anyone else getting these ****** notifications saying their package is in safe hands? and how can a package be processed twice at the same place I wrote a complaint and saw there were 480 wrote today so I'm guessing there must be someone else having this issue I've also had that safe hands notification twice today and another two yesterday and the day before like jeez make your mind up is it coming today yesterday or the day before or just never and also how is it going to turn up today at 9pm that notification makes no sense

Bought my watch (clean factory) literally a couple days before the factory raid and am worried it's been seized before leaving china. Am i just paranoid? My parcel was meant to land yesterday yet I have gotten an updated for 6 days. Is this normal with UBI met parcel tracking ? I also check with Royal Mail and they haven’t received anything yet. Someone let me know if this is normal.

I’ve been waiting for a parcel from China for just under a month now when it was meant to be delivered in 12-14 days. I switched the delivery to parcelshop but still no updates and when I contacted Customer Service email Claire said it was “potentially lost in our network.” Is the any hope for me at this stage?

I have a UBI Smart Parcel on the way and I would really like to have it by the end of the week. The tracker said it started being processed through customs on May 6 and cleared customs on May 8. This is in Vancouver btw. How long do these usually take to arrive after clearing customs? Can I expect this to come by Friday?

My problem is finding who the lastmail carrier is… usually everything goes through auspost for me, but not this time. I’ve tried googling lastmail carrier and everything changes to last mile and they don’t seem to have my tracking number in their system either. Has anyone had this issue before? I ordered something on Walmart back in October but the package got lost so they offered to send it again. Unfortunately, the strike started so I decided to patiently wait for updates, now that it's over, what should I do? When you steal a plane or helicopter during those side missions then that's it - it's a one time mission for that particular location. The plane/heli will never reappear. But what about the side mission convoys? Will they always be there even after you finish the main campaign? (MC). Those Gas, Food Parcels, Comms missions. Coming from Ubis *Far Cry* games this is a worry of mine because in those games after you complete the MC the map is DEAD , nothing to do. I wish Ubi had left those stealing missions alone and let them always be there to give us stuff to do as we just message around after finishing the MC. Hope the covoys don't vanish?! So my wife ordered me a Trimui Smart Pro from Mechdiy. The tracking shows that as of Dec 16, it has been cleared by customs in Vancouver. It hasn't changed status since. It was handled by UBI smart parcel. I assume it isn't moving because of Canada Post. Has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks

Did anyone receive their international mail shipped with UBI Smart Parcel while Canada Post in on strike? What courier did they use to deliver in Canada? My UBI tracking says ‘Parcel arrived at the delivery station’ but I don’t know what to expect from here.

Just a warning that Keychron ships direct from China using UBI Smart Parcel, which then gets handed over to Canada Post, which are currently on strike. My B1 Pro (was not available on Amazon) is currently stuck at Toronto Pearson Airport. Unfortunately Keychron are not using alternative shipping like AliExpress Choice Shipping and probably have no idea that the strike is in progress. Oh well... 😑 Update - my keyboard finally arrived on 07Dec (ordered on 20Nov) via UBI/Intelcom. Keychron response on shipping below: "Dear, Thank you for your message. DHL is the shipping method for keychron.com. keychron.ca uses Purlator, Wulala, and Intercom. Have a nice day"
