Like im sitting here at fedex waiting for my trailer to be loaded and seen this fellow trucker couple three trailers and it’s just too much physical labor for what pay difference ? \+ how hard is it to drive these ? Now they’re trying to discourage the next generation from Trucking. To me LTL is the BEST route to go for rookies, or even veterans honestly. I need to find out how to escalate the mishandling of my passport/US visa that I sent for Stamping on November 20. There's been no update on tracking, and the lost and found department told me to file a claim, but the claims department says I can't without an invoice for the items in the shipment. I’m a newer driver, I pedal freight for an LTL. My company paid me while I was in CDL school and also paid for all the fees and endorsements at the DMV. I’m home every night and I normally work between 8-10 hours a day. I also make decent money. BUT I DONT LIKE IT. I wake up everyday thinking **** this **** I don’t wanna do it. I’ve been OTR for a guy who owns the truck, random load board freight, mostly reefer. I'm paid 25% of the load and get photos of the rate cons. I’m 1099 and no benefits.
