Online Evri Tracking

Amazingly, I was supposed to receive my parcel from Evri on the 1st of December !! It’s now the 13th. Apparently couldn’t deliver and would deliver next working. Day. (Didn’t happen) No human or any way to contact a human at the support centre. The same old “Claire” apparently seems to be investigating and I’ve had numerous emails from her who we all (myself included) believe is a bot. And I’ve accepted this order I’ll never see. Because it’s quite obvious no one is looking for it. And it’s been stolen by the drivers due to not being held accountable. And lack of security. My issue is. Due to this. I’ve ordered a replacement from Amazon thinking it would be delivere...

For 15 days the parcel has been "in transit' with Evri. Just got an email from the provider saying the parcel is lost and will proceed with the refund. They won't even entertain sending a replacement as the destination is in Northern Ireland and they only use Evri. It's appalling the shite we have to endure. I don't know if it's true or if it's just another excuse of a provider that can't be arsed doing the due diligence because of our dearest Windsor framework.

as much as everyone complains on Evri about here, I live in a safe flat with nice people so the fact that all our parcels get left out on the ground floor is fine. yodel however had a new idea, bins! bins are a safe place guys, especially a random one on the street that isnt even yours. the delivery photo speaks for itself, right next to the empty sweet packet. i dont know where else to put this but please tell me this is absolutely unacceptable and im not overreacting. contacted support and they basically told me to F off and that bins are safe (the bins got emptied the next morning and the parcel, well you know where it ended up).

So I was meant to be having a parcel delivered by Evri today and it hasn’t come. My parents were home all day and didn’t get a knock. I checked the proof of postage and it was showing delivered to front porch. Opened the photo and it clearly wasn’t my front porch. No idea whose it was but GPS was showing dropped off on my road near my house. The package was worth around £95, none of my neighbors have come to give my parcel if they did receive it. It was also addressed correctly and under my name. Has anyone been in this situation and what should I do from here? After ordering from Evri and having two parcels delayed, having to contact customer service, the seller.. waiting 2 weeks, fake deliveries. It feels so good to just have something arrive with no issue! For once!

Delivered to the “porch” of my work address. A shop on a busy street in London. I don’t think it’ll be there when I get in tomorrow!

Added a regular update timeline for comparison Bought some shoes off Depop and it took forever for it to get dispatched from the evri sorting hub, then out of nowhere i get an update saying it’s been delivered. Already raised a complaint with Depop but they quickly resolved the case as it says it’s delivered and the seller provided tracking proof, tried to contact evri but I got a “non-answer” answer.

I see so many people dread Evri, but in my area they're really good, and i feel so fortunate for that! Like they almost always deliver on time, always to my door, and my parcels are always in great condition Just a few days ago I was meant to get a parcel between 1:30 and 3:30, but it reached 9 pm and nothing! I got a violation yesterday from TikTok shop claiming I have participated in prohibited shipping practices. They are stating that I have shipped products from outside the UK for customer customers within the UK. I live in the UK and have only delivered using Evri parcel shops and the post office. I’ve appealed the violation twice and have been rejected even though I have provided proof receipts and Royal mail tracking screenshots. TikTok shop has suspended all my payouts and have only allowed me to sell one product a day, after that they removed my TikTok shop until the next day. Bought my niece a christmas present on 28th Nov... still held up in the UK even after clearing customs. Tried chatting to the sender.. twice but they're no real help. Bots I think. Anything I can do other than continue to wait? Heading home on 20th so if it doesnt arrive then, I'll need a plan B.
