Online Evri Tracking

I’ll start by saying I understand this isn’t the most desperate situation to be in. However, this has really riled me. I moved out of a property a couple of weeks ago. I had updated my Gousto food delivery and one week came to my new address fine however the weeks after went to my old address. This was a fault by Gousto, they’ve refunded so all good. When Evri delivered the parcel, they took a photo of it in the porch of the house next to someone’s legs which I recognise as the landlords. I popped over the morning it was delivered but no one is in. The landlord is now saying this hasn’t been delivered and must have gone to a neighbour. This has really annoyed me on principle ...

From "out for delivery" it is now back to "we've got it", I'm getting to believe that these statuses are not linked to what happens to the parcels in the 'wild'....

Okay quick rant about a minor inconvenience cause I’m salty as **** x Ever since I moved away from home, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of never having ANYTHING delivered by evri… I had ordered 2 things from a company which unfortunately told me evri would be delivering my parcel.. I INSTANTLY knew that either my parcel would come damaged, delivered to the wrong house or just never come and the list goes on BUT SOMEHOW today when evri says they’ve delivered my parcel and I’m sitting here AND THEY HAVE IN FACT NOT DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE, TELL ME WHY IM STILL SHOCKED?! evri please for the love of god, get your **** together I beg xx

You may have noticed Evri often fail to deliver parcels and then make it impossible to get a refund. Avoid having your selling and business ruined by lost parcels and bad feedback by removing Evri as a usable courier. hii guys so basically last night my dad was picking me up from the bus stop. and so we are driving up the dual carriageway and then someone tries overtaking but they aren't fast enough so anyone normal would just drop back. but then we get to where it narrows to one lane. and he pulls straight in front of us causing us to break hard. my bag fell off the seat and my bottle nearly broke. so my dad beep his horn at the other driver. but then further in the other driver breaks hard so it causes us to suddenly break. and then we are driving along and ae stop at a garage to drop off an evri parcel but dad said wait we had pulled in byt all I saw firther on was the driver it was a black audi ...

I bought a bundle of wax melt tubs from a seller, delivery confirmed by Evri but no proof of delivery photo and no parcel. It’s taken 4 weeks but Vinted decided today that the parcel was deemed lost, refunded me and confirmed they would compensate seller (which they have as another parcel was delivered at the same time and that seller was compensated at the same time I was refunded) I have over 600 positive feedback (been a member of Vinted pretty much since day one 😂) and she got compensation anyway yet I’m the scammer for expecting a refund for a parcel I didn’t receive? Ordered something off vinted, seller has sent it via the parcel shop and a delivery driver still hasn’t picked it up from the shop. Is it likely lost already?

See attached photo's ebay has a message about "not Delivered - damaged parcel" get when you go to the evri site to track it not mentioned about any damaged parcel just a delay? Contacted support and they said: "This was scanned as damaged and has been returned to the incorrect delivery unit. This will be returned to the depot to be assessed and if we are able to send it out for delivery we will do." So ebay says one thing, evri website says another, evri support says another, like WTF? What are the chances of me seeing this parcel, eBay simple delivery?

Evri used to give £4 per day bonus to delivery drivers for parcels delivered in estimated time slot. But now they have removed that incentive and told drivers if they want to earn more simply take more parcels to deliver. This is appalling from evri squeezing more from underpaid drivers and will degrade their service even more.

It my fault parcel shop.collections never go well

I received an email saying my parcel was collected from the parcel shop while I was asleep. I did not collect it and I did not authorise anyone else to do so. Has this happened to anyone here? I contacted both the merchant and Evri but neither has been helpful so far. What is the best next step in this situation?

As someone that send a lot of parcels I’ve noticed how there is not longer any evri or in post lockers in Broadmead. The nearest evri is on stokes Croft and the nearest impost locker is park street. Neither of which are BS1. And yes there’s lockers in the galleries but due to the being in the galleries I’ve had parcels being sent back due to the galleries building shutting at 6. And don’t get me started on the post office in the galleries. Maximum of two people working at all times and queue out the door. This is supposed to be the center of Bristol- it’s a shambles

Increases in round rates seem to be 1-4p (average seems to be 2p) but some have not had any increase and at least one driver has had a decrease (immediately followed by an email saying they made a mistake).

So I’m sending a bike through Evri (the bike has been taken apart) the parcel is very close to the limit of size but not over it. I went to the local shop and the guy there (who is always sound as) told me that the driver would refuse it because he has a corsa and it’ll be filled with other **** and parcels. Anyway I’ve booked evri to come pick up the parcel from my house but I’m worried when they come the refuse it because the size because the don’t have a van (even though I’ve checked it and know for a fact it’s within the size limit) does anyone know what the next steps are do the send someone with a van to come instead ?

Hi, I have sold a lot of stuff on vinted and this is the first time I’ve had an issue like this. The buyer has raised an issue stating that she went to collect multiple parcels, and when she has got home she realised she doesn’t have my parcel She collected from a locker, and the tracking info states “collected” I asked if she had also raised a job with evri, which she said she had, but then I have tried to contact evri and I can confirm she has not. … maybe she just meant she’s raised an issue with vinted.
