Online Evri Tracking

Hi all, I suspect this is a fairly pointless post as I'm sure I'm just one of thousands in this position - but does anyone know of a way to actually talk to someone at EVRI? I sold a large Italian platter (independently) in November 2025 and bought the postage from EVRI (yes, I am ******). It arrived smashed into pieces, the buyer sent me pics, and I obviously refunded her immediately. Then I put my claim in with EVRI using their online form. I attached all my packaging photos, the parcel ID number, invoice, proof of damage etc. And waited the required 28 working days. Nothing. I am in a particularly unusual situation. My local post office, which is also an Evri parcel shop, closed last week. The Post Master died, and it can't reopen until a new licence is issued to a new Post Master. When or if at all it will happen, nobody knows. Evri has already removed this post office/parcel shop from their website. Annoyingly, I had dropped off six Vinted parcels at this post office literally two hours before they closed down. The parcels haven't been picked up by Evri, and the tracking details just say "shipped 7 days ago." Does anyone know what will happen to these parcels? Will Vinted consider them lost after a certain amount of time? Will my buyer...

So the tracking claims that my parcel is damaged beyond repair yet the tracking details are ledgable enough for them to identify that it’s mine? Why can the parcel not be delivered in the damaged condition, surely if it was that damaged the label wouldn’t be able to be read? Just seems to me that it’s been stolen especially considering that it’s an iPhone..

I took 3 parcels that were all for evri to my post office this morning that i have sold; there was no issues with scanning the QR or anything and I literally watched as all the parcels had stickers placed on them and also received a physical receipt saying I’ve sent them. But I didn’t receive any email confirmation to say I’d sent it so I checked my Vinted app and it still says ‘shipping label sent to seller (me)’ ?? Does anyone know why this is as I’m worried that it’s going to get to the final day for sending them and the order will auto cancel as it thinks I’ve not sent them, which will mean I’ve lost £40 worth of stuff. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m ...

is this common?? if so let me know as this has never happened before and i would like to know when abouts it could come. I asked customer bot about it and they said a delay took place but to find out when a postcode is needed, which is really unhelpful as I am the seller not the buyer.

So I have this parcel and I got a notification this morning that they are expecting it. I checked the tracking and the option to divert was there. I checked again just now and it’s gone - the only difference being that Evri now ‘have’ the parcel as in they collected it from a parcel shop. Why on earth can I not divert it when it won’t be delivered until Wednesday!??? Make it make sense.

Hi, I've received an email from Evri saying I have a parcel coming from Cub01. >We'll let you know when we have it. Cub01 has your parcel. We expect to receive it within 48 hours. The email is coming from a legit Evri email address, and when inputing the tracking number on their website it finds the delivery. But I'm not expecting any parcel. Looking online it looks like Cub01 is from when parcels are coming from China? But haven't ordered anything so finding it quite odd. Could it be a scam if I haven't ordered anything? And it it saying Cub01 when it is coming from China?

I've missed a delivery from Ebay via Evri last Friday as I was out at work, so a re-delivery was scheduled for 24 hours. Saturday, nothing. Sunday, nothing (understandably). But then today on Monday, I get a knock on the door and it was an Evri delivery for my housemate... Though I noticed on the tag of my housemate's parcel, the van number and codes above are identical to my parcel from the photo I was given from Evri. I'm assuming parcels are assigned to the same van and driver even for re-scheduling, but this just seems silly.

Hi, sorry for this essay, it’s stressing me out! I bought an item on the 14th of Jan and confirmed prior to purchase that the pictures were the actual item and it was in great condition. Seller was nice, said it was the exact item, real pics, and lovely condition. Great. Bought it. It finally arrived and was not the same item at all. Hi all, I'm an international customer, seller dropped the package off at Morton Road post office, and both he and I are getting the runaround nonstop. Tracking shows Evri is waiting for the package for 2 weeks now, has never updated. Evri chat asked for dropoff location and then asked for seller to contact them. Seller does, they say they'll get back to him in 48 hours and then never do. I'm at my wits end. I paid PayPal G&S, so I'm protected, (I'm in USA btw, it's an international package). I’ve moved to a new build 2 months ago and I’ve noticed for parcels that are dispatched from Amazon, they are always delivered by Royal Mail (Evri, DPD or UPS in very rare occasions) This means that the delivery options I have are very limited, I never get the option to choose an Amazon Day for example. And Royal Mail sometimes delivers individual parcels at different times of the day. But I’ve seen Prime vans pass by my road and neighbouring postcodes seem to be under Amazon Logistics since delivery options for those show same day delivery and Amazon Day unlike my postcode. Is this a temporary arrangement or will RM always be delivering to my address for the foreseeable future?

I have never in my life had an issue with Amazon Prime next day delivery. Until now. Only after ordering and tracking my delivery did I notice the mistake which had been made, a mistake on the part of myself and of Amazon. Evri was the chosen delivery service. And of course, as my worst fears had unfortunately come true, I see the impending “we are sorry, but we had troubles delivering your parcel” message of doom. Now, three days after the original delivery slot, there are no new updates in regards to where my parcel is. Perhaps it ran away with the driver to a better life.
