This is the worst service I have ever received! Their tracker indicated that they had delivered my package and provided two pictures of someone else's front door of "proof of delivery". After emailing and calling them to explain that I could see my parcel on the front step of my next door neighbour, they said they would go and retrieve it and bring it to my home. When I called again in a couple of days, they claimed they went there twice to retrieve it and no one was home. Update: Tracking got set to out for delivery after 10 days however it was bank holiday weekend too but GLS doesn’t update often so if you buy don’t worry if your having the same issue rqs have great customer service support too thanks guys Ngl I’m disappointed this has been stuck on this tracking for 8 days and the thing is searching to see if it’s updated makes me so mad bro GLS are not a good delivery service they handle to many packages going to to many different places your package has a high chance of being lost or back logged my delivery by date has been passed by 5 days not good enough experience is 0 first time ordering from rqs not happy to say the least

recently had a smythstoys order arive i had two orders one came from dbp arived at 9 and was hand delivered then i had gls apparently arived a 1 30 but there was no parcel i rang them and was told check again as they had a "photo of proof" they refused to let me see it tho as it was "privacy reasons" and after another hour waiting the customer service line hung up on me and then shut there offices before i could tey again its the next day now and i have been on the waiting list 3 hours now because there ****** hotline kicks you off at 1 hour so u have to re enter the queue does anyone have any suggestions on what to do i have emailed to but no answer Update: Thanks ...

I had a parcel scheduled for delivery today via GLS and even paid an additional fee for the delivery. I stayed home all day and was actively tracking the shipment. At one point the tracker showed “arriving now”, and the very next moment the status changed to “delivery could not be made because the recipient was not home” — followed by a message saying the parcel was rerouted to the nearest parcel station. I can't find much information on GLS. I have read that royal mail delivers their parcels? For over two months, GLS have been trying to deliver my parcel. It vanishs for a while, I contact the place I purchased from, and then they attempt delivery again. They never knock or ring my doorbell. At a loss! Is there any way to get a shop collection?
