Latest Community Discussions About EvriIs EVRI cheating on Vinted?12h agoMy recent 2 Evri parcels both notified that it has arrived for picking up on Vinted, but nothing was sent to my email, and the tracking on Evri says still in transit, and no timestamp of the messages I got on Vinted. I suspect that because today is the due date, Evri doesn't want to refund postage to Vinted so they simply sent a fake arriving notice to Vinted. Shein or Evri?17h agoHi all! I have a Shein parcel that I ordered with express delivery on 10/5, it was due to arrive 17-18/5. I am going on a trip on 23/5 so wanted the items before then. Parcel was cleared by UK customs at 10am on 18/5 and Shein’s tracking suggests it was handed to the local logistics service at around 5pm that same day and has been “in transit” since. The last update on the tracker is from yesterday 20/5 saying “your parcel has passed the most recent stage of processing and is continuing on its journey”. Evri’s tracking on the other hand still says they’re expecting it and the useless AI bot Ezra can’t do anything for me as it’s still with the sender according to them and ... normal?18h agohey guys is it normal to collect parcel from evri inside asda parcelshop without QR code? My name on parcel is different than that of the ID, what should I do?18h agoI bought some items from eBay and have always been using my nickname (I.e. not my full legal name) for purchases, it was always fine because I have it delivered straight to my home. However, due to recent changes in circumstances I have to pick it up in a parcel shop, now royal mail is prompting me to bring an ID with me too, thought this was only with Evri. Basically, here's a fictional example: Legal name: Sergio Keith Smith Parcel name: Checo Smith Since the designated address is the parcel shop and not my home, I can't prove I'm the buyer using the address. I will try picking it up tomorrow but would like to ask ahead, is it possible to be denied the collection of parc... After a week I decided to use the Evri help centre. Of course, it was Ezra, who gave me the usual options including the phantom callback, which I requested. Amazingly, it worked! My parcel was delivered two days later. Is this a coincidence, or are Evri actually trying to improve their efficiency? Evri trying to charge customs and VAT20h agoI'm an Irish resident, living in Dublin. I ordered a jacket from Belfast, Northern Ireland. As was extremely well documented during the whole Brexit thing, there are no customs or VAT charges on products being delivered from NI to Ireland (or vice versa). Here's what An Post, the Irish postal service, says about it: "In line with the Northern Ireland protocol, parcels arriving from Northern Ireland into the Republic of Ireland will not be subject to VAT & customs charges but must still be cleared through Irish Customs." Here's what Revenue (who would be the ones responsible for charging customs fees and VAT) says about it: "Northern Ireland remains ... Paid for next day delivery…22h agoI ordered something Monday morning, I paid for next day delivery, so my parcel was meant to be arrive on Tuesday. On Monday night I got an email from Evri saying they’d got my parcel, I chose for it to be delivered to a Evri locker as I knew I most likely wasn’t going to be in if they delivered it in the morning/ mid-day Tuesday, I got an email letting me know the delivery location had been updated. Tuesday morning comes and I get a notification telling me my delivery had been delayed, then again an hour and a bit later I get a notification letting me know it’s being processed at their hub… and, then, nothing. It gets to Tuesday night and I realise I’m not getting my parcel on Tues... vinted tracking AHEAD of courier? help!1d agoSo I bought an item from Vinted through Evri (don't worry, I already know...) - I got an email on Sunday saying there was a delay delivering my parcel to the Parcelshop, which was fine. I got a notification from Vinted today saying that my parcel is now ready for collection. When I went to the Parcelshop, I couldn't find any email or text so decided I'd hallucinated the notification and went home. I just checked Vinted and it \*does\* say my order has been delivered and is ready to collect. When I go onto Evri tracking though, it says it's still out for delivery. How is this possible? Usually Vinted is behind the courier! So I don't have any qr code, barcode or ema... Evri left parcel outside, stolen, no one will accept responsibility1d agoHi I know this must have been asked a number of times, but after a search I didn't find any answers. Evri left the parcel on the street at about 7pm outside my closed shop, when I got there in the morning it was gone. I have reported it to the police and got a crime reference number, Evri have emailed to say they acknowledge it was left outside and in all probability stolen. Aliexpress just keep sending me round in circles, I report it and upload the information they ask, a week goes by and nothing happens. I have reported it to both customer support and the seller. Evri says Aliexpress need to resolve it. Can anyone offer real world experience of who I need to speak to or how I r... Am I cooked, needed some accessory stuff on / before Friday the 22nd?1d agoI read through the pinned shipping post and read how with cheaper packages, the shipping method used for them means they sometimes don’t have tracking outside of China. The due date is an estimate obviously, and I probably should have ordered earlier I know \^ My hopes aren’t super high that they’ll arrive on / before Friday the 22nd. I live in the UK and my shipper is Evri. Looking back at my emails, they sometimes send me a ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ 5 days in advance. Then they’d send a ‘we have your parcel’ and usually the day after they send an “out for delivery” and it arrives. I haven’t received any emails from Evri yet. I’ve been checking my emails all ...
