Parcel Delivery and Courier Services of the International

Please help me as I am in a bit of a pickle. I'm from the UK and was suppose to receive a USPS parcel from US. However, USPS returned the parcel to the sender (it never left USA at all) and when the sender went to the post office, they told him they will resend the package and to use the same tracking number. The issue is, entering the same tracking number simply shows that they have completed the delivery when they returned the parcel to the sender. I now have no way of tracking where the parcel is, and it's giving me a headache. Any idea what I can do?

Matagal na akong naorder sa shopee pero ngayon lang ako nakaencounter ng ganitong rider. Gusto niya siya puntahan kasi di niya daw kabisado yung lugar. Nasa work ako kaya di ko mapuntahan so I gave him instructions nalang kung paano papunta samin since nandun naman din mom ko na tatanggap pero nagrereason siya na di niya daw maiwan mga parcel niya kasi nakalatag kuno. My parcel was sent from the US and is supposed to come to Austria EUROPE,but USPS gave it to Australia post and they've changed the delivery date twice ,now it's just stuck in Darwin with no updates since last week and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.is it on its Way or should I do something, I tried complaining but it won't let me without an Australian number can someone help fix this?,or is my parcel lost? I use proxy services a lot, and was sadly the first time something had not been delivered. I was getting something through the proxy FromJapan and then nzpost didn't deliver it. I had to go to India around the time it was supposed to be delivered was there was a family emergency and was only aware of the fact that the package was in NZ and by the time I got back the parcel had been said to have been delivered on the 25th of Feb. I normally get parcels delivered to my work address as it's just easier and I don't miss deliveries. However, there has been a couple of instances recently where a parcel is due to be delivered to work, but I'm not in the office on the day. So, I had a delivery to a new development. I’m aware this development is operated by car park management who liked to give out tickets but the parcel was so heavy, I couldn’t park on the main road. I find my parcel in a soaking wet cube shaped box outside the door this morning The proof of delivery is a photo of a flat packet being poked againg the side of my separate letter box attached to the wall.
