Online Purolator Tracking

I received two door tags for some thing i ordered online. Obviously if im ordering something online it’s because i am unable to pick up the item locally. I live on Dufferin and both of these ******* tags say to pickup the item in Etobicoke (purolator) and BRAMPTON (fedex). How the **** am I supposed to get to Brampton without a ******* car to pickup a package that the driver did not want to leave at my doorstep??? What is the point of getting this parcel delivered??? Anyone else feel nothing but rage towards this backwards system of delivery? Why is there no pickup spot near me? Hi, looking for advice sending 92 cm long, 64 cm width, 64 cm height weight 24 kg parcel from BC to AB. I have checked in canada post they refuse to take it because it's too big. In their website 1 meter long and 30 kg are the max they can take tho, not sure why they don't wanna take it. I also went to purolator and it cost $430, it's still too expensive for me.

Beyond sick of this company. I order something online and they use Purolator. It gets to Thunder Bay, I think cool it'll be delivered tomorrow. WRONG. Effing Purolator. Does anyone have the number for the Depot, because I want to call and go aboard the manager. My parcel has been sitting in the depot at Duffy Pl. since the morning of Feb. 27th because of, according to their Tracking, "weather delays." **** right off, Purolator, it's been blue skies and/or clear roads the last 10 days. I have been waiting for the parcel for 20 days now, no updates whatsoever, on 29th i get an update that there was an attempt to deliver but couldn’t do it because of address, now all of a sudden one of the boxes is damaged, one box was attempted to deliver but driver just left right away and one of the boxes is still out for delivery, mind you all these boxes were shipped AT THE SAME TIME BY THE SAME PERSON FOR THE SAME LOCATION….

I tried to request this and they said it would be billed to the shipper. Will Posh charge me for it? I'm trying to get the parcel back because it's been sitting there since October, buyer has completely dropped off the face of the earth, Purolator won't RTS automatically apparently, and I've long since received the pay from Poshmark.

Yesterday was a beautiful, sunny day in Halifax, but my parcel is delayed because of a weather?? I’d get it if the package was stuck somewhere that is having bad weather, but it’s been in Halifax since yesterday morning 🤯 Two other packages were out for delivery yesterday from Purolator, they showed delivered to a house nowhere near me, but when I called they were at a gas station to be picked up FFS they need to get their **** together!!

Product shipment originates 30km from my house. Then a fake delivery attempt (and I have a Purolator auth sticker on my front door) and the package ends up, 2 days later at a depot 30km from my house from which I must pick up the parcel. I actively avoid any shops using Purolator to ship for this reason. Useless.

Had a bunch of technical books and supplies of decent value being shipped. It required a signature. I was working out of town when the delivery date was predicted, so I used the app to choose pickup instead. This was two days prior to the delivery date and select when I made purchase. Today while at work I was notified that the delivery was made. They apparently left it on the front step of the house. When I got home, nothing was there.

Customized gifts were shipped on 08th December from Toronto, and the the destination is Thunder Bay, Ontario. The ETA was 15th December. But nothing updated till today 17th December. Called the customer service and never had an agent answered the calls. Went to Purolator's shipping centre in Thunder Bay, staff said the parcel might have arrived in Thunder Bay, but delay for sorting and delivery. What the **** is it? I need the parcel as a gift for a party. How frustrating it is. Will never use this courier.
