Online Evri Tracking

My parcel was out for delivery for 4 days, due to be delivered to the lockers across from my house as I’m on holiday and was going to get family to pick it up. After the fourth day I checked tracking again and it said your parcel is being returned to the sender? I contacted the sender and told them what was happening and they told me they would refund, which is great but I really wanted the package as it was limited edition and I can’t get another one :( Has anyone else had this happen and it’s miraculously came back? I did contact Evri’s customer service but I’m sick and tired of dealing with this Claire bot that doesn’t actually do anything useful.

I’ve sent an item via Vinted, and it has just been saying this since the 20th, still the same messages now (27th). On Vinted it says the parcel is ready to collect, and the buyer just isn’t responding to my messages 🫩

Hi there I was sent shipping information for a cub01 parcel that I did not order, I have checked my bank accounts as far back as a year and there are no orders that have not been fulfilled already. I got an email from the evri email address I usually get emails from, and it is in my app as part of my order tracking. No money has left my account and evri says the parcel is still with the company and they are expecting it. Because it is a cub01 order I have no way of finding out what it is. What can I do?

I'm so confused so I sold something on vinted I put the tracking code on to the evri app it is saying parcel not found so I then go to the help section I put the tracking code in there and they say they can't help because the code is 3 months old ? I literally just got the code

My husband has just sold something on Vinted, and selected the recommended weight limit. When he’s dropped it off with Evri they have had to do a new shipping label as it’s heavier than the selected weight. He wasn’t charged anything and sent the parcel. My question is, will the buyer be charged the extra, and will it affect anything with regards to the shipping itself/ tracking/ pending balance becoming available to withdraw? We’re very new to this.

Has anyone had issues with Evri international deliveries from UK to USA. I sent 2 parcels to the same address. 1 has arrived, the other I have had no updates in 2 weeks. Tried every route to message, track, claim and complain via Evri but they say post code is incorrect (although I have double checked with addressee this is correct and also the 1st of the 2 parcels arrived). In a never ending loop now where Evri cannot progress and I have no one to speak to. I am a very frustrated customer. Unsure what to do as parcel includes photos with sentimental value for elderly relative.

Same update on tracking for both parcels… Gusto are adamant the update on their side says delivery will be between 2-3pm… Tried to phone Evri, can’t get through to a ****** human (or on their online chat either!!) according to their phone line, parcel has been sent back as ‘no longer required’??? Nobody even tried to deliver! I work from home, haven’t left the house all day, checked my ring doorbell and I definitely haven’t missed anyone! Super frustrated- has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you resolve?

They sent me an email 3 days ago saying they'd send me an estimated delivery time within 48 hours

I ordered a parcel that arrived in the UK without any issues, but as soon as it got handed over to Evri, everything turned into chaos. On May 21st I got a notification saying it would be delivered that day, but nothing arrived. Later that evening I checked the tracking and saw that it had already been marked as “delayed” at 12:48pm. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. There have been no new updates and no delivery attempts. I understood the delay over the bank holiday weekend, but today there’s still no movement at all. I can’t speak to a real person because only AI responses are available. Email support and “Clair” AI have already given me every possible generic answ...

I sold some items on Vinted and shipped with Evri. The tracking now shows: “Your parcel has been damaged beyond repair in transit.” The buyer also received a “confirmation of damage” message from Evri. I’ve checked the tracking myself and it does confirm the damage, so it seems genuine. My question is: As the seller, will I still get paid by Vinted? Do I need to do anything or just wait? Has anyone had this happen before? Neither me nor the buyer are at fault, so I’m just trying to understand how Vinted handles this. Thanks!

Its almost 4pm with no delivery window provided, the tracking doesn’t even show its at the depot. What are the chances i could get it today if I escalate it. I would just assume its coming tomorrow but i really do need this parcel before tomorrow.

Has anyone else had experience of vinted support not responding to an issue for 7+ days? I bought an item from a seller who shipped via evri about 2 weeks ago. The item showed as delivered however the evri courier left the parcel in the hallway of a block of flats, and the parcel is nowhere to be found. I actually think the courier has dropped the parcel in the block of flats across the road, and I’ve had no luck contacting the neighbours to try and get in and find the parcel. I work for a ~~local business~~ train station (edited for clarification), and for months we’ve been getting parcel deliveries from Evri and Royal Mail of stuff none of us ordered. The parcels contain Nike clothes and shoes (grey jogging bottoms and similar items that chavvy kids wear, and always in kids/teen sizes). The return address is Vinted, and the items are clearly used. The parcels are usually addressed to STATION NAME, TRAIN COMPANY, STREET, TOWN, POSTCODE but on occasion, including today, to a named person (same person). We initially accepted the deliveries, and the local charity shop now has a nice selection of Nike clothes, but recently, again including today, we just refuse to ...

The person in the shop then scanned them using the hand scanner and passed it to me to confirm the email address and name. Only one name and email address showed, it was my partner’s. I asked the person if that is okay as I’d expected there to be two names and two email addresses. The parcel was then bagged and picked up that evening by Evri.
