I have a parcel arriving from DTDC and it has been delayed 2 twice since arriving to Pune on Friday and after reading the google reviews of the branch that has it , I am nervous as to whether I'll get my courier. It's just sitting at their DTDC Master Franchisee Branch in Hadapsar since Friday. Please tell me if I should go to them and collect my parcel OR if I should wait and let them deliver it.

A few days ago I received a message from DTDC saying my order will be delivered- I had no idea what this was because I wasn’t expecting anything, I also asked people around me nobody had sent anything. I didn’t click any link on the message but searched through the official tracking link on their website- the parcel was coming from Mumbai but it had no sender’s name. The message that came.on delivery mentioned someone's name and we do t know that person.. I am.not sure how they gave it to them when it clearly mentioned my name on the parcel.. Contacted md support, they always assure; parcel is near you and will reach in 24 hrs. It's been a week and no updates from them. No further updates on DTDC side, md computers is not taking any responsibility from their side. When asked for cancellation their response was to pay 5% of total value. was going to get a parcel on jan 5 by dtdc, it showed out for delivery on 5th and 2 mins later it showed delivered, but its jan 7 today and i still havent got it. Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has faced a similar cyber / bank freeze issue. I sold a dead Poco X2 mobile on OLX for ₹1,800. The buyer was from Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, so we mutually agreed to send it via DTDC courier. I clearly mentioned the phone condition (dead) in the chat and packed and handed over the phone properly to DTDC. I order a 2B standing action figure on 20 Dec and my order was processed took them 2 days then they dispatch my order. Now after waiting 6 days around 9:30pm IST I get a massage from DTDC saying out for delivery but few minutes later another massage came and it said "you're area is not serviceable" even tho I live like 9km away from the hub. Which is serarampure super franchise, Hooghly, WB (has a 1.8 star on Google). I twitted,I massage them on insta and even email them. And I'm scared as these guys will just dump my parcel and will never be delivered. So is there anyone can help me please.
