Hi, Good morning. Is anybody here experiencing issues with checking the delivery status for the Maya Black Credit Card with the courier of Ninja Van? Almost one week na kase siya stuck with Arrived at Sorting Center if viewed through Maya, but if mag track package ka over chrome, nasa warehouse pa daw. Tapos 5 business days na walang update. Called Maya and was advised that the monitoring stage daw which I find sketchy, and kaduda kasi, how come na sa warehouse pa for 5 days na? Tapos, when tracked through the app, arrived at the Sorting Center. I am from Cebu by the way, and elapsed na po siya for 10 days. I might consider cancelling nalang. Hi! I just want to ask for help or advice. I recently ordered a GCash Card and I checked the tracking today. It says “Delivery Successful / Completed”, but I didn’t receive any package at all. No rider contacted me, and no one in my house received anything. The courier is Ninja Van. I already reached out to them for verification, but I also want to ask here: • Has this happened to anyone before? • How long does it usually take for GCash to respond for issues like this? • Will they replace the card if it was misdelivered? It’s worrying because it's a financial card, so I hope this gets resolved soon. Any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thank you!

I’m desperate here 😞 Does anyone here know anyone who works in Ninjavan who can help? I’ve been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over two weeks now as Ninjavan has misrouted my package to Negros and I am located in Manila. This package is part of my livelihood. I have reached out and followed up on their email but they never replied to me with a delivery date and just kept telling that “they are doing their best”. TIA

Last oct. 6, l received an SMS that it's already in process and the delivery is within 4-10 business days. I haven't received any update since. Days passed wala pa rin akong tracking number na nareceive so I tried submitting a ticket through GCash app twice kasi yung unang ticket, walang reply… then a couple of days ago nagreply sila na nagtry na raw ideliver samin pero wala raw ako. I wasn’t notified na may darating na parcel sakin and I didn’t even receive any tracking number from the courier so I don’t know how to track it. ...

I may be overreacting and full disclosure, my experience with Ninja Van is limited but I think the fact that it is limited simply punctuates the inconsistency of their service. Without going into too much detail, based on my ongoing horrible experience with delayed and unsuccessful deliveries and unresponsive customer service, I think their systems are dated, possibly broken, and their idea of customer support is anchored solely on automated email templates. Obviously, as consumers, we should be inclined to support businesses really good at what they do. And the inverse should also hold true. NinjaVan Rider Refused to deliver my Gcash Card. On 2nd attempt tinawagan ko ung rider kung madedeliver daw nya ung card ko, sabi nya negative daw kasi wala sa route nya and need daw ng kasama since mag-isa lang ako sa area na dadalhan nya. So he committed or promised na the next day morning daw nya dedeliver dahil daw may makakasabay.Today wala pa din, tumawag ako ng tanghali, and he still refused to deliver my card, for 3rd attempt ayaw pa din nya, as in parang utang na loob ko pa kung panu nya sabihin sakin. The courier contacted me yesterday. They said the parcel was delivered to the wrong ninjavan branch and they said they are going to send it to the nearest branch. I find it sus. So I reported to customer service. So far no response from customer service. Expensive pa naman yung parcel, HSR and 8bitdo controller collab.

Ninja van I believe has stolen my card. I emailed them twice they haven't replied to me I just get the bot response. Delivery is unsuccessful - Item was rejected at doorstep (Wrong item was delivered) this was 4 days ago. I already made a ticket in gcash about the issue with all the images but it's been 4 days, past their 24-48 hours "we'll get back to you" and nothing. What do I do? (Do I just accept my 250 pesos lost in the gcash card since if it's not linked to my account it's just a piece of plastic, both gcash and ninjavan haven't responded.)

Heads up! This number sent me a message a few hours after I placed an order on Shopee. I then checked my Shopee account to verify if the orders are scheduled for delivery via Ninja Van, as claimed. However, neither of my two orders is listed for Ninja Van delivery. I also attempted to use AI tool (URLscan.io) to verify the link provided, but I got confused with its scan result. What I did now was to checkthe number on Viber, and it appeared to be associated with a seller unrelated to my order. Ayun, stay vigilant!

looking a copy of **Henry Henry** by Allen Braton and **10:04** by Ben Lerner. brand new or preloved, as long as authentic copy not reprint. walang copy nito sa Fully Booked as checked with them, it will take 2 to 3 months pa to deliver if pre-order. no stock rin with Empire Bookstore. Amazon sana kaso i'm not so confident sa delivery since madaming issues now sa NinjaVan. I even cancelled all checkout books last Prime Day dahil sa issue.

Hi, may nakaexpi na ba ng ganto? Received my EW CC last October 2 via NinjaVan. Nagfail before kasi Go21 ang courier. But I still keep on receiving these messages from EW, natatakot na tuloy akong iactivate ang card. Wala ba talagang way si EW na itrack kung nadeliver or hindi yung card? I'm getting paranoid af

Ordered my GCash card last Oct 5 and finally got it today Oct 13! Honestly thought it would get canceled or never arrive since a lot of posts here mentioned long delays or cancellations. So hindi nadin ako nagexpect. But thankfully, mine actually came through. Courier was Ninja Van. I didn’t get any tracking details at all just a text message from them before delivery. For reference, I’m from Metro Manila. Ayun lang just wanted to share.

Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience (and maybe get some advice). UnionBank shipped my credit card through GO21, and I’ve been tracking it for days. Today, I got an update saying my delivery area is not serviceable by GO21. Like, seriously? It’s not even a remote area — other couriers like LBC, J&T, and Ninja Van deliver here all the time. Now I’m stuck waiting and not sure what’s going to happen next. Will UnionBank resend it through another courier? Or do I have to pick it up somewhere? Has anyone else experienced this with GO21? How did you fix it?

Hi everyone! Is there anyway ba to check previous Eastwest cc application kung approve or hindi? Recently kasi I received a message sa messenger from NinjaVan na may parcel ako na for deliver but the name they address sa chat ay iba, nung una akala ko error lang sa side nila and nag antay pa talaga ako ng follow up message na parang hindi para sa akin yung parcel, then kanina naman naka received ako ng text message from Eastwest din na may approved yung application ko, although hindi ko sure kung natuloy ko yung application ko sa eastwest dati, since nag checheck ako dati ng beginner cc and ok yuntannual income atleast 150k. Hi! I ordered a Gcash card last week because I plan to use it for my upcoming travel. I got a message from them last week saying it was being processed, and today I finally received an update with a tracking number. However, they didn’t mention which courier is handling it. I searched around and found that while the message says “ICS,” a lot of older posts mentioned that theirs was delivered by Ninja Van. I tried entering the tracking number on both Ninja Van’s and itcmanila’s website (I assumed that’s the “ICS” site?), but nothing shows up. Does anyone know which courier Gcash actually uses for card deliveries or which website I should use to track it? Thanks in advance!

Cavite ang delivery address but it is now in CDO from Cabuyao hub then naging On Hold ang status. May chance pa ba madeliver ito? Sobrang ****** ng customer service so hindi ko alam if anong nangyari. Sep. 20 - order placed Sep. 25 - arrived in Cabuyao hub Sep. 29 - delivery date (never arrived) Sep. 30 - arrived in CDO hub (with On Hold status)
