I've recently applied for UC as someone who is currently self-employed. After my initial Jobcentre appointment today, I've made an appointment with my GP in roughly a month's time to get a fit note for reduced hours and to trigger the LCW/LCWRA process. I think i might be getting scammed on Vinted and I am concerned for my safety. I ordered a jellycat from a seller on vinted and what came in the mail was something completely different. It was a random lip product instead. I messaged the seller to ask if they maybe mixed up the parcels and they insisted that they definitely sent the correct item. They also claimed they packaged it at the post office with their daughter and that the post office has cctv footage showing this (though I have not seen this evidence). Also, the packaging I received clearly had her name and address on the inside, so it was definitely her packaging. She admitted this was true, but the item inside she had never see...

I’ve never ordered from Popmart before and when I tried to look it up it seems there is a connection between the two companies, but I haven’t seen any mention of parcels being labelled as from [JD.com](http://JD.com) rather than Popmart, so I just wanted to check!! I have been getting quite a lot of parcels collected and delivered, so they deserve a tip. But I'm rarely around to see who it is, and I have no idea who the regular person is, if there is one. On the handful of occasions I have seen and spoken to them this year, I don't think I've noticed the same one twice.(Whereas with Evri their emails give you a picture of the courier, and that matches up with the bloke that I've met about three times.) At Christmas I assume it is quite possible that any tip could be picked up by a temp postie who's just been there for a couple of weeks. I can't see an obvious way of trying to get a tip to the regular one - is there one?

Hiya. I've had a parcel dropped off at Buzz Bingo of all places. (There are about 30 other places that are closer to me, plus three of us were in the house.) Does anyone know where these lockers are? On Google street view I can see EVRI lockers, InPost, but no DPD. Do I have to go into the ****** place? Don't think my tisms can cope with the carpet in there, let alone anything else.

Scammer sent newspaper rather than my parcel. I’d paid about £65 for the jacket including postage. Thankfully I had Evri deliver it to my house so I have photo evidence that the parcel was clearly tiny and didn’t contain a jacket. 11 purchases so far from Vinted - one scam, two fakes, one pair of jeans with an undisclosed hole in the crotch. Feel like I am already getting to the end of this journey. How do you rate my chances of getting a refund for my jacket??

My package was supposed to at parcel shop on 27th Oct but it’s been delayed for almost a week then November 1 it changed I was expecting it next day but no it updated and it still in transit? What is going on over there at Evri!!

So, what the **** do I do now? eBay won't refund, as it's marked delivered by Evri. Evri are impossible to get in contact with, and now they are refusing to help as I've requested a callback - it's been a day so far with no response from them I'm at the point where now I will be actively looking out for Evri before purchasing, and requesting alternative shippers. Absolute useless bunch of utter wankstains.

Package was supposed to arrive Friday, I got notified of a 24 hour delay. Package “apparently” been in transit since Saturday, but I got an update Monday saying it’s still in transit. I’ve had delays before, but they’ve never been this slow or vague. Answers on a postcard please… and not delivered by Evri.

On a few occasions now ive had buyers buy several items from me in a bundle. Ive posted out next day or sometimes same day & yet they don't bother to collect once it reaches their collection point. Subsequently the items get returned to me & the buyer gets their money released back to them. I understand things happen but what frustrates me is the time taken to photograph, upload, package, post (inpost, evri etc are a little out the way from my home so theres a fuel cost to me posting) for the buyer to not bother collecting meaning i then have to go out my way to collect the parcel again once it gets returned. I have been offered a delivery driver job for a company that pays per route and not per parcel ( like Evri etc ) , is it worth doing? Pros and cons ? Also van and insurance and fuel is also covered by the company it states. Opinions please ???

Hello, so I have listed a piece of furniture that will fit in a box 100cm x 50cm x 20cm. It's a bit of an odd size, long but not very tall. However on eBay it would be classed as a Bulky Parcel, which makes shipping costs very high (around £12 in this cast). I tried to do a quote on Parcel2Go and it would be £4.40 with Evri. Now with the new Simple Delivery stuff, I can't arrange my own postage outside of eBay, even if I pay for it and mark it as Free Shipping for the buyer. However, if Evri say they take parcels up to 120cm, would I be able to mark it as a Medium Parcel on eBay, only allow Evri in my Simple Delivery options so the buyer can only select Evri?
