I can see China twice, one in Mar 14 and the other today Mad 17, so not sure if the package is in China or in USA? This is MacBook order but I am getting frustrated with change delivery estimate and tracking. Please help guys.

i dropped parcels at a collectplus shop to be shipped to customers, but the shopkeeper mistakenly booked these parcels as collections. because of this, customers received notifications asking them to collect their parcels from the parcelshop in reading. the Royal Mail driver who collects parcels from this shop picked them all up and took them away. since he didn’t scan the parcels, he wouldn’t have known that they were booked as collections instead of deliveries. this is something strange and i don’t know if this has happened to anyone else. obviously, all of my customers are in different parts of the uk and they cannot travel to reading to collect the parcels. i don’t know what wi...

So I’ll give the short story of everything that happened. I sold a hat and a shirt here on Reddit for $155 shipped. The buyer paid. I mailed the item on January 31 of this year if people remember around that time, we had bad snow storms across the country. The fellow was telling me that his package was saying delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I told him relax give it a couple days. Maybe try the Post Office because of the weather. Long story short I mailed the item proof for delivery receipt all of that, but he turned around and opens up a PayPal dispute saying that I owe him $155. This might sound ****** and I don’t know how to word the but I deleted my old Royal Mail account the ones I got emails and messages from about parcels and I made a new one with a new email but I’m not getting messages and emails is there a way to fix this, because some of the parcels I’m tracking on my new account I put on my old account first to track then switched over and I’m also having issues with the change delivery option too is there away to get emails about parcel information like I used too?

So I ordered them on Feb. 23rd, and the last update was on the 26th saying “Parcel in transit to local UniUni delivery facility”. I’m a mariner, and won’t be home for another month, but I’m annoyed that they haven’t arrived at my house yet. UniUni’s customer service is sub par, every time I try to submit a help ticket it says “unable to process” Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone had this issue with Royal Mail? This is what tracking says, it’s been 2 days and the buyer has messaged me they have no idea where the parcel is

I sold a gaming monitor on eBay, eBay couldn’t supply a label as it was 12kg and a rather large parcel. I paid for next day delivery and even paid extra to cover it (the monitor is only about £180) I chose Evri without seeing the non compensation list (if seen I wouldn’t have sent with Evri). I’ve spoke to the parcel shop who have said that the item has been collected and had cctv. I’ve tried to speak to Evri but they keep saying it’s on the non compensation list so it’s not covered Is there much more I can do or would this just be a lost cause speaking to them?

I just want my parcel. Had I known that the shop used Evri, I would never have bought it from them. They attempted a delivery last week Monday but it failed for some reason (even though it's literally a government building and landmark). Whatever, i chose to get it diverted to a Post office because surely they should know where that is, right? but it keeps failing and I'm met with the unintelligible bollocks you see in the image. Hello, I was in Japan in January and I used the JapanPost website to print out the appropriate labels to send two 35mm film rolls back to the UK. I shipped it off on the 14th of January and there was no issue as far as I know. The staff accepted my parcel with the film inside and there was no problem with the label I received and printed from the website. It’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t received the package. Is it normal for international delivery to take this long? I read online that JapanPost to UK can take up to 2 weeks and even longer with custom delays but it’s been 2 months now.
