Online Evri Tracking

Delivery attempted 2nd December, I was sat 20ft from my front door, have a dog that barks on hearing someone walk past. Watched him drive past my window, notification undelivered. Notified seller to say I was home after getting notification. Waited, waited some more, checked the tracking, same message. We will let you know when it is out for delivery. In contact with the seller, seller asked if I would like a refund. I said no not in any rush. 10th December, notification from seller to say I noticed it has been delivered. Checked the tracking, Delivery shown as 20:00 2nd December. Checked my CCTV 7.30 - 8.30pm, no one came to my door. Contact Evri explain it shows as delivered, no photo ...

Is this common? I thought seller was messing me about but they sent tracking number and Evri has had my parcel at their hub for 2 and a half weeks. **** is this? Gimme my ****?

11 days after receiving it and emails recently telling me that they can't find it - I've had this update this evening... I wonder if my pestering them did anything... (also, I tried to edit my previous post but couldn't figure out how to).

Hey ! Any help is appreciated - I ordered a shein package and it was getting delivered in 3 parts, 2 of which arrived. Multiple of my neighbours have made complaints to evri due to parcels they have ordered from separate companies being left in gardens, parcels being stolen and delivered to incorrect addresses to name a few issues. My SHEIN delivery was delivered to an incorrect address, my neighbour the moved it outside my flat and it’s gone missing (I think it’s been stolen) and SHEIN will not give me a refund for this package! What do I do?

Hi, I had two orders on amazon delivered through evri two weeks distance in between both of them has been lost, I've got refunded but it's weird because I've never had problems with them before. What is your experience lately with evri?

Had a parcel a few months ago left 'with my receptionist'. An interesting place they found in my 3 bed terraced house. Then last week I received almost uninterpretable photographic proof Evri had delivered my contact lenses. I can maybe forgive the blurriness, but the more shocking news was that I had gained a drive! I'm interested to know what feature my house will gain next for them to leave my packages? (The contact lenses were found under a neighbour's car in the end 😡)

I was so confused when I saw this sub for some reason as I never thought that Evri was too bad, boy did I regret those thoughts. My shein parcel was supposed to come by 7-10th of Dec, and it only came today and ofc Evri were the people delivering it. Just thought I could show my first traumatic experience with Evri

I fell below standard in september due to a few disputes, mainly evri postal service losing my parcels, its still below standard now and is due for another review in three days. Do they shut my account down? ive also gained some positive feedbaxk in that time though

I ordered a few bits from Aliexpress a month or so ago. They were shipped separately and one part never arrived. They were shipped on the UK side by Evri. Same old story, Evri marked my package as delivered, proof of postage photo shows an unknown doorstep with a BonMarche parcel, I ordered from New Look so the delivery person has clearly got the parcels mixed up, as well as deliver them to the wrong addres. Messaged Evri multiple times, every time its “We aim to respond within 24 hours” then I’m chasing it again 24 hours later. So so sooooo sickkk of Evri!!!! So yeah, if anyone knows a way of actually getting through to someone, I’d be grateful (also sidenote; companies should be obliged to inform customers what delivery service they use, so we can make an informed choice to spend our money elsewhere on stuff we might actuall...

Evri, why are you so shite?!

Driver didn't bother ringing the bell or knocking, or leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour.. No, that would require basic intelligence. This driver just forced the parcel through the letterbox, breaking the Christmas gift inside. Not enough days left to get a replacement in time for Xmas. ******* up deliveries Evri time!

I don’t like Evri but my local guy Roy is about 70 and is a little legend. He once rearranged my whole front garden to conceal a 4ft x2ft box. Was initially confused but when i realised i was like what a bloke! Big up Roy!

I returned a damaged item via EVRI. It’s arrived at the senders local parcel shop on the 5th of December, I’ve now had several updates from Evri that it was on its way and being collected again? Does this mean that the parcel has been sent back to me?
