Looking to go to Almaty from Manchester and the only flights either have a 1h connection or above 5 hours. Is this connection offered possible? Has anyone taken this route? Or from other UK Airports as I've looked from London and there is the same 1h connection. What happens in the possibility of a delayed first flight? - I had a connection in Doha from Kuala Lumpur to UK where the connection time was 2.5h, first one delayed by 1h40, and the second plane left on time without everyone from the delayed flight. Our flight was supposed to leave 4/11 at 6pm. We actually took off, but then had engine trouble and had to circle for \~20 minutes before landing. Annoying, but fine—stuff happens, right? First time connecting through MIA and I decided to make use of the LATAM lounge since I flew in from São Paulo on LATAM metal with a Delta itinerary and flight number. I'm platinum and flew economy. The desk agents greeted me in Portuguese and seemed unsure if I was allowed access but finally after some discussion they let me in. 😂 Pretty underwhelming lounge. Food was so-so. All the alcohol is self service including hard alcohol. I finally left around 1230pm because they still had breakfast food out and I wanted lunch so I headed to the sky lounge.

Got a trip on a 767-300 to london later this yr and I can't tell which vers of the 767-300 it is. Apparently there are 2 versions when I check seatmaps. Flight is UA 146, when I googled that aircraft and UA flight number I get both versions of 767-300 coming up lol Mostly asking because I read the newer version has crew seats available for passenger in rows 40A/B and above. Currently we have seats row 40A and B open, so if the above is true, I'd like to snag them. Idk if the same is true for the older version of the 767-300, so if anyone knows, would appreciate the clarification. If both have crew seats in seats 40A/B then that would answer my question. My friend & I planned a trip to Japan to celebrate our 25th birthday. We were on a flight from Tokyo to Okinawa with Japan Airlines on 13 April 2026 flight number JAL925 dep 8:05pm arrival 10:45pm. MONDAY UPDATE: They are choosing to stay an additional day in Philly and take the same flight out. Apparently they were given a different flight number so that leads me to believe they aren’t using the same plane on the third go. I sat next to a woman on a plane. I think we made a connection. Then after the flight I went about my business, she followed me and then asked if I wanted to go with her. I had an important phone call and I think she took that as a no. She said she’ll see me later at the border control. I waved hi to her when i saw her again and she thought I was waving bye so she said bye and went off.. It was crowded so I was a bit embarrassed to say anything. Is there any way to get in contact with her knowing the flight number and her seat? It might sound weird but she was the one that approached me and I screwed it up.

Has anyone else had issues with a KLM awards ticket thru Delta? Delta cancelled the flight during the ATC staffing crisis and KLM charged me a voluntary rebooking fee of 70euro. Delta could not rebook me and I contacted KLM and they showed my ticket as a voluntary cancellation and redeposited the miles. How can I fight this? AMEX isn't helping and KLM isn't returning any emails. When I call, they say their records show the flight operated.But the flight shared the same flight number as another leg that did operate. Any help is appreciated.

So I tried looking up if you can earn avios/tier points for non-oneworld carriers on codeshare flights, but couldn't find a clear answer. Let's take for example a booking through Finnair (talking about any codeshares though), Melbourne to Helsinki via Hong Kong. The second flight is a Finnair operated one so all good there. But Melbourne to Hong Kong is operated by Jetstar. Because it's booked through Finnair, it still has an AY-flight number. Can you earn points from both legs of that journey? Thank you

My Husband and I would like to book these flights MUC – LHR – EWR – SJO, I found on Google Flights. MUC to LHR is operated by Lufthansa, the other flights are United. It is about 400 Euros cheaper than other options I found. I am concerned about the connecting time in LHR with 1h 15 min. Is it doable? It is a trip with BOS-SFO on United, then SFO-HND coshare with ANA(but with a United flight number), and HND to BKK with ANA(not coshare).
