Online Evri Tracking

Getting drops at 111 example lane, then 15 drops later have one at 121 example lane, 5 doors down, but in that time i've done 3 miles driving. Every time i try and prevent going back and forth, there will always be a drop that's literally a 20 second walk round the corner but because the postcodes arent neighbouring letters that will now be 15 drops further down. This can make a "half day" route of 4.5 hours turn to 6, so in a way i understand why people arent doing their deliveries, and just say "cannot deliver" to the rest of the drops and complete them the next day or return them to depot. I’m on the second day of not having a parcel delivered because the same driver has twice pulled into an adjacent wrong address and then left. I saw him pull in yesterday to next door from where I was watching at the window, thought it might be for me (it’s a common mistake, their entrance is a bit more obvious but they do have their business name in big letters so it’s pretty obvious if it’s not the right place) but until I could see it was a DPD uniform when they got out (van is just nondescript white van), couldn’t be sure (it’s a business, all sorts of vans and lorries pull in to deliver stuff there too). Hello so I sold something on Vinted and it was sent by evri, but it’s been stuck on “we’ve collected your parcel for like 3 days just wanna ask if this happened to anyone before? Or is it lost by evri🫩 also does anyone know if there’s a way to speak to an actual human lol

I have had a very bad 7 hour shift... I work 15 hours a week and it is a temporary job for 5 months (until Sept 20) and I think I have annoyed the colleague I closed the shop with. It started when I started pick up (this is where I have to remove all the tenners and scores that total £100 out of the till) and I put them into a pot, then put them down the safe but forgot to log it on the system and confirm - I reported on the till how much I put away but had forgotten to say how much was in the pot - so my colleague sees this and thinks I don't know what I am doing. Been selling on eBay for a while and got fed up checking Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc one by one every time I needed to ship something. Found [parcelcompare.co.uk](http://parcelcompare.co.uk) — you put in the parcel size and postcodes and it shows you prices from 20+ couriers side by side. Saved me about 40% on my last few shipments just by seeing options I wouldn't have checked. Free to use, no sign-up needed. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is losing money on shipping like I was. Would love to hear if anyone else has found good ways to cut shipping costs?

As per the title. Tracking says it was "delivered" to my elderly neighbour but when I asked them they said the driver took it back. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. Their customer service is somehow worse then their deliveries

bought something off a seller and they were unable to deliver it to my parcel shop which is fine, as i used evri it just got returned in a couple days but the problem comes when the seller recieved the item (i can see on the tracking) and hasn’t confirmed its delivery. its now been 2 weeks and he still hasnt confirmed. all im worried about is he trying to scam me or something? i dont understand why you would do something like this

After a back and forth with “Claire”, I got a reply from an actual human. My parcel was “delivered” on Sunday except it wasn’t. I replied asking where it was, either in a depot or at the courier’s house… What are the chances I actually get it?

I got a bargain from vinted for £80 which is worth £350 and in my hurry to pay for it before someone else did I selected Evri I’m an ***** as it’s now been “delayed” and Mrs “Claire” (Ai Bot) is “escalating” the issue and the people at the warehouse are “conducting a thorough search” **** Evri with every fibre of my being Might go get a job at the warehouse with Claire & steal peoples parcels on the side as it goes unpunished by the looks of it.

HENRY first world problem. Buying a house (hopefully)… has a long gated drive. Not Downton Abbey long. But also not “shout from the door — leave it there mate” short. Awkwardly long. I ordered a product from Vinted, I selected an Evri locker as the delivery location and the seller sent the item. Evri tried to deliver ONCE but the locker was full, it said in the app they would try the next working day but they didn’t - just 2 days after the single failed attempt it says it is being returned to sender. How in God’s name has Evri courier not been shut down? I ordered something from the UK and had the misfortune to get the email to say it’s with Evri for delivery. Tracking has it in Basildon, UK for the past 6 days without moving. “Parcel consolidated in the group at LHR” Their customer support is a chatbot and automated phone line that works in a loop hellscape where it will never pass you on to a human. To make matters worse they had also originally emailed to say duties and tax were due (normally pay that to An Post no?) so I paid it.
