Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a really frustrating situation and I need your opinion. I ordered through Sugargoo and my parcel was shipped with FJEX. Everything seemed normal at first, but now the tracking (17TRACK) shows that the package has been DELIVERED in the United Kingdom, while I live in France. It doesn’t look like a simple transit update because: • It clearly says “delivered to the addressee” • There is a POD (proof of delivery) • Multiple scans confirm delivery in the UK So now I’m confused and honestly pretty angry: • Did Sugargoo send my parcel to the wrong address? • Is this some kind of logistics hub situation where “delivered” doesn’t ...

For some reason, most of our bigger parcels go out stupidly late, it's rare to see them before 20:00, but that's okay if they come, they'll often say they are coming, then at 21:00, just cancel the delivery, as happened yesterday, after I waited all afternoon/evening for the flipping thing. Now that would be okay if the tracking wasn't now stuck in pending, I'd have happily gone to the sorting office this morning to collect my parcel rather than wait another day for a mystery delivery time that won't remotely resemble the one I'm sent. As you can see I submitted the package over a month ago and it hasn’t even left the warehouse. Furthermore I contacted the agent to have the parcel cancelled and refunded over a week ago and even that hasn’t been done yet. The rider first came around 11 AM but I was asleep, so he messaged that he would just receive the parcel and deliver it later if I was home. Hi again everyone. I think I should follow up on my post from this morning asking about postal deliveries here. They came! I was waiting outside, saw one van go by slowly and wasn't sure if it was mine, so kept waiting. About half an hour later, a larger postal van pulled up on my street. I approached and spoke to the two workers, a nice young man and a nice young lady who both spoke English too! They were delivering envelopes and things to other buildings, but she asked for my name and address, and found me in their delivery system! I got my parcel. Yay! One tracking stopped updating tuesday (scooters) and 1 was delivered to the lockers (cars) ive went to collect the cars but to my surprise its the scooters, which was meant to be delivered to my house. First time this happens to me after more than 500 orders… This morning I receive a notification on vinted saying my parcel was delivered in a completely different city than mine… I reach out to the seller who mentions that was her city and the location is where she actually dropped it off! I’m hoping to get some advice on responsibility in this situation. I had a shipment delivered by Border Express in NSW. The consignment had 2 parcels, and tracking shows both were delivered on 3 March. However, I only received 1 parcel. There is also a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) showing 2 parcels delivered. I just had the most stressful online shopping experience with Meyer. I was looking at this 200 dollar jacket and mistakenly placed the order before changing the address. I called Meyer within 5 minutes to modify the address but was told that they cannot do anything once the order has been placed. They told me to wait for the courier and then ask to redirect the parcel. After a few hours I got an email saying that the parcel is ready to be picked up by Shippit with a tracking number now. I called Meyer for help again because Shippit only has bots to talk to and the agent gave me the number for Dragonfly. I had a parcel out for delivery yesterday (25th march), then at about 7 i got a notification saying delivery was attempted but no one was responding, i thought it was weird but waved it off as i wasn’t home and know what my family is like for just popping out quickly, i then was told redelivery is today, i stayed home tonight to ensure i got my parcel and again i got a notification saying no one was in for my parcel, however, no one knocked on my door and on my camera, no one even attempts at delivering anything bar my amazon driver. Who do i need to contact, and how do i need to do it bc this is beyond a joke now?
