Posting this as both a warning and a sanity check. I ordered a DJI Neo directly from DJI’s website on 17 December, with delivery booked for 19 December via DHL. Ang dami ko nang na-encounter na hindi na-deliver yung package na out of delivery na, tapos lagi nila minamark na hindi ako ma-contact or sinabi ko raw na wag ideliver. Nakaka-frustrate! I get na marami silang orders na kailangang i-deliver. I don’t mind delays. What I do mind is that they always LIE and blame the customer. I posted an item to a buyer via Royal Mail a few days ago and yesterday the tracking said “delivery attempted - No answer” followed up 5 mins later with “delivery request received” which indicates the buyer has requested a specific day for it to be dropped off. However today it also says today “delivery attempted - No answer”. If this parcel was to get sent back to me after numerous delivery attempts what am I to do then? Am I to wait for the buyer to contact me or does eBay automatically refund them leaving me out of pocket?

Apparently my parcel from Click2 will be delivered tomorrow, but I'm going to be in the office and there's noone else here to sign for it. I seem to have the option to collect it from my local post office counter- has anyone ever done this successfully? As per above. Amazon parcel was supposed to be delivered today. It went from the carrier hub to 'your item is being sorted for delivery', then it was sent to 'Park West' and again 'your item is being sorted for delivery'. I'm based in Kildare so my post never gets routed or scanned in Park West. I assume it was mistakenly sent to Park West or maybe it's because it's 5kg?

See attached image. Item was supposed to be delivered between 11AM to 1PM. Didn’t arrive. Checked status, said it got damaged at local delivery office (my town). I called the post office, and they said it might be a label that got torn off etc might be nothing serious, and it might get delivered today. Checked status today and it went back to the mail centre.
