I'm in one of these situations that since i'm working full time and the local RM depot works 2 hours a month the only way i can receive parcels is by using services that can be re-directed for collection from shops, lockers, etc. Otherwise the parcel ends up being returned to sender if lucky or they disappear into the void and gets lost for good There's something i want and only available from aliexpress, so i'm wondering if people is generally able to redirect somewhere for collection? Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? Hi for context I have a parcel coming to me in UK from the US. The service is UPS worldwide expedited and its update is now at memphis, tennessee. Has something changed with InPost digital labels? On Monday I sent a parcel with a digital label; as usual, it said that I didn’t need to print anything. The locker opened normally after I entered the code, and I placed the parcel inside. It was collected by the courier, but to this day it hasn’t reached the sorting facility. When I opened the InPost app, I saw a message saying that the label MUST be printed and attached; otherwise, they will not deliver the parcel. Is this some new rule? Hello Everyone, Currently have an account setup with Flahship for our small parcel deliveries within Canada. Have had no issues and rates seems pretty decent. Have been seeing Stallion a lot lately online and wanted to get some feedback on them. I assume both companies use common couriers, but curious if 1 company is stronger in certain areas, as well if there is much difference in rates or service levels. TIA!

We ship a wide range of items from small enough to fit in an envelope to sofa size, but not huge quantities (5-10 parcels per day). In the past, I have found DPD to be great but they do sneak in a lot of unexpected fees (“Manual Handling Charge”, I’m looking at you) and they won’t ship larger parcels. I’ve been using Evri a lot recently but am aware of their awful reputation. A package was due to be delivered to me with tracked24 requiring a signature. Unfortunately I unexpectedly had to go to a family member for just over a week so I changed the delivery option to it going to my local post office for collection when im back.
