Hi all, I've had the fetch 4+ cargo bike for the last 12 months now, but directly from our local trek dealership here in the UK. Truthfully, the last 12 months has been a headache. Within the first 2/3 months we had the belt come undone and in order to have it repositioned they had to take parts of the bike apart and redone again. It took roughly 2/3 days for someone to come and investigate what was going on.
