Online Evri Tracking

This is the first time this has happened to me has it happened to anybody else? I bought 2 items from 2 different sellers both where delivered at the same time today home delivery by the same courier and both parcels are empty. One came in a box and clearly looks like someone opened it took the item and tried to reseal it. The other came in an envelope and to me you could clearly see the envelope was open so I don’t know how the delivery driver didn’t notice it. I have contacted evri to file a complaint and also contacted both sellers. Puts you off buying anything. Ive never had it happen as a seller, this is the first time it’s happened as a buyer. Afternoon, I requested a return with the retailer and they've sent me a prepaid label with Evri. I've dropped it off at a local shop on the 2nd march and tracking showed it as being processed at the depot. After 7 days of it not moving I contacted Evri and 'claire' emails me to say it was misplaced but t's been found and on its way. Tracking shows it being scanned on the 11th March at the depot but still no movement. It's now the 30th March, package is still at the depot nd I'm confident it's lost but I'm just confused as to what my options are as I'm not the seller technically but I'm also not buying anything, I'm trying to return...

Was out for delivery Friday then jumped back to at the local delivery depot I've spoken to good old Claire who said the parcel missed the connection to the connection to the courier no updates since. Not holding my breath 😑.

I recently sold a coat and it was with Inpost (which is the most convenient one for me since it’s right next to me) But I made a mistake and clicked “print label” instead of “digital label” explained to buyer and they were cool about it, I refunded them and reposted and they bought it again like we discussed only for the new delivery service to be with Evri which is further away from me. They said it was the only option on their screen which I get. But why does Vinted assign Inpost to the first sale, and then assign Evri to the reupload?? Is it randomly picking the parcel services or am I ****? Thank you

it says it’s been shipped and Evri have it but it’s been over a week when it was meant to be 2 day delivery. What should I do?

It says out for delivery from last Saturday, Don't know what's going on, customer service mail said it may be lost in the delivery depot,any advice??

Vinted have eventually responded but ending with this. Does this mean I have to send my other order to this seller? And lose 2 lots of money? What would/should be the outcome? I've gave evri a nudge and demanded a phone call as absolutely no one is understanding this. I need the parcel before I lose my money. This is infuriating as no one is responding

I resell Jordan’s on the platform, not crazy sales just ticks over for extra spending money. Sometimes your Spidey sense tingles with a potential buyer and this guy seemed off but keen for a sale I went through with it. I sold some size 7.5 UK Jordan 4 fears to this user and after evri taking 4 days of “out for delivery” they made it. Didn’t take long for the “suspended order” to come up. The buyer reported as counterfeit and complained about 4 things, they were fake, poor condition, slow postage and wrong size. Checking out the pics the shoes just weren’t what I’d sent. So as the title suggests I’m really stuck right now. I ordered a parcel from Evri never had a problem at all. But yesterday it said it was delivered to a “recipients porch” but the problem is it was supposed to be delivered to a parcel shop. Not a recipients porch. I went to check the parcel shop it was supposed to be delivered at and I couldn’t find it at all. It was not delivered there as the person who owns the parcel shop showed me the scanner and the parcel was not scanned. A couple days before it was received by Evri. Hi folks, I ordered a number of packages to be picked up from the evri pick up points. I then released I had the wrong post code in my profile - no big deal right, I ordered them to the evri collection points. So I go to get my parcels, it asks me for my collection ID, and then a postcode. I tried the postcode of the collection point. Is this my own postcode at time of ordering? Vinted told me they dont have my old postcode. Is there anything I can do? I feel bad making people wait for the money to be released.

Is there any services that allow me to send a parcel to a locker in France? So far places like Evri and Inpost will only send it to a house address. Cheers.

Hi, ive been waiting on parcels from evri (scooters) which hasnt updated since tuesday. And a parcel has gone to lockers (cars) ive went to collect the little cars and was confused why a large compartment opened. Inside was the scooters!! They were meant to be delivered to my house, It has the label and tracking from the cars. The tracking for the scooters has been ripped off underneath it. How bizarre? I've raised an issue to hopefully delay it. But where on earth are the cars? I dont want seller to lose out or the cars to be lost.
