My upgraded radwagon 4 got stolen. I had a nice 35amp controller upgrade and hydraulic brakes which made it amazing to ride. I live in a very hilly area so this was essential. Unfortunately rad left the UK a while ago so I'm looking for something similar which I can modify. It has to match UK law of being 250w limited at sale. It also has to be easily upgradeable and modifiable with welding / parts / electronics / seats. Anyone know of some good bikes that match this? Thanks!
