Online Evri Tracking

Hi guys I need advice for this issue, I’ve sent a parcel and it’s been in transit for about a week. Evri customer support is very insufficient, I call them and the system tells me they will update me soon and have they been informed to look into the parcel etc and that’s about it. The buyer is very insistent every day about an update and also telling me she might refund. How does one go about refunding this kind of thing, would the parcel reach her then get posted back to me or would it just get sent back. Hopefully it isn’t lost :P

I’ve had someone purchase a figure I am selling and they selected Royal Mail. I have turned off every other postage method apart from evri. I cancelled the order and informed the buyer that I cannot send off the parcel unless they select evri, I uploaded the item again for them to buy and now they’ve selected yodel. I have all other methods turned off so I’m confused how they’re even able to select those options and it’s frustrated me a bit that I’ve stated clearly that I cannot use any other postage method. The buyer has said that it hasn’t given them any other option but to click yodel

So to summarise it all, before xmas around the 12th I purchased a ‘service’ to repair an item (commercial blender) the blender was received by the fixer promptly and he managed to fix it quickly too. Sent it back via same courier (evri) and they have failed to deliver it both on time and actually deliver it to my house too. There was no knocking no doorbell rings (I have ring doorbell) and the photo taken of it being delivered was the parcel on snow. My yard had no snow in it so I know it wasn’t left in a safe place nor was it a good idea considering the item is worth £450 circa. Hello again everyone. I have had a small Jiffy bag parcel arrive at a buyer, however the buyer has messaged to say there was nothing in the bag - they noticed when the courier gave it to them that it was unusually light for what was ordered, so they turned it and there was a massive gash on the bag, which turned out to be empty. Naturally and understandably they told the courier they were not taking a delivery in that condition. They have also messaged me and also screenshotted the picture the courier took of the bag - I can see from this photo they are being truthful as the bag is completely flat in the couriers hand as they scanned it (the weight of it should cause it to sag etc. not a he...

Hi, buyer did not pickup their parcel so it was on its way back to me. Evri have tried 3 times to deliver to me but now it’s stuck and tracking hasn’t moved. Vinted have refunded buyer and the transaction is now canceled. Vinted have said they will refund me if I don’t receive the item back but I’m confused as to how they will do that if the transaction is now closed. Has this happened to anyone else? I was sending a parcel to Canada a few weeks ago, the recipient did not pay the duties and taxes in time and so it was being returned to me… however the parcel that got delivered back to me was not the one I sent… and my parcel has vanished. Now this parcel has the ACTUAL senders address on the box 3 times… including on the customs declarations, so how they’ve managed to send it back to me is just pure incompetence. Evri in my area it's brilliant, we have the same driver 90% of the time and he's lovely, cares about his job and the community cares about him. To the point where when he went on holiday, the Facebook was filed with 'has anyone seen "driver" hope he's ok' Usually my evri parcels are temu stuff but even still, it's quick, the tracking works well and I've never had a problem. My latest parcel has been delivered by relay (who tf is that?) And even though the lights were on, both cars were on the drive, they never knocked, left no note and I got no text or anything saying it was delivered and he stuck it straight in one of the bins. Hello all, Bit of a rant, sorry! Just wanted a space to vent, as for the second time in a month Evri has stolen the contents of a parcel en route to the buyer. The first time I sent a jacket, and the buyer was mortified that she had received a bag of packaging paper - she messaged me and asked if I was trying to scam her. Upon receiving photos of the packaging, I could see it had been opened and then resealed with brown parcel tape that I hadn't put there. The buyer was refunded, and after a lot of back and forth with the Vinted legal email, I was finally compensated too. This was my first time booking a parcel collection from my address. The postie came this morning and delivered some letters but didn't collect the parcel. I couldn't find any useful information so decided to take it to my nearest drop off point myself. No problem, the shop could print off the label from my QR code. Later that day, I was in a work meeting and afterwards I saw a notification that my parcel had been collected from my house, plus a separate notification that an unrelated Evri parcel had been delivered to my doorstep. No parcel was on my doorstep, so I realised the postie must have come after all and collected the wrong item! I can't find anything whatsoever online...

Alrighty this is my last hope to find some way of getting this sorted out. I bought a computer monitor on Amazon back in November 2025 and returned it the day it arrived (It was worse than my current one and so I had it returned). I check the given item code on Evri's website and it says they've got it. A week later and they've still "got it" so I enquire with the company who sent it (AO) whether or not they had received the item. They had not (Or at least that's what their AI chat bots are telling me) I then make a support ticket with Evri and get an email on the 14th of December that says the item wasn't put on the delivery vehicle and it's somewher...

Ive ordered two parcels from vinted and the courier was evri I selected a locker for the parcels and I got an email to say they've been delivered but there has been no QR code or locker code. I asked the shop if they've had a delivery on my name and they said no. Ive contacted Evri but its this ****** AI automated service. Now on the app it says the parcel is due to be delivered and still no code. Wtf What do I need to do

Evri keeps pretending to deliver this parcel. This has happened twice. They haven’t even come to the door I’ve got video evidence of them not coming to the door

For some reason Evri never bothered to send the parcel anywhere near my address. It was stuck in the warehouse near the sender for days before issuing a notice that it would be returned to sender. Vinted informed me that I would get a refund once the seller acknowledged the return. Earlier today the package was delivered and signed for but I haven't got my refund yet. Should I mark the parcel as received? I'm concerned because the seller might get my money and also keep the (low value) item I bought. Thanks.
