So in 2024 we started Alxar as a time pass business but now its the one of the best business i have done in my life. but the problem i am facing till now is the logistics and its pain in my eyes seeing so much rto now, we tried delhivery which is good but not so good, we tried blue dart always weight problem and ekart is still delivering my return product from 2 months, so i was thinking if any one have a solution for logistics i am also had a talk with India post and reading alot of comments and all i am getting a mixed reaction, so it will be a big help from you'll if you have a suggestion.

Hi. Has anyone tried sending their parcels from Delhi to Imphal through India post? I'm not sure whether other courier services like Ekart, expressbees, etc. are delivering or not.

My grandfather ordered a shaving kit online , and a delhivery guy arrived today , made him pay since it was cod, only to realise he received multiple empty boxes with delivery slips of random people and a final box which had a blackhead removal cream he did not order. I see online sources and find out delhivery don't provide much assistance in such cases. In case they don't , can someone tell what to do next ?
