Aus Post lost my parcel. I had accepted that weeks ago, when my delivery is now three weeks late and hadn’t been scanned since the 13th. However twice I’ve tried to get them to follow up and twice I’ve been told “the system is just facing congestion”. Even on Thursday just gone, I had an agent tell me that everything js normal and the system is working as it should. Turns out it wasn’t, and the gaslighting bastards cooked my parcel. I’m not annoyed the parcel went up in flames, I’m annoyed I had to follow it up and be fobbed off repeatedly when they’ve known for weeks there could be an issue. I would’ve ordered a new part instead of being told wait a bit longer.. twice....

So, we know that eBay has generated AI descriptions for a long time now. There's a new feature where eBay will generate an AI response when you contact a seller. This only makes sense if you assume that most buyers are idiots. If I ask a question, it's because the answer is not included in the listing. I actually already own this particular item. Anyone else having alot of problems with evri at the minute? I bought some car parts from Germany on the 18th of March, within a couple of days, both packages got to the uk and were out for delivery, 1 was then sent back to the Sender and the other after loads of updates is now missing . Bought another part off ebay, that has now had 33 tracking updates and it still hasnt turned up.

Just wanted to run this by folks from other offices. I've been told different times per parcel from different people as how much technically we are meant to have per delivery, I think originally it was 3 minutes per parcel. Here is a breakdown of a route. 47 delivery points Route Time 2h 35m Drive Time 1h 13m So doing some maths. 2h 35m - 1h 13m = 1 hour 22 minutes 82 x 60 seconds = 4920 seconds 4920 seconds ÷ 47 parcels 1 minute 44 seconds per parcel Hopefully my maths is correct. a while ago i ordered via parcel locker service called InPost but now when i try to check out it goes straight to house delivery, is there's a way to fix this?

An eBay purchase delivered in the UK by Evri who are renowned for drop-kicking parcels to their destination. Smashed to literal smithereens! 😫 to be fair to them, it wasn't particularly well packaged to protect it, but we saw the delivery guy put the clearly very broken and rattling package on the doorstep like nothing was wrong 😅 oh well

Hi! So I got an email yesterday telling me my item had been delivered but I hadn’t received anything. I contacted the company and they sent back a proof of delivery photo but it’s not my house as it’s a different door and my door didn’t open in the same direction. I thought the parcel had been delivered in Perth but I was mistaken and the carrier actually came from Perth so my item might actually be in Dundee. Looking at the photo, the house looks as though it could be in my area (St Mary’s) but I’m not sure. Hello, I bought a **Grey Goose & Gander Fleece** (size **XL**) from Vinted and chose InPost delivery to a locker. I went to go pick the parcel up, it had the correct label on with my name and the name of the locker location. When I opened the parcel it was a pair of Hollister Low-Rise Taper Baggy Jean (W26 - Short Size 2) in grey. And has ‘***Nina A***’ on the back. I have rang InPost who told me to go through Vinted who I'm awaiting on a reply. Has anyone else had a similar situation? As a the title say, can I put a simple delivery parcel into a post box providing it fits into the post box in the UK or do I have to had it in to the Post Office? I don't live close to a Royal Mail locker but walk past plenty of post boxes.

Hi, I ordered a shirt (relatively low value, <10EUR), delivery method was DHL to a pickup locker. Both the seller and I are located in the Netherlands. DHL placed the wrong package in my locker, thus I wasn't able to retrieve the item. I contacted DHL, they said to contact the seller (on Vinted). The seller (who is really nice) contacted DHL, who directed him to Vinted. At the same time, I marked the parcel as having issues as it was not delivered, and contacted Vinted on my end as well 3 days later, they closed/marked the transaction as finalised, as the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered, and directed me to contact DHL, which says that they can't do anything, exc...

I ordered a part from RockAuto on the afternoon of Monday, March 30th and as of today, Saturday, April 4th, that package still hasn’t been received by USPS, according to USPS tracking. It seems to be coming from Port Washington, NY. I have a ring doorbell and not a single person has been in my garden yet they’ve updated the tracking information to say that they’ve been and it didn’t seem anyone was in.
