Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

I’ve honestly never had an issue up until now. My parcel was delivered through the letterbox and it smashed to bits when it hit the floor. I bought 2 CDs both of them came broken and in pieces inside of the packaging. This is probably the worst ****** delivery service I’ve seen in my life. As soon as I opened the packaging pieces of plastic flew everywhere and into my skin. Can’t even say I’m surprised but I am extremely disappointed.

Oh what an easy day today was gonna be until that traffic hit. I went to a depot I do not usually go to and was given 80 parcels. It would take me around 30 mins over my shift time if I had done them all so I was planning to leave some 48’s and do the 24’s. Fast forward, I have driving up the same road for around 30 minutes. Just to deliver one parcel. The road length I covered was probably 20% of a mile. I’ll set that as the baseline for how bad it was. The issue arose when I reached 60 parcels and at that time, it was 16:00 and I had 3 hours maximum to get nine of the remaining 24 tracked parcels out of the way. VERY EASY RIGHT?! I though of posting this after going through the this process. And I was more nervous during this process making calls every week as I booked my tickets already in the 3rd week of February. Dec 4th(Thursday): Submitted the application with all the details and gathered the required documents and purchased VFS provided vendor courier service and handed over the parcel to FEDEx @ 7:30PM EST By that time which mail service shipping completed. FedEx team mentioned they will ship my package tomorrow which is on Dec 5th(Friday). So I ordered a skirt off of pull&bear a few days ago and selected, and paid for, home delivery. In the tracking it also said that it would be delivered to my home address. Then I get a mail saying that my parcel is available for pick up. And the tracking changed to the address of the pick up shop as the delivery address. I would go pick it up but the problem is the pick up shop is 25 minutes from where I live wich doesn’t sound like much but I’m not going to drive to a whole different city just to pick up my parcel when I payed for a home delivery AND there are tons of pick up centres in my area. Imagine doing a delivery at 7:20pm and a customer tells you “it’s sleeping time”. I replied saying it’s not even half 7. Seriously why do people order from online if they don’t want parcels late in the evening. Go collect it from a shop whenever you want. These are the same customers that are not even in during the day.

Hello! I order this about a week ago, I live in TX. We did just have a winter storm and I know that could’ve affected the delivery for my package. I’m just concern because SHEIN has sent me around 3-4 messages telling me my package delivery failed and that I should contact my local carrier. That means UPS/USPS right? I’ve already tried contacting SpeedX too but there’s no one to talk to, it’s just a website with possible problems and what to do but not actual agents. This may be a shock to so many people here, but apparently there is 0 work for me as of right now and even surrounding offices don't have work. I was hired in the busy season last winter and trained during the Christmas rush as a result of some national hiring binge by what my supervisor has told me. I ordered a pair of North Face shoes size 11 on 10/1/26 costing £130, paying with Klarna. Received the shoes 14/1/26. After a day of wearing they were really hurting my feet so had a closer inspection of them and found they were actually a size 12 despite me ordering an 11 and confirmed on email order, box and label on shoe also confirmed this. Emailed Nevisport customer service on 15/1/26, next day after delivery, advising them I have received order and after a day of wearing and hurting my feet I noticed they were a size 12 and unfortunately I had binned the box and the shoes had light marks now. Hi, I've had some parcels that I was meant to have a week ago but every day it says they're out for delivery and then I get an email after saying they have had instructions not to deliver the items. Does anyone know why? I've called Royal mail up and one person said there's an issue in Birmingham and then another person said there isn't. Any updates/ help would be appreciated

Hi there, I have been expecting a circa £100 value parcel since last Friday with no updates to the tracking information since. The parcel was originally scheduled to arrive last Thursday, however I was not going to be in to collect it, so I scheduled a request on the Royal Mail app so that it would be attempted to be delivered on Friday instead. When I bought a 44mm C60 Pro 300 Bronze recently, the website said delivery expected mid February, so I was delighted to receive a CW parcel containing this beauty today! I’ve loved the look of this watch for ages, but have always stopped short of buying it as the 42mm just looked a little small, so now it’s in 44mm it was an easy decision. As someone with a lot more knowledge and experience of watches said about the size of watches, “size is important, but dimensions aren’t”, and this certainly applies to this watch. Hello, what a lovely surprise today to see £597 (several payments of around £14.92) in ‘Additional Handling’ charges because I use UPS for my business shipments. The parcels date from November 2025. Are they serious??? In fact, they charged double for each shipment I made, two months later. Is this practice legal? There is not even any additional handling, just basic delivery with no changes. They are literally thieves !!

DHL tracking is solid: “Handed over to local postal operator – Luqa.” It’s been in the country for weeks. The conversation at the counter was peak Malta. So I did not do any research before buying the howls moving castle ring on their website but it shows that my item has been returned and it's been signed by the seller, what do I do now. Can I get a refund still? Theres 0 ways to contact them other than the email which they ignore.

I picked a local collection point (my nearest post office). I haven’t collected yet but the app is now showing I have to either confirm order is ok or report an issue by 1st Feb as it has been delivered to the collection point. Due to work and post office opening times I won’t be able to even pick up the parcel until next week so the app will just auto confirm everything is ok before I even receive the parcel! Luckily this isn’t an expensive item so even if there is an issue it’s not really a problem but I won’t be using Royal Mail for delivery again. I don’t normally but this was the only option the seller offered
