Online Evri Tracking

Hi, I posted an item from Vinted into an Evri Locker at my local Morrisons, it usually takes a few hours to a day for tracking to update, however this time it hasn't updated? I checked the tracking number, it still says 'We're Expecting it'. I'm quite concerned now and the buyer is asking where the item is but even I don't know. I presume it's because it's Easter Weekend or something it's not being collected or whatever... Is this normal? Or has my parcel been stolen? 🥲 What should I do?

As you might all know that Ebay services like Royal Mail, Evri, DHL are options for simple delivery but now they are also offering Inpost as an option too whice I believe is good as the times I've had people ask me what delivery service I use and it has put them off when you say Evri.....? I desperately need this part which was supposed to be delivered today between 18-19:00 but at 14:30 evri said they were unable to deliver it, which makes no sense if delivery is scheduled for this evening. EBay blames a geofence(?) will this actually be delivered tomorrow? I’m really stressed about this, I’ve got a lot of seeds to plant and only a week’s window for most of them. I don’t know if I should be waiting another day and hoping it comes or going straight for a refund and find a new one? I’ve been reading a few industry guides for 2026suggesting that relying just on the dinner rush isn't cutting it anymore. Is anyone here actually using their Hire & Reward insurance to swap between Just Eat and parcel apps like Evri or Amazon during the 10am–2pm gap?

I live above a shop, and if satnav is use it takes you to the street behind, so I pinned my location, gave detailed notes on where the communal entrance is, with a photo and a photo of my flats front door. Also there is a sign on the wall next to the communal front door stating the address. All of this are saved in my preferences on the evri app, when I check an individual parcel the notes etc show for me. So my question is do they show for the evri drivers on their app?

Today my parcel didn’t show up despite being delivered to ‘my address’. Managed to find the location from the photo and it’s labelled the wrong house number and name. The size clearly shows it is the incorrect parcel for what I ordered. Unsure whether this is an error or foul play. Either way, I can’t get in touch with Evri and unsure what to do now? Should I Give the parcel to the correct person if they come asking for it despite sharing a tracking number? Bunch of bollocks really, will seriously consider using the service again after having to spend the time trying to get in contact with them to no avail.

Hi, I posted an item through my local Post Office 2 months but it never made it onto Evri's system - status is still listed as "We're expecting it". Only realised this a few weeks ago when the buyer off of eBay contacted me to ask when it would be delivered! I tried the Evri chatbot but it won't let me get very far as it tells me to wait until the parcel has been dropped off. I tried calling but the automated system is not accepting the last 8 digits of the reference, saying it can't match it with a parcel. It then says it can't help further and hangs up. Clearly it has been lost / not scanned properly when being collected by Evri but how do I actually ...

Sorry to startle anyone but just this morning i got a call from someone at Evri asking about my parcel i dont know why this is shocking it had been a couple weeks since i contacted them.

A couple of months ago an Evri courier left a package on our front door, our front door opens straight out into the street with no garden. I told her it’s unsafe to leave there we’ve had parcels stolen that were left in the same place. She become confrontational and tried to take the package back. It ended with her saying she won’t deliver packages to me anymore. Fast forward to now, I’d completely forgotten about her existence tbh. I had a package for delivery on Tuesday. Knowing I would be out, left a note on the door to deliver to neighbour, also updated preference on Evri tracking. On Tuesday she marked no one in, the neighbour was in. On Wednesday 9:02 the package was marked ...

so I have sent items on vinted before but its been a while since ive had to do an evri parcelshop one so now im worried ive done something wrong, I took the parcel to the shop, scanned the QR code to get my shipping sticker and put it with the rest of the evri parcels to be shipped that were at the shop, do I just need to wait for it to be picked up and then it will change?

Depop really needs to stop using evri as their courier

today evri said they delivered my parcel but can't match the postcode it posted my parcel to my postcode make it make sense. Will never buy from a company that uses them

Genuine question: Why the heck doesn’t anyone press the doorbell anymore? In the past 3 months, everyone has stopped actually pressing the doorbell to alert us to a parcel. Why is this? Do people think they won’t be videod if they don’t ring? Sometimes they do the softest ever knock on the door. Genuinely intrigued! 😂 PS: Our regular Evri driver is brilliant. Not so much with others.. Edit: I should say only a couple of deliveries needed a signature or hand to a person. 99% are left on doorstep.

The upper sign on the door says "please use the parcel box". They'd stand and look round so I added the lower sign on the door saying "please use the parcel box behind you". They would then poke at the recycling bins, shrug and set it on the step. So I added a sign on the post where the recycling boxes are saying "<--parcel box" and one on the rail above the parcel box with 2 arrows point down to it. As well as the 3 "parcel box" signs on the ******* parcel box itself. I don't think there's anything more I can do. So yeah, the parcels were gone when I got home so probably were nicked. I can’t believe that this happened to me as well The driver never contacted me or whatsoever and said that they couldn’t reach me when they never contacted me 🤬 same shi happened to my colleague These evri drivers are so lazy and I think the one in my area is f shi… cuz it happens often and then I swapped the option to the same location but it’s the locker and now I’ve got no sign of my delivery whatsoever and I don’t know if I’ve lost my parcel or they’ve stolen it ! So I had an order earlier and the shipping option was to send to a relay store. 1, I’ve never heard of this courier I’m guessing it’s a newish company and 2, I thought I’m sure I don’t have this as an option. I went onto my shipping options and I don’t have it available. Then I noticed that despite me not offering it, vinted can still offer it to the buyer. Seems a bit naughty if I don’t offer that courier and sellers will obviously not offer them for a reason. They do say you can do a cancellation without receiving negative feedback, just wondered if anyone’s come across this before?
