The most common Yodel tracking number format is a combination of 19 alphabetic and numeric characters, usually starting 3 alphabetic characters, following by 16 digits (e.g. JJD 0000 0000 0000 0000). Some other less common formats may also exist. Yodel contact number is 0844 755 0117. How did buyer manage to select Royal Mail shipping when I don't have that option selected?

As the title says, I checked my settings and I do not have either of the Royal Mail options selected as delivery options, so how has the buyer selected it as their delivery option? This is really annoying for me because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to ask family if I need something printed. Shipping is already harder for me because I have a 2 month old baby. I don't want to cancel and get a negative review, so I'll find a way to print the label, but it's so annoying.

Long story here. 3 months ago I ordered 2 backpacks from The North Face. My idea was to try both and return the one I didn’t like back to them. I done this. Packaged it up and sent it off on February 12th. I get an email from The North Face saying that they haven’t received my intended return, they’ve received two items of ZARA clothing. I’ve been back and forth over the past 3 months with their Customer Care team, exchanging about 40 emails and numerous phone calls trying to understand what has happened, most of the time I’m getting ignored by everyone and passed around their customer care team like a bag of minstrels. Order too big for locker - what happens to it now

I purchased something recently and got it sent to a locker with Inpost. It was out for delivery today and I thought it was strange I got another 'parcel loading...' email despite the fact it's already been in transit, I checked the tracking with Yodel instead and it had an update saying it was too large for the locker. However, I've got no option to redirect it to a shop, and the seller is on holiday. What will happen to it now? Thank you. p.s I didn't know it would not fit in a locker otherwise I would have not chosen it!

Penalty for order cancellation?

I've recently sold an item with Yodel listed for postage, but even though my parcel falls within the 60x50x50 size limit all of my local dropoff points have refused to accept it. After finding similar stories online ​​I don't see any way forward without cancelling the order and relisting the item with another delivery option, but if I do this are there any fees or penalties for cancelling an order? ​​​​

Inpost ‘contact the retailer’

Bought a parcel valued over £100 from vinted, and it has been stuck at ‘contact the retailer’ for a few days now. I have contacted Yodel and Vinted multiple times, but received no response at all from Vinted and bland ones from Yodel. Nobody is updating me on anything, I’m not sure what steps to take/if it means my parcel is lost, has anyone else had an issue like this and what happened to the parcel?

Bit of a bizarre one, but I had a parcel delivered by Yodel Inpost today. However the parcel isn't mine and I wasn't expecting any either. I contacted Yodel who tried gaslighting me that it was my parcel and I'd just forgotten about it 🙄 then said there was nothing they could do! They did confirm it was a Vinted parcel, and was sent on 26th January, from an Inpost locker in an area of my city which I never go to. I did send some parcels on the 26th January, but none of them are missing, and I haven't sent or bought anything which has gone missing since. I'm so confused (and a bit concerned) as to how my name and address has made it on to the parcel. There isn�...

After talking to over 10 agents today none of them were helpful at all, none of them know what’s happening and they’re making stuff up on the spot. I believe there driver has either stolen my parcel or they lost it which proves how much of a **** delivery service they really are, they can’t even handle a simple parcel they struggle to deliver stuff clearly and their drivers are disgustingly lazy and probably drunk or on some next substance to not be using there eyes to find a simple ******* address and the driver has most likely stolen my parcel and disappeared, NEVER USE YODEL DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

has anyone else had bought parcels being returned to the seller without it being delivered to you?

this has happened to me three times, correct address and no other problems with other delivery couriers eg yodel/royal mail. this problem is only shown with evri where they are sending bought parcels back for no reason

20 of my last orders have been consecutively.been assigned to Evri while. Last month cheap orders were assigned to Evri while higher value orders were through RM48 with an even split but as of last week all orders are through Evri regardless of value, I understand evri and Ebay are best friends but this can't be happening especially with Evri delivering one of my orders to the middle of a park near my customer's apartment and Ebay taking money from me to refund the customer despite simple delivery and "Buyer's fee" being there to cover this issues. Hi everyone, I sent a parcel today using Yodel through Vinted. I dropped it off and received a receipt, which I also sent as a photo to the buyer as proof. However, on Vinted it still shows as if the parcel hasn’t been sent, and there are no updates yet. Is this normal? How long does it usually take for the tracking/status to update? I’ve used Yodel before and never had any issues like this. Thanks in advance!

Yodel was unable to deliver my parcel this morning. Apparently they attempted delivery at 1.24am! If they did try and deliver through the night I'm just glad they didn't wake me up!

Has anyone else had this? Their new pointless system which puts you on the review program in their absurd misunderstanding they're a professional company and not one which operates illegally, burning through new couriers because they know new starters won't be as diligent about pay, hoping to give it a go. I had 100% figures for delivery, receipt scan, customer rating, collections, what became apparently unsurmountable to them was my reliability, shown in some stages as 50%, basically because they hire new temporary managers to look after the depot and because they don't know what they're doing, they give your round away before you reach the depot. So I sold item on Vinted, no tracking updated so they suspended order. I have a proof of posting to yodel and a parcel picture. Vinted demands address I posted to etc. how can I do it since we have no access to addresses ? They said I did not give sufficient evidence it was posted. I think they are ridiculous
