So I’m moving back to the us after about half a year and my stuff has like doubled and I went to sf express and their quote for shipping was super high does everyone just get like another suitcase to go back or is there another way to get stuff back to the us?

I sold an item to a buyer in China. I used the ebay international shipping option, so I bought the label, sent it to the US based ebay shipping hub, and from there ebay sent it to the buyer in China. But since April 30 it's said that it could not be delivered since the receiving address was wrong/incomplete. I called SF express (the carrier) and escalated the situation. The buyer made an item not received request, for which I sent them a message about the tracking status and gave them the latest tracking number. If they can't deliver the package will I need to refund the buyer with my own money or will ebay cover it? Isn't it ebay's responsibility once the box reaches the...

Idk the correct flair for this but has anyone tried the sheun sf express? It says it'll make my order arrive early but I'm worried na it won't. If anyone here has tried ordering and added additional payment for sf express, did it arrive at the estimated date?

Hi everyone, I have a reservation in 22953 Gujarat SF Express and I’ll be boarding from Dadar while travelling to Ahmedabad. I checked the “Where is My Train” app and it shows the train will arrive at Platform 3 at Dadar (Western). But as far as I know, Platform 3 is usually used for local trains, so I’m a bit confused. Does Gujarat SF Express actually arrive on Platform 3 sometimes, or could the app be showing incorrect information? Has anyone recently boarded this train from Dadar Western? Thanks in advance!

This is just a rant/experience post. I have been regularly travelling in sleeper class from Chennai to Mumbai and Mumbai to Chennai. I usually take Mumbai LTT SF or MGR Chennai Central SF express. My experience has always been very good. Toilets and wash basins were clean. There were no ticketless/waitlisted passengers in coach and the coach felt very clean. However, this time my experience was complete opposite in both directions i.e Chennai to Mumbai as well as Mumbai to Chennai. This is a picture from 2019. I travelled from Thiruvananthapuram North (Kochuveli then) to Madgaon on this train, in a general compartment! Back then, this train used to have 6 general compartments, and because it was a superfast train with limited stops, those compartments were mostly empty. (Most people were sleeping comfortably.) That was my longest general compartment journey (17 hours) at the time, and also the most comfortable one till date. Post-COVID, they reduced the number to 4. I haven't travelled on it after that. Are there any Long distance SF Express trains nowadays with 6 general compartments?

Family of 4 with kids arriving PVG Friday evening at 530. Last gaotie not booked out is 815pm. We have special equipments that we'd like to ship via SF express instead of taking with us. Also have a stroller, a diaper bag, backpacks, carry-ons and checkins. 1) what is the best way to get to HQ and catch our train 2) should I do SF express at PVG, to maybe ship some luggage along with the special equipment.
