Online Evri Tracking

It shouldn't take this long surely? I'm just assuming it's lost at this point but I'm gonna have to run a upto the final day to request a refund from eBay.

Update. an update from last month.. trust pilot reviews have gone up to 87%1 star!! abysmal! and my review has been removed hmmm so... the new YEEP lockers. they accept DPD & UPS. no matter thorough you read the instructions on the front it still doesnt state or make clear it NEEDS a label, it does. so my experience.... I posted a DPD because the evri/RM/DPD locker wasn't accepting my QR code and the new YEEP locker was right next to it, to save me hiking to the next estate post office. I should've took the struggle to scan a sign! I hesitated shutting the door "does it need a label?" I shut it anyway... again I wish I didnt. DPD help? NO! Y...

I typically have (mostly) good luck with evri, I’ve only ever had 2 parcels go “missing” in their depot and strangely enough both of them have been large parcels. In December they somehow managed to “misplace” an 8ft Christmas tree and now Claire the Evri email bot has confirmed a guitar that I ordered is also apparently “lost” - it’s been in the senders depot since Feb 6th. Crazy how they can manage to lose such large packages… or is it anything larger than a toaster is just too much hassle so they conveniently claim that they’ve vainished.

A week ago I made a post regarding a iPhone I ordered that was shipped with evri, it flagged up on Vinted as being delayed so i checked the tracking and it stated ““parcel damaged beyond repair” due to how strong iPhone boxes are and the fact that it was bubble wrapped I came to the conclusion that it had likely been stolen. I get my medication delivered from Lloyds pharmacy. Normally I get it sent to my house but I wasn’t going to be home this time so I had it delivered to the post office round the corner. I figured that would be pretty safe. Nope. Evri tracking says they delivered it to the post office on Saturday at 11:18am. I went to the post office on Monday at 1pm to collect it and the staff there were insistent that they don’t have it after looking for about 20 minutes. So, this is a first and a weird one. The buyer first of all, has 5* positives and enough feedback to gauge that they appear like a normal user. They purchased an opened item from me, it was by evri Home Delivery They raised a case on the last day of confirming if the parcel is okay, to state they haven't received it. Vinted clearly closed it in my favour because it was showing as delivered, to wherever their home is, except the tracking said delivered to a neighbour Now the buyer is saying they found it in a store but by the time they got there, it's been sent back They asked me to send back the item if I received it back. Ordered two things online and both are being shipped by Evri. Wanted to cancel immediately, but couldn’t. One is due to be delivered today - 9:30-11:30 delivery window. Had to be somewhere at 10:30, but as they ALWAYS deliver to a neighbour instead of my door, despite me informing them multiple times and through their app that the neighbour they deliver to steals parcels, I’ve waited in. It hasn’t arrived. Any other delivery company and I could have gone about my business undisturbed and now my whole day is messed up and still no parcel! I absolutely have to go out now, so looks like my neighbour will be getting a free gift today.

I ordered an item from B&Q, unfortunately the courier is EVRI, they have listed the parcel as delivered when I’ve checked my ring door bell & CCTV cameras there is nothing at all. Anybody else has this issue?

I’ve ordered 3 items over the past few weeks from different sellers. 2 parcels are tracked and when I click the hyperlink, Evri is telling me anything other than ‘we are waiting for your parcel’. The other parcel is also being delivered by Evri and has no tracking. I’ve reached out to one of the sellers who has stated she has spoken to Evri and the parcel is lost, but she will send out a brand new item again without any expense to me. I’m curious, because I sold an item via eBay and the customer did not receive their order from Evri and I got a message from eBay to let me know the customer had been refunded due to the lost parcel and I did not need to do anything. Genuine bs from Evri man, I ordered some shoes and Evri is taking the **** by lying straight to my face 😔. Evri customer support says "it may have been misplaced". wtf??? By the way I diverted my parcel to my local parcelshop, is this a common occurrence when u divert it to the shop?

I ordered the collectors edition TCG when they came out and never heard anything about them since. I know it has been over a year since I ordered them which means they probably got lost (I blame evri, if this is true this is the 3rd time they are lost a parcel of mine). I honestly don’t care about the money lost CREO is a good company so they can just keep it. I am mainly just asking is it worth me contacting them about the item or just forgetting about it as it has been so long. I would appreciate any advice.

How long does Evri Shops hold parcels for before sending the parcel back- just I know InPost is something 2-3 days

Asked for ParcelShop delivery and have been chasing Evri since Feb 6 because tracking just stopped updating. No answers, no clarity. Then out of nowhere it changes to “out for delivery” on Feb 13 and magically “delivered” Feb 14 at 8am — to my home address, not the ParcelShop I selected. I still don’t have my parcel and no one can tell me where it is. Have they lost it or just delivered it to the wrong place? Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone emails our MP regarding Evri unreliable Delivery service many times parcels not delivered some cases are stone by Delivery driver or some time parcel mark delivered not received and customer service doesn't do anything about this issue. Please take this matter to parliament to close Evri down.
