Online Evri Tracking

In my area parcels often go missing. You get the usual black photo or a random doorstep, followed by the standard Facebook post - “does anyone recognise this door”. To reduce the risk I’ve set my preference to always use a Parcelshop. The reasoning is: deliveries should have a higher success rate (one drop off location), and I have to collect myself. That should also give me some protection if Evri marks a parcel as delivered when it hasn’t been. It hasn’t worked so far. I am a seller who recently dispatched an item to a buyer who selected Evri as the courier. Lo and behold, Evri never managed to deliver the item. I’m a small seller who can’t really afford to offer a refund when someone loses my product, especially since I am in no way responsible for Evri’s incompetence. (I wouldn’t personally have chosen Evri, although this doesn’t make the buyer responsible either). Hi guys, I was due to get a parcel delivered last Thursday (with their next day delivery), and the tracking has been stuck on ‘at the delivery depot’ and then ‘we’re sorry but there has been a delay’ since last Thursday. I try to avoid Evri when I can but it was unavoidable this time. Now I don't want to assume it's been stolen but the driver couldn't find my parcel on his van. I had an Evri parcel be stolen a few days ago so I'm abit anxious with this. I was due 2 parcels today and one had a OTP, driver showed up passed me the first parcel and I said I am waiting for another so off he went to his van and he came back a few moments later saying he couldn't find it he would be back later if he did. I contacted Amazon and they said the driver told them he didn't collect it from the warehouse. My question is - can a parcel be left at the warehouse if it's already been out for delivery with a time window? Does it not need to be scanned ...

I recently made a sale on Ebay with Evri being the chosen delivery service. I dropped off at the lockers on either the 13th or 14th and printed a label. I have not received an email receipt confirmation. The buyer has contacted me to ask what the update is as tracking hasn't updated and says "we are expecting your parcel" I made other drop offs prior to this on the 8th where I received email receipt and the parcels have now been delivered. Has anyone else come across this? Is it possible Evri have still not collected? Or is it more likely there has been an issue and the parcel has been lost? Will I get reimbursed from Ebay?

As the title says. Evri delivered a parcel to my building that has a totally different address. I’d like Evri to collect it. How do I actually get in tou h with them without wasting an exorbitant amount of time.

1 minute after it was "on it's way to me" it says take action as the driver is having issues finding the delivery address. So I give it my address and all that jazz, to which I get no response for several days. I'm 90% sure within 5 minutes of my review going on trustpilot they respond stating that it was sent back due to an incorrect scan, nothing to do with the delivery address. Now I'm not saying that writing a negative review is going to immediately solve any issues with a delivery but, they seem to have outstanding customer service once it goes on outside records. And the best part about this? It was already a replacement for a delivery which was left outside ...

Ordered an Apple watch from Vinted. It was free to do Evri click and collect from a post office, so I done that. Tracking says its at the post office, went to collect, he said they can't find it. Contacted Vinted, they said they will investigate and get back to me in 30 days. Ordered another watch, same thing, collection from post office. Same thing happened, contacted Vinted, got told will be investigated within 30 days. So im out of pocket 2 apple watches money now. Hii, wondering if anyone has had any experiences like this. I usually avoid using evri, but I bought something on depop and the seller used evri to post, so I had no choice. The seller shipped right away, and when I went to check the tracking it said that the parcel has been delayed (see attached screenshot). When I click see full tracking details, it prompts me to put in my postcode, which it claims is incorrect. I don’t know how this could happen as this is the postcode I provided the seller with, and depop automatically populates the evri label. The seller checked and it was the correct address on the shipping label. Not really sure what to do now as I can’t raise a claim with evri...

Ordered an item off of Vinted meant for it to get sent to the parcelshop. However didn’t specify parcelshop in the additionsl info (only let me put down number and road and postcode). Parcelshop don’t have it and I checked with hotels restaurant and heck even nail bar nearby they al don’t have it now I’m worried it’s gone off to a residential building (in proof of delivery the parcel appeared to be a countertop with some others so I believe it’s a lobby of some sort. This is the first time posting on here. I saw others post about their experiences with working as an Evri courier and I thought I would share mine. So I have been working as an Evri cover courier for about 2 weeks now (3 days each week). This job is not for the faint hearted mate, I tell you. We get paid per parcel, which can be less than £1 in many instances. We don't get paid for sorting and scanning parcels before leaving the depot, which can take upwards of 1hr depending on how many parcels you get, and their route optimisation system is rubbish. Had a parcel go missing, allegedly delivered to the local Spar…even got a picture of it in the store at the fridge section but….it vanished no one will take responsibility. The store don’t have it, Evri delivered it, Very don’t care. This was over a month ago. The parcel reappears on the tracking system as out for delivery today at the same Spar and I’m thinking thank ****!….only to receive the a “this could not be delivered” and they’ll try again next Tuesday. As proof of attempted delivery aul Richard…the same guy who originally “delivered” it has taken a picture again of my smashed up by the looks of it box of trainers inside the Spar! Ordered from Littlewoods on the 12th, picked up that day and was looking like early delivery on the 13th.. then that. Hasn't moved since and Evri livechat are being useless. Littlewoods said they won't look at anything until after the 18th as that was the "original" scheduled delivery date. So just waiting around for them to tell me its lost?

After the recent size update fiasco I thought I'd go and check my vinted settings. Without me realising, vinted had enabled Relay Home Delivery and Shop Pick Up, despite the fact I've never heard of Relay, let alone choosing it as a postage option! I live in the sticks and having searched my address on Relay I don't have any points even remotely close to me. Just wanted to flag it in case anyone else has this problem!

An order of mine from Vinted was delivered to a local Evri collection point in a Tesco Express on Saturday. I went in yesterday to collect it but was told that whilst they have my package, they can't give it to me.
