Evri admitted my parcel is "misplaced" then ghosted me. How do I get them to mark it as lost?

​ ​Got an AliExpress order that cleared customs fine, but it’s been stuck on "delayed" with Evri since April 7. ​I emailed CS on the 10th. A rep told me it’s likely "misplaced," promised a depot search, and said they’d update me in 48 hours. It's now the 13th and... nothing. Total radio silence. I've sent follow-ups but they're just ghosting me now. ​I know I have to get my refund through AliExpress, but I need Evri to actually admit it's lost so my dispute goes smoothly. ​Has anyone dealt with this? How do I force them to reply or update the tracking to "Lost"? ​Thanks!

I’m curious how many sellers get compensation if the courier loses the parcel? Evri lost one of my parcels, it said it had been delivered to the collection point but they didn’t have it. Vinted cancelled the order and refunded the buyer and ‘investigated’ it with Evri who told them they had returned the parcel to me, which they haven’t, and closed the case. They are unable to provide any evidence of it being returned or answer any of my questions at all, and I’m left out of pocket. I just think it’s mad they can say whatever and show no proof at all. It was only £10 thankfully, but it’s the principle of it. Who knows where it ended up, stolen or in the bin I guess!

EVRI locker "doesn't exist" and neither does my postcode

I'm trying to collect my vinted parcel from an EVRI locker but to access my collection code I need to put in my postcode but my home postcode and the postcode of the lockers doesn't work, just says they're invalid. I've tried all caps, all together and separate all lower case. I didn't get a text message or email with anything on (i usually do with EVRI) , only a message from vinted saying it had arrived. Ezra says that there is no EVRI locker at the postcode I sent and there definitely is because at the time I was standing directly in front of it. Hi - I found an Evri parcel for someone in a nearby town dumped in the street outside our house. I live in a rural area and it is a lot of work to deliver this myself - it's also ridiculous that I am doing Evri's job for them! Is there a way of escalating this with Evri in a meaningful way?

I've been fighting evri for them to give me my bleeding Ebay package for like a week now and when it finally says delivered on the tracking, I head down to the reception where it's supposed to get delivered and there's nothing there. It's pathetic. Their first delivery attempt, they looked at a gate leading to a ****** construction site thinking that was the delivery location(????????). I live on a uni campus for context. And now they've "delivered" it, but clearly haven't. My postcode doesn't seem to work on the "view full tracking details" anymore either and their **** chatbot doesn't seem to know it either. Not sure if this is the right sub, but I’m honestly fed up at this point. I live in a block of flats with about 8 other families I barely know. Every time Evri delivers to me, they dump my parcels downstairs in a completely insecure communal area instead of ringing my bell or bringing them up. Unsurprisingly, parcels keep getting stolen. I’ve reported it multiple times, but now it feels like they think I’m making it up, so I’m just losing money and getting nowhere. At this point I want to set something up downstairs where parcels can be left but I also want to add a bit of a “surprise” element. Hey everyone, my parcel has been like this for a couple of days now. This is the first time I chose delivery to my local parcelshop which is the post office. I chose this because it was the cheapest option and the post office is open everyday except Sunday. I’ve had no updates since Thursday. The parcel was coming from Disney Store, should I give it today then email Disney or do I do it today as it’s been a few days. P.s the Chatbot said it was still at a depot.

This is hands down the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I’ve already contacted the retailer, but they said they can only open an investigation after five days with no updates. Since there was an update, apparently I now have to wait another five days?? Evri’s bot said it’s contacting the depot to investigate, but that doesn’t really help. At this point I just want a refund, but I can’t even do that because the parcel is in delivery. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Click and Collect, ID or QR Code?

For ebay click and collect do I need to bring an ID with me, or just the collection code?? I'm really worried because I ordered using a random name I made up (yes it's daft I know I'm never doing that again) and on one of eBay's website it is saying you only need to bring a code with you. But when I decided to track my parcel using the evri website, it says I need to bring an ID with me :(​ So which one is telling the truth?

I re-checked my tracking details after a few days past the estimated delivery date. It said that it was delivered. This was the proof of delivery photo. Firstly, that is not my bin, (that’s not my rubbish) and secondly IT’S A ****** BIN on bin collection day. Presumably this bin was by the side of the road ready for collection and it was easier to dump it in here than actually go and ring the doorbell. There are safe places to leave a parcel, my neighbours are always willing to accept and later deliver parcels for each other but they never even rang the doorbell. Hi all Wondered if anyone could advise Set up an e-commerce website in September last year, slow start taking 3-4 orders a day, stressing to 5-10 by Christmas but March picked up steam averaging 15-20 a day and now into April it’s touching 30 a day. I’m expecting that to potentially continue up to stay around 50. Currently use evri drop off point but stand for ages matching labels printed to the parcel then again with the young guy/girl scanning with a sigh as I walk in 😬 Any recommendations on a courier that’ll potentially collect from me on a daily basis and still offer next day? i know this might look ridiculous. tonight i am (hopefully) going to walk to the evri thing and pick up Vinted parcels. cool boy clothes i ordered off of Vinted. i'm just paranoid that the people i purchased it off secretly view me as a really feminine female for whatever reason so theyre gonna give me something pink and sparkly as a joke or something.

So, made an order on a site overseas who decided to use Evri as their courier service. its been over a week since the tracking number stated that 'weve got it' so to me that says that they have my parcel and it is on its way to me, alas that is not the case... It has been over a week at this point and trying to get in contact with seller is hopeless as they are not replying to any emails, Evri consists of bots but then decided to talk to them through Facebook and feel like i got a reply from an actual person. Three parcels, one said it had been delivered so I went to the post office to pick it up. The other two were supposed to be delivered a week ago but weren’t. I thought I’d check just in case and the y were there as well! All three had been ripped open slightly. Definitely the cunty drivers seeing if they like what’s inside. Fuckers
