Online Evri Tracking

Important ebay present, seller showed that it would be royal mail delivery, didn't realise till it was posted that it was Evri tracking 🙄 now they've sat it on top of a random fence. I absolutely avoid Evri at all costs. Does anyone know if Ebay seller is automatically responsible for a refund? I swear, I **** Evri with so much passion, literally the sh*test courier ever. Do these drivers not get parcels delivered to themselves that they lack the empathy to understand how frustrating this feels!?? 😭

Hi I have just been refunded for £80 worth of Christmas presents and evri have updated today that it's out for deltbit no estimate on time. Is this just an automatic thing as it's going back to the sender....the items are out of stock now so if they have suddenly found them I would want the items and pay the company what I had originally? Was expecting 2 parcels via Evri today, it was my fault because I did not check that the retailers concerned used Evri, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Anyway, my Ring doorbell showed someone at the front door and it was a man with a parcel. He stood there, took a photo with his phone of the parcel and I opened the door. He looked surprised and said 'I will deliver this tomorrow, there is a problem with the location.' Ordered from H&M been over 12 days since it was out for delivery but not received anything. Today I go and pick up a different parcel and tthey hand me that one but then when they scanned it it didnt work so they wont give it to me.

From a while back but this was a successful delivery from Evri allegedly. No GPS data either and it was just before 11pm, a very normal time to be delivering parcels! I received the replacement in the advised time. I do think something shady happened to the original. It went missing on a Saturday. Spoke to delivery guy today. He said no customer service number at Evri and you badically can't get in touch with them. Anyway it was not him doing the round that Saturday (he does even days of the week). Still want the original to turn up so I can have two 🤣 but not sure how to achieve that. I know of people who have got some angel drivers to look in the depot and eventually find their parcels. It might turn up, who knows. Or it might not, its roulette.

today I had a Vinted parcel delivered by evri, it was left in my safe place and I’ve since collected it. My problem is that my tracking hasn’t updated to show that the parcel has been delivered, which also won’t allow me to confirm on Vinted that I have my order and pay the seller. Evri sent me an email with my qr code and the locker location details for my parcel, (the locker which I choose from the nearest options) but the address they provided does not exist. I went to the location from the map, it was a premier convenience store and there is no locker there at all, and the staff told me evri’s been giving out the wrong address and a lot of people come by there asking for the locker. Hello, So I need a bit of help as I've been battling with Wayfair and Clearpay for the last 2 months. I returned an item using Evri and shock it went missing after it was posted at the parcel locker. I've got photo proof of the item with the label and in the locker and postage receipt ect but Wayfair are refusing to refund me at all as they are just saying they haven't received the parcel. Clearpay are absolutely useless and wont refund me either. So my options here are chargeback with Monzo against Clearpay? Or Simple Procedure in Scotland? I ordered the Dior homme cologne for my boyfriend (£150), Evri received it, then it was delayed, then it was confirmed via the support phone line that they will not be delivering the parcel. I have emailed Sephora and they will need to either refund me or replace the item. I think people get delivery jobs during this time purely to steal, hope they get what’s coming to them 😊

Hi guys - I used to sell on Depop but not in a few years now, now just an occasion buyer. In November, I bought a very cute homemade item from a depop seller. They were very communicative and shipped it next day. The day the parcel was due to come, I was in work. I got a notification informing me it was arriving via evri, alongside another parcel.
