I’ve had ok experience with OnTrac so far but after my latest delivery, I’m annoyed! I live in an apartment complex with locked gates around the property but there is a main entrance by the office with a gate code and I know regular delivery drivers with OnTrac and other services have keys to access the other gates because I’ve gotten many packages delivered to my door in the 3 years I’ve been here. Yesterday, I had an item out for delivery, usually OnTrac delivers after I’m home from work around 5:30 pm. I got a notification around 6:30 saying the package was delivered to my door at 5:37 and I go to check outside and nothing. Nowhere on my patio or the neighbor’s. I haven’t...

I’ve contacted the call number and couldn’t get through and I chatted with them and they wasn’t trying to help at all . When I showed them screen shots . When I press that it does nothing

So, this morning I ordered some bagels and cream cheese from my favorite local bagel shop. Super fast delivery, but the cream cheese was not in the bag. It happens. So, I reached out on the app and they offered a credit or refund of $3.10. Great, I think. I take the credit. Then I started thinking. I look at the prices in the app. So, six bagels without cream cheese is $9.99, but six bagels with cream cheese is $13.99. So, basically, I paid $4 for the cream cheese. It’s 90 cents, but it’s the point. So, I reached out to customer disservice. I'm taking delivery of a 2026 Model Y in just a few days and will be trading in my 2024 Model Y (owned/financed) I just went for an errand and noticed a crack in my windshield, right next to the front camera module. Crack starts fromthe top of the windwhield and goes down along the length of the camera module, maybe a few 6-7 inches long. I highly doubt I can find a repair shop that can do this within a few days Obviously being just a few days away from delivery my trade-in and financing have both been completed/accepted. I have not had any issues with OnTrac up until this past Saturday where my package from Nike was delivered to the wrong address. Our neighbors caught footage of the driver setting the box down, taking a picture of it, and then taking the package with him back to his vehicle. Nike was able to refund me asap and I never got an update about the case investigation. 2 days later I had a lululemon package that was out for delivery, didn’t get delivered due to “unable to deliver”. I'm not familiar with Shopify but recently placed a few orders online that direct me to the Shop app for tracking and delivery updates. It's my understanding that the Shop app & Shopify are essentially the same, please correct me if I'm wrong! I want to reroute my packages to be picked up at a FedEx location so it's important I get the tracking info shortly after they're shipped. Currently, all packages say "Preparing Shipment" under Orders. If I click a specific order however, they all say "On the way". Hi guys, Wife and I are currently building a deck and our hot tub died today. Unfortunately, we’re having to move relatively quickly on this so I’ve been researching like a mad man and calling around to try to get the best options for us. We found a rebuilt Sundance Peyton from a local hot tub repair shop for $5200 which includes delivery, instillation, and a 1 year warranty from the shop itself (not manufacturer). Is this a good deal or a nightmare waiting to happen? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is our first tub we’re buying ourselves as the old one came with the house.
