Online Evri Tracking

Hi all, I'm an international customer, seller dropped the package off at Morton Road post office, and both he and I are getting the runaround nonstop. Tracking shows Evri is waiting for the package for 2 weeks now, has never updated. Evri chat asked for dropoff location and then asked for seller to contact them. Seller does, they say they'll get back to him in 48 hours and then never do. I'm at my wits end. I paid PayPal G&S, so I'm protected, (I'm in USA btw, it's an international package). Would calling the Post Office and asking them to search for the parcel yield any results? I'd much rather have the package than a refund, searching onli...

I’ve moved to a new build 2 months ago and I’ve noticed for parcels that are dispatched from Amazon, they are always delivered by Royal Mail (Evri, DPD or UPS in very rare occasions) This means that the delivery options I have are very limited, I never get the option to choose an Amazon Day for example. And Royal Mail sometimes delivers individual parcels at different times of the day. But I’ve seen Prime vans pass by my road and neighbouring postcodes seem to be under Amazon Logistics since delivery options for those show same day delivery and Amazon Day unlike my postcode. Is this a temporary arrangement or will RM always be delivering to my address for the foreseeable future?

I have never in my life had an issue with Amazon Prime next day delivery. Until now. Only after ordering and tracking my delivery did I notice the mistake which had been made, a mistake on the part of myself and of Amazon. Evri was the chosen delivery service. And of course, as my worst fears had unfortunately come true, I see the impending “we are sorry, but we had troubles delivering your parcel” message of doom. Now, three days after the original delivery slot, there are no new updates in regards to where my parcel is. Perhaps it ran away with the driver to a better life. After about 50 complaints about late parcels, noone ever calling me back ever, multiple one stars for the driver, multiple angry replies and me continually calling Evri the worst company in the entirety of recorded human history, I finally got this which doesn't necessarily sound like a robot using one of the copy and pasted stock replies. Hi, I’m looking for some advice on what I can do next. Depop permanently closed my seller account saying I violated their terms, but they never explained what rule was broken and never asked me for any evidence before taking action. They refunded buyers and kept my funds even though I have proof for the orders. One dispute had already been resolved previously after Depop acknowledged that the buyer entered the wrong delivery address. I have email proof of this. Hi. I went to pick up a parcel from local shop delivered by Evri. The tracking number was correct but totally wrong address (I'm in Glasgow and label showed Fulham) and defo wrong item inside the envelope (it was probs not even a 50g envelope when I'm expecting a camera). I rejected the parcel at the shop. Received a msg from Vinted to confirm it's being returned but I have to wait for seller to receive the item and then I'll be refunded. How does this work, esp if it's a scam parcel? I've not even accepted the parcel, simply rejected it. I sent out 5 orders last Saturday & they are all stuck at the tracking "Your parcel is being sorted at the senders local depot." I've had 3 buyers message me asking for updates so I've contacted Evri to no avail 😓 I'm very worried as one of these packages was a bundle order worth £40 ! Have any other UK sellers experienced something like this? is it common for evri to take this long to update packages or should I be prepared for them all to have gone missing? 🫠

Has anyone else found a way to escalate driver theft to Evri? For context, a drivers stolen 10/12 parcels over the last two weeks. I scan them in at local shops and they are never registered as collected despite being collected. Speaking to the shop keeper the driver does pretend to scan them. Evri support channels are useless, I haven’t found a way to report and Depop doesn’t seem able to escalate to Evri. Buyers are receiving compensation via Depop Protect but it takes 10+ days and the lack of viability for buyers in the claims process is leading to a bunch of Depop claims against me. Has anyone managed to escalate a similar issue through Depop or Evri support channels?

I’ve never used locker delivery before. This should have been delivered February 3rd according to updates but still hasn’t arrived. These are the updates and what happens when I enter the correct post code on the evri website. Can I assume it’s not coming? 😬

Just received an Amazon delivery, and was missing one of my parcels. when checking the one that did arrive I noticed this sticker! FFS when did Amazon start sending stuff out with evri? Does that mean I will only ever receive 1 in 5 of my Amazon orders?

Hi, Im an ebay seller who started recently. This was the first big mistake I made where I forgot to add the eCP code on the shipping label. I know that the parcel wont be accepted in Morrisons or ARGOS. I sent it through Evri and it will be out for deivery the day after. I have tried contacting Evri to update the address but it is not working at all. Would like to know if there are any other ways to sort this out. I initially thought about redirecting the parcel to a parcel-shop but still the sale wont be completed without the eCP code. Any suggestions?

I’m the seller, sent parcel same day as purchased. Buyer never picked up. Sent Evri Item in parcel bag then a paddeding , then a box taped length and width. 1, buyer claims there was no locker at the location. Her home address was even on the parcel. 2, I have chased for a week to get this back 3 it arrives back today, the box has obviously been opened as it’s been put in another parcel bag by Evri. i have a parcel getting shipped by evri which i have used soooo many times before but the website isn’t updating and last thing it told me was it was getting delivered between 5-6pm yesterday. it’s now saturday and im just a little concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel has this happened to anyone else?

hey so i ordered something quite expensive from depop and depop goes through evri to ship which is fine ive never had any issues with evri ever but for some god forsaken reason they decided ‘lets deliver at 5-6pm on a Friday!’ because why not! mind u i only got the email it was getting delivered to me at 5:40pm like hello ok. then at 6 they emailed me saying the courier has been delayed but it will still be delivered that day. i was like ok fine whatever. fast forward it is now the next day and evri hasn’t updated ! and is saying the same as yesterday ! has this happened to anyone else or do i have a right to be stressed xx - a very anxiety prone 19 year old xx

I ordered something online in January. Evri "attempted to deliver" on the 15th. The attempted delivery photo is just black. I have never had any delivery company be unable to find my address, it's very visible. The tracking then says they will attempt to deliver the next working day. The next day, no-one shows up and the tracking still just says they will attempt to deliver the next working day.
