Anyone else having any problems this Christmas with Evri delivery service? I ordered a gift on November 20th. On the 22nd is said Evri has it and it's being processed. More than a week later it said the same. I contacted both Evri and the seller. Evri wasn't much good, said it's likely been misplaced and will contact me in 2 days. The company however kindly sent me out a new item (heavy and expensive so my worries are high) even though there next shopping date isn't until January. Very kind of them and they contacted evri themselves to just return the parcel is they find it. Which I believe they did in days. I don't understand how they found it so quick to return ...

I ordered from **Project E Beauty** because their website clearly stated *5-day delivery*. That’s the only reason I chose them — I needed the product before my trip. It’s now been **15 days**, and the package is still in transit with no clear delivery date. I also waited approx 5 days for them to cinfirm the shipment. What’s even worse is their customer service. I got a notification near midnight that my parcel was delivered. At 23:34 tracker says. Proof of delivery is just a black picture. I was at home and nobody came at that time. As the automated chatbot is beyond useless,how do I contact a person to deal with this joke? I can't even claim the INR until tomorrow for some weird reason.

Parcel left outside the front door in full view of anyone walking by. No email to confirm time of delivery. Only an email when I woke up to say it had been delivered. Obviously I was asleep and the house was in darkness. Fortunately the parcel was still there, if a little soggy. Complaint will be made at some point.

Have a parcel that says it's due to be delivered today but it's still on in transit. Other parcel that's coming says out for delivery. Is there a chance that the ok transit one comes today as well or is it likely delayed?

Hi, for the last two days I have been emailed to expect Malazan to arrive today. Royal Mail have come both days delivering other packages, but have not brought Malazan despite it being said it would deliver today, and yesterday. I have just lost another package in the post last week from Evri, so I am feeling a bit worried about post at the moment. Is this a normal delay? Is it just the Christmas post? I’ve never had this before, where they have only come with some of the packages “due to be delivered today”, and not all of them. With how expensive Malazan is, and how excited I’ve been for this pre order, I’m very worried about it. Especially when they’re in such obvious Broken B...

This package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, postie shows up without it. No issue I assumed it would come today. I’m laying down in bed and I get this notification. I immediately ran outside there is no postie ANYWHERE on my road. Can someone explain how this is acceptable? To just lie about attempting to deliver something???

I bought a loose Miles Morales action figure for which I paid about $25. India Post guy collected an additional INR 366 ($4) citing custom duties. When I asked for the customs statement he simply showed me the printed delivery list which mentioned the amount next to 'custom duties' printed against my parcel. Is this normal even though the seller has marked the item value as $10? This has happened to me twice now. The only time in recent memory when I didn't have to pay customs was when I bought a figure from a seller in Australia and the last mile delivery was done by a non-government run delivery service. Hello, For tracked 24 parcels the Royal Mail website says “Sunday 21st December”, the post office website says “Monday 22nd December” A physical post office I went into had a print out saying “Sunday 21st December” as did the Delivery office… Can anybody tell me if I take parcels to the delivery office on Monday 22nd, they will be delivered before Christmas? On Tuesday 9/12 there was nobody home so its wasn't delivered,there was 5 parcels that supposed to be delivered. Yesterday 10/12 they delivered 1 out of 5 and 4 remained with them and today 11/12 i got this message that's pending Does anyone knows maybe they still will deliver it today?? Has anyone here ever refused a package from Jolse because of unexpected customs charges? I placed an order (£74) during their Black Friday sale and yesterday I received a notice from Royal Mail saying I’d need to pay £22 in customs fees, otherwise the parcel will be returned to the sender. Hi everyone, I wanted to share with you a problem I've had with UPS delivery from Taiwangun and ask you for advice. **TL;DR:** UPS didn't make any real attempt at delivering my parcel and sent it back to Poland. Taiwangun customer service answered: "Please be aware, that the store does not take acountability for redirecting the parcel on your own accord to pick up point or different address than the one provided in order."
