I need help from someone who has and address or is in Japan. I ordered a bottle of alcohol. (20% Proof Umamusume Vodka Lemoncello) and have been pulling my hair out trying to find someone to ship it to me here in the US. Need an address by June, and currently have nothing. I have an answer from DHL that they're able to ship it, but unfortunately the place I bought it from (Kurand) is unable to use DHL directly, and can only use the Japan Post. If anyone is able to assist I would be much appreciated.

Now, I know to move the bicycle with oneself simply throw it in a rinko bag and take the train (bus is a bit iffy). However, I borrowed a friends bicycle and wanted to return it to him and buying a shinkansen roundtrip just to ship a bicycle is excessive. Of the ways I could find online there is Japan Post, Sagawa, Yamato express, and Seino transportation. Of the first three, I visited some of their locations and they told me there was no way. The post doesn't claim to offer this service but the other two do. (Some people claim to have succeeded by post). Is there something I am missing about this? Stopped collecting back when Surging Sparks came out and buying new sealed stuff became a chore. On one hand I despise the scalpers and their “GoTtA hUsTlE” cringeworthy personalities but on the other, I do appreciate how much they caused the value on everything I had to sky rocket. Queria saber de alguém que já tenha enviado pacotes mais pesados por proxies japoneses (Buyee, Zenmarket, etc.) ou mesmo chineses: quando chegou vocês tiveram que pagar imposto pelo valor do frete também? Comprei umas coisas pesadas, porém baratas, e vou ter pagar uma grana grande no frete. Irei enviar por Airmail tradicional já que o Japan Post não tá oferecendo frete marítimo. This is the first time I’m ordering from Japan like this, so I don’t know how things used to be but just curious how much you would have saved going with Japan Post vs FedEx/DHL? Let’s say, for a modest box weighing under 2kg and dimensions of 40x40x25. Edit: I played around with the shipping estimator, setting it for Canada. FedEx rates are just about the same as going to the US, but it’s like more than half less with Japan post. I imagine this is not far off from what it would be? Sigh.

The hotel found them and emailed me, and suggested I do a remote pickup via DHL to get them back. The thing is, DHL is charging a BOMB, and on top of that, there may or may not be custom duties and its coming out to be really costly. The hotel also suggested Japan post as an alternative, but I wonder if its safe as in, are electronic items permitted via Japan post? The airpods have sentimental value so they really are worth the hassle for me. Any advice on which carrier, or what to expect in custom duties will be greatly appreciated! Is it normal for it to take this long? Should i have gotten a tracking code from the local mail?

So I shipped a parcel via EMS to Oman. But because of the on going war situation Japan post accepted my parcel processed it at the outward exchange office and returned it back to zenmarket warehouse … ( my thoughts: why did they accept in the first place) It was a big parcel and I had paid 14000 JPY for the shipping. 1. It has been 4 days since the parcel was returned, yet, the return is not reflected in my account. 2. Will I get the refund of the 14000JPY ? P.S. Shipped more than 600,000 JPY worth of stuff previously. My experience with ZENMARKET is getting worse by the day .

Since Japan Post removed small packet registered mail as an option at the beginning of this year I've since started using express delivery options, but just wondered what are people's experience of using FedEx, Japan Post EMS and DHL (as the most common options I see)? I normally use Japan Post services as I've never had a problem with them (registered and EMS deliveries) but recently made an order with DHL at Hobby Genki. However, I'm second guessing my decision as I've read they sometimes charge both customs and a handling fee upon delivery or that they can be unreliable in providing accurate tracking info? Tried to find an answer online but lots of mixed respons...
