Online Evri Tracking

I have two parcels wrongly delivered to me for people who live in the next town to me. Can’t contact Evri, the AI chat bots can’t understand the issue. I’ve tried to find the people who they are addressed to with no luck. No return address on the packages. What do I do with them? I can’t deliver them myself.

I used parcelcompare the first time. Inputted correct dimensions and weight, it's a large parcel 5.55kg. The dimensions do not exceed 245cm maximum size it's 105cm x 37cm x 16cm. It was returned too large, I presumed parcelcompare did select correct postage, I'm trying to get a refund from them. So I used my Evri account second time. again inputted correct dimensions and this time up to 10kg to be on safe side and paid extra for next day delivery becauseI felt sorry for the customer, again returned to me today. I've raised a support ticket with Evri and ask for a phone call. It appears to get to the local depot of the customer and then is returned.Does any one know why ...

Sold something, printed at parcel shop went on its way. Problem is, buyer contacted me and said the locker doesn’t exist so can’t pick it up. I can’t get any info off evri chat etc as I don’t have the postcode of the destination, buyer says she will try to contact them. I have asked them to check if the postcode in their postage option that was picked, I got a bit of a blunt response, as if I shouldn’t have asked. The buyer said it will probably be returned to me and would like to buy again, but we all know that’s not going to happen with evri. I have notified Vinted as they have displayed the option of a locker at the location for the buyer to choose. Anyone else had this?

Had an item refunded by eBay yesterday as I have been waiting for a parcel via evri for 15 days i ,it wasn't even showing as received by evri so eBay refunded me £9.25 ,my question is who do 8 now owe this money to the original seller or e bay ?

Parcel was dropped off in parcel shop on Wednesday. However, the status was not updated for 3 days! Is anyone else experiencing this?

A fairly expensive parcel was initially ‘lost’ by Evri after speaking to customer service. It was then marked ‘delivered’ (without being ‘out for delivery’ first) but obviously nothing has arrived. There is no photo or other proof of delivery on the tracking. Evri and the sender aren’t helping. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Hello, So I’ve sold something on Vinted, and it was taking longer to delivery so checked the tracking on Evri and it’s saying they are having issues locating the address. I checked the photo the parcel I sent and the seller has only put the city and the post code in. I didn’t really look at the label when I posted it as I just went into the shop and printed it etc. I’ve messaged the seller but they haven’t responded. What happens to the parcel if it doesn’t get delivered? Thanks!

This is twice now I have chosen my delivery day to be Saturday, as I work Mon-Fri, and yet whenever Evri are in charge of delivering they seem to go into sprint mode and try to deliver on the Friday instead. They then call me asking where am I and that they are trying to deliver my parcel. Uh maybe because I'm at work? Hence why I chose Saturday? Like I respect it's pretty speedy delivery but there's a reason I chose a specific day. I live in an apartment building with no reception so they can't just drop it off unless they ask a neighbour (which they never seem to do). Do they just not care? Hi, been using Vinted for years and never had a problem as a buyer or seller. Today I received a child's t-shirt in the mail when I should have received a vintage postcard collection. I contacted the seller right away who told me they don't sell t-shirts so it's not theirs. This was the first time I'd picked something up from InPost, usually I only get deliveries from RM or EVRI. I only ever sell with RM so I can't understand how the mix up happened? You package the item, the Post Office scan it, and they put the delivery sticker on in front of you. I'd like to recommend whoever this courier was for the 'Evri's Most BS Tracking History' award. They had no intention to deliver the parcel in the first place, as the first 'attempt' to deliver to the Post Office where it was meant to go supposedly took place between 20:00 and 21:00, when the counter closes daily at 20:00 (clearly signposted outside). When this happened again the 2nd day, it was clear the courier wanted to fail the delivery a 3rd time so the parcel could be returned to sender. At this point I used their chatbot (which everyone here will know is useless) to send the courier some helpful delivery info. This included copious swearing. Their fake ...

Only recently have I had any dealings with Evri. The first was when I ordered a new beanie hat from Craghoppers. I was anxious about whether it would be delivered or go missing, but it arrived no fuss. This week I bought a new desk off Amazon, again being delivered by Evri. I happened to be working in the garden when it arrived. Had a nice chat with the driver, he's the driver for our area and he said he strives to do a good job and make sure everyone gets their parcels. And today, my new hiking jacket arrived and left in the designated safe space.

Just wanted advice from anybody who might know more how it works. I had a parcel delivered to a parcel shop, evri sent the email saying it’s there and ready to pick up, I went in they scanned my phone and said their system says they have it, guy rifles around in the back and says he doesn’t have it… I rang the shop I bought from and they said I’ll need to ring back tomorrow as it’s the same day, but he believes if it’s scanned as delivered it must be there? Is that always the case do we know? I only ask as I am going back to check again tomorrow even though he said come back on Monday as last time I had something delivered to this post office it was the exact same drill, roote...

I know you're already thinking i'm a bot or work for Evri. It's not possible I could be a human meat bag but alas my story is true. My door bell rang, I opened my door and a decent dressed guy on full command of the human language handed me a delivery. I immediately checked over the parcel and too my disbelief I couldn't find anything wrong with it or the delivery. I'm slightly disappointed I didn't get to play hide and seek the package like last time but there we go. I shut the door and this the story ends, happily ~~ever after~~

First time on this sub so not sure this allowed. Context: Ordered some merchandise at the beginning of January and it was due to be delivered by Royal Mail like a week ago. Had a text from Evri earlier saying they tried to deliver it but no one was in (I've been home all day), thought it would've been said merchandise so I opened the link and thought I would see a photo of them attempting said delivery. It was not, it was just them asking me to put my details in. I put my postcode in but thats about it. The biggest give away that it might be a scam was the completely different delivery company so thought I'd ask people who know better than me AKA Reddit.

As anyone else noticed when evri are delivering a larger parcel it is always late by days ??
