How do you return packages by yourself here i have an item that i have to return before march 23 but the pickup available is on april 4th.. emirates post is far and not always open any idea how to schedule a return i have a printed version

Hey all, I was planning to ship to 3kg parcel to Europe. FedEx / DHL etc. are charging insane rates at the moment (got quoted around 3.000 AED) for this shipment. Emirates Post still offers cheap rates for 150 AED, however I am assuming that the package will be stuck in transit for many weeks before it’s loaded on a plane. Has anyone shipped with Emirates with the ongoing situation and can tell me about their experience? Thank you very much :)

I’ve shipped two packages from Dubai to USA using emirates post international express. Packages were supposed to be delivered with 3-7 business days but there is no movement since March 5th. The status shows as shipped to New York (Dubai sorting center). I am unable to call the customer service as I stay in US and the calls are not going through. I have submitted numerous emails to the customer service and received automated replies. Please help me if there are any other ways to reach Dubai sorting center or emirates post. Why does bulk order go to emirates post for custom? Is there a way to avoid it?

Good afternoon everyone. I own a small appartement with the same tenant for more than a year. Officially it's a payment of 4 cheques, but so far I never collected one cheque and he transfered the money. Emirates posted 2 days ago that all flights until March 7 are cancelled. However, they uploaded a PDF that contains a list of flights to/from Dubai for March 5/6. My initial flight with them is Manila to Madrid with a layover in Dubai for March 2nd. Since that was cancelled, I got rebooked to March 7th. So should I just go to the airport tomorrow?

Does anyone have experience on sending parcels internationally with no tracking on in? I sent a small parcel 2 weeks ago to Germany without any tracking and I wanted to ask approximately how long it'll take for it to get shipped? I've had prior experience sending letters to Germany and it took 11 days on average. Is it normal for parcels to take longer?

I even paid for a second shipment after she said she would resend it, but she never shipped it again and has now stopped responding completely. I asked emirates post and they quoted 115dhs. Does anybody know a cheaper option?
