I try to avoid Evri whenever I can but most online shops don't disclose what company will deliver the items. Most of the time I've used Evri, I get this BS "attempted delivery" with either a black photo, a photo of the ground or one with their finger covering the lens. I was in all day. I purposefully made sure I had nowhere to go so I wouldn't miss my delivery. Nobody showed up, nobody knocked on my door or rang the bell yet it said they had "attempted delivery". What attempt was there? Did they whisper to me three roads down that my package is here and because I don't have super sonic hearing, I never heard them? Maybe they passed my home and exp...

I ordered the item from Bolt. DPD gave an hour-long delivery window, but it's now past that hour and still no delivery. I understand delays might happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but DPD sent no updates regarding when the next delivery will be, if the delivery will still push through, or where the heck the parcel is. I advised Bolt not to use DPD. It's frustrating. Now I don't know how long the ice pack will keep the item cold, especially in this warm weather.

I chose to have a parcel delivered to a local locker as I knew I wouldn't be at home on the day of delivery. No problem, done this before. However, the only email I've had was to say it has been delivered, and I have until the 7th to pick it up. There is the reference and tracking number on the email, but nothing about a PIN or collection code that's normally provided (usually a separate email).
