I am running the Steam Workshop Krone Swap mods by Sebastian7870 which makes the truck into a rigid chassis. I also have his invisible trailer mod. This is after encountering the same issue with Kraft's rigid chassis. I am training for a UK class 2/C license so I wanted to practice in game. No matter what, (I have always choose selected in gameplay) I cannot get the "skip loading" option to trigger in game. Backing up is obviously not possible as you can't see the invisible trailer, so skipping loading is necessary. I also have the game console up and running if this can be used in anyway. I've never thought about this before but in terms of cargo operations, ships like the Panther Clipper mk2, or even the Drake Class Fleet Carrier, are pretty underwhelming. A Plipper can hold \~1,200t of cargo. A Drake FC can hold 22,000t. But the Evergiven container ship can carry \~200,000t of cargo. The size-to-tonnage ratio doesn't really help explain this, either, as the Plipper is \~145m in length, the Evergiven is \~400m, and the Drake FC is around 3,200m. An obvious improvement is range, with the Evergiven being able to travel around 3 nano-lightyear on a full tank, compared to the Plippers 280ly and the Drake FC's 22,000.
