Hey folks. Ordered a pair of headphones for around $181 from Best Buy online. I got "TForce" for my delivery and have had a bit of a kerfuffle with a whole bunch of delays and honestly no certainty that my product is actually going to arrive. They've already had one attempted delivery that was unsuccessful, but as previously said I'm not super confident that it'll get here if they try a second time (Opened an inquiry so fingers crossed). Best Buy's policy from what I understand is that if they try to deliver unsuccessfully two times they just refund. So I recently got laid of from my job (was a small box truck delivery driver for about 3 years), and was thinking about going back to warehouse work. I worked at a couple Amazon warehouses before that for about 3 years. I got experience on stand-up forklift, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and order pickers there. I figure with that experience I could possibly get a dock worker job at one of these places, even though I've never done sit-down forklift. They seem to pay very decently (Estes Express starts at $26-29 for instance). You can do 2nd or 3rd shift, which is what I actually want. Anyone else still waiting for their Black Friday orders from the Canadian merch store? It’s all over the place who the last mile delivery that Canadian orders get handed over too once they arrive in Canada. If enough people reach out about the horrible useless courier, TForce maybe they will stop using them as an option for delivery. My snowglobe had no issues, came within a week of being shipped because it was with Uni Uni. However my cardigan order got stuck with TForce and it has now been over a month and I don’t see receiving my order anytime soon! Just a heads up for those of you ordering large-item Ikea deliveries: depending on who the last-mile delivery subcontractor is, you may be in for an extremely painful experience. To be crystal clear, **Ikea** customer service has been **fantastic**. And I've had no issues with delivery with any of the standard courier services like FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. In my neck of the woods (Los Angeles), the last mile courier for larger items appears to be TForce Freight. I ordered Ikea closets for my house. The last mile was subcontracted to TForce Freight for delivery. First attempt: the day before delivery, I received a text with the delivery window. Two hours after the window passed, no show. All calls to their customer service lines results in hang ups. A call from Ikea customer service was able to get through, at which point TForce said they had a truck failure earlier in the day. I posted over the summer about my experience with TForce and their terrible delivery service. My issues were somewhat resolved, but TForce is back at it again. I was supposed to receive an order on 12/1, it is now 12/6 and I still do not have my order. I’ve reached out to RTR customer service twice now with literally no resolution. I am SO frustrated and disappointed. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I probably will cancel my RTR account. I also ordered a dress for an event and now I have to find an alternative (and I ordered in advance with RTR knowing this would happen with delivery). So I'm a CA resident who placed an order on Nordstroms website. Nordstrom uses a random logistics company called TFORCE LOGISTICS - I had never heard of them prior to ordering through Nordstrom. My package was shipped promptly by Norstrom to the TFORCE warehouse in Fullerton, CA. It arrived after 1 day to their location. My estimated delivery date was 11/29. Fast forward to now. I live in Toronto, and I have had three things from the Christmas drop (an ornament, the snowglobe and a cardigan) all ship through tforce (as different packages) and tforce has lost every one of them. They all were “missorted” multiple times, then sent out for delivery, then “missorted” again and then “delayed” and then just didn’t move for over a week. When I emailed them, I just got a copied and pasted reply basically saying I’ll get it when I’ll get it. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but this is already the second time I’ve bought RAM sticks on Shopee and the sellers still haven’t shipped them. I know it’s only the second day, but usually my orders get shipped by the next day. Is this because of the recent RAM price increase? Maybe they can’t ship my order yet because they haven’t adjusted their prices?
