When I moved to this area I was a bit concerned about delivery’s due to the fact the way the houses were in the street was the back door is more accessible than the front so I wasn’t sure where parcels would come to. At first things were fine, either door the delivery driver would knock or ring doorbell. But soon there was a new driver and they never knock or ring the doorbell. I ordered a rare knit jumper i'd been looking for for months last weekend on vinted. Trying to avoid missing out on it to someone else, i selected inpost as the postage option, not thinking enough about it. The item was sent on the 17th and has not updated since collection on the 18th, when it was taken to the nearest depot. I have a terrible feeling it's been lost or stolen because ive sent and received hundreds of items via inpost all year without this happening, other than the yodel merger in september. Just a rant! Yodel’s tracking keeps asking for “more information on the address,” whilst yodel team keep replying to my emails every other day with the same line: 'It will be out for delivery soon.”  So for background, I live in a small town and my house number is literally pinned on Google Maps. It’s on the main road, directly opposite a mega store, and I get deliveries every single day from pretty much every courier out there with zero issues. Item not received claim

So I just got an item not received claim from a buyer. In the item tracking it shows that the other has been delivered, the order is a parcel box. In the tracking it shows that the puzzle was delivered through the letterbox. Image below. I have tried to reach yodel but have not been able to get through either via phone or chat. I'm new to selling on eBay. What can I do please? Should I approve the claim and refund the buyer?

I sold my first item and I chose the parcel to be collected on the 19th November. I had not gotten any email saying they are going to pick up the parcel or any updates. I cancelled the order and re listed the item and the buyer purchased it again. However 5 minutes before that Yodel sends an email that they are going to pick up the parcel. I don’t know what to do. I have the shipping label from the order that got cancelled on there so will it be safe to ship it with that? Will I receive the money?Or should I use the one with the new order. Please help

I attempted to deliver 2 parcels through yodel last night. The machine the shop keeper used, kept bringing up error messages after scanning the parcels. After a few attempts, we decided to keep hold of the parcels, and try again today. However, upon checking vinted this morning, both parcels are showing as in transit, which they clearly arent, and Ive no idea how to solve it, as the shops machine still shows error when scanning the postage label. Any advice on how to solve this?

Hey all, so on my profile I make it very clear in the post of an item that I can only send parcels via inpost. I know this isn't very convenient but I can't drive and other than inpost my closet is evri which would require me to get a bus there and a bus back, which for a £3 item seems pointless for me. I understand it isn’t the buyers fault because for some reason if the seller can't access the only postage options you've turned on then Vinted still offers them a delivery service (I'm not sure why). I sent a parcel box to a customer, it was marked delivered. I was a bit worried because the delivery confirmation says parcel was delivered to a letter box. I know there is no Way a 7kg parcel in a box can fit into the letter box. I have tried reaching yodel but no luck, no chance to speak with a human and no web chat either. The phone call was an automated bot giving me the same item has been delivered without an option to speak with a human. Attached is the delivery sent to the buyer. What does this mean please?

Item lost in post, Vinted won’t refund

I purchased a pair of trousers and yodel were unable to pick up the parcel last month. They stated that it was not at the shop. I instantly sent a message to Vinted support to say that the item will not be arriving and they said that I need to say within the two day window that the item has not arrived. However, I have now moved and did not have a signal for a few days due to flooding. Vinted is now refusing to refund me for the trousers even though I have provided evidence that it has not arrived. Has anybody had any success with getting a refund in a situation like this?

inPost success story: my parcel actually turned up!

Remember when inPost merged with Yodel in September, causing absolute havoc with tracking not working and lost parcels? Well, my parcel was one of the victims, it eventually got marked as lost and both myself and the seller got refunded. Guess what? It randomly turned up this weekend. Hooray!

So just got a parcel of Yodel, driver just left it in front of the door which is a flat on top of shops so basically it got dumped on the pavement which is rather busy as well. So when the email came with the survey I happily obliged and also ticked the box that I’m happy for it to be included in their promotional material but I guess chances of that are slim If anyone knows a way to get in touch with yodel directly do let me know as this is the second time

Vinted are awful !

Bought a Chanel necklace on Vinted. It went to the verification centre, Yodel lost it, and Vinted kept claiming it was “returned to sender” even though the seller never got anything. Yodel confirmed it was lost. Vinted refunded the seller but manually cancelled my refund the next day, without explanation. This happened right after I opened a chargeback because they made me wait a month. Now they’re contesting the chargeback even though the item never arrived and the seller has already been refunded. Posting this to warn others: Vinted can cancel buyer refunds without reason, misreport tracking, and fight chargebacks on lost parcels.

I was the buyer in this situation but trying to help the seller out. Seller sent out the item with the cursed Yodel. They didnt try to deliver stating that I no longer live at the address (funny that as the address was a click and collect shop). The item was being returned to the seller who was happy to put it on sale for me again once she got it, but Yodel never returned the parcel, instead destroying it. Speaking to Yodel is useless, they cant explain what happened (they are absolutely abysmal in my area), I got my refund but the seller has no money and no item. Anything she can do to get the compensation?

Postage option added without me knowing

After the recent size update fiasco I thought I'd go and check my vinted settings. Without me realising, vinted had enabled Relay Home Delivery and Shop Pick Up, despite the fact I've never heard of Relay, let alone choosing it as a postage option! I live in the sticks and having searched my address on Relay I don't have any points even remotely close to me. Just wanted to flag it in case anyone else has this problem!

Six weeks ago I had a large parcel miss-delivered to my address by Yodel. I was out, and the parcel was left on my doorstep. Can I get rid of it? The address on the parcel is a good 5 miles away, but we are only one letter different in the postcode, though entirely different street names and house names. I tried to deliver the parcel myself, but couldn't find the house (I do feel sorry for delivery folks when places are named not numbered and on long country lanes). I then phoned Yodel, they said they'd come and collect it and didn't need my address as they knew where it was. They never turned up. I've now emailed twice and had a "we're looking in to it and ...

Hey guys, Quick one. Is anyone else missing the 1kg delivery option for Evri? Also I deactivated Northern Ireland yet I’ve had orders from there? It also won’t allow 1kg parcels for yodel or Evri. Collection Rip Off How do I get my item or money back?

I’m absolutely fuming I had a yodel code went to collect an item in Friday the shop faffed around told me to come back I did today they had the parcel but said the code didn’t scan. So I have no item and Vinted went ahead released money to the sender in spite of me saying I still had a problem The item is at the collection point I seen it but they won’t me have it. Legally I’ve paid I’m out of pocket and have no recourse with Vinted Their “customer service” is brutal and useless. Buyer beware !!!! But what can I do?

Inpost out for delivery

Om saturday my parcel was out for delivery. Fab. It usually gets to that locker around 2pm, nothing. 4pm, nothing. No updates on tracking. Yodel tracking says they couldn't deliver & their live chat giving every reason on system. Told to wait til today & still nothing just "we request you wait 24hrs" which it has been, I called inpost yesterday. Stress!! Its been completely fine until now & no, i cant just find another. I've tried and this is only one I can find & need to build our collection

Yodel redirected my parcel to a different store

I ordered a coat off vinted using Yodel it was supposed to be delivered to a store in town where I could walk to get there as I don't have a car. This morning I received a email from Yodel telling me they redirected my parcel to a new address? I thought okay maybe it will be somewhere else in town. Nope it's in a village in the same town as me but it's a 2 hour walk! My only option is Uber or bus but Uber is too expensive so is it worth taking the bus or should I just wait for it to be returned to sender? And possibly ask if the seller will reship to me but to my address instead?
