Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Only been selling for a few weeks and this was my first inpost delivery. I went to the locker scanned my code, chose an XS locker, managed to put the parcel in but I was a bit of a squeeze and closed the door. I saw there was an option for choosing a different locker so I hit that. A new locker opened but the first didn't reopen like I thought it would in my head so I just closed the second locker and left it. I did get a confirmation email that my parcel was in a locker but I'm just worrying that it's going to be registered to that second locker with nothing in!

Hey, I ordered my first parcels with direct sea shipping to Canada recently, it looks like my parcel made it to a port in the US! I was just looking for some insight on how long parcels usually sit at the port before they transfer them to Canada! Thank you!

I’m beyond frustrated right now. My Blue Dart shipment finally reached my city after so many delays and hardships. It took days to even get here. Today morning, I called customer care and they clearly told me delivery would be re-attempted after 6 PM. Because of that, I literally ran back from office to be at home as they said it's a high value shipment and we'll only give to you. There is some road work happening near my house, so one small section is blocked — but there is a clear alternate route just one block around. Every local person uses it. Entry is 100% possible. Recently ordered an item from Germany, it was sent via DHL e-commerce to Poland where DHL Parcel (local delivery) took it. Item's address, turns out, was wrong and the parcel was not delivered which I was not informed of neither via email nor SMS. Same goes for sender who claims never got any message about the package missing right people. I've tried the hotline only to be dissed by the chatbot who had successively dodged all the attempts at reciting the parcel label ID (the local and international one) and since it's e-commerce, no luck with a human support on WhatsApp, either. Hi, I’m from Toronto, Canada and I ordered something from Jay Jays (Australian hot topic I’m assuming) on February 5th. It’s express international shipping. I checked my tracking yesterday and it said delivery unsuccessful and that they’d give me a location to pick it up shortly. Today I got the email that it’s ready for collection but there is absolutely no location anywhere that tells me where to pick it up. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know what to do?

Hi! For context i sent out a package via vinted and the buyer selected DPD shop to shop. I never had issues with this but now it shows that the delivery pick up periode has extended? But I just handed it over, is this a known issue with them, or did something go wrong because the information is just confusing especially since if was most definitely not in transit yet

A week ago I made a post regarding a iPhone I ordered that was shipped with evri, it flagged up on Vinted as being delayed so i checked the tracking and it stated ““parcel damaged beyond repair” due to how strong iPhone boxes are and the fact that it was bubble wrapped I came to the conclusion that it had likely been stolen.
