​ I’m sharing this in case others have experienced the same thing. My SHEIN order was repeatedly tagged as “attempted delivery” for 3 consecutive days, but: No calls No texts No rider showed up No replies to my messages This happened with multiple couriers, not just one rider. Despite reporting the issue via the SHEIN app and email, no action was taken. Now the tracking suddenly says “returned to sender – buyer rejected”, which is completely false. I never rejected the parcel because it was never delivered or even attempted. This feels like a case of false delivery attempts and an incorrect return reason. I got a express post package sent three days ago - It went - Processed at sorting Processed at sorting In transit to next facility Arrived at next facility And now no movement for 3 days. It’s express Sydney Metro to Outer Metro. The expected delivery date also states “dates calculated soon” and has not updated. It’s being shipped to a parcel locker. What could be the issue here?

The advice around here is to use a Parcel Locker to avoid the issues that Aus Post delivery drivers cause. It was my second time using one today. I checked the delivery in the app, it had my delivery address as the parcel locker. I then got an attempted delivery notification due to no safe place to leave it, and a photo of some random factory door. I now check the app and the delivery address is not available. Hm, strange. I get that these people are doing a job that involves skills we typically expect to be present in a toddler before attending school and so I shouldn’t set my expectations too high, but if I drop them any lower I’d be expecting Auspost to get me to drive to the seller�...

My parcel was dispatched on Monday using tracked 24, on Tuesday I saw it had been to the Wimbledon DO instead. I spoke to customer service today and they re-iterated everything and some to ring them again after 48 hours if there has been no movement. Just wondering if anyone has any advice I’m about half an hour away from that Wimbledon DO, is it possible to pick up as it doesn’t look like it’s been sent back to sorting? They are computer components that I need to test the other items I bought and were shipped internationally so I’ve been waiting close to 3 weeks combined which puts me in a tough spot for returns for the other components if any of the other components are dead-on-a...

Obviously it’s common knowledge that EVRI is the worst delivery service. But we cannot ever forget how awful they really are. I have never had a good experience with EVRI. First time I had the displeasure of using them, one of my sent packages got returned to me be because the business was closed (one of the biggest companies in the area mind you) and the other one was found in a wet bush and HAND DELIVERED by a member of the public! Does anyone tried to sell a large Parcel, the buyer choose the Evri Home Delivery but when I dropped to the Evri parcelshop, after a couple of hours Evri emailed me and says they can't able to collect it cause its too large for their courier. Now, does anyone knows pls where to bring this or are all Parcelshop accepts a small parcel only? What if I use the courier collect from my place? i met the capacity limits so there should bo problem at all. But Not sure if all evri parcelshop are same that doesn't accept large parcels?

I ordered some stuff from Dior and its shipped out by UPS. It is 'signature required' and I can't remove it. UPS kept rescheduling my delivery without trying to deliver it at all. Nobody rang my doorbell (I was at home the whole time), nobody texted/called me, and they did not even try leaving it at the concierge of our building or our parcel room (where all delivery goes to)..... I have the follow watches to consolidated: 3x quartz watches (3 lithium batteries) 2x automatic watches (no batteries) The picture shows whats shipping methods are currently available for the quartz watches. Last time I shipped this many watches I was forced to ship with DHL which was expensive and the reason they gave me was very vague (see my last post). Started at RM as a temp in October in a small southwest town, doing packets and LATs in the afternoon. Absolutely mentally prepared for the workload over Christmas with the promise of a much quieter new year and loved it. This week, my drops went from 70 on Monday to over 100 today across 7 routes, having to field calls from management about getting back for the LATs, and being made to feel guilty about refusing to stay past my shift end. Thing is, I love doing the rural LATs but I'm just too exhausted now.
