Whats up guys ! my Gen 1 arm broke like everyone else’s here. It happened after 4 months of use, I went through the arduous month long warranty claim process and Ray Ban offered a credit for a new Gen 2. I bought the Gen 2 using the store credit, it arrived from China 11 days later. A week later, another pair also arrived (this one form Georgia), this one is a new Gen 1. I contacted the customer service through the online portal, both of these deliveries are tied to the same service request from my original Gen 1. Weird. Now I got two new Gen 1 and Gen 2s with warranty.
