Online Evri Tracking

ordered something on Etsy , seller sent on Saturday midday and hasn’t been any update via tracking. Window for estimated delivery on Etsy was today and tomorrow. Very confused 🫤 …I never have issues with Evri and yes I’m very aware there’d be some backlog due to the bank holiday but I have received other parcels ordered over the weekend from Evri already , so any help or info ?

I had two parcels to send off, the first one went fine but then I tried to do the second one and it beeped but no code came up or anything, I tried it several on two different days but nothing. Theyre both evri so no difference there. is there smth im doing wrong ??

Package was next day special delivery, was left on some random steps no where that looks like anywhere I live. Obviously no contact made and no one signed for the package or anything as was required so I have no idea where it ended up. Value was about £140. Got contact from Evri to essentially say they ****** it but I have to contact the vendor and they won't do anything. Seems about right so far. Contacted the vendor and finally got a reply, they are requiring me to physically print a copy of a form, sign it all in ink and then scan it and send it back. This is obviously massively inconvenient as someone who doesnt have access to a printer. Are they really going to force this? Is t...

So my parcel has been out for delivery 3 times. In that time, other household members have had the same delivery ETA and received their parcels. They tend to leave parcels in our porch rather than knocking so we don’t usually know they’ve been until they’re gone. What can I do? It’s SHEIN so everything is automated as is evri.

Hi everyone kind of worried the item is something i have wanted for years is there anything I can do has anyone else been having this issue with locker items recently?

i bought an item from vinted, meant to be delivered by evri a week ago, i was told the initial delivery didn’t happen as the courier scanned the parcel as delivered but then found out there was no locker space. after days of emails with no reply and useless chatbot messages i woke up this morning to an email from the “executive escalations officer” (probably also a bot) telling me my parcel would be delivered today and guess what IT WASNT so i have sent an email replying to the original one and as i’ve just gone and checked my status on the app it says “we’ve got it” i am so fed up and truly don’t know what to do vinted are no help either

Hi all I sent an item out via evri and 7/8 days later it says its still at the parcel drop off shop and will be collected. I post orders at this shop daily and all my other orders have been shipped fine. If it is deemed lost will i get a refund? Ive heard and witness vinted putting the blame on buyer/seller when its the couriers issue. Its not alot of money but i really dont wanna lose it. Anyone had experience of lost parcels?

evri broke my parcel amd delayed it for a week. parcel was absolutely fine before being sent and had no marks or scratches. Now screen is hanging off and it’s completely broken.

My parcel was out for delivery for 4 days, due to be delivered to the lockers across from my house as I’m on holiday and was going to get family to pick it up. After the fourth day I checked tracking again and it said your parcel is being returned to the sender? I contacted the sender and told them what was happening and they told me they would refund, which is great but I really wanted the package as it was limited edition and I can’t get another one :( Has anyone else had this happen and it’s miraculously came back? I did contact Evri’s customer service but I’m sick and tired of dealing with this Claire bot that doesn’t actually do anything useful.

I’ve sent an item via Vinted, and it has just been saying this since the 20th, still the same messages now (27th). On Vinted it says the parcel is ready to collect, and the buyer just isn’t responding to my messages 🫩

Hi there I was sent shipping information for a cub01 parcel that I did not order, I have checked my bank accounts as far back as a year and there are no orders that have not been fulfilled already. I got an email from the evri email address I usually get emails from, and it is in my app as part of my order tracking. No money has left my account and evri says the parcel is still with the company and they are expecting it. Because it is a cub01 order I have no way of finding out what it is. What can I do?

From what I’ve been told: \- If a parcel goes “missing,” the retailer/sender is compensated through insurance. \- The customer usually gets refunded too. \- The missing parcel itself doesn’t necessarily disappear — historically, when Evri was Hermes, there were reports of unclaimed/lost parcels being sold at auction. \- If that still happens, then Evri (or whoever handles the claims process) could potentially be: 1. getting insurance payouts for “lost” goods, AND 2. recovering additional money by auctioning the parc...

I'm so confused so I sold something on vinted I put the tracking code on to the evri app it is saying parcel not found so I then go to the help section I put the tracking code in there and they say they can't help because the code is 3 months old ? I literally just got the code

My husband has just sold something on Vinted, and selected the recommended weight limit. When he’s dropped it off with Evri they have had to do a new shipping label as it’s heavier than the selected weight. He wasn’t charged anything and sent the parcel. My question is, will the buyer be charged the extra, and will it affect anything with regards to the shipping itself/ tracking/ pending balance becoming available to withdraw? We’re very new to this.

Has anyone had issues with Evri international deliveries from UK to USA. I sent 2 parcels to the same address. 1 has arrived, the other I have had no updates in 2 weeks. Tried every route to message, track, claim and complain via Evri but they say post code is incorrect (although I have double checked with addressee this is correct and also the 1st of the 2 parcels arrived). In a never ending loop now where Evri cannot progress and I have no one to speak to. I am a very frustrated customer. Unsure what to do as parcel includes photos with sentimental value for elderly relative.

Same update on tracking for both parcels… Gusto are adamant the update on their side says delivery will be between 2-3pm… Tried to phone Evri, can’t get through to a ****** human (or on their online chat either!!) according to their phone line, parcel has been sent back as ‘no longer required’??? Nobody even tried to deliver! I work from home, haven’t left the house all day, checked my ring doorbell and I definitely haven’t missed anyone! Super frustrated- has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you resolve?
