Evri Europe GmbH is a multinational delivery company headquartered in Leeds, United Kingdom, owned by the retail company Advent. In January 2019, Hermes confirmed that the peak period of 2018 was its busiest to date. During December 2018, the company processed 39.5 million parcels. The busiest day of the year fell on 30 November, when Hermes processed 1.9 million parcels, exceeding 2017's total of 1.6 million items handled in a single day. In February 2019, it was announced that the company would offer paid holiday and guaranteed wage rates. In March 2022 the group has announced changes to the brand and a new trading name, Evri.

It was a small house warming gift for my friend They've sent it back to China!4h agoJust a phone case, ordered on eBay (set to UK only but I'm pretty sure it was coming from China) but they're sending it back! evri refusing to collect saying item too big?4h agoi sold an item on vinted and asked buyer to select evri because i knew it would be too big for RM. it is 120cm in length and it adds up to evris maximum allowed size of parcel of volume. i dropped it off at the parcelshop on monday and tracked it yesterday, evri updated the tracking saying "we refused to collect your parcel because it was too big" or something to that effect. i just went and collected it back from the shop and the guy working there said the evri man told him it had to be "below waist height" and apparently another courier from evri came today and he too denied it and said it was "too big". but it isn't? evri states on their website the max ... Cognito IQ App Crash6h agoHad my first day delivering with Evri today but my Phone crashed whenever I tried to Scan or enter a Barcode once I was on the road. I had to return 31 or 32 parcels as undelivered - not a great first day! I managed to Scan the items in the Warehouse fine but the problems started with any Scanning after that (Either using Scan Assist or Scanning when I got to the Delivery address). I checked that the App had the required permissions etc. but I didn't think to clear the Cache. Has anybody had similar issues and how did you resolve them. I've emailed the Technical Team at Evri but it takes up to 5 days for them to respond. One issue is that this only affected me once I had a ro... Will I get scammed ?6h agoHi everyone, I have a brand new set of Swarovski earrings that I'm looking to sell. Thought I'd get them listed just before Valentine's Day. Going rate on Vinted seems to be about £80. I am worried that someone will scam me though, and say they haven't got their parcel or something? Vinted customer service don't seem to be the best. Shall I just put on eBay instead? Seems a lot more folks are still on vinted these days , rather than eBay 🤷🏼♀️ The couriers I use are In Post, Yodel, Evri and DPD but honestly no idea if they would cover anything because seems Vinted would have to be the middle man in case of any issues ? Oh god. Noooooooooooooooo!!!!!7h agoordered some electronics from the usa then saw this ... pray for me... :( Parcel to Finland8h agoI ordered a package from UK to Finland, but there’s no estimates for the arrival. I was told that the parcel will arrive on 7th of Feb… It makes it harder that as a Finn there’s no Evri app in appstore and it’s very expensive to call the customer support, if there’s even human at all. Package is currently in Vianen, Netherlands. If I can trust that… Well this don’t make any sense because it isn’t in my postbox or near it. Thanks! am I gonna get my shein parcel???1d agoas you can see I ordered it some time ago as it's now the 4th of Feb, the updates in the shein app seem promising but the evri tracking website less so, from what I could find online, the message from evri basically means you're not getting it. should I keep waiting or should I contact someone? if it doesn't arrive how to I get my money back?? (We DID get it this time!)1d agoLandlord taken Gousto parcel1d agoI’ll start by saying I understand this isn’t the most desperate situation to be in. However, this has really riled me. I moved out of a property a couple of weeks ago. I had updated my Gousto food delivery and one week came to my new address fine however the weeks after went to my old address. This was a fault by Gousto, they’ve refunded so all good. When Evri delivered the parcel, they took a photo of it in the porch of the house next to someone’s legs which I recognise as the landlords. I popped over the morning it was delivered but no one is in. The landlord is now saying this hasn’t been delivered and must have gone to a neighbour. This has really annoyed me on principle ... Evri can **** my ***1d agoOkay quick rant about a minor inconvenience cause I’m salty as **** x Ever since I moved away from home, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of never having ANYTHING delivered by evri… I had ordered 2 things from a company which unfortunately told me evri would be delivering my parcel.. I INSTANTLY knew that either my parcel would come damaged, delivered to the wrong house or just never come and the list goes on BUT SOMEHOW today when evri says they’ve delivered my parcel and I’m sitting here AND THEY HAVE IN FACT NOT DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE, TELL ME WHY IM STILL SHOCKED?! evri please for the love of god, get your **** together I beg xx Should I be scared1d agoHOW TO GET RID OF EVRI1d agoYou may have noticed Evri often fail to deliver parcels and then make it impossible to get a refund. Avoid having your selling and business ruined by lost parcels and bad feedback by removing Evri as a usable courier.
