Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

I've had two parcels this week where they couldn't find my address, but the GPS shows they didn't even go down the road. I've tried to contact them and they said the first one was going to be put out for delivery again but it wasn't. Are they just being lazy? Have they stolen my parcels? I've never had this happen, but it happened to my dad at the same address last week.

I had a parcel due today from a well known retailer nothing too expensive around £100 and it would be in a card box with the company name on. I ordered from GU, which is a sister brand of Uniqlo and I believe they both contracted Dashlink for delivery. My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, the driver even upload a photo of my package in the locker with door open**. I went home yesterday, open the locker and nothing was inside. For more context about our locker, it was a locker for parcels which means the apartment owns the locker, not us. When a deliver person opens the locker and closes the locker, it will send an email with a random generated code that can only be used once. By 5:30pm est the parcel arrived at the Carlsbad CA distribution center, and there it stayed for over 24 hours. Even at 9pm est last night (Friday), the tracking showed it still in Carlsbad CA, yet would would be delivered by 10:30 am. It was claiming this 11 hours AFTER 10:30 am?!?!?. Confused Basically I bought an item from e bay the seller dispatched the item which shows a tracking number that it was accepted at a parcell shop, using the tracking number from parcel force i followed the journey of the item on the Royal Mail app, when it said “due to be delivered today” 1 hour later it said delivered! With proof of delivery. But the funny thing is photo taken as proof of delivery is not my door. I ordered a coat off Vinted. The seller is lovely, sent the tracking number etc. I always choose to have parcels sent to a delivery locker in case I’m out. Went to collect the parcel and it’s not mine. The parcel was from Next, with their original packaging, and an invoice for the items inside (which incidentally cost a lot more than the coat I bought!). As per title. I ordered an Apple Airpods Pro 3 during the 11.11 sale on 11 Nov and opted for the next day delivery. However, the delivery status is always “your parcel is out for delivery” every day thereafter and it’s currently 16 Nov already with no signs of arrival. Tried chatting with Shopee’s live support twice already but on both times they mentioned that the delay is because of the high volume of the 11.11 sales. While this may be true, I am just wondering if this is because it was purchased at a very good price (after Shopee vouchers) and they refuse to fulfil my order and are waiting for me to cancel it? I recently arranged for a parcel redelivery to arrive today when I knew I'd be in. It never arrived this morning but tracking says: Pending We're holding this item at (My Area) DO. We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day.
