I know parcels can frequently get stuck in customs. But this says it already cleared. If it were an epacket light I wouldn't worry about it but this is EMS and it should have been delivered today. What's a normal wait time for scenarios like this?

Hi everyone. So basically, me and my fiance live with his mum. I have only moved over to his country like 10 weeks ago(we were long distance but we met two times and got engaged second time). I shipped through E-EMS to Doha, Qatar - (Estimated delivery 7-10 days) 8 Days later, it's still stuck at this, no tracking, no updates, I'm not sure where the ****** parcel is. I contacted support on the parcel messages few times already in the past few days and I get the same generic message saying "We are following up with the logistics supplier". Anyone faced such an issue?
