Curious how we feel about home OB call. I'm talking physician-only practice with zero anesthesiologists in-house for OB, with actively running epidurals. Only exception is for trial of labors. This shop isn't exactly low volume - close to 2000 deliveries/year in a not-so-healthy part of the country, and the remainder of the OB team is in-house at all hours. Where do you draw the line for feasibility or comfort with home OB call in a setup like this? And at what point do you push the hospital to start stipending for 24h in-house coverage?

I don't know if the pool of shoppers has changed. I am in Los Angeles and as you all probably know Instacart shoppers are guaranteed at least 120% of minimum wage plus mileage - so they are guaranteed a base minimum wage of at least $20 per hour plus mileage.
