Online Interparcel Tracking

Hi all, I shipped an item from the UK to Germany last Thursday (Oct 16) via Interparcel, which uses Evri as the courier. The recipient promised to pay me after I shipped and shared the tracking number, but they've gone silent and haven't paid. Now I'm worried they get the item for free, and I didn't expect this would happen The package is still in the UK (latest tracking shows it's at the INT Hub, no export yet), with an estimated 9-day delivery. I used a courier company (UPS) through Interparcel to send these two storage boxes from guildford to Edinburgh. They are solid boxes and weight 13kg. 50cm cubed. Two days ago I received a £50something charge for them not being in a cardboard box or a Jiffy bag! I’m so confused! Can anyone shed any light on this?!

Hi everyone! Could anyone share with me the best shipper with affordable/better rates to ship to my bulky item from NZ to USA? I don’t mind if its going to take longer to ship, i am not in the rush to receive the items. This was quoted for my items. A little too much. Thank you in advance for any leads or advice!

Any Australian Business owners being requested by interparcel to pay US import tariffs because the importer has failed to pay them? For reference US customs had released the package without the relevant duties being paid, UPS have delivered the package. US customs haven't been successful in retrieving the funds from the importer and have now passed the import duties onto UPS to pay. UPS are then passing it on to Interparcel and they're trying to pass that on to me as the exporter. Seems like a crazy process failure as now I have no way to get my goods back and I'm somehow getting hit with the US tariff bill? wtf? As many are aware parcels won't get released in Australi...

Sent a parcel through Interparcel via evri Large and Heavy service. Just informed that the parcel was damaged and has been disposed of. It was insured, but not to its full value sadly. It is most likely that just the packaging has come apart, and the contents are still ok. Anyone have any idea how evri dispose of parcels like this and if I have any chance of recovering it? Do they do bulk sales of undelivered/damaged stuff?

Almost a month ago, on 17th January I returned a product using Evri, booking through Interparcel. The item was a £200 computer hard drive, which I was returning as unwanted, so it was returned at my own cost. The parcel was picked up and passed through Evri's system until 22nd January when it was tracked to their local delivery depot, then got delayed, and there's been no tracking update since. Unfortunately, I didn't take out extended insurance on this (yes, hindsight is a wonderful thing) so if it's permanently lost I'm going to be well out of pocket. FWIW I try support local when I can, but what I'm trying to order A; isn't available in NZ because the supplier of said brand doesn't bring in the large pack sizes, or B; is literally twice the price here. I do have family there that could do it, but I'm trying to save the hassle.

England. Just out of curiosity… Browsing a car parts website (UK based with an address in Wales). They had a disclaimer which stated that… “Once items are in the hands of the courier, we have no control over and accept no liability for; missing, late or delayed deliveries. In the event of your item not arriving, you are to contact the courier (InterparcelUK). We are not responsible for the courier and will not issue refunds if they are at fault.” Surely they can’t bypass the consumer rights and would still be responsible for missing orders. They’d have to refund? (Decided against using this shop after seeing this disclaimer).

After (and I quote) "an exhaustive search across all our warehouse locations" StarTrack declared they absolutely could not find the delivery anywhere. Fast forward 9 months, and I get a call (to my surprise) from a guy that bought our stuff at Pickles Auction. He found my details in the package and had some questions about what he had purchased (an iPad, LED lights and other stuff). Where did Pickles get it? Hi I needed to post a letter overseas for a signed for as received. I used Interparcel who in turn used DPD. It was just a letter to a bank. I described it as a legal document. I enclosed the letter, just one sheet of paper in a jiffy letter size envelope. I called to ask if this was correct and did I need to do anything else. They said yes I would need to add three custom invoices attached on the outside of the letter. I did this as advised. Cost to send to UAE by air express £17. The letter never left Gatwick customs pending import duty payable by the receiver. Nobody mentioned this would happen? Anyway the letter was returned back to me. I recently listed a pram for sale on EBay. It has now sold to an overseas buyer via the EBay Shipping Program. I wasn’t aware that the listing offered this but it seems EBay do this automatically. The delivery address is Geodis in Lichfield. I’ve had numerous problems since. Firstly, the pram weighs 25kg and none of the EBay postage options cover items that heavy, so I arranged a collection & delivery separately via Interparcel. That was a farce, it was booked for collection on Monday 12/12, rescheduled for 13/12 and then I spent the rest of the week chasing Interparcel (terrible company) only for it not to be collected. Hi all, first time posting on Reddit, hope I’m doing it right! Since two days ago I haven’t been able to use the ‘Calculated Shipping’ option when listing - it’s no longer available/visible to me. Not only that, I seem to have lost most Australia Post options including ‘Australia Post Parcel Post’ for domestic, and all other International shipping options except for ‘AU Interparcel’ and the generic ‘Standard International Flat Rate Postage’. I was wondering if anyone else has or is experiencing this, and if there’s a fix… Unless it’s a new permanent eBay change? Thanks!
