Online La Poste Tracking

I sent an important document on 12th November from UK to France via Royal mail international signed and track. It supposed to be a delivered within maximum of 5 working days, however once it got France, there is no movement since November 19th. My recipient has contacted several La poste branches just to find out what's happening, no one's got a clue and unwilling to help, can't even bothered to track it. La poste online help non existence. Ordered from France to the UK on the 21st November, as you can see the tracking has been like this since the 22nd of November. Is this normal? Or do I contact the seller to chase this up with La Poste? It's the size of a letter...

Hello it's been 5 days since the seller has "sent" my letter but i can't track it. It's says that i will be updated when the letter is in hands of the delivery service (La poste in France) but i'm doubting the seller words that he posted the letter since he has a few "not arrived" "not sent"(maybe 10 in each category) in his stats. I am a foreigner who has items delivered to a warehouse in Marseille that then ships to my country. I bought an item from Lyon and la poste said it would arrive in 2-3 days but it has been 5 and it is still on departure platform. Hey guys I sent a parcel to someone in France on the 3rd and it's last update was: "**Item has left the overseas International Processing Centre** ROISSY PIAC EXPORT, France" and nothing since then. Should I be worried? This is supposed to be a fast delivery service. RM say they cannot help me now it is with La Poste.... I picked my add-ons on the 3rd, and on the website it’s stuck on “preparing” rather than moving to “shipping” on the 6th. I haven’t gotten any notification, sms or email, regarding whether it’s even been shipped or not. The back and forth from Ipsy telling me to contact ACI vs. ACI telling me they haven’t received it from the merchant is driving me insane. Definitely cancelling.

So, a penpal sent me something from France (la poste transferred to royal mail) which I told them to deliver to my friends address (personal reasons). I've found that Aliexpress does handle VAT correctly, so I'm expecting my inbound packages from them to be delivered smoothly (I shouldn't need to go the post office to pay it in person). I recently ordered something from a seller in Germany, who shipped to France via DHL. Shipping (to my home address, as per the seller's terms) wasn't cheap. Once the package arrived in France, DHL handed it to La Poste. On La Poste's tracking page, the delivery address was then modified to a pickup point. It indicates that the request comes from the recipient (but it didn't). Did anything similar happen to other people? If so, what do you think happened here? I contacted This guy on FB marketplace in order to purchase something from him, the problem is I live in Gafsa while he's in Tunis I tried all sorts of ways with him to send it to me, either via la poste louage delivery etc, every time he says I don't know how to send it and keeps forgetting because of his job.I don't know why he's stalling like this tbh it's not even that expensive.
