So I have two packages coming via evri. Last time I had a delivery from Evri it was difficult because you can't pick a day or even a delivery period and I was out at work for every slot. I managed to get the neighbours to take it eventually but that's pretty difficult as they are all out too usually most days. So this time I chose my work address, this would turn out to be a mistake. I bought something on Vinted seller sent it , but Evri lost the parcel. I copied the email what Evri sent me to the seller so she get informed and have an evidence if Vinted ask. But what is the process on Vinted if parcel gets lost?

Hello, I recently sold a top and legging set brand new on Vinted. The buyer is claiming their parcel was damaged and the leggings were missing. However I have a video showing me packaging both items (I felt a bit nervous about this buyer and thankfully recorded it) and the POD photo from Evri shows the parcel in their letter box and there is no hole in the bag. I pointed this out to the buyer and they’ve ignored me since. You can only see one side of the parcel but that’s the side they’re claiming was damaged so its definitely a false claim. I hear that Vinted always seems to side with the buyer. What chance do I have in this case and how can I argue my case?

Genuinely can't tell if ill be getting my parcel today or not. I dont usually get anything through Evri so i dont know how they operate. My parcel arrived at the local depot on Saturday, nothing happened sunday or monday due to bank holiday but i was surely expecting it today but ive seen no update on my tracking and i dont wanna leave the house because it'll be sods law that it turns up.

i’m concerned as I sent a parcel using a Royal mail/Evri/DPD locker- I entered all the correct information as well as a confirmation email for the receipt, I usually get it as soon as I close the locker door, however this time I didn’t and on Vinted the shipping status has not updated from ‘ print shipping label’ I’m very concerned since I don’t have any proof of sending it since I didn’t get sent the email! I sold an iPhone on eBay. The buyer has immediately claimed the phone was not in the package, they are sending me 10's of messages just spamming me asking when they will get their money back. They sent me a photo of the packaging with a rip on the side of it and only the charging plug present. Hi all, Back in February I ordered an item (worth £88) from Zalando and asked for it to be delivered to post office. The courier was Evri. The tracking said “ready for collection”, and have been to the post office multiple times but they couldn’t locate it. On the tracking it also says “We’ll return your parcel if it hasn’t been collected by 5th of March”. The parcel has still not been returned to Zalando, the post office cannot find it and I am stuck! V small scale business seller. First photo is what I selected when listing the item, second photo is the only option I have when going to dispatch and it now has a 15kg limit for some reason and is much more expensive. Am I missing something? The parcel is only 200g. I listed at £2.99 postage, does this mean somehow that the buyer can select whatever they want?

hi, hopefully this is okay to ask here, but tonight (a bit after 10pm, if that matters), i dropped off a vinted parcel to an evri box using their QR code and printed the label at the box. I've done it via this method before and did everything like usually, but I'm just nervous since I haven't got the confirmation email, and it hasn't registered as dropped off on vinted. has anyone else experienced this after doing it late at night? sorry, im just paranoid 🥹🥹💔💔

Wondering if anyone has any idea what's happening here, please? Bought something from Vinted to be delivered to my home by Evri. The seller dropped it off at their local shop, then a few hours later the tracking updated to say Evri couldn't deliver to the ParcelShop, which baffles me as they were supposed to be collecting it from the ParcelShop, not delivering it there. I've never experienced this before. Could it be a case of them not being able to collect my item, and they've pressed the wrong excuse button which is why the tracking makes no sense? I can’t find this package anywhere, I’m lucky to have cameras covering every inch of the property and a private entrance with cameras, I don’t see any delivery people turn up within an hour of the photo time. Chances that this wasn’t delivered? Update: the package was delivered to me today along another package, this time with a clear photo, GPS tag and it’s actually ****** here! I selected Evri parcelshop collection as the delivery option, however my post office requires us to have an ID to prove that it's ours. That would be okay \*if\* the name on the delivery address matches my legal name on my ID (i put the delivery name as my nickname and not my legal name) My nickname is a shortened version of my legal name and it's pretty obvious, my surname is the same on the delivery address too so I really hope they'll accept? Hi, I received a package from Evri few days ago containing a keyring. It said it was from Vinted and my address contained 'Return to Sender' alongside my name. It's definitely not something I ordered from Vinted and nor could it be something I sent as all my selling had shown delivered from before. And I also never received emails from Evri regarding the parcel which I normally do when I order something through Vinted. I've contacted Vinted and waiting for their response.
