Kmart home delivery wtf
1d ago
I work in Port Melbourne and our boss asked me to get Christmas decorations from Kmart.
We qualified for free delivery so I ordered it to be delivered to the office. We have reception staff and delivery has never been a problem.
Until now.
Kmart were apparently unable to deliver it (this is bs, I know we had full reception coverage that day) and so they took it to a collection point in BRUNSWICK?!?
Why not a closer collection point like in South Melbourne or Albert Park?
Now I’m fuming because I’m going to somehow have to get from Port Melbourne to Brunswick and back during my lunch break on Monday. My break is 30 minutes. I’ll be lucky if I even make it to Brunswick in that tim...

As a Shopify store owner, you know that customer satisfaction doesn’t end once an order is placed; it extends all the way to delivery. That’s why reliable order tracking is so important. When customers can easily follow their package’s journey, it builds trust, reduces anxiety, and cuts down on support tickets asking, “Where’s my order?”
Using [Australia Post](https://www.pluginhive.com/australia-post/) tracking on your store gives your customers instant visibility into their shipments, helping you deliver a smoother post-purchase experien...
Auspost deliveryman won't knock on unit above ground floor
17d ago
I was expecting an important delivery on Monday so I arranged to work from home on the day and literally working just 2 meters from my door in Bankstown. I received a notification that the delivery would arrive around 12 to 1pm but was not hearing any knock or seeing notification on my door cam that someone was there. Suddenly at 1:30pm I got a notification that the deliveryman had attempted to deliver but could not find a safe place to leave my parcel so it was then brought to the nearest post office. The app also provided a photo proof of attempted delivery which shows a photo of my mailbox downstair.
The building has no access restriction so the deliveryman could have just walked up 2 f...
I know I am just screaming into the void here but how is this business still in operation? This must be one of the worst couriers in Australia... Why do companies still choose to work with them? It's insane.
They never deliver packages. Every... single.. ****... time we get a "Unable to Deliver" or "Unsafe to leave" message and then told we have to go to some random news agent a suburb or two away to pick up our package. Me and my partner both work from home and we never heard a doorbell or a knock or anything.
I know people are going to say "Just don't order from shops that use couriers please" but it's actually really difficult because a lot o...
Not sure if this was posted yet. Just wanted to bring it to everyone's attention.
I honestly have never seen LRG send out this many email updates on one particular title before. I've ordered from them for several years now and if there's a delay they always send one generic email with no flair, but these updates for Trails remake are being sent with background artwork and a positive tone that I'm not used to getting from them.
Something serious must happened in the back office I bet...
I have had no end of troubles getting goods into FBA facilities in Australia. I am only a small trader with say 10-20 cartons per month. I’ve been using Sendle then Aramex and the pickup is no problem but I can wait up to 2 weeks for the delivery and this is LOCAL less than 20km from my business. Does anyone have advice on the best way?

A few weeks ago I dropped off a parcel at a drop off point in Mt Claremont and thought all was well until the recipient let me know it hadn’t arrived. Sendle investigated and found no evidence that I dropped it off, preventing me from receiving their insurance coverage. I went to the drop off location but they didn’t have cctv of the day I dropped it off. Now I’m confused what happened … the staff at the drop off point didn’t check it in properly so I’m left wondering if they took it. Anyone had similar experiences from Sendle drop off at this location?

The Cheapest Canada Post Shipping Alternatives (2025)
190d ago
This subreddit along with several others will soon be filled with business owners scrambling to find alternative shipping solutions after another potential Canada Post strike.
It almost wrecked my business last year and I hope my research below will help someone out.
These shipping strikes are terrible for business. As if Canadian e-commerce wasn’t already behind enough.
For those considering cheap alternative shipping options, I’ve compiled a list of the top alternatives with a focus on e-commerce. I don’t think personal shippers have too much to worry about.
I’ve done my research and hope this helps. Let’s look at the options (as of May 5):

PLEASE STOP USING SENDLE.
My recent purchase, although the seller is only 25km away, I had to get delivery because Ive been busy and still too busy to drive the 30 minutes to pick up. The seller chose to use sendle.
Long story short its been 8 days (6 business days) since the package was dropped off and picked up at one of sendles hubs. It is now delayed and will take longer to deliver.
So let me reiterate, its taking sendle 8+ days to deliver a package that was 25km away. What makes things worse is I live around 15km from the warehouse they send the packages out from. Ridiculous to even call them a delivery service.
