We have a unique product that ships only by the 1/2 or full pallet, sometimes in 2,000lb totes. Because of this, typical delivery options are not an option. We need to use freight. For freight, our leadership chose XPO, who after signing up with them seems to be the most unprepared, unprofessional company in history. They messed up our onboarding, took a month to fix a api issue that ended up being on them again for setting up our account improperly when onboarding, and support has taken (at minimum) two weeks to give us a reply to each ticket. Shipping costs have gone through the roof lately. I know everyone is dealing with this right now, but it’s killing my margins for my Shopify store. I have some larger shipments that need freight/LTL. . Can anyone recommend the best shipping software for Shopify to get discounted rates? I’m also hoping it can solve some problems I’ve been having calculating accurate rates at checkout. Sometimes I end up undercharging and then eating the cost.
