Online LaserShip Tracking

Forgive me, this is a rant. I have W+ and ordered 2 items March 24 using the shipping option and it showed on both product pages delivery date **tomorrow**. Instead, both are being shipped from Texas (I'm in Florida) and order is delayed and currently in New Jersey🙄. Estimated delivery date March 29. This time Walmart used Lasership for shipping. I'm frustrated because currently the products show shipping and arriving tomorrow if I order them today. Ontrac/Lasership’s driver stole my package from Free People and the driver had the audacity to upload a proof of delivery pic in their tracking number. My apartment complex has these ****** lockers and after they manually open all of them, no package under my name was found. Now I have a theory: Ontrac/Lasership mostly handles the free shipping orders, which many costumers choose to save money. I strongly believe bigger carrier companies like FeDex/UPS create/acquire these small **** companies so customers will stop picking free shipping instead choosing their overpriced shipping fee. Am I tripping or do I make some sense?

So i placed an order on March 14th, ONE item shipped by the 16th and i got it March 19th. The rest of my order 8 items, has yet to ship or even been updated. Estimated delivery is march 20-24 and today is the 24th yet NO update on tracking. I never even heard of lasership anyway so idk??? im upset bcus i want my order but im losing hope that i'll get it😂😢😡what can i do??? i dont want a refund or to cancel i want my items lol. pls help this has never happened to me with vs. I called CS on friday and they said to wait until 24th-today- and then call back but im scared theyre gonna just offer to cancel🫩😣

As the title says, I believe this is the first time I’ve ever placed an order that shipped through Ontrac unless there was a time a long time ago that I forgot. I ordered Brick phone lock. It is 7:38 pm EST as I’m writing this and my package still hasn’t shown up. I was afraid all of the negative reviews I saw for Ontrac would be real.

Still shows its arriving today, but is now showing it's in Bridgeport, New Jersey. Is this just an error?

How does my package just go missing? I don’t know why Nike uses this ****** company.

I am new in US and thought Walmart was a good idea to do few orders for my new apartments, so basically I have a 1000$+ package and seems to be stuck when the weather is good. Support doesn’t care they told me to wait 24hr after 48hr and still not moving. Should I ask a refund right now to Walmart and never use their services anymore ?

Delivery instructions said to deliver to mailroom but I didnt know how to use the parcel locker so I delivered to their door instead. It’s my first time seeing lockers like this.

What is the logic behind this (if there is any)? The package was in New Jersey, at a location about two hours from my home. The next day, it shows up in Lebanon, TENNESSEE. Could this be an error—perhaps it’s actually Lebanon, New Jersey, which would be only about an hour away from my home?

My ETA when I click on track package shows May 13, but the order details on my purchase history/order status shows ETA between Dec 18-23. It's my first time ordering bras from their online site and I was hoping to get them before Christmas 😭

Rant!! 🤬😡😤 I’m a frequent buyer of Adidas and within the last year or two I’ve noticed they switched from FedEx to this LaserShip stuff (I had never heard of them before). They tend to deliver pretty late which has been super annoying, but now I’m upset that they deliver my package due to weather. I live in Michigan and the high today was 22, it didn’t snow and no sleet or anything that would create unsafe driving conditions. Like if USPS was able to deliver my other package and I was doing outside stuff today, you could’ve delivered my package!! Has anyone else had issues with REI using lasership when ordering online? This is my second lost package and third issue with them shipping through them. The third being they literally left my package on the sidewalk outside my home. While REI has replaced everything immediately. It is immensely frustrating.

No updates at all for 30 hours, what the **** id this company?

11/21 - Lasership said they attempted delivery at 4:15pm and couldn’t deliver the package because the business was closed. They lied. The business doesn’t close till 7pm. I was there at 6pm. The tracking status says they’ll try 3 attempts at most. 11/22 - The tracking status is now “PENDING” and requesting delivery instructions. I tried submitting delivery instructions multiple times via their website chat bot and their text message service (“ticket failed to create, try again later”). The status remains “pending.” I contact Athleta CS over the phone about this and their response is to tell me to wait till the promised delivery date next week while Lasership is withholdin...

I ordered a pc for my girlfriend through walmart. it’s been exactly 4 days and this all the information I was given. I’ve contacted both walmart and ontrac who have zero information to provide me. Is this typical and did anyone receive their package with the only update being a tracking sticker made with this much time having passed?

I ordered from Comfrt clothing for my daughter on Saturday. I had never heard of OnTrac or LaserShip before ordering, so I was a bit concerned when I looked it up and found a flood of negative reviews. My experience may be an outlier, but our experience was extremely smooth. Ordered on Saturday night, ordered shipped Sunday morning, got to our town Monday morning, got to us Monday afternoon. Got our package in under 48 hours. Left at the real front door, Package was completely intact, with the correct items. Hi all, My apartment building's security prevents last-mile carriers (like Veho, Lasership, etc.) used by companies like Factor and HelloFresh) from accessing the secure mailroom. This means deliveries are constantly left outside, which means they're stolen, rained on, or left out in the heat. Does anyone know of any prepared meal delivery services (preferably prepared meals) that reliably ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS?

I’ve had not just one but TWO Lego sets be stolen by LaserShip/Ontrac and yet they still won’t take them off my account for shipping. I about cried when I saw my Bricklink Dracula’s Castle shipped with them 2 days ago, still not delivered yet. How are everyone’s deliveries going?
