I dropped this off on 02/12 and was told to expect a Saturday delivery, 02/14. Yes I paid the extra Saturday delivery fee. Saturday morning 6:27 AM it reached the destination state, about 1.5 hours away from the delivery address, but no movement since then!! It says it’ll be delivered tomorrow now, but still no movement so idk if I even believe that. But that’s 3 days late!!! I paid $105 for this **** to be delivered on Saturday!!!! Only one state over yet it traveled across the country to Kentucky first (I know it’s the main air hub but whatever).

Lunar New Year is on the 17th, tomorrow. The Delivery van is based on those you'd see in China, plus there being a panda skin for it, makes me think the update is based on it. I also saw a horse livery for the Scintilla. The update we secretly got is most likely a bite sized lunar new year present from the devs to us. Also I really hope they add a some more love into the robot van, having that thing as a prop you can spawn, and one not under the simplified vehicles tab would be nice! I'd love to drive it around in career and perform deliveries! Just a simple little theory, as I love driving the van around, and I wanna mention my thoughts.
