Online Evri Tracking

Bit of a conundrum that I'm currently in.... I'm at a total loss on how to even proceed with this. I posted a pair of joggers on Thursday 19th February, which were delivered to the buyer today. However, upon opening the packaging the buyer had received a sealed packet of curry powder (and in a cardboard box, when id sent in plastic packaging) I've checked the Evri website and the 'proof of delivery' shows a cardboard box (not what I sent). Can someone text and simultaneously email me every 38 minutes with their life updates please. Namely, looking forward to something/having something/completing something. Then asking how it was for me every other day for four weeks. It’s been two hours and I’m already pining. This is definitely getting deleted by m0ds! So I recently ordered something to my home but on the Evri website I changed it to be delivered to a parcel stop (for me a nearby shop) I was wondering if anyone else had done this and it turned out ok (I did the redirect when it says they were still expecting it)

Absolutely baffling! Scribbled out GPS location for obvious reasons but it was a petrol station nowhere near me! Also I had a message from the Evri support person today who said. ‘I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier.’ Any ideas what that means? Although I’ve slightly given up hope!

I moved into a rented flat 9 months ago. I still get the occasional letter for the previous tenant but I stick these back in the post box marked "return to sender". The issue now is that in the last month or so they have been ordering large parcels to my house. So far I've had 5. I have refused delivery for a couple of them, but on the occasions I've been out the Yodel/Evri/DPD driver has left the parcels outside my door or posted through the letterbox if they fit. I want to return an evri parcel to process a refund. It is about 170cm long and the evri shops are saying its too large. The attendant suggested I use ParcelForce, but i don’t know how to go about it. Does anyone know how i can return the parcel to Evri and process my refund 🙏🏾?

I received this (and the previous) email about my order being late at around 1:30am, which suggests that a bot is sending these messages out after a certain amount of time has lapsed post-estimate? Also, it cites “technical difficulties”… but I have a gut feeling it probably just says this irrespective of the reason. It feels like the emails that are sent by “Claire” at Evri when their parcels are late… Has anybody else received the exact same thing?

i placed an order with Mac Cosmetics online and i used autofill to add my address into the shipping info, maybe i should’ve manually done it?? everything was good so i checkout and then somehow the confirmation email shows my door number and building name is missing and everything else is correct, i genuinely thought this was a glitch cause i clearly put the right info in so i left it and turns out it got delivered to some random address… do i raise a concern with Mac or Evri? i obsessively check things over to make sure i’m not missing anything so idk how this happened, idk what to do i’ve never had a missing parcel before lmao help ;(

This is a new one for me. My buyer received a parcel today which is the wrong item- not so unusual- but what is unusual is that I had an Inpost QR code and she has received a parcel with a home-printed labels that was sent via Evri! She picked it up from the post office, not the locker! I can only assume that Vinted has sent her details to another seller, because my parcel is still showing as available to collect at the locker. I have asked her to go back and check!

evri are the most ******* useless cunts in existence. they've managed to "misplace" my parcel, in which is a very rare item i bought on ebay. **** evri, this is the second time i've had a parcel go through their system in the past 6 months and they've ******* lost both of them.

hi, i’ve recently sold a bag to someone on vinted and they still haven’t collected it, it’s nearly been 4 days and i’m unsure if I should message them or not? or when is the appropriate amount of time after the parcel has been dropped off? i checked vinted guidelines and it says that the parcel could be returned but it varies from service to service and could be 7-15 days. does anyone know roughly how long Evri hold a parcel for? or is it dependent on where they get the parcel dropped off to? i’ve never had issues with buyers picking up parcels before so i’m just a bit worried

So I had a parcel delivered for one of my customers through Evri, and I checked out their proof of delivery, and it showed the parcel clearly damaged. I reached out to the customer, sorted them out with a refund. And then contacted ebay Packlink so I could file a damage claim. Has anybody has a similar thing happen? I have ordered a phone online and returned it via Evri. I have not opted for insurance but I did state the value of the package is £700. I did pay extra for signature to be delivered to the recipient or a neighbour. The tracking shows "delivered and signed" but the parcel was left outside the door on an industrial estate. So Evri are actually there during the date and time specified. However after one attempt they’re returning my parcel. I didn’t answer the door at the speed of light.

On 17th February at 2:32pm, my parcel was marked as delivered to my chosen ParcelShop and “ready for collection.” I was on holiday at the time and didn’t return until the 20th. On 20th February, I went to the ParcelShop to collect it, but they told me it wasn’t there. That same day, I contacted Evri to ask what was going on. I’m absolutely furious!!!! Has anyone else had a problem? I got it delivered to a parcel shop it says it was delivered then when I went to go and collect it I was told nothing was there. I’m not sure what to do at this point considering the company I got it from I know I’m gonna have a problem with. And it’s a vintage item, no way I’m getting something like that again.
