I told them that collection is not an option, since at checkout you can only pay to have something shipped and this is their reply. And then I’m called names. So I ordered something Evri supposed to be delivering it on 1/5/26 , however I got an email about my order not been delivered, and they re delivered it next 24h. Well that’s not happened. I raised a case and assistant updated me every day about my parcel , till yesterday 5/5/26 she saint the email that they LOST my parcel, and they offered me nothing for it ! I message them today I said they lost my parcel and i would like some compensation as now I lost the parcel, money, and I have to re buy the same thing again, they replied back to me a bunch of FAQ’s … Can I do anything in this situation? Do they have to provide any compensation or I am entitled to anything ?

Has anyone else had issues with vinted especially evri they have lost not 1 but 2 parcels so annoyed! What is going on now waiting 25 days for refund😡

Has anyone dealt with delayed responses from myUKmailbox? I’m based in the US and currently have a return package being held by myUKmailbox in Sheffield. The vendor already provided a prepaid return label through Evri, but myUKmailbox charges a £20 handling/drop-off fee to process it. During my earlier email communication with them, they suggested I could potentially save money by purchasing my own Royal Mail label instead. After I looked into it, the Royal Mail large parcel label was £11.95, so it didn’t really make sense to buy another label just to save the Evri handling fee. So I have two packages coming via evri. Last time I had a delivery from Evri it was difficult because you can't pick a day or even a delivery period and I was out at work for every slot. I bought something on Vinted seller sent it , but Evri lost the parcel. I copied the email what Evri sent me to the seller so she get informed and have an evidence if Vinted ask. But what is the process on Vinted if parcel gets lost?

Hello, I recently sold a top and legging set brand new on Vinted. The buyer is claiming their parcel was damaged and the leggings were missing. However I have a video showing me packaging both items (I felt a bit nervous about this buyer and thankfully recorded it) and the POD photo from Evri shows the parcel in their letter box and there is no hole in the bag. I pointed this out to the buyer and they’ve ignored me since. You can only see one side of the parcel but that’s the side they’re claiming was damaged so its definitely a false claim. I hear that Vinted always seems to side with the buyer. What chance do I have in this case and how can I argue my case?

Genuinely can't tell if ill be getting my parcel today or not. I dont usually get anything through Evri so i dont know how they operate. My parcel arrived at the local depot on Saturday, nothing happened sunday or monday due to bank holiday but i was surely expecting it today but ive seen no update on my tracking and i dont wanna leave the house because it'll be sods law that it turns up.

i’m concerned as I sent a parcel using a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker- I entered all the correct information as well as a confirmation email for the receipt, I usually get it as soon as I close the locker door, however this time I didn’t and on Vinted the shipping status has not updated from ‘ print shipping label’ I’m very concerned since I don’t have any proof of sending it since I didn’t get sent the email! I sold an iPhone on eBay. The buyer has immediately claimed the phone was not in the package, they are sending me 10's of messages just spamming me asking when they will get their money back. They sent me a photo of the packaging with a rip on the side of it and only the charging plug present. Hi all, Back in February I ordered an item (worth £88) from Zalando and asked for it to be delivered to post office. The courier was Evri. The tracking said “ready for collection”, and have been to the post office multiple times but they couldn’t locate it. On the tracking it also says “We’ll return your parcel if it hasn’t been collected by 5th of March”. The parcel has still not been returned to Zalando, the post office cannot find it and I am stuck! V small scale business seller. First photo is what I selected when listing the item, second photo is the only option I have when going to dispatch and it now has a 15kg limit for some reason and is much more expensive. Am I missing something? The parcel is only 200g. I listed at £2.99 postage, does this mean somehow that the buyer can select whatever they want?
