Online Purolator Tracking

Effing Purolator. Does anyone have the number for the Depot, because I want to call and go aboard the manager. My parcel has been sitting in the depot at Duffy Pl. since the morning of Feb. 27th because of, according to their Tracking, "weather delays." **** right off, Purolator, it's been blue skies and/or clear roads the last 10 days. What it is, is that some lazy-arse driver can't be bothered to drive 10 minutes past the Goulds because it'll be the only delivery to the area.

My shipping address is at a UPS Store in Markham, Ontario L3P, where my family has been a customer for a quarter of a century. I have been the recipient of 4 FedEx shipments at this address in the past 3 months, all from online shops, no signature required on any. While they all used different services: 1. Priority Overnight (domestic, 2 shipments) 2. International Priority from the United States 3. She went in the back to look and ten minutes later I had my bed frame. If only I'd thought of this four weeks ago. Canada Post just sent me 3 notifications in a row for parcels that the seller shipped by Purolator (back when I bought them last year). Has anyone else noticed this weirdness?

I started my hoodies brand recently and the manufacturer shipped the hoodies using purolator. I have been waiting for the parcel for 20 days now, no updates whatsoever, on 29th i get an update that there was an attempt to deliver but couldn’t do it because of address, now all of a sudden one of the boxes is damaged, one box was attempted to deliver but driver just left right away and one of the boxes is still out for delivery, mind you all these boxes were shipped AT THE SAME TIME BY THE SAME PERSON FOR THE SAME LOCATION….

On Dec 17, someone sent a parcel to me containing Christmas presents. They chose the overnight option. The following day, the parcel departed the nearest sort facility. I tried to request this and they said it would be billed to the shipper. Will Posh charge me for it? I'm trying to get the parcel back because it's been sitting there since October, buyer has completely dropped off the face of the earth, Purolator won't RTS automatically apparently, and I've long since received the pay from Poshmark.

Yesterday was a beautiful, sunny day in Halifax, but my parcel is delayed because of a weather?? I’d get it if the package was stuck somewhere that is having bad weather, but it’s been in Halifax since yesterday morning 🤯 Two other packages were out for delivery yesterday from Purolator, they showed delivered to a house nowhere near me, but when I called they were at a gas station to be picked up FFS they need to get their **** together!!

Product shipment originates 30km from my house. Then a fake delivery attempt (and I have a Purolator auth sticker on my front door) and the package ends up, 2 days later at a depot 30km from my house from which I must pick up the parcel. I actively avoid any shops using Purolator to ship for this reason. Useless.

Had a bunch of technical books and supplies of decent value being shipped. It required a signature. I was working out of town when the delivery date was predicted, so I used the app to choose pickup instead. This was two days prior to the delivery date and select when I made purchase. Today while at work I was notified that the delivery was made. They apparently left it on the front step of the house. When I got home, nothing was there.

Customized gifts were shipped on 08th December from Toronto, and the the destination is Thunder Bay, Ontario. The ETA was 15th December. But nothing updated till today 17th December. Called the customer service and never had an agent answered the calls. Went to Purolator's shipping centre in Thunder Bay, staff said the parcel might have arrived in Thunder Bay, but delay for sorting and delivery. What the **** is it? I need the parcel as a gift for a party. How frustrating it is. Will never use this courier.

I have five parcels that were unfortunately shipped by the seller via Canada Post. These items were ordered on the 8th of December and picked up on the 9th. The items were shipped out of Ontario and were coming to PEI. They arrived on the island and were "out for delivery" on the 11th. Received update today that they will now be delivered on the 24th. The 24th is Christmas Eve and this is Canada Post we're talking about so realistically I can expect these parcels sometime in the end of February. The tracking hasn’t even updated. Why is purolator and fleet optics (which I hadn’t heard of before) able to deliver parcels when they are supposed to but not CP?

Someone tell me why Purolator suddenly have trouble finding my address, after delivering dozens of orders from H&M using the same address? Hitting me with this “Address correction required” bullshit? What the heck am I supposed to do? They have the right address but won’t deliver the parcel. I can’t “update” the address because the sender needs to do it, and H&M refuses to deal with it until 10 business days has passed. Starting with a missed connection December 1st, it was unclear where this connection was supposed to be or which province it was in. Delivery rescheduled until the next day, then Tuesday also had no new scan but a phone agent said the parcel was in Moncton waiting for a connection to Saint John. A trace was started and was supposed to hear from that agent by Wednesday at lunch. Still never heard a useful update or single location from the trace agent and it is now December 8th. Dropped off parcel to ship to Pointe-Claire Qc, 20 minutes after dropping it at Purolator the tracking says my parcel is ready for pickup.

I just checked tracking on a parcel I have shipped & the item has been sitting waiting for the customer to pick it up from Purolator for over a week. Does anyone have any experience with this situation? Will the parcel be sent back to me? I’m sure Purolator won’t hold it much longer.

I wasnt home when driver arrived and they left ticket for me to pick up parcel at depot. I get there present ticket, they scan it and then cant find parcel. I am told to file with Trace Department which I do. They take my info about it then send me a blowoff email as if I tried to scam them. If they went to video recording inside depot they would have seen I didnt get my parcel. Consider this...what if none of their cameras record anything at any depot and they just use them as a false threat to keep the employees in line.How safe would you feel using their service knowing that. I am convinced an employee stole my parcel and got away with it because loss prevention really has no way to catc...

I see a lot of inquiries about this... it seems like Purolator is experiencing delays. My parcel hasn't moved since Nov 13th (morning).
