Online Evri Tracking

I have a 6AM flight tomorrow. My Evri parcel is being delivered to the Leeds Markets post office and it closed at 12.30 PM. I’m trying to urgently redirect my parcel because I’m traveling for months and need the parcel before I leave. Evri customer service has been useless as I have been only talking to automated bots. Any advice would be appreciated!

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid Evri at all costs. I’ve been chasing my parcel for the last 4–5 days and there is no proper way to speak to a real human being. Every time I contact support, I only get useless bot responses saying my message has been forwarded and someone will reply within 24 hours but nobody ever does. The customer service is non-existent and extremely frustrating. It feels impossible to get any real help when there’s an issue with your delivery. Looking online, it seems many people across the UK are facing the same problems with delayed parcels and poor communication. Why oh why oh why do vendors insist on using such a **** company? One parcel lost at the depot before even reaching my house, two lost en route to the Parcel Shop ( and one of them eventually being "returned" to Vinted, a site I don't buy from ), and finally tonight, after me being so exasperated I changed the delivery address to my business one in the city centre, it was apparently delivered at 21:26 to my business...yep, because nothing says business attire like satin pyjamas at a front door on a Friday night, as per the photo of the supposed successful delivery. Just a normal Evri moment lol. I got an email from eBay about my parcel, I did what I had to yesterday (redirect it to a shop), but wanted to make sure it's absolutrly been done - and the site wasn't loading. I entered the page again, this time it didn't load tracking info.

Getting drops at 111 example lane, then 15 drops later have one at 121 example lane, 5 doors down, but in that time i've done 3 miles driving. Every time i try and prevent going back and forth, there will always be a drop that's literally a 20 second walk round the corner but because the postcodes arent neighbouring letters that will now be 15 drops further down. This can make a "half day" route of 4.5 hours turn to 6, so in a way i understand why people arent doing their deliveries, and just say "cannot deliver" to the rest of the drops and complete them the next day or return them to depot. I’m on the second day of not having a parcel delivered because the same driver has twice pulled into an adjacent wrong address and then left. I saw him pull in yesterday to next door from where I was watching at the window, thought it might be for me (it’s a common mistake, their entrance is a bit more obvious but they do have their business name in big letters so it’s pretty obvious if it’s not the right place) but until I could see it was a DPD uniform when they got out (van is just nondescript white van), couldn’t be sure (it’s a business, all sorts of vans and lorries pull in to deliver stuff there too). Hello so I sold something on Vinted and it was sent by evri, but it’s been stuck on “we’ve collected your parcel for like 3 days just wanna ask if this happened to anyone before? Or is it lost by evri🫩 also does anyone know if there’s a way to speak to an actual human lol

I have had a very bad 7 hour shift... I work 15 hours a week and it is a temporary job for 5 months (until Sept 20) and I think I have annoyed the colleague I closed the shop with. It started when I started pick up (this is where I have to remove all the tenners and scores that total £100 out of the till) and I put them into a pot, then put them down the safe but forgot to log it on the system and confirm - I reported on the till how much I put away but had forgotten to say how much was in the pot - so my colleague sees this and thinks I don't know what I am doing. I also accidentally forgot to print someone else's receipt when they dropped off an InPost parcel, and (my colleague)...

As per the title. Tracking says it was "delivered" to my elderly neighbour but when I asked them they said the driver took it back. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. Their customer service is somehow worse then their deliveries

bought something off a seller and they were unable to deliver it to my parcel shop which is fine, as i used evri it just got returned in a couple days but the problem comes when the seller recieved the item (i can see on the tracking) and hasn’t confirmed its delivery. its now been 2 weeks and he still hasnt confirmed. all im worried about is he trying to scam me or something? i dont understand why you would do something like this

After a back and forth with “Claire”, I got a reply from an actual human. My parcel was “delivered” on Sunday except it wasn’t. I replied asking where it was, either in a depot or at the courier’s house… What are the chances I actually get it?

I got a bargain from vinted for £80 which is worth £350 and in my hurry to pay for it before someone else did I selected Evri I’m an ***** as it’s now been “delayed” and Mrs “Claire” (Ai Bot) is “escalating” the issue and the people at the warehouse are “conducting a thorough search” **** Evri with every fibre of my being Might go get a job at the warehouse with Claire & steal peoples parcels on the side as it goes unpunished by the looks of it.
