Online Evri Tracking

Genuine question: Why the heck doesn’t anyone press the doorbell anymore? In the past 3 months, everyone has stopped actually pressing the doorbell to alert us to a parcel. Why is this? Do people think they won’t be videod if they don’t ring? Sometimes they do the softest ever knock on the door. Genuinely intrigued! 😂 PS: Our regular Evri driver is brilliant. Not so much with others.. Edit: I should say only a couple of deliveries needed a signature or hand to a person. 99% are left on doorstep.

The upper sign on the door says "please use the parcel box". They'd stand and look round so I added the lower sign on the door saying "please use the parcel box behind you". They would then poke at the recycling bins, shrug and set it on the step. So I added a sign on the post where the recycling boxes are saying "<--parcel box" and one on the rail above the parcel box with 2 arrows point down to it. As well as the 3 "parcel box" signs on the ******* parcel box itself. I don't think there's anything more I can do. So yeah, the parcels were gone when I got home so probably were nicked. So I had an order earlier and the shipping option was to send to a relay store. 1, I’ve never heard of this courier I’m guessing it’s a newish company and 2, I thought I’m sure I don’t have this as an option. I went onto my shipping options and I don’t have it available. Then I noticed that despite me not offering it, vinted can still offer it to the buyer. Seems a bit naughty if I don’t offer that courier and sellers will obviously not offer them for a reason. They do say you can do a cancellation without receiving negative feedback, just wondered if anyone’s come across this before?

So I sold an item on vinted and sent by Evri from my local parcel shop, all normal. The buyer didn't pick up so I sent them a reminder to collect as I didn't want it returned back to me (and getting lost like another item has) They said they were going next day. Vinted updated and Evri tracking too to say it had been collected then 5 mins later the buyer opened an issue to say it was the wrong item. They sent pictures of another random item and the package which had a different tracking number on it claiming it was the item I had sent. I was waiting for an order last week (I posted about it). It was scheduled on Thursday between 17:30-18:30. At 18:25 it was marked as a failed attempt, with a photo of my street (not in front of my building). I was home all day. Obviously any attempt to contact them was unsuccessful (just ended up with the bots and pre generated messages. They never tried to re deliver on Friday or Saturday (the tracking just stayed the same. So I contacted the seller (Sephora). They requested the parcel to be sent back (Evri noticed me almost straight away lol) and sent a replacement that was dispached on Sunday evening. Hi all 😃 I regularly send parcels via RM & PF. Since the merger, things have gone downhill at a rate of knots! I get my parcels collected, and irrespective of whether I book via PF or RM online, it's always one of my regular RM posties who collects the parcels now, in one of those awful Paxster MEVs which simply don’t have the room for all of the parcels he has to collect / deliver. I always opt for Express 24, which is touted as a guaranteed next working-day delivery. In recent weeks things have declined considerably. Bought a skims top on March 24 via Evri home delivery. Parcel was “sent” last Friday, March 25 and left in Evri locker but it’s been stuck there since then. Delivery was supposed to be between today and tomorrow and it now looks like I’ve been blocked? This seller had some positive reviews and item looks legit (I buy lots of Skims clothing and the tags look real). Is it possible that they pretended to put the parcel in the locker trying to scam me? How would that even work? Has anyone had this happen before? TIA

I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with EVRI customer services' Claire for the last week, finally discovering it's just some T1000 taking the **** out of me as I descend into madness. Imagine my astonishment at the first email. She's found my parcel! It just missed its connection to the courier as if it's grown legs and is bringing itself to me via land, sea and air. Ordered on Vinted 6 days ago, parcel has been sitting on ‘Your parcel is being sorted at the senders local depot’ for the last 5… also, when I attempt to view full tracking details it’s says my postcode does not match. Not sure if this is my fault or not as I am 90% sure I selected to deliver it to my house but am now having doubts. I have already tried deleting spaces in the postcode but to no avail 🫠

hey guys i’m a bit confused, i sent off a evri parcel on 19th march and the item hasn’t been delivered yet. the buyer messaged me today saying they have had a letter come that £7 needs to be paid by me (the seller) because i didn’t pay the full postage fee. how is that possible? the buyer said they could ask for a refund would that mean i won’t get paid either ? thanks guys in advance!

Hi all, I sold an item on reverb (UK) and purchased a EVRI postage label through Reverb. A couple weeks after dropping the item at the post office, the buyer messaged me to say that they didn't receive the item and that EVRI have lost it. I made somewhat of a mistake in that I did not keep the receipt from when I dropped the item at the post office, so I am using the reference number the buyer provided me with, the EVRI tracking says "We're sorry your parcel has been damaged beyond repair in transit. Please contact your sender" Now...it's a solid metal enclosure pedal that was well wrapped in in bubble wrap, so I am sceptical it's broken beyond repair....so...

evri is not a reliable service and to make it worse cant even reschedule a delivery when you're not in 🤦🏻‍♀️ now I gotta worry about where they'll leave my parcel and if I'll be able to get a refund or not.

I sent a VINTED parcel through evri and it was returned to me as Evri failed to deliver it to buyer. It has turned up at my house with nothing inside it and when I go on the online chat it tells me to get in touch with seller? And when I call it’s just a bot telling me it’s been delivered wtf do I do?

Hello! This parcel was meant to be delivered at VEts Now Hospital in Whitefield (M456TQ) but unfortunately was delivered to an unknown place. Evri is not doing anything about it, the seller is not doing anything about it either. So, I was wondering if the internet would do a bit of magic :) If you recognise this place, please let me know or if you have this parcel please hand it to Vets Now hospital in Whitefield. Afternoon, I requested a return with the retailer and they've sent me a prepaid label with Evri. I've dropped it off at a local shop on the 2nd march and tracking showed it as being processed at the depot. After 7 days of it not moving I contacted Evri and 'claire' emails me to say it was misplaced but t's been found and on its way. Tracking shows it being scanned on the 11th March at the depot but still no movement. It's now the 30th March, package is still at the depot nd I'm confident it's lost but I'm just confused as to what my options are as I'm not the seller technically but I'm also not buying anything, I'm trying to return...
