I’ve had a huel parcel that was split into two consignments partially arrived damaged and the other part not being delivered at all. Courier company said to raise it with huel but there was no one on chat, phone lines are dead and no one responding to emails. How do I go about resolving this?

I bought something off of eBay it is coming up as dispatched and has a tracking number. When you track it it says we are expecting it. Now the seller had it on as a buy it now which I did, he then messaged asking for more money to cover his postage. which wasn't on his listing, I take it he has somehow created the tracking number but hasn't dispatched it waiting for me to pay his shortfall?

They have been stonewalling me sending me into circles with couriers which never gets me what OnePlus wants. so long story short for over a month now I have been without phones (arrived empty with product boxes still inside), I told OnePlus about this and they seemed all supportive and would assist me, but then I had to go through signing documents, contacting couriers and even the police as I needed to consider it stolen or fraud. Just wanted to vent about my frustrating experience I had with Uber Courier today. I’ve seen the courier service advertised for a while now and I wanted to try it it with a family member and today I had something I wanted to drop off. I used the courier feature and had issues from the get go. The driver couldn’t locate my house, eventually decided to wait outside and told me he had “arrived”. Seller here. Firstly, my latest order (today) is the first time I’ve came across this courier. I haven’t noticed it on the Vinted app before so I’m guessing it is a new option. My main point; it appears that some listed Relay drop-off locations aren’t actually fully ready to accept orders - at least in my area - with the first 2 locations I visited not having the equipment to process my package. They mentioned that they be ready through the week. The 3rd, but further away drop-off location yielded success.
