Online Evri Tracking

So I bought an item from Vinted through Evri (don't worry, I already know...) - I got an email on Sunday saying there was a delay delivering my parcel to the Parcelshop, which was fine. I got a notification from Vinted today saying that my parcel is now ready for collection. When I went to the Parcelshop, I couldn't find any email or text so decided I'd hallucinated the notification and went home. I just checked Vinted and it \*does\* say my order has been delivered and is ready to collect. When I go onto Evri tracking though, it says it's still out for delivery. How is this possible? Hi I know this must have been asked a number of times, but after a search I didn't find any answers. Evri left the parcel on the street at about 7pm outside my closed shop, when I got there in the morning it was gone. I have reported it to the police and got a crime reference number, Evri have emailed to say they acknowledge it was left outside and in all probability stolen. Aliexpress just keep sending me round in circles, I report it and upload the information they ask, a week goes by and nothing happens. I have reported it to both customer support and the seller. Hi guys, this parcel has been still at the sender’s local evri depot for more than a week. Is there any way to contact someone at evri about it? Like they must have lost it somewhere in the depot no? But obviously they’re not gonna look just because I tell them to. Ugh I really didn’t want this parcel to get lost😭

I read through the pinned shipping post and read how with cheaper packages, the shipping method used for them means they sometimes don’t have tracking outside of China. The due date is an estimate obviously, and I probably should have ordered earlier I know \^ My hopes aren’t super high that they’ll arrive on / before Friday the 22nd. I live in the UK and my shipper is Evri. Looking back at my emails, they sometimes send me a ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ 5 days in advance. So last two parcels I’ve bought through vinted have gone missing (RM & Evri) so to ensure a quick & looked after delivery process I decided to splash on the £19.50 dhl express (1-3 day estimate) almost 4 times the price of evri (3-5 days) and Royal Mail tracked48 (2-3 days) Just had this message from DHL, wish I never bothered…how can you charge £19.50 and not guarantee at least two day delivery is beyond me 😭 Yeah guys don’t bother using this service

Yet another missing parcel (third since October) probably going to be returned to sender as it's not moved for two days now on two day delivery Update: apparently I was going to be contacted by support by 11:00 this morning.... hi!! has anyone ordered from the uk and opted for standard delivery recently? i was wondering how long it would take as i ordered may 13th at 11pm and yet today it still says my parcel is being processed at the hub… not sure whether it’s evri’s fault but pp wasn’t helping much either. i just want to know if it’s definitely lost as i haven’t had to wait this long before or if i have to wait for a bit more, which would be disappointing because of their estimated 2-3 business day delivery!

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid Evri at all costs. I’ve been chasing my parcel for the last 4–5 days and there is no proper way to speak to a real human being. Every time I contact support, I only get useless bot responses saying my message has been forwarded and someone will reply within 24 hours but nobody ever does. The customer service is non-existent and extremely frustrating. It feels impossible to get any real help when there’s an issue with your delivery. Looking online, it seems many people across the UK are facing the same problems with delayed parcels and poor communication. Why oh why oh why do vendors insist on using such a **** company? One parcel lost at the depot before even reaching my house, two lost en route to the Parcel Shop ( and one of them eventually being "returned" to Vinted, a site I don't buy from ), and finally tonight, after me being so exasperated I changed the delivery address to my business one in the city centre, it was apparently delivered at 21:26 to my business...yep, because nothing says business attire like satin pyjamas at a front door on a Friday night, as per the photo of the supposed successful delivery. Just a normal Evri moment lol. I got an email from eBay about my parcel, I did what I had to yesterday (redirect it to a shop), but wanted to make sure it's absolutrly been done - and the site wasn't loading. I entered the page again, this time it didn't load tracking info.

Getting drops at 111 example lane, then 15 drops later have one at 121 example lane, 5 doors down, but in that time i've done 3 miles driving. Every time i try and prevent going back and forth, there will always be a drop that's literally a 20 second walk round the corner but because the postcodes arent neighbouring letters that will now be 15 drops further down. This can make a "half day" route of 4.5 hours turn to 6, so in a way i understand why people arent doing their deliveries, and just say "cannot deliver" to the rest of the drops and complete them the next day or return them to depot.
