SOLUTION: win + r -> cleanmgr -> C: -> Clean all (mainly Delivery Optimization Files) I tried everything that I found to fix updating and it always leads to first boot error 0xC1900101 - 0x30017. When updating it jumps from 12% to 30% and reboots, showing "Attempting to recover installation", and then a reboot following "Undoing changes made to your computer".
