Online Evri Tracking

Refund I ordered an item from seller at around Monday midnight. At 10am I decided I no longer wanted the item and requested a refund. The seller sent me a message to say they have refunded me but they had already shipped the item. They are asking me to refuse the delivery. My question is do I HAVE to refuse delivery? I did reply back to seller to say that I would redirect the parcel to Evri parcelshop as if the parcel isnt collected it would be returned to sender. This would be a better option as I might not be in and someone else (even if I've told them to refuse delivery) might still end up accepting delivery

Sooo I guess Evri CS just banned me and refuses to provide any help? Last week I was waiting for a parcel (worth almost £200) delivery to the locker. On Tuesday evening I received a notification that it’s ready to collect. On Wednesday I went to collect it, after coming home I opened the parcel and realised it wasn’t what I was expecting and only then I noticed that it’s addressed to someone else. I’ve been on a buying spree and because I had severe issues with Evri over the Christmas holidays, I ordered a couple of items to be sent to a shop instead. Neither of those items arrived at the shop/I wasn’t notified by Evri and they were sent back to the seller. Because of this, I’ve decided that I’ll only get stuff delivered to my home again… I have selected home delivery for every purchase over this past week via Evri and the majority are coming to my place but around a third are still being sent to the Evri parcel shop. How are sellers managing to do this, or is this an Evri thing where they now know it’s also possible for my address to use an Evri shop and they’re off...

The parcel arrived to the depot on 06/02 and was delayed just a little over two hours later on the same day. Since then, I have had no updates on the tracking regarding the whereabouts of the parcel. Should I hold my breath?

I was under the impression that as the seller I dictate how I send my parcels. In my account settings under postage I only have the inpost options selected, but just after selling an item it says that the buyer has "bought me a shipping label" for evri - selected by the buyer. Is there any way I can prevent the buyer from doing this? It is a pain for me to use evri as the nearest point is at least a 20 minute walk compared to inpost which is 30s from my front door.

Scotland: Ordered 2 separate parcels from the same company on the 3rd of February to be delivered from England to Scotland. Paid £14 for 48 hour shipping. Was told they would land on the 6th, then the 7th, then the 11th. Nothing. Trying to actually find out what’s going on is a nightmare. There contact page is just a bot who says “delayed“. The link on the DHL contact page to make a complaint does not take you to any page to make a complaint. I managed to find a number for DHL on Reddit and got through to a guy who hung up on me. TDLR: Evri locker was empty when I went to collect, Evri privately admitted to me item likely lost, Vinted says item delivered and case closed, now after 2 weeks item returned to seller per tracking but seller not responsive. Email from the seller saying they parcel has been collected. Parcel didnt turn up Phoned seller Evri have notified the seller parcel has gone missing before its even entered the tracking system and i git a refund. Why do big companies still use evri. It must cost a ******* fortune in refunds.

Paid for car insurance with telematics policy and I’m supposed to install a device to my car within 2 weeks of starting the policy. They’re sending the device through Evri. Would be such a shame if the package went missing in transit

I ordered an item a few weeks ago and I received an evri tracking update through email which is normal for UK buyers, however I also received a DHL express code through AliExpress which isn't working. It's been about 5 days since the DHL code and I'm curious if I got scammed or they are just taking a long to actually ship my order? Is this normal?

Hi, I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar because I’m completely stuck. I ordered something through Vinted and it was sent with Evri. The name on the shipping label is my nickname (the one I usually go by), not my legal/government name. I went to the post office once and they let me collect it with no issues. I went again today (different staff member) and they refused to release it, saying the name on the label has to match my ID exactly or they can’t give it to me. Has anybody in barnsley/sheffield area had experience with evri? was it good or bad? just ordered some football cards on sports direct and saw the dreaded “your order will be delivered by evri” on my screen. if anyone can give some some advice it’d be much appreciated. None of this matters, go out and buy something real like authentic foreign cuisine or a trip to the seaside. Dude on here just lost £1100 on an inanimate object when they could’ve spend that money on a weekend somewhere in Europe

Thieving \*\*\*\*s stole my £1100 that I was returning to a seller, and are offering £20 compensation after 2 months of pissing about and doing nothing. Unbelievable. Can I sue them or take them to small claims court? Do they have any duty of care whatsoever when taking my parcel and claiming they will deliver it?

Quick question. I bought something off eBay. Evri 😢 have delivered the wrong parcel and marked as delivered. I have contacted evri and also contacted the seller to which the seller replied “ Hi, sorry to hear that. Sounds like evri has mixed up your parcel with someone elses, I believe the next step would be to report this to evri or ebay as a delivery issue. As the seller I'm not sure there's much I can do to help.” Does the seller have an obligation to help or do I simply report it to eBay also where do I stand getting a refund, what evidence can I give if it’s marked delivered

Will I ever receive this parcel?... I'm thinking no for the past month the parcel keeps saying "delivery attempted" with a blank picture attached as proof of delivery. evri support is of course no help this happens with every single parcel that evri delivers to me! I have yet to receive any parcels successfully. I always ask sellers (on eBay mainly) to ship via other couriers but it is often ignored and I'm left in this situation time and time again.
