Evri Europe GmbH is a multinational delivery company headquartered in Leeds, United Kingdom, owned by the retail company Advent. In January 2019, Hermes confirmed that the peak period of 2018 was its busiest to date. During December 2018, the company processed 39.5 million parcels. The busiest day of the year fell on 30 November, when Hermes processed 1.9 million parcels, exceeding 2017's total of 1.6 million items handled in a single day. In February 2019, it was announced that the company would offer paid holiday and guaranteed wage rates. In March 2022 the group has announced changes to the brand and a new trading name, Evri.

Sadly evri ended up handling the delivery once it came to the uk and unsurprisingly it is delayed. I just hope its not lost. After evri customer service has failed to contact me back, I had to escalate it to youtooz to fix for me. I'm worried if evri has lost it, that youtooz can't send a replacement. Can youtooz send a replacement on a sold out item? Or has evri lost me my chance at nightmare fredbear? I really cant afford a scalper's price on Ebay :( I wish evri would shut down, they have lost so many of my parcels. I don't even choose them. Companies choose it automatically for you. Initial email response16h agoHas anyone ever received an email from Claire at Evri? It appears to be from a human, but I’m not convinced. I’m waiting for an item that was posted on the 28th of November, with a delivery time of 2-5 days. That was a lie, lol. I sent a message through the chatbot and received a reply via email from Claire when my status on the app didn’t update within 24 hours. In fairness, I did get an updated email every day or two to let me know what was happening, but then they stopped when she finally replied to say the item was lost in transit. Five days later, the status on the app advised that the device was at my local depot. Yeah, right! Turns out again, the status hasn’t updated aga... Evri had my parcel for 15 days and then sent it back to china. Ordered via Amazon, didn’t realise it would be delivered by Evri, soon as I realised it will be delivered by Evri I knew I wasn’t getting my parcel. Driver couldn’t be bothered to even use the buzzer system on my block of flats which was 2 steps to the left of the parcel and left the parcel by the main entrance blocking the automatic door. Checked the app to see it’s delivered, went down to find it and guess what, the parcel is gone. Not even 10 min. A Christmas miracle?21h agoAfter declaring my parcel lost last month, I've just received an email from evri saying that it's on the way to me today, apparently going to the parcel shop that I had previously selected. I've already been refunded by ebay so I'm not sure where I stand with that, would the seller have been compensated too? Obviously I'm not going to get my hopes up, but I'll keep you posted. Fantastic delivery company22h agoHave been waiting for three weeks for Xmas decorations to be delivered (werchristmas). First two parcels get magically lost by Evri but I’m only told two weeks after. After a lot of back and forth with both evri and the shop, evri wants me to wait and the shop refuses a refund because in their system says delivered and asks me for a CRN (crime reference number). After going through UK legislation with my partner we both agreed they shouldn’t be asking me for it but we agree to discuss this with the police. Obviously they said there’s no crime. A few days lates both evri and the shop say it was lost in transit and they send me a replacement without asking because all I wanted was the re... Temu confusion/delays/mislead1d agoHi, long time lurker but first time posting so forgive me. Placed an order in November got shipped out the 25th a week after I placed the order. Everything was going smoothly until released from customs as it was meant to be delivered 4th December. It has been stuck there for almost 2 weeks. First temu said they are just waiting for Evri to pick up the package. No changes on Evri except waiting for your parcel. Then they said unexpected issue in transit but everything is fine it will still get delivered. Received a full refund and was told to keep the package. Today I asked the agent today about any updates and now they are saying it didn't get shipped BUT it left china Temu ... A smudge of hope for those with delays1d agoAfter a terrible last few weeks of dealing with “Claire”, “Sophie”, and whatever else ai “assistants”, I had lost hope. My parcel was considered lost according to the emails. My parcel wasn’t scanned for two weeks, then it was suddenly out for delivery and I missed it because they went to my garden gate! After that it said returning to sender and wasn’t scanned for 4 days. Magically today it showed up at my door, after my family put a sign at our garden gate to use the correct entrance!! He would have delivered it wrongly again if they hadn’t. I’m thankful the Evri delivery person finally read the sign and that my package was somehow found, and I’m hoping to spread th... What sort of timescale are other recipients or couriers experiencing at the moment in the UK please? I wasn't going to order anything because I realise it is a very busy time of year, with the working conditions at Evri having changed this year too.
