Sinubukan ko gamitin tracking number na binigay ng metrobank sa SMS sa iba’t ibang courier since ayaw naman idisclose ni Metrobank ang courier na handling my CC at sa LBC lang sya gumana. Pero nalito lang ako bakit nasa Tacloban ang shipment? Sa Bicol po kasi ako at tama naman nilagay kung address for delivery. Sana may mag clarify, Thanks.

Hello po. Mangutana ra unta ko if naay nakabalo aha ang new LBC Libertad branch located? Akong package po kay dapat nareceive na gaina sa orig Libertad branch area ( kung naa lang). Wala nag update ang LBC sa location, tapos gaina rasab nako nabalan after going there only to find out wala na diay didto ang branch store. I'm waiting for a package sent thru gogoexpress. So I found out that LBC is the local partner courier in Bacolod. It said on their website that package has a concern. In the past, when I call LBC, they will tell me that the delivery guy can't find my address (which I think is a lie because I live on the main road corner of two streets with landmark indicated. Also, they don't call like shopee or j&t). Anyway, I decided to pick it up from the warehouse tomorrow since I read that some people do that. My question, can I just take a cab and ask the cab driver to wait? Will it take a long time to pick up a package?
