Hi guys, I ordered my steam deck on Monday morning, I’m so excited for it to arrive, but I’ve not had any update, on Tuesday they gave me a tracking number, but they’ve not even given the parcel to GLS yet? Should I be concerned as it is Friday tomorrow?

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I ordered a phone on AliExpress from a seller with stock in France. I tried to cancel the order right after buying, but the seller shipped it anyway. The parcel is now at the GLS Pickup Point. When I went to pick it up, the shop owner told me the parcel is "locked by the sender" in their system and they cannot give it to me. My questions: Has anyone experienced this "Sender Lock" with GLS? Is it possible the seller blocked it because of my cancellation request? I'm afraid that if I don't pick it up, it will be returned to the sender and I'll struggle to get a refund.

Subject says it all. Anyone else experience anything like that before? Was waiting for a parcel supposed to be delivered on Friday, didn’t arrive. Was supposed to be redelivered yesterday, didn’t arrive. Hello. So I've been scammed through SMS phishing of 5000 euros. I've just delivered a parcel through GLS and then, I got a SMS purportedly from them telling me that the parcel couldn't be sent, that I had to change the address and that I had to pay 1 extra euro or so for the delivery. It was an important document I've sent, so in my panic, it didn't cross my mind that it could be phishing. I am very upset and disappointed with the work of Ecoflow. I placed an order back in mid-December (12/14/2025), and I still haven't received it. I have repeatedly contacted the support of the delivery service (GLS) and Ecoflow. To which the delivery replied that they still haven't received a single parcel from Ecoflow. Hello folks, A quick google tells me that it's kind of turned into a meme now how GLS is so unfathomably inept and it's a wonder why steam keeps partnering with them to deliver their steam deck in Europe, however I truly think that we have now reached a whole new level. My GF and I have ordered our Steam deck on Dec 18th which, in hindsight given the period, was not a great idea and a little late. We live in France.
