Online Evri Tracking

I might be being over dramatic but I spent a lot of money on this and “normally” I don’t have any issues with evri.. i really hope they haven’t stolen or lost my parcel as it comes from Korea and it will be such a long process to get a refund 😖😖

My estimated arrival time keep in mind was 3 days and after 12 the package still is at the sender's local area. The customer service is awful and impossible to communicate with the ai assistant.

Yesterday, to my immense surprise, I received an Evri delivery at my local ParcelShop ... that was posted on Boxing Day! In fact, I got TWO successful Evri deliveries on the same day (our local Evri driver is great ... it's just everything else about Evri that's terrible). I don't know if this is pure luck, or via the fact I've been emailing Evri's CEO every day telling him he's the CEO of the worst company in the UK :D So ... if your parcel is still 'in the system' there IS a chance you'll get it. Moan to Evri's CEO ... it may help :D

Help needed: I can’t find my parcel on the Evri official website, but I can track it on 17TRACK, and it also shows Evri as the carrier. Why is this happening?

I don’t know how these people work but I was rlly ****** off yesterday cause it said it was delivered but now I got the parcel back ?! Today it came to my door no email no nothing guy just came and knocked and delivered it ?! THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS AS HOME INVASIONS AND FAKE DELIVERY DRIVERS can go into peoples houses if people aren’t aware of a delivery and people are left vulnerable to open a door to a stranger today. Anyways somehow miraculously got my parcel after I thought it got stolen and everyone else did too on the other post . Can you people let me know if this has happened to you ?!

A ray of sunshine for those that are still without their parcel. The wife bought a coat off Vinted back in late November and alas Evri struck. 3 times the parcel was out for delivery and three times it went back to the local hub. Eventually she gave up hope but had to wait until 23rd December to be able to report the item lost via Vinted. What made it even worse was the seller was in Belfast, literally a 20 minute drive, had she known Evri wouldn't have been involved. She got her money refunded and Christmas came a went. But today.... A parcel landed. No warning, no text, just a sudden delivery notification. The coat, undamaged, unopened and not sold on eBay! And better still, absolutel...

I sent a parcel to a company and Evri have delivered it to a different company. It’s on the same business development. I’ve asked the company if they could get someone to go over but they are say they aren’t able to. Evri have only responded with a generic AI response that told me to take it up with the sender. Anyone know the best corse of action?

I bought a £4 ring on Vinted, it got delivered yesterday and it’s blatantly obvious someone at Evri cut the package open and took the contents, they didn’t even attempt to seal the package back up. I work from home so was there when the parcel got delivered, I thought it was weird the delivery driver didn’t knock as he always knocks even when the item can be posted through the letter box, plus the proof of delivery was just a picture of my letter box where as in the past it’s always been the items in his hands so he clearly knew the parcel had been tampered with and didn’t wanna have to deal with me. Do I play the good guy and drop them all off to the intended recipients in the morning or just take them to my local auction house?

I sold a coat back in December and dropped it off on the 19th, it’s was delivered to a parcel shop on the 22nd….then again on the 27th, 07th, 09th and is on the move again!! Has this happened to anyone else??

Apparently there is a parcel delivered there ! Minor issue…. No parcel. Evri bot reply to my telling them I haven’t received it “ have you looked for your parcel?”

I was meant to have a parcel delivered between 7 and 8pm today (I assume its not arriving today as it is now 8:15pm) but it did make me wonder if the courier supposedly delivering my parcel set the estimated time themself or is it all an algorithm that they are just told to follow? My usual evri guy is great and always comes between 11 and 1 so my heart sinks every time I get an email saying evri are delivering outside of this time lol

So i ordered some TADC merch on January 5th, a day later I was told that my parcel had been accepted by evri in the uk. However, today on the tracking via shopify/glitch, I received a notification telling me my order is being loaded onto the plane. I dont understand how this makes sense can someone help?

I mean there’s no discernible pattern here right?

I had a parcel which was due to be delivered on Wednesday. When I track this is still says due for delivery Wednesday? I’ve escalated this through the live chat but I’ve heard nothing. Can I get through to an actual person on Evri?
