So royal mail claim to have delivered my pokemon centre parcel containing the chaos rising drop. The proof of delivery image was essentially a picture of nothing and I never got my parcel. PKC have offered me refund or reship, I accepted the reship because I wanna rip me a greninja! We sell mobile phones on eBay, for the fourth time this week we've had a customer say they've received the box for the phone, but no phone or charger. Once photos have been provided (and also on the delivery photos ) you can see that the grey mailing bags we use have been resealed with brown parcel tape, and that someone is ripping open the side of the phones and removing them. It seems to be somebody local as the orders are going all over the country. I can only assume it's whoever is collecting from the locker we use or in the depot. I had a letter I needed to sign for, so I went to the website and told them to redelivery on Saturday, two days after the initial attempt. They still tried to attempt delivery yesterday, and they didn't even try today, despite the original request showing as confirmed. The last update was "delivered to parcel locker" yesterday afternoon. Did I need to put in *another* redelivery request despite already doing so? Did I need to put the slip into the box even though it doesn't say to do so if you go online? I'm so confused and very annoyed, especially because if I had checked beforehand, I would have gone to pick up the letter, but the post office is closed now.

I ordered a pair of children’s shoes and received 2 pairs of jeans. I didn’t order any jeans so not mixed up the item. I selected Inpost home delivery but the parcel was delivered via Relay, the Relay parcel tracking is linked to the shoes. I’m wondering if the shop potentially put the wrong label on? The shoes were only £2 and the seller is very apologetic so I doubt it’s any wrongdoing on their part. I’ve flagged it as ‘I have an issue’ but not sure if the buyer will now be out of pocket?
