hello peeps hindi pa dumaan sa hub namin ung order ko pero out for delivery na sya?

Delivery driver could have just put through letter box but decided not to, took a picture of it in my forecourt (door cam) but then decided to leave with parcel and now the tracking doesn’t say redeliver, but that the driver couldn’t access my property? But I have him on camera ringing my doorbell etc. How do I go about this to get my parcel back asap as it was a Christmas present? Delivery was attempted Christmas eve.

For context. I’m in Southern California. Idk why my order is now in Chicago but this mess up is conveniently with this new Parcel Delivery Network they’re using. I know naman na madaming orders this December and I’m patient pero kasi need na talaga yung item asap and naunahan pa ideliver yung iba kong binili from other shops na spx yung courier. I wouldn’t have made this post if the item is not that important kasi kayang kong maghintay pero this one is so important because gagamitin siya when classes start and papagalitan talaga ako if wala yung mga items. Yesterday, nag attempt ng delivery yung rider kaso timing na may lakad kami so wlang tao sa bahay so sabi ko nlng pwede ba i GCash ko nlng yung payment then ipapalagay ko nlng sa likod ng bahay namin yung parcel. Sabi ng rider di daw available yung gcash payment nya so sinabihan ko nlng na bukas nya nlng ideliver ulit since sure na marereceive ko na yung parcel. Upon checking the status of my parcel kagabi, it says na nasa DVO ulit sya. Possible ba na na-RTS na itong item ko kahit once lng nmn nakapag attempt yung rider na ideliver yung parcel? Until now, naghihintay ako na mag text na idedeliver yung item pero wala pa din.
