Online Evri Tracking

As the title says, I checked my settings and I do not have either of the Royal Mail options selected as delivery options, so how has the buyer selected it as their delivery option? This is really annoying for me because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to ask family if I need something printed. Shipping is already harder for me because I have a 2 month old baby. I don't want to cancel and get a negative review, so I'll find a way to print the label, but it's so annoying.

Ive just sold a small thing on vinted. I have evri and inpost as my only drop of points and so have only them selected. This buyer has somehow choosen royal mail. But i have to print of the label and when i searched for royal mail drop offs near me it just highlighted all my postboxes. So im confused do i literally print this prepaid label off put it on the parcel and then put it in a post box ? Because that doesnt sound right , with tracking and all that. Am i just being ****? I cant find anything to say as such what to do

see my previous post on this sub for history but this is the current updated tracking. still not delivery attempts made, i’ve been in all day since thursday and we have a ring doorbell so can check footage. it’s a shipment from a US company so was shipped with passport global but then passed over to Evri once it got to the UK and on the passport global tracking it’s been saying that the courier doesn’t have the package for the last few days. someone commented on my other post saying that often if tracking isn’t updated till the next day it means the driver didn’t sign out before clocking off and the parcel gets lost/mixed up in the system and not picked up the following day. 4 da...

Has anyone received this email and still actually got their parcel delivered?

My parcel was sent around a week ago (going to a locker), and has been to a lot of sort facilities and been in transit multiple times. The estimated delivery date was between 6-8 may (evri). Is this normal? I may be overreacting though 😅😅

I noticed today that home delivery with royal mail is showing as a cheaper option to something like parcel shop with evri... has this been the case for long?

sold an item on depop 2 months ago. depop & evri tracking showed the parcel as delivered to the buyer, but the buyer contacted me saying they never received it and couldn’t track it. today i got an email from depop support saying the item was returned back to me, and they refunded the buyer from my depop account. they attached “proof of delivery” to me, and even though the location is correct there is no sign of my parcel in the photo and i never received my item back. now i have neither the item nor the money. support keeps telling me to resolve it with evri & evri support seems to be completely useless. has anyone dealt with something like this before?

I had notification that an item I ordered had been dropped off at my local Evri point which is a newsagents, picked up many parcels before with no issues. However this time they were unable to find my parcel, I saw them go through the delivery sack and check everything they had and it was not there. They said they think the Evri driver has accidentally taken it back with them and for me to wait until Monday when their next pickup/drop off takes place and it should be there. Fingers crossed it’s there on Monday, but what happens if it’s not? I’ve got the notification it’s there waiting for pickup but what happens if it’s suddenly missing or lost?

Delivery today, first time a driver has caught his snout in their proof of delivery image. Needless to say he loves any delivery driver because it usually means ‘treats’ are being delivered or if not some drivers or postmen bring him one (they ask first obvs) but love this pic!

I have recently started selling some items I make on ebay, and already have an issue with just the second sale. I am in the UK and have used the simple delivery option arranged by ebay and fulfilled by Evri. Evri have lost this parcel, it has been showing out for delivery for three weeks now and there is no way to get in touch with Evri. Looking for support from ebay, every search or link to possible support ends up directing to a help page aimed at buyers, I can find no support for sellers. I the mean time, I have had to send out a replacement item and arrange alternative shioing which has left me out of pocket. What can I do to try and get some resolution on this? So couple days ago I purchased some bedding from Urban Outfitters. Evri sent me emails that they got it at 7th May. Everything was fine untill yesterday 8th May. I received email early morning saying that my parcel is delayed. I was busy during day so checked only before sleep and it says that it's on the way back to sender and I unable to do anything with this. I ckecked UO app and there it says parcel was damaged. What did they do to that poor bedding so it got so damaged so they need to send it back?? I already Send email to UO Support. But anyways is this common situation with Evri? Did you get your parcels in the end or should I just ask for refund and reorder? I am thinking t...

Does anyone know what happens in this case? They sent a picture of proof of delivery and they have clearly delivered it to the wrong address, although I did a walk around the house just incase. We have cameras and it has not picked up anyone delivering a parcel at the time stated in the email. The parcel is not with neighbours. I've emailed evri and awaiting a response. I've also emailed the company I ordered from and they sent me a screenshot of the photo evri took and said that they will not be giving me a refund as it was delivered. I can't reply to that email and any other communication option is an AI useless bot. What typically happens in this sort of situation?

Has anyone had a Vinted parcel act like this from Evri when it’s been dropped off at a locker by the seller?

This is my first time ordering from Evri when the seller has dropped off the parcel to a locker instead of a regular parcel shop. Is this normal or am I missing something?

It’s been a year since the merger and I’m wondering when Evri Premium is actually gonna start? The DHL tracking site is awful and there’s no mobile app, Evri despite its problems has a decent mobile app with notifications. When will we be able to track the DHL eCommerce parcels using the Evri app?

Every time I get an Evri parcel, I get a notification saying it will be delivered at 6pm onwards but then come 11am it says my driver has now estimated delivery at 11 and within a few minutes the parcel comes - is the driver cheating his score by bringing all his parcels forward? Also my last Evri parcel had been opened but thankfully retailer refunded.
