Online Evri Tracking

Parcel was packaged well, nothing contraband at all inside, Evri decided "mmm... nah." and said they were sending it back. I tried to call them abd use their chatbot to get a refund, and it's one of the most braindead systems I've ever used. As the title says, do any humans work at Evri?

okay so my parcel was reported lost a couple of weeks ago, after over a month of not receiving any updates on the tracking. my chosen courier was evri delivery, and after vinted support settled the refund for me they also said that the seller will also receive full compensation. however, my parcel is set to arrive today after the order has been cancelled. i've not heard anything from the seller, but what do i do in this case? since the order has been marked as cancelled would the seller be notified that it's been delivered and will i have to pay them again? i know that vinted said they have been compensated but i've never sold an item on vinted and have never been in this ...

I recently moved from England to Northern Ireland and WTH - all my parcels have gone missing Parcel 1 - still at the depot and has been since the 12th November (been fully refunded) Parcel 2 - £150 rocking chair, failed to be delivered, and on the 10th December a replacement was sent Parcel 3 - replacement rocking chair - been out for delivery for a week now, no sign of it. Received a full refund but item is apparently still at the depot waiting for delivery Parcel 4 - kept getting notifications that it was being delivered that day - and then immediately being notified I wasn’t home for the delivery. I ordered a coat from Zalando UK. It arrived yesterday (02/01/2026) and I didn’t like it, so I requested a return. When choosing the return method, I selected the locker drop off option with no printer needed. I received a return confirmation email from Zalando but no separate QR code. I went to a local Evri locker and scanned the QR code on the original label that was already on the parcel. It scanned successfully, opened a locker and I placed the item inside. Later I received an email from Evri confirming the drop off, but it says my parcel was sent to “Kiddicare”. As far as I know, Kiddicare no longer exists as a company. Now I am worried the coat has been sent to the wrong plac...

So usually in my experience, anything above the 1kg small parcel gets handled by Royal Mail However, I've now received 2 orders that are medium parcels of 2kg, and both are being handled by Evri.. I personally haven't excluded Evri yet, as I haven't had any major issues (yet...), but it's likely cause Royal Mail gets used more. Hopefully this is just a one-off, and maybe with just this exact selection for now. For what it is worth, I tried changing parcel weight to 10kg to see if it would change, but it was still Evri. Didn't even know they handle heavy parcels!

Using simple delivery, I fulfilled a buyers order for a box of Pokémon (worth £126) on the 1st December. Buyer opened the parcel to find slippers in a mailing bag instead of the item I had posted. The possibility of me making a packing mistake is zero, as the slippers were completely new to me (never seen them in my life) and there was a new incision and extra tape on the box implying that someone broke into and swapped the parcel contents. As of now I do not suspect the buyer, but am leaning towards Evri being liable. Somehow EVRI has got my amazon parcel even though dpd were supposed to deliver it. I can't look the tracking, it's just a spinning wheel when clicking the link in my email and when I look in a Web browser it says parcel cannot be found. I've ordered something very rare and limited edition, it's one of the last I nthe world and I have nothing to go by. The chat bot is useless and the executive is away on leave. I need to be able to track my parcel! If you work at Evri pass the message on because we the customers cannot do anything the site is broken. This is a rant more than anything. I sold a few bits and pieces online over the past month. The vast majority was low value ****, sent RM Tracked 48, Evri, Yodel, or Inpost. All successfully delivered without any hitches. The two higher value items were sent RM Special Delivery, and Parcel Force Express 48. And they're the two items, out of everything, that have gone astray. Neither have had any movement on their tracking for over a weeek. Maybe they've been delivered but, either way, I'm going to have to chase them up. It's ****** ridiculous that the two most expensive and supposedly premium services are the ones that cause the most hassle.

currently at war with evri, ordered a mattress topper (adulting so hard i know) from Wayfair on 28th December. the delivery was suppose to be next day lmao. i keep getting notifications stating that my parcel is out for delivery and an ETA. does it ever get delivered? nope. honestly feel like i’m in groundhog day. what is the likelihood that i will ever get to meet my new mattress topper?

It's been at the airport for a few days now and nothing has happened. When I buy from Temu I have updates with flight date etc very quickly, but this isn't doing anything. From experience, how long does it normally take to leave China, once it's at the airport?
