I keep trying to contact someone but is always a ****** bot saying that the package is on its way which it clearly isn't. What should I do? I ordered from Look Fantastic. Would Evri refund me for this or do I need to contact LF? I'm so disappointed with Evri tbf

Hello, I'm based in the UK and I am waiting for a small parcel coming from a business in Canada. I was given a tracking number for it; as of now, whenever I check the status on [https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/](https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/), I get the same message as in the attached screenshot. I was made aware that there are issues and delays, especially for international deliveries, however after all this time I'm starting to question (euphemism) whether this is genuinely possible due to the current situation, or it's actually beyond it and I should chase the business in question, to find out if they did post anything at all?

I’m awaiting the delivery of a parcel from Temu. Tracking number provided says parcel due to be delivered 3rd January 2013! Is this likely due to a reused tracking number? Has this ever happened to anyone before and did you receive your parcel?

Been trying, and failing, to find clear info on how to have a DHL Express delivery sent to a PUDO box - hoping someone here can help? It's an international delivery, which someone else will be setting up. So I need to be able to explain to them how to set it up. Do they include a PUDO box as the delivery address? Or does it need to go to a home address and later rerouted to PUDO? ([the latter seems to be what this info translates to](https://www.pudo.jp/ja/blog/receive-dhl-parcel-at-pudo), but google translate has been iffy) Will I need a Japanese phone number? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can anyone help me? It tells me that I have unlocked the trailers, but whenever I arrive at the loading point with a vehicle, it tells me that they are still locked. It doesn't matter whether it's a semi-trailer or a small trailer. My vehicle has a fifth wheel coupling or a normal coupling for small trailers.

Has anyone ever received an email from Claire at Evri? It appears to be from a human, but I’m not convinced. I’m waiting for an item that was posted on the 28th of November, with a delivery time of 2-5 days. That was a lie, lol. My parcel was due for delivery Wednesday 10th December- not left Gatwick Mail Centre since! Numerous complaints have been sent it because I have been told contact the sender- wait until the 17th, which ultimately means Royal Mail will classify it as “lost” which to me is “we couldn’t deliver your parcel in time so it’s lost and we’re under staffed so will auction it off”! Parcel was due last Tuesday, got the attempted delivery on tracking (there was no attempt) so i thought it would be better to reschedule it to the closest post office. It said it would be there on Wednesday. Tracking still says its on the way and should be delivered on Wed 10th. Was sent tracked 48 so has it gone back to post office and lost somewhere? Thank you

I ordered on Nov 30, it was marked as shipped on Dec 4, and the tracking has been stuck on “in transit to the airport warehouse / heading to destination country” since Dec 4th with no updates since.
