i want to sell my phone, but i dont know how jnt actually works... i mean, they never specify or blablabla. did receiver pay before, during, or after receiving parcel? what "paid by receiver" and "paid by sender" actually means? receiver will pay the fee or the value? do i have to put the address sticker or i can just show qr to the courier? where should i enter my duitnow details? does jnt help with payments or i have to resolve it myself? i dont want to drop off the parcel hehe. too lazy 🙃 anyway just tell my anything important, thank youuu

Hi, I've put so much effort, energy and money to post something. It's to be sent to Australia. It's a mixture of gifts and letters. But I was going to buy postage but all the small parcel options state it's non-personal correspondence only. What am I supposed to do? The Small and Large letters are way too small for what I am posting. Are there other options yous are aware of? Would it be okay to send because it is a mixture? I was going to buy postage and do custom forms today and it's time sensitive so appreciate the help. I would categorize it as "gift" under the custom form anyway. I had a parcel from the US via DHL/Yun Express *clear* customs on the 27th April, with Royal Mail as the last mile courier, but the tracking seems to have hit a brick wall since then. I don't usually have to wait this long (customs checks usually are the blocker) and the package itself is low-ish value/size. I was just wondering if there was anything specifically known which would explain it or if I should start to get concerned?

i’m concerned as I sent a parcel using a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker- I entered all the correct information as well as a confirmation email for the receipt, I usually get it as soon as I close the locker door, however this time I didn’t and on Vinted the shipping status has not updated from ‘ print shipping label’ I’m very concerned since I don’t have any proof of sending it since I didn’t get sent the email! Hi all, Back in February I ordered an item (worth £88) from Zalando and asked for it to be delivered to post office. The courier was Evri. The tracking said “ready for collection”, and have been to the post office multiple times but they couldn’t locate it. I bought a small bundle of kids shorts and two pairs are missing. The package appears to have been opened purposely (as opposed to accidental ripping/falling out) so I dont necessarily want to hold this against the seller as I do believe they sent all the items. However, I use my Vinted balance to buy my sons and my own clothes so every pound matters to me. I feel like I want this raised ‘formally’ through Vinted although part of me feels like nothing will be done anyway.
