Dropped this off at the parcel shop in the morning, watched them put it in the bag. Called RM they said they haven't received it, went to the parcel shop and they said the postman picked it up at 5:03pm Monday evening.

On **31 December 2025**, I bought a camera worth **₹9,099** from an Instagram store that appeared genuine and trustworthy. The seller assured me that the product was new and in proper working condition. I paid using my hard-earned savings, believing I was making a legitimate purchase. The parcel was delivered on **7 January 2026**. When I opened the box, my heart sank. Inside was an **old, broken camera**, completely different from what I had ordered. It was clearly damaged and unusable. What hurt even more was what happened next. As soon as the delivery was completed, the Instagram account from which I ordered was **deactivated**. No replies. Hi all, I live outside Poland and sometimes want to order from Polish online stores that don’t ship internationally (Allegro, Media Expert, Empik, etc.). I don't like InPost and EVRi, so they are toggled off. In some categories (Art/Paintings and Art/Prints are examples) medium parcel is the largest size offered, which is daft in itself. So a painting or print over 61cm long is too big for any postage option offered. This has been infuriating me and chats with eBay have only made it worse with the arcane workarounds they have offered (alleging the Post Office will accept it on behalf of Royal Mail if oversized, or offering free postage on the listing, then not using the Simple Delivery label, posting it myself and applying to eBay to get the Simple Delivery amount paid by the buyer refunded .... they pointed me to a form they have for ...

The title pretty much sums us what I want to do. A while back eBay switched over to using simple delivery and therefore changed almost all of my delivery configurations. I checked a few listings and it didn't look ridiculous so I left it. I've gone through more thoroughly this morning and I've found a number of listings with simple delivery options that make no sense (e.g. what should be a 500g small parcel set with shipping options for a 20kg medium parcel). The mistakes seem to mostly be with a small number of similar items which I've mostly checked but I've got hundreds of other listings and I really don't want to be going through them by hand.

Hello everyone, I’ve dropped off a package over a week ago (24/12/25) at a sendle drop off location and it still hasn’t been picked up from the location (on the 29/12/25 mentions “parcel not ready yet”). Anyone have any advice on what to do now they are bankrupt and have halted deliveries? should I contact ebay or go to the drop off location and try and get the parcel back and lose on the cost of the label. Any advice would be great. Also had a parcel picked up from the location on the 26th so seems odd they didn’t pick up the earlier one if they picked up a later one. $200 item so hopefully I can sort it out.

Hello so I ordered something on Amazon on the 5/1/2026 and it’s being delivered by UPS. So I never ordered to the collection point and it says they can’t deliver to my address and left the item at collection point. The collection point is quite far away from my address and I have no transport to get there, so I called them up on the 7th and ask to redeliver to my address and on the UPS tracking it has been pending and finally confirmed on the 9th but now it’s showing I have to pick it up at the collection point again. Does anyone know what can I do now?

I might be being over dramatic but I spent a lot of money on this and “normally” I don’t have any issues with evri.. i really hope they haven’t stolen or lost my parcel as it comes from Korea and it will be such a long process to get a refund 😖😖
