for context, this buyer had purchased a bundle from me about a month ago. i sent the order out same day and paid for signed delivery. it has been delivered and signed for, however buyer says (after 26 days i may add) that she hasn’t received the parcel yet (although it shows delivered and signed for in my postage app). she initially did not reply to any of my messages. and now is sending seperate messages on listings for all the items i sent in the bundle. am i about to get asked for a refund? will depop support me in this matter if in case the buyer is lying?

I definitely put the whole outfit in and weighed it as well after packing and paid a higher rate for a heavier parcel which is recorded on the postage invoice. The parcel would not have weighed that much without the main missing item.
