Online DTDC Tracking

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has faced a similar cyber / bank freeze issue. I sold a dead Poco X2 mobile on OLX for ₹1,800. The buyer was from Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, so we mutually agreed to send it via DTDC courier. I clearly mentioned the phone condition (dead) in the chat and packed and handed over the phone properly to DTDC. After delivery, the buyer called me and claimed that the parcel was empty and said there was no phone inside. I was shocked because I definitely sent the phone. Ever wondered what would be cheapest and safest courier or parcel services for used Furniture / Electronics etc., This is just like ordering in Amazon or Flipkart. But you would be ordering from your known person who is the direct owner of the item. Do use Bludart / Speed Post from India Post, and there is DTDC if you want fast parcel. I would definitely chose this way, if the item is valuable to me and it is in budget that I am comfortable with. Getting it delivered to me using these methods, I feel safe and convenient. What are your thoughts people?

I order a 2B standing action figure on 20 Dec and my order was processed took them 2 days then they dispatch my order. Now after waiting 6 days around 9:30pm IST I get a massage from DTDC saying out for delivery but few minutes later another massage came and it said "you're area is not serviceable" even tho I live like 9km away from the hub. Which is serarampure super franchise, Hooghly, WB (has a 1.8 star on Google). I twitted,I massage them on insta and even email them. And I'm scared as these guys will just dump my parcel and will never be delivered. So is there anyone can help me please.

So my DTDC parcel reached Margao **on 23rd December** and was literally marked **“At Destination”**. Instead of delivering, they pushed it **back to “In Transit”** and since then it’s been bouncing around with zero updates. * Status shows: *At Destination – Dec 23rd* * Then changed to *In Transit – Dec 26th* * Still not delivered. * Customer care is straight up useless – scripted replies, no resolution. * Local DTDC Margao office isn’t answering calls at all. This is honestly ridiculous service. If anyone has contacts at DTDC Goa / Margao or knows how to escalate this properly, please DM me. I just want my package delivered at this point. I am posting this to seek advice and also to warn others about my experience with **DTDC**. A friend sent me a courier via DTDC from **Delhi (110020)** to **Chennai (600117)** on **9 December 2025**. How does parcel delivery work for you? Do you have to go down, or do the delivery boys come up? What about Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra etc.? What about Zomat/Swiggy etc.? What about Blinkit/Instamart/Flipkart minutes/Bigbasket etc.? What about Post office/DTDC etc.? Are the delivery boys allowed to use the lifts?

**UPDATE(6/11/2025)**: Following this post, on 6:01 A.M. on 6th November(I posted this at around 12:30 A.M. on 6th), I recieved a response on discord stating that they had sent the issue to MCHOSE and were waiting for a response. Following this, I got a message at 12:56 P.M. saying that a replacement was ready. They also shared a chat with MCHOSE where MCHOSE did not respond.
