They couldn’t be more worse than they are right now. Retailer is sending a replacement if it doesn’t turn up today. Thankfully nothing needed for Xmas. However, one thing I’ve noticed this year alone is THREE large retailers I’ve had Evri issues with are now sending out declarations to customers for us to confirm non-receipt so the retailers can make a claim against Evri for losses. This has never happened before. These are Look Fantastic, Beauty Bay and QVC. So I’m guessing even the retailers are seriously fked off with them this year. My new order is also being resent via DPD. Given the job to a courier who isn’t going to rob it or just scive off actually working.

So I've ordered a youtooz and box c says its only just reached Singapore. I'm in UK, so long way to go yet. But evri says they received my parcel on the 18 Dec. But I don't think it's even entered the country yet? As they are saying it's delayed aswell. They did this last time with the other youtooz. Saying evri had it in 8 Dec. But actually received it 15 Dec. The customer service told me. After much chasing up. Why is evri lying? Or are they confused?

Hi, I was expecting a parcel from the US via APC. Evri sent tracking code last Friday via email. I also got 6 other ‘we are expecting your parcel’ codes from APC via email.. (I’ve not ordered anything else). my US parcel arrived no bother and these other 6 are sat in the app with we are still expecting it.. so bizzare. Anyone else experience this ? Is it a scam?

So I want to turn off all shipping options that allow pick-up and only have home delivery allowed, this is because of buyers not collecting their items and I end up out of pocket when the item never ends up being returned. For Inpost, Evri, and Yodel this is clear which to turn off but Royal Mail only has one option and buyer at point of check out can choose home delivery or collect from PO. I don't really wish to turn off Royal Mail but I cannot keep having buyers not collect their item and I get done over by the Vinted policy of refunding a buyer if they don't collect. I also can't see when a buyer using the collect from PO as digital QR does not show this for Royal Mail.

Hi. I sent a parcel via Evri (what a mistake) two weeks ago to get to the US for Christmas. It has been sat in Basildon since pending return (apparently). I have phoned up there customer service number for more details, using my tracking number. Upon calling, there were three different possible packages with the same package number. I raised an issue with what I think is mine, but they are sending emails to the recipient under a completely random name (not mine or recipient). I have no way that I can directly join the communication to raise this further. Using their live chat with their **** bot, it says the package is going to be delivered tomorrow? *my complaint So I am at war with Evri and I want to share my tactic. They sat on my parcel for 10 days. Gave me 15 minutes heads up it would be delivered so I missed it. Straight away I was told they tried 3 times to deliver and the parcel was now being returned to sender. I emailed the customer support team who said they wouldn't help. I emailed back and included their CEO Martijn.DeLange at evri.com and was still ignored. I asked for a subject access request to find out more information around the delivery. Now the parcel did show up 2 days later. So just accepted it even tho I got another gift to replace the one I didn't think I was getting. 2 weeks later they replied to say...

I just love that when my parcel gets lost I have to wait 10 whole days to be able to call it in to Evri. Just for me to get banned with ZERO explanation and when I appeal they IMMEDIATELY deny it. ******* WANKERS. Not to mention because they banned me it passed the two day period meaning I lost out on over £50 quid. So NO REFUND, NO ITEM and NO EXPLANATION. Last month Evri increased their prices. The small parcel cost was £2.94, it’s now £3.01. I naively assumed, being forced into using Simple Delivery (where you can’t control the postage cost), the increase would automatically be applied to listings. But no, it still only charges the buyer £2.94, but the seller gets charged £3.01 for the postage. Even new listings made after the increase come up £2.94 postage to the buyer. I spoke to eBay and all they could offer is workarounds: go in and manually set the price (only possible in certain categories if item is <£20). Again, on 100+ listings that’s insane. This happened today, and it's honestly shaken me up. I live away from my Mum, and every Christmas she sends me and my fiancé a box filled with presents, and other cards/gift vouchers from other family members. This year is the first time she's used Evri. The parcel that arrived to us was much smaller than usual and in a grey plastic bag. When opened, the cardboard box was damaged, and slashed open, with only a few presents inside. Around 90% of Evri orders to my address are delivered by the same sweet man who tries his best to deliver every parcel when expected, or places with a neighbour if needed. The horror stories on here have made it clear how awful some drivers are. So I just wanted to say big up Jasbir - (probably) the best Evri driver in the UK.
