Online Evri Tracking

After a back and forth with “Claire”, I got a reply from an actual human. My parcel was “delivered” on Sunday except it wasn’t. I replied asking where it was, either in a depot or at the courier’s house… What are the chances I actually get it?

I got a bargain from vinted for £80 which is worth £350 and in my hurry to pay for it before someone else did I selected Evri I’m an ***** as it’s now been “delayed” and Mrs “Claire” (Ai Bot) is “escalating” the issue and the people at the warehouse are “conducting a thorough search” **** Evri with every fibre of my being Might go get a job at the warehouse with Claire & steal peoples parcels on the side as it goes unpunished by the looks of it.

Does this mean that Evri have lost my package? They have had it since Saturday

HENRY first world problem. Buying a house (hopefully)… has a long gated drive. Not Downton Abbey long. But also not “shout from the door — leave it there mate” short. Awkwardly long. About 60m, to be precise. So when I inevitably (most days) order some **** off Amazon that won’t fit in the letterbox, what does the courier actually do? Do they: (a) Leave it at the gate (b) Buzz the intercom, I let them in, they drive/walk up the drive and bring it to the door (c) Do I have to trudge 60m down my own drive, in my dressing gown, exposing my deeply questionable choice in loungewear to anyone passing on the road? How in God’s name has Evri courier not been shut down? I ordered something from the UK and had the misfortune to get the email to say it’s with Evri for delivery. Tracking has it in Basildon, UK for the past 6 days without moving. “Parcel consolidated in the group at LHR” Their customer support is a chatbot and automated phone line that works in a loop hellscape where it will never pass you on to a human. To make matters worse they had also originally emailed to say duties and tax were due (normally pay that to An Post no?) so I paid it. So now I have no update on my parcel, down over 100quid on duties and can’t contact the company. Seller is also livid. Says he can send agai...

Just went to my local evri parcel shop which was a post office to send a bunch of parcels with a barcode, they said the barcode doesnt work and that it tells them I need to contact evri. When I try call evri it needs a parcel number but I only have a barcode. So im just stuck now. Has this ever happened to anyone.

I've recently had issues with three items I've sold through vinted where the buyer has ended up refunded and I have been made out of pocket. I want to know whether there's any point sending a letter before action after having no luck with their customer service. Any advice would be appreciated! The first two items were both a pair of trainers inside grey plastic mailer bags, dropped off at the same time to an evri drop off point along with a few other parcels. The parcels all arrived with their buyers but in both cases of the trainers, the items actually received were things I have never seen before. I suspect that they were tampered with at some point along the way, and swap...

this is the third time in almost a week where they have said this. am i ever going to receive my parcel? do i need to contact evri?

I placed the order over a week ago. Seller says he’s shipped but the courier is still indicating that they haven’t received the parcel, which suggests the label has been created but the seller hasn’t actually taken the parcel to the shipping point. They are suggesting that they have and that for some reason there is an error that he is trying to sort out between Evri and Depop. I’ve been on Depop for 10 ish years at this point and I have never seen this issue. Am I being scammed? Can I just cancel and get a refund or am I chalked? Screenshots attached. I should add that the seller has 5\* average (spanning 2 reviews in 1 year).

Had someone buy a pair of trousers yesterday and when I went to generate shipping label (which wouldn’t work til this morning) it said the buyer has chosen a shipping method you have disabled (Large Letter) and that I can cancel if I want. My only two enabled options are Evri and Royal Mail and most of my parcels are small, which I’ve never had a problem with at the shop - but the specific dimensions of this option are making me worry that it will cause a problem at the shop? I think it’s unlikely to go in the postbox, though I haven’t tried.

So I purchased a bundle which was shipped buz evri parcelshop to my local post office - who told me they would not release the item as the name on the label did not match my ID. EVRI'S website statss you need an ID or the number for the parcel and I've never had this issue before. However the bloke at the post office hold me that's their policy. I might try again when there's another person there. I've informed the seller and I'm happy for them to potentially keep the money as this is not their fault, but it's frustrating for the past pfgice to refuse to honour evri's terms for pickup. Any advice welcome.

I'm not a UK citizen, just a somewhat frequent visitor, and I don't think I had ever heard of Evri before. I'm just about to visit London again and I thought to combine it with some shopping from Ebay, conveniently choosing the Click and Collect option for a mini market near my place of accomodation. Now I got a notification of delivery for my parcel... to a "neighbour". The courier left the parcel to a residential place, less than 20m away from the mini market that's open all day long. I sell jewellery on Vinted and as a result I end up with tons of small padded envelopes to drop off at the lockers. I’ve been scanning each one to open the compartment, but because it’s just a letter it is opening the same letter compartment every time and I can hear the envelopes just falling on top of each other. Do I need to scan each envelope and go through the whole process every time, or can I just scan one and drop them all in at the same time? I’m sending 10+ each time so it’s a ballache but I don’t want to screw something up on the courier’s end if something in their collection is based on how many parcels have been scanned (eg estimated space/weight, etc).

Only UPS has this ridiculous system of having to create an account and register your address in order to be able to control your delivery. Oh and make sure you use the exact same address format everywhere, because if you even make one slight mistake, the parcel does not show up on your account and there's no option to reschedule. Whereas with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc I can literally go to the tracking page, enter the postcode that it's being delivered to and make changes to the delivery. I have moved house and I cannot register my new address as apparently UPS My Choice is not available! And guess what? My previous address, where I did register with UPS My Choice is also not ava...

I ordered some stuff from TEMU. It managed to get from China to uk with no issues within a few days- EVRI get it and boom - issues It was out for delivery on the 6th May- then I got the dreaded ‘unable to deliver ‘ message (I was home btw) and now the process going backwards and it’s back at the senders depot . How does that happen when the sender is TEMU?! And will I see my parcel :(

As the title says, I checked my settings and I do not have either of the Royal Mail options selected as delivery options, so how has the buyer selected it as their delivery option? This is really annoying for me because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to ask family if I need something printed. Shipping is already harder for me because I have a 2 month old baby. I don't want to cancel and get a negative review, so I'll find a way to print the label, but it's so annoying.

see my previous post on this sub for history but this is the current updated tracking. still not delivery attempts made, i’ve been in all day since thursday and we have a ring doorbell so can check footage. it’s a shipment from a US company so was shipped with passport global but then passed over to Evri once it got to the UK and on the passport global tracking it’s been saying that the courier doesn’t have the package for the last few days. someone commented on my other post saying that often if tracking isn’t updated till the next day it means the driver didn’t sign out before clocking off and the parcel gets lost/mixed up in the system and not picked up the following day. 4 da...
