Online Evri Tracking

i ordered a parcel off of boohoo on wednesday and purchased next day delivery, however it only just got dispatched this morning and evry still hasnt received it. is it possible they can receive it and deliver it by tomorrow as i need it tomorrow at the latest?

Left my parcel with “neighbour 18” apparently … building only goes up to 16 and the photo shows it lying in dog **** OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. **** Evri 😩🙃

I’m the sender. I dropped a Depop package off at my local parcel shop last week. The tracking said it had been collected two hours after I dropped it off. The tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days - it presumably never made it to my local depot. I used Evri’s chatbot and got emailed this response. So did it ever leave the shop I dropped it off at? I went in and asked the staff if they knew anything, but they said it would have been collected because it’s been scanned to update the tracking. Has anyone had this response before and what happened if you did? I fear the parcel is lost :/

That's my exercise done for the day. This absolute roaster of an EVRi delivery driver has been dumping the entire building's parcels in a heap for anyone to help themselves to for the last month. Delivery notification pings earlier and I leap off the couch like I've just been electrocuted, and run down the two floors in the hope of conducting a calm, civil conversation with laziness incarnate... But alas I was informed by the flats cleaner the offender had just legged it. I'll get you yet Mr manky trainers. 😆🤣

I recently purchase some parfum for £40, the seller sent an awful fake and i started the return process. During the process the seller spoke to me like sh\*t. I made a support ticket listing my concerns, including the fact that i believed the seller wasnt above raising a false claim given the way he was talking to me. They gave me a response that basically ignored almost everything i said, and although the message claimed to be a human (name at the bottom, etc) im 90% sure it was a bot. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Evri (it's always Evri). Raised an issue with Vinted and Evri - Evri support was incredibly unhelpful and asked me to try and gain access to the (locked) buildings around me to recover the parcel...which had already been posted through the letterbox, so they expected me to knock on random doors that looked like the picture to ask for the parcel back. I was panicking a bit seeing all the posts here talking about how Vinted refused a refund and they had to initiate a chargeback, so I was really surprised when Vinted refunded the full amount within a few days of the lost delivery. I visited a new Evri shop to collect a parcel after using them many times to send Vinted parcels without any issues. The shop is a very typical local shop in the uk. I. E. Small, absolutely crammed with tinned food, sweets but mostly alcohol and vapes and you have to speak to the shop assistant/owner through a break in the wall of vape products. Yesterday Vinted sent me a collect your parcel message with just a text pick up code instead of the normal scan code. I explained this to the shop assistant and he ignored the code and asked when the parcel came in. Hello lovely folks of Reddit! I feel like I am in a bit of a conundrum - I live on the Isle of Wight and have been trying to get my parcel for a week now. The parcel had been delayed for several days and when it was out for delivery, I missed two attempts. I made sure to be home the next working day to receive the third attempt, but no one came (I don't blame the driver for this, they were probably not well or had too many packages so I get it). I ordered some stuff from shein, evri got the parcel. But there’s been no movement for 5 days now - the last update was “we’re sorting your parcel at our hub”. I’ve done the Ezra bot and had the standard “your parcel missed the connection to the courier” email from Claire bot, but silence since. I contacted SHEIN customer service and they refuse to do anything. They keep telling me to contact evri despite telling them they won’t respond and it’s all robots anyway. I don’t know what to do since evri is machines and SHEIN won’t take responsibility.

I’m a delivery driver delivering for EVRi. Most days I receive all the parcels that I’m due to deliver. Not today. Today I am missing eight. That means there will be eight customers who are not going to get their parcel today. Chances are, the parcels will turn up in the next few days. I will then deliver them. People will get what they’ve paid for. However, they will be delivered late. People can’t depend on a service with unreliable deliveries like that. There’s an Evri driver who regularly delivers my Vinted packages to my flat, and I’m starting to get really frustrated with a recurring issue. I live in an apartment building in a very safe area. Whenever he knocks, I politely ask him to leave the parcel at the door because I’d need to get properly dressed to answer (I wear a hijab, so I can’t just quickly open the door). Every single time, he refuses. He says that if I’m home, he has to take a photo of me holding the parcel as proof of delivery, and that he can only leave it at the door if I’m not in. Hi all, I have been waiting for an Evri parcel that was supposed to be delivered at the post office (Broad Street) early last week. On the tracking app, it shows that Evri have attempted to deliver it every day in the past days, but that the driver ran out of time. When I went to the post office to enquire, they said that they hadn't seen an Evri courier for the past week and that they also had a lot of outstanding parcels that needed to be picked up by an Evri Courier. Has anyone else had issues with Evri deliveries to other post offices or at home in the past week? Thank you!

I ordered from the UK Store to Germany, but the status hasn‘t updated in weeks. I‘ve ordered a signed vinyl which I received about a week ago, but it seems like this one was lost in transit?? Has anybody else experienced this? I e-mailed the support but only their ****** *** AI bot replies….

I sold two items in one day and have to ship it via relay, but it isn’t letting me get the digital label, it gives error and can’t ship the product. Did anyone have the same issue? It is a relay problem because I can ship evri parcels

**Just some context of the situation:** the seller told me that the item has been sent out but Vinted is saying it hasn’t. My Evri is also telling me the parcel has been dispatched but when I click the link it becomes very confusing and unclear on whether it actually has. I had previously asked when the seller was going to able to send it - due to past experience of sellers not sending packages or cancelling orders on the last day of sending. She is now asking that if I am able to pick it up that I cancel the order and make a direct payment - I’m not sure if this is safe to do. As I know this is a usual scam tactic.
