Online OSM Tracking

I’ve been selling on eBay and other apps for a while and have never used one, so I’m confused on this situation I’m in. I ordered a used book I’ve been wanting for a bit a week ago. The seller “shipped it out” the next day (the 21st) through a secondhand shipping service. The last update I got on the package was that one on the 21st saying “Picked Up By Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item”. The shipping partner is “OSM Worldwide”. It’s been nearly a week since then, and it hasn’t gotten updated since. The package was being shipped out from less than four hours away from me, so I’m really confused on what’s going on right now. I ordered glasses on January 14th and then got an email they were shipped on the 21st. I waited and tracked the order and after a while it was just stuck at the same place. No updates or anything. I reached out on the chat bot that basically said "Yea sorry your order is delayed but we can send you a new pair right away." I'm not even sure that happened because I don't have any new orders under my account. So I reached out again via phone but couldn't get an actual person on the line. so how long should I wait til filing for missing mail search? UPDATE: arrived in to Memphis TN facility ,well at least it moved somewhere. Still a few states away from me, I will take it as a sign not lost yet.

They used a different shipper last time and I got my watch in a week. It’s been well over a week now. Some things I’ve seen about OSM aren’t good.

Recently ordered something from eBay, seller is in Toronto and used OSM Worldwide to ship. After OSM finally got the package and it moved through their system it got to and departed their Austell GA location roughly 54 hours ago. I understand they give the package to USPS as a last mile deal but this Austell location is only 3 hours from me so how in the world did it depart 54 hours ago and it’s still not to my USPS depo. My suspicion is that it never actually left their Austell location and idk what to do, OSM customer service is basically non-existent.

Hello, everyone! Has anyone else not received their merch! I know a lot of people already have. But I haven't received my bucket hats yet. I checked their tracking and it says they're still in transit, but should have arrived on the 18th. What's even weirder is that I received my Creep Cast beanie, which I ordered about a month and a half after the bucket hats. I'm going to call the customer service line for help on their locations and ETA. I just wanted to check if anyone else was having this issue.

Could someone please confirm whether your EAD card was shipped via OSM Worldwide Shipping Services and then delivered by USPS? I’m asking because I have registered for USPS Informed Delivery and received a USPS tracking number showing that a package was shipped by OSM Worldwide. Unfortunately, the USPS carrier missed my delivery, so I’m unable to confirm whether that package was my EAD card. Could you please check and let me know how yours was delivered?

Ordered a 1 year subscription for my nephews birthday. Turned out to be a disaster. Crunchlabs contracts with OSM Worldwide for shipping. OSM has a 1.4 star rating with nearly 700 reviews. Tons of complaints. My order was placed 8a Monday, Dec 1. Friday, Dec 5 a label is created. Then…nothing. Thurs, Dec 11 I emailed support. It’s an AI chatbot. The bot tells me my shipment is progressing just fine. It’s hallucinating. Tracking clearly shows the carrier has been waiting to receive the package for 6 days. For places west of Asheville I was wondering when something is being sent you and they use OSM Worldwide where is the OSM Worldwide spot right before they hand it off to USPS and where is the first point of contact with USPS? Also for people in the extreme West part of NC when DHL Express delivers to you what warehouse are they coming from?

Folks, I'm pretty sure my order was delivered to the wrong place. I've been tracking since 11/4 and USPS kept showing my order was in transit in Georgia still today. No new update. I noticed there is another shipping company I guess that was used called OSM Worldwide and I guess USPS is awaiting the package from them. Well today I go on OSM Worldwide site and put the tracking in and it shows it was delivered to my town on 11/6. Wtf man. Cardsmiths still has not responded to my email.

After weeks of waiting, and blatant lies of “delivery attempts” here’s a final email that I had to beg them for. Cherry on top is Durand hasn’t responded to me in the estimated time. It’s been almost 2 weeks. This will be the last time they get my money.

I ordered from dbrand on September 28, and it was on backorder for a while. It finally shipped out on October 8 through OSM Worldwide. Tracking shows it went from Depew, NY → York, PA → Glendale Heights, IL, where it’s been stuck since October 10. I placed a preorder a few weeks ago, and according to OSM tracking, it shows as “delivered” on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 12:55 PM. However, I never actually received the package. So the first package hit Ft Worth distribution center and just poof. No one knows where it is. This second packages is the replacement for the first one and the exact same thing is happening. It moved just fine both times until Ft Worth. Ive talked to my local USPS and the manager has sent emails to the P&DC in ft worth trying to locate. But what the **** is going on at this place? Im extremely frustrated. Is there really nothing I can do beyond submitting missing mail requests?
