Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Hey, just wondering if anyone’s had something similar happen. My parcel has been stuck in the Melbourne network for about 10 days now. Last scan was “processed at sorting facility” and since then there’s been no updates at all. I called Australia Post and they said it’s still moving internally, just hasn’t been delivered yet. They told me to wait until Friday and call back if nothing changes. (today is friday, 11:33 time im writing this) It’s already in my city (Melbourne), so I don’t understand how it hasn’t gone out for delivery yet. Has anyone had a parcel sit this long at the final stage and then suddenly arrive? Or is this something I should be worried about? http...

I payed for shipping a week yesterday and its still not shipped and i have contacted support multiple times 😭🙏🏿, anyone have an idea what else to do.

My package was initially shipped via FedEx, but because my delivery address was an Auspost parcel locker, FedEx “delivers” it to Auspost to do the final leg (standard, done this many times). HOWEVER, my package is stuck (lost??). Both FedEx and Auspost are pointing the finger at each other. Wtaf. Anyone have any experience with this sort of issue?? UPDATE: After an investigation, FedEx have said the shipment was handed over to Auspost but that they are declaring my parcel as officially lost in transit. I ordered this about a month ago out for shipping and it is way past the estimated delivery date but i have no idea what the latest update means. Does anyone know??

/rant Never have I ever received a parcel on my door. No matter if it is free shipping, I pay or the sender pays for premium services, I ALWAYS get the annoying "Delivery Notice". May their delivery drivers be laid off and rot in the worst place. And yeah, it's summer time so they would be prepping to go on another strike. Useless POS. How do you guys even go home and face yourself in the mirror or tell your kids how useless you are to other fellow Canadians. Does anyone else think it's a deliberate attempt to close down Canada Post and increase business for other private companies?

So parcel was out for delivery yesterday then to check it today saying it won’t come to Monday? Will I just go steal the fucken thing my self?

I work as a delivery driver for another worldwide delivery firm, I deliver in another part of town from where I live but can be home in 10-20 minutes from pretty much anywhere on my route So I was checking tracking and started making my way home to make sure I was home to receive the parcel I waited for over an hour and then got a notification saying "sorry we missed you" and a picture of my door. I walked straight outside and there wasn't even a van on the street wtaf? Where did the picture of my door come from? Absolutely fuming, wasted 2 hours for nothing. Contacted customer service and they tried to get hold of the driver but couldn't get through to him Joke

For context: This was not my first time ordering an Apple product from shopee, also bought my IP 16 last year from the same store and the delivery went smoothly, pero this time when I ordered an IPad it was so different. Is anyone having the same issue with the UPS locker on Hall Street (down the side of the Co-op) as me? 2 separate orders from the same retailer, weeks apart and both of them have been marked as delivery refused. When I call UPS they apologise but tell me there's nothing they can do and the only option is to trek to their depot in Salford to collect the parcel. They can't retry because once the code is scanned, if it doesn't work, then though as they only get one chance!!

Is anyone else’s pay for the Sunday or other days not showing correctly, I did 80 deliveries normally shows around 35£ on the app but I actually get paid 80£ on invoice, but today it shows 20£ on the app I’m worried the parcels didn’t count or something. So DPD ends up attempting delivery of an expensive parcel to me. There are no cameras at my house nor street. I have contacted the retailer who sent the parcel and have that they have a duty to replace or refund - however they are stating that the delivery was made to a ‘safe’ place under my car (pictured).
