Online Evri Tracking

I posted 9 Evri parcels at a Post Office today. Only 7 are on the receipt they printed off for me and the other 2 aren't showing as sent on vinted! I went back to the post office an hour later but they couldn't help me and the Evri man had already collected the parcels. What happens now? Will the parcels be scanned at the depot and carry on as normal? Or are they now lost? I have no proof I posted them because they weren't on the receipt and the post office lady said she couldn't do anything!!

But Evri is saying it’s processing it. It’s packaged correctly (in a box)

Okay so I don’t mean to sound impatient as it is only Friday, however I’ve never had a parcel stuck at this part of tracking for more than 24 hours. Evri tracking says they have the parcel but nothing more. One parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday at the latest and the other was today at the latest. Is this happening to anyone else right now? Maybe there’s a back log. Is there a chance they’re going to say my parcel is lost?

I retuned an item that I had bought from lululemon,it’s been 12 days the last time I received an update through the tracking was 1 week ago it’s not updated since Lululemon say they won’t refund until the item returns to the warehouse Evri I can’t get into contact with a human,I went through their support chat it’s a useless Ai bot I did get an email back after the chat basically say if it’s been 10 days the item should have been delivered lululemon are saying they didn’t get it and they have plausible deniability Evri is useless I have a feeling they lost the parcel and I can’t get my refund so what can I do?

My last package came in time and then this happened 😭

It was out for delivery since 23 feb , and still not delivered 😆😏. And the worst part is there AI chatbot doesn't work

I bought 2 jellycats on vinted which supposedly arrived today through evri. Never had a problem with evri or anything always bought stuff with them. However, today instead of the 2 jellycats I got a grey coat. I messaged the seller thinking that they just sent the wrong parcel to me and someone else got my parcel. However, they told me they never even owned that item and they didn’t send it. The parcel had my name and address on it and it also said Evri, so I was quite confused how it actually ended up to me if it wasn’t from them. Is there any way someone changed the labels? Parcel delayed, and no further updates for three days.

I wanted to put up a 5 book series on Vinted, the largest shipping size says it’s a moving box but then says the weight limit is 2kg? Does anyone know if Deliver to Parcelshop has been rate-limited or discontinued? I won't bore you all with a recap of the ongoing issues with my local courier as it's just another day ending with Y. I've been avoiding Evri as much as I can and asking people to use other couriers, but sometimes I get someone who doggedly insists on Evri - or lies to me and pockets the difference. (these are usually the same people who think a 30cm cubed cardboard box and a tiny piece of bubble wrap is adequate packaging for a \~5cm and quite fragile item) I usually have them delivered to the Parcelshop as it's been more reliable. Recently on ebay that seems to have gone away as an option...

Passed from robot to robot over the past few weeks. Finally managed to get it moving. Driver picked it up from the warehouse, said it was delivered to my porch as soon as they picked it up. Brilliant work. Guessing I can say goodbye to my parcel then?

I've been put on a restriction of one sale up to £50 per month due to having a bad month in October where I cancelled a few sales. My transaction defect rate is just over 5%. I've sold nearly £6k in 90 days so it ***** my mind that they have done this to me and they are shooting themselves in the foot. I've proven to them why this happened due to health issues. I've been selling on ebay for 24 years and have 99.4% positive feedback. I can't even appeal it. I assume evri losing a couple of parcels last month has somehow gone against me too?! Hi all, I ordered something on eBay a week and a half ago. They've been in transit for over a week, stuck on 'We've got it - your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you' since the beginning of the week. I've spoken to the infamous Evri chatbot, Claire, and it's been confirmed that my parcel has been misplaced and they'll do a 'thorough search' for it. I need the delivery for my holiday, which is end of next week, but I'm beginning to think it is properly lost so I might need to order the item elsewhere (it's secondhand so can't just be sent a replacement). Is it normal for an evri driver to walk into your house? I’m a 19 year old woman living on my own and i seemed to have forgotten to lock my door. I live in a really safe area so i’m not too worried about that, until the evri man just opened my door and walked in, leaving my parcel in the middle of my hallway. I was getting dressed in my bedroom so wasn’t able to answer the door in time as i was well… *****. Bit of a conundrum that I'm currently in.... I'm at a total loss on how to even proceed with this. I posted a pair of joggers on Thursday 19th February, which were delivered to the buyer today. However, upon opening the packaging the buyer had received a sealed packet of curry powder (and in a cardboard box, when id sent in plastic packaging) I've checked the Evri website and the 'proof of delivery' shows a cardboard box (not what I sent). Can someone text and simultaneously email me every 38 minutes with their life updates please. Namely, looking forward to something/having something/completing something. So I recently ordered something to my home but on the Evri website I changed it to be delivered to a parcel stop (for me a nearby shop) I was wondering if anyone else had done this and it turned out ok (I did the redirect when it says they were still expecting it)

Absolutely baffling! Scribbled out GPS location for obvious reasons but it was a petrol station nowhere near me! Also I had a message from the Evri support person today who said. ‘I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier.’ Any ideas what that means? Although I’ve slightly given up hope!
