Online Couriers Please Tracking

My order got rejected and sent back, but the company sent a replacement package with a new tracking number. However, i need the collection code in order to collect it and know when it arrives. I searched the number in ZTO express, and it says "delivered" but when I went to the collection point, it wasn't there.

Why, when I tick no to authority to leave in my OnePass account when I’m ordering items from Kmart, do I then receive emails from Couriers Please stating Kmart has told them they have authority to leave my parcels? This is putting me off ordering anything from Kmart to be delivered.

Looking to launch a few niche gym products via shopify (B2C), two of which are technically dangerous goods (Category 3, packing class II and III) due to using alcohol as the main liquid carrier. TL;DR misleading pre-sale tactics, unresponsive customer service, terrible shipping. Would not recommend. I haven't seen much online reviewing this vendor. It appears they are a salon that also has a webshop. If you’re an Australian business using Couriers Please to ship your products, be vigilant when it comes to additional charges. This is about the 7th time I have had to send evidence that the parcel dimensions I declared were accurate (photographic proof of the parcel dimensions with the label on it). At best they have faulty equipment to measure parcels, at worst they are deliberately applying falsified dimensions to parcels in order to charge customers more. 95% of the time they probably get away with it because a) customers can’t be bothered to contest the additional charges or b) the sender can’t provide proof that the dimensions declared were correct.
