Online Evri Tracking

Evri decided leaving my parcel next to a bush in a field over a mile away from my house is a good location. Unbelievable service from Evri as always.

I only have InPost and Royal Mail on for many reasons. The main reason I’ve shut off yodel is because they always mess up the parcel and I end up losing money, I’ve shut off Evri because it is incredibly inconvenient for me now that Tesco has ended their partnership. I absolutely refuse to do yodel, and have told people if they want Evri then they have to offer me £5 more than asking price because it is so inconvenient, out of the way, and always has the hugest queues. I bought a Christmas present on Amazon only to find out that the recipient had already bought the same item for themselves. No problem, I’ll just return it, right? Except that the seller sent an Evri return label. The parcel is too large and heavy for me to take it to a drop-off point, and they wouldn’t take it from there if I did because their weight limit is 15kg and the parcel weighs 19kg. The seller’s name isn’t listed in the returns section on Evri’s website, I can’t get through to a human on their customer service line and their AI chat function is a joke. for context, I’ve ordered three different things on the same day and 2 out of 3 already on the way to me but one parcel is stuck on we got it

I bought a set of darts on vinted and the seller chose to send them by Royal Mail rather than my option, since he done that Vinted doesn’t recognise that the parcel was sent. They arrived today and the seller is wanting me to confirm it on Vinted. Iv explained to them that since they didn’t use my label I can’t confirm they have arrived but they won’t acknowledge it and are now talking to Vinted support. I don’t want this person to lose out and have given them 2 options. Send an empty parcel with the label on to the evri store or locker or cancel the order and when I get my refund I can bank transfer them the money but they just want to see what Vinted support does. So this parcel is apparently lost according to "Claire" at Evri. However I don't remember ordering anything from a company called 4334. Does anyone know who this company might be and why the tracking is seemingly dead?

This is my tracking status as of now it has not changed in 3 days, I’m getting worried as they’re Christmas presents and obviously need them very soon, I’ve contacted support and they’ve said they ‘missed the connection to the courier’ whatever that means, not really sure what to do from here

I jokingly told the agent who dispatched the replacement that I hoped the courier didn’t steal it.

I'm trying to buy something, and it's only giving me the 2 options for shipping that the seller DOESN'T have selected??!!! So weird. Plus it's more expensive than I've ever had (for 2 small items on a combined shipping purchase). So it's as if it's not done the combined shipping or something. What is going on??! Amazingly, I was supposed to receive my parcel from Evri on the 1st of December !! It’s now the 13th. Apparently couldn’t deliver and would deliver next working. Day. (Didn’t happen) No human or any way to contact a human at the support centre. The same old “Claire” apparently seems to be investigating and I’ve had numerous emails from her who we all (myself included) believe is a bot. And I’ve accepted this order I’ll never see.
