Hi, I live near College and Drake and received this development proposal in the mail for a gas station at the SW corner of Drake and College, and the associated public hearing. I am firmly against it. It's redundant given the amount of gas stations within a few blocks. It erodes the character and charm of the neighborhood. I buy car parts all the time thru Buyee and the Buyee Air Delivery option has always been great. I actually bought a jacket and received it last week using this option. I'd like to buy a car part now and using the shipping estimate option it's no longer listed. See screen shot.
