Online Sunyou Tracking

I ordered Max v3TB from Jenny on the 5th November, with order and payment confirmed the same day Package is being sent via Sunyou post, but it’s been stuck on ‘pre-shipment info sent to the United Kingdom’ since the 8th November. I have contacted SunYou with no response yet. Is anyone else having shipping issues with Sunyou?

not a super important post, just wondering how long shipping usually takes for you guys. I'm shipping to UK and it has been stuck 'arrived at port of origin' for about 4 days now, even after clearing customs. It's been sent with Sunyou post I believe. Do these packages get lost often?

Hi everyone. On July 30, I've ordered a pair of Pro (5.3 TB) on Earhive. 13 days later the package hasn't been shipped. I was wondering if you guys had similar issues with Earhive. I don't think it's a normal processing time and the seller just says it will be shipped "soon". I ordered from a "trusted seller" to be sure but I still have to experiencing this.

Hello there . i've ordered on 7th june a pair of 5.2tb from jenny and on the 20th june they got the update: "arrived at Destination Country Airport" and since then I got no more updates about my package(its been 7 days) even with the second tracking number provided by the sunyou post(SYAE tracking number and the second is made only by numbers) that is not valid by this time if I try to track it. Is my parcel lost or something else? What do those dates mean ? Is it the day it arrives to my country or is it the day it arrives to my house?

ok so i asked on this sub before if it was possible and i got mixed responses so i just decided to order on my own and try my luck. so i ordered a $4 item off aliexpress and got the standard shipping for $6, so my total was about $10 including shipping. so the item took about 20 days to arrive from china, so fairly quick considering it was standard shipping. the item was shipped by sunyou post and then jordan post, they sent me a msg and i went to pick it up from the main office. so apparently, minimum jamarek rate is 5jd flat, and there is a 2jd service fee so total is 7jd, they asked for id and it took a bit of time to process it, they also have a delivery option for 3jd i think. o...

Around 70+ days ago I purchased several items from eBay and they were shipped from China using Sunyou Post. I've read about how notorious they are for delivering late. A lot of the sellers were nice enough to give me a refund while others told me to wait patiently for a package that should have arrived 15-30 days ago. I tried contacting Sunyou Post to no avail.
