Hi, I have a buyer asking to enable shipping to Puerto Rico. I don’t have Puerto Rico excluded. Are they excluded from the U.S. tariffs? Googled, and it’s not 100% clear. I even tried to calculate the estimated shipping via snap ship, and received the error message in my screenshot. When I check Canada Posts excluded delivery locations, I don’t see them excluded.

My sister sent me a package of things she got me in Korea on 12/22 from Pennsylvania. It went to Puerto Rico (why?!) on Jan 1 and since Jan 5 the status “Moving through network” hasn’t changed. I also don’t see an expected delivery date, which packages usually have one. I am considering buying a new bike directly from Peloton for delivery to Puerto Rico. Has anyone ordered a bike to Puerto Rico recently and how long did it take to arrive? I previously bought one in December 2021 for delivery here in PR, and it did not arrive until April 2022. I'm wondering if that is still the wait time or if that was just covid delays. If it's going to take 3-6 months, I'd rather just buy a used on here. Peloton customer service says 2-4 weeks but they said in 2021 as well.
