Hello, I have a missing package from Amazon that says it was delivered, but it actually was not received. I need to contact Ninja Van because they were the one contracted to complete the package delivery for Amazon. Usually Amazon drivers take a picture of the package when it was delivered so I need to ask Ninja Van if they have this picture. The problem is that Amazon only says it was delivered by Ninja Van, but I don't know if it is from the Tagbilaran branch or the Jagna branch because there are different locations in Bohol. Is there a main number that I can contact? I'm trying to find them on Facebook, but I haven't found anything yet. Thanks.

Ninja Van is the worst delivery service. No accountability at all. They'll say they attempted to deliver when they never even show up. The drivers won't answer calls or texts. Customer service will only apologies and say there is nothing they can do then cancel your delivery. DO NOT use them

The tracking said, delivered but the tracking says the delivery is on their warehouse. This is alarming because i got no calls or text i only got a viber message saying the tracking id, i never have problems with shopee or lazada delivery naman. Our house is in a nearby cafe, like literally just a house next to us so may very near landmark naman sa gmaps. I already submitted an inquiry to ninjavan But i am not sure if i should block the card...i havent even activated it yet...first CC ko they decided pa is to use the courier na known for theft (based on what i read from posts here)

I recently purchased a Maya Card last 13th. I was sent this text today but my Maya doesn't reflect anything about delivery. They texted that they couldn't deliver one minute after texting the initial message and they cannot be contacted na. Puro "this line is busy". I tried contacting support but hanggang sa AI agent lang ako and I can't get through with a real person to help. Is this normal?

Bought wireless earbud that came with 2 free gifts(power bank and case for the earbud), mousepad and a 100w type c to type c cable on March 13. But the seller cancelled my order citing incorrect delivery address on March 17 after it was picked up by ninja van. I'm in Cebu City, ordered from amazon. It arrived in less than 10 days in Cebu but Ninja Van fake delivered it 3 times and now has "sent it back to sender." They did call me on the first day and demanded 100 pesos to deliver it as it was "so far" for the driver. I refused thinking this was a scam and he said it would be delivered the next day by the correct rider from a different delivery hub which was closer. 10 days later and 3 fake delivery attempts, I see they closed my tracking package and sent it back to amazon. Hello, this is my first time posting in this sub so excuse me if I make any mistakes. I ordered a package off shoppee a while ago (it was supposed to arrive on Monday)but it got delivered to the wrong house. I filed a refund request and contacted ninja van about it too. The delivery man reached out to me and said he would look into it. After some complications, we were still unable to locate the package. He offered to pay me back for my losses instead of marking the parcel as lost, however I was wondering if this was the right option instead of just waiting for shoppee to refund me. I just wanted to share my ongoing nightmare with GCash and my experience with their escalation process. I ordered a GCash Klook card on Dec 13, 2025. It was never delivered. It has been out for delivery since Dec 16, 2025. According sa tracker ni NinjaVan, na-RTS na ito sa kanila nung Jan 8, 2026. I understand the holiday season when I ordered the card, so baka nag-fail na yung delivery because sobrang tagal na nito sa hub nila NinjaVan. At first, I thought that maybe I live in a difficult area, and that's why ALL of my Amazon packages are getting lost. I'm literally talking about over 15-20 packages by now. I live at the Dheights Country Club in Clark, and sometimes certain drivers/companies have a hard time finding my place. I dont even know what to say anymore. NinjaVan and all the negative publicity they have is true. So last january 8, i ordered a CC from maya, and had no idea NV was the courier. anyway, i still cant comprehend why its gettinf returned to the sender EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT???? like it didnt even leave the warehouse and suddenly they decide yo return it?? why? is it because my address is too inconvenient to deliver to? or is it because its an item they cant steal?? im just so annoyed. i already contacted them through email but im getting no response whatsoever.
