I've ordered a bag at the start of April from a seller based in France on Vestiaire Collective. I'm based in the UK in Borehamwood. Paid to receive it at home. I saw it was sent by Chronopost. It took a long while and eventually DPD sent me a tracking link saying it would be delivered on a day I was at work. I selected the option to get it delivered to a locker instead, which is conveniently located 5mn from my house. However I never received the code to pick up. On Chronopost it says that the parcel is on hold after not being collected at a depot in St Albans. I can’t find ,I have a parcel to collect

Bought a parcel valued over £100 from vinted, and it has been stuck at ‘contact the retailer’ for a few days now. I have contacted Yodel and Vinted multiple times, but received no response at all from Vinted and bland ones from Yodel. Nobody is updating me on anything, I’m not sure what steps to take/if it means my parcel is lost, has anyone else had an issue like this and what happened to the parcel?

So had a pickup of return packages from amazon counter shop and the guy tells me they dont do amazon returns only collections where the driver drops off certain packages for customers to collect and told me that this has happened before and he has turned away many drivers who come to collect the returns. So i called driver support, who told me that they had removed the stop from my route, but the stop was still there. i tried restarting the app, then my phone, but nothing helped, so in the end, i had to select the option where it says, "Unable to collect" then parcel not ready. The seller dropped it off at their local shop, then a few hours later the tracking updated to say Evri couldn't deliver to the ParcelShop, which baffles me as they were supposed to be collecting it from the ParcelShop, not delivering it there. Hey guys, bit of a weird one here. I had 2 parcels to be picked up on the same day, one by Parcel Force and one by Royal Mail. Problem is, when Parcel Force came to collect the parcel, they took the both of them despite only having a postage label for one of them. I understand that they are basically the same company now, but I'm quite nervous that the other parcel will end up lost at the depot and won't arrive where it's supposed to. This has never happened before but I went to pick up and parcel and the shop couldn't find it even though it was scanned there. I went back twice to check again and they don't have it. I reported it to Vinted who keep saying they can't do anything till the parcel has been returned to the seller - which it isn't going to be because it's lost!
