So last night for the first time in my few years ive been doing it i checked in and collected parcels as normal but the whole process was a lot slower than normal. Once loaded the depot team then came over again and checked my calendar again and then counted all the parcels in my car against my itinerary. By the look of it they were doing it to everyone. Why woudl they be doing this? Some parcels gone missing or some fuckers some how found a way to abuse the system and they now double/triple checking everything? Anyone had the same?

It’s been stuck at the hub for about two days and I got these two notifications just today. It’s just a plushie so nothing high value to be stolen. It’s getting delivered to a locker and it’s my first time using the lockers so I’m just a bit worried all my home delivery parcels have been delivered without any problem and I have contacted customer support waiting for a response . my order has been delayed by them. they aren't even sharing the location of my parcel. delivery agent first claimed, the delhivery app has given wrong number since he isn't assigned for delivery in my location. While later boasted that he wouldn't delivr it today. I doubt they would even deliver it by next week. does anyone where to reach out. can I just collect it from warehouse.

Got a notification today my parcel had been delivered (left behind bins 3 floors down in a cummunal garage with doors open to the outside world). Driver did not ring the buzzer and I have no preferences to leave in a safe place. Went down to collect the parcel to find out it is not my parcel and not addressed to me but has been marked as delivered in the app. Other than absolutely nothing what can I do?

But no... sadly this, it would seem, is beyond NZ Post's Wiri depot! I had entrusted my original 1972 Birth Certificate with my parents, who have safe-guarded it these past 53 years! The day came i finally needed it, for a passport application for one of my children. As only the original would be accepted i arranged for my folks to courier it down to me in Auckland... it was somewhat urgent as we intend to travel soon.
