In the past, I’ve used local agents or CDEK, but the commissions and "extra fees" are becoming a bit too much recently. I’ve been checking out the **Cainiao APP** because it's an official service. Been using vinted for years and I can probably count on one hand the amount of issues I had in that time. Overall it's been a great experience, up until recently this is. There's a couple of things I'm noticing: \- When Inpost are unable to deliver to lockers, the parcels seem to get sent back to the depot and then never seen again. The tracking is useless from that point onwards. Context: I noticed my order was out for delivery tapos binalik sa hub. I contacted about 6 live agents sa customer service and they all have different answers. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today!! Some of them told me it was indeed in fact out for delivery and gave me driver phone numbers (I contacted them, they didn’t have my parcel) and some told me the previous driver didn’t push through therefore it was sent back and the courier is gonna assign another driver. I booked this hotel and on trip.com it says they have English at the front desk. I called them and they didn’t speak English. I used a translation app to communicate but eventually they hung up on me after talking for a while :( I found a way to message them on the chat and basically they won’t give me their phone number to put in taobao. They told me I have to use mine and if I can’t answer the package won’t get delivery. Obviously if I’m travelling there will be times I can’t answer, like when I’m on the plane. Talk about being beyond livid... I ordered a set of low voltage lights for my new landscaping project and what I received was a box full of JUNK. Literally. Tim Hortons cups, newspapers, even a can of empty oven cleaner(!) I was so livid I threw the ENTIRE parcel straight into the garbage bin. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that if you select and pay for a service which includes 24 in the name and a tag line that it’s - next day delivery as long as it’s dropped off before midday, to assume / rely on it getting there the next working day. The Royal Mail website won’t allow you to make any enquires until it’s 5 days late. Any suggestions on what to do - I’m minded to drive to Medway MC and just ask for it back so I can sen it via a different service as it’s for son’s birthday this Friday.

I’ve had a parcel that was initially meant to arrive last Thursday miss its delivery window.
