Online Evri Tracking

Hi guys, I don’t know if this has been answered. But my parcelshop suddenly closed without warning for renovations for two weeks and my parcel is due tomorrow… Does anyone know if Evri will divert it to a nearby parcelshop or if I’m screwed and it will be returned back to the sender.

So I ordered off vinted and it’s been saying they’ve sorted it since the 13 it’s the 17th now and it should be delivered by today, it’s says when I ask the bot that it’s been delayed.

Both myself and the seller are clueless about what’s happened here. The tracking had been a bit stuck but now I’ve just been emailed to be told the parcel is being returned to me. I know sometimes the return to sender is triggered if the buyer doesn’t pick the parcel up from a store/locker but *they haven’t even attempted to deliver.* Does that mean it’s been damaged? just some glitch within Evri and the seller might still get it? Or something else? I’m worried if it is damaged, then I won’t be able to sell it again & I won’t have any money for it making it a loss :( I’ve never had anything like this happen before in my entire time selling on Vinted, and somethin...

I ordered a parcel from evri nearly 2 weeks ago it was meant to be Deliverd Friday but it’s still not here are I’ve not had an update since Saturday

Hello! A bit of an odd one but Evri (are we shocked) have only gone and delivered my parcel not only to the wrong building but the wrong street/postcode completely! And of course their stellar customer service basically means I’m on my own. Does anyone live in 67 Furnace Hill and would be happy for me to come meet them to get my feckin parcel! I have ID and proof the parcel is mine, I just want me lamps :(

I just went to collect my 2 parcels that got delivered yesterday morning, when i went to collect they told me they didn’t have a parcel for me. has anyone else experienced this because im feeling a bit irritated as i needed these parcels asap and i have had both of the tracking details updated to delivered. I feel adamant they must be there but theres nothing i can do or say if they’re telling me they don’t have any parcels for me.

This is a genuine question… Why is it that everytime I go into a parcel shop, be it for Evri, Relay, Yodel, DPD, whatever, the shop owner seems genuinely annoyed to scan the parcel? I was under the impression that they get paid per parcel and choose to sign up for it but I’ve had sighs, eyerolls, scowls etc. Also I now try to be like ridiculously upbeat and friendly to try to combat it and it’s almost funny how obvious the difference is in their manner with me versus a customer who’s buying an item. The estimated delivery window was 6–13 March 2026. Their rates have been cut from £1.40 per parcel in 2019 to 75p now. I've heard from longer serving drivers their rates used to be £2 per parcel. The updates on the 6th and 14th were after opening chat bot enquiries. I got a stock response saying the parcel is now on its way both times but I'm now not convinced. can't seem to get to talk to a real human.

my 2 parcels were stolen which are worth 400 quid and over. they have been transferred by several couriers and ended up with evri in the end. I have contacted some of the couriers and I will call the bank to ask to be refunded.

Just need a little rant about Evri so I came to this sub, I'd never choose to send a parcel with evri and if I had the choice I'd pick a different courier to deliver my parcels instead but every time i get a parcel sent to me by Evri I get an email telling me what date they will deliver it and every ****** time by mid afternoon I get another email telling me for some ****** reason it's been delayed, my latest was due to adverse weather conditions.......it was raining

Just wanted to put some feelers out to see if anyone else in South West london has been experiencing issues with evri? My tracking codes aren’t working on site, one parcel is delayed with no updated delivery date and the other is just not updating. I’ve ordered for collection as they usually mess up if they deliver to my house. But the collection postcode doesn’t get recognised on the chat or tracking… i’ve escalated to their robot team but am super confused about what is happening 😭😭 i did avoid using their service for a while, so there is a chance that i have forgotten how awful the service is but it’s shocking me!!!

So I ordered something from Onbuy a few days ago without realising their couriers were evri, I thought it would be okay until I got an email saying my parcel has been delivered. It has not. I’m trying to access my tracking details but it keeps saying my postcode is incorrect. I have tried it with no spaces and even substituted some letters to see if maybe they written it wrong. I am unable to contact anybody and evri’s chat bot is not helping. I have checked my bins and neighbours and it is also not there. I am unable to get a refund without this post code. Does anybody know what is wrong and how I can fix it?

so i ordered something and used Evri pick up for the first time, however my nickname/ a fake name nothing like whats on my ID is on that parcel.. now what do i do when im going to collect my parcel when they ask for my ID??? im worrying i really need this delivery

I recently had a bit of a saga on Vinted when I bought a set of 3 muranos from someone which subsequently got lost by the courier (Evri - if you're in the UK, I'm sure you'll know how awful they are!) The package went missing then Evri said it was so damaged they were returning it to the seller. Well, I had been communicating with the seller throughout this and I said to them, if they had any other similarly coloured muranos they were going to sell, I would still be interested in purchasing because she had been super helpful in trying to get the missing parcel resolved, I felt bad she'd have to refund me and I still wanted muranos with this particular colour theme; I'...

Buyer has raised an issue saying they cannot find the parcel and the proof of delivery is the exact same photo as their first parcel. Am I right by saying they need to contact Evri?

Hi There! I was wondering if anyone could help me with contacting vinted not on the app and directly or would be able to give me some advice? I sold something in vinted on the 10th March and shipped it off on the same day and parcel arrived for pick up on the 13th March. Now it’s the 15th of April and the buyer has said that they’re not going to be picking it up, I believe because of there mam but i’m not sure. The parcel hasn’t been sent back to me and is still stated as “available for pickup” on the tracking. So I placed the order on April 2nd. Stopped receiving updates via the app on April 7th. EVRI customer services said that my parcel was "lost in the network" or something ridiculous. Was told by shopping outlet to wait until Sunday to contact them regarding this. They offered me a refund or a replacement. As I really need the items I opted for a replacement. It's now Tuesday and I contacted the shopping outlet again because no dispatch email has even been sent and no real time updates regarding my replacement. Apparently it's processing at the warehouse but no update on my accout saying that when I check. I feel so frustrated in upset with all of this!!!! ffs 😭😤
