Online Equick Tracking

Hi everyone, I've started a POD shop on Etsy a month and half ago approximately. A customer ordrered 5 tshirts two weeks ago to someone located in Sweden. My supplier has taken a little longer to send the package so I sent a message to my customer to apologize for the unusual delay. So far so good. ​ Yesterday I saw that the package was delivered (according to the tracking number) so I sent a message to my customer to thank him again for his patience and hoping he was liking the items. I made an order with Yourwobb a few weeks back, delivery to Australia. For most of that time, the shipping status was stuck on label created. However, now it seems to have been returned to sender. Does this often happen? Is a refund likely? I've emailed the company and am awaiting a response.

Il pacco in questione una volta arrivato in italia il 31 agosto è rimasto presso un centro operativo postale,ho dato per scontato che ci volesse un po di tempo quindi non gli ho dato troppa attenzione,fino al 5 cioè ieri che ho notato che nel tracker veniva riportata una dicitura che diceva "restituito al mittente" alchè ho provato immediatamente a scrivere ad sugargoo che mi ha detto di contattare il corriere in questo caso SDA,tralasciando il fatto che per capire come conttatarli ho impiegato mezza giornata,la loro risposta è stata di contattare il mittente quindi sugagoo.Non so che cosa fare e vorrei evitare che il pacco rispedito in cina anche perchè non voglio ripagare la...

So last week I bought a small haul of only no-name t-shirts for around $5 each, it was a total of 2.5 kg non restricted items. Then I saw the option of Superbuy‘s tax-free line and I thought I‘d give it a try. So I paid $18 for 2.5 kg and it took only 7 days to arrive at my door in Germany. It was shipped via Equick in China, when it arrived in London they gave it to DHL which delivered it to me. Thought I‘d share this experience with you because I‘m really stunned of the speed and the low price. It‘s cheaper and faster than EUB to Germany
