Community, I see this is common. I bought something live that was shipped to me from abroad. They paid duties and taxes, and when it got caught in customs, their agent resolved it. FedEx released it and provided a delivery date. That delivery date passed. After that, it stayed on "International shipment release - import" and for three days has claimed that: Your package is still on the way and we’re actively working to get you a new delivery date. I'm not the shipper, but is there anything that I can do to get this to move? Hi everyone. I've got a situation I'm trying to sort out. I have a package (a couple microphones in a suitcase) I purchased (private sale) from a gentleman in Stuttgart. He is elderly and living with a terminal illness and unable / unwilling to handle shipping arrangements himself. I'm wondering what my options are for getting the package to me in the US. He needs a courier to physically come to his home and pick up the package from him, and would prefer to not have an 8 hr window of waiting around. My first thought was DHL.de with a VPN where I just pretend to be him and arrange the shipment myself, but that may not be ideal. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I ordered merch a while ago, all at the same time (a Ragatha and Gangle plush), and only one came through so far... I was wondering if this happened to anybody else? I don't think it was a porch pirate because I have the Ragatha plush, I live in a half cul-de-sac in an upper middle class neighborhood (crappy diagram above, my house is the yellow one), and this would be the only instance of package theft in my 9\~ years of living here. Should I keep waiting or is it time I do something about it? Any comments would be amazing :)

I recently purchased shoes I’ve been on the lookout for quite some time. I got them knowing, from the listing photos, they had some wear/wrinkling in the toe box. The package was delivered today in a standard mailer bag with no bubble wrap, tissue, dust bag, etc. Since the shoes are patent leather, which is delicate, my heart sank. I’m not entirely sure if that refers to the postal system, but I ended up dealing with customs myself and had to pick up the package from our local post office.
