Side door delivery select selected in preferences on the app, and unfortunately, with the history of everything STILL being delivered to front door, I put up a sign that says all deliveries to side door, please. Today’s delivery was once again delivered to the front door directly under the sign. Driver even had the nerve to take a picture of parcel directly beneath the sign. Once again, I called it in …. but at this point I seriously give up!!

A Rapido driver recently showed me his rate card, and I found it quite interesting, so sharing it here. What I found interesting is how much these small details affect what they actually earn. * Waiting time only starts after a few minutes * Extra pay for long pickups is limited * Cancellation charges are quite low * Night fare and surge depend heavily on demand * There’s also a fixed commission per order + GST When you think about fuel costs, traffic, and idle time between rides, the real earnings might be very different from what people assume.

I bought a watch from surugaya for about 5000 yen and paid the 500 yen for the standard plan. Should I use the small packet air shipping method and waive the standard plan or should I go with the international epacket light. And how would PayPal buyer's protection work with this, for if the package is lost or the watch arrives broken.

I recently went to a DHL office in town and i couldn’t believe how slow and the ladies at the front office were. Zero urgency, zero regard of people’s time, to the point the guy they were serving (who had already taken about 30 minutes to complete an application of a small parcel of shoes he was sending), took an extra 20 minutes to verify a phone number. smh This isn’t an isolated case, i encounter this problem at both private and government offices. As a Rwandan, who travels a lot, this is a huge concern. We can have a clean city, low corruption, but if we don’t sort out this lethargic service delivery, we can forget about competing at regional level let alone a continental one...

I was waiting for a receipt or something, but the lady said there was no receipt or tracking number because of the option I selected. Hi everyone, I used Packlink for a shipment: * Paid: €69.03 * Service: up to 30kg (80x40x40 cm) * Declared weight: 31.9kg After delivery, they charged me an extra €103.16 claiming the parcel was 1.9kg overweight. What concerns me: * No evidence of the actual weight was provided * I requested proof (scale records, photos, etc.) and got nothing useful back * The extra fee is completely disproportionate to the original shipping cost I’ve now escalated it via my bank (chargeback) as an unauthorised/disputed charge. so i ordered a parcel that never arrived, i suspect an issue with dpd as the locker it was supposedly left in was empty, however dpd wont deal with missing items from vinted as it is vinted that technically suppluieds the postage (the shipping label is created by them and not the seller) i spent weeks trying to get in touch with vinted to no avail, only getting robot replies, and then finally being told that because i did not raise the issue within 48 hours it cant be dealt with.
