Hi everyone, with Christmas coming up I’m planning to buy gifts on Vinted starting around 10th December and honestly I’m a bit stressed about it. I really want to hear from people who did the same in recent years, especially 2023 or 2024. If you ordered around 10–13 December, did your parcel actually arrive on time for Christmas? How long did it take from purchase to delivery, counting working days? Which courier did you use — Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel, InPost/Relay, whatever — and how was your experience? I only recently joined here as I started with Evri about 3 weeks ago and after first cpl shifts I replied to a comment in here regarding the driver's....... whilst I can't say anything negative about the driver's as Ive had barely any interactions with any of them so far. Can't do the Vinted auto refund claim for a lost parcel until 23 December, given how many times this has happened to me it's obviously "lost" in the system. Has anyone successfully been able to make a lost parcel claim via Vinted earlier?? Also **** Evri for hiring drivers that blatantly steal parcels.

I think it's clear that the parcel tracking updates are just bullshit, we get Evri deliveries in the morning (when they finally come 9. It wasn't out for delivery this evening.

Sold an item 3 weeks ago, immediately posted using Simple Delivery through Evri, today received a refund request from the buyer claiming it never got delivered, so ive checked tracking and it was delivered to the Parcel Shop the trouble is the buyer didnt collect the item for 3 weeks, the buyer is claiming the Parcel Shop have sent the item back to me but ive not received anything back and no communications to suggest that this would be the case. Tracking hadn’t been updated for 7 days, just said it’ll be delivered the next working day. Contacted support to see where it’s got to (today 2/12/25) a few hours later it’s all of a sudden delivered, no delivery photo and no follow up etc. It’s absolutely not delivered, cameras checked and checked with neighbours on other roads with the same number as me. Is this common?

I’ve bought a lot from tiktok shop, often pokemon, and the only option is sadly evri. they’re usually fine with most of the local drivers, however there’s ONE driver, who no matter what, every time she’s the one handling it, the parcel goes missing and i never get it. is there any way at all i can report her for potential theft. i have no proof other than the incomplete deliveries on the app, and evri have no proper way to actually contact a human. the police always take it as a civil matter and won’t do anything about it. what do i even do? i can’t even confront the driver because she’s never actually been here.

So I have no idea where my parcel is, Evri still haven’t called me back. Is it lost?

I received the emails and notifs from both vinted and evri that my parcel has been delivered to the pick up point, but it’s not there?? I’ve gone 3 times to the shop and the parcel isn’t on their system. Idk if it’s been delivered or not, because it has conflicting popups on the Evri app.

update, i posted on here last week about evri’s ****** delivery service and - whoopty doo! - th parcel still hasn’t been delivered. i’ve chased it up with my customer and evri’s customer service to no avail. it’s been like this since 2 weeks ago and i give up, only good thing that came out of this is that i did manage to get the money paid in to my account but i’m still annoyed that the coat is gone.

They literally just dumped it at my front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking, didn’t even bother to hide it in the bushes 😅😅 Like… what if I wasn’t home? People would think I’m giving out free ****?? Wtf. And now I have another parcel coming from Evri that was supposed to arrive today, but it’s delayed to tomorrow and I won’t even be home. I can’t change the delivery date, and I tried adding a safe spot cuz I want them to just throw it into my garden, but it’s not even an option and I can’t leave a message. What am I supposed to do…

I've had 5 puchases bought in mid-November being lost/delayed, a mix of Inpost and Evri. One has been returned to sender, three are still in some kind of a delivery loop limbo. Mentioning this as an aside - what was going on with Vinted/Inpost/Evri in mid-late November? Orders made recently have been fine... Anyway, the fifth was marked as delivered to me on 27th November but I had no tracking QR code, e-mail or text message. Everytime I find out evri is delivering my parcel my heart drops

As title says i ordered 2 parcels of the same thing frome 2 good 2 go and only 1 came and evri website says the other couldn't be delivered but on 2 good 2 go it says delivered. I personally think they nicked it and are just stalling for me to cancel it with them, its just sad they steal things so blatantly.

Hi guys long story short my life has been a bit ****** this last month and I’m prob gonna lose my current job. If I do lose my job I have a friend who runs a fairly successful wholesaling business and he’s told me he’d be willing to let me work with him few days a week once I get my license. I am in the UK. I ordered a wiring harness on AliExpress on the 11th November. I checked the tracking number provided for Evri on the 25th and it had been showing as “we’ve got it” since the 17th. Hi everyone, I live at uni currently so where I want to get stuff sent is different to the address linked to my account. I have an even parcel shop right next to my house but the issue I’m having is that even when a seller offers evri (and I can see the option for evri drop off locations at my home adress) the app will not offer me any evri locations near to where I am. Does anyone know why this might be?

I bought an item from America from eBay’s global shipping program. The item made its way all the way to the UK until the dreaded Evri got their hands on it (I had no control over who delivered the parcel, I would never have used Evri of if I had the chance). The parcel was originally out for delivery until Evri said they was unable to deliver my parcel. The delivery status never changed and still in fact says this. After contacting Evri on around 5 occasions I only got 1 response stating that they was going to search for my parcel.
