Backstory is, I have been eyeing for a portable monitor for half a year now. Since I can’t afford it yet I have been adding to cart or saving posts for future references through my favorite platforms : lazada, tiktok and facebook market; then a few days ago, I was browsing my facebook and I came across a post of a “super sale portable monitor” ad, imagine Php 1400 for a portable monitor (fact : since I was too excited i did not mind the specs and immediately filled out the order form through their website) so sabi ko pa “kung scam naman nto okay lang kasi COD” Then earlier today, I got a notificati... Then this afternoon, dumating na nga. I said, "Kuya wala naman ako order e." Pinakita ko pa dashboard ko sa shopee. So nireceive na lang ng rider, saying, "Sige P26 lang naman." US ONLY2h agoFor those who received their Pebble 2 Duos in the US, how was your new watch shipped to you? Was it postal (USPS)? Or what parcel service was used, based off of the label on the box. I live in LA in an apartment building that doesn’t have some sort of buzzer to let package delivery people in. So I usually have to have my packages sent to my PO Box, or redirected to a pick up point. I’m just wondering how people got there watches. If it was sent through the US mail, I could receive it at either my PO Box or my home. If it wasn’t sent to postal, I’d have to receive it in a safe location to make sure I get it. Getting dings removed3h agoHi flexers, I've accumulated since starting 2 months ago 3 dings for non delivery, but these were caused by customers not being home. 1. The app specifically said to ONLY deliver it to the person at the address and wanted a OTP from his phone. He never answered us or Amazon and the parcel was returned. 2. The second person might have been in but I could not gain access to the properties in the gated community because I didn't have access to the code to get through the gate (I called the help centre again as well as call and text the customer - no answer). 3. The address was incomplete. It gave me a place to park, but the address had no door number. Initially the call centre... How do I select DDP for my shipment?3h agoThese are the options given to me when I click on select shipping methods and below it just says finalize change. This is a 79200 JPY jacket so the duties should be around 11880. Clearly Buyee Air Delivery and ECMS charges don't include that amount. Am I missing a step? Delivered but not delivered (expensive item)7h agoHi guys, now I know this has been asked before and I know its common for them to be marked as delivered early for target purposes then arriving later on. But has this ever happened for an expensive item that would usually require a photo and password for? I probably get about 40 parcels a year off amazon and recently bought a gift that was £500+ and £300 both gave me pass codes and photos. Now I opened a request with amazon as this item was worth more than both and was randomly tagged as delivered a day before expected delivery usually id ignore it and wait for it, but as it was expensive and didnt have a code I was worried. I contacted chat who reordered the same product for me, now th... AI generated and hostile reply... is this the new default?7h agoWoke up this morning to a reply regarding a damaged delivery and was surprised by how hostile it read and am a little in shock tbh. This item (pizza boxes) is available from booker and here, saving a few quid here. The supplier was discontinued from both places and the alternative here, I couldn't use any of the product delivered as the quality was low, when I wanted to return, they offered a partial refund. Went back to Booker and a couple months back, they restarted using my preferred supplier - bounced back from bankruptcy apparently. I restarted ordering here and have ordered a few times since then and received the correct supplier, no problems. This time, 5/7 packs came late, d... Is this because of the holidays?7h agoNormal pa po ba to? wala nang movement and nag expedite na din ako sa mga live agents ang sagot nila estimated delivery is December 1 eh 12/3 na. I dont think the post office printed a label with the recipients address on.8h agoIve just had this horrible feeling that the parcel that I dropped off at the post office yesterday didnt print me a label with the recipents address. I was in a mad rush and I showed the lady the QR code, she scanned it and printed it, she passed me the label and it was a tiny label, much smaller than I was used to, but I didnt think too much of it at the time. Im used to the label being bigger with the address on it. I dont know why I didnt check if the address was on it. Ive just checked the tracking and theres no movement of the parcel from the post office in the last 24hrs since I dropped it. Its a 48hrs delivery service. Anyone have any experience with the smaller labels and does ... Update on Parcel Miscan9h agoHas been about 5 days now from proof of delivery message and still no update on the app where the parcel may be located now. I was told the item was miscanned when I phoned up and should update soon but if not to mark it as lost from 3rd December and just wondering what are the chances of this being sent back to me in this situation? Put a Parcel in a locker, now it hasn't updated for 33 days.10h agoOn Oct 30th, I scanned the QR code and placed my parcel in a locker to be shipped internationally (tracked). The tracking information showed that the item was dropped off, but nothing else has been updated since the 30th. I have tried going through the absurd customer service phone menu four times to try to speak to someone about what might've happened. I can't seem to get to a human being. The one time I stumbled into a 50-minute phone queue, and after waiting for what I thought was a Royal Mail customer service rep, the person said they were with ParcelForce and couldn't help me. I've tried registering a claim, but I only get the message that it isn't eligi... An apology.......10h agoJust a quick message to everyone in the community. I only recently joined here as I started with Evri about 3 weeks ago and after first cpl shifts I replied to a comment in here regarding the driver's....... whilst I can't say anything negative about the driver's as Ive had barely any interactions with any of them so far. What I will say is that I apologize for even trying to defend this company......I still say that on a personal level I actually enjoy doing the deliveries and would never do some of the absolute brain dead things that I've seen posted here.
