Online Evri Tracking

Me and my mum both ordered things and unfortunately got Evri delivering it😢, my parcel got delivered but they used the proof of my neighbors delivery as proof of delivery for me and they used what should've been my packages proof of delivery for my mum's package and just never delivered her package or they have stolen it. She tried ordering the same thing twice before and it's the 3rd time it's not been delivered by Evri.

5pm we’ll deliver it, then it doesn’t turn up 8am - we’ll deliver it 10:41 - we’ll still deliver it but we’re late 1:32pm - we’re not gonna deliver it You do the Evri Hokey Cokey and you turn around…

This was a Vinted parcel that got lost months ago. Suddenly got an email last night saying evri have it. Checked the tracking and apparently I’ve been getting this same message for weeks on end? What is going on? I can’t view more detailed info because for some reason the post code I’m getting the parcel delivered to is the incorrect one. Any ideas?

I worked as a courier for a 2 weeks so I have a reasonable understanding of the flaws and have some suggestions or ideas I want to share to see if anyone agrees. 1- Allow courier/manager ability to manually receipt scan of parcels during round in case the courier miss canned at depot .Could be done by a one time access code or manager override.-putting store workload on managers so maybe not last bit. This happened a couple times for me where I forgot to scan at depot ,reached the house but couldn’t deliver because it wouldn’t let me make a delivery scan so the parcel went back to depot,tracking had no update wither. 2-Make it more personal to the customer,small things make a big diff...

So 4 months ago I had to get my parcel ( they even made a photo of “delivered”) but I never got it. I contacted them and they recommended to contact the seller but! the store is not responsible for the Evri delivery ( or something something ), they refunded me only partially. Evri said that they’ll do their best to resolve this but nothing happened. I forgot about this because of work and every other daily issues. Now I’m thinking should I contact them again and ask them to resolve it as I have them enough of time? Or you think this is silly?

surprise parcel i got from glossy box (they sent me two this month idk why lol) and this is how it arrived. completely battered up and almost open in some places. i’ve not had parcels delivered by evri in a while but disappointed to say the least.

Small business owner here. Have had Evri damage two parcels recently and fail to deliver a third. When I try to open claims for these, it asks for my 'EVR' number. What on earth is this?? I have tried entering my tracking number and I've tried entering my order number, both of which are apparently invalid. What type of number am I looking for here? I can't see any other ones on my order confirmation emails??

Been waiting for 40 days for a parcel to arrive. It was a necklace for my (to be girlfriend) when I go to visit in January. It had come all the way from China with no issues and as soon as EVRI got their hands on it... poof! There must be a something that can be done about this company?

I ordered some items from Dunelm on 19th December and paid for priority delivery. The earliest delivery date they gave me was Tuesday 23rd December and they assured me it would arrive by then. It still hasn’t been delivered. The parcel is with Evri, and I tried contacting them but their customer service hasn’t been helpful at all. What should i do? I keep on tracking on app and it says “we are sorry we were unable to deliver your parcel today”?

Out for delivery at 10:01, then immediately delayed. Slow delivery but fast updates I guess 🤣🤣

OK, so I have sold an item this morning, a pair of trainers, I'm terrified to send them as the only prepaid label that it has let me use is evri!! So, I send this item, evri will lose it won't they? How come vinted have changed to evri and how do I insure myself or is it not worth it as it will cost too much money? I know evri lose most parcels, thank you.

EVRI even if they do deliver they never knock on door and just dump it or thrown my stuff Had stuff stolen cuz they just left it there and I only realise after checking the app it's been delivered while I'm at work with relatives at home after buying from temu Soemtimed even worst where they steal your parcel mark it as delivered good thing it's on news right now some drivers getting arrested

Hello, ebay have charged me cost adjustments for underdeclared parcels. This is however an error with Evri who have scanned the parcels incorrectly. Ebay are refusing to cooperate and credit me, what are my options? I have conclusive evidence that this is not my error, firstly, the courier has told ebay one parcel weighed 4.5kg and was in a 30x55x25cm box whereas it was a paperback book and the delivery photo shows it being delivered through a letterbox, secondly the parcels affected were all scanned at the same depot showing exactly the same time on the tracking information so it's likely that there was an error with the automated scanning equipment at that place and time.
