Are the drivers delivering the parcels different to the ones picking up? We're on the fourth attempt of the Evri courier picking up a Next parcel cos they never turn up. They seem happy to drop stuff off though!

I never had any issues with evri until about a week ago when I received my parcel. Opened it to find that what I ordered wasn’t on the inside. For reference I ordered 2 jellycats since I’m collecting at the moment and received a grey coat instead. I message the seller and opened a dispute letting them know that what I received is wrong. They acted confused and told me that they never sent that item, in fact they don’t even own such thing and they’re pretty certain the parcel they sent was different to the one I received. I took as many pictures of the parcel as I could and even sent pictures of underneath the label to vinted support but there was nothing underneath it.. not another l...

I placed a hefty order on the 12th Feb and I still haven’t received it! It was posted with Evri (never a good start) and every day for a week and half it said it would be delivered that day then around 10 minutes before the expected delivery time it would change to ‘courier was unable to deliver your parcel’, I work from home and nobody even attempted to knock on my door or deliver it. The courier even posted a proof of attempted delivery photo and it was my Lush parcel in her car?! Anyway, I have raised a dispute with Evri and they were quick to email me back saying they will look into it and investigate the courier but nothing has been done and I’ve heard nothing back, it’s now...

Got a parcel from Vinted (seller has over 1000 5\* reviews) nice and easy locker delivery. I don’t get a QR code sent to me for the locker from evri so they send it back it’s now in this limbo stage. Made an enquiry on the day and heard nothing what do I do next? the live chat says it’s being delivered tomorrow apparently?

I ordered 6 items from Temu last week and the pack was delivered today. The pack has been opened, and then resealed, and the most expensive items (2x 800mm t-track rails) has been taken from the pack. Luckily, the delivery guy has taken the photo of the parcel as the proof, which shows that the pack length is shorter than 800mm. I contacted Temu, and I'm sure they will refund it but my problem is the one who has stolen the items. My items aren't very important but these criminals may hurt someone else by stealing their important belongings. Do you think if I should contact Evri?

Hi. I got a parcel from Amazon ordered which was sent by a third party seller via Evri. This is what the tracking site says: **We're expecting it:** 13:37 - Wed Feb 25 - We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it **We've got it:** 01:33 - Thu Feb 26 - We're processing your parcel at our hub There's been absolutely no movement on it since then. It's now 14:55 on Monday 2 March. Are the chances that it's just lost now quite high? Normally with Evri as soon as they've got it they want to get rid of it quickly and it arrives but not this time.

So I collect my parcels from an Evri Londis pickup point near me, and the guy working there has recently started being really rude about when I pick them up. I usually collect my parcels within about 5 days of them arriving, well within the allowed collection window. As far as I know, Evri gives you 10 days to collect before parcels get returned. Today he literally shouted at me, saying I can’t keep collecting so late because he doesn’t have space in the shop, and said that if I continue picking them up at this “pace,” he’ll refuse to give me my parcels and send them back instead. I know Evri is bad but my god, just fire my parcel of to Saturn at this rate. Does anyone have previous experience of this and actually received their parcel?

For context, I bought some protein powder from a website called Protein Package on 24th Feb. The website says it is a 2-3work days delivery by either Royal Mail or Amazon delivery . However, it turns out Evri to carrying my package, and on 28th, it said would be delivered to me, but it never shows up. I just wondered do anyone experienced same things? Would my parcel still be delivered? Or maybe it’s been stolen?

I’ve got this email from evri, which seems pretty legit. It had a tracking number, which shows my hometown in Germany as a destination. However, I haven’t ordered anything? I’m currently in the UK, since my boyfriend lives here. And it shows that a parcel is getting delivered to my hometown in Germany from England, which doesn’t make sense. If I ordered something I’d let it be delivered to my boyfriend’s address. I’ve asked my parents, my boyfriend, if they ordered something through my email address but neither did. I’m also not quite sure what International Final Mile 6 is or means, can maybe someone explain that to me? Is there also a way to see who the sender is?

I bought from a scammer by accident on vinted. I realised 5 minutes after buying that they had no reviews and they blocked me immediately after buying. Price was also a bit too good to be true but I just assumed someone might be selling for cheaper. I tried to cancel but they automatically generated a shipping label meaning i also needed sellers confirmation to cancel the order. This meant they didn’t confirm the cancellation, the just ignored me never even read a message despite being active… I just got a message that evri now has the item meaning they just put it at the parcel shop. I know it’s definitely going to be a scam. Is it a good idea if I just refuse the parcel at my doorste...

Evri Delivery driver just ring Doorbell and taking my parcel with him. Just in time I have caught him, he didn't have any remorse what his as done I have already contacted Evri CEO office.
