I am very upset and disappointed with the work of Ecoflow. I placed an order back in mid-December (12/14/2025), and I still haven't received it. I have repeatedly contacted the support of the delivery service (GLS) and Ecoflow. To which the delivery replied that they still haven't received a single parcel from Ecoflow. Ecoflow support just feeds me by promises that i need to wait for few days, and just redirecting the problem to the logistic team. Hello folks, A quick google tells me that it's kind of turned into a meme now how GLS is so unfathomably inept and it's a wonder why steam keeps partnering with them to deliver their steam deck in Europe, however I truly think that we have now reached a whole new level. My GF and I have ordered our Steam deck on Dec 18th which, in hindsight given the period, was not a great idea and a little late. We live in France. The initial delivery date was Dec 24th, which obviously didn't happen because, without no surprise, the parcel got stuck somewhere near France CARVIN. GLS wint voor mij de eerste prijs betreffende het niet leveren van mijn pakket. Kon enkel kiezen voor levering in een pakketautomaat en ik dacht ' prima dan weet ik zeker dat hij geleverd wordt'. Starting to get worried, my RM11 pro was handed over to GLS. Bought it on the 20th from AliExpress and is being shipped from France to Germany. Last update from GLS was the 23rd. I'd like to remove Inpost as a shipping service, but it won't let me deactivate it and it's automatically activated. How do I remove it?

Hello. There is some confusing information regarding parcel delivery on my end. The vinted tracking through the conversation screen shows “arrived at sort facility”, however on the GLS page it shows the parcel as delivered. It is also 7 days before the estimated delivery date. I ordered on the 1st of December, a 1TB Oled Deck and Docking Station. I got shipment notification on the 4th and followed it all the way to delivery at 12.46 on the 15th. Except it was only the Dock that arrived. Spent the last few days worried my Deck was lost or stolen and have not been able to contact GLS. Last night after a few back and forth emails with Steam I got sent a new tracking number. One for the Deck itself. Take a look at the journey my Deck has made. Probably won't see it this side of Christmas. Would have been nice to get both tracking numbers at the start though. Got Baldurs Gate 3 for my troubles, which was nice.

I live in Europe (Spain) and made an order on 08.12.2025. The parcels (two) were shipped via Seur, a company with a 1.1 rating on Trustpilot and other review sites. So seur changed the status to "delivered," but no one contacted me, and I have no idea where the parcel is. so I ordered my Ralsei plush yesterday (FUWEWEWE) and apparently on the same day it got shipped?! I expected to wait for at the very least February, but I am so happy. I doubt that despite it being shipped it will arrive this year because of the Holidays, but at least I can expect the fluffy boi in the first two weeks of January and I am so happy if that's the case
