The tracking (GLS) shows the package moved from Poland to Kolding, Denmark, on April 17th. Since then, it’s been stuck in a weird loop. On April 23rd, it got scanned as "Arrived" and "Left" at the exact same minute (14:55), but it’s still showing as being in Kolding. The final Destination is Finland.

This is the worst service I have ever received! Their tracker indicated that they had delivered my package and provided two pictures of someone else's front door of "proof of delivery". After emailing and calling them to explain that I could see my parcel on the front step of my next door neighbour, they said they would go and retrieve it and bring it to my home. I can't find much information on GLS. I have read that royal mail delivers their parcels? For over two months, GLS have been trying to deliver my parcel. It vanishs for a while, I contact the place I purchased from, and then they attempt delivery again. They never knock or ring my doorbell. At a loss! Is there any way to get a shop collection?
