Hi Im looking for advice specifically for Etsy first class Mail letter/flat options the ones that use Pitney Bowes shipping. I just started using these and I have one order that has been stuck in pre transit for 3 business days now. From what I understand this shipping method tracking can be unreliable and not update frequently. Im looking for advice from other sellers with experience with this on how to manage these type of situations because the problem is now it’s been days and it looks like I never dropped off the item at the post office from a buyers perspective. I have current hold request for all my packages, but I still get the for delivery notification. I can't edit delivery instructions as well. It's a priority mail, lable created by Pitney bowes. Is this normal? Don't want my package to be stolen because I can't pick it up for another 2 days .

Shipped out a Pokémon card and it was returned back to me. Not sure why But when I checked my eBay account it showed the card as delivered and funds are already sent to me. I’ve shipped over 50 cards now without any issues. Need advice on how to proceed with this matter professionally.

I just got a hold on my account because most of my orders say "pre transit". This is because usps sends the items as letters, the tracking is through Pitney Bowes and they rarely ever update the tracking info. I have confirmed that customers have received their items meanwhile they still say pre-transit, but mailing them as flats is the only good option here. Idk what else to do
