Hi po!!! I ordered my Gcash Card last Tuesday pero hindi ko po alam kung ito na po ba yun or baka scam 'to? First time ko lang po kasing magkaparcel sa Ninja Van, and hindi ko po alam kung nagtetext po sila ng ganito lalo na't ang text po ng Gcash ay magsesend sila ng tracking number na up until now ay wala pa po.

I dont even know what to say anymore. NinjaVan and all the negative publicity they have is true. So last january 8, i ordered a CC from maya, and had no idea NV was the courier. anyway, i still cant comprehend why its gettinf returned to the sender EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT???? like it didnt even leave the warehouse and suddenly they decide yo return it?? why? is it because my address is too inconvenient to deliver to? or is it because its an item they cant steal?? im just so annoyed. i already contacted them through email but im getting no response whatsoever.

Hi everyone! I would just like to ask if may nakapag order na dito sa London Rag? I ordered kase through their website last January 2, 2026 and paid for it already. I got an email the next day, January 3 from Ninja Van Logistics stating that “Zalora is preparing to ship your parcel” Is this from London Rag? I tried to track the link they gave but until now “Pending Pickup” parin yung order ko. And many days ba is the delivery time of London Rag? Thank you!

Hello! I just got a notification 10 minutes ago that my parcel was rejected at doorstep. I live in a condominium and the guards told me that no ninjavan driver appeared. Customer service has not been responding can someone please advice me on what to do next? Around early december i had placed an order for a lens cover for my Meta Quest 3s through Lazada. Nothing special. Packaged arrived at port (from china) and then Flash Express was assigned. Up until they attempted to deliver my package a week ago. All three attempts failed and somehow they uploaded pictures (via proof of delivery) that they "did" attempted to contact me but from my end, i did not receive any unknown calls during those 3 day period (not even a text from the assigned riders). I never had this problem in the past. I keep getting this notice from Ninja Van and no response from their support team: "Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient." Have you had this issue?

It arrived in the Philippines after 9 days however the one delivering it isn't the best delivery app platform, it's the worst that will steal spare change from cash on delivery payments, lose your package, or worse they will just steal my package on the spot and I don't know how to appeal if they lost my package. That message that I made was from 2019 ago reporting a rider who stole 8 dollars from me on a 20 dollar bill, after that I just stopped using apps that uses Ninjavan and moved to Shopee. I have to visit the tracking page every few hours if it moves or not.

Edit 1: btw ATL is authorise to leave(parcel) TL;DR at the bottom, but this is mainly a PSA for people in SG who buy higher-value stuff online that gets assigned to be delivered by Ninja Van.   Just wanted to put this out there for anyone in Singapore who buys more expensive items online (electronics, watches, etc.) and gets them delivered by Ninja Van. Hi, Good morning. Is anybody here experiencing issues with checking the delivery status for the Maya Black Credit Card with the courier of Ninja Van? Almost one week na kase siya stuck with Arrived at Sorting Center if viewed through Maya, but if mag track package ka over chrome, nasa warehouse pa daw. Tapos 5 business days na walang update. Called Maya and was advised that the monitoring stage daw which I find sketchy, and kaduda kasi, how come na sa warehouse pa for 5 days na?
