Online Evri Tracking

Hi everyone, I need some advice. My Evri tracking first showed my parcel as delivered to the locker, but later it was updated saying the courier couldn’t deliver because the street was closed and that they would try again the next day. However, the parcel was never delivered again and there have been no updates since. On Vinted it now shows ready for collection, but the parcel is not actually in the locker. I’ve already emailed Evri, but their chat doesn’t allow me to speak with a real person. Hey All, I have some questions about how to potentially report failure to meet basic trade standards. More specifically, I believe there might be a strategy behind some of the shortcomings in EVRI service provision: 1. I **booked a collection from home for a parcel being sent aborad but it was never collected**. After the collection window passed, the Ezra assistant mentioned they "were informed the parcel does not need collecting anymore". I am then given the option to raise a ticket or use a parcelshop. **No option to reschedule collection or ask for a refund.** 2. Raised a ticket and no answer for days, so I **decided to book another collection, and the same thing happened.**...

Hi, I've been expecting a parcel for a few days now that was meant to be a 48 hr delivery last week, however it seems to be stuck in a loop of being at my local depot and then being delayed with no information as to why, I don't even think it gets dispatched for delivery. This has happened about 4 times now and I was expecting it ~Saturday. Is my parcel lost? Thanks :)

Bought a make up item - transaction was fine. Went to pick up parcel from pick up shop and they tell me it has arrived empty. They show me the package envelope and it’s sliced open at the top. Evri was the courier. I refused to confirm collection, as I do not accept the condition it is in and don’t want to argue with Vinted support or the seller. My question is, what happens now? Did I do the right thing? My assumption is that after 10 days the parcel gets sent back to seller and my money is released back to me. Or shall I accept and then go through Vinted support? Never has this happen before.

This is very random, but I just wanted to share my joy at the discovery or a royal mail locker near me. My local post office has recently unexpectedly closed with no idea if/when it will reopen. Which is a pain in the arse because I live in the middle of nowhere and the next closest post office is miles away. I'm going through a real clear out of clothes after recent weight loss, so shipping out quite a lot at the mo. I like to give as many shipping options as possible, and most people seem to opt for royal mail. I did a search for other royal mail locations on my way to or from work. Are other people experiencing Evri not delivering parcels for 1+ week? Have 9+ parcels all saying will deliver next day and simply getting delayed over and over again. Evri support just replies with the same generic responses to each stage of the email. Anyone have an idea where abouts their depot would be? Some people have said Southampton. At this point might just turn up there. Thanks!

I specifically asked the seller if they used EVRI, and said I wouldn't buy from them if they did. They said "No, Royal Mail", then I get this. So guess I'll be claiming for non-delivery...

I'm expecting an eBay parcel from the US. The UK side of the journey is being handled by Evri. I was waiting in as it was due to be delivered today when I received an 'unable to deliver' notification with a photo of the door to my flats. They didn't bother ringing the bell for unknown reasons. So looking on their website it says they'll attempt two more deliveries, but it doesn't say what happens then. I'm at work now for the rest of the week so won't be able to wait for it. Hi, I had ordered an item from a seller that had many good reviews a week ago, and a couple of days from that purchase, the seller told me that they had dispatched it but Ebay wouldn't let them mark it down as dispatched. Only wondering as on the email it says delivery expected 16 march which is next week. Surely that’s a long time to wait if it’s at the delivery depot.. I never order from evri as I’ve heard bad things about it so wondering if this is normal and if it could arrive sooner?

Hi - So I had sent a parcel approx. 2 weeks ago via evri. It has been damaged beyond repair in transit. Evri customer service is non existent and useless - same with vinted. What am I meant to do?

The last three parcels I've had due for home delivery have gotten lost, I've really had it with Evri. But, I really want to buy something and the seller only posts via Evri, either home delivery or pick-up point. Will I have more success with picking it up from their parcel shop? It's a slightly higher value item and I don't want to risk it getting lost (three in a row is diabolical)

Just spent two days trekking around SW8 trying to drop an eBay return—finder tool says "print label" at these places, but no printer anywhere. Evri Locker, Lexadon Property Management, 53 Union Grove, SW8 2QJ: Scans QR, but no print option unless you're doing UPS. I ordered a parcel from Too Good To Go and Evri is delivering it. On the website, you can choose whether you want the parcel placed in a safe space or collected by a neighbour. I live in university accommodation, and there is a safe shared space as soon as you enter the building. The issue is: nothing like that is described in any of the options, and you need a ID card to open the door. When I’ve ordered things with Amazon and EBay, my package was put in the shared space, but idk if Evri will do the same. So, when the parcel arrives, will they call me to accept it or place it out/in the accommodation building? And do I need to give them this information somehow so I don’t lose my pack...
