Online Yodel Tracking

So I had an order earlier and the shipping option was to send to a relay store. 1, I’ve never heard of this courier I’m guessing it’s a newish company and 2, I thought I’m sure I don’t have this as an option. I went onto my shipping options and I don’t have it available. Then I noticed that despite me not offering it, vinted can still offer it to the buyer. Seems a bit naughty if I don’t offer that courier and sellers will obviously not offer them for a reason. They do say you can do a cancellation without receiving negative feedback, just wondered if anyone’s come across this before?

Hi all, relatively new to Vinted. I dropped 7 parcels off to my local Yodel drop off point the other night. They scanned all but one of them through the till. The label was printed and attached to the parcel. I noticed the next morning that it hadn’t been scanned, so I went to the store and they said it would have been picked up by their courier and still be delivered. The problem is, I now have no tracking and no proof that it was posted. Vinted is giving until 03/04 to post the parcel, which has obviously been done. I changed my internet provider to Virgin ​and the equipment was supposed to have been delivered on Saturday. It wasn't delivered, and today yodel tracking simply states "we have your parcel" not "out for delivery". And because of this one touch transfer thing, they have automatically switched off my previous internet provider. Now I've got no internet at home at all and no idea when the Virgin parcel will turn up. So I can't work from home at the moment and I do need to be able to do so on Thursday. Yodel have just dropped a parcel outside my front door which contained a Humeband. I haven’t heard of this company/item, and certainly didn’t order it (I’m very attached to my Garmin). I’m also confident that no one would order this for me as a gift. I have done a quick google and it suggests this may be a brushing scam? So someone just trying to use my name for a review? Is there anything I need to do? I have checked my bank accounts and cannot see any unusual charges. From my search I’m assuming there isn’t a risk I will be charged in the future? Or is this still possible? Edit to add that it was addressed to me using both my name and my address.

Hi, I sold a ring via Vinted for around £250. I was really nervous as have read about a lot of scams on here but went ahead and just tried to document the sale as much as possible. The buy is now saying that the parcel never arrived even though it is showing as delivered. It’s with Yodel so i totally believe it might not have actually arrived. The seller is requesting to see the receipt from me sending it - I assume there isn’t any harm in doing this but wanted to check first. Thanks!

Hey so i have sold an item on vinted, the guy has received the item said its fake and requested a refund. So let me explain the full situation He has photos of a van dropping off a small parcel which has has a photo of the glove in this parcel. Hi all, just looking for advice to alleviate my stress! Sold a pair of expensive boots on the 9th where I did accept an offer £10 less than the asking price. Posted on the 10th in a sturdy box. Watched the sending office put the label on it, checked it & everything. Yodel says delivered on 13th but there’s no picture of delivery! Scamming me? Sold a pair of shoes, the buyer enquired when they would be shipped out immediately after purchasing which was fine, and I sent them out same day. Then the parcel (Inpost home delivery) was marked as left in a safe place which was photographed and stated in the notes. Bought something on Vinted The item size wasn’t as listed so i raised an issue and returned through vinted with an automatic label which was yodel. Yodel apparently tried to deliver 3 days in a row and the buyer wasn’t in, and they apparently didn’t leave a card. I contacted Yodel directly who showed picture of the front door and said the parcel was at the depot to be picked up. Seller has said as they haven’t had a card through the door then they won’t pick up and are waiting on vinted to respond. Will I get a refund if they don’t pick up? i know they are only held at the depot for 7 days

I'm in one of these situations that since i'm working full time and the local RM depot works 2 hours a month the only way i can receive parcels is by using services that can be re-directed for collection from shops, lockers, etc. Otherwise the parcel ends up being returned to sender if lucky or they disappear into the void and gets lost for good There's something i want and only available from aliexpress, so i'm wondering if people is generally able to redirect somewhere for collection? From what i'm reading they use a range of last mile couriers. Evri i think can always be redirected once a tracking number is issued? RM only if tracked24 or tracked48 is used, but...

Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? I remember when I worked for the catalogues if Yodel picked an evri one up or visa versa the catalogue companies/courier companies had a agreement to exchange parcels so wondering if something similar existed.

Hey there, I need a recommendation on how to retrieve my money that Vinted has POSSESSED. The story is below: I liked and bought an item from an honest seller and they delivered the item through Yodel. Before buying, as all might guessed it, I paid the item fee, delivery fee and also Buyer Protection Fee (well come to this fee a bit later on).
