Hey all! A little confused, is there anybody that can help me parse this because the AI phone calls and chatbots are driving me insane. I ordered a birthday gift for a family member on 20th May (which was quite expensive all in all, hence my worry), which was supposed to turn up on the 21st May but it got delayed until the 22nd. On the 22nd, it got marked as being delayed again, and it's been stuck on the same return to retailer tracking information as shown above. I ordered a parcel that arrived in the UK without any issues, but as soon as it got handed over to Evri, everything turned into chaos. On May 21st I got a notification saying it would be delivered that day, but nothing arrived. Later that evening I checked the tracking and saw that it had already been marked as “delayed” at 12:48pm. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. There have been no new updates and no delivery attempts. I understood the delay over the bank holiday weekend, but today there’s still no movement at all. Has anyone else had this happen with ReceptorChem shipping? My order was supposed to go to Sweden, but the tracking currently shows: UK → Larnaca, Cyprus → Paphos delivery unit → collection point for pickup in Cyprus So I’m wondering if I may have been given the wrong tracking link/number, or if the parcel was routed incorrectly. The shipping address was entered correctly in Sweden and I’ve already contacted support multiple times but haven’t received a response yet. Would appreciate if someone from ReceptorChem could check this.

So I went to the drop off lockers and the delivery man was loading and unloading. I had to wait 10 minutes. I asked him if he could still take my parcel with this run, and he said sure. Time after time auspost delays my deliveries to Shepparton. Sometimes my parcels sit at Seymour sorting centre for 4 to 5 days while other packages of mine pass thru as the delayed packages sit there. This time they have sent my package from Melbourne then to Sydney and I'm all the way back in Shepparton waiting 600km away. I swear I'm on a black list. It's really shows how unorganised they are sending the parcel to a different state.

And these ****** tea towels on live chat are **** they don’t help you at all. They all just repeat the same automated text that they’ve been told to say. Hello! I just wanted to ask how BDO Mastercard Credit Card deliveries usually work. I received a text message from BDO yesterday saying that my credit card is already out for delivery and that I should expect it within 3–5 days. Is that timeframe accurate? I also checked the tracking number on the 2GO Express tracking site, and the parcel status is currently showing “Out for Delivery” as of 7:10 AM today, May 26, 2026. Based on your experience, did you receive your card within the given timeframe, or were there any delays? Also, does the courier usually send a text or call on the day of delivery?
