I have had two separate, deeply frustrating experiences with StubHub that have cost me thousands of dollars in total, and the only reason I recovered any of it was through my credit card company — not StubHub. I purchased 6 tickets mid January, 2025 for the Bad Bunny concert in Puerto Rico on August 29, 2025. I later resold 2 of them through StubHub. The original seller of the 6 tickets never delivered them. In the days leading up to the concert, I repeatedly contacted StubHub and was assured that if tickets were not delivered, they would either provide replacement tickets or a full refund under their Fan Guarantee, and that I would not be held liable for the 2 tickets I had resold. Just got a notification that my package is in Carolina, Puerto Rico. I am so confused right now. I don’t live in Puerto Rico. I live in Nashville. USPS is a **** joke. 🫩🤣

I absolutely love the layout of this catalog and miss so many of these brands and items. I shipped a $100 controller on march 7th. The tracking hasn’t updated since it arrived in Indianapolis, less than two hours away from me. Today was the scheduled delivery day from the jump - should I be concerned? I’ve never had tracking refuse to update like this. Going from Indiana to Puerto Rico.
