Online Evri Tracking

I wanted to share my current Evri experiance. I bought an item from eBay on 3 Dec. It says that it should be delivered on 10 Nov. Is this normal? I received not a single update.

Genuinely please answer... Will I ever get this parcel? Even paid extra for express delivery ffs! Evri take the ****!!!!

I cry inside everytime evri says they have my parcel. It’s been late for like 3 days but has now finally arrived to the lockers I selected. Only issue is now, I can’t find a single code or QR thing to scan. Has anyone else ever had this? Currently waiting for my ‘enquiry’ to be replied too, when the **** am I gonna get my parcel 😭🙏

I use the printer at the Evri locker and in my stupidity I’ve accidentally printed the wrong barcode and sent the wrong item to the customer. I’ve tried to cancel this with Evri but I cannot speak to anyone and all their automated systems say the parcel is on its way to their hub and will be delivered tomorrow. This customer will now receive the wrong top, and my other customer is waiting for me to send their order which is on its way to the wrong person. Any advice on the best way to approach this? Thanks

I never really use evri so new, its been 4 days and no update. Also contacted evri services no reply. Will it ever come? To top it off the guy who was supposed to deliver it has been with evri for a month and looks dodgey as owt 😂🥲

I've been selling on eBay for around 10 months and converted to a business account a couple of weeks ago. I've made around 300 sales. I've never had an issue with a single delivery until this week where I've had 2 INRs in the last 2 days. Both were sent tracked and have photo evidence of the item outside of the buyers addresses. Both buyers say that the parcels weren't there when they went to get it. One is Royal Mail, one is Evri. The cost to me of swallowing refunds on these items isn't massive, but I'd rather follow the correct procedure. Everi on top form as usual Treated myself for Christmas- I'm on benefits so this was A Big Decision It's never gonna get to me, whether it was stolen yesterday or will end up in The Undelivered Parcel Void I dont know, and I'm getting a bit Going To Start Biting People about it Guess I'll just consider it a donation or something and deal with the seething resentment at some point 😡👌

Hi all, I got this tracking message from Evri on Saturday. Now its Tuesday 11.51 am and no update. Has this happened to anyone who also then successfully got their parcel? I have previously had no bad experiences from Evri, this is my first time. I get what everyone else has been complaining about as speaking to a real human there seems like a Sysiphean task.

Evri saying they delivered a parcel a month after it went missing. Even though their own tracking says it never left the depot.

It was never even attempted delivery… Third parcel this month to go missing with Evri.

Since late October-ish, Evri has been returning ALL my parcels to sender. There must have been over 10 now. The tracking just says "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. If you have any delivery instructions you think might help, please get in touch" and it doesn't matter how much instructions I provide, they always get sent back to sender. I can't get in touch with any real person in Evri. The chat bot, "Claire", and the automated phone line are useless. Is there anything I can do? This is extremely annoying :(

Parcel has been showing this “take action” since Sunday and every time I start a chat with the chatbot it just tells me sorry for the delay they will raise it with someone. Am I ever going to get my parcel or is it gone? Also all those attempted deliveries are not true, I was home on all of those days and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell

Hey everyone so i have a parcel delayed due to not having a email sent to me to actually pay it off lol. The sender has all the right details no typos and I even got a text sms with the tracking # saying I received a email to pay but i havent, i checked all my boxes and still nothing. I’ve emailed evri international customs email and the CEOs got no response. Bots also useless from what ive been through and seen on here Ik people have been waiting along time for their packages and i only recently got mine shipped dec 5th suppose to be a Christmas Gift but im guessing not anymore Anyways apologies for the long message just wondering if anyone else had a different way of resolving this ...

so i ordered on black friday pjs for my mum for xmas and the iconic pink stripe short robe for myself. i got next day delivery, so on saturday it said on evri and the vs website it was out for delivery but for 2 days after that, that was the last update i had. i figured since it was the weekend and evri is known to be a little fishy, to leave it a couple days and give them a chance to deliver, but it got to tuesday and it still hadn't come so i called the vs customer service team and they confirmed they'd had no updates and reeordered the pjs for me but the robe was out of stock in the size i ordered (xs-s) so i'd have to pick up in store and pay there. because i got it in the...
