yesterday i had to open an enquiry on evri’s chat bot after they told me my parcel had been delivered to my doorstep, even though i told them to deliver it to my neighbour’s house, because i received this photo (attached) as the delivery confirmation😭 obviously this is not a doorstep, and is actually the bin/ground between mine and my neighbour’s house. there is also no parcel in sight which is the main point of the photo in the first place. the cardboard in view is folded cardboard from a waste bin. so anyway, i panicked when i saw this as i was at work and i could see it wasn’t delivered by our usual driver and it just said “your local courier”. i’ve obviously heard the h...

Ordered an item off Vinted to an Evri locker. They apparently attempted to deliver it to the locker because I got a Vinted notification, but no email or text from Evri so I guess they didn’t deliver it. The same thing happened again today and I guess the locker is full or there is an issue because I still don’t have my parcel. What happens if they try to deliver it again tomorrow and still can’t? Does it get sent back to the sender? I can’t seem to change my address or divert my parcel. I‘ve tried Evri support but they aren’t helping. Any ideas?

Hi everyone I tried relay (one of sellers enabled this option), I was surprised with speed and fees. It is only 1.75, I got the parcel from the relay shop in two days and I live in the south. Seller was in the North I found that most sellers enabled EVRI and Inpost but somehow only few use relay. The first two are no less than 4 quids. I had bad experience with inpost after the destination locker is out of service. They are refusing to redirect or fix the locker. After many calls and emails, nothing has been done. Ordered an item off Vinted to an Evri locker. They apparently attempted to deliver it to the locker and failed yesterday, which meant that the locker was probably full (that’s what the internet says anyway?). But that triggered the Vinted “delivered” message activating the 48hr limit to report any issues. Evri have tried to deliver again today and I guess the locker is still full or there is an issue because I still don’t have my parcel. What happens if they try to deliver it again and still can’t? I ordered a pair of Trainers from Sports Direct last week. On sunday I got a notification that delivery had been delayed. On monday I was notified the parcel would be delivered between 20:00 and 21:00. I got a notification while at home at around 19:00 that it had been delivered with a photograph of a parcel (since realised it wasn't the sports direct parcel that was photographed) on the ground floor of our building. immediately went to check the location and there was no parcel to be found. I am fuming, I need to vent. How in gods name is Evri still in buisness? This parcel made it through the US, across the ocean and in to the national sorting hub, only to get "lost" locally. Given it was a limited edition Magic the Gathering book and card, I can only assume its been stolen. I am hoping its not lost though. I have another unique item coming through them and I am absolutely terrified its going the same way. Support has been OK, but I dont think enough was done. I am thinking of taking it further if they dont find it. Its been a week so hope is slim but I wonder if I can do a SAR and request all correspondence regarding me and my package, if thats even worth it. ...

Has anyone else had this? Their new pointless system which puts you on the review program in their absurd misunderstanding they're a professional company and not one which operates illegally, burning through new couriers because they know new starters won't be as diligent about pay, hoping to give it a go. I had 100% figures for delivery, receipt scan, customer rating, collections, what became apparently unsurmountable to them was my reliability, shown in some stages as 50%, basically because they hire new temporary managers to look after the depot and because they don't know what they're doing, they give your round away before you reach the depot. So I ordered a hoodie I’ve had my eye on for a while, and the company used Evri as the courier. I have my parcels sent to my local post office so I can pick them up, since Evri seems to have a hard time finding my address. Apparently the parcel was out for delivery on Sunday, but obviously they couldn’t deliver it since the post office is closed on Sundays, and so it was sent back to the delivery depot. What I don’t understand is why it’s been sent back to the local depot and hasn’t moved since? Are they sending it back to the seller? Am I ever actually gonna get my parcel 😭

During my visit to the parcel shop today to pick up a parcel, I instructed the person behind the desk that I was there to reject a parcel. Instead, she scanned it and handed it over to me. I reminded her that I want to reject the parcel and send it back to the sender. After several scans, she notified me that it was done. There was no receipt and I went home. Now Vinted has asked me if I accepted my order, I didn’t know what to press so I clicked I have an issue and contact us. Evri is stating I have collected my order but I haven’t. I have a package that was unfortunately missed 3 times, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The tracking says it is out for delivery (today, Monday), even though I thought they only attempt 3 times? It is passed the estimated window (was supposed to be 13:30 - 14:30 it’s now 6pm). Could they actually be attempting again? Would the tracking status change if they won’t attempt to deliver again? I just want to know if I can expect a message that it is being retuned to sender or not or if it will be stuck on this.

Hey all, I’ll try to keep this short. We live next to a chaotic family, based in zone 2 London. The parents have left to live in a quieter place and now it’s just their adult daughters living there. Our local evri driver is terrible and leaves our parcels either on the front porch for the whole street to see, or has often delivered to these girls without our permission. Redirecting them to our local depot is no use as this specific driver disregards the instructions and just leaves it outside. Bought a hoodie on 29th March. Seller posted quickly via I post. It was out for delivery on 1st April, but the locker was full. No further updates until yesterday when it said out for delivery again. I then got the message saying it had arrived…. Followed by another thanking me for collecting it - which I hadn’t. I went to the locker to ha e another go, but it couldn’t find it. I’m guessing it’s a system glitch. I have notified Vinted and spoken to in-post. Vinted automated response saying they’ll get to it and not to follow up again. Has anyone noticed more stores using Evri? It annoys me that none if them disclose that they use evri, otherwise I would use the 24 hour option for shipping. But more and more stores are using it, evwn international parcles, and evertime I do, its always late, and its always stuff that i need, i.e dog food and beauty protects which i then run out of as the parcle is more than a week late each time.

I ordered a ps5 via vinted on the 4th. Was posted out on the 7th and tracking hasn't been updated since. Royal mail obviously won't do anything for me and the sender has apparently gone back to the post office he posted it at and its not there? So its missed a scan and is now lost? Im assuming he just puts a claim into royal mail right? Is there any chance this is going to turn up or have I just lost out here?

Terrible warehouse to work in theft is a common occurrence with people pocketing items such as expensive perfume, watches even smartphones, the staff have worked there for that long they know whats inside the parcel just by touching it. If you are ever missing items from evri Eurocentral its most likely stolen by staff members - they wont bother sacking the worker as they will end up a man down. the supervisor Logan Roberts and reece chezny on the backshift likes to ignore health and safety procedures and treat people without respect. I would avoid working in this depot if you look foreign as you will be just be getting the hard work yourself and i would avoid using this in general.

Before anyone comes out with any ****** comments I’m fully expecting it to arrive so I’m not worried in the slightest. Anyway I believe I can answer what this stage actually means, it basically means it is at a regional sorting depot where it will get sorted and loaded onto a pallet for the local delivery unit. I know this because the local DU will be locked up and closed at this time. It would be at your delivery unit once it is listed as out for delivery, once you get the ‘your courier will deliver this today’ it will likely mean it has been scanned by the courier who’s been assigned the manifest for your round for that day. Do we have an Evri email My wife was due a parcel from them Tuesday and while she was in the kitchen a van turned up dropped a parcel off to neighbour and ruffled around in the back on the van, and just before they drove off she got an email saying it was delivered. And the proof of delivery was taken in back of the van. Now she posted on Facebook and in our surrounding area it has been happening a lot and they only be stealing clothes and trainers.
