I ordered an item that required a signature upon delivery with Canada Post. I was out that day but my building has a 24hr concierge, Canada Post-specific delivery locker, and general secure parcel Expedibox locker as well for other deliveries and Canada Post can use it too if their boxes are full. Our 24hr concierges sign for packages all the time but I came home to a delivery failure notice because no one signed for it…Are there specific deliveries where the only the recipient must sign and other people like a concierge cant sign?? EDIT: It was a watch I ordered valued around $300.

After talking to over 10 agents today none of them were helpful at all, none of them know what’s happening and they’re making stuff up on the spot. I believe there driver has either stolen my parcel or they lost it which proves how much of a **** delivery service they really are, they can’t even handle a simple parcel they struggle to deliver stuff clearly and their drivers are disgustingly lazy and probably drunk or on some next substance to not be using there eyes to find a simple ******* address and the driver has most likely stolen my parcel and disappeared, NEVER USE YODEL DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Hello everyone. I am writing this on May 1. I had 2 orders from Temu, mostly some are DnD dice that were shipped via YANWEN. These 2 different packages were shown that they were out for delivery on April 23. To my surprise, I did not receive these packages for 4 days without any update. Hi there! Somebody bought an item from my profile (very nice and pretty expensive shoes that I have listed for a steal, they were sold in 10 minutes after listing). I have sent the parcel. After that the buyer requested a cancellation because she mixed up her delivery address. Now she said that she couldn't collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to me. This process will take weeks! I am very disappointed. Is it something that I can do to speed up the process of return?

I’m going to be receiving a DHL Express parcel soon and it says a signature is required, but I live in university accommodation so all mail goes to the post room. This means I won’t be able to sign it in person, so I’m wondering if the post workers will be able to sign off on it or if it has to be me, considering the contents are (to my knowledge) a controlled substance. So I ordered from flipkart on 28 th of april and it showed delivery on 29 april, my parcel was in nagpur within a few hours of ordering..then due to some issues the order didn't move forward and ut showed delivery by 1 may .. then comes today ..in the morning i was provided a delivery agents' number , i called and he said he doesn't have my parcel...he is the guy who picks up return parcels only... So basically i was given a wrong delivery agents' number. After some time it showed some issue with delivery we'll try to deliver it today ... Again now I'm given another delivery guy's number and it's the same issue again he doesn't even has my parcel....
