Ordered some Warhammer stuff to complete an army ive had on the back burner all year after doing a few combat patrols with friends and quite enjoying it. Site was great, ordered on Wednesday bout 4 so figured it'd be packed and sent at least by end of Friday and they got it done first thing Thursday. Great i though, they aren't to far and its already got a tracking number it'll be here in no time. I go to the tracking site through the email which automatically inserts the number in and... nothing well, maybe it's setup just not picked up ya know by the end of the day it should at least say "picked up" or received. I'm planning on giving my partner some gifts since he gave me one last year. It was very sweet. But I've been facing problems on the shipping courier. Last time I went to Ninja Van they rejected everything except the mangas (Wolf Children). I was pretty sad considering ive read the things that it allowed to ship. I think soft toys is okay, along with the t shirt too. Everything is drawn/made by hand as well. I EVEN DRAW SMTH FOR HIM ;; . I'm really sad. Hello, I sent in a parcel via the post office since the start of last month. I paid for delivery within 24 hours. I waited a week, nothing. I tried to contact RM but was unsuccessful. I checked the receipt of postage I was given only to realise that my friend gave the post office a wrong address. The address is non-existent. Instead of say BD7, they used BD1. It doesn't help that there isn't much to the address. Also, there isn't a return address on the parcel. I saw that the parcel is now at the North West Super Hub. RM is not looking to do anything outside of what's on their website. In fact, they told us we can't put in an online claim as the time for that ...

Anyone used redirect shipping company like Shippsy and able to get it shipped? So basically my partner sold her moose knuckle jacket (over 1000£ retail price) for 380£ the person didn’t end up picking the jacket up was delivered to them after authentication verified on around the 2nd Feb, the parcel was sent back to us on 9th Feb as info from in post tracker we still haven’t received the jacket back im starting to get really worried what can I do the bunted customer service is super bad just automated messages over and over again. Please someone give me the best direction.

I ordered from this company about a month ago. It finally arrived to my door step. Prior to the delivery, I emailed them several times asking for an update, no response. So I put in a dispute thru my credit card, and now they are finally responding, and this is what they are asking and saying: “Could you please cancel this dispute for us? It's not easy for all sellers in this hard time, especially the worldwide epidemic”. Now are you serious? Hi. So I've purchased 6 video game consoles, 5 of which are boxed. I want to consolidate them into onc parcel. the website allows me to do this. I imagine the parcel will be very big. Will this cause any issues or will they all come in one parcel as desired? Just a bit confused as under my shipping method (Surface) it says 'Maximum of one box per parcel'. Thanks!

Hi, Just looking for some perspective as I’m getting quite upset about it. I sent large parcel via one of the main courier companies (DPD) from UK to Europe. I’m also the recipient of that parcel at the other end, so I got tracking information as a sender and receiver.
