Hi, bought a little thing for £1.50 on Vinted through Evri that I put to deliver to a parcel stop. Had a look through this Sub to see if people have had similar issues and they have! But its all people who dropped off with Evri, but after that point Evri loses the parcel and it gets picked up by Royal Mail- the explaination in the comments say that it's a Evri/Royal Mail combo place that get the parcel mixed up and deliver through the wrong agency, which makes sense! Except in my case: I have evidence that Evri had my parcel and attempted to deliver to my parcel stop. *Twice*. But failed for some reason. The package then went missing and I got a £5 fee in the post from Royal Mail! No...

I am a small business owner, I was wondering if anyone has had a parcel lost by Evri and actually managed to claim the value back? It is only £18, but that's a lot as a small business owner. I have managed to speak to someone who confirmed it was lost and when I messaged back asking for it to be reimbursed, they vanished never to reply again.

I moved to the UK just over a month ago and I’ve been furnishing a flat so I’ve been having a lot of deliveries; any of which they have been with Evri have not been delivered. We live on a busy street in an apartment on the 1st floor, and our doorbell doesn’t work so delivery folks need to ring us to be let in. Every company apart from Evri can do this just fine. Pre ordered 27/9/25 finally received today. Though EVRI just left parcel on doorstep in full view of road so lucky it didn't get nicked, guy didn't even knock on door and I only realised when I stepped out later in day and saw the parcel sat there. Can't understand why any company uses EVRI as their courier Anyway excited to get using the new device but need a bit of advice please. What can I do about a parcel that was stolen. The delivery was made at 10:24PM on Friday night and left directly outside my front door. For context my front door is almost directly on the pavement. There is a wall and side access where the bins are. According to the photo it was left directly outside the front door no covered or hidden just in plain site. Obviously by the time I realised it was gone. Will evri refund my parcel or are they just going to blame it on me becuase it was stolen? Additionally I had no safe place noted. I also missed the parcel as I work nights so wasn't in when the parcel was "delivered".

I am at the evri locker to post two vinted parcels. I have scanned one of the parcels barcodes but somehow managed to put the other parcel in the locker???? I realised because I then went to scan the second parcel and it said "parcel already in locker". I'm such an ***** what do I do ? 😭😭😭😭

My Yodel and Royal Mail parcels are still being shoes as 'label sent to seller' even though I've dispatched them. Just wondering if this is widespread or just an issue for me? Thank you!

So, Evri has told us the package is delivered, with a GPS and picture to prove it. At a collection point. We went to collect it and had no code or QR code and the barcode thing didn't work. We eventually found a Evri technical locker support number who told us, on their end it isn't in any locker (even tho we have a email and picture it is) We were sat in the car listening to the lady and I watched someone drop off a parcel, in the exact same locker slot that our parcel was meant to be in the image, like the exact one, and it was empty. Vinted tells me that my parcel is indeed at my EVRI Locker but EVRI on the other hand tells me its not even there and refuses to give me any updates. Can someone help?

I had two parcels delivered yesterday, and the former (Royal Mail) was seemingly stolen by the latter driver (Evri). When I answered the door for the Evri parcel, the delivery guy was gone and there was one parcel on the doorstep, but you can see in the delivery confirmation photo that there were two parcels before they left. This is to say in the 1 minute it took for me to answer the door the RM parcel vanished, so it was presumably stolen by the Evri driver. I didn't specify a safe place for either delivery and the RM postie didn't ring the doorbell. A couple of days ago. I got a notification from Evri saying that there’s an update on the delivery of my parcel and they will deliver again the next day. No biggie. Fast forward 2 days it didnt come so i contacted Evri with the help of their dogshit AI. And Evri finally got back to me after almost 5 business days. They said that my parcel was marked on delivered, when in actual fact, my tracking status still remained on update on your parcel. I’ve clicked into vinted support for this and the AI wasn’t much help either. So if im not mistaken, I have to submit a claim? Should i mark as received so that the ‘i have an issue’ button pops up? Hi all, I ordered something online and being shipped by evri, they have sent the above message and to contact the seller for next steps. Is there any way I can get the damaged parcel? It’s for limited edition merch that is now out of stock so it won’t be able to be replaced.
