I guess I have tried all possible available options. Delhivery and Xpressbees: Never picks up. No matter how much you call, register complains. You end up going to their warehouse to hand over the package. Out of 20 orders I shipped, 7 weight discrepancy and image in discrepancy does not match the package I sent. Shiprocket -> everyone begins with it, very less parcels at that time, high charges, lost parcels in forward, and reverse shipments. Some good points: 50% claim given after lost ones but after a lot of time. Sometime shipment charges reversed due to fake attempts. 2. Bigship: Moved here because of Lost parcel issues. Tried Delhivery only. Too much NDRs, no process to fix them. We had to reply on emails for NDR. Fake weight issues to much. Provides services only if you are doing bulk recharge. Just wanted to share my frustrating experience with DTDC. I paid for home delivery, and the booking centre accepted the parcel without saying anything about service limitations. But when it reached the local branch, they suddenly refused to deliver it, saying my address is not in a serviceable area. The parcel has been stuck at their warehouse for over 3 days, and the staff were extremely arrogant when I called - they just told me to come and collect it myself. Something unsettling happened yesterday. I got an SMS from DTDC saying a package was on the way for me. Hi all, I need some help and suggestions. So, I ordered a RAM (ADATA XPG Lancer Blade 32GB (16X2) 6000MHz DDR5 Black) from PrimeABGB.com, and they shipped it through DTDC. I want to share my experience with DTDC’s branch at Dombivli East (Opp. Xperia Mall, above KGN Biryani) so others can be aware. On 8th October 2025, I booked a parcel with DTDC Express. I sent three items: – 1 dismantled office chair (~11.4 kg, charged 13 kg) – 1 kitchen plate stand (~3.2 kg, charged 5 kg) – 2 helmets (~2.5 kg, charged 5 kg) Total 23 kg @ ₹80/kg = ₹1,840, which I paid. After issuing the receipt and packing the items, the branch staff called me and demanded an extra ₹1,800, saying “the box size is large so volumetric weight applies.” No proof of measurements (L×W×H) was shown, and this was never mentioned before payment. Bought a bunch of books from u/ashwinjjj. Got ₹140 off on shipping. They shipped via DTDC which seemed to have literally dipped the parcel into pickle oil. Hey everyone, I’m flying from Mumbai to Helsinki soon on a connected IndiGo → Turkish Airlines flight (via Istanbul). I’ll be carrying about 40 kg total in two bags, but IndiGo allows only 30 kg. I contacted IndiGo customer service, and they said they can’t confirm the excess baggage charges until 4 hours before departure at the airport — which is super confusing. Everything else I ordered (from other sites) was delivered between 30th sept and 2nd oct — except the part from **Elitehub**, and honestly, the experience has been *terrible*.
