Paano po kaya makakapag report ng maayos sa shopee csr and dti? Yung sa email po. Ang mahal ng item and ayan lang afford ng asawa ko na nilaan niya galing sa 13th month pay po. 😭

Tracked 24, ordered Thursday, was at my MC yesterday, and no update today. I go on holiday Tuesday so need this before then… Also re routed to pick up at my DO as thought it would come yesterday when I wouldn’t be in

I bought an item from shopee 2 weeks ago at mag 1 week na bukas na nasa delivery hub. ******* Flash Express sa shopee. My flight ako to province on Monday at ang laman ng parcel is christmas gifts ko sa family. FLASH EXPRESS PERO MAKUPAD!!!

I’m just worried — first time to order ng ganito kalaki at bayad na using ShopeePay. Bakit umabot sa Santa Rosa, Laguna eh from Manila lang naman ako. Hindi rin ganito ‘yung usual na sorting facility na dinadaanan ng mga orders ko. Is this normal, or baka naligaw ‘yung parcel ko? 😭

Anyone here na "stuck" ang order sa MFM Laguna? I know it hasn't been 24 hours yet, pero unusual kasi all my previous orders na dumaan dito 2-4 hours lang ang tinagal tas nag-move na. Eto lang yung tumagal. Overthinking kasi high value item sya. Or should I be worried na pinalitan na ng bato to?

Yea, like the title says, I can’t find a package tracking app that uses the Dynamic Island. I’ve used pkge mobile, Route, AfterShip, Parcel, 17TRACK, Packages, Deliveries Package Tracker, My Parcel Delivery Tracker, and even the carrier; FedEx, and can’t seem to find a way to use the Dynamic Island or any setting for it in the Settings app. Any suggestion?

As an AP business customer, I send out many large parcels ( without signature ). Also included in the delivery instructions are a number of pre formatted requests, ie. leave in a safe place/ leave by side gate. Etc. Another one is if no reply leave at LPO. I’m my case in point in this instance, no one was in to take possession of the delivery, it was left at the front door (picture taken). It consequently got ‘stolen’. 3 weeks later the customer stated he never received the parcel. This same customer has done the exact same thing 3 months earlier. I have now lost these parcels and am now $$$ out of pocket. My AP rep says that if I don’t want this to happen, I need to sen...

Amazingly, I was supposed to receive my parcel from Evri on the 1st of December !! It’s now the 13th. Apparently couldn’t deliver and would deliver next working. Day. (Didn’t happen) No human or any way to contact a human at the support centre. The same old “Claire” apparently seems to be investigating and I’ve had numerous emails from her who we all (myself included) believe is a bot. And I’ve accepted this order I’ll never see. Because it’s quite obvious no one is looking for it. And it’s been stolen by the drivers due to not being held accountable. And lack of security. My issue is. Due to this. I’ve ordered a replacement from Amazon thinking it would be delivere...

Hi! I have a Tracked 48 parcel arriving on Monday but now won’t be home until early January. Bit of a disaster but a one off situation., so I’m trying to work out if I can collect when I’m back and avoid a return to sender. The package is showing as “We’ve got it” on the tracking, and the RM app lets me choose a first delivery date of 20 December at the latest. If I go for that, will the 18 day window a package is held begin on 20 December, letting me collect when I’m back? Or will the 18 day window still start this Monday, and I just need to deal with the return to sender? Thanks for everything you do! :)

Really struggling to understand the worth of the Royal Mail, or any delivery service. In the last few weeks I’ve had two negative experiences specifically with the Royal Mail. 1. ⁠⁠Ordered online tracked 48 and the parcel hasn’t been delivered, it is with the Parcelshop still since 24/11. Impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone but sent a message through the complaints and the only response is that all I can do is check the tracking updates - which is why I know it hasn’t moved from Parcelshop since 24/11 - and contact the seller to make a complaint to get a refund. Because I suppose that’s very corporate to think all I’m concerned about is the money the spent rather ...

First time using Buyee smh
