Online Evri Tracking

Evri are the biggest shambles of a delivery company I’ve ever seen. I sell clothes online via depop and ship with their integrated shipping system (evri) 50-60 parcels per week. At the moment evri take 14+ days on over 50% of my orders and around 10% of orders don’t even make it to the buyers. Thankfully I am covered for these losses but it leads to a lot of unhappy customers holding me liable. When searching for the whereabouts of their parcels customers are instructed to contact the seller immediately, rather than performing an internal investigation as to the whereabouts. It was supposed to come yesterday between 3-5 but never did and I never received another update so assumed it would come again today, but I’ve just had a notification saying this but it’s early and delivery wouldn’t have been attempted yet.

I genuinely can’t believe this isn’t some kind of joke. I ordered an item during a Black Friday sale for £210. After the sale ended, the price went back to £290. Evri was the courier. The parcel never arrived. No delivery attempt. No real updates. It just got stuck and then showed “delayed”, which basically means gone. Keep in mind, this is a reputed seller. After the first parcel disappeared, they agreed on sending a replacement, even though the item was back at full price. And surprise, the same thing happened again. Just had a prime delivery driver put a parcel at my front door then go past and put another at my patio door then run off , he couldn’t make a getaway though because the dog got in the way of the van and when I checked the second parcel it was for another house ?! I said to him , through the 2 inches he opened the window , this isn’t the right name or address for this parcel and he goes ‘ yes it is’ I said how can it be because you’ve also delivered mine here and he goes ‘ this is what the gps says so 🤷‍♀️’ and tried to drive off .. ending up driving off with it half shoved in the window ..hope the neighbour got it …Evri has some competition

Parcel I sent to a friend is lost. My receipt was damaged so I only have a partial tracking number. The post office I sent it from can’t help. The AI chat bot doesn’t understand me. The phone number only needed the last eight digits of the tracking number, which I had. Before Christmas, its response was that the parcel was lost and to contact the seller for a replacement. There were no humans to talk to and it hung up on me. Do Evri have zero humans working for them? What do I do?

hi all, this is kind of a random post so if you feel like it’s better posted somewhere please let me know! I just wanted to ask, has anyone ever bought from superdrug online and been able to get compensation for how bad evri is at shipping?? I ordered an eyeshadow pallete before the 19th of Dec, meaning it counted for Xmas delivery. Fast forward to now and it’s still stuck at the depot, i’ve been in contact with evri and they said the courier basically never picked the parcel up and who knows how long it’s going to be until it gets here. I got the eyeshadow to use for new years but I won’t be able to anymore, is there any way I can get compensation for this?

My parcel was dropped off on the 19th of December at a parcelshop and since then it hasn't moved. Evri are uncontactable. I've gotten the same email back word for word three times now. What is strange is that there is an inconsistency in what they are saying and what I am seeing. They said it was collected from the parcelshop but the tracking does not reflect that. But, there is no one I can talk to to clarify what the tracking actually says. This is more than fustrating. I've tried to contact the seller to see if they can get in touch with the parcelshop to see if they still have it, but they are not responding. Hi guys, I need some help here. Back ground story: So I bought a pair of boots that were extremely cheap on Vinted for its brand on 23rd. It’s Our Legacy’s boots and the owner was selling them for only £25. The condition of the boots looks great with signs of wear. I started to concern this could be a scam when the seller was blocked by Vinted after I purchased the boots. (He was only selling one item, the boots) The problem now: Now the problem is, Evri says they received the parcel from the seller from 23rd, which was the day I paid, but since then the status remains. Firstly, the website above is a government agency and no, they will not help you personally get your parcel back, or a refund, but that doesn’t not mean this is a useless act. So yea like the title says. My (37m) life has come crashing down and I don't know what to do. At the end of November I was fired from my job as a telecoms engineer. I’ve seen lots of other couriers like Royal Mail and Evri dump their parcels right by the apartment entrances at the bottom so I’ve started to do the same and marked it as safe place and then took a photo. Surely they don’t expect us to go up 6 floors on each apartment building (I had like 12 separate apartment buildings) and hand the parcels over to customer, that would take so long.

I then get multiple messages from the buyer saying it hadn't arrived and it's all my fault etc etc. I don't know what to do. Am I in the wrong? Is this a scam? So i bought a phone off vinted and the couriur was evri. in the past my experience with evri has been fine so i didnt think much of it. then my parcel gets delayed and doesnt end up coming. will i ever get the phone delivered or should i just give up messaging evri? thx

I have never really used evri before and since I started using Vinted, I’ve had no choice as some items I’ve bought have used Evri instead of Royal Mail or others. They basically couldn’t deliver my parcel because the locker was full and after a few attempts they returned it to sender - who has not received it. My mother also had an issue, where the item was delivered to the wrong address which is vacant. When using the tracking number and postcode used to track the device the chat bot cannot link the two and therefore she cannot get any further than the chat bot. Made the mistake of sending via Evri bc post office refused to send via royal mail unless I brought online. Tracking said it couldn't be processed at LHR for unknown reasons and never reached out to me. "Pending Return - Unable to Process at LHR. Reason: Manual action" Got told it was being sent back to me on the tracking on the 18th and has not been updated since. Has anyone who lives in London actually ever received their parcels from Evri? I’ve noticed from reading in this sub that most successful deliveries are in smaller areas with local couriers and just wanted to inquire if any of you in London have ever received your deliveries with Evri? I’m now waiting on my third replacement order since the other two got nicked and might just call it a day at this point.
