Online LSO Tracking

Absolutely eat ***. These guys swear they delivered a 110.00 side mirror to our house. No questions asked I swear to the almighty they did not. I’ve sent pics of the back of our house. I’ve offered vids from our security cameras hours before/after of their said delivery date and time. I’ve asked their policy on jumping gates to “ deliver “ because our gate is always closed. We have a package delivery box at the street. Nope. The ******* lying driver says our “ back door” signed for it. Bullshit company.

I've used HF previously and my boxes always came UPS or FedEx. I reactive my plan for a few weeks and today is my first box, tracking info leads to LSO or Lone Star overnight. The google search I did shows that the shipping company might be a scam. Anyone have experience with HF shipping with them?

Has anyone used Lone Star Overnight to ship a handgun to a non-licensee inside Texas? Federal law says I can send a shotgun or rifle to somebody through the USPS, but not a handgun. UPS and FedEx will not let me ship to a non-licensee, no federal law stopped that either. Has anyone used Lone Star Overnight to ship a handgun to a non-licensee from a Texas address to a Texas address? I'll probably shoot them a message and see what they say. Just because they don't publicize it, doesn't mean they won't allow it. They may require it to go next day, but they do have end of day service that would be less expensive.

Your customer support is embarassing. Not only is it impossible to understand the almost 10 customer service, tehcnical support, and every other department i have been passed off to in the last 2 days, it is so clear that every script they are told to read is intended to do the bare minimum to help a customer. If i had a nickel for everytime i've heard a sentence begin with "I'm sorry" and end with "we can't do anything" I would fund a shipping company with carrier pigeons that would outperfrom UPS. I know it’s probably a pointless question, but is there any way to request that items not be sent through LSO/Lone Star Overnight from Ulta? They are horrible. My package has been “out for delivery” since Monday and it’s a pretty pricey order so I am trying to keep track of the expected delivery date, but it just keeps changing. I’ve written to them twice and their customer service team just says they will “try” to get it delivered. That doesn’t give me much confidence. I did some independent contract work (1099) for Lone Star Overnight (LSO in Tulsa) and they refuse to pay me. I'm filing paperwork with the Oklahoma department of labor but how do I go about getting the news involved? If it wasn't almost $300 they owe me I wouldn't make a fuss but that's a lot of money that they refuse to pay. On top of that, I witnessed some pretty sketchy things happen to some folks packages in the short time I was there. Anybody know anyone in the news I could possibly speak with?? Any advice would be appreciated!

So I a complete noobie entering the sim rig scene and ordered a rig from trak racer. I read some horror stories of missing parts, lack of better judgement I decided to take a leap of faith and placed an order for TR80. Anybody else have their VIP stuff shipped through Lone Star Overnight? My show is Nashville 5/5 and while I got the shipping notification last Monday, it’s been in limbo ever since. They have such abysmal ratings, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Hi all! I ordered some shoes recently and the company unfortunately chose to ship them through LSO (Lone Star Overnight) which, from all the reviews online, seems to be one of the worst delivery companies to ever exist 💀 The address on Google is incorrect (they moved and never changed the address?) and the phone number has been disconnected (apparently bc too many people were calling to complain). Does anyone happen to know the correct address or phone number? 😅

Is it worth contacting customer service about an annual box that is not here yet? I thought annual boxes were supposed to ship before seasonal. I finally got a tracking number a few days ago, but it’s with “Lone Star Overnight” and the tracking number still won’t pull anything up.

My box has been out for delivery for three days now, according to Lone Star Overnight it says it is coming from a town maybe 25 miles away from my house. LSO isn't answering my email I sent them. I'm an annual that up until this box I was really pleased with everything, but I am definitely going to quit after this subscription is up.

Has anyone had experience with this carrier? I received confirmation last Wednesday that my box shipped. It did not provide the carrier, and I had to google the tracking number to figure out it was Lone Star. It says shipped 8/10, but nothing since. It also has an alert that package may be lost or stuck in transit, but no other information provided.

Ordered a handful of Mcfarlane figures from Gamestop on the 16th, their carrier of choice was LSO Shipping. It was scheduled to arrive the 21st, todays the 27th and no item yet. On the 20th, i got an update saying the item arrived at the distribution center in my area, have not received a single update since. Like many others in Texas I was shipped my Galaxy Tab S8+ back in May using LSO although I was one of the lucky ones where I actually got my device. Based on the posts on here and around the Internet most people never get their packages. Anyway I placed another Samsung order earlier this week and this time it was shipped using FedEx again. I wonder if after a month of complaints and claims they finally decided it wasn't worth the hassle to use a company with so many known delivery problems just to save a few bucks. Has anyone else in Texas had an LSO shipment from Samsung in the past couple weeks?

So I just ordered a new S22 directly from Samsung. I was expecting someone like Fedex to be delivering the package since that's who delivered by brother's S22 Ultra but I was surprised to see LSO as the carrier instead. After a quick look online, I see nothing but terrible reviews for LSO and I'm starting to get worried on whether or not I'm gonna get the phone. No idea why Samsung chose LSO as the carrier for my order, I don't recall ever seeing an option where I could choose the carrier. Have any of y'all gotten any good experiences from LSO before?
