Hi everyone, I have a question to ask. I missed evri's first delivery attempt last night and as soon as the parcelshop option appeared, I chose it but there's still a 2nd failed attempt as in pic. I was at home and didn't see any courier. What confuses me is the update status "your local courier will deliver your parcel between 19:00 and 21:00 today", while all of my previous parcelshop delivery stated "your parcel will be delivered to your chosen parcelshop or locker today, and we'll let you know when it's ready to collect". So now I'm confused whether this attempt will be delivered to my address or the parcelshop. Has anyone encountered ...

I’ve not actually ever had an issue with Evri, though I know it’s just down to luck of the draw. But I had a particularly positive experience this morning. Had a delivery of several large parcels arriving that I’d completely forgotten about (just bought my first house so parcels arriving all day every day). I heard the doorbell when I was still in bed, I use a wheelchair so not the swiftest at getting up but I scampered nonetheless. Rather than ditch the parcels on the doorstep the courier called me to check I was in, waited for me to get to the door, and carried the parcels through to the kitchen for me, all without asking. Hi, I'm in the UK (but I don't think that really has any bearing on my AliEx issue beyond explaining the background). ****** Evri courier has 'delivered' my AliEx parcel to the wrong house (or rather to a black rectangle, as that's the only thing that his 'proof of delivery' photo actually shows). Hi, I’m in England. Back in mid November I purchased an item through a catalogue account (Studio), where the payment was done via Fraser Plus. Apologies this is long and there is a TLDR at the end. I paid for the order and within 5 minutes received my order confirmation. I then received a second order confirmation for the exact order but a different order code (one ending in 15 and one ending in 16). The time of both emails are exactly the same, and the processing time and date on my Fraser plus account is exactly the same. It seems the order was duplicated. Hi all, Firstly, Sorry for the late night post. Now I’m looking for some insight if anyone here has worked at Evri at their Lutterworth depot, specifically on Class 2 work out of Magna Park. A bit of background. I passed my HGV test, C+E, back in early 2024. Unfortunately not long after passing I had to step away from driving work almost entirely to care for a relative nearly full time. Things are much better now and I am finally in a position to return to proper work. My main concern is that my Class 1 skills feel like they have faded away through lack of use. So i dont normally pick evri home delivery since the last couple times ive ordered the parcels never ended up arriving, the tracking for them only got updated about 3 times each within about a week and after that they just never arrived. But ive had to pick evri home delivery for a couple orders recently as the sellers havent been able to do any other delivery and im unable to collect the parcels from shops so they have to be sent to the house. What is up with Evri at the minute?! Both parcels I’ve ordered have got to the out for delivery stage and then said ‘we can’t deliver’ ‘we will try next day’, and both days after for both parcels and further on, i still haven’t received them.

Parcelshop can’t find my parcel, they’re pretty good usually so I don’t know what’s happened. It arrived on 02/01. How and when do I raise a case?

I expect this from Evri but from the Royal Mail? I have confirmed with the CCTV that there was no attempt, in fact I haven’t even seen a postman full stop in a fair few days. I will say the weather has been diabolical here for over a week which I’m sure is a big factor and I understand that. In fact getting an email saying we’ve fallen behind because of the bad weather or something is completely justifiable and understandable. But to just sign off as an attempted delivery boggles me. Here goes for probably the same thing that gets posted 20 times a day. I ordered something off eBay last Wednesday. Was collected by Evri on Thursday and was dropped off at the senders local depot for sorting at 10pm Thursday. Since then I have had no updates through the tracking site and cannot get a hold of anyone. Any chance of this actually coming?

I am so ******* fed up. It is quite clear someone at my local depot is stealing my parcels. I now have 2 that have gone missing. One from Vinted and one is my OK!Beauty box. So one that cost £9.50 and one that is £15. I cannot contact anyone. The AI chat bot is a load of ****. I also had to cancel my bank card as I got scammed by someone claiming to be Evri customer service. I am now going to refuse to order anything from anyone that uses Evri to deliver parcels.

\[UPDATE\] The package has been reset to “we’ve got it” all previous steps up till saturday have been removed suddenly and it’s now just sat at “we’ve got it” i’m really not sure what to make of that hello!! I'm not too sure what is happening with my package, it’s been almost 2 days since and it’s just been on "out for delivery" with no change or update at all. I'm fairly worried as this is meant to be a gift. Hey all. I’ve sold for a few months on Vinted now and made some decent profit, I’ve really been enjoying it mostly. I use InPost and Evri for both buying and selling as I’ve had issues with Royal Mail and the others are more convenient for me! I have never had a single issue with either courier contrary to what others have reported so what happened today is something I cant wrap my head around. I sold someone a vintage frame which was super pretty.. thrifted and artwork found to put in it! Sold for less than £10 so really quite cheap. Sent it as normal, same as my other parcels. I don't like InPost and EVRi, so they are toggled off. In some categories (Art/Paintings and Art/Prints are examples) medium parcel is the largest size offered, which is daft in itself. So a painting or print over 61cm long is too big for any postage option offered. This has been infuriating me and chats with eBay have only made it worse with the arcane workarounds they have offered (alleging the Post Office will accept it on behalf of Royal Mail if oversized, or offering free postage on the listing, then not using the Simple Delivery label, posting it myself and applying to eBay to get the Simple Delivery amount paid by the buyer refunded .... they pointed me to a form they have for ...

I've sent a parcel from UK to Canada, import duties ate due but they have not received the email to pay duties. How do 8 get a link to pay import duties rom EVRI to forward to them?

Returned items early December via evri at my local parcel shop Was refunded for items and forgot all about it. Got a email this morning saying ive not returned and if I dont return ill be recharged. **** take. Anybody else had this happen then live chat give mixed messages.
