Another thing that I thought was strange was that the subsidies are structured in a way to encourage single item purchases. For example, it is much cheaper to order a sandwich twice separately from the same store, to be delivered by 2 riders, than it is to just order two sandwiches with one order. Hi all, Did a wonderful trip to China last year and keen to do a stop-over on our way to/from Europe this year from Thailand. Have been eying up some decent deals on Air China ex. Bangkok so would like to book those if possible. A couple of questions: \- if I did a 'long stopover' ie 22-23 hours on a 'direct' flight (stop over in PEK) - would I be allowed out of the airport for some sightseeing? \- ideally, I'd like to engineer a 2-3 day stop-over in PEK.
