Online Evri Tracking

I have a parcel that arrived a day early so it arrived yesterday on Friday. It arrived at my post office but the problem is my post office is closed until Tuesday cuz of Bank Holiday weekend. The evri app says I have to collect it by Monday but I can't cuz it's physically impossible. Will my parcel be sent back to the seller? 😬😬

I recently sold something on vinted , however after sending it and it being labeled as ”delivered ” the buyer says it is not at the pick up point . anyone know what to do or how to deal with this as a seller ?

As of late I've had 3 parcels arrive where royal mail have declared what I've shipped as wrong postage, not only that but it takes over a week everytime for the buyer to know. The parcels are 100% correct, I measure the size and check the weight but for some reason they tag it as wrong & I just have to pay. And as they've deleted their social media support account, all you can use is their webforms of which there's nothing for overpaying postage or ring them up and waiting forever. I sell a lot on vinted and I know this is sacrilege to some but I've never had an issue with evri or inpost.

Hi guys. I have just done my second route as an evri flex driver. Yesterday my route had 6 parcels missing which the depot manager removed and today it had 1 parcel missing which once again they removed. Is this a regular occurrence or have I been unlucky? Thanks in advance

Ordered on 10th May, absolutely no progress since 15th May, AI Claire just gives excuse after excuse.

Any ideas what I can do? Parcel was last scanned in to Evri on 25th April. They admitted on 6th May it was lost and to contact sender. The sender are saying they still haven't reached a resolution with Evri and I am stuck without my parcel and with no way to speak to Evri - chatbot takes my tracking number, tells me it is lost and to contact sender, contact number keep telling me my parcel ID doesnt exist and ending the call. What can I do, it's a.decent value parcel and a company I have ordered from many times in the past that are based and sending from HK.

Looking for advice on what I need to do. I had bought some cards in late march and they were misplaced by Evri. I received a refund via vinted after the allotted time passed. I received an email today saying the parcel will be delivered today. Do I need to do anything on Vinted? Will the sender have been refunded for the cards when they were lost? Any advice is welcome!

The item arrived at her (buyers) parcel shop on the 14th of april. It has been over a month and all it says is "awaiting pickup," the buyer has not been online for 2 weeks and it says shes on holiday but i assume she's just deleted the app tbh. I would've thought the item would be returned to me by now but i haven't gotten any updates about it or even anything about a delay. I've tried contacting vinted but that hasn't worked for me. I've also tried contacting evri but it wasnt much help either. Hi! Not sure if this has been answered already (struggling to find the correct info) but I’ve bought something online and I’ve diverted the parcel to my local parcel shop, which is a Post Office. The only issue I’m having is that I’m not getting any email alerts from EVRI and that’s making me suspicious that I won’t receive a QR code email when it’s delivered. Will I be able to collect without a QR code if I bring ID and a tracking number? Some people on here are saying I can but others say I can’t, I need a QR code so I’d like to understand if there’s anyone who’s experienced this that can help :) thanks!

I ordered SG-03 9 days ago and I have no other parcels that I’m expecting. I haven’t received an email from Yeezy saying they have shipped though? Has anyone had this sort of situation before?

hi, this item was received at buyers parcel shop 10 working days ago, if they still haven’t collected by EOD today is it sent back to me. if so do i also keep the money? edit: evri tracking says that if it isn’t collected by 18 may it’ll be returned to sender (me). does that mean its on its way? got no notifications about this.

Has anyone had their canvas delivered without the website updating the status, also anyone from the UK had Evri delivery it? I have a random email from Evri that looks legit saying Logistics-1 parcel on its way but other than the canvas I haven't ordered anything.

Say it ain't so. I confirmed my address and final payment a few days ago, and this morning I got a shipping notification from Evri saying they are awaiting my parcel... But it wasn't designated from Pebble specifically. I haven't ordered anything else so I don't know who it could be from Guess we'll wait and see (and hope it actually turns up, given Evri's less than stellar track record)

I've done around 100 orders on my website now and I can whole heartily say that the postage is an absolute nightmare. There are basic integrations with royal mail, however I've had to make two claims of £60+ value back and they were credited as "postage credit". I then found out that I'm also limited to £75 compensation. I had an issue with evri where they didn't deliver the parcel. I raised a complaint 20 days after and said I was too late and they won't bother looking into it -that's £40 I lost out on When I want to ship internationally, I need to load the rates manually... For each country... Am I missing something here? Help!!

My recent 2 Evri parcels both notified that it has arrived for picking up on Vinted, but nothing was sent to my email, and the tracking on Evri says still in transit, and no timestamp of the messages I got on Vinted. I suspect that because today is the due date, Evri doesn't want to refund postage to Vinted so they simply sent a fake arriving notice to Vinted.

Hi all! I have a Shein parcel that I ordered with express delivery on 10/5, it was due to arrive 17-18/5. I am going on a trip on 23/5 so wanted the items before then. Parcel was cleared by UK customs at 10am on 18/5 and Shein’s tracking suggests it was handed to the local logistics service at around 5pm that same day and has been “in transit” since. The last update on the tracker is from yesterday 20/5 saying “your parcel has passed the most recent stage of processing and is continuing on its journey”. Evri’s tracking on the other hand still says they’re expecting it and the useless AI bot Ezra can’t do anything for me as it’s still with the sender according to them and ...

I bought some items from eBay and have always been using my nickname (I.e. not my full legal name) for purchases, it was always fine because I have it delivered straight to my home. However, due to recent changes in circumstances I have to pick it up in a parcel shop, now royal mail is prompting me to bring an ID with me too, thought this was only with Evri. Basically, here's a fictional example: Legal name: Sergio Keith Smith Parcel name: Checo Smith Since the designated address is the parcel shop and not my home, I can't prove I'm the buyer using the address.
