I ordered a hat off Vinted (the seller had no feedback I should have known) and got the parcel from evri today and it’s just an envelope with random paper leaflets in it. it was sent evri so its clear from the delivery image it’s just an envelope and the sticker evri label from the shop is over the seal of the envelope that I also took a photograph before I opened it to prove I didn’t tamper with the envelope. anyway I didn’t know what to do so messaged the seller and tried to make a claim and they want me to return it which will cost me £3. the seller didn’t message or reply or say anything except accept a return instead of giving a refund. god i **** this company i live in a building that shares a porch with a coffee shop, so my porch is easily accessible, open all day everyday, and i mark this as my safe place (each flat literally has a delivery box right there). every single time, my parcel is delivered to a building two streets away. this building is residents access only, so believe it or not, i cant access it! they don’t even ring my buzzer to try delivering to me, nor do they ever leave it in my safe place. it just gets dumped in a building i have no access to. the infuriating thing is i go downstairs, and what is crowding my porch? parcels delivered by evri for the building that my parcel was delivered to!! I’ve received a random jumper instead of the bundle items I ordered from vinted . I raised an issue with vinted .She said she’s never seen the jumper in her life and showed me proof of the parcel packaged with a printed out label , it was the correct label and everything. I then showed her a picture of the package I received , which was different packaging and brown tape over it ,which wasn’t in the pic she sent me + she pointed out it the label on my package was different as it’s a digital label and she only uses printable .It matched the tracking number on the label everything was correct on it . In true Evri fashion, I was expecting a parcel yesterday (next day delivery) and Evri couldn't manage that, shock! But about 15/20 minutes after the app had updated, I received an email from my "local depot" stating it was running late but still due to be delivered the same day. I know there are plenty of scams etc out there and I've done my due diligence in checking the sender etc. It's a legit Evri email from what I can gather?

Hello everybody, I am curious if this happened to any of you… my parcel was dropped off a week ago and was never collected. I’ve emailed CS about it and they said they might have lost the parcel when they (according to the tracking) never picked it up?

Was away for work. Parcel delivered notification came through 12 days ago, didn’t think much of it as everyone was definitely home. I get home this evening and there’s no parcel waiting for me, so I think maybe a neighbour has it? I try to check the proof of address which as per doesn’t load on Evri, so I have to open a query just to see it. It was delivered to my cardboard recycling bin, so no one even noticed it when taking out the recycling… which was emptied this morning.

Evri have been pretty good for me generally but it seems my luck has ran out

I had a parcel due to be delivered today, a bag that I've been hunting for and I was super super excited 😭 it gets marked as delivered so naturally I check the door ect and it's not there. I check the proof photo and it's through my neighbors door, red flag is the parcel is like paper thin and looks nothing like a bag? I have honestly never had a problem with Evri, our delivery driver has always been excellent. Ordered last week, and it was ready for Monday. I did not hear anything. Yesterday I contacted them and a customer service person got in contact to say it would be delivered yesterday night and if it didn't they'd be in touch this morning. No news. Have no clue what to do next. This was meant to be a lovely treat and a gift to myself and partner after a really tough month.

I've bought a beautiful handmade necklace from a seller on Vinted and I'm sure it looks like Evri have slashed the parcel and taken it. I've reported on Vinted but feel really bad for the seller as it's a one off. Evri chat no help. How can I escalate this? I can't stand Evri FFS

A buyer hasn’t yet picked up their order from an Evri shop after about 10 days. I sent them a little reminder a few days after it was delivered (just in case Vinted glitched and they didn’t get a notification that it was delivered). They’ve seen it and haven’t replied. Am I worrying over nothing? I just don’t want the **** thing sent back to me 🙄 shall I message them again or just leave it? Thank you!

I'm really confused from my latest vinted purchase. I received a package that did not contain the item I ordered and instead contained an object I've literally never seen before and cannot even name. The box was a bit squished when I picked it up and had a hole but I didn't feel the hole was big enough to remove the item I ordered from it. I opened a dispute, assuming the seller had mixed up their parcels but they are insisting they sent the right thing and have said that this is the box they sent. I recently sold something on vinted and the person had chose EVRI (bold choice) as their courier. When i went to drop it off and entered the code, a royal mail slot opened instead of an evri. I put the parcel inside not thinking much of it but it hasn’t updated on the app to show it’s been sent. Is this normal?

eBay 2 day delivery, AI support chat is an endless loop of BS, impossible to get through to anyone on the phone, no response through email support, eBay seller not responding. WTF. Am I diddly ducked? Any tips?

As the title says, my parcel was left in the street outside my block of flats rather than inside. There is always someone in our block of flats to let them in so I presume this was just left there, I didn’t hear a buzzer or anything. I live in an area with a high crime rate as well so I’m really lucky this wasn’t stolen. Is it worth raising this with EVRI?

Ordered something on Ebay, Evri delivered my parcel last Tuesday to somewhere with a name of a house that does not exist around here, just uploaded a photo that looks like in a van. Over the last month every delivery (\~8) keep getting returned to sender. Today another parcel they said they attempted to deliver (first attempt) and they have put down I refused acceptance and it’s on its way back to sender. I have been in all day and no attempt has been made. Was no issue before this month. One of the trackers made comment that there was an issue with the address? I live on a normal residential road and never had an issue before this. Only thing I can think of is my wife put in a complaint end of December about the courier as he threw one of our parcels at the door which we caught on ring doorbell which was marked as fragile… What are the chances of getting this ...
