Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

I recently ordered something from the US. Royal Mail had it for the last leg in the UK (48 Tracking) but it's now marked as delivered when it wasn't. The proof of delivery photo is not anywhere I recognise and the 'parcel' looks suspiciously like a sheet of purple paper (with no address). Sender hasn't been very helpful - if I get in touch with RM will there be anything to be done or is through the sender the only way?

I recently purchased two identical items from a vendor in England, to be delivered to an address in Northern Ireland. They were sent out at the same time in two separate RM 48hr tracked shipments, so I have two tracking codes. I received one yesterday, but the other appears to be stuck in transit. The odd thing is, both packages took different paths through the delivery network. The one I received went straight to the North West Super Hub, then onwards to Northern Ireland MC six days later. I’m pretty new here did about 10 blocks so far. I have encountered 2 issues with one time password parcels. First one last week, I delivered the parcel as normal, it did feel very light S box. I didn’t look at it it didn’t look damaged, but suspiciously light. I did shake it, something was inside. Customer comes out gives me the password takes the parcel I go away no issues so far. I finish the block and then I see a message in the corner it was from the customer who says the item wasn’t in the box, do I have it in the van? I said no, I wouldn’t be able to take it out and he should contact Amazon CS for advice. He thanked me and said not to worry as he will sort it out. Job done. ...

Morning everybody, Ordered a somewhat rare item and paid for first class delivery because I needed it yesterday, was shipped Saturday and then it was sent to the wrong delivery office in the complete opposite direction of me yesterday. Just a little worried about there being no update since then, surely in almost 24 hours it should have at least been scanned back in at the sorting centre?

Hi Everyone. I have recently ordered my first parcel through Temu, and it is being delivered through SkyNet. The package involves a Christmas present for my niece. Although there are a few days left on the expected delivery dates (latest 22 December), I have seen that SkyNet has incredibly bad reviews. Since it is a bit close to Christmas, I am starting to get a bit nervous. I do live in a major city, and quite close to a Skynet Depot. The last update I recieved was that it was en-route to destination on the 15/12. Does anybody actually have a good experience with Temu parcels through SkyNet? If not, would it be advisable to go to the Depot itself and just pick it up, as some reviewers say? ...

I could've, by now, walked the 107 miles to the depot, spent a day or so finding it, and walked back home. I might apply to become an Evri driver just so I get access to the depot. I'm sure that's much easier than actually getting a parcel delivered.

Morning everyone, looking for a bit of advice if possible. My wife had ordered a few things from Arne in early December. Delivery was delayed and we then received a parcel on 5th December which was addressed to our neighbour. Handed the parcel over to him, but were confused as our order then showed as being delivered. We've given Arne the time to investigate but they've come back and said the courier (Evri, yes I know) have disputed it, and there's nothing they can do further. I shipped a parcel on Tuesday morning at 8:45AM, and it’s now the next day (Wednesday 9AM) and there have been no further scans other than “Your Item Was Posted At ParcelShop”, I went back to the post office just now and they said that RM came in the evening and took it. What do I do now? It’s Tracked 24, I understand maybe the next day delivery is not guaranteed but surely by now there should have been a scan to say that they’ve got it..

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice around a delivery issue. My pen was dispatched on Friday, due to be delivered Saturday but was not delivered until 10 am Monday morning. Postie confirmed it had been in the sorting office over the weekend and the whole parcel was room temperature. I've contacted my provider Bolt to ask for another pen to be dispatched and they are saying that it is safe to use. The issue is I won't be using it for six weeks and my understanding is that once it has been out of the cold chain it needs to be used. Am I right to insist on a refund here? Hello po, paano po kaya gagawin ko, bale nag cancel ako ng order kay seller kase apaka bagal nya mag prepare, eh kaso kailangan ko na talaga yung item kaya naghanap nako ng bagong oorderan at na deliver kaagad kinabukasan lang, Kaso yung cancelation request ko, ni reject ni seller, at otw nayung parcel within 2 days, at bayad napo yun via SpayLater, paano po kaya i force na ma cancel yun lalo nat kasalanan naman ni seller? Tanggihan ko 3 times yung delivery? At kung gagawin ko man yun, ma rerefund po kaya ng maayos yung credit ko sa SpayLater? TIA po sa mga sasagot.

Hi all, looking for advice from anyone who’s dealt with AliExpress disputes before. I ordered a 5kg spool of PLA filament. The parcel delivered by Royal Mail was completely empty. Royal Mail actually placed the original bag inside another bag because it contained nothing, and their official proof of delivery photo clearly shows a small, flat package that could not physically contain 5kg of filament.
