 26, went to another hub on 27 (Ba-- Hub), then went back to the previous hub (Ma-- DC) on Jan 27 at 10 PM. It took nearly two months, but I just got my Tokyocanvas order today so here's my experience: Ordered on 12/3, shipped out on 12/11, left China (and not Japan) on 12/14, arrived in the US somewhere on 12/16, then it spent the next 5 weeks being moved around from one place to the next to the next without any state or city. Last week I got a key in my community mailbox for the parcel compartment. When I opened it, it was empty. I opened a ticket with Canada Post. But in the meantime, I taped a note for the mailman on the mailbox. Today they gave me the key to the correct parcel compartment and my two deliveries were there. Didn't expect this happy ending.
