Online Evri Tracking

Hope MPs finally get their act together and start to properly regulate the sector. Ofcom have been unfit for purpose to deal with it. We should keep the pressure on MPs to act.

My final aliexpress purchase of the year (where Evri has screwed up every parcel delivery this year) is going to be delivered by.... Royal Mail. I know they have their own problems but it's a massive improvement IMO. I did complain to Aliexpress the last time and got some nonsense back. Maybe they have listened? It's the hope that kills you.

Why has one failed due to ‘bad weather’ but the other one was successfully delivered? The weather isn’t even bad here! What on earth happened?

I just got a parcel dropped by Evri. It's not mine. It's for somebody else a few miles from my house. 2 questions: * if this Simple Delivery parcel is marked as lost, who pays for it? eBay? Evri? The seller? * what's the proper procedure to get this parcel to the buyer?

Up and down our street Evri drive-by deliver parcels. Leaving them out on doorsteps instead of actually handing them to people. Surely this goes against some kind of post law. Lol I'm just frustrated.

I live in a flat in the city centre - unfortunately, because the majority of our building is Airbnbs, and management change the main door access code every month, we’ve found it almost impossible to get anything delivered here. Only Amazon with their extensive delivery notes options have been able to be delivered. Royal Mail wont even attempt to deliver anything and Evri “lost” three parcels before we gave up on that. Wherever possible we try and utilise click and collect, or divert to parcel shop options - but now Evri have lost or damaged two in a week via that method. Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on whether it’s possible to appeal a case that Vinted automatically confirmed as “delivered.” I shipped this buyer’s item on the same day she ordered it. Tracking later showed “delivered,” but the buyer hadn’t said anything, so I messaged her asking her to report it as “item not received” if she didn’t actually get it. She never took any action and she never replied. After a few days, Vinted auto-confirmed the order as delivered and released the funds to the seller (me). Hi, just wondering if anyone has actually received their parcel the same day after receiving this email in the morning? I assume this is a bot as well, my parcel has been with them for almost 2 weeks now, apparently the box was bigger than expected, even though it's literally some cotton pads and a small makeup pallette lol. Tried to contact the seller as well but no luck there, and this is Evri getting back to me after trying to chase them all week...

I don’t know if this was covered already but DPD and evri seems to be delivering Amazon parcels more frequently. My last 3 was delivered by DPD. What does that mean for flex drivers if they’re sourcing out deliveries?

Complete load of bollocks. You never attempted delivery at all. The large package never left your depot and was reported last week. I have been refunded by the supplier 5 days ago....... incompetent is too kind a word for whoever is behind the shambles of a company.

Just wondering has anyone successfully got a refund, either for the value of the item that Evri lost, or the delivery cost you paid for the item? (Ideally both!) Backstory; - An Evri courier literally marked my parcel as "delivered", whilst it was inside their own warehouse - How do I know this? The GPS map on the email I got from them saying it's delivered, is literally showing their warehouse (confirmed when I check the coordinates on Gmaps) - Also, the delivery photo is the courier handing the parcel to another staff member inside the building; they didn't even attempt to take it in front of a doorway or anything! I've had a number of issues with bad deliveries ...

This was the first day they attempted to deliver it, rescheduled it twice themselves then said they’re unable to deliver and returning to the retailer?? What??? Has this happened to anyone else

That’s the post. They didn’t even try. This is also the 5th parcel in a row that has never made it to me… I’ve spent over £150 and awaiting refunds, only problem with this parcel is that they tell me to contact the courier who tells me to contact sender who then tells me to contact the courier and so on. **** you evri u useless delivery service!!!!!

First, I'm glad this community exists. I don't know how EVRi can even call themselves a delivery company when all you face is issue after issue. I ordered a chair from Zara Home and a table from La Redoute — two separate companies, and having never really had any issues with EVRi before, I thought everything was going to be fine. One week later, both deliveries are 'delayed', with not much information from EVRi and nothing from Zara or La Redoute (both terrible customer service). Hi, Wanted to share with you some very bizzare stuff happening on vinted. Lately some sellers have been accepting offers and some of them message back saying they accept only if I chose Evri as a courier. Ive bought 2 of those suspicious posts (arround 80£ each) just to check what is going on (and hoping it ends up well) , and for both Evri reports: \- Receiving the parcel \- On its way \- Stuck for 5 days in the same status \- I contact customer service and they confirm they are going to search for it since it might be lost. There must be some kind of new bug or way for scammers to have Evri mark the parcel as "received" so they can receive their money for a parcel t...

I diverted my parcel to a locker on 21/11. Turns out there is actually no Evri locker at the location. The drivers have taken it out for delivery 4 times unsuccessfully and now it is just sitting at the depot. I can't undo the locker request now as Evri don't allow that. I have used the online chat and phoned them several times and the bots tell me it will be escalated. I did get an email on Tuesday from customer services, saying she would call me if it hadn't arrived by the next day. I haven't heard anything since. Is there anything else I can try or is my parcel stuck for good :(
