Online Evri Tracking

For a lot of stuff Vinted has been great. Got a few bargains, got some tat, and was selling decently too so cleared my old stuff. Got into some problems last couple of weeks in that my parcels aren’t showing as delivered and I’m not seeing the money or getting responses from Vinted or the buyer, and then my sales got cancelled, but I’ve no idea where my Items are (in evri/inposts network). I have an item I want to sell and I’m honestly paranoid. It’s a pair of tom ford sunglasses I never wore out. What is going on with vinted right now? So many issues! Tracking has been having problems all week. Thought it sorted itself out 3 days ago and yet again it’s not tracking parcels. Sent some last night with inpost and they’ve not been tracked. Sent some with evri half hour ago and not been tracked. Usually goes through straight away.

So yeah - again with Evri Parcel supposed to be delivered on Thursday in locker … but nothing …. Friday - back to depot Saturday - back to sender …. WHYYYYYY without any attempts to deliver it !!!! No need to say that customer service is impossible to contact with human

20 of my last orders have been consecutively.been assigned to Evri while. Last month cheap orders were assigned to Evri while higher value orders were through RM48 with an even split but as of last week all orders are through Evri regardless of value, I understand evri and Ebay are best friends but this can't be happening especially with Evri delivering one of my orders to the middle of a park near my customer's apartment and Ebay taking money from me to refund the customer despite simple delivery and "Buyer's fee" being there to cover this issues. I've been using Vinted for literally years and not encountered anything like this before. Got a message saying parcel on its way. Within minutes the seller sends message as above - supposedly there was a problem with printing the label so the parcel hasn't actually shipped. They then message saying they're going to have to cancel. Fair enough. Yet it's nearly 24 hours later and they still haven't cancelled. But weirdly my parcel tracking is showing as 'in transit'. But how is this possible if it has no label on it and nothing has actually been sent? I'm an Evri courier by trade and I know tracking doesn't update without a scannable barcode but...

I ordered a parcel off an online popular clothing brand on the 16 April and the tracking has still stayed the same. Could this be a glitch from evri because I contacted the clothing brand and they said that they’ve shipped it

Just had some of the best news i could ever receive! After a couple of months of not losing a single parcel, nothing damaged, and nothing put in plain view of the street i got suspicious and asked a neighbour who the Evri driver was, and we don't have one. They pass it on to Royal Mail. My house value just skyrocketed!

I’ve never had this happen before so looking for advice! I’m the buyer. I had a parcel state it was delivered to my local Evri drop off point on 23/4, but I went to get it and it’s not there. The shop state that both were marked as delivered on their system. The seller states it shows as delivered on their end too. I don’t want myself or the seller to get bad feedback - do I mark as received and take it up with Evri?

I’m new to using vinted and have never personally bought anything myself on there so I don’t understand it from a buyers perspective. I recently sold a clutch bag and it was delivered through Evri to a locker or a shop. (Not 100% sure) According to the tracking information it was delivered on 20/04/2026, which is now 6 days ago and I’m not sure at what point do I message the buyer. I've ordered a dream figure for a VERY good deal but the only option the seller had was evri which I've had bad experiences with in the past. I'm wondering if its normal for it to be sorted in the hub for longer than 2 days and it is the weekend so I dont know if it's delayed because of that. On vinted it said itll arrive from the 24th - 28th so im wondering if its likely itll come then. ​

I know it's only 2 days but I've had bad experiences with evri before, and I've bought a dream figure for a VERY good deal that I probably won't ever be able to get again so im very worries. The only option the seller had was evri so I couldn't use anything else.

Do evri parcels usually take this long at the hub to process? Its been almost 2 days.

I try to avoid evri as much as possible but something I want really badly is evri ship/pickup only, haven't had any issues with our local evri staff as of yet but just to make sure I'm wondering if there's a meaningful difference in parcel loss risk between pickup and delivery?

My local Asda recently started doing Evri parcel shop. I had 3 items sent there, 2 arrived on Wednesday and 1 arrived Thursday. I went to pickup on Thursday evening. It showed on their system but the staff came back to say it wasn’t there. She took my number and told me the manager would call.
