So these are the beggings of my personal collection and I would like to share some thought and pictures I took tonight on the old DSLR. I only know the basics of plant care so I'd love to hear your tips and tricks. Today I repotted two recent acquisitions, my croton and triostar. I used some plastic tubs from dollar tree to build some "pebble trays", to increase my rooms humidity. I also have a small diffuser on most of the day, I rotate its position in my living room every other day. I am most troubled by my aluminum plant. the drainage holes i drilled into the container were to small and it sat in very moist soil for about a day until i noticed and drilled bigger hole...

I bought this juniper on Etsy in December. I have been growing it out in a 1 gallon container ever since then. It gets full sunlight in my front yard and I've been fertilizing it with an evergreen fertilizer every 8 weeks during the spring months. I live in Southern California so it's been very hot this year.
