Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Hi po! anyone with same scenario? Nov 21 shipped by seller from korea but until now walang movement? nagrequest na ako to expedite 2x. 🥲

I’ve emailed multiple times about this matter as it seems that if a parcel is removed from my route usually because its missing you will get dinged for it for not completing all deliveries. I email support and they respond by saying it’s happened to many times so apparently you can get in trouble for the warehouse missing parcels love to see it😂

Update for a parcel I ordered says delivery has been attempted at a time when I was in the house. Nothing on ring camera which picks up everything. When I try to use the tracking number it says the parcel isn't in the network. Why would it say delivery attempted when this is blatantly untrue? Two other completely separate orders, one has been 'unable to attempt delivery' for 5 days and the other has been lost. What is going on at royal mail? Absolutely atrocious.

Hello everyone. I recently bought a D235 and a S112. I wired the S112 on my gate so I can open it remotely and it works. The D235 works fine too. But I did not find a way to open the gate without exiting the D235 view (like to open for visitors, or a parcel delivery). I wish I could use the preset response but did not find a bridge in automation. I could create a preset "Gate opening" and when it's triggered I trigger the S112 to open the gate. Do you have some ideas ? Thanks :)

My parcel was out for delivery last friday but got delayed, due to "extreme weather". Im in Calgary. There was some snow on the road but it was sunny and only -10. I figure, if school busses are running and primary school kids are still required to go outside for lunch/recess, then CP should be expected to deliver the gosh darn mail. By end of day monday, I got mail delivered... a whole bunch of usless fliers, but still no parcel...

Well can't get an investigation until the 10th. They say delayed items should arrive within 5 business days of the edd. Well today last week was edd. I think going forward to make it super easy for Aust Post I'll just use parcel collect. It seems even sending to parcel lockers is too much? Look if I had a car, I'd go buy instore. Alas reliant on buying online and delivery. Year black Friday sales, but if arrived in the area ontine, shame they didn't go pickup from PO than it vanish into void.

Hi, I sell on eBay mostly Lego minifigures which the majority of are under £20 in value so I use Royal Mail 2nd class large letter. Today (1st December) I have recieved an item not recieved claim from a buyer who bought an item last Tuesday (25th November). I posted on the Tuesday and Royal Mail estimates 3-5 working days usually but as I have told the buyer this is an estimate not a guarantee and they are especially busy this time of year. I have replied to the buyer explaining this and have said that Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after the final delivery estimate after which I can file a claim and refund. Was due a parcel from the Netherlands and it has been returned for some unknown reason. No explanation on the tracking. I checked the Dutch tracking website and there is no more information. Contacted local delivery office and they said to contact the seller. Obviously the seller has no idea why it's been returned. If the address was unreadable shouldn't it say that?

I bought an item from America from eBay’s global shipping program. The item made its way all the way to the UK until the dreaded Evri got their hands on it (I had no control over who delivered the parcel, I would never have used Evri of if I had the chance). Hi, I sent a parcel to Italy using the international tracked service but due to an error with the address the Italian postal service could not deliver the item. The package was then sent back to the UK and according to Royal Mail/Italian Post it arrived back in the UK on 23rd-24th November but there’s been no updates since? Could it be stuck in customs or is there a possibility there’s been a mix up with the returns address aswell? Any help would be appreciated!
