Online Evri Tracking

Hi folks, I ordered a number of packages to be picked up from the evri pick up points. I then released I had the wrong post code in my profile - no big deal right, I ordered them to the evri collection points. So I go to get my parcels, it asks me for my collection ID, and then a postcode. I tried the postcode of the collection point. Is this my own postcode at time of ordering? Vinted told me they dont have my old postcode. Is there anything I can do? I feel bad making people wait for the money to be released.

Hi, ive been waiting on parcels from evri (scooters) which hasnt updated since tuesday. And a parcel has gone to lockers (cars) ive went to collect the little cars and was confused why a large compartment opened. Inside was the scooters!! They were meant to be delivered to my house, It has the label and tracking from the cars. The tracking for the scooters has been ripped off underneath it. How bizarre? I've raised an issue to hopefully delay it. But where on earth are the cars? I dont want seller to lose out or the cars to be lost.

So it recently purchased a camera kit of vinted for around £90. The seller didn't reply to any of my messages after the purchase but after 5 days I did receive an update that it had been shipped. The real issue was that it was originally shipped 8 days ago but has been stuck at the evri sorting center for the last 5 days. I have contacted evri and they can't seem to locate or find the parcel. The sellers vinted account has no previous reviews and hasn't been seen on the account since it was shipped.

Evri told me that it was TikTok's problem, and TikTok has continuously sent me automated messages to log in to a TikTok account and contact someone on a live chat. I have begrudgedly made an account, but even after doing this, there is no option to contact anyone. I got an email today from evri, copy and pasted the tracking and shows on the official evri website that I have an order coming I haven't ordered anything that gets delivered through Evri, due to bad experiences with them, the last one I ordered was 2 months ago, got lost and was refunded, the tracking number on that is different, can't find the tracking numver of the other lost orders, so no idea where it's coming from. Anyone heard of this asendia inbound? The only thing I have ordered is from Amazon, it comes from Amazon US and is due to be delivered next week, on the Amazon website it shows delivery by DPD.

I keep getting the enquiry raised message even though I’ve only enquired twice. Also I assumed the “on its way to the courier” meant that it was getting scanned as the times were very specific but since there’s been no updates on the actual tracking since the 19th and no actual attempt to deliver my parcel I’m not so sure

Not sure anyone can help with this Evri have delivered my vinted parcel to a locker but haven’t sent me the locker code. I have been to the shop in case they had it somewhere and they did a thorough check and don’t have it. I have created an enquiry with Evri, but I had this happen in Jan and they just never got back to me, and it’s impossible to speak to a person. I can’t even contact the seller to let them know what the issue is so that they know this isn’t deliberate on my part, the only option I have if to confirm delivery. Quite gutted at the moment this is a pair of converse of have been looking for, for a while.

In the last week, I've bought two listings of cheap camera gear. Cheap enough that it's a total bargain but not so cheap that it's an obvious scam. However, the first one was refunded by Vinted after a few days and the seller's account totally gone. The second one is still active but unlikely to arrive.
