As title says I actually got my parcel it was on time and not damaged

I'm a touch hard of hearing and often wear headphones while working so I can listen to music to focus. I am significantly less performant at work without the ability to turn off the outside world so they're a non-negotiable. I have a smart doorbell, not Ring but a less invasive competitor, and it's integrated with my work computer, personal computer, phone, all the HomePods in the house and so on, including an audible chime in my headphones and video pop-up on my screen, so when someone presses the doorbell, every single room is notified in parallel loudly that there's someone at the door. The problem is people often don't push the doorbell, they gently knock, wait...

I'm waiting on a parcel and, annoyingly, they've used Evri (they're an international company so I'm guessing they're not aware?)... it's been stuck on "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed" since Monday. I used the chatbot to try open any form of communication and it says there's already an open enquiry. Is this actually true or just another way that they try keep us away?? I have contacted the seller but they're dragging their feet about contacting Evri as well

I used one of my rewards but it seems like evri has lost the parcel. I know I’ll likely get a refund but what about the reward? Have I just wasted it now or is it worth emailing customer support to try get it back? I know customer support take agesss to reply though and they might just say tough luck it’s not our fault

Had two parcels out for delivery today. Normally, I don't have any real issues with Evri - If I'm in, as I was today, they deliver as usual and if I'm out I have plastic storage units for lawnmower etc in the front garden, so they usually leave it in there. Today, they didn't even make an attempt. I haven't redacted the photo or GPS, as neither show my house (or even address). I live about 50 yards up this road. Why would they go to the effort of taking the photo rather than just going 50 yards further and actually delivering the parcel?

Hi. We have sold some items on Vinted and the buyers often select Evri as the courier. I normally click the button to get the qr code, screenshot this so when i go my local Evri parcel shop i can print each label and see the picture and description to match each parcel. Last night a fes items sold and instead of having the usual option we can only select print label. Can the qr code from the image of label be used at the parcel shop printer or do we have to print these ourselves noe which is a real pain. Has anyone else had issues like this week Thanks

A buyer has returned an item to me, and it just says it's been delivered. I can't find any info in the chat that says if it's been sent back to the Evri shop I sent it from or if it's been delivered to my home address? How do I find out? The helpdesk on the app is not helpful and all automated. I'm worried if it has been sent to my address as I'm at work currently and live in a flat. People always take parcels if they're left outside my door.

When will people stop delivering with Evri?? Like they’re losing money I don’t get it. Hopefully when they hit “delivered” they’ve actually delivered it and not said they have and the parcels no where to be seen!!

I'm in one of these situations that since i'm working full time and the local RM depot works 2 hours a month the only way i can receive parcels is by using services that can be re-directed for collection from shops, lockers, etc. Otherwise the parcel ends up being returned to sender if lucky or they disappear into the void and gets lost for good There's something i want and only available from aliexpress, so i'm wondering if people is generally able to redirect somewhere for collection? From what i'm reading they use a range of last mile couriers. Evri i think can always be redirected once a tracking number is issued? RM only if tracked24 or tracked48 is used, but...

Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? I remember when I worked for the catalogues if Yodel picked an evri one up or visa versa the catalogue companies/courier companies had a agreement to exchange parcels so wondering if something similar existed.

Which couriers are you finding to offer the best cost to reliability ratio? We ship a wide range of items from small enough to fit in an envelope to sofa size, but not huge quantities (5-10 parcels per day). In the past, I have found DPD to be great but they do sneak in a lot of unexpected fees (“Manual Handling Charge”, I’m looking at you) and they won’t ship larger parcels. I’ve been using Evri a lot recently but am aware of their awful reputation. A parcel that I thought was lost forever randomly arrived today, there were 5 other parcels sent along with it so fingers crossed the rest turn up.

I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of parcels going missing with Evri. Where on earth is my stuff going? Another Vinted item I purchased recently has gone missing and it's something I'll probably not get again. Really annoyed. Can't even find how to complain! 😡

I have never had any problems with parcels before because I always pack everything very securely. However, I received a notification saying that the parcel was “damaged beyond repair in transit.” Has anyone experienced this before? What happens next in this situation? Hi, I bought an item on eBay 2 and a half weeks ago. After a week and a half after it was shipped, Evri told me the parcel had been lost and to contact the seller. As I needed the item urgently, I ordered one from elsewhere (it was a secondhand item, seller didn't have another one they could send out). Last night, the item randomly turned up (2 and a half weeks after I bought it), despite Evri telling me it was lost. The seller doesn't accept returns and is telling me to keep the item and claim for a refund. I don't know how/ if this would work. For some context I brought something off vinted ages ago and got it delivered to an evri pick up shop thing or whatever it’s called. Tracking is all over the place and more than 25 days had passed and I was still not given the opportunity to mark anything as wrong on my order. It only gave me the option to confirm it as delivered or track my parcel. I contacted vinted support the other day to tell them this - they said they’d investigate with the shipping provider. Just curious about this. I have my own car, but it would only handle smaller loads. I may look to purchase a small van once I’m able to do so. They were offering a £1k joining bonus after completing a certain number of hours. I’ve heard the stories about how bad the drivers are, but surely they can’t all be bad? Obviously dpd with their van or Argos and likes would be ideal. But they always require experience. Even those do Amazon flex is it any good these days.
