Online Evri Tracking

Currently got two parcels doing some kind of weird dance in limbo... one second they are out at the delivery depot then out for delivery, the next they've taken two steps back and are now at the local depot and on the way...

i live in a flat, and recently evri delivery drivers have been placing everyone’s parcels in the lobby in a secluded corner. the drivers take a picture of the parcel they “delivered” alongside with so many other parcels in the corner you can’t tell which is yours. twice i have taken everyone’s’ parcels and given it to them personally by checking their door number on the sticker, telling them to report. they’ve done so but why is their HR customer service so terrible? why are they paying their drivers so terribly? **** pay + **** HR customer service = enables drivers to steal parcels after confirming “delivered” so they can resell the items. yesterday i come home and see ...

I moved into a new build just before Christmas. Evri seems to be the only courier having issues finding the property. I’ve given what 3 word locations to Evri but I’m not receiving any parcels. It doesn’t even reach the out for delivery stage for any of them since they lost our first parcel. The ASOS parcel was delivered to the wrong house and ultimately went missing. The other 3 according to an agent are “missing at the depot” and they’re now looking for them. Has anyone else had issues like this before? The next day delivery parcel from Amazon has been sat for about 2 weeks now. Thank you!

Didn’t realise Evri was the delivery provider for sports direct. I’ve heard nothing but bad things. I know people like to complain rather than big up but I’ve never once heard anything but bad things about these.

A couple of months ago I recommended sending parcels to the parcel shop/post office rather than delivered to your front door. I now have to admit I was wrong about that, it no longer works. Evri have failed to deliver five for five parcels ordered from AliExpress since the beginning of December. Two of five of my undelivered parcel were returned because they couldn't find their own parcel shop, a Post office. The other three show as collected by Evri then no progress for between 11 and 23 days. One of those is the replacement for the first of those five. Yodel, who used to be the butt of this is actually two for two delivered. 🤔

They already cut 48,000 in 2025. This will be 78,000 total job cuts in just 2 years. Hoping these aren’t Teamster jobs.

Not only did the driver just dump the parcel in the lobby instead of making the effort to \*get in the lift\* and bring it to my flat, but the photo is of a completely different parcel. The cherry on top? I asked my husband to go down and check (I'm not at home) and my parcel is nowhere to be found 🙃 Every time I have a "delivery" from Evri, I think that they can't possibly get any more incompetent, and then I'm proved wrong!

What is the actual point of sending me a text with an hour slot, me taking the day off anyway to receive the parcel, just for you to not ring the doorbell and not put anything through the door. The only reason I knew there 'had been an attempt' was because I checked the app to double check the time slot midway through the time slot to see a message saying they tried to deliver but they'll be back tomorrow. It's food goods that were ordered specifically for today. I don't know what conditions you'll be storing it in so I don't think it'll be particularly safe to eat. This is my first time having something come through Evri and was wondering if “van broken down” was a normal thing to see on the tracker or if it was some code for something. It is an Ebay item I purchased on the Friday.

I know Evri get a lot of stick (and yeah, often rightly so), but thought I’d share this. Driver didn’t even have a parcel for me. He just brought my recycling bags in. Small thing, but genuinely appreciated especially when you have mobility issues. Top Marks for this driver.

It’s a pack of cardboard boxes. Unless they come built rather than flat packed, I don’t know how big the parcel could possibly be. Contacted them yesterday and they claim they are going to send it today, but I’m not feeling optimistic lol

EBay refused refund, seller refused refund and despite providing email from Evri that parcel is lost and cctv proof, PayPal refused too WTF!!!!

I need help and advise please as has never encountered this before! I have sold an item to a buyer and it has arrived back in 21/01 for them to collect! The carrier is with EVRI. There is no update on their tracking site, it just says ready to be collected since 21/01! The item is yet to be collected and it is now the 27/01! I didn’t contact the buyer as I thought if it’s been more than 3-5 days since delivery, normally the item starts getting processed to be returned back to the seller! 3 parcels in 5 days gone missing all ordered off amazon but evri are the company delivering never got posted and its supposed to be on prime next day delivery I'm fuming iv phoned amazon and told them to watch the documentary

I'm not bothered, the item was fine, but seriously? A rebrand from Hermes to Evri to try hide your **** service doesn't fool anyone when you continue to make abominable mistakes and treat people's parcels like ****. Ebay force sellers to use Evri now and its a joke. Custom collectors figure luckily not damaged. Just wanted to vent as Evri don't care and neither to Ebay but GAH

My parcels that are shipped with Evri keep getting delivered to an entirely different road (not even same number), ignoring our delivery instructions. Frustratingly delivering to the same guy, take a photo of him receiving it, in his unique doorway. Every time we go to collect our parcels hes adamant he doesnt have them, event when presented with photo evidence. Same with our neighbours too. This is the 7th time its happened, tried complaining to Evri but just get a generic bot reply.
