Online Evri Tracking

Parcel said it would arrive by 4/ 5 Pm and it still hasn’t arrived. Could it be lost or will it arrive today? Getting a bit worried

The Morrison’s (Lees Hall Avenue, Sheffield, UK) has an Evri printer which I used to print both labels off. The person in the shop then scanned them using the hand scanner and passed it to me to confirm the email address and name. Only one name and email address showed, it was my partner’s. I asked the person if that is okay as I’d expected there to be two names and two email addresses. The parcel was then bagged and picked up that evening by Evri. Ordered something from UK. (I’m in Ireland) Seller was suggested Evri by the Post Office. Parcel made its way to Heathrow and then no further tracking updates for 9 days. Was a NIGHTMARE to try and contact them via phone/chatbot (use: [email protected] ) They said if it didn’t arrive by the end of the week they’d have to mark it as lost. No tracking updates / didn’t arrive by the end of the week. Email them and they mark it lost. Bought a T-shirt from an eBay seller. When it arrived it was much lower quality than the listing implied and I requested a return label. I printed the label and sent the parcel via Evri from a local post office on 8/5/26 and kept the proof of postage receipt. Two days later I went on holiday for 2 weeks. When I returned I had an email trail of a case being opened by the seller due to the item not being returned. EBay found in the seller’s favour and closed the case. We sell mobile phones on eBay, for the fourth time this week we've had a customer say they've received the box for the phone, but no phone or charger. Once photos have been provided (and also on the delivery photos ) you can see that the grey mailing bags we use have been resealed with brown parcel tape, and that someone is ripping open the side of the phones and removing them. It seems to be somebody local as the orders are going all over the country. I can only assume it's whoever is collecting from the locker we use or in the depot. I am so confused as to what to do at the moment just cause Evri was supposed to deliver my parcel to a locker since Thursday, Today’s Saturday and it still hasn’t updated on the app, i tried speaking to their ****** Bot & got nothing. Yesterday i got an email saying my parcel has been marked as delivered but the locker was full so it will be sent back again. 10 mins later, another email saying my parcel missed connection to the courier ????? So confused Today morning i got an email from someone on the executive team seeing i should go check the locker ? BRO I DONT EVEN HAVE A CODE Idk what to do anymore someone pls help

I have a parcel that arrived a day early so it arrived yesterday on Friday. It arrived at my post office but the problem is my post office is closed until Tuesday cuz of Bank Holiday weekend. The evri app says I have to collect it by Monday but I can't cuz it's physically impossible. Will my parcel be sent back to the seller? 😬😬

I recently sold something on vinted , however after sending it and it being labeled as ”delivered ” the buyer says it is not at the pick up point . anyone know what to do or how to deal with this as a seller ?

Hi guys. I have just done my second route as an evri flex driver. Yesterday my route had 6 parcels missing which the depot manager removed and today it had 1 parcel missing which once again they removed. Is this a regular occurrence or have I been unlucky? Thanks in advance

Ordered on 10th May, absolutely no progress since 15th May, AI Claire just gives excuse after excuse.

Any ideas what I can do? Parcel was last scanned in to Evri on 25th April. They admitted on 6th May it was lost and to contact sender. The sender are saying they still haven't reached a resolution with Evri and I am stuck without my parcel and with no way to speak to Evri - chatbot takes my tracking number, tells me it is lost and to contact sender, contact number keep telling me my parcel ID doesnt exist and ending the call. What can I do, it's a.decent value parcel and a company I have ordered from many times in the past that are based and sending from HK.

Looking for advice on what I need to do. I had bought some cards in late march and they were misplaced by Evri. I received a refund via vinted after the allotted time passed. I received an email today saying the parcel will be delivered today. Do I need to do anything on Vinted? Will the sender have been refunded for the cards when they were lost? Any advice is welcome!

The item arrived at her (buyers) parcel shop on the 14th of april. It has been over a month and all it says is "awaiting pickup," the buyer has not been online for 2 weeks and it says shes on holiday but i assume she's just deleted the app tbh. Hi! Not sure if this has been answered already (struggling to find the correct info) but I’ve bought something online and I’ve diverted the parcel to my local parcel shop, which is a Post Office. The only issue I’m having is that I’m not getting any email alerts from EVRI and that’s making me suspicious that I won’t receive a QR code email when it’s delivered. Will I be able to collect without a QR code if I bring ID and a tracking number? Some people on here are saying I can but others say I can’t, I need a QR code so I’d like to understand if there’s anyone who’s experienced this that can help :) thanks!

I ordered SG-03 9 days ago and I have no other parcels that I’m expecting. I haven’t received an email from Yeezy saying they have shipped though? Has anyone had this sort of situation before?
