Never seeing that package, am I?

AB11, constantly disappointing standards with the Evri delivery drivers. Photos of parcels completely rubbish not even able to make out the address on the photo with no indication of the background, GPS location on the delivery confirmation at the wrong address and no attempt at all to knock or buzz my front door. Will be using collection points from now on, does anyone know how to block Evri from being couriers for parcels is this even an option?? Well aware this is common all over the country, just such a frustrating situation especially close to Christmas time!

I did a BooHoo shop for my Christmas party last night (10/12) at 8pm. I paid £5.99 for next day and BooHoo said at the checkout that it’d arrive today. It’s now 19:16 and it’s yet to arrive 😭 I leave for work at like 9:00am tomorrow so what’s the chances of me getting it? Do they work late like Relay?

So annoyed about this. The driver hadn't even bothered getting out of his van. This photo was clearly taken on the street too. The minute I saw evri was delivering my parcel my heart sank because I knew something would go wrong

Maybe I have just run into some bad luck this year but I can’t help but think thank god for simple delivery which I **** in every sense outside of the fact that if an item gets lost I don’t have to do anything . Sold for many years never had parcels go missing or their last scan being “Accepted at parcel shop” I don’t use Evri only Royal Mail for obvious reasons . (See this subreddit for all the complaints ) It just feels too coincidental that since simple delivery all my parcels I send/ receive go missing. Maybe there is a conspiracy ? I'm so annoyed with myself because I hardly ever shop online, especially (what I consider) expensive items. I bought a record player for a Christmas gift from a scam company. I have no faith that whatever turns up will be of any quality, so I have requested the details to return it (as is my consumer right) I have had no response to my emails. I've gone online and there are lots of reviews from people in similar positions. This company (Enviox) basically will not let you return goods. Hi, looking for some advice on where I stand/what I should do. Evri lost my parcel 2 weeks ago. Last week I put in a claim to eBay and received a refund. Today I received a notification that my parcel will be delivered this afternoon. Seller is using simple delivery. I’m not a seller to unsure how this works. Where do I stand? Do I have to get in touch with the seller? I assume that the seller is not out of pocket and that eBay have recovered from Evri? Do I wait for eBay to contact me to recoup the money? Have I somehow managed to swing a freebie? Thanks!

Waiting on a parcel for MILs birthday, Evri said it had been delivered, left on the porch, I have a video doorbell, checked it and nobody went to my door between me leaving for work and getting home. Checked the live feed, nothing there so I looked at the proof of delivery and this was the picture!!!! Raised an issue with Evri, still waiting to hear back, parcel most likely gone, checked with my immediate neighbours, nothing. Worst delivery service ever. I really wish companies would stop using them!

I got a notification near midnight that my parcel was delivered. At 23:34 tracker says. Proof of delivery is just a black picture. I was at home and nobody came at that time. As the automated chatbot is beyond useless,how do I contact a person to deal with this joke? I can't even claim the INR until tomorrow for some weird reason.

Oh boy this is a long one So I sent the picture on the right over a month ago at this point. The picture of the parcel in this image is one I sent to my partner before adding the label in a general "what you up to" WhatsApp exchange but you can see the type of packaging etc I use and the size of the parcel etc. The item never arrived. The buyer was refunded. Evri said they "lost the parcel" When reported vinted refused to do anything After days of back and forth with the chat with them closing the chat without responding they claimed it will go to the shop I dropped the parcel off at lm I said I have no way of knowing which shop that will be as I live directly bet...

Hi, for the last two days I have been emailed to expect Malazan to arrive today. Royal Mail have come both days delivering other packages, but have not brought Malazan despite it being said it would deliver today, and yesterday. I have just lost another package in the post last week from Evri, so I am feeling a bit worried about post at the moment. Is this a normal delay? Is it just the Christmas post? I’ve never had this before, where they have only come with some of the packages “due to be delivered today”, and not all of them. With how expensive Malazan is, and how excited I’ve been for this pre order, I’m very worried about it. Especially when they’re in such obvious Broken B...
