Online Evri Tracking

As the title says, my parcel was left in the street outside my block of flats rather than inside. There is always someone in our block of flats to let them in so I presume this was just left there, I didn’t hear a buzzer or anything. I live in an area with a high crime rate as well so I’m really lucky this wasn’t stolen. Is it worth raising this with EVRI?

Ordered something on Ebay, Evri delivered my parcel last Tuesday to somewhere with a name of a house that does not exist around here, just uploaded a photo that looks like in a van. I contacted the seller, who did not reply, but did reply 3 days after I made a request abou item not delivered, told me, despite trying to explain in the message I haven't got the parcel and don't have a neighbour with the name Evri provided that the parcel has been delivered, with a photo Evri put and if I have any problems to call Evri and provided me with the number. Over the last month every delivery (\~8) keep getting returned to sender. Today another parcel they said they attempted to deliver (first attempt) and they have put down I refused acceptance and it’s on its way back to sender. I have been in all day and no attempt has been made. Was no issue before this month. One of the trackers made comment that there was an issue with the address? I live on a normal residential road and never had an issue before this. Only thing I can think of is my wife put in a complaint end of December about the courier as he threw one of our parcels at the door which we caught on ring doorbell which was marked as fragile… What are the chances of getting this ...

The parcel has somehow gone *back* after being in limbo at the delivery depot to the senders depot. It’s off Vinted, which means neither the seller nor I can do anything about it for 25 business days (Vinted policy).

I sold a calculator on eBay for £80. It was actually my first time ever selling anything online. I sent it with tracking and it shows as delivered on 25 October, with confirmation. A few days after it was delivered, the buyer messaged saying the box was empty. They also said they had been away for a couple of days and only realised when they got back. At one point they mentioned maybe someone had interfered with their post. I sent eBay my proof of postage and the tracking showing it was delivered. So, I had a notification that my parcel had been delivered, but not to my address. My front door, including every door down the whole street looks nothing like the picture. I reported it last night whilst looking at addresses locally to work out if it might be closeby, but come this morning, the parcel is marked as "potential Fraud Event" Quite sad it had to be something as expensive as this. Currently got two parcels doing some kind of weird dance in limbo... one second they are out at the delivery depot then out for delivery, the next they've taken two steps back and are now at the local depot and on the way...

i live in a flat, and recently evri delivery drivers have been placing everyone’s parcels in the lobby in a secluded corner. the drivers take a picture of the parcel they “delivered” alongside with so many other parcels in the corner you can’t tell which is yours. twice i have taken everyone’s’ parcels and given it to them personally by checking their door number on the sticker, telling them to report. they’ve done so but why is their HR customer service so terrible? why are they paying their drivers so terribly? **** pay + **** HR customer service = enables drivers to steal parcels after confirming “delivered” so they can resell the items. yesterday i come home and see ...

I moved into a new build just before Christmas. Evri seems to be the only courier having issues finding the property. I’ve given what 3 word locations to Evri but I’m not receiving any parcels. It doesn’t even reach the out for delivery stage for any of them since they lost our first parcel. The ASOS parcel was delivered to the wrong house and ultimately went missing. The other 3 according to an agent are “missing at the depot” and they’re now looking for them. Has anyone else had issues like this before? The next day delivery parcel from Amazon has been sat for about 2 weeks now. Thank you!

Didn’t realise Evri was the delivery provider for sports direct. I’ve heard nothing but bad things. I know people like to complain rather than big up but I’ve never once heard anything but bad things about these.

A couple of months ago I recommended sending parcels to the parcel shop/post office rather than delivered to your front door. I now have to admit I was wrong about that, it no longer works. Evri have failed to deliver five for five parcels ordered from AliExpress since the beginning of December. Two of five of my undelivered parcel were returned because they couldn't find their own parcel shop, a Post office. The other three show as collected by Evri then no progress for between 11 and 23 days. One of those is the replacement for the first of those five. Yodel, who used to be the butt of this is actually two for two delivered. 🤔

They already cut 48,000 in 2025. This will be 78,000 total job cuts in just 2 years. Hoping these aren’t Teamster jobs.

Not only did the driver just dump the parcel in the lobby instead of making the effort to \*get in the lift\* and bring it to my flat, but the photo is of a completely different parcel. The cherry on top? I asked my husband to go down and check (I'm not at home) and my parcel is nowhere to be found 🙃 Every time I have a "delivery" from Evri, I think that they can't possibly get any more incompetent, and then I'm proved wrong!

What is the actual point of sending me a text with an hour slot, me taking the day off anyway to receive the parcel, just for you to not ring the doorbell and not put anything through the door. The only reason I knew there 'had been an attempt' was because I checked the app to double check the time slot midway through the time slot to see a message saying they tried to deliver but they'll be back tomorrow. It's food goods that were ordered specifically for today. I don't know what conditions you'll be storing it in so I don't think it'll be particularly safe to eat. This is my first time having something come through Evri and was wondering if “van broken down” was a normal thing to see on the tracker or if it was some code for something. It is an Ebay item I purchased on the Friday.
