Online Purolator Tracking

The tracking hasn’t even updated. Why is purolator and fleet optics (which I hadn’t heard of before) able to deliver parcels when they are supposed to but not CP?

Someone tell me why Purolator suddenly have trouble finding my address, after delivering dozens of orders from H&M using the same address? Hitting me with this “Address correction required” bullshit? What the heck am I supposed to do? They have the right address but won’t deliver the parcel. I can’t “update” the address because the sender needs to do it, and H&M refuses to deal with it until 10 business days has passed. I have half a mind to just ask for a charge back from my credit card because wtf? Update: they finally called me about a 6 day delay and asked me to re-confirm my address. Starting with a missed connection December 1st, it was unclear where this connection was supposed to be or which province it was in. Delivery rescheduled until the next day, then Tuesday also had no new scan but a phone agent said the parcel was in Moncton waiting for a connection to Saint John. A trace was started and was supposed to hear from that agent by Wednesday at lunch. Still never heard a useful update or single location from the trace agent and it is now December 8th. Strange tracking update showed up this afternoon that it has been transferred to Canada Post in Saint John. Past tense as if the transfer has been completed. Dropped off parcel to ship to Pointe-Claire Qc, 20 minutes after dropping it at Purolator the tracking says my parcel is ready for pickup.

I just checked tracking on a parcel I have shipped & the item has been sitting waiting for the customer to pick it up from Purolator for over a week. Does anyone have any experience with this situation? Will the parcel be sent back to me? I’m sure Purolator won’t hold it much longer.

I wasnt home when driver arrived and they left ticket for me to pick up parcel at depot. I get there present ticket, they scan it and then cant find parcel. I am told to file with Trace Department which I do. They take my info about it then send me a blowoff email as if I tried to scam them. If they went to video recording inside depot they would have seen I didnt get my parcel. Consider this...what if none of their cameras record anything at any depot and they just use them as a false threat to keep the employees in line.How safe would you feel using their service knowing that. I am convinced an employee stole my parcel and got away with it because loss prevention really has no way to catc...

I see a lot of inquiries about this... it seems like Purolator is experiencing delays. My parcel hasn't moved since Nov 13th (morning).

I'm shopping around for a commercial account, and I unfortunately don't think I can rely on Canada Post. While the strike is annoying, I also don't want to support Canada Post's douchebag execs by going with Purolator. Have any small business owners made the switch to FedEx or UPS? How has this affected your business and your bottom line? Are there other carriers you'd recommend for small parcels to Canada and the US, other than the ones I've named? Thank you, have a good day!

hey canadians, does anyone know if aliexpress is exclusively using purolator now since canada post went on strike? my last 5 orders have all come through purolator, not complaining at all since their miles better then canada post just curious update: 95% of my parcels are now coming through uni uni who passes them on to dragonfly for final delivery, about 5% come through purolator, it appears AE has completely divested themselves from canada post (thank god)

We used Canada Post to send a parcel to UK. Specifically told it would be sent to the address of the recipient and that no duties would be owing. Instead it is sent to an obscure Royal Mail Customer Service Point. No notice sent to recipient. Over $100 in postage for that service. DHL/FedEx/Purolator next time.

Package shipped out Oct 9th and made it to Ontario in 4 days and left on the 5th day (normal and acceptable). Then it takes another 4 days just to reach my province, its a bit long considering if moved through the majority of canada in the same time but still not that big of a deal. THEN it takes another 3 days to move 1.5 hours away from Dieppe to Saint John, fine so be it. At this point my package only has to travel another 30 minutes to my home in Lower Greenwich but it missed a connection. Posting here because I think most/many of the people visiting this sub are postal workers like me. My friends, family and my customers are supportive but can’t understand what we’re going through.
