Online Pitney Bowes Tracking

This hasn't updated since 11/23 now 11/25. It's my first time buying something on eBay and this was international. UK to US. Should I be worried?

Seeing lots of Shippo labels that are like 1lb postage on an 8lb box. Do they get auto billed the difference like Pitney Bowes?

I originally ordered from Etsy and the package shipped on 10/31. Expected 11/6. I contacted seller on 11/6 saying a friendly "Hey the order hasn't moved at all since the 2nd... help??" And she was super understanding and offered to promptly send out a new one. On 11/6, it shows a new order and I was like okay cool, new order is coming... and it just sat there too. So now I have two orders sitting in Limbo and I'm supposed to be moving by Thanksgiving... So I called Pitney Bowes and was like "help please". And they kept saying repeatedly to contact the seller. The nonprofit I work at is sending out a new quarterly news mag to our donors. Cute! We've got 9"x12" plastic poly mailers (not bubble mailers), the magazine is about 7"x10", and a letter is also going in. The whole thing together weighs 2 oz according to our Pitney Bowes scale. My boss seems to think we can just buy 2 oz stamps, but that doesn't feel right to me. I'm also going to have about 550 of these to send, and I'd die if we had to print individual shipping labels for them. Any help??

I guess I can assume it hasn’t shipped but Lego says the item has left their warehouse. The tracking number says it’s still waiting on the item. Am I just misreading something? Wouldn’t shock me if the item was on back order. Just seems unclear. Thanks!

Confused about what happened with this package. The label was made yesterday for this ebay package I am expecting. It shows that it had been delivered even though I don't live in alabama. The seller says they were pretty sure that the label said it was going to my state. By the way, the package showed up in informed delivery

I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice regarding the Global Shipping Program. I'm a member of it and had my first customer via it but I'm having massive issues or the customer is. The Customer is saying the item can't be delivered because the address is wrong nor can they collect it from somewhere because of the address issue. There's also the language barrier aspect that anything being sent is being translated - I'm UK based they're in Italy. I don't know if the customer somehow put wrong address or if Pitney Bowes who manage the Global Shipping Program screwed up somewhere. We know this means you just printed a label on your Pitney Bowes machine and our goodies are still just chillin' on a table or in a bucket for a week while you give us false hope!! It's been a month now....I've gotten 8 more gray hairs since I ordered.....\*sigh\*

I’ve had this Zebra thermal printer for years but in the past month or so it started printing my labels with streaks in them (see image). Anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it? I really don’t want to buy a new printer.

That's all it would take to alleviate so much customer confusion... How can I make this happen??

Purchased an item and listing at checkout showed $0.00 for import fees, which is why I selected from this seller. Tracking for shipment was received and shows I will have to pay the fee. Did eBay or seller calculate incorrectly, or is this standard message from shipping companies? Originating country: UK Shipper: Pitney Bowes Destination: US Mods: remove if against rules. I think this isn’t asking about the fees, but instead asking about understanding eBay system.

I had a package get stuck at my regional distribution center for quite a while (a week or so). I put in a missing mail search and they delivered it a couple days later. Then I saw what happened. Some ******* customer shipped paint and their package got paint all over mine.

Hi Im looking for advice specifically for Etsy first class Mail letter/flat options the ones that use Pitney Bowes shipping. I just started using these and I have one order that has been stuck in pre transit for 3 business days now. From what I understand this shipping method tracking can be unreliable and not update frequently. Im looking for advice from other sellers with experience with this on how to manage these type of situations because the problem is now it’s been days and it looks like I never dropped off the item at the post office from a buyers perspective.
