I have a package I've been tracking for 8 days now under FedEx. Its a shotgun bought from Denver, and shipped to Oklahoma. Roughly 550 miles of ground transport. Roughly 6x Greyhound Bus time. It must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License holder that I'd selected nearby. I got an email at 12:34 pm today saying the package was attempted for delivery at 1:37pm, but the business was closed. I called the business. Open, and no FedEx delivery. Hi - I feel like a complete failure of a whippet-parent currently, and after some advice. We have a 1 year-old whippet who runs away. I have worked so hard on recall since he was a puppy and he was off lead from our first non-pavement walks. His recall used to be great, but as he has gotten bigger, more and more he has a mind of his own, he still comes back, but only if he wants to.
