Online La Poste Tracking

I sent an important A4 sized document to France (to a commercial) address. For days it was stuck at Customs, tracking showing in/out of customs for at least 2 weeks. Customs charged a minimum customs levy on A4 document (of no commercial value) all because RM or GLS declared A4 document value at 0.11€, which incrurred a charge of 9.00€ extra. I paid this to be delivered anyway. Item was released and then La Poste (Fr post) tried to make a delivery and did not find anyone at a commercial address, at 2nd try and claimed (commercial) address does not exist, set parcel to be returned to UK. I bought gifts from a small American shop after forgetting something in my last order & the parcel hasn't been updated since 19 DAYS. I contacted the shop 10 days ago about this issue & they explained that all orders which were shipped the same day had the same issue. Hello, I am currently in Italy but shipped two parcels from London to Paris at different times. I shipped the first one on December 2nd using International Tracked, it was updating just fine, but has now been stuck at “Arrived at Delivery Office” since December 10th. The second parcel I shipped on December 12th using International Tracked and Signed. Hello it's been 5 days since the seller has "sent" my letter but i can't track it.
