I already paid for an item on Shopee via Gcash, then the seller suddenly told me it’s out of stock and asked ME to cancel the order. What’s the proper way to handle this? Since payment was already made, should I be the one cancelling, or should the seller do it? Has anyone experienced this and how did the refund process go?

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue with delivery of the creel house? I purchased on the 1st and lego tracking says it’s in transit. DPD’s tracking page says that they are still yet to receive the parcel from LEGO. I’ve attempted to contact LEGO twice, once a week ago and once in the last few days but no response. Hey, just something I've wondered. Occasionally, I would get a delivery with either: * an in-app location that says "Amazon Locker" * a customer's note that says to deliver to their building's Amazon-branded locker and not to their door/mailroom/etc. However, a bunch of times there's no provided check-in code. It's just a regular delivery. Just to make sure I'm not missing something, are there ways to use the official Amazon lockers without a QR code? Has anyone else had their HelloFresh delivery provider changed from DPD to Evri in the UK? DPD were brilliant, they show a map of where my parcel is and are always on time. No fuss at all. Evri however are off to a bad start. The delivery guy who came out to us first got the wrong box out of his van and only realised when I said that wasn’t my address on the label. Last week, Evri missed my delivery time slot by 3 whole hours. I’m aware this is quite a minor complaint and I do love hello fresh a lot of the time but I was just wondering if they’ve decided to get rid of DPD completely.

I ordered an item from the US on January 6, where the checkout showed UPS Worldwide Saver (4–5 business days). After shipment, the carrier was handled by DHL eCommerce. Following situation: I sold a perfume and packaged it securely. I used a sturdy cardboard box, wrapped a lot of paper around the bottle so that nothing would move when shaken, and sealed the box well with tape. Today, the package arrived at the buyer's address, and I see that he has reported a problem. Hi all, Never thought it’d happen but it did, sold a watch on Vinted and once success delivery the parcel was claimed to be empty and opened by buyer (I always video packaging and sealing boxes with items £50+ in them). DPD marked successful delivery, so I assume it’s the buyer. Order was suspended for a week, after trying to get into contact with Vinted and DPD I heard radio silence until the order was subsequently cancelled, buyer gets a refund and I get what I can only assume as a random empty box and no payment for the sale. It's been stuck on this for a day now

Schrödinger's parcel delivery? Has this happened to any of you? I ordered it to my house via DHL but have no information or any clue where to pick it up... no email, etc. Vinted just says it's ready for pickup. No leaflet in the mail either. It's my first order and I'm genuinely confused. The "detailed" tracking displays "in transit" first... but if you refresh, "available for pick-up"... refresh again, "in transit." Even if you open it on another device or PC. 😔
