Online Evri Tracking

Has anyone else had their HelloFresh delivery provider changed from DPD to Evri in the UK? DPD were brilliant, they show a map of where my parcel is and are always on time. No fuss at all. Evri however are off to a bad start. The delivery guy who came out to us first got the wrong box out of his van and only realised when I said that wasn’t my address on the label. Last week, Evri missed my delivery time slot by 3 whole hours. I’m aware this is quite a minor complaint and I do love hello fresh a lot of the time but I was just wondering if they’ve decided to get rid of DPD completely.

I sold something on Vinted and this is what the tracking shows and it makes no sense to me. What do you guys think?

I have another few parcels from Vinted coming through Evri today and they don't appear damaged and are still coming...so wonder when my order from My Vitamins will appear. I contacted MyVitamins and asked them why they even bother using Evri too for a laugh.

Hey all, I’m looking for some advice. I sold an item just before Christmas. It was sent via Evri and was delivered to the buyer’s collection point on Christmas Eve. The buyer still has not collected the parcel and despite it being 3 weeks since deliver, Evri have also not sent the item back. I’ve messaged the buyer to remind them as I thought they might have forgotten over Christmas or their collection point may have been closed. They read the message but didn’t respond. I sent another message the other day (a week later) to ask if there is an issue, but they haven’t responded. I’ve tried to contact Vinted for advice, but all they’ve said is I just have to wait for the buye...

So I checked where my Amazon Haul parcel was as I thought they would be delivering it but it's Evri instead. Thought I wonder if any updates as checked during day yesterday and nothing after it was meant to be out for delivery on Monday. However, I just checked the app and says it was delivered to me yesterday at 18:30. However there is no delivery photo and no parcel to be found outside or anywhere. What do I do? Has it gone missing or just not been delivered

ebay app says damaged parcel but I've had 0 comms. But Hermes website says delivery attempted with a really useful photo of it in the prick's van with geolocation 5 minute walk away. Am I ever receiving it?🤣

My parcel has been delayed since the 11th of December. I have tried the chat but I'm only talking to a robot who says the same thing every time, that it's delayed and they will let me know if there are any updates. The person who sent it to me, a private seller on vinted, phoned evri in December and got a message to say it had been damaged and was on its way back to the sorting facility, which it reached according to the tracking. They said they were going to take a decision to either re-package it and send it to me, send it back to the seller or destroy it. Evri have delivered a parcel with my address but an unknown name, I had a quick look online but can't see anyway of me getting a return label for someone else's parcel. What to do?

Hello. I bought an item on Monday 5th and it had an expected delivery date of Wednesday 7th-Monday 12th. On Tuesday 6th in the morning the tracking on ebay said "Ticket created". By midday Friday, there had been no update so I politely messaged the seller asking if they've posted it yet because evri were saying that they were still expecting it. The seller replied "Hi, no I've just produced the labels they will be going out either tonight or first thing tomorrow". The item was then dropped off at ParcelShop at 4:30pm on Saturday. So I sent a Returns Parcel back to a company (an item I’d purchased on their website) before Christmas and it appears it’s lost in the system somewhere. Tracking is shown as per this timeline below which doesn’t make any sense, it’s got incorrect information on incorrect dates so it’s making it even more confusing. I’ve tried calling and chat messaging with Evri but that’s getting me nowhere. The company website I sent the Return Parcel back to state they haven’t received it which correlates with the Evri tracking. Hi everyone, I have a question to ask. I missed evri's first delivery attempt last night and as soon as the parcelshop option appeared, I chose it but there's still a 2nd failed attempt as in pic. I was at home and didn't see any courier. What confuses me is the update status "your local courier will deliver your parcel between 19:00 and 21:00 today", while all of my previous parcelshop delivery stated "your parcel will be delivered to your chosen parcelshop or locker today, and we'll let you know when it's ready to collect". I’ve not actually ever had an issue with Evri, though I know it’s just down to luck of the draw. But I had a particularly positive experience this morning. Had a delivery of several large parcels arriving that I’d completely forgotten about (just bought my first house so parcels arriving all day every day). I heard the doorbell when I was still in bed, I use a wheelchair so not the swiftest at getting up but I scampered nonetheless. Rather than ditch the parcels on the doorstep the courier called me to check I was in, waited for me to get to the door, and carried the parcels through to the kitchen for me, all without asking. Hi, I'm in the UK (but I don't think that really has any bearing on my AliEx issue beyond explaining the background). ****** Evri courier has 'delivered' my AliEx parcel to the wrong house (or rather to a black rectangle, as that's the only thing that his 'proof of delivery' photo actually shows). Hi, I’m in England. Back in mid November I purchased an item through a catalogue account (Studio), where the payment was done via Fraser Plus. Apologies this is long and there is a TLDR at the end. I paid for the order and within 5 minutes received my order confirmation. I then received a second order confirmation for the exact order but a different order code (one ending in 15 and one ending in 16).
