Hello, may order akong card sa Maya at Atome, both courier ay 2Go. Im living in Cebu pala. Parcel is out of delivery na daw pero walang tawag or text ang aking nareceive, pag kacheck ko sa website nila its either bad address or flooded area daw ie, specific naman ako sa address ko and wala naman baha sa amin. Anyone experiencing like this po?

Good evening, I’ve placed an order through Vinted for the first time, and I am a little confused about how shipping works. My order is being shipped from Romania. I placed the order to be delivered through Boxnow, but the tracking status is stuck as “The parcel was handed over to the courier partner. Further information will be provided by them.” with no information on where I can track the order within Greece. The tracking number does not work through the Boxnow website and I’m not even sure where my parcel currently is. Can anyone with more experience using Vinted give me some advice on how the shipment process usually works? Thanks!

currently at war with evri, ordered a mattress topper (adulting so hard i know) from Wayfair on 28th December. the delivery was suppose to be next day lmao. i keep getting notifications stating that my parcel is out for delivery and an ETA. does it ever get delivered? nope. honestly feel like i’m in groundhog day. what is the likelihood that i will ever get to meet my new mattress topper?

Hi, sharing my experience and hoping for advice. I ordered a S25 from CompAsia on Dec 22, fully paid. It was shipped late on Dec 28 via Litexpress and marked “Received at branch” the same day, but it was never out for delivery. For context my location is at Dasmarinas Cavite. After days of inquiry and waiting for very slow response time, a Litexpress supervisor (Franz) called me tonight and confirmed the delay is because they can’t locate the parcel and already informed Compasia. I was told resolution may take beyond next Monday, which is unacceptable. I’ve now requested an immediate refund from CompAsia since the courier admitted the parcel may be lost but they are also not reply...

I have only ever ordered on Vinted, never sold but I’ve looked at my updates for an item and I’m confused by the “contact the retailer” do I need to do anything? Seems like it got moving. It’s only a hoody for like £30. Looked on my previous archive ordered and none of them have ever said this. Any advice would be appreciated, happy new year!

I asked about this package previously. Its still at the MC and hasnt moved. Wrong postcode but right rest of address and has bounded round southern England for nearly two weeks asca result before finally arriving here on 30 December. Customer services previously said it would have been returned to the sender. This MC is my local one and not the senders. Its been a manual correction by RM staff but whats RMs next step if its not going to arrive with me?

my package was shipped out after about two months (which i expected, so no worries there). i’ve been checking the tracking updates on aliexpress and it doesn’t list a courier. so i went on universal parcel tracking only to see the update status as “parcel data received." on universal parcel tracking it mentions cainiao as the courier, but when i check directly on cainiao tracking, it also just says “carrier note: parcel data received.” i just wanted to ask if this is normal T__T ?

Seems like my package has been sent back to the warehouse due to not being able to contact me when i have not heard ANYTHING from them regarding my parcel. The company that i purchased my products from gave me the wrong courier contact info and I'm currently trying to connect to the information provided on the right side, Line Clear. I am not sure what does Last Mile tracking number means. I also tried to email Yunexpress multiple times with no answer. Any advice?

I have a trip coming up in a couple of days and I ordered some outfits and jewelry to my sister’s apartment (as I’ve been there for the holidays) from pretty little thing (PLT). I paid for next day delivery but the package didn’t come next day but the day after that.
