I recently sold an iphone on vinted (excellent condition mind you) and it has been absolutely destroyed and used and abused by the yodel delivery person. the buyer is obviously getting a refund but what the **** do i do😭 i don’t want to lose out on £350 because the courier decided to take out their rage on my parcel.

Hi! For a bit of context I'm a cosplayer and within our community cosplay trades are pretty common. I traded an expensive cosplay with 3d printed accessories wig etc. And I was to receive 2 expensive DokiDoki SR costumes, 2 wigs and a pair of shoes. Inpost at some point, has ripped open the parcel, taken out £150 worth of cosplay (2 wigs, one DokiDoki SR cosplay and one shoe) then proceeded to tape it back up. All I have received is one single shoe and one cosplay costume. I literally have more than half of the parcel missing. Two highish value parcels missing in two weeks

This is a rant more than anything. I sold a few bits and pieces online over the past month. The vast majority was low value ****, sent RM Tracked 48, Evri, Yodel, or Inpost. All successfully delivered without any hitches. The two higher value items were sent RM Special Delivery, and Parcel Force Express 48. And they're the two items, out of everything, that have gone astray. Neither have had any movement on their tracking for over a weeek. Maybe they've been delivered but, either way, I'm going to have to chase them up. It's ****** ridiculous that the two most expensive and supposedly premium services are the ones that cause the most hassle.

I buy a lot of kpop photocards and albums from vinted and I’ve never had a mixup like this. My package would’ve been a small envelope for literally 2 tiny pieces of cardboard photos I have no idea how this happened?? The seller said they put my package in a locker so it’s very clearly an issue with yodel right? I’ve never used lockers before when sending or pickup, so do you put the sticker on before it’s locked up or do they do that afterwards? If the stickers put on before it’s locked, how the **** did my postage sticker get on this random parcel?? Hopefully vinted sorts this out but I just thought I’d share this hilarious mistake

my delivery has said arriving 2nd january since tuesday. today is the day and it says arriving today, it’s been at the delivery depot since tuesday but understandable due to new years. It says arriving today but it’s currently 18:40. what do i do? is it still coming?? i have got no delivery options like safe place which i usually do as soon as yodel get the parcel, i have no map and it doesn’t say out for delivery.

UK based. I sent out my parcel on 18th December via Yodel. On tracking, it says we have it and it does not say its been sent out for delivery. I contacted Yodel who said its with the courier, Packlink Shipping SL. How do I get hold of this courier to urge them to send the parcel out for delivery? I've sent a request to eBay but not sure if that's the same thing.

I sold a bundle to a buyer the other day. I sent it in a black bag, the buyer received the parcel with an item missing and in a big cardboard yodel box?? What is going on with inpost it’s extremely frustrating this is not the first time it’s happened either. Does anyone else have these issues? Worse as now I’ve had to refund the buyer when the courier has lost one of my items

Hoo boy, am I having some serious fun with the last hurdle of my subscription here. Megazord build, spread over twelve months. For those not in the know the basic count for the build is 120 issues for the model, 10 for the display base. Buyer is telling me to sort out their missing parcel

(Sorry if the pics are out of order. I have very little patience rn) Buyer selected Yodel (which I've never used before) and I got the email to say the parcel had been delivered. I then get multiple messages from the buyer saying it hadn't arrived and it's all my fault etc etc. I don't know what to do. Am I in the wrong? Is this a scam? If anyone has been in this situation before, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I sent a few things away yesterday evening from the convenience store. 2 with ‘collect+’ and 1 was ‘yodel’. Shop keeper was able to use QR codes successfully and printed all labels. Both collect+ receipts updated on the app as ‘parcel sent to buyer’ But the larger yodel one is still saying I have not sent it, even though I got a tracking receipt from the shopkeeper and used the QR provided by Vinted. Should I be worried?

I bought an item on eBay on 8th December, seller sent it the 9th and I received the dreaded email stating Evri had it. I had asked for the parcel to be delivered to my post office instead of home. Tracking showed on the 11th it was out to be delivered to the collection point. That is where it has stayed. I contacted the seller, they were the same, no further information. I flagged with eBay and eBay made me wait until the 22nd. I have now received a refund, eBay has said if it turns up, I can keep. What are the chances that happens, lol? What a joke, I am glad I got it to a collection point. I thought Yodel were bad. Lol.

I detest Inpost. Had issues with them before, so avoid as much as possible. This last week on my account I've bought 3 items and only Inpost came up each time. I thought I'd give them another shot, but have once again I've been left with a problem on all 3 parcels (another issue for another post!) Why is it that only my account is showing Inpost as a collection option, however when my husband searches the exact same items on his account, he gets Yodel and Evri come up too? Tried googling to no avail, so really hoping someone here has some insight as to what's going on!

Hi, im worried for time. Buyer bought with yodel door to door and AGAIN havent come! (Saturday) its now Monday & still aren't coming today as the person on the phone didnt initiate a recollection until I messaged them this morning. I just want the parcel on the way to the buyer, no necessarily for Christmas as thats pushing it, but just to get it in the system on the way before more delays with bank holidays and I have til the 26th, but.... the buyer hasnt been on since yesterday and generally really really slow in responding. Hi! I need help with answering a question: Basically, a few days ago I bought two things off Shein and I set delivery as to send it off to the Post Office as I want to collect it there. I just got a notification that my delivery will be arriving in a few days by Yodel, so I checked if I could collect a Yodel parcel from the Post Office and apparently I can't. I am not sure if it's too accurate, could someone please tell me if I am possibly sure to collect the Yodel parcel?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 taking ages… normal or lost

I sent a parcel via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as there was no Yodel option for the buyer. Normally with Yodel it takes around 5 days, but this one feels unusually slow - First time using Royal Mail for Vinted. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at the last destination for a few days now and hasn’t moved. It’s technically still within the estimated delivery timeframe (January), but I’ve never had one take this long before. Is this normal for Royal Mail at the minute, especially around Christmas?? Has anyone had similar delays that still turned up fine? Just a bit worried it might be lost.

Seller Shipping Options

So I want to turn off all shipping options that allow pick-up and only have home delivery allowed, this is because of buyers not collecting their items and I end up out of pocket when the item never ends up being returned. For Inpost, Evri, and Yodel this is clear which to turn off but Royal Mail only has one option and buyer at point of check out can choose home delivery or collect from PO. I don't really wish to turn off Royal Mail but I cannot keep having buyers not collect their item and I get done over by the Vinted policy of refunding a buyer if they don't collect. I also can't see when a buyer using the collect from PO as digital QR does not show this for Royal Mail.

Buyer bought something that was yodel door to door, again. Guess what? They didnt turn up AGAIN!!! Literally before the time slot given they marked it wasn't available and a pic that wasn't my house, reflection in a window showing they didnt even get out the van. All a lie as the parcel was at my door for them. How hard is it for them to come for it, literally a quick second to scan and take it? If they dont come by monday evening im cancelling as no chance in **** its getting to them for xmas, and im making it known on the phone first thing Monday morning
