im so tired of this, i have so much more parcels that are supposed to be coming from vinted/evri but now im terrified im not gonna be refunded and im never gonna get any of my parcels 🥲

Hey guys, my parcel has been sitting at the locker for over a week now, i have been in contact with evri and im afraid for my parcel, it was a very expensive transaction from ebay and im worried i wont get it since my seller’s account has been banned and ebay are trying to resolve this

I sent a bundle of 3 clothes items in 3 small separate mailing bags, then within a (very) secure cardboard packet. With endless reams of brown packing tape. The buyer claimed an issue the day after it was collected from the evri shop, stating the packet must have been cut clean open as it was open ended when she received it and only 2 bags were in the box. (apparently stating the parcel made it through evri's transit to her fully open with only 1 item of the 3 not falling out.) Knowing vinted AI and this sub i knew i was cooked , and opened my own case with issues of it being packaged securely. LO and behold 2 days on she received a full refund for all 3 items and I got zilch. The age...

Hey all, wanted opinions on this. Basically, had my item delivered to a parcelshop today, except it closed at 12:30 but I got a "ready for collection" email at 12:58 with the QR code in. Might be overthinking it because it's Evri but is my parcel actually there... or has the courier possibly dumped it outside or stolen it? Unsure if that collection email is only sent once scanned in at the parcelshop or if the driver marking it as delivered is enough. For context, the parcelshop is a post office & I have not gotten a "Thanks for collecting" email that others have mentioned getting shortly after a drop off yet.

Bought an item a few nights ago at an absolute bargain price. Stupidly, I didn't look at the seller's profile until 5 mins after the purchase, at which point I cancelled the order due to the fact that they had 0 transactions and were live uploading multiple valuable items at low prices. Seemed dodgy. I received a full refund within a few minutes and I assumed that would be the end of it all... The next day, I get a legit Evri tracking number email saying that the seller has posted the item, which I assumed was maybe just a delayed email from them purchasing the prepaid label. However, from looking at the tracker, it's now at the national sorting hub, which means some sort o...

I just called them and got through within 10 minutes, my parcel was delayed and was due for next day delivery on the 4th, which obviously didn’t happen and Evri had been useless. The lady on the phone immediately told me they would refund the delivery cost without me even having to ask and offered to have the package recalled and another one sent out due for delivery tomorow or the day after. It was genuinally resolved within 2 minutes. This is why I will alwayssss shop with lush!

Assuming it's stolen as it's been week and tracking info just said it was delayed... Such a shame.

I recently bought an item on vinted and for a number of reasons, chiefly a death in the family, I couldn’t collect from the locker and I was notified back in the middle of February that it had been returned to the seller. I get an evri notification today to say my parcel’s out for delivery and then later get a ring doorbell notice - there’s the parcel I ordered a month ago. The seller had put a handwritten returns address but the printed label had my home address printed on it in 2 locations despite it intending to be sent to a locker (where it was). As I was notified the parcel had been returned to the seller, I re-bought the item from somewhere else as it was for a birthday and now...

I'm a touch hard of hearing and often wear headphones while working so I can listen to music to focus. I am significantly less performant at work without the ability to turn off the outside world so they're a non-negotiable. I have a smart doorbell, not Ring but a less invasive competitor, and it's integrated with my work computer, personal computer, phone, all the HomePods in the house and so on, including an audible chime in my headphones and video pop-up on my screen, so when someone presses the doorbell, every single room is notified in parallel loudly that there's someone at the door. The problem is people often don't push the doorbell, they gently knock, wait...

I'm waiting on a parcel and, annoyingly, they've used Evri (they're an international company so I'm guessing they're not aware?)... it's been stuck on "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed" since Monday. I used the chatbot to try open any form of communication and it says there's already an open enquiry. Is this actually true or just another way that they try keep us away?? I have contacted the seller but they're dragging their feet about contacting Evri as well

I used one of my rewards but it seems like evri has lost the parcel. I know I’ll likely get a refund but what about the reward? Have I just wasted it now or is it worth emailing customer support to try get it back? I know customer support take agesss to reply though and they might just say tough luck it’s not our fault

Had two parcels out for delivery today. Normally, I don't have any real issues with Evri - If I'm in, as I was today, they deliver as usual and if I'm out I have plastic storage units for lawnmower etc in the front garden, so they usually leave it in there. Today, they didn't even make an attempt. I haven't redacted the photo or GPS, as neither show my house (or even address). I live about 50 yards up this road. Why would they go to the effort of taking the photo rather than just going 50 yards further and actually delivering the parcel?

Hi. We have sold some items on Vinted and the buyers often select Evri as the courier. I normally click the button to get the qr code, screenshot this so when i go my local Evri parcel shop i can print each label and see the picture and description to match each parcel. Last night a fes items sold and instead of having the usual option we can only select print label. Can the qr code from the image of label be used at the parcel shop printer or do we have to print these ourselves noe which is a real pain. Has anyone else had issues like this week Thanks

A buyer has returned an item to me, and it just says it's been delivered. I can't find any info in the chat that says if it's been sent back to the Evri shop I sent it from or if it's been delivered to my home address? How do I find out? The helpdesk on the app is not helpful and all automated. I'm worried if it has been sent to my address as I'm at work currently and live in a flat. People always take parcels if they're left outside my door.
