Na-clear yung parcel sa customs nung April 16. Nung una, April 24 yung ETA. Pero paulit-ulit siyang na-momove. Naging April 27, April 30, May 3, tapos ngayon May 12 and wala silang binibigay na clear explanation. Tatlong beses na ko nag-follow up sa Shopee CS, pero lagi lang sinasabi na ipprioritize or ieexpedite daw, pero hanggang ngayon walang progress. Nag-request na rin ako ng refund sa seller at Shopee pero both na-deny. Kahit sinabi ko na nag-escalate na ako sa DTI, generic tracking update lang binigay sakin. I bought supposedly 8 shoes for $160. She video called me and showed me her showroom and she sent a video of putting boxes on a plane at night. She gave me a tracking number that showed “delivered” March 23; however, my transaction was March 24. I’ve reported to IG, Apple Pay, WhatsApp. I just wanted to warn everyone. Now initially, I thought it was part of the process and that it’s normal for FC Transfer to take this long. But that’s not the case anymore. After shipment was closed, I was told that 325 units are missing, and in my inventory it shows a discrepancy as well, so it’s closer to 370 missing units. Currently it shows that I have about 68 units left (\~32 days of supply). I make 1-3 sales a day. I had already reordered my supply last week, before knowing my inventory was lost.
