We wanted to give you an update on all 25 lawsuits so far. We’ll start with the most recent, then work back from there. First, one important note: Lawsuits against the federal government can move slowly. Both sides are given a lot of time to submit and respond to filings. With the Trump regime acting so recklessly, this deliberate pace can be frustrating, to say the least.
