Hey guys I made two purchases last week and neither seller has shipped yet, it’s been about 5 business days now. I’ve messaged both and haven’t received a response. Interestingly I’ve just received a notification that a parcel is awaiting collection at the post office but I was never given any tracking details so I’m not sure if it’s related to either purchase or something else entirely. What would you do in this situation? And if it does turn out to be one of the items, what rating would you consider appropriate given the lack of communication?

hi! i sold some shoes on vinted but after i had already posted vinted sent me a message telling me to cancel the order and to not ship them due to suspicious activity on the buyers account, leading them to be banned. out of panic i cancelled the order in hopes that the parcel would just get sent back to me. as of today the tracking number says that it has been collected by courier. i’m quite worried as the shoes were very expensive, and im just wondering if anyone knows if i’ll either get my money back or get the shoes back. thank you!

I had provided instructions in my address for my parcels to be dropped over the gate, which required no signature. Despite there being no need to enter the gate, the reason provided for attempted delivery was a locked gate. This is unacceptable. Auspost should not collect parcels from senders they cannot deliver if the gate is an issue. They are using the gate as a reason for not even attempting to deliver the parcel and driving off. I don't even have a pet, so there should be no concern. Living in a rental share house also limits me from installing a door camera. I have lodged a complaint with Auspost regarding both parcels, but they have refused to redeliver. Other delivery companie...

Catawiki reached out to me, and asked if i would be interested in selling on their platform, I discussed it with them over a treams meeting and decided to give it a go. The sales were good and the payments came into catawiki, but that’s where it ended. Buyers are using a Mail scam, they wait for the item to be delivered, reject it due to import duty requiring payment. They then request a refund through catawiki, and once they have the refund go collect the parcel. I had one arsehole make the payment and then immediately open a claim.
