Hello everyone I’ve got an international parcel coming from Japan and I’m having a bit of a nightmare with tracking. The Royal Mail app just keeps saying “Oops, something went wrong, please try again later” every time I try to track it. This has been happening for 5 days now. From what I understand, it’s actually being handled by Parcelforce. To make things worse, I live on private property so delivery drivers can’t really access the house that easily. Apparently a delivery attempt may have been made, but no redelivery card was left, and now I’m worried because it’s a high-value item. Any advice or similar experiences would be really appreciated. I am so utterly exasperated. Here is what has happened: 1. I order a parcel - a rare collectible - with eBay simple delivery to my local newsagents as a graduation treat to myself. 2. The parcel is delayed. 3. Evri is "unable" to deliver the parcel and returns it to eBay. I get a refund that I reluctantly accept. 4. I get a notification that the parcel \*has\* been delivered. Yay! 5. I go to collect the parcel and the newsagent blankly informs me that they haven't accepted Evri parcels for at least two weeks. No parcel. 6. I try to get proof of delivery but neither of my postcodes work. Hmph. Perhaps it has been returned to eBay then? 7. I try to convey this to Evri but as fa...

Wouldn't know it was delivered, if I didn't get evri app notification or checked the camera. I don't remember if that delivery driver ever knocked on the door or pressed the doorbell. Just leaves the parcel on the door step, no matter what time of the day, no matter if the lights are on and we're at home. Most of the time the parcel arrives at local depot, then sits there for minimum 24 hours, only then this driver delivers it, often very early in the morning, the earliest I had something delivered by this person was at 7:05 Am. Parcels being left right by the pavement, visible to anyone. 🙄

Just wondering if this has happened to anybody else but I waited home all day yesterday for my parcel and then I get an email from royal mail at 7pm at night saying they tried to deliver but nobody was in. This is a lie because I purposely waited in and was tracking my parcel it said it was less than 20 stops away and then just never got delivered. I’ve rescheduled it for tomorrow but even that says not guaranteed. Has this happened to anybody else? I’ve never experienced this with getting a delivery to my house before and I’m now concerned I’m not gong to get it.

A parcel from the Uk to the Uk, meant to come 31st December as you can see. Did not arrive yesterday, on top of that no update no email no message or anything to let me know what’s going on with my parcel. I check the tracking it still says the same flipping thing. What’s going on man. This is shocking.

I bought a gadget for the first time and I make sure it's from a Shopee Mall. It was shipped, Dec. 30 and it arrived at SOC 11 Dec. 31 around 12 am. My parcel is not moving for almost 2 days now and still at that sorting center: SOC 11. I'm worrying about my parcel being stolen, since I'm seeing a lot of negative posts about SPX just now. I requested return/refund. I'm curious if my concern is valid and if they can just return the item to the seller since it is still not moving? I'am around visayas pa and the EDD starts tomorrow until Jan. 6. I messaged the seller that I will just order again and change the courier. Is there the same concern as mine?

Apologies for the ****** question but I have a parcel that was sent on New Year’s Eve via tracked 24 and I was just wondering how it works with Royal Mail being closed on the 2nd in Scotland. The main thing I was wondering about was would the parcel still be sent to Scotland on the 2nd when Royal Mail opens again in England or would it be held until the 3rd because the delivery centre would be closed in Scotland? Again I’m really sorry for the ridiculous question it’s just I don’t know the tracking number and it’s a gift to myself for my birthday on the 3rd.

Hi everyone, I have a 10 month old girl and I'm struggling to set and align with my earlier fitness routine. I'm not using my baby as an excuse but atleast 2-3 days a week she doesn't let us complete our sleep and that's a common thing for all new parents and I'm ok as it's a part and parcel of life. I'm 30 and used to follow 7-8 months of consistent fitness routine which includes gym and functional training for last 4 years. Even after delivery of my wife i could do 4 months of disciplined functional training as my wife wanted to stay with her parents initially. With current sleep patterns shall I start gym again or what should I opt? Just feeling confused...

In my last post about the Lenovo delivery issue, many people suggested I open a Section 75 claim, which I did. My credit card provider is PayPal, and they’ve rejected the claim solely because the UPS tracking shows “delivered”. They didn’t address any other evidence. Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I am seeking some guidance regarding my parcel. It was booked two days ago, and I was expecting it to be delivered yesterday as next day delivery was guaranteed. However, it is now the second day and there has been no update on the parcel. This parcel is very important to me, and I am particularly concerned because I have a flight on 3rd January. hi, so nung 28 bumili ako sa shop na relatively close lang sa location ko, and usually mabilis ang j&t sa area namin pero for some reason, this one has been in transit for longer than usual, i even bought another item from the same shop with j&t still and dumating in a day. any weird reason kung bakit to ganto? hahahaha i can wait pero just curious if other people are experiencing this

First time ko po to ma experience huhu, didn't expect po kasi darating order ko ng Dec. 31 sakto since I checked out the items ng Dec. 30 My fault din po me 😅 Anyway, nag chat ako sa 2 riders na naka-assign sa parcels ko kung pwede i hold muna and re-deliver ng Jan. 2 Since nasa house na po ako today, pwede ko kaya i pick up to? Ang worry ko po kasi, baka ma-RTS to. Salamat po, pasensya na first time ko po sa ganitong scenario 😅

For context, may kasabay dapat yan na delivery nung dec 30. Dumating yung isa pero ito nag delivery attempt failed. Tinext ko yung rider at sabi nya naiwan daw yata sa warehouse kasi isa lang hawak nya at ipapahanap pa nya. Darating na ba to today o nawala yung parcel at umatras ang status? Worried kasi ngayon lang to nangyari sakin and it's an expensive item 🥲

I ordered two casio watch during the payday sale on dec. 15, and until now hindi pa na rereceive. Last update was on Dec. 24 saying that the parcel is still in transit. Estimated delivery date is on Jan. 2 but with no recent update on their side i don’t think aabot to sa 2 😭. Supposed to be pang christmas gift yun for the parents and now im afraid baka nawala pr hindi na madedeliver yung item. Already tried contacting their customer service but they only gave me automated response without actually answering my main concern. Has anyone have this kind of experience? Is it possible that it was lost somewhere? What should i do?
