Customer support just says there is no ETA or further updates but it is on its way. Anyone else have this happen and how did it turn out?

i ordered a parcel off of boohoo on wednesday and purchased next day delivery, however it only just got dispatched this morning and evry still hasnt received it. is it possible they can receive it and deliver it by tomorrow as i need it tomorrow at the latest?

Suddenly having basic 2nd class items (£0.91, bought online, with the QR code/number) pick up on tracking and being marked as delivered. Just wondered if something operationally had changed and if anyone on the inside knows what’s going on? All well and good if it’s a new service but with it not being truly ‘tracked’ it’s not picking up my dispatch date and crashing my eBay account due to current delays. It was very much a small letter, £0.91. Tracking seems to have picked it upas ‘2nd class parcels’ and the ‘dispatch date’ just seems to be whenever it went out for delivery. I could just be paranoid but could it possibly be they've sent me the wrong item? Ive not received it yet and they sent it before I could respond to their question. The seller has 3.5 stars mostly from not delivering the item (25 reviews) so i wasn't concerned it was a scam/bot but now Im an little paranoid

Location: NYC Hi All, I live in a 24 hour doorman, huge luxury apartment in Queens with multiple 24 hour building staff. Two weeks ago, a package was delivered to my address by FedEx with proof of delivery (gps and photo of the package inside my secured building on top of my mail box in my mailroom at 12 Noon.
