Anyone else still waiting for their Black Friday orders from the Canadian merch store? It’s all over the place who the last mile delivery that Canadian orders get handed over too once they arrive in Canada. If enough people reach out about the horrible useless courier, TForce maybe they will stop using them as an option for delivery. My snowglobe had no issues, came within a week of being shipped because it was with Uni Uni. However my cardigan order got stuck with TForce and it has now been over a month and I don’t see receiving my order anytime soon! Just a heads up for those of you ordering large-item Ikea deliveries: depending on who the last-mile delivery subcontractor is, you may be in for an extremely painful experience. To be crystal clear, **Ikea** customer service has been **fantastic**. I ordered Ikea closets for my house. The last mile was subcontracted to TForce Freight for delivery. First attempt: the day before delivery, I received a text with the delivery window. Two hours after the window passed, no show. All calls to their customer service lines results in hang ups. A call from Ikea customer service was able to get through, at which point TForce said they had a truck failure earlier in the day. I posted over the summer about my experience with TForce and their terrible delivery service. My issues were somewhat resolved, but TForce is back at it again. I was supposed to receive an order on 12/1, it is now 12/6 and I still do not have my order. I’ve reached out to RTR customer service twice now with literally no resolution. I am SO frustrated and disappointed. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I probably will cancel my RTR account. So I'm a CA resident who placed an order on Nordstroms website. Nordstrom uses a random logistics company called TFORCE LOGISTICS - I had never heard of them prior to ordering through Nordstrom. I live in Toronto, and I have had three things from the Christmas drop (an ornament, the snowglobe and a cardigan) all ship through tforce (as different packages) and tforce has lost every one of them. They all were “missorted” multiple times, then sent out for delivery, then “missorted” again and then “delayed” and then just didn’t move for over a week. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but this is already the second time I’ve bought RAM sticks on Shopee and the sellers still haven’t shipped them. I know it’s only the second day, but usually my orders get shipped by the next day. Is this because of the recent RAM price increase? Just posting this to timestamp delivery in case of issue. Had some drive II delivered today, to find the box had been fairly significantly crushed during shipping. Driver left it without knocking or asking for a signature, so I couldn’t refuse the item. Leaving town for a bit, so will have to do a thorough check for damage when I return. Hopefully everything is fine! Has anyone had experiences with Tforce handling their wheels rough?
