The old shipping company (company A) has yet again dropped the ball and told me the powder is still pending in customs due to the holiday (??). Our new shipper has already delivered multiple shipments faster than the old shipper at a lower price and mentioned no port or customs related issues in the past 3 weeks. Curious, I asked the new shipper (company B) if this is a common issue since the tariffs started.
