My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and then at around 21:30 it went in to pending and unable to attempt delivery, my feeling is that it got too late and the postie didn’t bother delivering. Also said it would be delivered on the next working day which was today. Today the status didn’t change to ready for delivery at all and instead at 16:45 the status updated to unable to attempt delivery. I had one Royal Mail delivery in the morning and another one around 17:00 and none of those posties knew anything about these packages. My question is that, is my package back at the DO again? So I ordered books from Blackwell for the first time. After delays upon delays, I finally got an email from the courier saying: “Sorry, your parcel has been damaged beyond repair in transit.” Beyond. Repair. Not “slightly bent”. Not “wet corner”. No no!!! My books apparently went through a final boss level during delivery. And the best part? The solution is basically: “Yeah… contact the seller. Good luck.” To make it worse, they also lost my Sephora package (of £400) in the last six months.

I bought a parcel from Amazon over the holidays, and it was shipped from overseas. The delivery was estimated to arrive a few days after the New Year. However, I am abroad and won't be back until late Jan-early Feb.  I had contacted Amazon Customer Service on multiple occasions to request a delivery delay, but they have failed to accommodate me. They told me to contact AusPost, which I did immediately, but they said that although they had the package's particulars, they didn't physically have the package. I've been waiting for my package (Germany to Netherlands) for some time now and I've got some useless updates. First they claimed I, the recipient, wasn't available but that's a lie because I was waiting on it at home. I even had a package getting delivered at my parents home 100m away so they just drove past me (maybe not the same delivery guy?). And now it's a waiting game on when it's arriving. The funny thing is the tracking says Dorsten, the Netherlands. As far as I know there is NO Dorsten in the Netherlands but in Germany. Has anyone experienced this before?

i received a message in the evri app that my parcel was ready for pickup, so i went to the shop to discover that evri hadn’t even dropped it off at the shop. the shopkeeeper confirmed that its be tomorrow and confirmed the adress. he also said that there was no deliveries today. this item was an ASUS ROG ALLY Z1Extreme 1TB, so it’s of some value. i really hope it comes tomorrow…

I had 2 parcels out for delivery but the courier only delivered 1. The other tracking number still says out for delivery today but I dont understand why it wasnt delivered with this one. Anyone know why this could be? Did they just forget the other one or lose it? Just a little stressed as its an important package

I had a parcel due for delivery since before the Christmas. I received a message before Christmas saying it will be delivered the day after. This was a few days before Christmas and an post still delivering. I checked online and they were meant to be back delivering on Tuesday and Wednesday this week and I still didn't get it. Received a notification today saying it was out for delivery and I watched for the post man all day. Then I checked the status saying an post tried delivering the parcel but I didn't get the missed delivery note. So I'm wondering did they even bother trying or just scanning parcels for the craic today?

I have been panicking as an item worth 760 aed was marked delivered on Wednesday this week. Strangely, the order did not have otp. I feel the guy didn't come to deliver and he just uploaded old photo. Have you faced this?. While I am not accusing the delivery guy but on 31st Dec- maybe he was rushed and he didnt have time to deliver and he marked it as delivered to cover his daily targets. But then why did he not give the parcel yet!

So I tried switching the delivery method to UPS on the 27th (I didn’t know about the messiness going on there at the time) it still hasn’t updated and when I try changing it it gives me this message. Normally when I switch it’s ready by the next day. Anyone know what’s going on and how long it should take?

I understand things probably get delayed over Xmas/new years. as I know they don’t collect or deliver on New Year’s Day. Just because I’ve never had a message like this on tracking app. This doesn’t mean it’s lost or something right? Thanks in advance :)

Has royal mail started giving parcels to Evri for delivery ? I had a RM tracked parcel sent to me, but it was delivered by someone wearing a black fleece, which in no way looked like a RM uniform, driving a very large black van. They dumped the parcel in "my safe place" I have none set as stuff gets nicked around here, and someone is always home. I looked online, it said they had put a card through the door to let me know where it was. No email to say it was out for delivery, or had been delivered. No card, checked the cctv and they didn't even come to my door, they just dumped it at the side of the house and left. I find it's only evri does that, or amazon on odd...

It was already delayed lol. Is there something going on over there, or something? I've kept routinely going "Today's the day! They've said so!" and it's getting a little bit soul-crushing. 💀 I'm honestly surprised we haven't found a better way of genuinely tracking parcels. Or we have, and the owning class just don't really give a sh*t about us. I ask because the delivery estimate states very clearly that it should be coming today, between 10:45 and 14:15, lol.

Does anyone know how to go about ordering a package when my apartment complex uses the Parcel Pending app and lockers? Tbh I’ve lived here for a few months and I’ve never used the service. I’m pretty sure my complex signed me up when I moved in bc my email and address are already in use. So I changed the password an was able to get in the app. I ordered a package, but what am I supposed to put in as the delivery address?? My bf told me to just put my normal mailing address and it’d be fine, but now I’m not sure. Should it show up on the parcel pending app? It tells me no pending deliveries. Someone please help me this app is so confusing and it’s gonna cause a crash out

I contacted Argos Monday who said "Sorry! Our team will look into this, and if they can't fix in 48 hours they'll automatically process a refund". I spoke to them again yesterday and apparently that was a lie. Instead it's gone to their "back office team" who have to investigate, then depending what they say, it will be sent to the finance team who'll refund. Anyone else had this and have a rough timeline? I ordered an expensive Christmas gift from Amazon for my son. It turned into a nightmare due to multiple failed deliveries, hours on the phone chasing, cancelling and reordering whilst waiting a week for a refund etc. Eventually resolved, but I was already very ****** off with Amazon.
