Hello all, Evri is usually dog **** at the best of times which is why I always either have a parcel sent for click and collect to a parcel shop or always divert my packages. They are never a courier I use out of choice. Today I received the joyous notification that my parcel is now being returned to the sender, despite being out for delivery twice over three days, even when the parcel shop is open until 6pm (it's a post office and I've previously had no issues like this). ive never had this happen before so i dont know what to do. i ship with evri and i send alot of parcels together and never take photos so i fear i may not get my money back but is there anyway to resolve this. “buyer reported order significantly not described” but i feel like it should of been reported as “damaged in transit?” i dont know. do i just fully refund them and take the loss or try to fight it with vinted?

Evri is not transparent at all and basically no communicado. This drives me crazy. A parcel of mine (allegedly) has been sitting in the delivery warehouse for 5 days now. What the heck are they doing? Is it damaged? Did they lose it? Who knows? Anybody, please has a contact email? Their website is well, not helpful. :(

apparently they tried to deliver on the 29th of November but they weren't able to (definite lie. anyway, they said they would try the next working day. today is the 8th working day & they still haven't tried to redeliver 😂 i've accepted i'm cooked. i contacted the company i ordered it from 2 days ago & thankfully they accepted my request of a replacement & they sent out another one which has been delivered TODAY through FedEx. get Evri in the deepest, grubbiest bin possible.

They didn’t book it into their depot.. contacted customer service and now this has happened. I just wanted my slippers :(

I arranged for Evri’s courier service to collect and deliver two parcels to a charity. I paid £18.48. They sent an email saying the courier would collect the parcels on 2nd December. Since then, nothing. The online chat is useless, just tells me the tracking number doesn’t match my postcode (it does). On the phone I can’t get past the automated section, which tells me my parcels are still with the sender (no ****, I’m the sender). Any ideas welcome on how I can get a refund.

Got an email saying my item has been damaged during shipment, never happened before so will I just not get the item and receive a refund ?

Ordered a parcel on Black Friday (£150). Evri tracking has shown no movement for over 7 days. After chasing support multiple times, I keep getting the same automated replies from “Claire” saying she’ll look into it. Every couple of days, the same message again - no real update, no resolution. Now Claire says the parcel “seems to be misplaced.” That’s it. No timeline, no next steps, no confirmation if it’s lost. Meanwhile, the item has gone back up to £270, and I’m stuck waiting while Evri can’t even say where the parcel is. I wanted to share my current Evri experiance. I bought an item from eBay on 3 Dec. It says that it should be delivered on 10 Nov. Is this normal? I received not a single update.

I cry inside everytime evri says they have my parcel. It’s been late for like 3 days but has now finally arrived to the lockers I selected. Only issue is now, I can’t find a single code or QR thing to scan. Has anyone else ever had this? Currently waiting for my ‘enquiry’ to be replied too, when the **** am I gonna get my parcel 😭🙏

I use the printer at the Evri locker and in my stupidity I’ve accidentally printed the wrong barcode and sent the wrong item to the customer. I’ve tried to cancel this with Evri but I cannot speak to anyone and all their automated systems say the parcel is on its way to their hub and will be delivered tomorrow. This customer will now receive the wrong top, and my other customer is waiting for me to send their order which is on its way to the wrong person. Any advice on the best way to approach this? Thanks

I never really use evri so new, its been 4 days and no update. Also contacted evri services no reply. Will it ever come? To top it off the guy who was supposed to deliver it has been with evri for a month and looks dodgey as owt 😂🥲

I've been selling on eBay for around 10 months and converted to a business account a couple of weeks ago. I've made around 300 sales. I've never had an issue with a single delivery until this week where I've had 2 INRs in the last 2 days. Both were sent tracked and have photo evidence of the item outside of the buyers addresses. Both buyers say that the parcels weren't there when they went to get it. One is Royal Mail, one is Evri. The cost to me of swallowing refunds on these items isn't massive, but I'd rather follow the correct procedure.
