Online Evri Tracking

it’s been delayed since Wednesday. Mind you all my temu packages come fine, but as SOON as I order a expensive jacket that was £50 it does this. this is the first time I ever ordered something expensive, I have rang the customer service spoken to the “ezra” chatbot and even talked to the seller. will it even show up? I’m so angry with Evri now. it’s been stuck on this and won’t update. I keep on getting emails from “Claire” MIND you she’s a bot. saying it’s due for delivery today. CLEARLY NOT. omg how hard is it to ship my PARCEL bro. I need advice. will this actually turn up?

The issue is now resolved with the company, and they've sent replacements. I recieved 2 parcels of jewelery and 3 of the 4 items were missing. The only piece that was left was the one that was in a larger jewelery gift box, the others (which I assume were in the little cardboard packets the company usually use) were gone. I believe that the Evri courier stole the items via the side of the box. The damage was visible on arrival, but really it was quite subtle (I'd not really paid attention until opening the first parcel and finding it empty). This is my first experience of having something stolen by a courier - are they really that crafty?! It's honestly like a magic trick!

They were supposed deliver it four days ago, didn't try deliver it that day and haven't done **** with it since. I opened a ticket and basically got told "we'll try tomorrow" two days in a row, with no change on the tracker. At what point do I go back to the seller? Is this just a lost cause?

I delivered for Evri for 7 days and got £140. Now considering I had pretty large amounts of parcels, the pay is shockingly low. There was a time I had 84 parcels, another time I had a round that I delivered, then came back to the depot to deliver more the same day. This all includes a “£25 bonus” which my manager said I get last weekend. On top of this, I was told I would get paid more on the weekends, so I did most of these Saturdays and Sundays. I only did one weekday. Absolutely do not recommend. Messaged my manager about the pay. Our local Evri driver has always been OK, until last year when we caught him on our camera holding my motorbike boots to his nose and sniffing them. But I turned a blind eye to his kink because he's always been fantastic and never had issues. I placed an order on Black Friday and got an email from Evri on December 1 saying they had been notified about an incoming parcel. Two days ago I received an email from Cult Beauty that they are late and my parcel is not shipped yet. Today I received a new email from Evri, different tracking number (and weight), again saying that they will pick up my parcel soon... I had Cult Beauty cancel my orders in the past so I am worried this might happen again. I am wondering if anyone else has had this happen but still ended up receiving their order? Evri are destroying online shopping, to the point where I won’t use ANY online retailer now that has them as the delivery service. FYI I deleted the Temu app straight after this, not because of Temus service but because they use Evri as their UK delivery.

I’m honestly at my wits end at this point, 3/3 tracked 24 items have ended up in a black hole after entering Leeds MC, three different items from 3 different senders. I don’t think anything sent by royal mail is actually reaching me, no longer get any bank letters, bills. It’s new build apartment building, I’ve tripe checked the postcode and address on the last order, is it not registering? Is someone stealing my parcels? At this point I’m having to message vendors asking them to use DPD or even Evri because wtf is going on?

So i had ordered a personalised item, that said would be delviered by the 29th of November. No big deal its for birthday on the 30th can deal with that. On the 28th i check the status of it as i had a notification to check from the seller. It said the parcel was delayed to the 3rd of december. What on earth do I do? Both ordered from China and sender only listed as the name of the Chinese logistics company, so don't actually know the name of the sender of either of these (lots of small packages ordered in time for Christmas!).
