Online Evri Tracking

On Friday I ordered 2 items from the same seller, ordered each item separately so two separate parcels. One item is due to be delivered today and the other hasn’t left the ‘senders local depot’ since Saturday. Pretty sure it’ll be lost considering Evri’s track record. Going off this, they have a whopping 50% delivery success rate, how on earth can they still be used as a main courier for so many companies???

Choosing my postage options I excluded them all except RM. 61cm max. So I called eBay and they told me that if I selected Evri I'd be able to select bigger dimensions. I politely declined (I refuse to use Evri). But out of curiosity after the 30 minute call I tested combinations of the options, selecting them all, just DHL (which advertises as for bulky parcels), just Evri etc - and the options remained the same: Large letter, small parcel, medium parcel, all with identical weights and dimensions. So how do I send a poster tube? I receive them frequently, from UK sellers, so it must be possible.

on saturday i went to my premier shop and dropped off a parcel for vinted, i scanned the qr code and it printed a label which i attached to it and i asked the man if that was ok and he nodded so i left it on the counter for him ( he was busy) its still not showing as shipped and im rly worried i did something wrong, should i go to the premier to check or do i contact evri or vinted directly about this?

Says delivered and that’s my house but i’ve checked every inch of my house and outside and it’s nowhere and my mum was there so she could’ve took it in but idk where it is ! My mum said it wasn’t there though. Maybe someone took it but we have ring doorbell and it picked up nothing! The ring doorbell was working all day though!

Since I moved into my new flat last June, I have received around 40-50 parcels from Royal Mail and Evri. They are addressed to 'mark', usually with no return address or invoice, and the contents are usually cheap, Chinese-made hats and shoes. I have since managed to get the Royal Mail parcels to stop by refusing them when the postie comes and putting any delivered RM parcels back into a post box. However, Evri continues to deliver these parcels. The Evri labels have "TikTok Shop" on them. I have tried contacting TikTok, but unfortunately, you can't unless you have a TikTok account. I waited a total of 17 days from dispatch to the most recent update 3 days ago to have still not received my package 😭 Evri are useless. first my package gets lost for a week and a half and after the seller chases it up it gets found in an hour and scanned, bare in mind this was supposed to be a 48 hour delivery ordered days before Sunday even came. Hey all. As per the title, I have had some car parts dropped off to the post office in York by my cousin and they have been handed over to EVRI for international standard shipping to New Zealand. I have since learnt that my package has been damaged and been sitting in "parcel holding" while they evaluate the damage. The parts have been sitting in holding for the last 13 days. Apart from speaking to an AI bot that doesn't help in the slightest, is there anyway I can get an update on the situation? The tracking will not update nor can I get any useful information about my parcel. Any help would be great. Cheers.

I’d bought a vinted item, it was delivered at 12am and left on my doorstep in plain sight on a busy road then stolen! We live on a main road and I’m confident a passer-by has just picked it up, I never instructed evri to leave the parcel or marked the front door step as a safe place, no idea why they would deem it as suitable especially at that time of night unattended for so long. I’ve raised an issues via evri and vinted so the transactions suspended and don’t see why the seller should have to suffer for the couriers mistake. It would have easily fit through the letterbox! I've had a notification that my Evri parcel was delivered to my local petrol station yesterday - sod's law it's now closed up due to a shortage of fuel and no timeline for re-opening. I assume my parcel is just going to stay there until it re-opens and I can disregard the collection deadline? Bit annoying as I really need the parcel but these things happen!

I returned an item to a retailer using the Evri label they sent me. This label stated 13th March as the return by date, so I sent it back using the QR code from and Evri parcel shop on the 12th. The retailer is saying the cut off point was the 24th Feb as it was ordered on the 28th Jan. My argument is: the retailer return acknowledgment email did not have a time frame on it at all. Nothing about 28 days. Therefore, I went by the Evri email label that came through at the same time. How can I take this higher? I really did return them thinking I was safe until the 13th March and feel like their information was very conflicting and misleading.

I only ordered last night so wasnt expecting till Sunday anyway,any chance it just wasnt on van and genuine mistake?never had any issues with the driver before just the delivery attempt photo made me think otherwise,and even checked ring camera he parked up got out than back in then drove off ,just wondering if any evri drivers on here had no parcel on van and done something similar?

Urgent help with locker please! I do not know how this could happen but I find it is really a mess and I can not contact Evri at all. Thursday night, So I meant to return an item to seller A, I did have the code to get the label at the locker. When I dropped off a parcel at the locker, someone the locker scanned the old label on the box (from previous delivery from seller B), and I popped the parcel in the locker. I meant to print the label and put it over the old label but somehow I did not and I did not even realise the problem till now.
