Online Evri Tracking

I am so ******* fed up. It is quite clear someone at my local depot is stealing my parcels. I now have 2 that have gone missing. One from Vinted and one is my OK!Beauty box. So one that cost £9.50 and one that is £15. I cannot contact anyone. The AI chat bot is a load of ****. I also had to cancel my bank card as I got scammed by someone claiming to be Evri customer service. I am now going to refuse to order anything from anyone that uses Evri to deliver parcels.

hello!! I'm not too sure what is happening with my package, its been almost 2 days since and its just been on "out for delivery" with no change or update at all. Hey all. I’ve sold for a few months on Vinted now and made some decent profit, I’ve really been enjoying it mostly. I use InPost and Evri for both buying and selling as I’ve had issues with Royal Mail and the others are more convenient for me! I have never had a single issue with either courier contrary to what others have reported so what happened today is something I cant wrap my head around. I sold someone a vintage frame which was super pretty.. thrifted and artwork found to put in it! Sold for less than £10 so really quite cheap. Sent it as normal, same as my other parcels. The buyer contacts me to say they instead, received a pair of slippers? I’m trying my best to cross ref...

I don't like InPost and EVRi, so they are toggled off. In some categories (Art/Paintings and Art/Prints are examples) medium parcel is the largest size offered, which is daft in itself. So a painting or print over 61cm long is too big for any postage option offered. This has been infuriating me and chats with eBay have only made it worse with the arcane workarounds they have offered (alleging the Post Office will accept it on behalf of Royal Mail if oversized, or offering free postage on the listing, then not using the Simple Delivery label, posting it myself and applying to eBay to get the Simple Delivery amount paid by the buyer refunded .... they pointed me to a form they have for ...

I've sent a parcel from UK to Canada, import duties ate due but they have not received the email to pay duties. How do 8 get a link to pay import duties rom EVRI to forward to them?

Returned items early December via evri at my local parcel shop Was refunded for items and forgot all about it. Got a email this morning saying ive not returned and if I dont return ill be recharged. **** take. Anybody else had this happen then live chat give mixed messages.

I might be being over dramatic but I spent a lot of money on this and “normally” I don’t have any issues with evri.. i really hope they haven’t stolen or lost my parcel as it comes from Korea and it will be such a long process to get a refund 😖😖

My estimated arrival time keep in mind was 3 days and after 12 the package still is at the sender's local area. The customer service is awful and impossible to communicate with the ai assistant.

Yesterday, to my immense surprise, I received an Evri delivery at my local ParcelShop ... that was posted on Boxing Day! In fact, I got TWO successful Evri deliveries on the same day (our local Evri driver is great ... it's just everything else about Evri that's terrible). I don't know if this is pure luck, or via the fact I've been emailing Evri's CEO every day telling him he's the CEO of the worst company in the UK :D So ... if your parcel is still 'in the system' there IS a chance you'll get it. Moan to Evri's CEO ... it may help :D

Help needed: I can’t find my parcel on the Evri official website, but I can track it on 17TRACK, and it also shows Evri as the carrier. Why is this happening?

I don’t know how these people work but I was rlly ****** off yesterday cause it said it was delivered but now I got the parcel back ?! Today it came to my door no email no nothing guy just came and knocked and delivered it ?! THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS AS HOME INVASIONS AND FAKE DELIVERY DRIVERS can go into peoples houses if people aren’t aware of a delivery and people are left vulnerable to open a door to a stranger today. A ray of sunshine for those that are still without their parcel. The wife bought a coat off Vinted back in late November and alas Evri struck. 3 times the parcel was out for delivery and three times it went back to the local hub. Eventually she gave up hope but had to wait until 23rd December to be able to report the item lost via Vinted. What made it even worse was the seller was in Belfast, literally a 20 minute drive, had she known Evri wouldn't have been involved. She got her money refunded and Christmas came a went. But today.... I sent a parcel to a company and Evri have delivered it to a different company. It’s on the same business development. I’ve asked the company if they could get someone to go over but they are say they aren’t able to. Evri have only responded with a generic AI response that told me to take it up with the sender. Anyone know the best corse of action?

I bought a £4 ring on Vinted, it got delivered yesterday and it’s blatantly obvious someone at Evri cut the package open and took the contents, they didn’t even attempt to seal the package back up. I work from home so was there when the parcel got delivered, I thought it was weird the delivery driver didn’t knock as he always knocks even when the item can be posted through the letter box, plus the proof of delivery was just a picture of my letter box where as in the past it’s always been the items in his hands so he clearly knew the parcel had been tampered with and didn’t wanna have to deal with me.
