Yep, ordered 2 minutes before... Waited 11 days for the final shipping. This is ridiculous. Valve needs to take actions for the frame and machine

So you are telling me, it first went to the UK, then arrived in Germany three times?

Here I was thinking something would change over the long weekend, but here we go again - stored at the parcel center for a week now! This is such a great experience, I'm out 200 bucks for two controllers and 22 days later haven't received them. Steam says I should contact GLS and GLS says I should contact the vendor. Yes I have gotten a game gifted by support, but at this point I either want a replacement shipping or my money back. ​​​​​​​​

I am thankful for GLS that, after a week of turbulent routes over the UK, my Controller is getting its well-deserved rest at the parcel center Neuenstein. It is good to know that it is safe and sound there for the next three days, over the holiday on Monday. Maybe next week at this time I will finally have it - one can only dream. ​​​​​​​

First my controller was send to the UK, now it reached Neuenstein for the third time… This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had tbh. And yes I already contacted the support and they even gave me a free game but honestly this is pathetic. Really. Steam Machine and Frame Launch will be atrocious considering this disaster. I ordered on may 4th and people who ordered weeks later already got theirs.

I ordered the Steam Controller within the first minutes on launch day and my parcel got routed to the UK by GLS by mistake (it was supposed to ship from Netherlands to Germany), even though everything was labeled correctly. Steam support checked it with GLS and is having it re-routed. As a goodwill gesture, they also offered me a free standard game from the store. I went with 007 First Light. I had seen another post about the same thing a few days ago, so at first I thought "there’s no way they do this" but apparently they actually do :) This wasn't even Valve's fault. It's still a shame how GLS is treating some people regarding shipping. I've currently been waiting for 18 days (Germany), and in between, there were updates like 'Delivery on May 11th', 'delivery delayed', 'parcel is in the UK', 'Arrival next business day', and then back to 'a delivery date will be provided soon' and I'm not the only one waiting for it. Thanks to Steam Support for the compensation, even though it's not their fault. It's also crazy that some people with reservations already have their controllers, while those who ordered at minute one are still waiting. Hang in there, we'll get ours eventu...

Mine apparently will be delivered today and the gls-pakete.de says that real time tracking isn't available for this package. Is this normal? Edit: It has arrived at the final parcel Center. Germany, ordered May 4th, shipped May 15th, message received today (May 22nd)​ Wonder how "small" the number of packages that were mistakenly re-routed via UK actually are. I ordered two and both went that route. Both packages have arrived in parcel center Neuenstein on Tuesday/Wednesday and have not been processed further since then. GLS tracking does not provide a projected delivery date at the moment. Since they do not deliver on Saturday and there's a national holiday on Monday, we're looking at another week at least.

Edit2: I used AI in my whole texts to Support if it doesn't show. There is probably a big contrast between them and my own texts on this post. German is my main language and I almost never use English. Maybe in online games. Just wanted to say that I am not an "entitled ***". It freaking hurts to read that. I wasn't brought up like that ffs. I had to re translate the whole text back to German and I see what you guys meant. It sounds so bitchy and demanding. I guess I should have stuck to my ****** broken English instead of trusting AI to write my messages.... I just wanted it to sound "correctly" written similar to my native tongue.
