Our small business has been shipping via Fedex for over 20 yrs and this "upgrade" has been the worst move we've experienced with them, hands down. The site is not user friendly nor intuitive. It's almost like they want you to quit or give up. I drove OTR for six months but left my second trucking company in a really bad way, and they put a bunch of negative comments on my employment record that makes it really hard for me to get hired.
