Online Evri Tracking

I bought an item from America from eBay’s global shipping program. The item made its way all the way to the UK until the dreaded Evri got their hands on it (I had no control over who delivered the parcel, I would never have used Evri of if I had the chance). The parcel was originally out for delivery until Evri said they was unable to deliver my parcel. The delivery status never changed and still in fact says this. After contacting Evri on around 5 occasions I only got 1 response stating that they was going to search for my parcel. It seems there is a new update on the evri app, but it also includes the fact that I cannot open the app!? Great! Is this happening to anyone else? (doesn’t help that my parcel is 4 days late and the ****** chat bot wont help me!)

Bit weird how it was at the Evri locker but Vinted state they were unable to deliver? The buyer just didn’t collect it?

Unfortunately after buying some clothes off vinted they forced me to use evri as the courier and as per usual they have ****** it royally

I ordered a top from a seller I’ve been wanting so badly, and chose to send it to a parcel shop as I assumed I wouldn’t be in when it’s delivered. The package was marked as delivered yesterday, and I went to collect and it wasn’t on their system. When I chatted with evri help they said the postcode does not match?? I think it was delivered to the wrong address but what do I even do in this situation as the buyer could think I’m lying.

A few weeks ago Evri driver damaged a parcel by throwing it over my back gate even though I was in the house. Reported the damage and got a refund. Since then I've had 2 "lost" parcels, and this week one that keep being rescheduled. Reporting to the Evri bot does nothing.

I. E is it the evri delivery driver or the boss man from the shop? As a lot of my parcels are new parcelshop not being notified that it's ready to pick up when it is, and parcel shop man claims it's evri?

I’m hoping someone can help me figure out as to how this happened - I sent a parcel with Evri and last night the buyer messaged me with photos of a package they received which is clearly not the one I sent, even though it has the same name and tracking number on the box they’ve received. The packaging in their photos is completely different to what I used. On top of that, the shipping label isn’t the same as the one I printed and attached to my parcel. My original label was printed in-store and has the usual “Print in Store” text and other reference details. It also shows the parcel weight as <1KG. I'm not sure if this is okay, but seeing everything going wrong within Evri and parcels going missing left right and centre, I thought I'd drop the link to report them to Watchdog. If we all send a report, something might get done! I've done it, and I know lots of others who have done the same! Parcel driver 'delivered' my parcel today supposedly. I was ****** home the whole time, didn't hear the door knock, nothing. Just got a random notification saying it had been delivered. Went to check outside in the post box and it was no where to be found, lo and behold. This twat has decided to just throw it on the floor. I've been waiting ages for this parcel. It's been nicked I'm assuming because I can't find it anywhere. Ffs Evri.

I bought an item and Evri lost my parcel. It was a pretty expensive one – £80. I know vinted will refund me, but will the seller get their money?? This is 100% Evri's fault and the seller was very kind to me, so this is really unfair.

hi guys jist letting you know that if you order a item and evri can’t deliver it to you because you are out the drivers have to take it to there house and keep it to there next shift which can be a week a way so that why they keep losing you items
