After waiting the 5 working days, the retailer contacted royal mail and advised item was lost. I then had to wait another 4days and they resent a new pair out. But Shadowfax has entered a different pincode from their end , which belongs to another locality. Now the delivery person and is refusing to deliver to my actual area. Naka-dalawang bagyo na, wala pa update kahit tadtad ko na tinatawag live customer service nila for nearly ONE MONTH. Kahit mabuti pakiusap o kulitin dahil sa inip, walang resulta. It always ends up with the exact same text-book copy-paste lines of "we will expedite/contact our courier". Bawat follow-up ko, sinasara na "issue has been resolved". Hi I have a parcel coming (meant to) be coming today. The day before I put on the app that I wanted it delivered to the post office down town. I got a notification that it was attempted to be delivered but no one was in. I phones up royal main and **** through the 2 hour waiting time. And I didn’t quite understand the man on the phone before he hung up but I think he said “The delivery update didn’t come through until 10am today after your parcel was out of the depot” He said that they will deliver it to the post office (or so I think) tomorrow. just wanted to ask if this checks out?
