Online Pitney Bowes Tracking

Well, my package made it from Tennessee to the indy hub, then to Michigan, back to indy and now is finally out for delivery. Sure it's only taken a month but at least it's getting delivered. Now the real question is.......will it be in one piece? I have my doubts

I am wondering if [Stamps.com](http://Stamps.com) options for tracking are better than Pitney Bowes? I sell greeting cards and card stock items that will fit in a small A2 size envelope. The problem is when I have used Etsy's option for flat card mailing- it never gets scanned and tracked by the post office. It's through Pitney Bowes and even when I have sent a link to their tracking to buyers- most of the time it never was scanned in route or on delivery by the post office/postal carrier. It was just hit and miss and I ended up refunding buyers (not sure if this fell under seller protection if I buy the label from Etsy?) and I stopped using it.

I have a buyer who purchased a greeting card from me December 4th, and I promptly sent it in the mail the next day using the Flat “Pitney Bowes” label through Etsy. It showed that it was scanned in Portland by Dec 6th, but has not moved since. Buyer has messaged twice in the last week about the card not being received by the anticipated date, and tracking not updated. I told her she could probably open a case with Etsy to get refunded (while it wouldn’t affect me since I sent it on time and using Etsy label, showing tracking was updated). I bought a pokemon card on Nov 21. It was not an expensive card, but one of my daughter's favorite ones of her less loved pokemon characters. I messaged them Dec 2, and they said they shipped it. Today WN marked it as delivered, but pitney bowes says this as of Dec 16 7pm cst. I still don't have it.

Hello all. I just wanted to ask everyone's opinion on my problem so I can either get my item or my money one way or another. I know it's the holidays but this whole deal has just stripped me of my patience some. Here's the run down: offer was accepted for an item (located 5 hours from me) on Nov. 27th. So as someone who's fell victim to Pitney Bowes losing my package on several occasions, I find myself wondering as to why in the world no one has filed a class action lawsuit against them. Clearly both sellers and buyers are disgruntled by their clear negligence and mishandling of our packages, so why is no one decided that enough is enough and sued them for it. We have a Pitney Bowes machine for sending out our monthly invoicing and the occasional bulk mailing. I find the company exponentially frustrating to work with. Lots of dark patterns on their website. Trying to get use to renew our lease early and charging us $5 more a month to do it. No way I can find to talk to an actual human either on the phone or via the chat option on their website. Thinking of switching to a something different. We have tried to get as many customers on emailed statements and invoices as possible, but we still need to send about about 100 statements a month. Just standard #10 envelopes. No packages. Update: Seller ended up reimbursing me for the postage due. The package was filled with paper towels, a ziplock bag and 4 toploaders to protect the card LOL. Bought a $65 Pkmn card single and for some reason, the seller decided to ship it in a bubble mailer instead of an envelope for the $1.32 prepaid label. USPS wants $7 from me to get the package instead of charging Mercari so they can take it out from the seller’s funds. Mercari customer service isn’t helpful at all and wants me to refuse the package for a refund 😭 I want the card, but after postage due, it takes it over market so now it doesn’t seem like a smart purchase :( Has anyone successfully gotten a refund after refusin...

Etsy shipping has that option for Pitney Bowes ~$2 envelope shipping with tracking. It's not super reliable but it satisfies their tracking requirement. Does Pirate Ship have anything similar? If they do I can't find it.

I just used Global shipping for a couple orders, and hadn't used it in a long time otherwise. I thought I remembered eventually getting a USPS tracking number or something. The number I have doesn't match the format of USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL For the current ones, ordered about a week apart, I just have Pitney Bowes tracking which from what I can tell can only be tracked in eBay and don't provide very useful info or alerts via the tracking apps I use. Sold a card on ebay - sent it - ebay flat envelope - have shipped a ton this way. The person filed a complaint with Ebay a week after I shipped - saying he had not received the card yet.
