Hi everyone, I sent a parcel to my sister on the 29th of November 2025 to a locker near where she lives. She was due to go away about 10 days later. Due to how rubbish delivery is around Christmas (more so how companies blame the delayed delivery times on the time of the year), I allowed 10 days and posted it to a locker, instead of her address as the time was advertised as 1-2 days, instead of 3-4 days for a home delivery. I’ve been living in Albania for almost two years now, and I truly enjoy it, what a beautiful country! However, there are a few conveniences I miss from the Netherlands and Poland, especially online shopping and parcel lockers, where I could pick up my package 24/7. Here, I sometimes miss deliveries because the post office is closed, or I’m working when couriers arrive. Or worse staying home all day waiting for a delivery that might show up at any moment. Hello I have recently sold an iMac for £400 and the buyer has sent a picture of the item which clearly has a small intentional impact mark on the screen causing it to smash. The image from the delivery driver shows the parcel in perfect condition. No indentations or signs of damage to the corner or the parcel where the computer screen has been damage. What are my options or am I basically guaranteed to be out of pocket in this situation? Am I being forced to accept the return of a broken PC which is now not worth anything. Thank you

Royal Mail has warned of major delivery disruption affecting more than 150 postcodes in the run up to Christmas, including areas across Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Lanarkshire. Hi, i have two questions I have a friend in Thailand and would like to send him a gift for christmas. I live in Europe and would like to send some local food (no meat or fresh stuff) I was able to find a website in my country that seems to send products, but they are asking me about my friend ID or passport number when i'm putting his delivery address. (sending a parcel myself is incredibly expensive) .I asked them about it and they said it's for 1/ thai customs so they can identify formally the identity of the sender when they do clearance of my parcel (but why do they need his id then) and 2/ so the parcel has better chance to not be blocked or late. as the title says my royal mail driver always drives past without delivering, so i always have to wait a day. so, does he actually have my parcel or is there a chance it's left at the delivery office? he always drives down the cul-de-sac and then turns around (dk if he actually delivers anything tho). i would run after him but i don't wanna be rude and waste his time if he doesn't have anything. this is no **** to any royal mail drivers, truly just a question.
