Online Flight Track

I noticed this Delta 757 flying from White Plains, NY to OKC which is very obviously not a scheduled route. I know Delta uses flight numbers in the 8000s for charters. Is there any way for me to find out who chartered this plane? I’m thinking maybe a sports team? (Definitely isn’t the Thunder.) I used to follow @SportsAviation on Twitter/X, an account that tracks sports charters but they haven’t posted anything in a few years. Side note: if anyone knows of any social media accounts like that one that I can follow, let me know please! It’s something I find super interesting.

Flew to a conference with a colleague today, and it was her first time ever flying. We were on the same reservation and somehow got upgraded on both segments, which was a pretty great way to start your first day of air travel. We flew GEG to MSP and then MSP to DCA. On the second leg, I mentioned to the crew that it was her first time flying, and they came back with this certificate for her. Obviously the flight number on it is from the second segment, but it was still her first day flying and it absolutely made her day. Posting with her permission. Just a genuinely thoughtful moment from the crew.

I've been playing disc golf for a little over 10 years at this point and I just love watching a disc fly. I focused almost solely on power and never accuracy or putting. This month I decided to buy a tech disc as a little reward for a recent promotion. Color me surprised when my average mph was in the mid 60s and the throw in the screenshot barely breaking 70! I am maybe a 910 rated disc golfer on a good day so this proves the point that power is not everything, but man, is it fun to chase! I am thinking about getting the premium membership so I can get some good slowmo shots. Any tips for developing some accuracy and consistency?

Hey guys, I’m flying on Tuesday the 31st of March Melbourne returning Saturday 10 April to Hong Kong, booked economy on virgin rewards flying Hong Kong Airlines. I booked these flights in December. I have a confirmed emailed itinerary so thought I was sweet. I got a call today from virgin that Hong Kong airlines has now unconfirmed my itinerary due to scheduling a they are cancelling my itinerary. The thing is the flight is still running, and Hong Kong airlines is still selling tickets on it in economy - $2,000 each way. Hi! Sorry to pester, but I am nervous about a connecting flight on our SLC to HOU to MCO trip tomorrow. When looking at WN704 (SLC to HOU) and WN1315 (HOU to MCO) it \*looks\* like they are the same plane, but we were given different seating assignment and the different flight numbers has me second guessing. I just started using this app and wanted to put some past flights in. I had two departure and return flights for two separate trips in 2023 and was able to find the flight numbers in e-mails. Everything worked perfectly except for one flight that is throwing me off. On February 16, 2023, I departed Las Vegas with a stop in Minneapolis, then flew from Minneapolis to Louisville (Delta). The Minneapolis to Louisville flight number was DL4464, which I found in the app, but when I search for the Vegas to Minneapolis flight (which according to my e-mail was DL 1273), the only one I can find is DL1413, which was also Vegas to Minneapolis. I am flying via Dubai and, the inbound flight number to DXB seems to be not operating from last 14 days at the very least. However there is a new limited flight flying around the same time. Questions: 1. How much in advance to a travel period is emirates putting out refund comms? It was out for out 15th April by 18th March but is there a pattern here? 2. Hi all, To provide context: I only traveled because I was told I would be rerouted if my return flight was cancelled. However, once I was abroad, Qatar Airways cancelled my flight and changed their policy. It appears Qatar Airways has decided to cease rerouting via other airlines, essentially forcing passengers to accept whatever alternative they provide under their own flight numbers.
