I need help. A delivery was made to my house. All of my orders were paid online so that whenever I have a parcel, hindi na need mag-abono ng lola ko sa bahay kapag wala ako (since I stay most of the days in a week in Manila due to university). This day, may nagdeliver sa family house ko. Hello, I tried to apply secured credit card through UB app. Yung pagibig account ang ginamit ko para sa holding deposit, and na approve naman. Ngayon gusto ko sana ipa branch pick up nalang yung card since wala ako now sa permanent address ko. Kaso saan pwede mag request nun? I tried calling sa customer service nila pero wala akong mahanap na option para maka usap sana ng agent. Wala rin akong natanggap na reference number or something like that para sa application ko, puro lang message sa email at sms. Really weird but around February 10, gcash sent a message about my gcash debit cars order being confirmed, with a reference number to boot. I havent logged in gcash for almost 7 months and have not inputted cash nor received any transaction alert. Admittedly didnt bother to login and checked it because fck gcash lmao dont wanna waste data downloading the app. Fast forward today and the card is finally out for delivery, to a person in Manila.
