Online GLS Tracking

Hi. I am having a trouble contacting an actual human at Royal Mail / Parcelforce. If anyone could help me with a proper number where I can speak to a member of staff I would appreciate it a lot. My delivery address is missing my house number for some reason and therefore the delivery attempt failed. I am trying to add this info but not sure how to do it. I have all the info about the parcel being sent from Netherlands to UK by parcelforce. But tracking is showing through GLS website though. Who do I contact for a help?

Desperate for opinions on similar situation. After jumping through hoops to get an emergency passport and us visa appointment finally got visa issued. Handed over to GLS 4 working days ago and no scans since. Iv contacted them about 10 times going around in circles, getting no answers. Has anyones parcel got lost and showed up eventually??
