Since moving anytime a parcel approaches 10lbs they don't deliver and drop off a pickup notice citing the package is too heavy. Is there no standard for parcel delivery?

Finally received a notification that my order had shipped on 11/18…since then it is still at label has been created awaiting pickup for the past week. I reached out to the glamor and according to them my order wasnt even processed until 11/19 and that it takes a standard 15 days for shipment and I have to wait until December. I paid in October, made my selections on the 1st and they apparently sat in my order for the next three weeks. I’ve already canceled Ipsy.

Has anyone had an experience of this? 3 international parcels have been allocated to the wrong depot , a depot that doesn't even deliver to my postcode, now I'm in an endless spin of fake delivery attempts. How is it possible that this has happened three times out of three? In the space of 4 weeks. I managed to get the first one sorted after 5 phone calls and over 10+ hour wait times, emailed the ceo of Royal Mail, basically threw as much **** against the wall as possible to get my package. Ganito ba talaga pag SPX, matagal magdeliver ng parcel? Also, if due to calamities, shopee naman puts disclaimers if ever made-delay yung parcel. I ordered one book last Nov. 16, and estimated delivery is December 2?????? That's already 16 days from ordering. I am from province so expected ko na talaga na it would take atleast 7-10 days from shipment if no delays, pero grabe yung dagdag na 1 week pa. Di lang naman ako nakaexperience ng ganito no?

I just wanted to share the issue that I've had with Flashback Co. I originally pre-ordered the V1 camera back in October, for it to be delivered in September. First issue was with the tracking number provided, which stopped updating after "reaching customs". I then emailed the flashback team multiple times (it took a couple emails and instagram comments to get a response) asking them if they could give me a more accurate tracking number. They provided me with a different tracking site, which said that the package had been delivered for over two weeks - however the package was no where in sight. Arriving in Bangkok on 11th and I have a document delivery coming on maybe 8th or 10th so I want someplace where I can get the document to be delivered and so when I’m there I can just collect it. unfortunately the hotel that I have booked doesn’t have a message support so I can’t really reach them or an email. One of my parcels arrived back in mid-July, but my main luggage has been stuck ever since. At first, it couldn’t be processed because the delivery guy didn’t have the right documents. I’ve been trying to get it sent back to my friend’s place, and we’ve emailed the company multiple times — but the responses have been super slow or unhelpful. They even said they tried returning my luggage, but ‘no one responded,’ which doesn’t make sense. What kind of “Delivery attempted” evidence is this? Some unknown location with parcels in a cage…probably their delivery depot? How can you use this proof for a delivery attempt? Evri and Yodel, two of the worst couriers to ever exist!

Started a claim with a supplier/retailer in regards to my missing parcel that DPD claim to have delivered, and have recently received a letter from “Delivery Investigations LTD” who claim to be acting on behalf of DPD, asking me to complete and return a slip telling me to confirm I have not received the parcel. I’m pretty sure this firm is just DPD posing as another company, but there are no contact details other than a PO Box address so I’m not entirely certain. Supplier/retailer so far are being cooperative and seem to be proactive with the situation, but have said I need to return the slip for the claim to move forward. Ekart delivery guy saying it's too big of parcel so couldn't bring it i mean really 2 days and I am having thought that they might temper with my parcel cause today he exactly told me what is in it.

Hi everyone, my mother received a parcel yesterday in COD with my name and address with it. It was a ₱150 bag from Beta Wallets. I checked my shopee account and I did not order such thing. The rider also did not text or call me that I have an upcoming delivery and wala kasi ako sa bahay that time. I never shared my shopee address with anyone aside from my one friend only which she denied and wala din talaga. This is really concerning. Are there any similar experiences? Would love to hear how to avoid this in the future

Shopee PH should focus on their own delivery couriers because nakaka stress din yung delayed deliveries, may ibang riders hindi nabibigay ng updates tapos biglang i cacancell yung parcel, customer services did NOT help, and many messy/unprofessional behaviors... It's better din ibalik ang different delivery service options to all checkouts for buyers to choose, kasi personally I love Jnt Express delivery services than the rest. Hanggang ngayon, nagwawait ako sa updates ng parcels and no services could help, and WHAT DO YOU MEAN I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR UPDATES???!! HELLO???

Hello I been home all yesterday waiting for my parcel from Lego and it states that it was refused delivery and now it’s being held at depot. I messaged Lego about it. Do you think they will be able to help as it’s now a retired and out of stock set and I was really excited for it. Has anyone else had any problems with DPD doing this? I wonder if it’s to do with Black Friday and the extra work load. I just don’t want my Lego going back and being cancelled. 😢
