Online LaserShip Tracking

Rant!! 🤬😡😤 I’m a frequent buyer of Adidas and within the last year or two I’ve noticed they switched from FedEx to this LaserShip stuff (I had never heard of them before). They tend to deliver pretty late which has been super annoying, but now I’m upset that they deliver my package due to weather. I live in Michigan and the high today was 22, it didn’t snow and no sleet or anything that would create unsafe driving conditions. Like if USPS was able to deliver my other package and I was doing outside stuff today, you could’ve delivered my package!! Has anyone else had issues with REI using lasership when ordering online? This is my second lost package and third issue with them shipping through them. The third being they literally left my package on the sidewalk outside my home. While REI has replaced everything immediately. It is immensely frustrating.

No updates at all for 30 hours, what the **** id this company?

11/21 - Lasership said they attempted delivery at 4:15pm and couldn’t deliver the package because the business was closed. They lied. The business doesn’t close till 7pm. I was there at 6pm. The tracking status says they’ll try 3 attempts at most. 11/22 - The tracking status is now “PENDING” and requesting delivery instructions. I tried submitting delivery instructions multiple times via their website chat bot and their text message service (“ticket failed to create, try again later”). The status remains “pending.” I contact Athleta CS over the phone about this and their response is to tell me to wait till the promised delivery date next week while Lasership is withholdin...

I ordered a pc for my girlfriend through walmart. it’s been exactly 4 days and this all the information I was given. I’ve contacted both walmart and ontrac who have zero information to provide me. Is this typical and did anyone receive their package with the only update being a tracking sticker made with this much time having passed?

I ordered from Comfrt clothing for my daughter on Saturday. I had never heard of OnTrac or LaserShip before ordering, so I was a bit concerned when I looked it up and found a flood of negative reviews. My experience may be an outlier, but our experience was extremely smooth. Ordered on Saturday night, ordered shipped Sunday morning, got to our town Monday morning, got to us Monday afternoon. Got our package in under 48 hours. Left at the real front door, Package was completely intact, with the correct items. Hi all, My apartment building's security prevents last-mile carriers (like Veho, Lasership, etc.) used by companies like Factor and HelloFresh) from accessing the secure mailroom. This means deliveries are constantly left outside, which means they're stolen, rained on, or left out in the heat. Does anyone know of any prepared meal delivery services (preferably prepared meals) that reliably ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS?

I’ve had not just one but TWO Lego sets be stolen by LaserShip/Ontrac and yet they still won’t take them off my account for shipping. I about cried when I saw my Bricklink Dracula’s Castle shipped with them 2 days ago, still not delivered yet. How are everyone’s deliveries going?

No wonder why so many packages get stolen! The shipping box has all the information on the outside! Pop Mart needs to start shipping items in blank boxes! I was so afraid they would take the delivery photo and then take the box with them, I'm so glad I saw them and I was able to tell her to give it to me in hand. Beware of Ontrac/Lasership!

After getting security cameras I've noticed that most of our non-Amazon package deliveries come from a delivery service like one those listed above. What they all seem to have in common is that last mile delivery is handled by someone in a normal passenger vehicle or an unmarked/rental van. I assume it is because I always select the cheap shipping option. How do these services work? Are they becoming more common or am I just now paying attention? Do they have their own logistics networks like USPS/UPS/FedEx? I can't find much out there on these delivery services other than various complaints and corporate buzzwords on their websites

Afternoon all. Just providing another OnTrac experience. Peace. I placed a LEGO order on August 4th. Due to some delays on LEGO's side it wasn't shipped until the 7th. My package arrived in an OnTrac facility on the 10th. This facility is about 20 miles from my house. On the evening of the 15th, I checked the tracker as I was originally given this as the target delivery date and still hadn't receive the shipment. I got the 'additional information' notice, but couldn't do anything about it as they posted it at almost 5p on a Friday and I was already on my way out of town. I ordered something that’s shipped via lasership to my PO box. First attempt at delivery was on Sunday (obviously closed), then today at 7 PM (closed again). Is there any way I can get this delivered? Can I just sit outside the post office and wait for it to get delivered?

Is there any rhyme or reason to the use of LaserShip for deliveries? I have packages shipped by DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc and I don’t understand how a carrier is selected. I am curious because I have had terrible experiences with LaserShip and as a result I don’t shop at Nordstrom as often, but I made the mistake of shopping the anniversary sale….

Received delivery confirmation last night at 7:34pm. First indication of an issue is OnTrac showed delivery to front door. My driveway is pretty long and I have 2 dogs. Never once has Lasership or OnTrac come further than 1/2 way down my driveway. Most times they throw my packages in the lawn, near the road. I have exterior security cameras and I reviewed footage from 12pm on yesterday and as suspected, no OnTrac delivery was even attempted. I checked everywhere and no package on my property or near road. I opened a case with OnTrac and let the vendor know my package was absolutely not delivered. Let's say you run out of stock after accepting an order and can't ship it. You tell the customer, they'll be mad at you. You pay Lasership a couple bucks for a fake tracking number, the package gets "lost", and the customer is mad at them, not you. This is almost certainly **wrong**, because the customer would still be mad at you for using the shittiest delivery company on the planet. But for a second after the idea occurred to me, it seemed to explain why this company is still in business. To date, exactly 1/3 of the packages shipped via them have made it to me. The rest either go into "status" delayed" forever, or they claim they never received...
