I’ve been waiting for a shipment to depart from the AU warehouse since April 14th. The parcel arrived at the AU warehouse around noon on Monday the 13th. Shipment fee was immediately paid with SC Protect, and the next update I got was that the parcel was “packed and ready to be handed over” on April 14th around noon. I have not received any updates since then. The warehouse team assured me the parcel would fly out yesterday. But checking the app today it’s still on packed status. Is this type of service normal? As per my screenshot, my item which was sent by cainiao. Has not updated it's status since 12/04. Meaning it's still in China and not even boarded a plane yet.
