Online Evri Tracking

It never arrived to my address.

Absolutely baffled by this one - anyone seen anything similar or got any ideas? Just answered the door for a parcel, and there was a tiny one alongside the one I was expecting. Addressed to a completely random woman but with our correct address on it, from Vinted via Evri. Opened it out of curiosity and it was just a single (unused) medical face mask!?! My guess is some kind of scam (the label said it should weight 2kg…), but still confused as to how it’s ended up here. Any suggestions?

This story is not unique. I placed an order and sighed when I saw it was due to be delivered by Evri. They claimed to attempt delivery (they didn't), and then it was lost. I filed a claim with eBay, and they decided to close it as the item "had been or was about to be delivered". I had to appeal, which resulted in a phone call to resolve it. They said that the buyer was protected by the protection fee, which meant that eBay would refund me and the seller would keep their money. My next door has been empty for 11 months now. But recently Evri drivers are dumping parcels outside it! What gives!! :/

Can someone explain why Evri drivers are constantly delivering the wrong parcels to the wrong houses? it happens so often its not a coincidence! are they just too lazy to find the correct address?

I recently posted about my nightmare experience with Evri, where the driver comes to my gate with two parcels, doesn't come in the gate and ring the ring doorbell, he just walks away and marks it as delivered. The POD picture of the parcels in his hand and the GPS shows basically the road outside my house, so I presume he took it in the back of his van and stole the parcels. I contacted the seller on eBay who just ignored me, I contacted Evri who said it was delivered, I contacted eBay who took the side of the seller because it was marked as delivered!! I came here expecting people to be complimenting and begging for more evri deliveries.. I was surprised. I **** Evri, and from the looks of it I'm not the only one. This was around September, I had ordered something off of ebay and didn't ask what delivery service they would use.. Apologies if this has been asked before. I ordered some clothes from Cotton On and accidentally used the one-click option, which sent the order to my old address where my ex-fiancé still lives. I contacted Cotton On several times and was reassured that the address would be changed, but unfortunately this didn’t happen and Evri is now awaiting the parcel. I’ve contacted Cotton On again and they’ve said that once Evri has the parcel, I’ll be able to change the delivery address. Is this actually possible? I’m really anxious about having to go back to my ex’s house.

I ordered an item off eBay about two weeks ago. I ordered it to a local Tesco store as I thought it would be quicker and easier because I live on a 4th floor which couriers ****. After numerous delays and no update from their terrible chat. I emailed the CEO and got a reply that seemed like it was from an actual person, not the CEO of course, but one of the workers. I was told an investigation will started, this was almost a week ago. Fast forward to today, and two failed deliveries later, yesterday and today. So we have a regular post man and I always tey and get something small for our delivery men at Christmas. We have a regular Evri man too. Would it be weird to get him something? Just a selection box and a thank you card or something? He always makes sure I get my post and parcels safely and as someone who gets alot of limited edition merch delivered I highly appreciate it 😅

To my horror, when entering my postcode, in the list of address in my street, it has my address with my full name before the address. I have just moved house and I checked my old postcode and the same thing there too, my full name followed my address. I then asked a friend to check as I thought it may be because I am logged in, but they were also able to see my name and address. I have a sensitive job, so I really do not want people to know my address, so now I’m quite worried. Any idea how to get this rectifie...

I am actually losing my mind with this company. Sent a parcel about 14 days ago. Tracking updated normally for the first two days, said it arrived at the local depot, and then... silence. It has been stuck on "On its way" for nearly two weeks now. My buyer is obviously furious and demanding a refund, which I understand, but I can't get a single straight answer from Evri. Every time I try to use their website help chat, I just get stuck in a loop with that useless chatbot. It wont let me speak to a human. Long story short: I didn’t receive what they claimed they delivered. I received a photo from Evri as proof of delivery when I was out, but it only showed the parcel left by the road. When I got home it wasn’t there. ASOS not only refused to refund, but also terminated my account saying there is suspicious activity. (I later found out they have a return rate policy I wasn’t aware of. They don’t have a store in my town I always order everything I need to try not knowing it would violate their policy). (Evri) So a seller made a book bundle specifically for me and unfortunately her husband shipped me another person’s order. They only noticed the mistake after me and the other person opened our parcels and we both sent them back that day (10 days ago.) My original parcel is back with the seller but the one I sent back has not moved since the day after I sent it despite it being 48hr tracked, and needless to say Evri are being as unhelpful as you’d imagine. This person helped themselves to a parcel dropped on our doorstep by Evri. The parcel was limited run Makeship plushies for an autistic teen. Be mindful if you're waiting for deliveries this season. The delivery companies don't care to make sure people receive their stuff, and apparently neither does this guy.

How is the evri complaints process even compliant with the requirement that couriers need to provide. They lost my parcel then I spent an hour going in circles with a typically rage inducing chat bot only to be ghosted after 1 follow up email. Just feels like theft where you have the privilege of paying them to steal from you!!

This was a pretty high value item from Vinted, so I can't just order another one.

I don't even know how they could have cocked this one up. Attempted delivery of an item to the local parcel locker, take photo of it outside in hand, then they're attempting tomorrow. What the **** were they playing at. You can still have things delivered to the joint Royal-Mail/Evri lockers right? because that was the option on Ebay so it better ****** be going there. Ugh this is what I get for trying to be organised.
