Grocery delivery situation2007d agoJust wanted to get an overview of the currently grocery delivery situation in town... a few starting points: Fill My Fridge - free delivery, but obviously built into the product prices GoJava has shifted to grocery delivery from their workplace coffee/recycling distribution; next day delivery, simple delivery charge structure. Loblaws/Instacart - time slot chaos now seems resolved - many same day/next day openings now - although their fee structure is nickel-and-dimey. We have to pay to talk to customer care who don't pick up our call easily. Even if they pick up, they pass on the buck by saying that,"you'll get a call within 6 hours". Even after calling so many times, they can't assure the problem will be resolved. Their partner GOJAVAS are the worst courier service that ever was.
