Online Evri Tracking

Just received the remaining items for my August order: HD-03 TS-05 JC-01 All size 3. Based in UK. Story: no hipping confirmation email but got a notification directly from EVRI saying that I got a parcel from CUB01, looked up on google it’s a placeholder name that EVRI use for Chinese company. Instantly thought it was my Yeezy order, then I took the EVRI tracking and put in on universal parcel tracking, they managed to find my parcel on Yun Express, which shows the whole journey of my parcel from label created, even have my Yeezy order number as reference, so it has confirmed for me that it is my Yeezy order. From label created to actually arriving to the UK it took about 4 weeks...

I have sold an item that does not fit in the InPost locker, but is allowed to be taken to the Evri parcel shop. What should I do if the buyer doesn’t do Evri-Cancel with “agreed with seller” ?

I’ve seen lots of other couriers like Royal Mail and Evri dump their parcels right by the apartment entrances at the bottom so I’ve started to do the same and marked it as safe place and then took a photo. Surely they don’t expect us to go up 6 floors on each apartment building (I had like 12 separate apartment buildings) and hand the parcels over to customer, that would take so long.

(Sorry if the pics are out of order. I have very little patience rn) Buyer selected Yodel (which I've never used before) and I got the email to say the parcel had been delivered. I then get multiple messages from the buyer saying it hadn't arrived and it's all my fault etc etc. I don't know what to do. Am I in the wrong? Is this a scam? If anyone has been in this situation before, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So i bought a phone off vinted and the couriur was evri. in the past my experience with evri has been fine so i didnt think much of it. then my parcel gets delayed and doesnt end up coming. will i ever get the phone delivered or should i just give up messaging evri? thx

Hi everyone, this is a call to action. I have never really used evri before and since I started using Vinted, I’ve had no choice as some items I’ve bought have used Evri instead of Royal Mail or others. They basically couldn’t deliver my parcel because the locker was full and after a few attempts they returned it to sender - who has not received it. My mother also had an issue, where the item was delivered to the wrong address which is vacant. When using the tracking number and postcode used to track the device the chat bot cannot link the two and therefore she cannot get any further than the chat bot. Made the mistake of sending via Evri bc post office refused to send via royal mail unless I brought online. Tracking said it couldn't be processed at LHR for unknown reasons and never reached out to me. "Pending Return - Unable to Process at LHR. Reason: Manual action" Got told it was being sent back to me on the tracking on the 18th and has not been updated since. Been trying to contact anyone to just get an update if it is being sent back to me (I wrote the return address on my parcel manually as well as digitally, same goes for the recipients address), but the chat won't even recognise the recipients state zip code so I'm completely **** and can't get th...

Has anyone who lives in London actually ever received their parcels from Evri? I’ve noticed from reading in this sub that most successful deliveries are in smaller areas with local couriers and just wanted to inquire if any of you in London have ever received your deliveries with Evri? I’m now waiting on my third replacement order since the other two got nicked and might just call it a day at this point.

Firstly for all RM enthusiasts this isn't any fro of "****" but a genuine question. Through the year the pricing for RM has significantly increased for me as someone who runs an etsy store and ships on the regular. Something that was £4.50 is now almost £7 in the space of a year. For next day a parcel up to 100g is now £10. How can RM expect to stay in business with these cost increases? Evri is £5 next day delivery on small parcels. And before any goes on a tangent on how bad evri are as a shipper. I've personally had more issues with RM than any other courier from denying and compensation for damages, lost parcels or simply leaving it anywhere they feel like. How...

I put up a post a while ago about a parcel i had from vinted that with one reply from claire (bot) another reply from someone else. Two different answers where given to me. I was told my parcel was being sent back to sender another one said it was being delivered. The parcel was in the end delivered to an evri locker. Things started to seem to happen not when i emailed them but when i put a one star evri trustpilot review up with the tracking number lol i would suggest others to do the same

Me and my mum both ordered things and unfortunately got Evri delivering it😢, my parcel got delivered but they used the proof of my neighbors delivery as proof of delivery for me and they used what should've been my packages proof of delivery for my mum's package and just never delivered her package or they have stolen it. She tried ordering the same thing twice before and it's the 3rd time it's not been delivered by Evri.

5pm we’ll deliver it, then it doesn’t turn up 8am - we’ll deliver it 10:41 - we’ll still deliver it but we’re late 1:32pm - we’re not gonna deliver it You do the Evri Hokey Cokey and you turn around…

This was a Vinted parcel that got lost months ago. Suddenly got an email last night saying evri have it. Checked the tracking and apparently I’ve been getting this same message for weeks on end? What is going on? I can’t view more detailed info because for some reason the post code I’m getting the parcel delivered to is the incorrect one. Any ideas?

So 4 months ago I had to get my parcel ( they even made a photo of “delivered”) but I never got it. I contacted them and they recommended to contact the seller but! the store is not responsible for the Evri delivery ( or something something ), they refunded me only partially. Evri said that they’ll do their best to resolve this but nothing happened. I forgot about this because of work and every other daily issues. Now I’m thinking should I contact them again and ask them to resolve it as I have them enough of time? Or you think this is silly?

surprise parcel i got from glossy box (they sent me two this month idk why lol) and this is how it arrived. completely battered up and almost open in some places. i’ve not had parcels delivered by evri in a while but disappointed to say the least.
