I ordered a pair of children’s shoes and received 2 pairs of jeans. I didn’t order any jeans so not mixed up the item. I selected Inpost home delivery but the parcel was delivered via Relay, the Relay parcel tracking is linked to the shoes. I’m wondering if the shop potentially put the wrong label on? The shoes were only £2 and the seller is very apologetic so I doubt it’s any wrongdoing on their part. I’ve flagged it as ‘I have an issue’ but not sure if the buyer will now be out of pocket?

I am shipping shoes to a relative in the UK and on UPS and FedEX websites it’ll close about 400 which is absolutely crazy. It’s just shoes a the box is 4 lbs 15x10x4. Parcel monkey says it’ll charge 58 for the shipping through UPS is this a scam? I heard that parcel monkey makes the receiver or th sender pay extra fees after the delivery is this true? I’ve never shipped anything out before and would appreciate any help. If anyone knows the cheapest and still legit way to ship this parcel out it would be very helpful thank you!

Hey everyone, I'm not too sure if the title makes much sense, but essentially I wanted to ask what's going on when a parcels delivery estimate is continuously moved later into the day, and then suddenly its moved to a different day? I don't order much off Amazon, maybe 3-4 parcels a month for stocking up on some cheaper household items. But the past two weeks every parcel has been delayed, some even by two-three days in total.
