Online Evri Tracking

Increases in round rates seem to be 1-4p (average seems to be 2p) but some have not had any increase and at least one driver has had a decrease (immediately followed by an email saying they made a mistake).

So I’m sending a bike through Evri (the bike has been taken apart) the parcel is very close to the limit of size but not over it. I went to the local shop and the guy there (who is always sound as) told me that the driver would refuse it because he has a corsa and it’ll be filled with other **** and parcels. Anyway I’ve booked evri to come pick up the parcel from my house but I’m worried when they come the refuse it because the size because the don’t have a van (even though I’ve checked it and know for a fact it’s within the size limit) does anyone know what the next steps are do the send someone with a van to come instead ?

Hello all, So been in a bit of a battle with Wayfair, ordered a mixer firstly was delivered outside my door neighbor took it in, get it a week later as kept missing them. Said to Wayfair it wasn't then told I did get it, but returned it as it was sat in the rain soaking and wasnt willing to take the risk with the electronics. Hi, I have sold a lot of stuff on vinted and this is the first time I’ve had an issue like this. The buyer has raised an issue stating that she went to collect multiple parcels, and when she has got home she realised she doesn’t have my parcel She collected from a locker, and the tracking info states “collected” I asked if she had also raised a job with evri, which she said she had, but then I have tried to contact evri and I can confirm she has not. … maybe she just meant she’s raised an issue with vinted. I shipped a Vinted parcel with 2 books in and I put in a lip gloss as an added touch. I then received a message from Vinted saying the parcel was going to be returned to me, the buyer messaged saying she was working at home all day and no one rang her door. The parcel has now come back to me, you can see the parcel has been opened, the books have been taken out and I feel like there’s rubbish that’s been shoved in the box (probably to make the weight the same)… I don’t want to open the parcel cos wtf?? However I do need facebook, annoyingly many relatives will not use another way to communicate and there are local facebook groups I need access to to keep up with local news (especially as our royal mail and evri workers are so bad we often need to use the group to find the rightful owners of deliveries or get our own parcels). Hi! Everyone, I am relatively new in eBay UK. I bought some item and I opted for Click & Collect shop near me (which is an Evri ParcelShop). The seller failed to ship this on time with the label provided by eBay, so it expired. I asked eBay for intervention that I have not received my item. So this is the second time, jn a row where I ordered something off Vinted & they have full on lost the items I ordered, now they ‘estimate’ delivery could take another month instead of the typical 3-4 days it takes, literally the worst delivery service in the uk, theres even one time where I saw a evri courier literally crouching near the bushes trying too put my parcel in the bushes, then after failing that they then walked into my apartment building & left it with a neighbour never attempting too deliver it.

I tried to return something to Shein (I am in the UK) using their free EVRI drop-off, but the shop said my parcel was too big (not heavy, just large). When I contacted Shein, they told me they couldn’t arrange a pickup and the only way was to send it myself, and they would refund me the full cost. So I ordered an item off vinted last Sunday, and the seller sent it out on Tuesday. Since then, I have had no tracking updates, and when I checked, the vinted seller was blocked. I have emailed evri twice now and have tried using the chatbot multiple times but it has been pretty useless, I've never had issues with evri like this before and idk what to do😭if anyone has experienced this before please let me know!

I liked using Cecred products but it looks like the only way to get them in the UK is directly from the Cecred website. They ship using Evri, who are known to steal parcels and are terrible to deal with (I currently have a £120 order from Cecred that was meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago) and Cecred's customer support team have been completely useless. Two deliveries in a row have been stolen by Evri worth over £200 total. Are there any retailers or shops in the UK that stock Cecred products? So I don't have to deal with those scammers again

19 minutes after 'out for delivery' they were unable to deliver. Lets run a book on when its going to.turn up... UPDATE; Well it has not turned up for the second day but there has been no update to the tracking info since yesterdays tracking info update. Fingers crossed for the third day tomorrow. Update 2 Well it has not turned up today either and there is still no update on the parcel from last week.

Far Evri **** Makes me tremble with rage at how its ruined a perfectly nice place for a walk. (For anyone not UK based and experienced quite possibly the worlds worst postal company, Evri cant even get a parcel to the right number house)

I had a parcel coming from Evri, I wanted to cancel the order but the retailer said they don't do cancellations but I can refuse delivery and the parcel would be returned to sender. Evri shows up, tries to deliver it, I tell him no, please return to sender - he acts like I just asked him to sacrifice his first born. It's all fine eventually, he marks it RTS and takes a picture, I can see on the tracking page and I think nothing of it. A week later while I'm out, same driver comes back and re-delivers it (and takes a picture). I sent a parcel UK to Srilanka but it goes like UK to Netherlands wait 2months in Netherlands and yesterday received by my family in Srilanka But it received like in these picutres What a shame evri doing Anybody face like this problems like me? What action did you after receiving parcel like this?
