For several months now I’ve been dealing with memory leak issue that keeps locking up any of our workstations that are using windows 11. The issue is appearing on windows 11 machines using 24h2 and 25h2, and even the newest kb update did not resolve the issue. I think I have tried everything I could find. Disabled delivery optimization, cleared windows update cache, sfc an dism commands, in place windows repair, malware scan, temporarily disabled BITS and sysmain but the issue continues. I was having a problem; Windows Spotlight on my desktop never updated. So I did some research and found a guy helping someone else with the same problem. He said to delete all the files in: *^(\\AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager\_cw5n1h2txyewy\\LocalState\\Assets)* And that's what I did, but not only did it not solve the problem, now Windows Spotlight on the lock screen is gone, and everything is black.
