Online Evri Tracking

Hi all its my first time buying from AliExpress I have received my tracking number I noticed 2 day delivery could someone explain to me if evri are expecting it in 2 days or will I receive it in 2 days TIA

As the title says my parcel from etsy got stolen. For context this is already a replacement after evri lost the original. The seller didn't notify me that a) the replacement had been shipped or b) that it had been delivered. It was only when I reached out that I got notified that it had been delivered 4 days prior. The parcel was delivered to the wrong place (there's two sections to the building, with a sign stating that mail for x building shouldn't be delivered to y). I plan to make a police report and hopefully the cctv caught something but does anyone know if etsy would allow me to claim a refund due to the seller not notifying me of re-delivery which ultimately lead to th...

No updates since the 15th, after talking to "Ezra" (the AI slop chat bot), "Claire" (also not real) informed me that it may have been "misplaced", this is the second time that they have lost one of my parcels, and I've only had parcels shipped with evri a handful of times, with all the others being late, I can't reorder either as it would even arrive in time and would have to be shipped by evri again :/

I’ve been selling posters and prints on Etsy for a couple of years. At the moment I offer free postage because Etsy pushes it hard and it does seem to help with conversions. The problem is that Royal Mail costs keep rising and it’s starting to seriously eat into my margins. For example, it now costs £6.50 just to ship a framed A3 print. I’ve tried Evri because it’s cheaper, but my experience was terrible. Around 80% of the parcels were either damaged or never arrived, and claiming for losses was basically impossible. My parcel has been saying this since the 16th and on the place I ordered it on it said it was meant to be here on the 17th, it's now the 20th and it hasn't moved from we've got it, anyone know why?

I’ve never had an issue buying anything on Vinted before and I genuinely do not know how to proceed. I bought a skirt from a seller . They sent the skirt. I then got an email from evri saying that parcel was damaged beyond repair and to tell Vinted so they could communicate with Vinted directly. When I went to the Vinted app, found the listing for the skirt and dm the seller,I found that the seller had seemingly preeminently blocked me. I do not understand what I’m supposed to do next. Im just a curious person and quite surprised on how bad royal mail is and i was quite surprised as i don’t know about you guys but for me Evri royal mail DPD are excellent the only dodgy one is yodel which for no reason leave my parcels near the stairs on the ground floor and has one time delivered to a different location I’m just curious on anyones story’s with them either good or bad.

3 days in a row out for delivery. It managed to get into the UK from China and gets stuck in ******* Coventry

1. Bought rare double CD on Ebay happy times. 2. Waited 2 weeks - not delivered - cancelled order - ebay refunded straight away. 3. seller gets in touch asking me to return the CD. 4. Told seller never got this - who did you send it through - EVRI he says. Never did it before but ebay prompted him to use Evri. 5. Seller contacts me the refund wasn't from his account must be the ebay doing presents on their behalf. So win win - got the £12 back and eventually maybe Evri will deliver. 6. Evri delivered a parcel in the middle of the road, not outside my house or any house really but some good people got it to me. Will not even get into the fact that this is a mirror I ordered from dunelm in September, first two didn’t arrive, third actually arrived three weeks late, box in bits and soaked through-mirror cracked right down the middle. Anyway, this was the (4th!!!!) replacement for Dunelm I had given up on ever arriving. Not cracked-despite the footprints. Not the return that they were supposed to pick up, another issue ….. 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Guess what folks. He did it again. 3rd delivery in a row has been opened and snacks stolen. Reported to local police just to get a crime reference, sent emails to Evri via Resolver. Got a generic response again so far. Have finally managed to cancel my Snackverse subscription and will be doing a charge back for every box. They are also giving generic responses, offering miniscule refunds and no actual resolution. Any tips on who else I can contact?

As the title suggests Evri finally delivered my parcel, just shy of three weeks since it was dropped off. It was an item I bought on eBay, which then got stuck at the local depot from the 5th. Myself and the seller both tried chasing to no avail. Eventually I got the dreaded “lost in depot” email. I raised a ticket with eBay and the refund process started on the 10th. Ive had to do this before and with that case I got a refund in less than a week. This case however eBay seemed to put it on hold till the 20th which I wasn’t expecting.
