Hi Everyone - Status „Custom Handling is starting„ is frozen since 23.2. Frankfurt IPZ. Parcel was send from South Korea with EMS (its DHL at the End right?). There is no help somehow: Chatbot knows what i know, dont call custom and dont call DHL because its in Custom… Is this normal? What should i do? Thx
