Not because they’re good, but because my delivery guy is such a hottie!! So when I have the choice, I pick Evri. Downside: he puts down the parcel, rings the doorbell and runs off straight away, so I’ve never seen him up close. But at least he always delivers the parcels, so that deserves some respect.

Booked a Rapido parcel to pick some food (namakparas) from a friend nearby. The guy just picked the food and vanished. I am now hungry and missing my namakparas. Frustrated thinking he must be enjoying it. On a serious note, also raised a complaint with Rapido but there's zero customer support. What options do I have?

Had 3 parcels due today with Evri. Two showed up (although one was basically crushed to nothing), and the third is nowhere to be found. The proof of delivery photo just shows my front door and the top of one parcel at the bottom of the photo. The driver didn’t knock and just left them on the floor and marked everything as delivered. Where do I stand with this?

Hi! I’m planning to ship an item via J&T Express in the Philippines. I’ll be booking a pickup (rider will collect the parcel from me). I just want to clarify: \- Will I (the sender) be charged for the shipping fee during pickup? \- Or will the recipient pay the shipping fee upon delivery? TLDR: I'm a gold shopee member (to indicate that I'm not new to delivery set ups) and most of my orders are delivered at home even without people, pinapahagis ko lang sa rider ang parcel sa loob ng gate pero may specific side and I always give the clear instruction to do so, but today, the rider didn't follow the instruction and uploaded a proof of delivery but in a wrong location and time. Hi everyone, I really need urgent help 🙏 I’m currently abroad and sent very important documents to Noida (Hoshiyarpur, Sector 51) via DHL. The tracking shows the parcel has already been delivered, but the intended receiver says they did NOT receive anything. They are not even present at that address right now. I sold a jacket for £70. Upon delivery, the buyer claimed that the parcel was delivered to their front porch (which it was), and by the time they got to it, it had been opened and the contents had been taken. The delivery photo (attached) shows that the parcel, when delivered, was not open and was packaged properly. The photos the buyer attached to the claim (which I don’t have, as the claim is closed and I forgot to screenshot) showed that the parcel was ripped open on one side. As the title states, the delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver my new P2S. He went to my neighbour downstairs who advised I lived upstairs. the driver said to her "I'm not going up those F'ing stairs" signed off my delivery himself (which im sure is illegal) and left with my parcel. he didn't even press my buzzer or knock my door. Another neighbour on the same floor confirmed seeing him put it back in the van and driving off. I was downstairs a second after I'd seen the "delivered" notification and he was gone. Order from Tiktok shop amounting to £300 was today delivered to the wrong address. You can clearly see in the proof of delivery picture it is not my house (left on a doorstep not a safe place). I live in a development of over 100 houses. Seller has said they will reject my refund request and I have to raise a dispute with tiktok shop. What do I do here?
