Online Evri Tracking

Ordered from TikTok Shop and Evri said it would arrive between the 8th–12th. It’s the 12th and the tracking is still stuck on “7th Dec – we’ve collected your parcel,” Do I still have a chance of getting it, is itTikTok Shop’s fault or just Evri being Evri?

I had somewhere to be today, but now that Evri MIGHT be delivering today (I have an email saying out for delivery) I have to stay in. They ALWAYS - without fail - deliver my packages to my downstairs neighbour. I even downloaded their app and listed that neighbour as “avoid” as they steal parcels! In the section for a safe place photo, I have text saying “only (my door number) not safe on lower floor”. But they still leave my packages at the door of the thieves. I’m just hoping it does arrive today after all, and that I manage to get my package before it’s stolen! I’ve cancelled my plans because Evri are so unreliable.

I was due a parcel two days ago, I've been in my house and they just havent delivered it. I have the accessibility option set to ring my doorbell and my address is really easy to find too! I leave tomorrow to go visit family, what am i supposed to do if it doesn't come today?

I sent an email out and they said the parcel was misplaced. Do you guys think there’s any chance of me getting it? what’s especially depressing is that this is a replacement for an item that was either stolen from my lobby or never delivered (also sent with Evri 😍🔫)

I’ve had this about 5 or 6 times this year. They claim to have ‘attempted delivery’ - but haven’t. These parcels are never seen again. Can any drivers explain what actually happens here? As I’d love to know the reason for this, and what has actually happened. • Could they not find the parcel in the van? • Did the depot say it was on the van - and it actually wasn’t? • Was the parcel damaged? • Did they run out of time on their delivery run? • Could they just not be arsed to post it? My parcel has been "on its way" since the 29th of November. Easylife is the retailer and extremely unhelpful. Its not even anything worth that much, just a foot rest for my mum.

Hello all, I’m extremely annoyed with Amazon even more then Evri currently and don’t know what to do. We’ve ordered boxes for our move last week of Amazon, that were meant to arrive on Monday. Evri tried to deliver on Saturday when we left house for 30 minutes… since then tracking keeps saying that they will deliver next working day. As the title. I had a specific complaint: that Evri only delivered twice per week but I was paying for next day. If you complain that Evri don’t meet amazons delivery standards they might do the same for you.

I’m having massive issues with Royal Mail since moving into a new flat 3 months again, and I’m hitting a brick wall trying to sort this out. In the last 3 month’s I’ve had almost no mail, including 5 tracked 24 items, 2 special delivery (one with a new passport which I still don’t have), and serval letters have never arrived and when they have eventually it’s final notices because the last 3 bills never made it. AB11, constantly disappointing standards with the Evri delivery drivers. Photos of parcels completely rubbish not even able to make out the address on the photo with no indication of the background, GPS location on the delivery confirmation at the wrong address and no attempt at all to knock or buzz my front door. Will be using collection points from now on, does anyone know how to block Evri from being couriers for parcels is this even an option?? Well aware this is common all over the country, just such a frustrating situation especially close to Christmas time!
