i have been using shippingcart and i’ve always gotten their sc protect. this time i didnt. lo and behold, my package has been picked up by lbc brokers on feb 23 and since feb 24 the status is “shipment has been accepted at lbc express - sm pampanga” nanakawan na ba kayo sa lbc? or deliberately lost package?

i ordered a maya pink card around december, 2nd week. wala pa rin siya up until now 😭 nakikita ko yung tracking number and sa LBC express siya. pero upon opening the website and entering the tracking number, not found yung package. anyone else experience this yet?

Hello. Ganto ba talaga yung LBC I went to LBC kanina around 4pm para icheck bakit gantu nangyayari sa package ko. Yesterday may delivery daw pero I received the notice na out for delivery 8:58pm. Ano yun? I was informed na wala daw delivery kahapon so bantayan ko nalang daw yung text or call within today or tomorrow.. Then around 5:54pm nagnotify nalang sila na unsuccessful daw yung delivery due to House Closed? Goshhhhh wala naman sms or call. At open yung building namin until 10:30pm and open na as early as 5am. How come? Wala ding customer service sa chat or way para magreport online. Kaloka. Napakapangit ng service. Nagbabayad ka ng tama tas ganto lang ginagawa.

Sinubukan ko gamitin tracking number na binigay ng metrobank sa SMS sa iba’t ibang courier since ayaw naman idisclose ni Metrobank ang courier na handling my CC at sa LBC lang sya gumana.
