I understand that DHL can book flights in advance, but it’s been 3 days. How is this possible and what does this mean for my parcel. Tomorrow will be the last day of delivery by DHL I was quoted. Checked with both local post and DHL by phone, all gave me the same answer to wait, growing really tired of waiting. Maybe DHL janitor will provide a better answer. Hi, I've recently ordered some stuff online and both retailers had the option to select to send the parcel to a Parcel Locker instead of home delivery. Both parcels I received from two different shops have this format. John Smith Collect at Locker 123 Random Road MELBOURNE 3000 VIC I'm just wondering can I use the same address format to order from a shop that doesn't have Parcel Locker as an option or will this only work if the retailer offers the Parcel Locker option? We live in an apartment and the parcel we ordered showed the address with Unit Number in the format: 123-1200 Any Street. At 10:53 AM this morning, the item was listed as "Out for delivery", then an hour later at 11:51 AM, it showed "Verifying recipient's address; Possible delay". There was no delivery attempt made, and CP staff I spoke with believed maybe there was something wrong with the label. Though that didn't make sense why that wouldn't have been caught **before** it was "Out for delivery". Parcel has been showing this “take action” since Sunday and every time I start a chat with the chatbot it just tells me sorry for the delay they will raise it with someone. Am I ever going to get my parcel or is it gone? Also all those attempted deliveries are not true, I was home on all of those days and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell

Hi, I am a WW2 collector on ebay. Ordered an item from a German-Based seller, item shipped from Poland for some reason via 3rd party tracking service which isn’t tracked on ebay but I have had a tracking number provided. Item supposedly arrived 5th Dec and was signed for however I have asked all my neighbours and no one received a parcel for me. eBay says dispatched (untracked) and when I go to enter my postcode on royal mail tracking to access proof of delivery, no post code works. I am waiting until Dec 19 to open a dispute but the seller said there is nothing that can be done because the 3rd party tracking number says it was delivered. What can I do?

Starting with a missed connection December 1st, it was unclear where this connection was supposed to be or which province it was in. Delivery rescheduled until the next day, then Tuesday also had no new scan but a phone agent said the parcel was in Moncton waiting for a connection to Saint John. A trace was started and was supposed to hear from that agent by Wednesday at lunch. Still never heard a useful update or single location from the trace agent and it is now December 8th. Strange tracking update showed up this afternoon that it has been transferred to Canada Post in Saint John. Past tense as if the transfer has been completed. I found out last week that one of my overseas relatives screwed up and sent a parcel to an address I lived in about 15 years ago. I went round and left a note with my phone number and explaining the situation. Didn’t hear anything. I just checked the tracking number and delivery was attempted today but no one was there so I assume it’s been taken to the post office. How can I get the parcel without the barcoded notice and without ID showing that address? I obviously have ID but with my current address although I’m sure I could hunt for a bill or something with that address on. Will they be able to find my parcel based on the Royal Mail (UK)tracking code?

Seller claims Royal Mail collection was picked up on Wednesday 3rd December. Item was sent special delivery. It’s now about a week later and no scan into the system at all?!
