Online Cainiao Tracking

Hello I placed an order from taobao to send to cainiao to ship it to US. I linked my taobao to caninaio and then copied the warehouse address including the phone number to my taobao shipping address. I just got a notification saying delivery not possible due to incorrect recipient phone number. I am including a photo of the tracking details. So I am not sure what I can do to fix this. This is my first time ordering with taobao and cainiao. I am thinking maybe the phone number I got from cainiao was a +1 number but I have it as a +86 number on taobao which I just assumed was correct since it's in china. I’m ordering from the west coast using the fast air general option. I usually get my orders pretty fast and already received a tracking code from uniuni, but I haven’t received an update for a few days and getting nervous. Comparing this order logistics to my previous orders, this is the first time I’ve ever been notified/delayed for export customs. I can’t think of anything in my package that could get flagged other than a jacket, but it is for a cosplay and should have no brand/labels? I ordered products from two different companies on aliexpress on Feb 28 and was given the same tracking number for both orders. According to the tracking number items reached and cleared the us with no issues. Issue came from shipper lying and stating they attempted delivery. Checked Camera's no one came here, no attempt note was left to reschedule the supposed failed attempt plus i was home all day and no one came here.
