Online Evri Tracking

don’t know if they are going to recollect it or have me jump through hurdles just to ask them to deliver me my package?

Sent a parcel out on 15th via an EVRI locker near my local co-op. Got a message today to say the shipping provider was unable to deliver it to the buyer. The parcel was parcel was due to go to their local post office shop. Not sure if it’s a post office that is only open til lunchtime on a Saturday but delivery was attempted in the morning anyway. 🤷‍♀️ Anyhow, it’s apparently on its way back to me. Will the parcel go back to the EVRI lockers I dropped it off in or will it come back to my home address?

I bought a doll on vinted, but I realised it was a fake listing. Seller has shipped something but Evri tracking hasnt updated in 4 days. I told the help service that I dont want the item if they find it, and I want it sent back to seller so I can get money back. But I dont really trust this. Seller hasnt been online in 6 days. Its supposed to be delivered to my house if they find the parcel. What do I do? Vinted help isnt responding. Thank you

I literally have her whole name and address,. My parcel got lost for a few days, maybe that's why. I did put in the code on Evri's site and the item was different from mine. I don't know how they've messed that up.

Has anyone had experience of the parcel being returned to the seller (eBay)? The last day was today but if I try to collect it on Monday as soon as the post office opens, is there a chance I can collect it or can evri take parcels outside of the post office opening hours? If not, do I get a refund automatically? Had to travel somewhere for an emergency last minute so couldn’t collect in time.

The past few years I have had an increasing problem with delivery drivers (mostly Evri and Amazon) just leaving parcels on the doorstep and not ringing the doorbell or knocking the door. I live in a terrace house so the door is next to the pavement so its easy for anyone passing to take a package if left there. I was wondering if people with a visible doorbell camera also have this issue or if they see they are being recorded and will ring the bell or knock the door to tell you the parcel is there?

So I' ordered a ladder from Alibaba not knowing they will be using evri and now I'm concerned that I won't be getting my parcel delivered. Has evri ever delivered a parcel ? And how can a company perform so bad that they are still functioning? You would assume they shut down but no. Sellers keep using them! I'm honestly fed up too because all previous evri parcels just don't get delivered to me.

Hi all. I went to collect my parcel from a parcel shop. The guy essentially laughed in my face and said he had sent it 2-3 days ago. I immediately contacted ASOS support. Spoke to a human after going around in circles with their AI assistant. The customer services assistant was about as useful as the AI assistant and repeatedly told me to go and collect the package. I eventually got an email address out of her to contact. Emailed them and went through the exact same rigmarole. It’s now been over a week since I initially contacted them. I bought some trainers for my son for Christmas. It's the wrong size so I returned it to my local evri. This was done on 31st of Dec. Evri is still showing it as 'it's on its way back'. I have messaged Evri, it was a chatbot reply. Nike is unhelpful. They have cancelled my return. I don't know what else to do. My son still doesn't have his trainers.

Is it just me? Recently almost every Evri parcel I receive, hi as a rip in it to see what's in it. Luckily I order **** so they get delivered, when I say delivered in the context of Evri I of course mean thrown at the door over the wall from the neighbours property.

Good afternoon, so this morning I’ve send parcel to Poland through post office picked up by Evri, I just had a look at the tracking and post office employee put only door number, first name, half of surname and postcode in the delivery details. I did write full correct address and full name on the parcel like I always do, I’m really worried if it’s gonna reach its destination because of what post office guy did. Does anyone know if it will be fine? Thanks

Honestly this is probably the 50th parcel I’ve had thrown outside to be stolen/ delivered to the wrong address. IM TIRED OF WEEKS WORTH OF BACK AND FORTH WITH SHOPPING SITES. I live in a 6 floor apartment you cannot get into unless you ring the door number. Hence I don’t understand how someone can deliver to a wrong address or think leaving it outside for 100+ residents / passer-by’s to grab is ok. Does anyone work for Evri or know how they operate? What’s the logic behind this? I do not understand how an address can say the house name and number and they still decide to deliver to a different house with a different name and a different door number? Like is it done on purpose? ...

Today was the first day it’s said it’s out for delivery, yet they’ve tried delivering it three times? It also won’t tell me what parcel it is I’m waiting on multiple packages , I’ve been listening and looking for any knocks for days how the **** would I miss that🥲 It said they’re sending the parcel back to Vinted and to contact the sender, but how the **** can I contact them if you don’t tell me what sender What do I do?

Evri driver left my parcel outside. Come home a few hours later from work and it's not there. RIP candy rain, snowcake and vimt no. I genuinely want to cry I'm so upset. Will be filing a police report soon bcus screw them making this easier. Kinda wish the boxes were plain to make this less likely. Didn't know where else to vent about this but I feel like such a diva about this.

Another parcel issue. Just chasing refunds from returns from items purchased and sent back before Christmas, have sorted one and now to sort the other. I dropped my parcel off at a local convenience store and got no receipt, they said it’s all online via email now. Fair enough.
