I sell a particular item that I ship in a small 7x4 inch padded mailer. There's a small rigid item inside, but I've checked all of the published regulations for mailing flats and it should qualify without a problem, as it meets all of the rules for flexibility and deflection. I've shipped hundreds of these identical packages without issue. A lot never show up on tracking, but I imagine that's something on Pitney Bowes end because I've gotten reviews and had customers confirm they've arrived even without any tracking updates. I buy lots of things online. Mostly, I don't think too much about tracking. When I do check out the tracking site, I usually want to know who is sending a late package, so I can investigate. Senders like the following are absolutely worthless in that regard: * Package Shipped from: **PITNEY BOWES PC POSTAGE** * Package Shipped from: **AUCTANE SHIPSTATION** * Package Shipped from: [**STAMPS.COM**](http://STAMPS.COM) I understand what is happening - these are small vendors using shipping software to help their business. But surely the USPS can include something more than this? The shipper's business name or address would help a ton. Done ranting now.

I’m going to be selling A2 (4.25” x 5.5”) greeting cards. The first collection I’ll be uploading will be 4 cards. Hi everyone, looking for some perspective on a frustrating situation. I shipped an order using Etsy’s letter tracking (the Pitney Bowes service, tracking starts with 003). On the Etsy dashboard, the tracking is fully updated and shows as "Delivered." **The Problem:** The buyer messaged me stating that the envelope arrived, but it had been tampered with—the flap was open and the contents were gone. I’m collecting this entire set and have been kinda going 1 by 1 over a year or 2… got the janny and the package was super slim but taped up heavy (which is a good thing normally).. unfortunately couldn’t feel where the card was because the tape and I guess it was upside down at the tippity top of the package… no cardboard, no bubble wrap, or anything protection on it and I accidentally cut it when opening it… super mad at both myself and a little at the sender for the lack of care in the package. Lesson learned I guess .. give the bubble mailer a tap on the table a few times in case the card is stuck to the side at the top of it.. smh

I made a short video of my New 3DS with badges on it and wanted to share it here. I bought this New 3DS in January 2022 for €153.94. It was sold in good condition, and thankfully it still is. If it wasn’t for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, I probably would’ve paid a lot more for a New 3DS in today’s market. Saw in Informed Delivery we’ve got a package coming. it’s a weird tracking number that begins with 94888 AND there’s no product on the tracking page. I haven’t ordered anything recently. Sharing a recent experience that surprised me. I purchased an $882 CAD item from the UK through eBay’s International Shipping Program. The international portion was handled through eBay’s hub (Pitney Bowes), and final-mile delivery in Canada was completed by UniUni. The package was marked delivered at 10:49 PM. No signature was required. It was left unattended at my front door in a residential neighborhood. I have the delivery photo. By 7:30 AM the next morning, the package was gone. (at 6:00 AM tracking showed IN to AZ to UTto IL and the false delivery but now has updated to also show the arrival at the Seattle hub and subsequent arrival in Tacoma so hopefully it will be delivered for real...)
