Online Evri Tracking

For context, I bought some protein powder from a website called Protein Package on 24th Feb. The website says it is a 2-3work days delivery by either Royal Mail or Amazon delivery . However, it turns out Evri to carrying my package, and on 28th, it said would be delivered to me, but it never shows up. I just wondered do anyone experienced same things? Would my parcel still be delivered? Or maybe it’s been stolen?

I’ve got this email from evri, which seems pretty legit. It had a tracking number, which shows my hometown in Germany as a destination. However, I haven’t ordered anything? I’m currently in the UK, since my boyfriend lives here. And it shows that a parcel is getting delivered to my hometown in Germany from England, which doesn’t make sense. If I ordered something I’d let it be delivered to my boyfriend’s address. I’ve asked my parents, my boyfriend, if they ordered something through my email address but neither did. I’m also not quite sure what International Final Mile 6 is or means, can maybe someone explain that to me? Is there also a way to see who the sender is?

I bought from a scammer by accident on vinted. I realised 5 minutes after buying that they had no reviews and they blocked me immediately after buying. Price was also a bit too good to be true but I just assumed someone might be selling for cheaper. I tried to cancel but they automatically generated a shipping label meaning i also needed sellers confirmation to cancel the order. This meant they didn’t confirm the cancellation, the just ignored me never even read a message despite being active… I just got a message that evri now has the item meaning they just put it at the parcel shop. I know it’s definitely going to be a scam. Is it a good idea if I just refuse the parcel at my doorste...

Had a random package turn up delivered by Evri to my door but with the incorrect name and the address is that of next doors. My next door neighbour says it nothing to do with him and gave it to me. Now we send and deliver all of our Vinted parcels to inpost lockers so it’s not ours. What do I do? Also the package has 2kg weight on it but it feels completely empty as I haven’t opened it as it’s not addressed to me or my household. Is it possible someone has put the incorrect address on it? What’s the next step? Many thanks.

Evri Delivery driver just ring Doorbell and taking my parcel with him. Just in time I have caught him, he didn't have any remorse what his as done I have already contacted Evri CEO office.

Evri says they delivered the parcel I was expecting but it hasn’t arrived and the attached photo is not only not of my address but the parcel is completely the wrong dimensions for what I ordered. What can I actually do?

Hello, I’m wondering why Evri has flagged a parcel I’ve sent as ‘Bigger than expected’ and a ‘specialist’ has to deliver it. Is this a cause for concern? It was on vinteds small price setting and when I’ve sent identical skirts out with different patterns but in the same packaging , I haven’t had this issue. TIA for any advice

I had all digital options selected when selling as my printer doesn’t really work for ages, this has worked well for about a year. I upgraded the app today and quite soon after someone bought one of my items. The In Post option came through as a printable postage option, not the digital one I’m used to. I’ve looked in the Postage area to see if the upgrade re-allowed some postage options. I don’t see anything obvious, anyone got any ideas? It doesn’t seem to mention anymore if the postage options are digital only. Very annoying!!

So i ordered something off of vinted and i have never used evri before im always for inpost but it wouldn’t give me any options which is fine its whatever. What isn’t fine is that it told em yesterday that it would be delivered to my parcel shop, yesterday. But here i am 24 hours later with no update and no parcel. I went to the parcel shop yesterday aswell and asked if they had it, maybe they didnt scan it properly when dropping off but there was no parcel for me. Have they lost my parcel or are they just being exceptionally slow? Also, ordered this Sunday 15th Feb and i’m still waiting. I posted 9 Evri parcels at a Post Office today. Only 7 are on the receipt they printed off for me and the other 2 aren't showing as sent on vinted! I went back to the post office an hour later but they couldn't help me and the Evri man had already collected the parcels. What happens now? Will the parcels be scanned at the depot and carry on as normal? Or are they now lost? I have no proof I posted them because they weren't on the receipt and the post office lady said she couldn't do anything!!

I retuned an item that I had bought from lululemon,it’s been 12 days the last time I received an update through the tracking was 1 week ago it’s not updated since Lululemon say they won’t refund until the item returns to the warehouse Evri I can’t get into contact with a human,I went through their support chat it’s a useless Ai bot I did get an email back after the chat basically say if it’s been 10 days the item should have been delivered lululemon are saying they didn’t get it and they have plausible deniability Evri is useless I have a feeling they lost the parcel and I can’t get my refund so what can I do?

My last package came in time and then this happened 😭

I bought 2 jellycats on vinted which supposedly arrived today through evri. Never had a problem with evri or anything always bought stuff with them. However, today instead of the 2 jellycats I got a grey coat. I messaged the seller thinking that they just sent the wrong parcel to me and someone else got my parcel. However, they told me they never even owned that item and they didn’t send it. The parcel had my name and address on it and it also said Evri, so I was quite confused how it actually ended up to me if it wasn’t from them. Is there any way someone changed the labels? I also sent a picture of the actual parcel to the seller but they never sent that. Has this ever happened to anyo...
