So, I live in the zip code of 92508, which isn’t far from this other one but, it says it got delivered to a parcel locker outside of my neighborhood? I did check my mailbox to look for a locker key already. the person who sent this to me showed a photo of the label and nothing was incorrect or is, can anyone help me out or know what’s going on?

On the day of delivery, the seller apparently started fussing about the pickup, my sister said she could do it the next day. As fate would have it, her baby was born the following day, and in all the chaos, the package pickup simply slipped through the cracks or was forgotten. I sold an iPhone on eBay. The buyer has immediately claimed the phone was not in the package, they are sending me 10's of messages just spamming me asking when they will get their money back. They sent me a photo of the packaging with a rip on the side of it and only the charging plug present. I waited for Evri to upload a photo of the delivery, and it shows the buyer accepting the parcel (but the side of the parcel does have the rip in it.....). I don't know why they accepted it...
