Online Evri Tracking

Transaction appears In my bank account, the item is still showing in my TO be shipped section on the app. But it's somehow, ordered, awaiting collect from courier, to then neededing to be paid for again, to then being confirmed then closed for non payment.

The proof of delivery is just a blank photo? And they were expensive shoes in my parcel

Hi all. I recently sold a shirt on Vinted (UK, only £3) and sent it via Evri to a locker. The buyer is now claiming that there is no Evri locker at the specified location and that there are Royal Mail / DPD / InPost lockers only. The Evri website says there is a locker there. I suspect the locker is a Quadient one that accepts Evri parcels so I've asked them to try collecting it from the locker as the parcel may be in there but they're insisting that it won't work. Is there anything I can do or have I lost the item and the money?

New to Vinted so I’m a bit confused. I recently sent out a parcel with evri and it got delivered at a Tesco express on 10th November but the buyer just hasn’t picked it up and it isn’t being sent back. I’m really confused because I thought it just gets sent back if they don’t pick it up, can someone provide any information?

Contacted Royal Mail for a business account, and they've offered me a whopping 6p off per Tracked 48 Small Parcel with 1000 items a year minimum commitment. I guess the real advantage comes from the daily 3-5pm collections. Evri was more expensive, as is DPD. Interested to know what others use?

2 Weeks in the delivery depot "On the way to the parcelshop" twice Still haven't managed to get through to a human agent, assuming there actually are any I know I'm not receiving it, but at least send me an email

It's impossible to get hold of Evri, I put in the tracking number and it says "contact seller" but I am the seller. When I try to call, the same thing happens. The parcel was fine when I gave it to them so they have done something during transit. How is it even legal for them to be THIS hard to contact? Does anyone know what I can do please? Thank you.

Hi all, supposedly 3 parcels have been delivered for me today, except they haven’t. I’ve been in all day and have a ring doorbell and no one has been here. All 3 parcels say delivered by Evri and the photo of the ‘safe place’ is no where I recognise. Every item is going to get ruined by the rain! I’ve been onto the chat and managed to log an enquiry for 2/3 but they can’t recognise any of the details for the third item. Is there a better way to get in touch? It’s driving me mad!

I have a few parcels coming by Evri and the tracking updated saying it was delivered 1st December at 8pm but I never received it and the tracking only updated today Has anyone experienced this too?

Hello, I manage a small online charity shop and have been for many years. We operate through eBay and post exclusive royal mail 2nd class, unless the item is oversized, in which case we use Evri. We're being invoiced for extra payment despite everything seemingly being correct. I posted a golf putter a few weeks ago and have had a customer complaining it has not arrived. The tracking indicates the item arrived at the parcel shop and never left. I escalated this with Evri on Friday, on Saturday the customer received a slip saying their item has not been delivered due to underpaid postage of £8?! The slip is from Royal Mail, yet we posted with Evri? I have checked the label we used and...

Ordered from Debenhams 28 Nov, for an event on 8 Dec. …..Yep, today. This was sent by Quiz on behalf of Debenhams, on a 2-day service with EVRI. I was doing the circular dance with the EVRI bot Ezra, getting nowhere, and progress remained frozen. Then I emailed the CEO of EVRI (thanks to the person who shared that in another Reddit discussion) and Claire the email bot promised I’d have the parcel within 24 hours. …..and…..Nothing. That was several days ago. Now this. Is it worth mustering up any hope? I’ve already purchased other stuff for the event tonight, so no longer rely on this delivery, so I’m almost in the mindset of watching with a box of popcorn 🍿

Have to rant because this situation is driving me crazy. I’ve ordered engine parts for my motorcycle twice, now (it’s my only mode of transportation, so the parts are pretty **** important). First order was lost by, you guessed it, Evri. Definitely stolen, but they claim loss. Ebay allows you to refund pretty quickly. I ordered another set of parts from a different seller and the parcel status has been stuck on “we got it!” for over a week. “We’re keeping it!” more like. Thieving a********. I sincerely hope Evri crumbles. Their business model is dysfunctional to the point of parody. What an embarrassment. I pray I just get my parcel before it’s too late. Same to everyon...

Figured I’d plead my case to the service rep. I’d ordered the moss along with some other plants a couple days after ordering the ornaments (they’re little dome shaped cages I can put the moss into for my fish tank), with the expectation they would arrive a couple days before the moss. The moss arrived on time but still no cages. So I used the chat bot and it actually escalated my case to a human. However it hasn’t moved since they collected it, though they assure me it’s neither lost nor damaged. Today I decided to prompt them again with a plea for my homeless moss, hopefully they will take pity…

Every single parcel I’ve had from Evri this month has been lost, I’m astonished - 4 orders. Does not make me feel hopeful about this order. Anyone else dread seeing that your parcel will be delivered by Evri? Sadly, these are AliExpress orders - so the hopes of an easy refund are very very limited.

I bought a bike for my little brother on the 1st of December for his bday. delivery said it would take 3-5 working days so I check evri (ik how **** of a company it is) and it says "your parcel has been delayed, were working to get it on its way out the next working day" that update was given to me on the 2nd, so I called customer service the other day and they told me the exact same bs. what do I do now? do I called sports direct and get a refund or something, this is just **** man I **** evri so much. that's my brothers bday ruined as he was relying on me ffsss

Hey all! I ordered a parcel that’s being delivered by Evri - but I got it sent to my old address and no way of contacting the new owner to get it from them and they are out most days so wouldn’t be in to take it in. I can get it sent to a shop but my ID is under my new address. Will they accept this as it’s my name? Or will I just need to wait for them to send it back? Thank you!
