Has anyone else noticed a sudden change in their orders being shipped via YunExpress in the UK? Historically, all my orders were shipped via DPD, but recently, all my orders, from filament to an AMS HT and a couple of hotends, have been shipped via YunExpress. YunExpress then handed off parcels to Royal Mail and Yodel. All these shipments are showing as GB > GB, indicating no international travel.

Hey guys! Has anyone else in the UK had issues with the merch shipping? The delivery company is Yodel and they have refused delivery for one half of my merch. Contacted them, they said to contact wubby (already have done) and they said there is nothing else they can do - the parcel will be sent back to the sender. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having issues :,) (bare in mind this was the limited £300 merch bundle so I’m quite concerned)

Wow okay so I had a parcel stolen recently. Yodel was the courier for a home delivery. For context I live in a block of flats and I was home when it was delivered at 6pm, no attempt to make contact via door knock or flat buzzing was done. I got an email and I went down to get it and it was gone. I contacted the courier who sent a photo of the parcel. I contacted neighbours but no one saw it, all nice wholesome people who don’t steal and we’ve never had any parcels robbed in 2 years at all. Seems the courier stole it to me. As post title. Item sent via Yodel home delivery. Notified last night that item was delivered. Tracking says delivered to safe place. "Under Carpet" Proof of delivery is a spectacularly blurry photo. ( I mean really??? Yodel??) Presume this means under doormat. Its a pair of boots for goodness sake. Buyer has opened a case. Do I just wait? Looked at buyers feedback and there are a lot of auto feedback "Order cancelled" I wouldn't assume anything negative automatically. I have been selling for over a year and this only the second issue. First time parcel was lost and Vinted refunded us both.

Hi all, Hope you are well! I've sold a few items over the last few days and my Evri parcel have been shown as dropped off. My Yodel and Royal Mail parcels are still being shoes as 'label sent to seller' even though I've dispatched them. Just wondering if this is widespread or just an issue for me? Thank you!

i have no idea what to do in this situation. i’ve tried doing the webchat with yodel and they’ve been completely useless. first time i tried it they said it would be delivered later that day. that was 3 days ago. tried it again the following day and they said they have launched an investigation, and i would hear from them in 24 hours. it’s been nearly 48 hours and i’ve had nothing. rang up the support number and the robot said they couldn’t connect with my parcel or something, and that i should contact the seller. the seller has no idea either 😆 where do i go from here?

Hello I sold a North Face Tracksuit - labelled as satisfactory there was damage to the pants but top was in good condition - £7 The item was delivered today, buyer has put in to vinted that the parcel has not arrived so the transaction has been suspended. Yodel have delivered and the confirmation changed. They now have sent me a message saying the item was not properly packaged and is damaged and they have refunded the buyer all in an hour. I had an email saying that my flip was going to be delivered yesterday (uk) about 4pm I checked the tracking and it said that there’s an issue and to contact the retailer. I spoke to customer services at yodel and the person told me that my parcel is with the driver and will be delivered by 9pm, but then also said it’s been put on hold upon my request… I said that they gave me 2 different answers within the same conversation and the guy just copy pasted that it would arrive by 9pm… It didn’t arrive and now I don’t know what to do, did anyone else have this issue?

I live on a road that is very similar to another local named road (Think Inbound Road/ Inland Road) A number of years ago we received a parcel for the same number but wrong road. A photo taken as they do with delivery companies. I was expecting a number of parcels so didn't think to check the actual address. I noticed before I opened said parcel saw address thought no issue I'll drop it round . I'm selling a PC and due to its size and weight i will need to have it collected from my door and delivered directly to the seller's doorstep in order for it to be delivered since all of the store to door options have refused to take my parcel due to it being too heavy for the driver to take and hence being left out at the parcelshop which is a pickle. I've enabled the "Yodel Door-to-Door Delivery" option and it simply does not show up to the buyer. How do i fix this issue?

I sold a coffee machine last week. This was my first time selling a non-clothing item on Vinted. The buyer said Yodel Door to Door was the only shipping option available. The parcel was collected on Saturday 25/10/2025. And since the collection, there were no tracking updates until today 27/10/2025 when it said the parcel was being returned to me. Hey guys, Hopefully someone can help me here, i order some boots I’ve been desperate for through vinted, What makes it worse is another parcel from vinted now seems to of had the same fate. I ordered them earlier in the month and the sellers both sent them out nice and fast, but now my evri tracking has been stuck and it appears they’ve lost the parcels. Im honestly quite devastated since i was really hunting these shoes down and I’ve contacted evri asking whats happened and this is what I’ve got back. Buyer has sent a claim that her parcel was never delivered yet yodel have marked it as delivered? It's store to store.. I'm pretty sure with store to store you have to scan the barcode and pick up? Vinted has given me the option to refund the member but I'm not going to until it's been investigated. It could be a genuine mistake but it seems too easy for people to avoid conflict and then scammera can get away with it. I've heard of parcels being marked as delivered with evri when they haven't but never heard of it from yodel? Has anyone experienced this? If anyone has some advice that would be nice :) Thanks

I ordered a really expensive bag on vinted and it was delivered on the weekend. Since I was away I wasn't able to confirm the delivery and missed the 2 day window to raise a ticket. Once I got back, the parcel was missing and post discussing with the building and neighbors, it was discovered the parcel was stolen. Yodel, the delivery agent, placed the parcel in an unsecure location where it's clearly mentioned do not leave parcels here and there's a locker box provided right opposite where all parcels are meant to be delivered. Is anyone else experiencing multiple parcels going missing? I ship several parcels a week and finding at least 1 going missing. I've got multiple sales waiting to pay out but have to wait 5 weeks before Vinted deem them as lost. So frustrating. What's going on with Evri, Yodel and InPost. They are all to blame at the moment.

In fact I may be tempted to simply run you over with my Fiesta if I encounter you on the street. I know times are tough, especially for small businesses, but please spend a little more and use a reliable courier. Increase your shipping/item cost if required. I sold an item last month during the yodel and InPost outage and surprise surprise it’s lost! Anyways, the buyer opens a case blah blah blah and next thing you know vinted has cancelled the order completely! I don’t know whether I will be getting any compensation as they haven’t told me anything other than the fact they have cancelled the order so the buyer can get their money back. This is insanely greedy and their customer service has always been a load of nonsense as they take more than 48 hours to reply. Is anyone able to tell me if this has also happened to them and if they have been compensated for their lost parcel?? Thank you
