Very strange, Evri able to collect, sort and deliver all on the same day? It’s a vinted parcel and know it normally takes 2-3 days to be delivered. The seller isn’t located in the same town, and my neighbours don’t have it and there’s no photo to state where it could of been dumped so just very strange. Probably a tracking issue but still a problem because I’ve got to log the issues on vinted, to the seller and to Evri. I don’t know how to fix this!

i never usually have problems with evri but i’ve heard my fair share of horror stories, and i think i might be evri’s next victim. i shipped out a jacket with depop, and evri was supposed to deliver it on wednesday. i got this message, and it’s now sunday with no update from them. i heard you could claim some form of compensation but idk what to do. i may wait until tomorrow but it’s not looking likely.

Hi all, I'm a seller through Depop. I usually get an email from Depop after an item has been delivered, but I noticed this one hadn't. I looked up the tracking info and it says this. I've never seen this done after delivery, especially only 20 mins afterwards. What does this mean and what will happen/has happened to the parcel? Hi, I’m new to this subreddit but I have been a long time lurker. I sold this Zara top for £2 and I had such a weird feeling about it before I even posted it. Call it gut instinct or whatever . . Anyway I posted the top because I don’t want it and honestly have no use for it. The buyer disputed the order and said I sent her shoes. When I messaged her asking why I would send her shoes instead of a £2 top she said maybe I mixed my parcels up. I couldn’t have done that because I only had one parcel to post that day. She chose the 24hr In-Post locker option and I didn’t need a label for it. Could the delivery guy have mixed up the labels?

Okay, so today I was supposed to receive a parcel from the shadowfax but again no calls or messages.. so I decided I will cancel it.. because it says attempted delivery 2-3 times, but no delievery attempts were made!!
