Online Yodel Tracking

I order some stuff with the Yodel delivery company, and it said my package was delivered through the post box when it wasn’t, i live in a flat, so i use the yodel live chat turns out the delivery man sent it to the wrong flat as i saw on the delivery photo confirmation that it wasn’t my flat number. I decide to go to the flat that my parcel has been delivered too and i knocked politely, and she didn’t open the door at first ignoring me so i knocked again, she asks who it is through the door so i give her my flat number and explains the situation, she then opens the door angrily and says defensively “i don’t have you package” and i calmly reply “the delivery confirmation photo ...

All jokes aside, there’s been no movement or update on the tracking since Feb 1st which is now 8 days ago. Vinted are useless as usual and refuse to acknowledge or address it until 25 business days have passed so I contacted both InPost and Yodel to see if I could get any more information. InPost keep telling me to get Vinted to contact them and Yodel seems to think my parcel is with fuggin CUSTOMS??? # Cheers sons crying. Nice one.

yodel said they attempted to deliver my vinted parcel but failed even though i was in,i got in contact wkth customer service and they said it would be delivered the next day,4 working days later it still hasnt arrived it just says on its way.they said they had posted a card through but they havent.the customer service dosent really help at all, does anyone know what i should do? thank you

I've using AliExpress for a couple of years since they use China post/Royal mail. Those parcels were always delivered without problem. Since the beginning of December Evri have failed to deliver 8 out of 8 parcels. Two returned as 'undeliverable' and six 'lost' or stolen by Evri couriers. They go 'out for delivery' and never turn up. Three parcels sent by Yodel and one local parcel by royal mail have been delivered quickly without problems. Is there anyway to stop AliExpress sending my parcels by Evri?

I ordered this on the 20th January. The initial delivery was estimated between the 23rd and the 28th. It was meant to be collected on the 28th but the seller wasn’t in, so it was collected on the 29th. Now the parcel seems to be waiting at yodel since the 30th of January. Is it normal for a parcel to be waiting there for 6 days? I’m worried because the parcel is fragile and I’m worried about the return window.

I kind of don’t believe it, that would take away most of what I actually despatch via Evri. But that’s what the guy on the counter told me. And as we have no Yodel option any more under simple delivery, it would mean no selling large stuff. Anybody else heard this? EDIT : Turns out it’s nothing to do with Evri, my local post office (which is at a corner shop), are now refusing to take parcels that they consider to be big, ie taking up space. That’s the case whether it’s an Evri or a Royal Mail, and even if it’s within the simple delivery medium parcel size of 61x46x46. i ordered a bunch of stuff from aliexpress which was meant to arrive yesterday however the post office i sent it to refused it due to not accepting yodel parcels im unsure of what to do as yodel probably has the parcel at a warehouse but i cant reroute it or schedule redelivery or anything, aliexpress isnt giving any options other than disputes which one of have been cancelled

Asking here for help as I’m a bit stuck. When I trying to send my parcel (Yodel), the guy at the till scanned my code to send it but then machine didn’t print out the sticker. The guy then had to take a phone call because it was important to him. He came back and then tried to scan it again but it said it was already scanned. He ignored me and served other people then tried to use his device (which was a phone?) again but nothing worked. He basically in the end said I can’t send the parcel. This means I can’t complete the order but it’s not my fault. Anybody else have this situation or any tips so I don’t lose my mind (or the order) over this.

Hey! I sold some stuff on Vinted, 2 of my parcels have gone missing, different shipping times / different carriers, just unlucky I suppose. Ok the first one I contacted yodel asking what had happened to the parcel, they confirmed the parcel was lost but told me I must contact Vinted about a refund as they’re the “seller” / label is under them. I contacted Vinted, I was told to wait till 2nd February and if the item had not come back to me then re contact and than an investigation is now opened, I sent them the screen shots from yodel, they sent me a form for lost goods. Please note: there may be some things that seem simple or obvious to do that I haven't considered. Please be patient and polite, I am self taught and have very little support from savvy individuals. I'm a small business seller. I recently put InPost drop off for small low value items as a way to save on postage costs and offer better prices. I usually offer a variety of delivery options and in these instances it'd be something like: InPost locker FREE, Yodel store to door 80p, Royal Mail 24 £2 etc. I would go with regular letter delivery with RM but I want to stick to offering tracking with all purchases. I called inpost whose automated system told me there was an issue with the destination address which had been resolved, and contacted Vinted who told me I just have to wait. But I’ve had an email from inpost claiming they’ve contacted the courier, but obviously have had no follow up and I’m getting frustrated. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same, and whether you received the parcel in the end? Thanks!

A couple of months ago I recommended sending parcels to the parcel shop/post office rather than delivered to your front door. I now have to admit I was wrong about that, it no longer works. Evri have failed to deliver five for five parcels ordered from AliExpress since the beginning of December. Two of five of my undelivered parcel were returned because they couldn't find their own parcel shop, a Post office. The other three show as collected by Evri then no progress for between 11 and 23 days. One of those is the replacement for the first of those five. Yodel, who used to be the butt of this is actually two for two delivered. 🤔

Sorry it’s a bit of a long one! Parcel was sent by seller via inpost with Yodel delivering. Driver has ‘attempted delivery’ 3 times but every single time says there’s an issue with my address and to chat to the customer service team. I’ve spoken on the live chat each time and the agents are assuring me that there is no issue and they will deliver the parcel the next day. Yodel nor any other company has had any issues with finding my address and my what3words is also on my account so they have an exact delivery location. hi in light with yodel and inpost being removed from shops. where the **** do we post yodel parcels from?! im getting mixed answers from joe public. theyre being removed from pay point machines? you can send yodel at inpost lockers? im emailing yodel but the person doesnt have a clue
