I re-checked my tracking details after a few days past the estimated delivery date. It said that it was delivered. This was the proof of delivery photo. Firstly, that is not my bin, (that’s not my rubbish) and secondly IT’S A ****** BIN on bin collection day. Presumably this bin was by the side of the road ready for collection and it was easier to dump it in here than actually go and ring the doorbell. There are safe places to leave a parcel, my neighbours are always willing to accept and later deliver parcels for each other but they never even rang the doorbell. I was at an inpost locker the other day. There's an evri locker round the corner. A guy walks away from it unable to post his parcel as the locker had no printer paper. SMH

Hi all Wondered if anyone could advise Set up an e-commerce website in September last year, slow start taking 3-4 orders a day, stressing to 5-10 by Christmas but March picked up steam averaging 15-20 a day and now into April it’s touching 30 a day. I’m expecting that to potentially continue up to stay around 50. Currently use evri drop off point but stand for ages matching labels printed to the parcel then again with the young guy/girl scanning with a sigh as I walk in 😬 Any recommendations on a courier that’ll potentially collect from me on a daily basis and still offer next day? i ordered clothes off of Vinted. Evri website said "ParcelShop". i walked down to Esso at 2am. there was an amazon, i avoided that cus i knew i didnt buy off of Amazon. So, made an order on a site overseas who decided to use Evri as their courier service. its been over a week since the tracking number stated that 'weve got it' so to me that says that they have my parcel and it is on its way to me, alas that is not the case... It has been over a week at this point and trying to get in contact with seller is hopeless as they are not replying to any emails, Evri consists of bots but then decided to talk to them through Facebook and feel like i got a reply from an actual person. Three parcels, one said it had been delivered so I went to the post office to pick it up. The other two were supposed to be delivered a week ago but weren’t. First time this has happened to me. I don't sell an awful lot all the time, just things here and there. Decided to sell some shoes I didn't need, buyer asks to reduce the price from £25 to £18, I really just wanted to get rid of them as they had been up for a while and were only getting likes so I accepted the offer. I’m the sender. I dropped a Depop package off at my local parcel shop last week. The tracking said it had been collected two hours after I dropped it off. The tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days - it presumably never made it to my local depot. I used Evri’s chatbot and got emailed this response. So did it ever leave the shop I dropped it off at? I went in and asked the staff if they knew anything, but they said it would have been collected because it’s been scanned to update the tracking. Has anyone had this response before and what happened if you did? I fear the parcel is lost :/

That's my exercise done for the day. This absolute roaster of an EVRi delivery driver has been dumping the entire building's parcels in a heap for anyone to help themselves to for the last month. Delivery notification pings earlier and I leap off the couch like I've just been electrocuted, and run down the two floors in the hope of conducting a calm, civil conversation with laziness incarnate... I recently purchase some parfum for £40, the seller sent an awful fake and i started the return process. During the process the seller spoke to me like sh\*t. I made a support ticket listing my concerns, including the fact that i believed the seller wasnt above raising a false claim given the way he was talking to me. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Evri (it's always Evri). Raised an issue with Vinted and Evri - Evri support was incredibly unhelpful and asked me to try and gain access to the (locked) buildings around me to recover the parcel...which had already been posted through the letterbox, so they expected me to knock on random doors that looked like the picture to ask for the parcel back. I was panicking a bit seeing all the posts here talking about how Vinted refused a refund and they had to initiate a chargeback, so I was really surprised when Vinted refunded the full amount within a few days of the lost delivery. I visited a new Evri shop to collect a parcel after using them many times to send Vinted parcels without any issues. The shop is a very typical local shop in the uk. I. E. Small, absolutely crammed with tinned food, sweets but mostly alcohol and vapes and you have to speak to the shop assistant/owner through a break in the wall of vape products. Yesterday Vinted sent me a collect your parcel message with just a text pick up code instead of the normal scan code. Hello lovely folks of Reddit! I feel like I am in a bit of a conundrum - I live on the Isle of Wight and have been trying to get my parcel for a week now. The parcel had been delayed for several days and when it was out for delivery, I missed two attempts. I made sure to be home the next working day to receive the third attempt, but no one came (I don't blame the driver for this, they were probably not well or had too many packages so I get it). I ordered some stuff from shein, evri got the parcel. But there’s been no movement for 5 days now - the last update was “we’re sorting your parcel at our hub”. I’ve done the Ezra bot and had the standard “your parcel missed the connection to the courier” email from Claire bot, but silence since. I contacted SHEIN customer service and they refuse to do anything. They keep telling me to contact evri despite telling them they won’t respond and it’s all robots anyway. I don’t know what to do since evri is machines and SHEIN won’t take responsibility.
