Package arrived in Dublin last week(came from China, landed in Netherlands first), Has moved to a “sorting station” twice since then but the tracking info doesn’t tell me which courier/post it’s using. Have entered my SF express tracking number into all the usual suspects but no info shows, Wondering if maybe it has a new tracking number after getting handed over from SF Express

Hello, just wanted to share my experience and ask for advice. I ordered from iHerb last January 25, 2026 and SF Express was automatically selected as the courier (it was the only option). The ETA was February 3–6, 2026 and both iHerb and SF Express tracking showed that my parcel was “out for delivery.” However, it was not delivered within the ETA. When I checked the SF Express tracking again, the status changed to: *“Delivery failed (as the receiver could not be reached due to unavailability/power-off/no signal).
