Hi all, I just finished an amazing honeymoon in Italy. While there I bought a leather bag and a gold bracelet. At the FCO airport this morning, I was able to get through the global blue kiosk without any problems. However, the store I got my jewelry from does not use global blue, but used nothing name specific just yellow paperwork titled “tax refund”. When going to the yellow tax refund kiosk, my flight number was not showing potentially due to it being 2:00am. Luckily there was a man in the customs office. Long story short, we had a terrible experience with British Airways and won’t be flying with them again. We were flying from DFW to London and couldn’t check in online, so we arrived at the check-in desk at 8:56 for a 10:15 flight. Yes, that’s cutting it close, but still before the one-hour cutoff they state online. The problem was there was no one at the desk to help us. Despite that, we were marked as a no-show. Last September I booked Ethiopian airline business class tickets EWR (Newark, NJ) to ADD (Ethiopia) for a flight coming up in April. In January they sent me a “flight change notice”. The flight numbers changed from 527 to 501, but the times are exactly the same. The flights are now IAD to ADD, though!!! They changed the airport to another one literally 200+ miles away?! I emailed them and asked for a refund, since this is a HUGE change. They STILL have never replied to my email. HOW do I get this fixed, or a refund?!

I book a flight to Manila with Shenzhen airlines through a third party travel agent, I have my “ticket number” my flight number etc but I can’t retrieve my booking on Shenzhen website, I tried to call and got left on hold for 45 minutes until I realised I was being charged £250 by my broadband provider as calling from England (silly mistake I know)😅 an urgent call to my provider later and they have reduced it to £100 thankfully although it is still not great. I still don’t have an outcome, all three emails I tried to Shenzhen have bounced back, and my Facebook message unanswered. I also tried to retrieve my booking on air China which didn’t work. I recently booked a trip with United. The outbound flight was on a United plane. The return was on a Swiss Air plane, booked through United with a United flight number. I was only credited with a premier status flight segment on the first flight. For the return no flight segment was credited. My research says I am entitled to the segment, but United chat says it’s a premier qualifying flight, but does not earn a segment. Please weigh in.

Is it possible for someone to please find out the the delay we had (time of departure and time of arrival for my flight from BERLIN (BER)-BUCHAREST (henri c.) with WizzAir on 22 february 2026 (I arrived in the evening) and maybe if possible also my flight on 19 february 2026 from CLUJ NAPOCA- BUCHAREST with the airline hisky (also flight number, departure time and arrival time) Thank you a lot in advance, I hope someone manages to find out for me !!!!!

So far, booking.com has been great to me for hotels, but today I realised they gave me a flight number for a trip that took off earlier today, not in two days time. I checked in with the airline itself and they gave me the right details. The time of the flight even changed and I got no notification. Safe to say, I will not be using them for flights anymore.

I'm returning a rental car to Orlando International Airport and then taking an Uber to the cruise terminal. I'm wanting to schedule the Uber because I believe it will be cheaper. When I try and schedule an Uber and pick Orlando Airport as my pick up location, it forces me to pick an airline and flight number. I can't seem to find anyway to skip this or enter "none". I would just pick a random airline and flight, but it says Uber will monitor my flight and adjust pick up if my flight is late. It would be just my luck I'd pick a random flight that ended up having a 2 hour delay or something. Any suggestions? Just not schedule I guess?

United has sunken to a new low… perhaps they’ve always done it and I just didn’t know. I thought it was only southwest that did this BS. I book a flight from PHX to IAD. Happy man, booked in advance. I should have looked at the flight time line… it was 7 hrs. That’s too long. I just looked at arrival time and know it takes all day to fly west to east so didn’t think much of the 1230 departure and 1030 arrival time. So I ordered 25 pcs of hoodies on February 24th and they shipped the order on March 1st. They used a freight forwarder to ship it to my destination. They told me that the flight to the USA was delayed 2 days and was supposed to land on March 9th but it landed on March 11th. They first told me that it was going to Los Angeles but due to packages getting seized and inspected so they changed the flight to Chicago. They gave me a UPS tracking code and it hasn’t updated in 18 days still saying label created. They then told me that due to bad weather in chicago my UPS tracking code wouldn’t update. I wish the find my plane feature would show where the plane is, or at minimum where it is departing from. It just says the flight number and if it's on time or not. Could it please show departure airport and ideally a map of where the plane is? Also in the screenshotnwhen it says "departure to Denver" what does that mean? Does that mean it departed already and it will arrive at 13:25? It does it mean it is going to depart at 13:25? Also, what time zone is 13:25 in? Is that local time of the arrival or the departure spot? Those are a few ways this feature could be improved.

I'm due to fly from Manchester to Sydney at the end of April. None of my flight numbers have been running for the last few weeks except for the first one (Manc to Dubai). There are other flight numbers that have been running consistently eg EK412, EK413 and EK19/21. The website is allowing me to rebook onto these flights for £150. Is it worth doing or am I best just waiting to see how the situation is in a few weeks?

Hello, I am currently in Bangkok and I am scheduled to fly back on April 10 via Dubai to Zurich. My flight numbers are EK377 and EK87. Over the past few days, these flights have been cancelled repeatedly, which makes me worried about my return journey. Could someone please tell me what I should do if the flights are cancelled again? Should I rebook to another flight, or will there be an alternative arrangement provided? Thank you for your help.
