My goals are not big law nor solely public interest. I would like to be in a strong regional market and a mid or small-ish firm there. Ideally would like to be in NC (Charlotte/Raleigh), DC/VA (It's close to home and familiar), or PA (I don't want to go to school in Pitt but Im fine working in Pitt). Ohio/TN are a options I'm entertaining. It's important that I can afford to live in the place I'm moving to and that there are good job opportunities there as my partner is moving with me. Pros and cons so far298d agoI have gotten into Penn State, Drexel, Pitt, Ohio State, Fordham, IU Kelley I have gotten deferred from some other schools but for someone who wants go to into business/econ/international relations, what are pros and cons of each school My parents are willing to thankfully pay for my undergrad so I am not taking costs into factors plus I have gotten merit aid from most of these schools. Also, I would have to travel to most of these schools, so I want to see what I can shortlist before! Including Princeton (Repeat)399d agoGiven the number of "OMG, Texas and Texas A&M need official score reports" on their due dates, it's probably a good time for a reminder that yes, some schools require an official score report with their application. For some reason "OMG, Princeton...." seems to be the most popular post the day or two before the due date, every year, but there are others - Penn State, Pitt, Ohio State, Maryland, off the top of my head. And check with the school's admissions web site. The very first result from Googling "schools requiring an official score report" lists schools that do not. (My above list may be the same.) Does anyone have experience with Pitt-Ohio’s driver apprentice program? I applied for it yesterday so I’m not expecting to hear back from them till next week (if I do at all). My question though, is it a difficult program to be accepted into? Has anyone been thru or is currently in the program? Also the terminal I applied to is my home terminal in Pittsburgh pa. I never knew Blue Mountain and the Allegheny were so beautiful until I became a trucker. A special shout out to those Pitt Ohio truckers that drive those mountains like it’s nothing.
