Online Evri Tracking

ordered from vinted a fair few times and never seen this before. vinted is telling me that the parcel is at the parcel shop, but evri is saying it isn’t. i’ve also not been given a QR code for collection. i rang customer service and they told me that i don’t need a QR code to collect, only my ID, but every time i’ve collected in the past they’ve required a QR code. any ideas? update: i was able to collect with just my ID.

Evri/Hermes Parcel left in leeds (east ish) parcel shop and the post office claim the driver took the parcel. But it’s not been recorded as collected from there. However they claim it was collected by a driver but it’s not been updated (never had this issue before). Anyone know where the local depot to Leeds is? Or do we reckon the parcel shop is lying? As surely if it reached the sorting office it would’ve been scanned in there by now?

this has happened to me three times, correct address and no other problems with other delivery couriers eg yodel/royal mail. this problem is only shown with evri where they are sending bought parcels back for no reason

Delayed and contacted them they said it missed the connection to the local hub, they checked it today and have now escalated it to find out where is is and get it delivered Thursday 1st may. This isn’t the first time a packages had missed to connection and they go through the same process and use the same excuse. Yet other packages I have received from them without a problem. That were posted later and went through same gateways. Over the past few months the service has become patchy. But once it get to local delivery depo not a problem with deliveries or person delivering them they are great. I forgot to mention it was supposed to be 48hr delivery.

I've got a parcel due to be delivered to an Evri locker, it was due for delivery yesterday and showed out for delivery all day up until early hours this morning where it changed to it being at the delivery depot. Same again today, out for delivery all day. Hasn't been delivered once again. I can see today that they've collected a parcel I dropped off yesterday, and yet no delivery of my parcel. Long story short, does anyone know if its possible to change a locker delivery to home delivery? I'm willing to pay the higher delivery cost for this if it is possible. I have no idea why they're not delivering to the locker, Evri CS not helping at all avoiding my questions ...

Has anyone in the UK received an email from evri about having their YMT parcel?

So one order was my own fault, I took measures to update AliExpress (had two accounts, one on my phone, one on desktop, didn't realise until after the fact). That issue was fixed. However, due to the first item being delivered by Evri, it's got my previous address. So now that I checked to see the delivery status of my second order, it's now being delivered to the same old address, by the same company (Evri). Despite making sure the app was updated. It's ignored my current address and added the previous one. And yet I was told I had to go through the retailer to update the address... WHY IS THIS A THING??? Am I just completely screwed out of two orders now? Support is...

I recently had an issue with my local post office branch where my parcel was lost. I dropped an item at my post office branch where I purchased a DPD Gold tracking service. The item was a jacket which I was sending to the manufacturer to have the sleeves altered, with an expected turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted the manufacturer asking if they could give me an ETA of when I'd get my jacket back. To my surprise, I found out that the package had never reached their store. I contacted DPD straight away, however, they refused to investigate or compensate as it was outside their 14 day claims window. I thought this was unfair, as it was not reasonable for me to make...

Hi, Goods ordered from online retailer, had to pay for Evri delivery. Evri says item delivered, but hasn’t been, have cctv evidence showing no one entered property 10mins either side of delivery time, checked safe spaces and neighbours, but no parcel After doing a bit of searching here, I can see that the company I bought from are responsible and am in contact with them. However, they are saying they need to wait for the outcome of an Evri investigation into the parcel. This is the picture I was sent telling me that they had attempted to deliver my expensive trainers. The van drove onto the park at 9 at night and when we asked him for the parcel he said that he didn’t have any parcels for the park. So why was he there then…he said he didn’t know but wouldn’t look in the back of his van for my trainers and drove off.

What is going on with vinted right now? So many issues! Tracking has been having problems all week. Thought it sorted itself out 3 days ago and yet again it’s not tracking parcels. Sent some last night with inpost and they’ve not been tracked. Sent some with evri half hour ago and not been tracked. Usually goes through straight away.

So yeah - again with Evri Parcel supposed to be delivered on Thursday in locker … but nothing …. Friday - back to depot Saturday - back to sender …. WHYYYYYY without any attempts to deliver it !!!! No need to say that customer service is impossible to contact with human

20 of my last orders have been consecutively.been assigned to Evri while. Last month cheap orders were assigned to Evri while higher value orders were through RM48 with an even split but as of last week all orders are through Evri regardless of value, I understand evri and Ebay are best friends but this can't be happening especially with Evri delivering one of my orders to the middle of a park near my customer's apartment and Ebay taking money from me to refund the customer despite simple delivery and "Buyer's fee" being there to cover this issues. I've been using Vinted for literally years and not encountered anything like this before. Got a message saying parcel on its way. Within minutes the seller sends message as above - supposedly there was a problem with printing the label so the parcel hasn't actually shipped. They then message saying they're going to have to cancel. Fair enough. Yet it's nearly 24 hours later and they still haven't cancelled. But weirdly my parcel tracking is showing as 'in transit'. But how is this possible if it has no label on it and nothing has actually been sent? I'm an Evri courier by trade and I know tracking doesn't update without a scannable barcode but...
