So apparently something is coming, I check and it is from UBI SMART PARCEL LTD. I googled it and there is a post on this sub from 4 years ago and someone mentioned aliexpress. I have never ordered from ali express, I did Temu many times. Never from Shine or other asian related sites with cheap items. The item says today at 12:20am: Electronic information submitted by shipper I checked all my accounts, temu, aliexpress, etc...nothing. I have the canada post app and I got the notification early (or was it late night) night, I checked on my PC and nothing else. So...what am I getting at some point between now and next century?

I ordered something from an Etsy store that claims everything is handmade in Canada. I live in Canada. The tracking info is from Canada Post, but it shows that the item had to clear customs, and that it originated from "UBI SMART PARCEL LTD" -- a logistics company specializing in shipping things from China to other countries. I left a 3-star review because the item seems good but the seller misrepresented the origin. They're now trying to pay me to change my review (latest offer is more than 1/3 of what I paid for the item!) and insisting that they hand made it at their shop in Canada, and the courier must have made some sort of clerical error. I ordered my package from November and it’s been stuck at this point since the 3rd and no update and the rep doesn’t giving me clear answer and telling me I har to wait 45 days, And I tried to reach out UBI but nothing does anyone know if it’s lost or what I can do, Thanks in advance

anyone else getting these ****** notifications saying their package is in safe hands? and how can a package be processed twice at the same place I wrote a complaint and saw there were 480 wrote today so I'm guessing there must be someone else having this issue I've also had that safe hands notification twice today and another two yesterday and the day before like jeez make your mind up is it coming today yesterday or the day before or just never and also how is it going to turn up today at 9pm that notification makes no sense

My parcel was meant to land yesterday yet I have gotten an updated for 6 days. Is this normal with UBI met parcel tracking ? I also check with Royal Mail and they haven’t received anything yet. Someone let me know if this is normal.

I’ve been waiting for a parcel from China for just under a month now when it was meant to be delivered in 12-14 days. I switched the delivery to parcelshop but still no updates and when I contacted Customer Service email Claire said it was “potentially lost in our network.” Is the any hope for me at this stage?

I have a UBI Smart Parcel on the way and I would really like to have it by the end of the week. The tracker said it started being processed through customs on May 6 and cleared customs on May 8. This is in Vancouver btw. How long do these usually take to arrive after clearing customs? Can I expect this to come by Friday?

Hey guys, recently I bought something from a store on AliExpress that I’ve bought from before. My problem is finding who the lastmail carrier is… usually everything goes through auspost for me, but not this time. I’ve tried googling lastmail carrier and everything changes to last mile and they don’t seem to have my tracking number in their system either. Has anyone had this issue before? When you steal a plane or helicopter during those side missions then that's it - it's a one time mission for that particular location. The plane/heli will never reappear. But what about the side mission convoys? Will they always be there even after you finish the main campaign? (MC). Those Gas, Food Parcels, Comms missions. Coming from Ubis *Far Cry* games this is a worry of mine because in those games after you complete the MC the map is DEAD , nothing to do. I wish Ubi had left those stealing missions alone and let them always be there to give us stuff to do as we just message around after finishing the MC. Hope the covoys don't vanish?!
