Online OSM Tracking

For places west of Asheville I was wondering when something is being sent you and they use OSM Worldwide where is the OSM Worldwide spot right before they hand it off to USPS and where is the first point of contact with USPS? Also for people in the extreme West part of NC when DHL Express delivers to you what warehouse are they coming from?

Do yall know, does the win5 ship from osm worldwide (if indidegogo?). I have a package coming from that and curious if it's the win5 (although I didn't get tracking info).

Folks, I'm pretty sure my order was delivered to the wrong place. I've been tracking since 11/4 and USPS kept showing my order was in transit in Georgia still today. No new update. I noticed there is another shipping company I guess that was used called OSM Worldwide and I guess USPS is awaiting the package from them. Well today I go on OSM Worldwide site and put the tracking in and it shows it was delivered to my town on 11/6. Wtf man. Cardsmiths still has not responded to my email.

After weeks of waiting, and blatant lies of “delivery attempts” here’s a final email that I had to beg them for. Cherry on top is Durand hasn’t responded to me in the estimated time. It’s been almost 2 weeks. This will be the last time they get my money.

I ordered from dbrand on September 28, and it was on backorder for a while. It finally shipped out on October 8 through OSM Worldwide. Tracking shows it went from Depew, NY → York, PA → Glendale Heights, IL, where it’s been stuck since October 10. Then, a few days later, OSM’s tracking suddenly claimed my package was “Out for Delivery” and even “Delivery Attempted” in Columbus, Ohio but a 4 hours later, it updated as being back in Illinois, which is about six hours away so that’s not even possible. I placed a preorder a few weeks ago, and according to OSM tracking, it shows as “delivered” on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 12:55 PM. However, I never actually received the package. I pre-ordered the ghost case for IPhone 17 Pro late last month, and on the 2nd of this month, I received a shipping confirmation. Since that time, my package has moved from New York to Pennsylvania... So the first package hit Ft Worth distribution center and just poof. No one knows where it is. This second packages is the replacement for the first one and the exact same thing is happening. It moved just fine both times until Ft Worth. Ive talked to my local USPS and the manager has sent emails to the P&DC in ft worth trying to locate. But what the **** is going on at this place? so im at a loss at this point ive contacted Dbrand via support tickets 3 diffeerent times for my package that shipped on the 28th of Aug. and on the 2nd of september it just stopped moving in the shipping line and has been in limbo. i emailed them on the 5th, and again on the 12th and havnt heard back from the support system. if anyone has any info to help me get ahold of them for support that would be greatly appreciated. Osm said they dropped it off somewhere, I went to usps office and they said they never received anything. Im at the mercy of the 5-10 day support ticket backlog. Item shipped September 2nd

Ordered the replacement kit for the Switch 2 on Aug 6. Used the discount code to get the Killswitch for my Steamdeck too. It all shipped on Aug 19, and hasn’t moved since Aug 25. I did put in a ticket with dbrand, as USPS said they couldn’t do anything and contact the shipper. But dbrand is 5-10 business days delayed in there queue. Am I cooked and out $70 USD?

Wondering what others experienced with their shipping. Mine shipped from Canada early last week and it has been sitting at OSM in Illinois for a few days. I have been seeing multiple reports of people's getting lost in the mail and needing a replacement. I am probably just being impatient, but what should I expect at this point?
