I'm appearing for NIOS Stream-4 (On-Demand Exam) in March for Maths, Chemistry and English, and I’m applying TOC for Physics and Biology from my CBSE marksheet. I have a few doubts: Is it okay to submit TOC documents by Speed Post, or is it strongly recommended to visit the Regional Centre physically? For speed post delivery what documents should I have to give for toc ? Do I have to send original marksheet through speed post to regional centre or self attested copy of marksheet will work ? Has anyone successfully completed TOC without visiting the RC? Any common mistakes I should avoid while sending TOC documents?

The buyer confirmed they received the item, loved it, and wants to leave a review, but asked me to “mark it as delivered” on Etsy so they can review. As far as I know, sellers can’t manually mark orders as delivered. Does Etsy allow reviews based on the delivery window even if tracking never syncs? How do you usually handle this as a seller? The box originally contained **multiple consumable items**, packed properly in **multi-layer packing**. When my sister received it, **all items were missing**. I was looking for the original battery for the U14 Global for a long time 1. Chinese platforms like Aliexpress have batteries only for the Chinese version of the U14 (BP51). 2.Global version (BM5Y) was only available in EU online stores, but they don't deliver to the USA. 3. My Speed Post article from 743222 to 560083 was wrongly marked as "Insufficient Address", even though the address was 100% correct. The delivery person clearly didn't attempt delivery and put a fake remark. I finally received the parcel today, but this kind of false update caused unnecessary stress and delay.. What to do next ? So, Axis Bank rejected my CC application without no reason and when I sent them a mail asking the reason, I receive a mail saying that the card application has been approved, and the card delivery process will be initiated within the next 2–3 days.
