For context: I ordered something way back march 23. Ang unang eta non april 21 tapos namove to april 30 to may 3 to may 12 and ngayon may 21 na. Last update is cleared import customs nung apr 16 then delayed ar apr 21 tapos ngayon delayed na naman na may 7. nakailang contact na rin ako sa cs and nakailang forward na rin sa akin to their supervisors pero wala pa rin. what can be done about this? dadating pa ba to? may nakaexperience na ba ng ganito katagal? hindi naman sya pre order at usually china orders na spx shipping rin narereceice ko naman in less than a month si seller sabi supposedly handed over to local courier na by may 8 and matatanggap ko by may 12 pero until now walang update ...

I wonder if anyone could help me understand. I have a special delivery that says at the top of the screen "ready for delivery" and that its due for delivery today however under it where it shows the parcels tracking history. It was marked to be due for delivery today at 9:04 theb at 9:12 it says "item retention". Neither me or the sender has asked for it to be retained but thats not much of the problem. Its the fact it says "ready for delivery" has me confused as to if it will be delivered today or not.

I ship my parcels via a company that got integrated with xpressbees , delhivery etc . BUT recently 5 parcels got picked up by delhivery and two came back just 3 days later and when I asked the delivery guy what happened he said ". Idk I'm just a delivery guy " , the company I'm using isn't responding . The reason I quit India post is because well 2 times my parcel came back coz the guys in the hub got confused & thought the from address is the to address. And yeah it got sent back the next day - again no reason lost 80/- for each parcel . And I marked the addresses perfectly not my mistake at all . Help me out is xpressbees any better ?

Anyone else had this issue, I’ve had 2 buyers now where their items arrived at the Inpost lockers and only 3 days later they’ve been returned to me?? Dates are underlined in the photos. What’s going on with Inpost?? Usually my go to but now I’m unsure

I have recently started selling some items I make on ebay, and already have an issue with just the second sale. I am in the UK and have used the simple delivery option arranged by ebay and fulfilled by Evri. Evri have lost this parcel, it has been showing out for delivery for three weeks now and there is no way to get in touch with Evri. Looking for support from ebay, every search or link to possible support ends up directing to a help page aimed at buyers, I can find no support for sellers. I the mean time, I have had to send out a replacement item and arrange alternative shioing which has left me out of pocket. What can I do to try and get some resolution on this? Hi All just about to buy a 4800 plus direct from Ugreen. I have seen a couple of issues in the sub from customer service/ lost parcels but had anyone experience of this in the UK? I ask this because in the basket there is an additional 11.99 optional cost for 'peace of mind' but the things this covers like damage, lost deliveries, missing parts, defective components or significant delay in delivery. In the UK and I guess elsewhere these are all legal reasons to be issued a refund (apart from significant delay) and the warranty presumably covers after the fact issues too. Hi guys, got this parcel from Japan, nothing big or anything, paid the customs fees then requested delivery for Friday 8th. They say the attempted to deliver at 7:30 ish but no one turned up at all. When I then scheduled a re-delivery, I got no confirmation at all and now there is no info at all about my parcel? Anyone know what’s up? Thanks in advance

Wala akong nareceive na text or email regarding waybill. Then kanina may dumating na J&T and mukhang skeptical din sabi ni rider na medyo magaan yung box at pricey.
