I recently did a round trip DC/Washington Dulles \[IAD\] to Abu Dhabu \[AUH\] to Bangkok BKK using Etihad and given the circumstances it went pretty smoothly. IAD was not operating daily flight and so I was a bit nervous but luckily my scheduled departure for March 27th took place and so I was relieved. I had a long layover and decided to stay at the in airport hotel (AUHotel). It was pricey but worth the sleep I was able to get. On my return, I had a much longer layover - I had planned this (pre-war) as I wanted to visit a friend in Abu Dhabi. I know I’ve been on a page, either on adsb exchange or flight aware or something, that showed the flight numbers/altitude/speed of all the flights on the map… anyone know where to see that?

I've noticed that (almost) every Emerald Airlines Manchester to Dublin flight is shown twice, with different flight numbers. Only one of them ever updates with flight tracking. What causes this?

Saw sun country flying Newark Charlotte and thought that’s very odd as I didn’t know the flu that true. But looking at the flight number’s upcoming flights this possibly looks like a chartered flight? Possibly Charlotte FC as they played NYC on Saturday

Hi all, I received a couple of complimentary lounge passes as part of reaching P1. Understand there are limitations and changes from 1 July 2026 but just wanted to clarify a couple of specific things with perhaps those with a bit more experience dealing with Lounge Passes may know? 1. When they reference the ability to use lounge passes in the Qantas First lounge, is it only when traveling on the same flight as the P1? 2. As a P1, Assume I can transfer these to those traveling independently ie without me (subject to general T&Cs) as long as their flight Qualifies?

It's so strange to me that the progenitor of flight numbers has an inconsistent way of marking their own numbers. I'm not a seasoned vet by any means, playing for 3 years, but my understanding of disc speed is that it's mostly derived from rim width, yet the Hawkeye, TL3, and Sidewinder all have the same rim width and diameter, and they're speed 7, 8, and 9 respectively. Also a Leopard3 (7/5/-2/1) and It (7/6/-2/1) should not share stability at all. I figure this is partly done from a marketing stand point, and that flight numbers are already inherently vibe based. I have to voice my complaint about my recent travel experience. I was delayed out of Cleveland due to weather. We had a connection in Chicago at O’Hare to Seattle. We landed in Chicago at 7:09 pm CDT with a gate arrival of 7:47pm CDT. That’s 38 minutes of taxi time. Obviously panicked about missing connections, the very pleasant lovely flight attendants told us that the connections are aware of the delay and would hold the planes within reason. My connected was on a completely different terminal, and approximately a 15 minute walk, and suppose to leave at 8:00pm CDT. **Flights** 7 Flights on my 2 1/2 week European trip... and this is how they fared with questions for pilots at the bottom. Booked a once in a life time ,business flight on Malaysian for June. 2 Int / 2 Dom (1 hr ) sectors. The 8.00 Dom flight has been cancelled and replaced by 13.00 flight which does not suit as have made prior arrangements requiring to be at destination before 12.00. Investigated and found MH LLC subsidiary Firefly has suitable morning flight ( with MH codeshare flight number ). Requested change to that flight, aware there is no Bus class .Not requiring refund or compensation. my boyfriend was supposed to graduate this week and on the first day of his graduation i got a letter from him telling me he’s been recycled :( his letter was heartbreaking to read and i just feel so terrible for him. he’s been set back two weeks, and i’m not even sure i’ll be able to write him any letters since he’s in a new flight now. i’m hoping and praying that maybe next week i’ll get another letter from him potentially telling me his new flight number. sigh, i was so ready to see him and now i must wait even longer. it’s been rough for me these past few days but i know that longer the wait the sweeter our reunion will be. </3

Open to suggestions for discs to add and/or replace. I’m a lefty who throws backhands (forehand is a work in progress… er… awful). I especially like the berg, envy, buzz, mx-1, Valkyrie, and wraith. Barely use the H7 and underworld. Don’t need both the tern and the scorch but I can’t decide which I like better (and they both play a little more overstable than the wraith despite the flight numbers).

I had a flight today with KLM - London to AMS to CPH. At the gate in London the gate agents told me they had to check my bag in because it was a full flight and they would ship it directly to CPH my final destination. Because everyone was boarding they did not give me time to take anything out of the bag and assured me it would be there when I land, so I left my medication in the bag. After a year of work my Optical Aircraft Tracker is complete, made with Python and C++. This system works by receiving radio signals broadcasted by airplanes on the 1090MHz frequency. These radio signals are received by my radio antenna and my RTL-SDR (Software Defined Radio) which are connected to my Raspberry Pi 4. Once the radio signals are received they are decoded locally to extract aircraft data such as coordinates, altitude, flight number etc. The airplanes are then displayed in their live position by converting their longitude and latitude into pixel X and Y values. I am an employee at a 135 operator trying to create my route history. When I select the search flight number and select the date on the calendar, it will show every flight flown by that callsign that day. However, once I add one of those flights and go back, the remaining ones disappear. My callsign remains the same each day and I don’t want to have to manually add each leg. Is there a way to have the search function return every result for that callsign? (The callsign remains the same each week I fly. Multiple legs per day with the same callsign).

Flying Flair from YYZ to Calgary for the first time soon. 23rd Flight Number : FB 625. Planning to bring just a backpack as a personal item (few clothes etc). Has anyone flown recently? How strict are they with personal item size? Do they actually measure or weigh bags? Anything I should avoid or watch out for? Appreciate any recent experiences!

In case you all didn't see/hear, it was posted on the Facebook "Let's Kastaplast!" page that the Gadd will have the flight numbers 5/5/0/2. Since Kastaplast typically runs a little under stable, I am hopeful that this will become my go-to neutral midrange (replacing a buzzz, hex, berry, mako3).
