Online Evri Tracking

According to the chat, the aimed to deliver it today. I was told that if I wasn’t given a delivery time to use the chat to escalate this, which i tried and it was completely useless. According to the tracker, Evri picked up the parcel almost 3 days ago now and it still hasn’t arrived at a depot. Will I ever receive it?

Hi. Evri have unexpectedly returned a parcel to me after losing it about six months ago. They charged me on the outgoing leg for it being oversize. They have also charged me again for returning it to me. I'm wondering if I should complain about this extra charge or keep my mouth shut and be pleased I have the item back?

Next deliveries. I know the driver well - he makes a point of refusing to come into the entrance to my flats if I buzz him in so I have to go down three flights of steps so he can photograph me receiving the parcels. BUT, if I'm not home he ALWAYS just leaves the parcels on the doorstep and 70-80% of the time they get stolen. Had 20 items from Next left on the doorstep in crime-ridden London. All gone. No more deliveries now till after Christmas. Same guy I believe is responsible for collecting parcels at the nearby Post Office. A DPD parcel I am waiting for has not moved for 5 days now. I managed to finally get to DPD human CS as opposed to talking to a chat bot, and they said Vinted needs to get in touch with them to start the investigation in the event of no movement after 24 hours. Vinted bot wants me to wait 25 days, lol, I dont even know if the seller can do anything on their end? Obviously I know it's Xmas etc and things can take much longer, but I never had an issue with DPD and it does nto look too promising, the parcel didnt even show up on my DPD app. My issue is that with Evri and all the other couriers they can launch an investigation automatically after buyer or sellers get in touch, but DPD...

I ordered something on temu and it's supposed to be delivered today but then I checked the tracking and saw this above. So lets gamble, Will I receive it or not ? 🤔

Paid extra for next day delivery but it wasn't delivered. Checked my email and find out it was delivered through my letterbox 20 minutes ago. It's a big parcel so it can't fit through a letterbox and I was at home and didn't hear anything ( the dog goes ballistic if anyone comes up the drive). The picture shows a letterbox which is not mine. Thanks Evri. No present for the wife now.

I informed evri i am the shipper and want to know where my product went They replaied they couldnt do anything its gone. I bought an item on eBay on 8th December, seller sent it the 9th and I received the dreaded email stating Evri had it. I had asked for the parcel to be delivered to my post office instead of home. Tracking showed on the 11th it was out to be delivered to the collection point. That is where it has stayed. I contacted the seller, they were the same, no further information. I flagged with eBay and eBay made me wait until the 22nd. I have now received a refund, eBay has said if it turns up, I can keep. What are the chances that happens, lol? What a joke, I am glad I got it to a collection point. I thought Yodel were bad. Lol.

Evri have ‘lost’ my parcel. Made it speedily and efficiently from China and then last Thursday it got into Evri’s clutches. It was even allegedly on a van at one point. I’ve never liked he Vezere/Maya 70 or the regular Maya but to understand the hype, I decided to order this off TA. First impressions are: I still don’t understand the hype. This has nothing to do with the quality of the jacket, I just don’t understand the hype around it. Moving on. There have been numerous reviews of EU 2024 and 2025 versions (Vezere/Maya 70) side-by-side but none of these are the China Mainland same season. I believe this MC Factory batch is either based on 2023 or 2024 season so there could be minor seasonal and regional differences if you compare to any of the western market versions. So I just sold something for the first time, and I’m ****. I’m unable to print out a label, so I need the QR code to be scanned. When I go onto the tab, it tells me to find the nearest drop off point. Do I go to my post office and scan the QR code there, package it etc, then go to the parcel-shop to drop it off? Or do I do all of that there? I’m using Depop shipping, so naturally that’s through Evri. The parcel-shop/drop off point, I know is where I drop it off. But do I scan the QR code there or at my post office. Or could I drop the parcel off at the post office?? Sorry for the huge paragraph, I just have a hard time understanding these things.

I sold a pair of earphones and sent them using Vinted’s shipping. The tracking initially showed that the parcel had arrived at a parcel shop, however the buyer confirmed that the item was not there despite visiting the shop multiple times. The tracking later updated to show that the parcel was being returned to the sender. Due to a system error, Vinted incorrectly marked the item as delivered to the buyer, even though the tracking clearly showed it was in return transit. I was expecting two parcels to arrive with the same Evri delivery driver, each from a different retailer. One was a large, inexpensive parcel; the other was a small parcel containing electronics worth around £200. The driver rang the doorbell and handed me only the large parcel, then took a photo.
