Online Evri Tracking

Hi, Basically I've been out of work for over 2 years due to a disability. In this time I haven't been out of the house much probably around 1 or 2 times a week I walk 10 minutes but that's been it. I attended an interview recently and was offered a full time contract which I've accepted.(The contract is 30 hours per week which is 5 days between sunday-friday at 6 hour shifts. After the interview I got lost and ended up walking for a total of 3 hour (including on the way there too) the next day I could barely walk and it took days for my legs to feel better. I try to avoid evri as much as possible but something I want really badly is evri ship/pickup only, haven't had any issues with our local evri staff as of yet but just to make sure I'm wondering if there's a meaningful difference in parcel loss risk between pickup and delivery?

My local Asda recently started doing Evri parcel shop. I had 3 items sent there, 2 arrived on Wednesday and 1 arrived Thursday. I went to pickup on Thursday evening. It showed on their system but the staff came back to say it wasn’t there. She took my number and told me the manager would call. I asked why it’s saying “ready to collect” on my tracking and she blamed it as driver error…(?) I am really confused, never had this happen at other parcel shops before. On the tracking it says all the items were delivered there and ready to collect. I emailed Evri but just keep getting automated email saying “ Firstly I'm sorry we haven't delivered on time for you. An update from a post i made a couple of weeks ago! Evri magically found the parcel again and delivered it this morning to the buyer. HOWEVER it has been taped up along the back where the shipping bag was cut open and the pokemon card i sold is not in there anymore with a dirty fingerprint on the inside packaging. I have photos and videos of me packaging it but i dont know what to do as its my first time having an order suspended. Vinted said they are reviewing it and will get back to me in 48 hours but i dont know if i have to submit my photos somewhere before that time or if i have to wait. Can anyone advise me on what to do please?

My parcel has been stuck at the delivery depot along with another for 3 days now, I live in the highlands so I understand packages can be late here (although royal mail manage fine.) This isn’t the first time i’ve had this problem with Evri! Honestly sick of it. I emailed them but no response yet, any ideas?

Long story short, I ordered some T-Shirts online recently, and I used Google autocomplete to fill out my address, but it missed out my house number on the order form. (I know I should have double checked!) When a delivery was attempted, it couldn't locate where to deliver, so Evri asked for clarification. I’ve always received my parcels on time and unopened. Some of them even rang my doorbell to make sure I get the packages, which kind of takes the ****. No photos in back of vans, not thrown in my bin on collection day or even in the forest nearby, like normal, high rated delivery companies do. Just blatant delivery. Just when I’ve broken down and started to give up on online shopping, someone told me about Evri. They don’t just make your packages disappear, they go the extra mile and deliver you the empty parcel. No signature required.

I want to preface this by saying I may have been naiive so please just tell me if there's nothing I can do. I'm based in the UK and so is the seller. I ordered an item due to be delivered on 7th March. on 21st March I told them it still hadn't been delivered. The seller noted that evri, the delivery company seems to have lost the parcel so said that they would send out a new item on the 22nd of March. This never happened. I kept in contact with them but they weren't replying so on 15th April I opened a case. My parcel has been delivered to a completely different address no where near my house, I contacted both the company and Evri, they said apparently they’ve re collected it and it will be re assigned to my proper address but the delivery photo shown as delivered and collected to the first house, has this happened to anyone else and did you end up getting your package?

Hi all I’ve noticed now for 4 days that my parcel being delivered by relay and Evri hasn’t moved in 4 days has anyone else had this lately

Paid for next day delivery last week and my package seems to be stuck in a loop, claiming that it is ‘too big’ to be delivered. It’s literally a small bag of protein powder I don’t understand how it can be that big of an issue.

I recently sold an item via FB and PayPal. I used Evri as they were cheaper (still £16) than Royal Mail. Next day with £200 insurance for the value. The buyer has contacted me to say he doesn't have the parcel even though it was delivered and says signed for. If I am being honest... I somewhat suspect he is pulling a fast one. HOWEVER, the photo shows a box left next to a closed door. Also, they are stating it is signed for but no signature.... which is surely fraudulent? Either way I have a case opened against me on PayPal, so I am trying to resolve it.... Evri seems to deliberately make it impossible to do so! yesterday i had to open an enquiry on evri’s chat bot after they told me my parcel had been delivered to my doorstep, even though i told them to deliver it to my neighbour’s house, because i received this photo (attached) as the delivery confirmation😭 obviously this is not a doorstep, and is actually the bin/ground between mine and my neighbour’s house. there is also no parcel in sight which is the main point of the photo in the first place. the cardboard in view is folded cardboard from a waste bin. so anyway, i panicked when i saw this as i was at work and i could see it wasn’t delivered by our usual driver and it just said “your local courier”. i’ve obviously heard the h...

Hi everyone I tried relay (one of sellers enabled this option), I was surprised with speed and fees. It is only 1.75, I got the parcel from the relay shop in two days and I live in the south. Seller was in the North I found that most sellers enabled EVRI and Inpost but somehow only few use relay. The first two are no less than 4 quids. I had bad experience with inpost after the destination locker is out of service. They are refusing to redirect or fix the locker. After many calls and emails, nothing has been done. I ordered a pair of Trainers from Sports Direct last week. On sunday I got a notification that delivery had been delayed. On monday I was notified the parcel would be delivered between 20:00 and 21:00. I got a notification while at home at around 19:00 that it had been delivered with a photograph of a parcel (since realised it wasn't the sports direct parcel that was photographed) on the ground floor of our building. immediately went to check the location and there was no parcel to be found. I am fuming, I need to vent. How in gods name is Evri still in buisness? This parcel made it through the US, across the ocean and in to the national sorting hub, only to get "lost" locally. Given it was a limited edition Magic the Gathering book and card, I can only assume its been stolen. I am hoping its not lost though. I have another unique item coming through them and I am absolutely terrified its going the same way. Support has been OK, but I dont think enough was done. I am thinking of taking it further if they dont find it. Has anyone else had this? Their new pointless system which puts you on the review program in their absurd misunderstanding they're a professional company and not one which operates illegally, burning through new couriers because they know new starters won't be as diligent about pay, hoping to give it a go. I had 100% figures for delivery, receipt scan, customer rating, collections, what became apparently unsurmountable to them was my reliability, shown in some stages as 50%, basically because they hire new temporary managers to look after the depot and because they don't know what they're doing, they give your round away before you reach the depot.
