ok, so everything started 19 of may, I really wanted a holllyberry cookie vinyl figure, but I live in Brazil and I'm a minor, I couldn't order it. I then asked for my sister to help me order it and she agreed, we did the purchase which was pretty expensive due to shipment + currency taxes, but ok. When it started being prepared to shipment my sister received an e-mail with the tracking code, then clicking on the "track my order" button on the official website you are redirected to the Boxc website, inserting the tracking code on the website and clicking on "track", you'd see a timeline of where your product is and what's happening, everything was ...

Hello everyone! I want to share my ongoing experience with Youtooz Collectibles and maybe get some help in understanding. So, it is my first time ordering from Youtooz. The toy had to arrive on 9th of april, but in parcel tracking system it was said, that it failed to deliver and NO reason specified. I saw it only on 24th of april and right away started writing to Youtooz support. I was frustrated by that I didn't get any message or a phone call regarding failed delivery, even that i have specified my phone number in the order.
