Online Evri Tracking

I sent out 5 orders last Saturday & they are all stuck at the tracking "Your parcel is being sorted at the senders local depot." I've had 3 buyers message me asking for updates so I've contacted Evri to no avail 😓 I'm very worried as one of these packages was a bundle order worth £40 ! Have any other UK sellers experienced something like this? is it common for evri to take this long to update packages or should I be prepared for them all to have gone missing? 🫠

Has anyone else found a way to escalate driver theft to Evri? For context, a drivers stolen 10/12 parcels over the last two weeks. I scan them in at local shops and they are never registered as collected despite being collected. Speaking to the shop keeper the driver does pretend to scan them. Evri support channels are useless, I haven’t found a way to report and Depop doesn’t seem able to escalate to Evri. Buyers are receiving compensation via Depop Protect but it takes 10+ days and the lack of viability for buyers in the claims process is leading to a bunch of Depop claims against me. Has anyone managed to escalate a similar issue through Depop or Evri support channels?

I’ve never used locker delivery before. This should have been delivered February 3rd according to updates but still hasn’t arrived. These are the updates and what happens when I enter the correct post code on the evri website. Can I assume it’s not coming? 😬

I requested it to be delivered to the post office because my parcels get stolen and I waited several days to be able to pick it up but now this is what it says

Just received an Amazon delivery, and was missing one of my parcels. when checking the one that did arrive I noticed this sticker! FFS when did Amazon start sending stuff out with evri? Does that mean I will only ever receive 1 in 5 of my Amazon orders?

Hi, Im an ebay seller who started recently. This was the first big mistake I made where I forgot to add the eCP code on the shipping label. I know that the parcel wont be accepted in Morrisons or ARGOS. I sent it through Evri and it will be out for deivery the day after. I have tried contacting Evri to update the address but it is not working at all. Would like to know if there are any other ways to sort this out. I initially thought about redirecting the parcel to a parcel-shop but still the sale wont be completed without the eCP code. Any suggestions?

I’m the seller, sent parcel same day as purchased. Buyer never picked up. Sent Evri Item in parcel bag then a paddeding , then a box taped length and width. 1, buyer claims there was no locker at the location. Her home address was even on the parcel. 2, I have chased for a week to get this back 3 it arrives back today, the box has obviously been opened as it’s been put in another parcel bag by Evri. Box smashed not completely taped like when sent. 4 if I hadn’t of chased this with Vinted and Evri this would not have been returned. i have a parcel getting shipped by evri which i have used soooo many times before but the website isn’t updating and last thing it told me was it was getting delivered between 5-6pm yesterday. it’s now saturday and im just a little concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel has this happened to anyone else?

hey so i ordered something quite expensive from depop and depop goes through evri to ship which is fine ive never had any issues with evri ever but for some god forsaken reason they decided ‘lets deliver at 5-6pm on a Friday!’ because why not! mind u i only got the email it was getting delivered to me at 5:40pm like hello ok. then at 6 they emailed me saying the courier has been delayed but it will still be delivered that day. i was like ok fine whatever. fast forward it is now the next day and evri hasn’t updated ! and is saying the same as yesterday ! has this happened to anyone else or do i have a right to be stressed xx - a very anxiety prone 19 year old xx

I ordered something online in January. Evri "attempted to deliver" on the 15th. The attempted delivery photo is just black. I have never had any delivery company be unable to find my address, it's very visible. The tracking then says they will attempt to deliver the next working day. The next day, no-one shows up and the tracking still just says they will attempt to deliver the next working day. I wait a couple days, and use both their online chat and their phone number (both of which are bots because of course they are). Not sure what’s going on with my parcel, it’s saying that it’s been exported but there’s a little explanation mark icon and I’ve been prompted to “take action.” it doesn’t tell me what action I need to take so I’m very confused, Evri chat bot hasn’t been much help either; just keeps saying the parcel is on its way as expected. has anyone else ever had this happen before/knows what might be happening?

I’ve just found out a parcel I’ve ordered from America is transferring to Evri when it gets to the uk 😭 they have already lost one of my parcels this week (no update since Tuesday and can only get through to bots). I live in a new build so idk if that’s part of the issue, they haven’t contacted me about the address though, just a notification it’s delayed. We haven’t yet had an Evri parcel at the new address other than this lost one that’s not arrived yet. I know the odds aren’t great but will I have any more of a chance at getting my parcel if I divert it to a locker or parcel shop? It’s still in America right now. How is your experience with Evri delivery? I've had tons of parcels with no issue and then I ordered a few pairs trainers from sports direct. Evri stole those. The replacement order was also stolen. Now every online order I make get stolen like my address has been marked?

So after my last parcel was stolen I re routed the next to the parcel shop! After it getting rerouted it suddenly went missing in their system. Again sale stuff, I bought the sticky dates bubble bars. So now if I'd like my order I'm going to have to ring customer service and ask them to put in a carrier request not to send it via Evri. I've only been shopping with lush again since January. 1 stolen, 1 missing and 1 crushed to the point it was devoid of nuts (I thank you) Please share in my utter disappointment lushies

Hi everyone. I sent a vinted order back in January. The customer had ordered it to an Evri locker. She went to the Evri locker and found that it was actually closed down and she couldn't get her parcel. It says on the Evri website that locker orders that aren't picked up are sent back to the sender. The tracking updated to say it was being sent back to sender (me). This is the most recent update on the tracking 🤦🏻‍♀️ anytime I try to contact Evri I get put through to the chatbot Ezra. Does anyone know what I can do about this? It wasn't a cheap item so I'd really like to get this sorted!

Not sure if this is the right place for it but the items I’ve ordered from skims have been delivered to the wrong address (a hotel approx. 10 mins away from where I live). I’ve contacted the hotel about it and they said they’ve returned it to the delivery guy. Since the delivery has already been marked as confirmed on the website there’s no way for me to track its current location. I’ve contacted Evri + skims customer service about this but I’ve been ghosted(?) by both after their initial response!!! Does anyone know what would happen after the hotel has returned my parcel to the delivery courier? And what else I can do about this?
