Online Evri Tracking

Hi, Ive just sold an iPad, and it turns out the buyer is in Northern Ireland, technically part of the UK. I’ve used Evry simple delivery, where I just take the parcel to the local convenience shop at the lable is automatically printed. Do I need to do anything different because it’s a different country? Im assuming it will cost more, but will eBay sort that automatically as it’s set to ‘buyer pays for shipping’ etc.. ? just not sure if i need to do anything different to normal. buyer is holding off paying asking how much shipping will be…. I genuinely don’t know!

I sold two items in one day and have to ship it via relay, but it isn’t letting me get the digital label, it gives error and can’t ship the product. Did anyone have the same issue? It is a relay problem because I can ship evri parcels

**Just some context of the situation:** the seller told me that the item has been sent out but Vinted is saying it hasn’t. My Evri is also telling me the parcel has been dispatched but when I click the link it becomes very confusing and unclear on whether it actually has. I had previously asked when the seller was going to able to send it - due to past experience of sellers not sending packages or cancelling orders on the last day of sending. She is now asking that if I am able to pick it up that I cancel the order and make a direct payment - I’m not sure if this is safe to do. As I know this is a usual scam tactic. I ordered smth off eBay last week Thursday and there was no updates or tracking until yesterday at around 1pm and said this above me, it’s the next day and still nothing.

Is this a glitch or has the courier just decided to **** off

3 weeks ago I ordered a £65 parcel from EBay which was delivered to near my doorstep by Evri with a photo taken of it. This parcel was then stolen, and both EBay and PayPal in separate disputes have ruled that I will not be refunded as there is ‘proof of delivery’. My doorstep is very visible to the road outside, and I was not even in the country when it was ‘delivered’ so it was obviously going to be stolen (I live in a not amazing area). How can I get a refund? From what I gather, Evri leaving it outside my house (without my permission to do so) doesn’t count as the item being delivered in the eyes of the law, but both EBay and PayPal seem to not care about this.

I've bought something off Vinted and set to pick up at my local Asda. However, I have growing suspicions that the item is not going to be in the parcel at all. I worry I'll go there and they'll bring out a **** flat envelope which means I'll have to take it to Vinted customer support, but if I just don't pick it up, I know I'll be automatically refunded eventually. I'd love to get the item for the price I paid, but I just don't think it's really there! The account is new with no reviews, they're not replying to my messages, and the parcel took a strangely long 2-3 weeks to arrive after getting stuck. It's a camera lens I paid £80 for so...

Had 3 parcels due today with Evri. Two showed up (although one was basically crushed to nothing), and the third is nowhere to be found. The proof of delivery photo just shows my front door and the top of one parcel at the bottom of the photo. The driver didn’t knock and just left them on the floor and marked everything as delivered. Where do I stand with this?

ofc this is a rant about them not delivering my parcel. I didn’t have a particularly strong view on Hermes/Evri before, as their deliveries to my previous address were generally fine. However, since moving five years ago, I’ve rarely received parcels from them without issues. Looking back through my emails, there has only been one occasion the delivery arrived on time. how can they be generally good and the worst at the same time....

My post office, where they take parcels, is open until 5pm. Evri failed to deliver my parcel there last Friday and since then I have not got any new notifications. I do not think they will deliver it, I just have this feeling that they lost it. In the meantine, I sold some stuff on Vinted and shipped them with Evri at this Post office and wonder whether Evri driver, who usually collects them, will finally deliver my parcel.

Company is a joke

So... like the title says, i sent a package with inpost instead of evri because its easier for me. There's a inpost locker closer to me so i sent the parcel that way and depop hasn't recognised that the parcel has actually been sent 😭 i didn't think it would be an issue to send it with inpost. Is there any way to fix this? is there anyway that i can get my money, or have i just literally sold two items for free? 😭 Should i email depop about this?

Hi, I am returning an online shopping parcel, and the brand has provided a return label already (Evri label). I just booked a Home Collection from Evri, and that generated a new label that I have to now print. Can I use the label sticker the brand provided for returns, or do I have to print out the newly generated Evri Home Collection Label and use that? almost all the info on both labels are the same (address etc), the only difference is the code under the barcode. I am concerned regarding collection and tracking? as I am working I will leave the parcel out and wont be there when the courier is collecting, so I wont be able to explain the situation. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

This is now twice Evri has lost my parcel from AliExpress and it’s getting ridiculous

Mine haven’t been updated since April 2nd now and it said they have received my request to deliver it to a locker ! That’s my only update for now but my parcel is due 8th of April which is a Wednesday 🥲 What’s your last update ? I wanna see if it’s similar to mine

An eBay purchase delivered in the UK by Evri who are renowned for drop-kicking parcels to their destination. Smashed to literal smithereens! 😫 to be fair to them, it wasn't particularly well packaged to protect it, but we saw the delivery guy put the clearly very broken and rattling package on the doorstep like nothing was wrong 😅 oh well

hey everyone i was shipping some nail polishes and when they arrived with the buyer, they claimed damage during shipping and that some have been taken out we said wed try the places we shipped/picked up to check first, but friday she put through a complaint that the parcel was empty vinted directly sent me a message and asked for a response within 48 hours, but neither on the android app or my laptop browser could i respond - there is no reply box. I've had a suspended transaction since the 17th March due to Evri losing the parcel but I've not heard anything from Vinted about this. What is their usual timescale for getting in contact Edit more context: I'm the seller. It should have been delivered on the 20th February, it was then returned to me without the buyer seeing it at all (they are keen for the item) I'm guessing the locker or shop was full so they couldn't deliver it. Then it's been lost on its way back to me with Vinted Suspending the transaction on the 17th March.
