I had loads of issues posting the parcel via DPD - the buyer told me they selected Royal Mail as the shipping provider, but the Vinted label I received was for DPD. I had loads of issues trying to post with DPD lockers, so took it to the post office (who also deal with DPD) and they posted it for me. The parcel then automatically updated to being returned to sender, the buyer has been lovely and communicative and informed me they never received a text saying the parcel was there to collect before being sent back (which tracks with the tracking info. ordered a next day parcel from Asos and without attempting delivery the postie has dropped it off at a random post office claiming its my designated collection point - i literally live round the corner from a post office where had i chosen collection idve sent it and ive been in all day - why would my parcel ended up in a random location and how can I prevent it happening in future? is there a way to set my collection point for future parcels as default?
