Online Yodel Tracking

Yodel was unable to deliver my parcel this morning. Apparently they attempted delivery at 1.24am! If they did try and deliver through the night I'm just glad they didn't wake me up!

Has anyone else had this? Their new pointless system which puts you on the review program in their absurd misunderstanding they're a professional company and not one which operates illegally, burning through new couriers because they know new starters won't be as diligent about pay, hoping to give it a go. I had 100% figures for delivery, receipt scan, customer rating, collections, what became apparently unsurmountable to them was my reliability, shown in some stages as 50%, basically because they hire new temporary managers to look after the depot and because they don't know what they're doing, they give your round away before you reach the depot. So I sold item on Vinted, no tracking updated so they suspended order. I have a proof of posting to yodel and a parcel picture. Vinted demands address I posted to etc. how can I do it since we have no access to addresses ? They said I did not give sufficient evidence it was posted. I think they are ridiculous

I got a qr code from a buyer saying yodel store to door, can I drop it off at an inpost locker? I haven't used yodel or inpost lockers so I'm confused 🤔

This is a genuine question… Why is it that everytime I go into a parcel shop, be it for Evri, Relay, Yodel, DPD, whatever, the shop owner seems genuinely annoyed to scan the parcel? I was under the impression that they get paid per parcel and choose to sign up for it but I’ve had sighs, eyerolls, scowls etc. Also I now try to be like ridiculously upbeat and friendly to try to combat it and it’s almost funny how obvious the difference is in their manner with me versus a customer who’s buying an item. When I posted with yodel something went wrong and it wasn't updated on vinted, however the buyer and I could both track the yodel parcel up until it was delivered. I contacted vinted support before this and they suspended the order. Once the order arrived the buyer confirmed with me that they recieved it and I sent this information to vinted support as requested. Now vinted keep replying to me with something along the lines of "We're sorry to hear it hasn't been delivered" and "It's unfortunate that this isn't resolved". I don't know what to do as I have sent them all the evidence they have asked for but they still aren't doing anything ...

Mines being delivered with yodel but it’s been stuck on the equivalent of waiting for parcel for ages now. How do I find where it actually is?

Bit of a weird one. I don't know if my address is being set up for something dodgy but I've recently received a couple of bits of post to my address for someone that doesn't live here. I assumed it was a mix up and returned to sender. Nobody on the local Facebook group has heard of them either. But yesterday, a parcel from Ebay arrived addressed to this person and now it feels like my address is being used deliberately. I want to return it but I am going round in circles with both Ebay and Yodel. Has anybody had this? And how do I send this parcel back without being the named recipient?

I placed my first vinted order a three days ago and the courier, Yodel, has already marked it as returning to sender. This is a UK to USA package that will be delivered by speed ex. The seller has 5 stars so I 100% doubt this is a scam. Is this common for Yodel? Also what’s with yodel not letting me use my zip code to track the package on their website?

I sold a t-shirt at the start of February. The status was stuck at 'shipped' for about a month. Eventually, the status changed to 'sending back to seller' and the buyer got a refund. I never received the t-shirt (and to this day, I still haven't received it). I have just sold a radiator grill which is 1m long, so the parcel is about 1.3m long. When I created the listing I selected ‘oversize parcel’, but now when I go and create the label ‘small parcel’ is selected (costing £5.88, which is what the buyer paid), but if I switch to ‘oversize’ it then changes to £13.63. So I had an order earlier and the shipping option was to send to a relay store. 1, I’ve never heard of this courier I’m guessing it’s a newish company and 2, I thought I’m sure I don’t have this as an option. I went onto my shipping options and I don’t have it available. Then I noticed that despite me not offering it, vinted can still offer it to the buyer. Seems a bit naughty if I don’t offer that courier and sellers will obviously not offer them for a reason. They do say you can do a cancellation without receiving negative feedback, just wondered if anyone’s come across this before?

\*Update\* just incase this helps anyone else - the parcel was eventually scanned by Yodel 4 days later and the tracking then appeared in Vinted so all good 😊 Hi all, relatively new to Vinted. I dropped 7 parcels off to my local Yodel drop off point the other night. They scanned all but one of them through the till. The label was printed and attached to the parcel. I changed my internet provider to Virgin ​and the equipment was supposed to have been delivered on Saturday. It wasn't delivered, and today yodel tracking simply states "we have your parcel" not "out for delivery". And because of this one touch transfer thing, they have automatically switched off my previous internet provider. Now I've got no internet at home at all and no idea when the Virgin parcel will turn up. So I can't work from home at the moment and I do need to be able to do so on Thursday. Yodel have just dropped a parcel outside my front door which contained a Humeband. I haven’t heard of this company/item, and certainly didn’t order it (I’m very attached to my Garmin). I’m also confident that no one would order this for me as a gift. I have done a quick google and it suggests this may be a brushing scam? So someone just trying to use my name for a review? Is there anything I need to do? I have checked my bank accounts and cannot see any unusual charges. From my search I’m assuming there isn’t a risk I will be charged in the future? Or is this still possible? Edit to add that it was addressed to me using both my name and my address.
