I ship stickers using Etsy’s USPS First-Class Letter / Flats tracking labels (the Pitney Bowes letter tracking labels that cost around $0.74-$1.09 for standard envelopes), and I noticed the label format suddenly changed today. The older labels had the vertical Intelligent Mail barcode lines, and all of my older labels scanned normally through USPS today. But the new labels generated today now say “USPS APIs” and use only a square 2D matrix code instead of the bars…and none of those new labels have scanned yet. Curious if anyone else noticed this today or starts noticing missing scans on the new labels over the next few days.

I sell small flat items that fit in an envelope (stickers etc) and use Etsy’s Pitney Bowes tracked stamps to ship out my orders. I drop off orders in the morning, but the tracking consistently doesn’t update for over 24 hours, sometimes 2 days, sometimes 5 days. The expected arrival date Etsy sends out is 5 business days from my shipping, but since I’m at the mercy of the USPS first class mail often it can take 8 days or longer for the user to receive their order. I am considering pushing the “Your order has been shipped” notification out 1-2 days after drop off to give time for the tracking to update and also a bit of a buffer in case the USPS takes longer than 5 days to ship. ...

I use Etsy shipping labels for my shop & I have a growing number of people saying they have not gotten their postcards. In fact, the last 24 hours I have had 8 people sending me a message saying they have not received their orders. I send the cards out in plenty of time before the last day of my processing time. WHAT AM I MISSING!?!?! I even went to my local post office to pick their brains. I got the tracking number from the incoming mail from the informed delivery email. It’s a certified letter, and I have no idea who it’s from. It originated from Monroe, Wisconsin, which I don’t know what is there that would be sending me a certified letter. All it says is “Pitney Bowes” as the sender. Anyway, on the 30th, it says that the item was not deliverable because of no access. I was home all day, no one attempted delivery, and nothing was blocked to prevent mail. I also got regular mail that day. No action since. I made a service request and was called by the supervisor today to say he can’t find it anywhere at the office, and he can’t figure out who it’s from for me ...

Purchased April 24 on Ebay, shipped from UK, saying delivered to Sydney this morning but no parcel. PSA slab and shipping company is Pitney Bowes Have contacted seller but waiting for reply, never heard of this company- can anyone who has, or had an experience with, share any info?

The rating engine 1 day. package scanned in at the post office before 5pm express cutoff (that is what the staff told me was cutoff.) The office closes at 6pm, I dropped it off at 405pm. Hi! I'm sure most sellers have had issues with shipping in some way or another with Etsy. I had a larger than normal volume of orders within this past year, so I expected a rise in issues, but I feel like something else has to be up. All of my orders get delivered to our local USPS branch and are shipping out with USPS Ground Advantage labels. I know that they use Pitney Bowes and all that comes with that.
