Hi, I just need some advice because I'm overwhelmed and unsure what the right thing to do is. I ordered an item on Shopee worth ₱2,500, shipped via SPX. The tracking updated to “Delivered”, but I never received the parcel. At the time of delivery, I was not at home, and the courier did not call or text me to confirm the delivery or hand it to someone. SPX also doesn't show the rider's contact number in the order details, only the name — so I couldn’t contact the rider even if I wanted to. plus the shopee chat they used is already closed by the time I checked it. So I sent out 3 parcels on 7 october and 2 out of them got delivered in the expected time frame but unfortunately one of them showed no progress after 12 October. u/violetshock reached out to me for help. She is literally so patient and kind. She never once doubted me. Even the courier guy told me that possibly it was delivered to some neighbor or security (it wasn't) and I conveyed this to her. She didn't panic at all and stayed calm. Finally after a lot of communication with the courier team in my place and hers, it got delivered on 30 october and luckily it wasn't damaged.

Been doing dropshipping for a while, and tracking has always been a headache especially when parcels move between countries or couriers. Half the time, customers know less than we do. I started using Instant Parcels recently, and it actually pulls updates from multiple couriers into one place. No more opening 5 tabs to figure out where a package went missing. Anyone else tried it or found something similar that works better for international orders?

I moved to the UK just over a month ago and I’ve been furnishing a flat so I’ve been having a lot of deliveries; any of which they have been with Evri have not been delivered. We live on a busy street in an apartment on the 1st floor, and our doorbell doesn’t work so delivery folks need to ring us to be let in. Every company apart from Evri can do this just fine. Pre ordered 27/9/25 finally received today. Though EVRI just left parcel on doorstep in full view of road so lucky it didn't get nicked, guy didn't even knock on door and I only realised when I stepped out later in day and saw the parcel sat there. I ordered my betta fish on 26th of October and the shipment left the seller on 27th, the expected delivery date was of 30th but the ****** courier company delayed it by 2 days now and even now I'm not sure whether I'll get the parcel tomorrow or not. Wow okay so I had a parcel stolen recently. Yodel was the courier for a home delivery. For context I live in a block of flats and I was home when it was delivered at 6pm, no attempt to make contact via door knock or flat buzzing was done. I got an email and I went down to get it and it was gone. I contacted the courier who sent a photo of the parcel.
