Could this be a problem with the post office? Maybe they forgot to scan it? Or did it get lost? It was supposed to be delivered to my local post office for me to collect but nothing…

After a slightly sucky day, I got home to find that the original Hat Exchange gift had finally arrived, unearthed from the mists of time (and Evri parcel depot). It was immediately appropriated by my toddler so no drinks involved, although the chocolate will be enjoyed now she's in bed. Thanks again u/nervousbikecreature for some amazing work!

Hi, I'm trying to sell a backpack. It is is too big for Royal Mail's Small parcel dimensions, but this is the only size that Vinted use. Even the Vinted Large size uses Royal Mail's small parcel dimensions of 16cm x 35cm X 45cm and what I need is to be able to use the Royal mail medium parcel l size. How can I get this option on Vinted? I don't want my parcel being refused at the post office for being too big. I only use royal mail as I live literally next door to a post office and have had issues with Evri etc in the past.

Received this message today about an order that I placed on Dec 1st! I definitely never received the parcel as it never even left the depot. I was patient with the delivery due to it being Christmas etc but I eventually put in refund claim in on on the 11th of Dec. Why on earth would they message about it again now? Genuinely confused.

Spent £80 on this and it's just been like this with evri for over 2 weeks .. i contacted the seller they said theyd investigate and get back in touch but still nothing from them. Is there any chance i'm still getting the parcel or is it most likely lost or stolen? I know its a bit of an awkward time period with christmas and new years and everything but ive had other parcels come that've been completely fine over the same time period too so idk

I ordered a phone case and two lip products on the 24th of December, knowing delivery might take longer than usual because of Christmas and New Year’s. On the 30th, I received a message saying my parcel would be delayed, which I didn’t think much of at first. However, after two weeks had passed, I contacted Evri and they told me the delay was because the parcel “missed the connection to the courier.” Two days later, I received another email saying that despite efforts to escalate the issue, there had been no further progress. Is my parcel disappeared or gone or has one taken it?

Package is over half an hour late, trying to look into what’s happening and I keep getting this blue screen and white line when I try to access the full tracking details. Anybody have any clue what’s happening?

Hi I was due to have a parcel delivered 2 days ago via Evri and upon attempt the delivery driver couldn't access my building. There has been no attempt to deliver since. What is the best thing I can do to resolve this? I haven't had any experience with evri prior but having looked through this group it seems this is a common occurrence. Many thanks for any help in advance

This seller usually uses Royal Mail so I didn’t think it would come to this. I tried to divert it to a pick-up point as I read there is slightly more chance of getting them from there but the website won’t let me. I can’t get this item again now either. They also dispatched it using a 48hr courier on 3rd Jan and Evri hasn’t even received it yet. I’m not getting this, am I?

Evri delivered a parcel. Honest!

Evri is every bit terrible, awful 3rd time getting something delivered from there last time i brought a tv shelf which was quite expensive they stole myotem as I had to get a refund from the seller this time my parcel has supposed to be delivered and im a safe place which could be anywhere. Long and short of it evri are **** and untrustworthy. Now customer service said "do i want a refund on my item"? No.

In the past month, seven companies I have ordered from have chosen Evri as their courier. Of those deliveries, two have successfully been delivered. The other five have either disappeared within Evri's 'system', or been 'damaged beyond repair'. In the same period, I've successfully received parcels delivered by Royal Mail, DX, DHL, Yodel and Amazon. I simply don't understand how such a failing company can continue to operate. It outright lies - request a callback and you never receive one, and support (bot) will tell you 'I am pleased to see the parcel is now on its way to you' when nothing of the sort is happening. I have a parcel set to arrive today, but I just looked into evri and I mean, even this subreddit was enough to convince me how bad they are, so how can I make the suspense tolerable and up the stakes?

I sent a parcel to Canada from the UK. This contained some 3d printed parts valued at about £50 and marked as such to the courier as "Christmas Present - plastic parts". This went via Evri (aka Hermes) and got to Heathrow (LHR) where it was held up and we were forced to pay CAD$39.18 to get it through customs. My query is that despite numerous attempts, Evri will not give me an official invoice, but have simply sent an invoice from Evri. My question is a) Does Canada actually charge tax/duty \*before\* good leave the UK? and b) who was this money actually paid to? (Note: I spoke to HMRC and they confirmed that HMRC would not have charged duty and tax on this parcel.
