Sold an electronic bundle to someone with no reviews which is already a red flag. They had selected dpd as delivery option, 2 minutes after purchase I receive a email from Vinted/dpd saying they’ll get in touch when my parcels is ready to be collected from my local post office and they’ll give me a pick up pass. I don’t understand why I’ve been sent that when Im the one that’s sold the item so obviously won’t be the one picking it up. Any ideas what this is about I’ve never used dpd.

So, i have an Inpost locker near me, also a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker near me so i have those options enabled, and those lockers are the only thing i feel comfortable using for deliveries as i don't have to talk. I don't understand what the "Home delivery" options mean. Also, am i able to use Yodel as it's owned by Inpost but the locker only says Inpost? I've never heard of Relay so I'm assuming i just can't use it? Good morning my friends. I felt compelled to let you all know that I am having problems with an Amazon Delivery coming through a seller. They are using DPD. DPD have claimed they tried to deliver the parcel but need further address info. The address on the order is correct (as usual). However (and this is where things get interesting), when I went to contact customer service at Amazon, it showed the item and only gave two lines of the shipping address?
