Hey does anyone else also have had issues with getting their parcels from dtdc specifically in gaur city 2 areas ?

Today I received this White Attikan by Naivo and the DTDC guys as expected damaged my parcel. Moreover the guys was not even rescheduling my delivery based on my availability causing inconvenience and to add up to my frustration I got to know the bag it self is damaged spilling the beans all over. I al utterly disappointed and don’t know what else should be done other than emailing Naivo about it. Will they even refund or anything? Please advise if anyone has faced similar issue.

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding a courier dispute with DTDC Courier & Cargo. A shipment sent to me has been marked as delivered in their system, but it was never actually delivered. Why I am certain it was never delivered My residential building uses MyGate, which requires approval for delivery personnel to enter. No DTDC delivery entry request was ever recorded. I received no notification for any courier entry. I checked with neighbours and security — nobody received the parcel on my behalf. I recently got a message from DTDC about a delivered package on my phone number. I wasn't expecting a parcel and didn't send one either.
