Online Evri Tracking

a parcel im waiting for yet again delayed.and it's not just me this is happening to I'm seeing a lot of other people making posts about the poor delivery service more investigations need to be carried out towards evri because the poor service should not be allowed to continue.

I decided to avoid buying from any individual or company that uses Evri. It makes no difference how often I complain to this bad joke of a company. After the usual platitudes from customer services and whatever blether they spout about how much they value their customers, aim for excellence and how they'll address the issue with their couriers, nothing changes. I've accidentally bought from a couple of sellers that use them since making that decision. The first parcel was left in the lobby of my building as usual without me being informed of its arrival. I had a parcel delivered by evri a couple of weeks ago. It went missing along with my neighbour’s. This is a plea to the parcel thief/thieves around Coombe road. Please return my camo trousers - I bought them to replace my favourite pair which are slowly being overtaken with holes and ripped seams. I cannot find any other Identical pairs on the internet. That parcel means more to me than it will ever mean to you. Please be decent and return it - I would very much like my camo trousers - I’m sure you don’t have much of an attachment to them. 🙏

Any evri delivery drivers on here? Just wondering if you drive to the depot can you collect your own parcel 🙈🙈 never came across this issue before but the package contains birthday presents and evri have said its at the depot to be sorted but they are needed for Saturday morning first thing. I’m in Donaghadee if that’s any help! TIA 🙂

Hi All just popping this up to see if anyone else has had the same problem. I sold an item on vinted and headed down to my local evri parcel locker as that's what was selected for postage. I get there and scan the QR code on my phone and print out the label and put it on the parcel. I took a photo of it just in case. I then clicked the next button to open a door. The Door is at the very Top, Im short but can pop it in easily enough and close the door. The Screen says that it cannot sense the anything in it and open a new door. there is no option to open the original door. It used to say under each option whether a printer is required but now it doesn't? Just had to cancel someone's order as impost required a printer to be able to ship an item. I knew some did need a printer but I haven't a clue which ones do and which ones don't now!

First time selling, and I guess Evri likes to play which depo gets the parcels. It’s been to 5 depos!

I’m honestly speechless. I ordered a cup and didn’t realise they’d be using Evri, so I diverted the parcel to a local shop, figured there’s no way that could go wrong. Apparently I now have teleportation powers though, because it was somehow “collected” within a minute 😅 Jokes aside, how does this even happen? Doesn’t the shop have to confirm they’ve actually received the parcel first? This is wild.

Has anyone else had this happen with temu..... On the 27th february i made 2 seperate orders, they where large orders. On the 1st march I placed 2 more large orders. These contained 1 pre order and 3 personalised memorial items. On the 5th march I got a notification to say all 4 packages had been combined into 1, and had been shipped. On the 8th march tracking said "in transit" On the 10th match tracking hadnt updated so i messaged temu customer services. They credited my account with £16 as a goodwill gesture. Hi all, bought something and the seller used Evri (🙄), i bought it on the first and the tracking says that they’ve been “processing” the parcel since the 13th at their hub. Is this a normal issue for vinted or should I be worried?
