Hi everyone, first time ordering glasses from Jean. Seller said only postal express shipping is available for my area and customs/taxes (if any) are on me. If customs destroys/seizes the parcel due to unpaid taxes, there’s no after-sales support. Wanted to check with people who’ve ordered from Jean before: \- How safe is his shipping line to India? \- Any customs seizure experiences? \- Does he offer insurance/reship if parcel gets seized? \- Is there triangle shipping or safer shipping available? \- Typical delivery time to India? \- Is it better to order frames only without lenses for customs safety? Would appreciate honest feedback before I place the order. Thanks!

I order this from QLD to VIC on 26th of April. The parcel was shipped on the 27th April. The expected delivery date was on the 4th-5th of May. However, on 5th May and after, the expected delivery date kept changing everyday till last friday 8th May when it said expected 11-12th May. For some reason, the parcel kept going back and forth between sorting hubs. The last updated tracking status was on Sunday 10th May where it arrived at a sorting hub near my house. I am just wondering if it might still come tday from whats shown on the website expected 12th May?

Order ko nung may 9 nasa manila na, tas ung order ng may 3 wala na update ngayon na sana delivery 😭

So my packages get delivered to my parents in the suburbs of Chicago because people steal mail like crazy in my building. Well me and my girlfriend ordered 3 separate packages last week, and all of them were supposed to come Monday the 11th. All 3 packages tracking said out for delivery at the same time, and when the mail was delivered today, my girlfriend told me both of her packages were delivered and I checked my tracking and it was still out for delivery. I drove 30 mins to the post office since it’s a smaller suburb and i talked to the supervisor who got ahold of the carrier and said that he missed the package because it’s small but it will get delivered today. A little frustrating ...

The service used is International Standard from UK to PH and the seller told me to wait 2-3 weeks since it is non-trackable.

I ordered a tracksuit on the 3rd of May and theres no update whatsoever! Relay says they have been preparing for delivery for the past 5 days. I definitely will not be using Relay again. i just want my parcel ;(

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Apple website, and DPD (courier) were supposed to deliver it on Saturday. I waited all day for it, but it was never delivered. In the evening I checked the DPD app and saw the tracking had been updated to say "the parcel is being being return to the sender", even though no delivery attempt was ever made. I contacted Apple yesterday and they said they were sending a replacement, but the estimated delivery is end of May/beginning of June, which feels way too long to wait. I called Apple again today and they said they're going to investigate whether the original phone can be redirected back to me instead of being returned to Apple, so ...

I recently started as a CCA. This is about my second week prior to that I was training with someone. My first day on my own was great and I was given 40 something parcels. However, each time in each day, I’ve returned to the office with mail. One minute I’m being told the mail can’t wait until tomorrow to prioritize the parcels. Today I received just under 100 parcels in comparison to the 40 something that I was getting before. I delivered all of the parcels first, so that means I had trays of mail that I didn’t do. I ordered quite a bit of things, and most expensive was projector that cost around £100. At the same time I ordered from Shien. On Thursday it was supposed to be delivered (5 parcels), but I was working so I informed the delivery company about safe space, but when I came home nothing was there. I asked all my neighbours but none of them know anything about my parcels. The photo that courier provided is not from my safe space or anywhere nearby and I checked everywhere I possibly could. I also contacted the delivery company but they said to contact Shien and Aliexpress. But Aliexpress and Shien refuses to refund most of it. And the amount I paid was quite a big to forget about it. Sender has confirmed the address with me. It’s correct. I’ve never had issues receiving parcels. I live in a very easy to find, very urban house on a main road. How on earth is someone ‘leaving a card’ if they can’t find the premises? I have no idea what to do here. I don’t even know what ‘RML DEFAULT DEPOT’ is or where it’s being held as it doesn’t seem to have made it to any of my local sorting facilities.

I live in hungary, GLS is delivering the controller, it's moved to the stage of having left the parcel center in the netherlands, but not arriving in germany or anywhere else, let alone hungary. It's been like this since Friday night, and I believe GLS ships at least between parcel centers on weekends as well, expected delivery was today. Is anyone else having or had simular issues? what ended up happening. I hope it's just tracking being ****** and it's not lost or really delayed.

How in God’s name has Evri courier not been shut down? I ordered something from the UK and had the misfortune to get the email to say it’s with Evri for delivery. Tracking has it in Basildon, UK for the past 6 days without moving. “Parcel consolidated in the group at LHR” Their customer support is a chatbot and automated phone line that works in a loop hellscape where it will never pass you on to a human. To make matters worse they had also originally emailed to say duties and tax were due (normally pay that to An Post no?) so I paid it.
