Online Sendle Tracking

Autofil accidentally sent a pair of boots to my old apartment and I had sendle pick up the item to my new address a few suburbs over. The item was picked up and was to be delivered on the monday, the closure was announced on the saturday. The package was coming up as being delivered and was delayed a few times, another email saying out for delivery and would be late, then nothing. I am currently overseas which makes it harder. I called Couriers please, who were the people picking up my parcel, the first time I called they said they had my package, the box is from a shoe brand that has branding on the mail packaging ($700 boots). 2 days later I am told my package is "lost in transit"...

A small company used Sendle to send a package to me 3 days before they shut down. It made it to regina. For the last 10 business days, in the morning it says out for delivery and by midnight its updated that its back at the depot and will be on its way again soon. What company in regina deals with Sendle packages cause I would like to call and figure out how to get my package.

I recently shipped two items with sendle and since they have been picked up ive yet to receive any update other then they are in transit. Its been past the expected delivery date and my buyer has asked me where it is. Im in canada and the packages were shipping domestically, sendle is not answering their inbox at all either. What do I do? What will happen?

Is anyone able to offer some advice or help with this situation. My husband had sent a package via Sendle days before they abruptly closed. It had original art work and was being sent to the USA. the last update was that it was at a depot in NSW awaiting carrier pick up. Sendle stated that any parcels in transit would be up the delivery partners if they delivered the parcel. So what happens if they don’t collect the parcel (which they obviously aren’t)? Surely Sendle can’t just keep the package?? We’d happily pay for it to be collected by a courier but we have no idea where it is apart from NSW and apparently Sendle are no contactable. Australian parcel and courier service Sendle has suddenly ceased operations, leaving [small businesses](https://www.9news.com.au/business) in limbo. Sendle, founded in 2014, sent an email to customers informing them that the service will be halting all bookings "effective immediately" from yesterday, January 11. "If you have any existing or scheduled bookings with us: Any parcels that have already been picked up and are in transit will be delivered at the discretion of the delivery partner," the message reads.

Shopify partnered with Sendle for it's shipping labels, but in Canada and Australia, Sendle has just announced it has shut it's doors. Go to their website and you will see the announcement, and you should have received an email. Any packages in transit, will be delivered at the discretion of the delivery provider (Direct quote from Sendle) and if you need information about a delivery in transit contact the delivery provider directly. They have closed their social media accounts for those countries too, and if you try and contact via email, you get an automatic response saying they have closed and the email is not monitored. Edit - just returned from the drop off location and was able to collect the parcel back. They were confused at first but I explained the situation. Will be using Aus post from now on. Hello everyone, I’ve dropped off a package over a week ago (24/12/25) at a sendle drop off location and it still hasn’t been picked up from the location (on the 29/12/25 mentions “parcel not ready yet”). Anyone have any advice on what to do now they are bankrupt and have halted deliveries? should I contact ebay or go to the drop off location and try and get the parcel back and lose on the cost of the label.
