Medications are generally supposed to be stored in a cool dry place below 30 degrees celsius. I know medications can be posted by pharmacies to customers. But the medications will be exposed to warm/hot temperatures in the back of a truck travelling across the state/interstate. Or it will be hot in the airplane if it is sent express. So that will reduce the effectiveness of the medication. Could ice packs be placed in parcel around the medication box (e.g. put medication box inside another box and then an ice pack around the bigger box, so that moisture doesn't go into the medication box)? Hi I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue or how to fix it but when buying or selling I can’t select any lockers as an option, only the shops. This is all couriers too, I’ve tried changing my address and I’ve tried putting all the different couriers on in settings for selling but still I don’t have an option to use a locker. Any help on how to fix this, I feel like my local shop keeper is judging how many parcels I’m getting 😂

Is anyone able to offer some advice or help with this situation. My husband had sent a package via Sendle days before they abruptly closed. It had original art work and was being sent to the USA. the last update was that it was at a depot in NSW awaiting carrier pick up. Sendle stated that any parcels in transit would be up the delivery partners if they delivered the parcel. So what happens if they don’t collect the parcel (which they obviously aren’t)? Purchased some trainers last week, they haven’t arrived, when using the Royal Mail tracking, it shows they’re delivered. To see more information/proof of delivery it asks for my postcode, when I use my postcode it shows that the details do not match? Vinted says the seller needs to reach out for me to get my refund? I purchased an item which was a shirt on 18/12/25, at the time, I expected delays due to public holidays as it’s a normal occurrence. After 30 days, Depop can’t refund or help solve the issue or so what I’ve been told by them. Immediately went to PayPal and was refunded instantly well enough for me to think it was automated. Hi, so I’ve been a seller on vinted for about a year. I brought off a seller for the first time on vinted on the 16th of Jan. it was dropped off on the 16th however it hasn’t moved once. The scans also look suspicious, idk if the driver was there as soon as it was dropped off, not how the seller described it to me.
