Hi everyone, I brought a hmt suraj from a reseller and he send it through DTDC, and it was delivered by India Post. The parcel arrived in an opened/tampered condition, and the watch was missing the box was empty. I’ve raised a complaint, but not sure what usually happens in such cases. Has anyone faced this before? Will they compensate properly, and who is actually responsible here? Any advice would help. TIA
