So i started a customised embroidery business and i was sending parcels through speed posts. They were getting delivered fine but when i sent two parcels from simple post they weren’t delivered. Almost a month and the they weren’t delivered. I was going to the post office every weekend to ask and they weren’t being helpful and last night they literally yelled at me and were extremely rude and were shouting profanities, and it was the manager at the post office who behaved this way.
