Been stuck on this message for a week now, am I cooked?

Looking for some advice on a chargeback I raised with Lloyds (England) I bought a computer monitor from John Lewis. It stopped working about five weeks later completely dead, won’t power on. I contacted John Lewis several times but got no response over 5 emails sent (unlike JL), so I opened a chargeback dispute with Lloyds (not Section 75). Now Lloyds have come back asking me to provide an independent engineer’s report on letter-headed paper showing that the item is faulty. When our new fridge freezer was delivered the delivery men gouged and scratched the floor by the front door. They even made a comment when they left saying sorry they have scratched the floor. I recently got a full refund for a tablet I ordered from China to the United States that didn't arrive within the 30 day window for this particular order. Hello everyone. I ordered a laptop from Dell’s website on 22nd of September and the expected delivery date was 2nd of October. My order never arrived and I have contacted Dell over 15 times for this issue and emailed them 5 times. All the times they told me there is an issue with my address and the driver couldn’t locate it and confirmed my address with me but next time I call them they say the same thing and confirm the address again.
