Uniuni has had my package out for delivery for over a week now, I've accepted they're just not going to to deliver it. They haven't responded to my support ticket and I'm not going to wait on hold. Any other actions I could take? Side note, any way to make sure a package won't ship with uni? This is the second time they've not delivered something. Thanks.

Rant lang ha, within an hour nagship na agad si seller pero ibang delivery rider yung binigay sakin dahil don. Dumaan pa siya sa dalawang rider na pareho nag message sakin, and alam nila na fully paid na through gcash pero counted as missed delivery?? Jusq yung regular delivery rider ko nga iniiwan nalang sa guard pag hindi COD , pero nakita na nga ng mga bago na may gate na nga yung bahay ko tapos may guard sa harap pero hindi nalang yun binigay sakanila. I am still waiting for my card. The delivery status on my end is accurate. It’s so weird kase the delivery riders keep on rescheduling the delivery. One time I messaged the driver stating that I’ll be home the whole day. Around evening, he contacted me saying that he was preoccupied with other parcels. Ok, just had a buyer message to say the parcel is marked as delivered but they have not received their email to collect. They meant to select collect at store but just put the store address with no name so technically ebay think the store is the person's house. They managed to get to the store before it closed and the owner denied all knowledge of the parcel and couldn't speak much English.
