Online Evri Tracking

I. E is it the evri delivery driver or the boss man from the shop? As a lot of my parcels are new parcelshop not being notified that it's ready to pick up when it is, and parcel shop man claims it's evri?

I’m hoping someone can help me figure out as to how this happened - I sent a parcel with Evri and last night the buyer messaged me with photos of a package they received which is clearly not the one I sent, even though it has the same name and tracking number on the box they’ve received. The packaging in their photos is completely different to what I used. On top of that, the shipping label isn’t the same as the one I printed and attached to my parcel. My original label was printed in-store and has the usual “Print in Store” text and other reference details. It also shows the parcel weight as <1KG. I'm not sure if this is okay, but seeing everything going wrong within Evri and parcels going missing left right and centre, I thought I'd drop the link to report them to Watchdog. Parcel driver 'delivered' my parcel today supposedly. I was ****** home the whole time, didn't hear the door knock, nothing. Just got a random notification saying it had been delivered. Went to check outside in the post box and it was no where to be found, lo and behold. This twat has decided to just throw it on the floor. I've been waiting ages for this parcel. It's been nicked I'm assuming because I can't find it anywhere. Ffs Evri.

I bought an item and Evri lost my parcel. It was a pretty expensive one – £80. I know vinted will refund me, but will the seller get their money?? This is 100% Evri's fault and the seller was very kind to me, so this is really unfair.

hi guys jist letting you know that if you order a item and evri can’t deliver it to you because you are out the drivers have to take it to there house and keep it to there next shift which can be a week a way so that why they keep losing you items

It's a Recliner Chair they received the parcel at their hub then two days running it's been out for delivery then one hour later both times, delivery cancelled until next working day. Anybody else experienced this have any idea what is happening? It's from Debenhams which I found out isn't the Debenhams it used to be more of an online marketplace with terrible customer service. I have got nowhere with customer service with both companies looked at trying resolver to help.

Hi I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure my parcel got stolen. Usually with Evri they put my parcels in the porch as I’ve updated that, and they take a pic of it in the porch . However it’s only just gotten delivered at 6 pm so it was a different driver, and the proof of it being in the porch was a pic of someone holding it outside my house, not even near the door. And I can’t find it anywhere, I looked literally a minute after it apparently got delivered. It’s not in the porch, outside, anywhere. Mannaged to cop the holy grail of mugs but was sadly not ment to be, thanks to the morons at Evri parcel delivery service here in the UK. Using this as a somewhat platform (since this mug only really has relevance in the CO community) to ask if anyone in the Perth (Scotland) area by any slim chance had this delivered to em on accident and if so, could please reach out to me. This is the second day I’ve waited in for a supposed redelivery on a Tracked 24 parcel that I missed on Thursday, because it was attempted 3 hours after the end of the given timeframe. I attempted to collect it from the delivery office on the same day, and they told me I had to wait for redelivery. This is the second day in a row now, and nothing. I live 5 minutes around the corner from said delivery office (in the 5 minutes a week it’s actually open), so it’s not like the route is particularly out of the way. Evri support sent me a link to the claim form after admitting my parcel was lost after a month of trying to contact them. It took me forever to get through on the phone, only to find the link was broken when I hung up. Anyone else had this issue, or is it going to take another attempt at calling to resolve?

What are the chances of my parcel actually being located to me and actually delivered after this email?
