Online Pitney Bowes Tracking

I use Etsy shipping labels for my shop & I have a growing number of people saying they have not gotten their postcards. In fact, the last 24 hours I have had 8 people sending me a message saying they have not received their orders. I send the cards out in plenty of time before the last day of my processing time. WHAT AM I MISSING!?!?! I even went to my local post office to pick their brains. They said that USPS DOES NOT TRACK Pitney Bowes labels (which is who Etsy has contracted with) I am so rattled & frustrated I put my shop on vacation about 30 minutes ago to figure out mailing & tracking through someone else. I got the tracking number from the incoming mail from the informed delivery email. It’s a certified letter, and I have no idea who it’s from. It originated from Monroe, Wisconsin, which I don’t know what is there that would be sending me a certified letter. All it says is “Pitney Bowes” as the sender. Anyway, on the 30th, it says that the item was not deliverable because of no access. I was home all day, no one attempted delivery, and nothing was blocked to prevent mail. I also got regular mail that day. No action since. I made a service request and was called by the supervisor today to say he can’t find it anywhere at the office, and he can’t figure out who it’s from for me ...

Purchased April 24 on Ebay, shipped from UK, saying delivered to Sydney this morning but no parcel. PSA slab and shipping company is Pitney Bowes Have contacted seller but waiting for reply, never heard of this company- can anyone who has, or had an experience with, share any info?

The rating engine 1 day. package scanned in at the post office before 5pm express cutoff (that is what the staff told me was cutoff.) The office closes at 6pm, I dropped it off at 405pm. Hi! I'm sure most sellers have had issues with shipping in some way or another with Etsy. I had a larger than normal volume of orders within this past year, so I expected a rise in issues, but I feel like something else has to be up. All of my orders get delivered to our local USPS branch and are shipping out with USPS Ground Advantage labels. I know that they use Pitney Bowes and all that comes with that. The constant issues I've been having are: \-Etsy shows it as "Label printed, USPS awaiting order" and never updates itself, causing the customer to feel worried/unhappy/etc and Etsy saying "you never shipped it" \-It doesn't show up on time or doesn&#...

This is so frustrating for me. They keep telling me that the teller at the USPS needs to scan all packages for them to show up as being "shipped", and that's fine, but there's \*nothing to scan\* for the givvies. They are Pitney Bowes labels with postage. No barcode. The teller just takes them and puts them into the mailstream.
