Online Evri Tracking

Vinted purchase collected on 16th December, meant to be delivered to an inpost locker. Sat with no update for 5 days so i complained today. An absolute headf*** followed, first it's "we were unable to deliver and are returning to sender" this morning, then another email stating it had been sat for 10 days so we are returning to sender. With me sending the tracking screenshots as proof each time and the agents still keep lying. No attempt was made to deliver at all, they're acting like they tried but no one was home- AT AN INPOST LOCKER First email back was at 9:05am today, my response as shown at 11:38am, then me responding at 13:30pm them again at 13:28pm saying now...

Hi. I sent a parcel via Evri (what a mistake) two weeks ago to get to the US for Christmas. It has been sat in Basildon since pending return (apparently). I have phoned up there customer service number for more details, using my tracking number. Upon calling, there were three different possible packages with the same package number. I raised an issue with what I think is mine, but they are sending emails to the recipient under a completely random name (not mine or recipient). I have no way that I can directly join the communication to raise this further. Using their live chat with their **** bot, it says the package is going to be delivered tomorrow? *my complaint So I am at war with Evri and I want to share my tactic. They sat on my parcel for 10 days. Gave me 15 minutes heads up it would be delivered so I missed it. Straight away I was told they tried 3 times to deliver and the parcel was now being returned to sender. I emailed the customer support team who said they wouldn't help. I emailed back and included their CEO Martijn.DeLange at evri.com and was still ignored. I asked for a subject access request to find out more information around the delivery. I just love that when my parcel gets lost I have to wait 10 whole days to be able to call it in to Evri. Just for me to get banned with ZERO explanation and when I appeal they IMMEDIATELY deny it. ******* WANKERS. Not to mention because they banned me it passed the two day period meaning I lost out on over £50 quid. So NO REFUND, NO ITEM and NO EXPLANATION. I hope their pillows are as hot as the fires of Tartarus on both sides and that there’s crumbs in their sheets no matter how much they wash them.

Last month Evri increased their prices. The small parcel cost was £2.94, it’s now £3.01. I naively assumed, being forced into using Simple Delivery (where you can’t control the postage cost), the increase would automatically be applied to listings. But no, it still only charges the buyer £2.94, but the seller gets charged £3.01 for the postage. Even new listings made after the increase come up £2.94 postage to the buyer. I spoke to eBay and all they could offer is workarounds: go in and manually set the price (only possible in certain categories if item is <£20). Again, on 100+ listings that’s insane. This happened today, and it's honestly shaken me up. I live away from my Mum, and every Christmas she sends me and my fiancé a box filled with presents, and other cards/gift vouchers from other family members. This year is the first time she's used Evri. The parcel that arrived to us was much smaller than usual and in a grey plastic bag. When opened, the cardboard box was damaged, and slashed open, with only a few presents inside. Around 90% of Evri orders to my address are delivered by the same sweet man who tries his best to deliver every parcel when expected, or places with a neighbour if needed. The horror stories on here have made it clear how awful some drivers are. So I just wanted to say big up Jasbir - (probably) the best Evri driver in the UK.

I ordered something on Friday and because I've been waiting for things for Christmas I've been frequently checking updates for things to make sure they come. On Saturday morning the status of this evri delivery was we've got it and we'll let you know when it's out for delivery. Same thing all day. Evening comes and I'm out of the house doing my thing. I get an email at 620 pm telling me my parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered between 6 and 8. Nothing I can do. Delivery was attempted at 710pm andi wasn't in. I mean wtf- giving me less than an hour's notice of delivery?

due a melt down over this christmas present. Saturday 13th they tried to deliver to my home despite me requesting it go to a parcel store. it sat as out for delivery for days. i contacted them and got ”claire” (apparently evri have a whole one employee as everyone and their gerbil has her) and she got it moving again .. and it went to out for deliver again on Thurs 18th.. and Saturday it’s not moved again. Clearly not getting this item for christmas. items are out of stock now so i can‘t even get a replacement 😮‍💨

My partner and I own a small business - a week and a half ago we had a pick up collection (scheduled) for à large number of parcels, 40 of those, from communication with our buyers have been undelivered. It says “evri has your parcel” but has remained at that since they were collected from us. We can track every one and can see this from our side too. This has cost us over £2000 in loss of earnings, for a small business at Christmas this is crippling. We have had to resend all 40 parcels plus pay for delivery (we have now changed to Dpd due to mistrust of evri). Hi. UK based. A few days ago we moved into a bungalow near Kirkcaldy that has a greenhouse in the garden. Today we were out for a few hours and an EVRI courier attempted to deliver a parcel. Instead of leaving it anywhere else more sensible like on the porch or in the cardboard wheelie bin, the courier broke one of the glass panes of our greenhouse and shoved the parcel through into the greenhouse. (Why yes, I am absolutely livid.) I've never owned a greenhouse before and really need help, please. This is a very stressful time as it is, moving house right before Christmas. So today courier came to mine to deliver the parcel, everything ok, gave me my parcel and took a picture. Then after 20 seconds he knocked my door again, as soon I open the door he was holding other parcel front of me, took a picture and gone. So how I understand this situation, that the other person gonna come to mine and ask for his parcel as the courier provided picture of me and my address. As EVRI has no customer service, only the bot which sorts out only parcels, I left a review on trustpilot, so EVRI replied to me to contact to that bot which deals only with the parcels. And the problem is, that when u buy stuff from internet like ebay, u cant choose the courier...

Waiting on some Christmas presents, message popped up this morning to say Evri will be delivering between 16.30 and 18.30. Lovely, I thought. 1pm and I spot a notification its been delivered. Maybe that panorama programme had an effect... Yeah, it didn't, the parcel was nowhere to be found. The driver took a photo of someone else's parcel from the road across from my house and marked my parcel as delivered. I checked my video doorbell and the driver never came near the house. Just marked it as delivered and drove off.

I've been seeing horror stories on here about how evri haven't been doing their jobs. and now it's happened to me! I've been waiting for this parcel for weeks and now I get this. Nothing was delivered to me at that time and nothing has come since, there was no proof of delivery so I don't know what to do now! This was a Christmas present for my grandmother and now I'm just gutted. I've messaged the seller, evri and ebay and no reply from anyone!!

I ordered a brand new pair of UGG’s (£110), and a brand new pair of £120 Nike shoes online. Both of those parcels stopped having updates on where they were, and i’m currently trying to sort something out about the Nike shoes. I was told to wait by the 29th to make a report for the UGG’s in case they appear. I’m located in Aberdeen and whenever i get Evri parcels, it’s always the same man who delivers them to my area.
