Hello, I send lots of parcels every week maybe 50+. Yesterday I had 5+ show as being out for delivery but we're not delivered and no further updates today e.g., being out for redelivery. I'm aware this happenes sometimes but for it to happen to 5+ all over the country is weird to me. They were all posted on the 11th and we're meant to be delived yesterday. One thing I have noticed is the tracked 48 have changed the code at the start to uv could this have something to do with it? Is it worth giving them a call or just wait it out and hope?.

Does anyone know why my yodel parcel says mark as received when I’ve not received anything and when I go to track my parcel it does say anything about its delivery time just Vinted give me possible dates I could be delivered

Hi. I sent a parcel through Royal mail (I used their postcode finder). The address was complete and right as we sent something to that same address before. Why can't they deliver the item? The item should be delivered this morning (a friend wasn't at home) - tracking says delivery attempted/no answer but after a few mins the tracking also says returned to sender as incorrectly addressed (this was the first attempt). It looks like the postman was in that address and tried to deliver but maybe he clicked on return to sender instead of redelivery by mistake? Is that possible? Thank you

Hi all, first time kena this on Shopee and a bit confused. My parcel successfully came from Vietnam and reached Singapore already. But after that, the order suddenly got cancelled due to delivery failure. It is now on the way back to seller. The thing is, it wasn’t even out for delivery to me yet. Usually after reaching SG, still need go arrival hub → sorting/redistribution → collection point before reaching me. So I don’t think it was anything on my side. Anyone experienced this before? I'm sure I'm not alone in being constantly dinged for these random "late deliveries" when ALL parcels have been delivered well within the block time and within each parcel's scheduled delivery time. The only thing that lately keeps happening is the "pick up time", which, mid-end of the block, starts showing as "late" (see pictures). Edit to add: They are also popular in this countries (or at least in SK and CZ), a lot of people prefer to use them instead of home delivery.

I bought an item on eBay and it’s out for delivery today but the depot it says it’s out for delivery says the senders depot not my local one. The tracking says received at senders depot yesterday at 8am then 12am says received at senders depot and 8am today says out for delivery from the senders depot name. I am so frustrated. I have two packages coming from Vancouver xpress post. One was mailed out may 4th with expected delivery the day after next. It’s now delayed with no updates since accepted at post office in Vancouver. I have always looked at other similar posts and said "never happened to me" and continued shopping on Flipkart. Well it finally happened to me. 1. Open-box-verification parcel arrived, but open box verification was never done by eKart. 2. Product quality is not good, brand name not visible on product and color also different from what was shown. 3. Filed return request next day, eKart delivery boy rejected pickup because "brand name not visible on product". Duh. 4.
