I buy almost all of my labels straight through Etsy and my stuff is shipped through usps. same way I've always done it. Pitney Bowes labels have crappy tracking, I know, but I swear to God the number of messages I've gotten from people saying they never received their order is insane, way more than it used to be. I ship my stuff out on time. Was just kinda wondering if anyone else experienced this ??? Is it a USPS thing ???

I ordered all these items on the 8th, paid for expedited shipping on all because i needed them for a con event this weekend. Nothing is updating, nor arriving. One package was shipped with another that arrived yesterday (same shipper/seller on ebay/same order just two parts to the item). Was really looking forward to having these autographed and USPS has shot that all to ****.

Hello! So I ordered a little Japanese charm from a seller on March 6th. It shipped the 7th from SunnyVale CA , same day I got an update saying "In Transit San Francisco CA". There has been no update since, estimated delivery date was 12th-14th. This also has not updated to tell me a new date. It was shipped with Pitney Bowes. Idk if it matters but I had to find the shipping company via Parcels App website bc etsy said USPS and the tracking number didn't exists, this website helped me find the correct shipping company. Just wondering if anybody else is having issues with packages not arriving? I sell stickers and they usually weigh about an ounce or less so that’s what has been the cheapest option for me to ship. These past few months I have been getting over 10 help requests from customers saying “I have not received”. I’m wondering if it’s happening for anyone else or if it’s an issue with my packaging or something? I weigh everything to make sure it’s the appropriate weight for postage. Everything is sealed idk. I sell a particular item that I ship in a small 7x4 inch padded mailer. There's a small rigid item inside, but I've checked all of the published regulations for mailing flats and it should qualify without a problem, as it meets all of the rules for flexibility and deflection. I've shipped hundreds of these identical packages without issue. A lot never show up on tracking, but I imagine that's something on Pitney Bowes end because I've gotten reviews and had customers confirm they've arrived even without any tracking updates. I buy lots of things online. Mostly, I don't think too much about tracking. When I do check out the tracking site, I usually want to know who is sending a late package, so I can investigate. Senders like the following are absolutely worthless in that regard: * Package Shipped from: **PITNEY BOWES PC POSTAGE** * Package Shipped from: **AUCTANE SHIPSTATION** * Package Shipped from: [**STAMPS.COM**](http://STAMPS.COM) I understand what is happening - these are small vendors using shipping software to help their business. But surely the USPS can include something more than this? The shipper's business name or address would help a ton. Done ranting now.

I’m going to be selling A2 (4.25” x 5.5”) greeting cards. The first collection I’ll be uploading will be 4 cards. I plan to make individual listings for each card and then an additional listing to buy them as a 4-pack. I also will be selling two separate 8x10 prints. I have bubble mailers for these. Hi everyone, looking for some perspective on a frustrating situation. I shipped an order using Etsy’s letter tracking (the Pitney Bowes service, tracking starts with 003). On the Etsy dashboard, the tracking is fully updated and shows as "Delivered." **The Problem:** The buyer messaged me stating that the envelope arrived, but it had been tampered with—the flap was open and the contents were gone.
