Right, so basically I ordered a lot of parts for my new pc through amazon, the majority of the parts arrived promptly and then went to check on the delivery status of the GPU (RTX 5060 8gb & Ryzen 7 7700X) and realised that it wasn't through amazon themselves for a third party seller. Having seen previous warnings on reddit and youtube about being scammed through third parties, I would not have proceeded with the order had I realised.
