Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Hi everyone, I’m an international student in Chemnitz and I’m really confused about a DHL situation. My 24 kg parcel from India reached Germany, passed customs, came to Chemnitz, and then DHL marked it as “recipient could not be found” / “return to sender.” I was in class during the delivery attempt, but my address is correct and my surname is on the mailbox. I contacted DHL by phone, WhatsApp, and submitted a form, but I’m getting mixed information. Has anyone experienced this before in Germany? Did your parcel actually return, or did it get delivered later? What steps worked for you?

So I booked an Uber Parcel today. I handed the driver the package and gave him the recipient’s details, which were already mentioned in the app beforehand. He left, and the estimated delivery time was around 40 minutes. We didn’t immediately follow up with the recipient to confirm whether he had received the parcel or not. But after around 4 hours, he told us he never received it because he didn’t know we were sending him something and was asleep, so his phone was on silent. He immediately contacted the driver from the missed call number. The driver said he “couldn’t contact him” and that since he is Hindu and the food was non-veg, he gave it to someone else. Like… what???...

So I need a bit of help, I've got a prescription on the way to me with some serious medicines in it (all prescribed and authorized for transportation by RM before you say that) and they were sent off yesterday, last night I got the notification they'd be arriving today so waited in, when I checked the tracking at 1pm I found this so called up and they basically said they don't know where it is either or what's going on, no updates since 6pm yesterday! Hi guys, I sold an item on eBay and shipped it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. The buyer paid for postage, and I dropped off the parcel at a drop-off point using the shipping label that was generated by him through eBay. The delivery failed on 13 May due to the wrong address on the postage label, and the tracking was later updated to say the parcel was being returned to the sender (me). The problem is that I still haven’t received the parcel back, and there hasn't been any tracking update after the 13th May. My girlfriend ordered an iPhone from Galaxus. The delivery was set to signature required, with an option to leave it in the stairway if needed. The courier never rang the doorbell and never attempted a proper delivery. Instead, the package ended up at a MyPost24 locker. Isang beses lang ako sumagot ng unknown number kasi akala ko parcel delivery, pero muntik pa akong ma-scam. Nagpanggap silang BPI at nakakagulat kasi alam nila halos lahat ng personal information ko. Buti na lang hindi tayo madaling mauto, nahalata ko agad na scammer. Simula noon, parang average na 3 calls a day na natatanggap ko. Ang hirap tuloy i-filter kung scammer ba o legit na tawag. Ilang beses na rin akong nagkaroon ng returned delivery dahil hindi ko nasasagot yung mga rider. Kayo rin ba? Paano niyo hinahandle ‘to?

I recently ordered something from John Lewis and tried to cancel it but couldn't, so John Lewis told me I should refuse delivery. When I went to answer the door the delivery driver had already put it behind the bins and marked as delivered. (I've recently had knee surgery so am super slow!) I told him I needed to refuse the delivery and he said he will take it back to the depot but he couldn't do anything else. I asked to take a picture of him taking it away as proof it wasn't delivered and he said no, which made me super worried.
